We lodged a complain on 02.03.2017 that no normal water is coming out through the normal water channel/tap. Our docket no. was [protected]. After that everyday we contacted over phone with the customer care for sending technician and everyday they assured to send on that day. Till today no person has attended the complain. Our staff members are unable to drink water as only cold(chilled) water is available. We have an AMC with you but not getting service at all. Please see.

    I purchased a new Aquaguard magna UV water purifier.When the machine came by courier and the technician opened it for installation, he found the 2nd stage filter broken from the connector. Now a new machine will be supplied in place of the damaged piece. This puts a big question on the quality control of Eureka Forbes when their products are packed or else the courier company which they claim are responsible for the damage. I will have to wait 1 week now for a new machine to arrive.

      I have purchased Aquaguard Genius + machine just couple of months before, It was not working on very first day itself. I had requested them a lot to give me replacement, but though my email conversation went up to their directors, they didn't given me replacement but got repaired

      Now, product is not working again, I have registered complaint on 24th Feb. Called 3 time to customer support. Today it 8th of March, still they have not taken any action.

      Because of this future issues, I initially wanted a good working machine as a replacement but they have not given it.

      But, on registering complaint again and again they are not taking it seriously.

      I have registered complaint 2 weeks before but still they have not resolved issue. If I called their engineers, One person says your area is given to other person, and he is on leave. Other says your ordered parts of machine is not reached from Mumbai yet.

      I am in Pune, and they are saying parts not received from Mumbai in 2 weeks. Online shopping companies delivers product from another state in about a week's period.

      Eureka Forbes providing very pathetic service. I am just getting frustrated of buying their product.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I have purchased the WET & DRY Vacuum Cleaner from Eureka Forbes in last week of December 2016 from Mr. Lahoo Shinde.

        He had promised for the BAG as Accessories on full payment of Vacuum Cleaner. We were there 6 peoples for the presentation. If you require we produce them for any help.

        Also I had registered the case of NON DISTRIBUTION OF BAG on purchase of Vacuum Cleaner. But case results are not submitted to me. You may check the calls recordings from me also I had provided all necessary mobile numbers and bills to Customer Care but still I didn't receive any supported call and BAG.

        Also Mr. SHARAD DAWAND from Eureka Forbes team AIROLI, wasted my time and told me that they will handle CASE.

        But unfortunately he denied and Neglected me by saying this area is not under his power. He had given me mobile number of Mr. NILESH GAWADE [[protected]]. After calling to Nilesh he told me we will not provide the BAG and that has to be taken in written from Sale Person. I told him for the RETURN of PRODUCT but he refused to explain the RETURN POLICY by saying he is unware of the same.

        He told me that he is AREA MANAGER and he don't know the RETURN POLICY, such a shame for me as WHY & HOW I had purchased product from such persons.

        Request you to please take as an FRAUD COMPLAINT against all mentioned in mail.

        Water is not cleaning, so please check it, the performance of machine is also very poor because of that health problem are occurring, so come check it

          Hello,

          I am owning Maximo RO+UF, S.No [protected], purchased in last quarter of 2016.
          Currently the filtered water is very minuscule,
          15Feb2017 First complaint no-[protected], no response many days.
          2nd Complaint no - [protected] again 27Feb2017
          The service person has arrived only after 2 days (1st March 2017).
          But the problem is not diagnosed leaving the issue as it is and left the service abruptly, stating "That's all he can do" and left the place abruptly. Moreover not responding to the phone call for rechecking the problem.

          Its such a cruelty towards my elders to behave in a rude manner.
          Moreover the water purifier is the main source of water for us.

          Please take action to either reimburse the money or replace the complete product (as the service personal is not trained and incapable).
          He is even not aware what is an I-Filter, which comes along with the project.

          I have logged in my complaint requesting for replacement filter. I was promised that customer support engineer will call in 24 hrs and it is now 120 hrs and no calls yet. There is no on line support and no local support. It is pathetic to see such kind of follow-up.

            Hello,

            I bought Dr. Aquagurd Classic + from one of your Service centers in Kalyan, Maharashtra. I told the salesperson that our water flow is from Bore well and we want something which will purify the water. The guy checked the TDC and told that it is 230 and the product will take care of this.

            We got the product implemented 2 days later but didn't find any difference in taste. The guy checked the purified water and it was still 225 TDC.

            I requeted him to unistall the product and give us new product Aquaguard Magna HD RO. The guy has still not given either refund or replacement. I am not in India now and my family is suffering with this issue.

            This is very pathetic to fight for right. Nobody is entertaining and they don't even pickup our calls. Expecting a reply from you.

              I am resident of Seegehalli Bangalore area. I have taken AMC from Mr. Madhu for Aqaguard Reviva model. I started calling him on Feb 22, 2017 and followed up with him till Feb 28 by calling him on his mobile number. He didn't sent any executive to check machine. On March 1, I raised request in system and got request number [protected], the technician came and checked machine. He said he will be back with motor and has not visited till today. On multiple calls, escalations nothing works and purifier machine is still dead. Please fix my machine ASAP or else provide me alternate machine if you cannot fix it.

                I just received a message DM-Eureka stating that a cheque number 354881 for Rs. 1580 dated 10/03/2017 is due for deposit and also to ensure sufficient balance in my account. Now I don't have any products from Eureka. Why do I get a message like this when I have not purchased anything from your company. Please provide me an update on this issue. Else I'll be forced to go to the court for this.

                  Purchased aquargard magna hd ro+uv (Sales order number: [protected], customer code: [protected], product code: gwpddrmru10000) on 16th feb 2017. From 1st day itself, display problem started like all indicators are blinking when machine power switch is on. Raised complaint twice but still no action. Service team telling display is not available till now even after 2 weeks. Getting scared while drinking water as don't know whether it is pure or not. Only display tells about whether filter is ok or not. Having a kid in home, hence not sure how drinking that water is affecting us. Asked for a water purity check machine as of now, but that also they haven't provided. Strong action recommended for these cheat people.

                          I am filing complaint against Eureka Forbes (Aqua Guard Water Purifier department) I give service request on[protected] for water is not coming of my water purifier, Complaint No: [protected] and My Warer purifier ID - [protected] and I contact to daily customer care no.[protected] and he/Her said our service engineer will come today and resolve your issues. Nobody will come from 28/2/2017 to till date.
                          Plz. Note that Aquaguard is still under warranty up to 28/8/2017 and is order No.[protected] I just thought of sharing my very bad experience in my life from this company. Nobody will take responsibility. I frankly said it's poor customer service company.

                            We bought dr Aquaguard genius plus may 2016..Till now we faced 6-7 times of different problems due to which machine s shut down...No proper response from service n I asked for replacement...Once machine s down service takes around 1-2weeks to sort out the problems...                               I got an AMC done for my Inova UV water filter for the period of 3 years (22/03/2014 to 21/03/2017). I got only 1 service in the first year. I have not received any service thereafter. This has caused lot of health problems to my family and it is clearly attributable to non-service of the Inova water purifier.

                              I made several telephone calls to the call center and except for the complaint nos., I did not get anything.
                              I urgently need my machine to be serviced. Also I need all the missing services to be rendered in the coming years.

                              I have all the necessary papers to file a complaint to the consumer court. Kindly treat this urgent and serious. Failing which I shall file a suit against Eureka Forbes claiming all the hospital & medical expenses of my family in last 2 years.

                                  I have received the water purifier but it's been 3 days no one has come to install it. When I call my marketing guy who took my order he gives false promises. His name is Gopi. I am sorry to say u should not spend on salary of these jokers and start selling online which will save company lot of money and easy for customers.                                   Asking for 3000 after every 6 months, In warranty. Purchase date 16 Nov 2019

                                  I did not understand the logic, Dr Aquaguard classic+ Product cost is 11000 and 1 year service cost is between[protected] every year. Can anyone survive with this, don't know.

                                  Storyline

                                  I bought this product on[protected] and now after 7 months, we family of 4 members used 6000 litres water as per their automatic system and now suddenly aquaguard classic stop working.

                                  I call the service center and they told me to pay 2500+ service charges to change the filter and then it will start working automatically.

                                  Main problem is they told me that after every 6-7 months if you use 6000 litres water it will stop working and then you have to change the filter which cost 2500 to 2800 maybe 3000.
                                  Hi Prikshit Rana,

                                  I have also the same machine Dr aquaguard classic+. They are claiming that it works for 6000 litres but it is just working for 5-6 months max. We have just four members in our house and we use only 10 ltr in a day and it should work for at least 2 yrs according to company claim of 6000 ltr.

                                  Every 6 months we have to change the filter for a cost of Rs 2500.

                                  I think a company should immediately stop selling this model and refund our full amount.

                                      For over 6 months I am pursuing with Eureka Forbes for supply of vacuum cleaner bags. But it is attrocious after sale service. I am unable to use the vacuum cleaner as my bags are exhausted.
                                      When you buy a new vacuum cleaner, the bags are available. But otherwise they are out of stock. What nonsense is this?
                                      I had even sent the image of my vacuum cleaner to the technician of Eureka Forbes. He never got back to me.
