Request was to send on sunday also being our working day . There is no response from Eurekas Forbes except two sms, on on monday & one just now today wednesday - Dear Customer - Help us serve you better by giving feedback on your service experience . It will take only seconds . Clik http;//ITMS.in/e. That means the complaint was shown as attended ??
There is no mechanism where customer is telephonically contacted by Eureka Forbes officials ?? Who is going to attend this complaint ? Will any Eureka Forbes senior official would talk to undersigned so that can explain the other related problems ??
