In Dec 2016, towards water purifier payment we had given a cheque, and [protected] (Lachaiah) informs, that cheque cannot be cashed and asked me to transfer online and gave bank details, I agreed and for testing I had sent Rs 500/- (30 Dec 2016), but very next day cheque was cleared / cashed. Same day I informed Lachaiah, and he promised to return back (personally) Rs 500.
Since then he is avoiding and has not returned Rs 500/-.
I am not at Hyd, and asked him to transfer online (I had also done online transaction).
You may be wondering Rs 500 is a small amount and I agree, but I am annoyed because of his who cares attitude.
I am writing bcos i want to resolve this in a friendly manner.

Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Here I have to complain that after paying for AMC my RO is not being attended for defects while I have make so many complain to local service center
Jabardasti complain ko badane se kya complain ka vajan bad jayga ya kahain chacha ke bade bhai ki patni ka beta hoon me sidhe sidhe pita ka naam likhne se kaam nahi chalta he aapke yahan
