My delivery challan is from YCH EUREKA FORBES LTD.22/2, Sarada Pally, Ward no 21. Durgapur. Wet Bengal.pin.713213. The customer id [protected], rajiv karmakar .Ashoke pally, Raniganj, W.B.given at the time of installation does not match with my id number& name. The product which I had exchanged isAG Compact old withdual cartridge new machine.I had paid ten thousand and two hundred rupeesto my dealer, Lakhpati Giri Eureka forbes Asansol.My product was purchased in the nameof Dr. Bulbul Samanta, Dalpatty more, RANIGANJ W.B.Pin.713347.my given customer id [protected], receipt no.[protected], which does not match with the above name &id number. Now I am not getting my AMC as told before exchanging the machine.Please see to this matter as early as possible& resolve it.My old machineAG Compact was purchased in the name Dr D.P.Samanta, customer id.[protected]. thank you.
