Below is the mail sent repeatedly to Atik Begh after repeated telephonic reminders to him, complaint is unattended since 15 June16 pathetic service .
I bought AMC for peace of mind it turned into pain in head.
Sir/Madam,
I own a product of your company Smart UV, I bought an AMC contract receipt no :[protected] on 29/5/14 for two years I this period I have experienced worse of service form your side as I bought it because of your name.
I was not provided with repeated check periodically as mentioned in AMC.
On worse is when I bought this to your notice I was told as the service provider in Meerut has changed, we were never informed had to bear bad quality of water coz of no service of the product.
No one comes for check.No change of filters on time as mentioned in AMC.
On top of that no information is given for renewal of contract very poor customer service never expected this from a brand like Eureka Forbes.
What was the use of buying AMC please explain.
I would like to looking into the matter and come up with a appropriate solution to the problem.

    It's been more than 2 months since my aqua guard purifier showed eol level..Which indicates the time for cleaning the filter
    Even after contacting for more than 20 times to the city service centre and to the head office.;no one turned up yet..
    Usage o[censored]nfiltered water caused viral disease for myself and my 3 year old son..Who was hospitalized for more than 3 days.
    Quite disappointed with the service..Itz pathetic to face these problem even after choosing a renowned product.

      From the day i bought the aquaguard it is not working properly.While buying sales person were saying that you will get life time service warranty.now they are saying that you have to pay.since bought almost 25 times it has been repaired.please replace it or please take your product back.please help us because i am fetup of your product.

        I have been contacting the customer care and senior executives of the company for one month. I wanted to have my cctv camera installed by them to be repaired. The cctv is one month old and is under one year warranty. The cctv got defective in 3 days of installation. Despite my consistent calls and e-mails, i have been hearing the words "very soon" very often. But there has not been any service visit or call from their side. This is the reason indian companies are hated because of their inability to give good services. I wish i had not spent 22k on the [censored] camera.

          There has not been a service visit despite more than 100 calls, 50 e-mails and a lot of empty assurances, there has not been a service visit or call in one month. This is the reason people prefer products from international brands. I want my money back, take this defective system back and refund my money. I want peace and no relation with a company like eureka forbes. All you employees of eureka forbes, go burn yourself alive for the services you are offering.

              I had purchased a Dr AG ETERNITI WP SYSTEM on 11th Jan, 2017. The sales man assured me of a free gift after paying full amount by cash at time of sales. I had got no gift till now after 4 months. I complained this to branch managers of Barrakpore area...but they shown no cooperation. I haven't receive any code from the company as SMS. I m requesting the managers to take some actions but they are silent. I referred three of my friends to purchase this system ...they did and got the gift also. This is Very unexpected from the company.

              I am launching complain against EUREKA FORBES for forgery and miss representation of information to customer.

              I am also launching complain against branch managers N.K.Pradhan and D.Biswas for their non cooperation and bad behaviour.

                Do, let me know if you could help resolve this.
                In Dec 2016, towards water purifier payment we had given a cheque, and [protected] (Lachaiah) informs, that cheque cannot be cashed and asked me to transfer online and gave bank details, I agreed and for testing I had sent Rs 500/- (30 Dec 2016), but very next day cheque was cleared / cashed. Same day I informed Lachaiah, and he promised to return back (personally) Rs 500.

                Since then he is avoiding and has not returned Rs 500/-.
                I am not at Hyd, and asked him to transfer online (I had also done online transaction).

                You may be wondering Rs 500 is a small amount and I agree, but I am annoyed because of his who cares attitude.

                I am writing bcos i want to resolve this in a friendly manner.

                  I haave purchased aquagaurd Magana RO plus UV before 2 years and had a bad experience, quality and perfomance is very very poor, needs every 15 days serviece, I felt as if I should appoint a person to watch and call for service centre.this machine is very very sensitive, ACTUALLY COMPANY ALSO WANTS US TO CALL FOR SERVICE, SO THEY WANTEDLY MANUFACTUR THE QUALITY POOR.so request to everyone pls go for simple process machine.

                    Bought a product AQUA SURE WF AQUA FLOW DX-NEW2 ON The Date 13/04/2016 from Sound of Music electronics .Since we bought the product within a month we replaced the motherboard(electronic Kit) .After six months again the problem arise, what type of problem we dont know but your service man removed some part & said it has to be replaced .Since then (30 days )he haven't replaced the part also he is not responding to call
                    As the product troubled two times within eight months, there is no surety that it will work properly after the service or repaire.So i just want to replaced the product .Also it needs to have a good service man in the area .Do the needful thanking you .

                      I am writing this complaint regarding the forbes water purifier aqua sure prime uv which i bought almost 6 months back. After start using the product i came across problems like (1) not working notification lights properly. Notification light keeps on blinking all the day long, even if the tank is full. The same issue occurred almost 6 times till now and still happens. (2) the product takes 4 hours to fill one earthen pot, so the product is very slow in filling the water. After complaining avout the same service person comes and fix the issue but the same thing gets started in jus 4 5 days. So i complained for many times but yet the problem is not fixed. So kindly request to replace the product. Since its jus six months and complained for 4 5 times for the same issue

                      Whenever we are using the button of the tap of machine then suddenly the machine is giving electric shock. apart from this we also need a servicing of the machine.

                        I am a senior citizen retired from RBI as Assistant General Manager. I am a customer of your company for last 19 years using water purifier and vacuum cleaner. A representative from Eureka Forbes Aquaguard approached me in January 2016 and pleaded to purchase one machine. Since I had been already using one, which was working fine and under AMC I regretted my inability. Then he convinced me that my present AMC could be continued and two additional service will be provided. Accordingly I purchased on 07/01/2016 one Dr. Aquaguard Classic model at a cost of Rs.8990. The representative (by name Libin T T) took away my AMC papers for amending and returning. Unfortunately he did not return AMC papers and is not reachable. Whenever I took the matter with your sales office they promised me that it will be resolved. Now the new machine is due for second service. To my surprise the service technician told that I have to pay for replacement of carbon etc. They have done only servicing ( on 27/02/2017) and replacement of filter etc. were not carried out. The AMC which I took by paying Rs.4080.00 in November 2014 is valid up to October 2017. Since the new machine is under warranty only service has been provided (in July 2016 and 27 Feb 2017). As promised while replacing the old machine AMC should be provided till October 2018 (i.e with extended period). The company should either provide AMC for which I am entitled or refund proportionate AMC charges from Jan 2016 to Oct 2017.
                        I had recently contacted Mr.Rajith, Service Manager, Kochi (Edappally). But nothing has been done. You may note that the cost of the machine being Rs.8990.00 and despite paying almost half of the price towards AMC not extending the service is nothing but cheating a loyal customer.

                        Mr Rajith Menon promised me (over phone and SMS on 07/03/2017) that AMC will be extended up to October 2018. However, on contacting the service centre (16/03/2017), Eurodelite Servicing centre, Edappally (contact No.[protected] the staff told me that only servicing will be provided and AMC will not be extended. That means spares, refills etc covered under AMC will be chargeable. Please note that I have paid for AMC covering refills, spares, etc. kindly do the needful to resolve the issue.

                          I am fed up with this company. False commitment, not reliable, service person doesn't attend calls, and do not stick to their commitment. I have raised a reinstallation on 24 Feb 2017 and still waiting. None of the service person taking tue, call even their manager Kavita also of the category. I will spread this to social media and let them know the seriousness of after sales.

                            A service engineer visited my place and I got to know that my system is installed with a local Hard Disk. I paid in full and a local hard disk was installed which failed and have been giving me troubles. The Local Hard disk was installed by Mr. Ranvir Kumar Choudhary without my knowledge. Moreover I paid a cheque for Rs. 21000 and 1000 in cash. And I got the bill of Rs. 19, 370/-
                            The service engineer needed a LED which I did not have and I requested them to bring their own system for checkup and they denied. They told me that this is not the way we do it. So the company wants me to purchase a LED to have my Camera system fixed. I do not know where to go now

                            My Eureka forbes RO is making sound and shaking while the power is on. Have been constantly trying to get in touch with eureka from last 3 days... i landed helpless...
                            This is second time iam getting disappointed.

                            Pls its a humble request to fix up the RO.
                            We are facing a lot of problem.

                              This is to inform you that we have recently bought three products of Eureka forbes through their employee Brij Kishore (Mobile - [protected]) who is based out of their Subash Nagar Branch, New Delhi. The concerned employee even after repetitive reminders hasn't submitted us the bill and is regularly avoiding our calls. The payment for all the three products has been done by cheque in favour of "Eureka forbes private limited". We have even escalated the matter to the divisional manager Mr. Sunil Kumar (Mobile - [protected] and [protected]).

                              In the meanwhile, one of the product Dr. Aeroguard SCPR 700 has developed a malfunctioned and we have registered the complaint for the same via number - [protected], which again stands unresolved.

                              We are totally clueless on how to get this resolved as we don't have the email ID or the phone number of the senior management and the person on the ground seem unresponsive, unsupportive and having an agenda of their own.

                                I have logged 4 Complaints in last 5 months for changing the Membrane in my Eureka Forbes Reviva RO. The engineers visited 4 times, but they never came with membrane for replacing. During AMC renewal they have installed wrong membrane and during check I found TDH has went down to 4 or 5, which is quite below suppoted level. Once engineer brought the old used membrane. and post me resistant he told me we do not change membrane twice, but if wrong membrane is installed they need to change

                                  My reg no is [protected] for acquaguard. I required a service but the last representative named nazrul hassan [protected] who came for providing the service not only misbehaved with my parents but didn't provide the service. This is a harrasment caused by this company and its representative to its customer which is not acceptable at all. The service person who came before nazrul was jayonto roy who provided really good service for tge product. But this person only harrases the customer and I want to escalate the matter to its higher authorities.

                                    For the past 1 month we have been contacting our local Aquaguard service centre in Rayagada with constant delays and false assurances from their part.They have told us twice to be ready with the machine dried and emptied and we have been waiting for entire day with them assuring us first that they are on their way and then eventually switching off their phones. Its frustration at the highest level as a servicing of our machine is urgently required and they seem to think its a joke.

                                      I was promised by a representative that if I pay Bg MobiKwik I will get 5 % cash back and a free gift from the company. I have the chat conversation with the representative. Neither of these ever came and its over a month that I purchased the purifier. In fact I ended up paying 100 Rs more for the free gift delivery and processing fee. I informed customer care about it and they promised a call in 48 to 72 hours. Seems you have too many customers to address that you never came back even after a week. Or should I say too many complaints that you have stopped addressing them. You people are pathetic. The only way you can sell is by lying and promising ####ty crap. Do I sound unprofessional? Sorry but with the experience I have, yiu people are also unprofessional, probably thugs with ties.

                                        I placed a service request on 18th Feb 2017 ([protected]) and till now it is not resolved. I purchased AMC online and placed request RO filter replacement and tap repair as it go broken. I am not able to use RO and so requested customer care to send someone urgently. I waited for 3 days there was no response. Then again on 22nd Feb I raised new request ([protected]), I was told RO will be serviced next day. I waited, raised new request on 23rd ([protected]) and then on 25th ([protected]). I got service manager number ([protected]). He assured it will be serviced soon. Later he stopped picking the phone. I don't know what to do now. Kindly refund my money.

                                        PS: What I learned in this process that service managers and technicians will address complaint only if you pay them directly, otherwise paying for AMC is waste of time and money.

                                        Finally technician arrived after 9 days. But what he did is another big concern. He replaced RO membrane with used/refurbished one and also not replaced one of the filters. I told him membrane is not new as there was no seal and looking old one. But he refused and replaced it. I am fed up with your service. Now not even hoping to get new filters in the replacement. Had very bad experience with euerka forbes. Painful and frustrating.
                                        Finally technician arrived after 9 days. But what he did is another big concern.
