I am a senior citizen retired from RBI as Assistant General Manager. I am a customer of your company for last 19 years using water purifier and vacuum cleaner. A representative from Eureka Forbes Aquaguard approached me in January 2016 and pleaded to purchase one machine. Since I had been already using one, which was working fine and under AMC I regretted my inability. Then he convinced me that my present AMC could be continued and two additional service will be provided. Accordingly I purchased on 07/01/2016 one Dr. Aquaguard Classic model at a cost of Rs.8990. The representative (by name Libin T T) took away my AMC papers for amending and returning. Unfortunately he did not return AMC papers and is not reachable. Whenever I took the matter with your sales office they promised me that it will be resolved. Now the new machine is due for second service. To my surprise the service technician told that I have to pay for replacement of carbon etc. They have done only servicing ( on 27/02/2017) and replacement of filter etc. were not carried out. The AMC which I took by paying Rs.4080.00 in November 2014 is valid up to October 2017. Since the new machine is under warranty only service has been provided (in July 2016 and 27 Feb 2017). As promised while replacing the old machine AMC should be provided till October 2018 (i.e with extended period). The company should either provide AMC for which I am entitled or refund proportionate AMC charges from Jan 2016 to Oct 2017.
I had recently contacted Mr.Rajith, Service Manager, Kochi (Edappally). But nothing has been done. You may note that the cost of the machine being Rs.8990.00 and despite paying almost half of the price towards AMC not extending the service is nothing but cheating a loyal customer.
I request you to do the needful.

Mr Rajith Menon promised me (over phone and SMS on 07/03/2017) that AMC will be extended up to October 2018. However, on contacting the service centre (16/03/2017), Eurodelite Servicing centre, Edappally (contact No.[protected] the staff told me that only servicing will be provided and AMC will not be extended. That means spares, refills etc covered under AMC will be chargeable. Please note that I have paid for AMC covering refills, spares, etc. kindly do the needful to resolve the issue.

I was also robbed by one of their employee. The customer care is useless, you must approach the consumer court and claim the whole amount.

    I am fed up with this company. False commitment, not reliable, service person doesn't attend calls, and do not stick to their commitment. I have raised a reinstallation on 24 Feb 2017 and still waiting. None of the service person taking tue, call even their manager Kavita also of the category. I will spread this to social media and let them know the seriousness of after sales.

      A service engineer visited my place and I got to know that my system is installed with a local Hard Disk. I paid in full and a local hard disk was installed which failed and have been giving me troubles. The Local Hard disk was installed by Mr. Ranvir Kumar Choudhary without my knowledge. Moreover I paid a cheque for Rs. 21000 and 1000 in cash. And I got the bill of Rs. 19, 370/-
      The service engineer needed a LED which I did not have and I requested them to bring their own system for checkup and they denied. They told me that this is not the way we do it. So the company wants me to purchase a LED to have my Camera system fixed. I do not know where to go now

      This is second time iam getting disappointed.

        This is to inform you that we have recently bought three products of Eureka forbes through their employee Brij Kishore (Mobile - [protected]) who is based out of their Subash Nagar Branch, New Delhi. The concerned employee even after repetitive reminders hasn't submitted us the bill and is regularly avoiding our calls. The payment for all the three products has been done by cheque in favour of "Eureka forbes private limited". We have even escalated the matter to the divisional manager Mr. Sunil Kumar (Mobile - [protected] and [protected]).

        In the meanwhile, one of the product Dr. Aeroguard SCPR 700 has developed a malfunctioned and we have registered the complaint for the same via number - [protected], which again stands unresolved.

        We are totally clueless on how to get this resolved as we don't have the email ID or the phone number of the senior management and the person on the ground seem unresponsive, unsupportive and having an agenda of their own.

          I have logged 4 Complaints in last 5 months for changing the Membrane in my Eureka Forbes Reviva RO. The engineers visited 4 times, but they never came with membrane for replacing. During AMC renewal they have installed wrong membrane and during check I found TDH has went down to 4 or 5, which is quite below suppoted level. Once engineer brought the old used membrane. and post me resistant he told me we do not change membrane twice, but if wrong membrane is installed they need to change

            My reg no is [protected] for acquaguard. I required a service but the last representative named nazrul hassan [protected] who came for providing the service not only misbehaved with my parents but didn't provide the service. This is a harrasment caused by this company and its representative to its customer which is not acceptable at all. The service person who came before nazrul was jayonto roy who provided really good service for tge product. But this person only harrases the customer and I want to escalate the matter to its higher authorities.

              For the past 1 month we have been contacting our local Aquaguard service centre in Rayagada with constant delays and false assurances from their part.They have told us twice to be ready with the machine dried and emptied and we have been waiting for entire day with them assuring us first that they are on their way and then eventually switching off their phones. Its frustration at the highest level as a servicing of our machine is urgently required and they seem to think its a joke.

                I was promised by a representative that if I pay Bg MobiKwik I will get 5 % cash back and a free gift from the company. I have the chat conversation with the representative. Neither of these ever came and its over a month that I purchased the purifier. In fact I ended up paying 100 Rs more for the free gift delivery and processing fee. I informed customer care about it and they promised a call in 48 to 72 hours. Seems you have too many customers to address that you never came back even after a week. Or should I say too many complaints that you have stopped addressing them. You people are pathetic. The only way you can sell is by lying and promising ####ty crap. Do I sound unprofessional? Sorry but with the experience I have, yiu people are also unprofessional, probably thugs with ties.

                  I placed a service request on 18th Feb 2017 ([protected]) and till now it is not resolved. I purchased AMC online and placed request RO filter replacement and tap repair as it go broken. I am not able to use RO and so requested customer care to send someone urgently. I waited for 3 days there was no response. Then again on 22nd Feb I raised new request ([protected]), I was told RO will be serviced next day. I waited, raised new request on 23rd ([protected]) and then on 25th ([protected]). I got service manager number ([protected]). He assured it will be serviced soon. Later he stopped picking the phone. I don't know what to do now. Kindly refund my money.

                  PS: What I learned in this process that service managers and technicians will address complaint only if you pay them directly, otherwise paying for AMC is waste of time and money.

                  Finally technician arrived after 9 days. But what he did is another big concern. He replaced RO membrane with used/refurbished one and also not replaced one of the filters. I told him membrane is not new as there was no seal and looking old one. But he refused and replaced it. I am fed up with your service. Now not even hoping to get new filters in the replacement. Had very bad experience with euerka forbes. Painful and frustrating.
                  Finally technician arrived after 9 days. But what he did is another big concern. He replaced RO membrane with used/refurbished one and also not replaced one of the filters.                     Ref: contract receipt no.[protected] dt. 30/03/2016 cusomer code [protected]
                    Ms on mobile received that candles have been changed on your water filter whereas no one attended to our water filter and no such candles ever changed therein. Complain was lodged bearing no. [protected] to sagar and no. [protected] to asha. There was no response. Mr. Rajnath was contacted on mobile no. [protected] on 2nd february 2017. After rigorous follow-up on 25/02/2017 mr. Shaban ahmed technitian having no.64122 attended and refused to change the candles. He said to contact mr. Sandeep panday mobile [protected], he further referred to rajnath tiwari on mobile [protected]. He was called almost 4 times, it was ringing and he did not pick up the phone. After another mobile no. [protected] of hemant gaikwad was given, he was contacted and again asking the same story from beginning, he said sorry he can not do anything. After only resort to us to lodge fir in police station. As company is deaf and its representatives have absolutely clear malafide intention to cheat customer.

                    What a dick eureka forbes us.
                    I have ordered aeroguard SPL 200 which was supposed to reach us by 16 th feb 2017 however it has not reached yet. I called the customer care for the same however there was no satusfactory response from them.

                        I purchased a CCTV camera from Eureka Forbes. And to my surprise the camera stopped working within 3 days. I tried to lodge a complaint. But to my surprise horrible customer care. Unable to lodge a complaint on call. I tried mailing them on forth day.
                        I got a complain number on the 5th day. I was assure a service visit by 7th day on the mail. And again as expected nobody bothered to show up or call till the 8th day. Then I got to know that eureka forbes offers money back for their product within 30 days. On giving them the money back request, nobody replied. I can understand the company is old and is rUn by old and feeble personal. I do respect oldies. But please some one explain to the eureka forbes that I cannot wait for a long time. And with the quality of their service, I would be very happy with my refund.

                        The team Came and rectified the problem. Other service people were trying with the equipments when the problem was in wiring. Anyways I am happy with services. All is well if it ends well. There products were good, some problem with the wiring.

                        I bought the CCTV camera and it was installed on 2nd February 2017 for double the price of a typical CCTV system. I was assured of the bill by the purchaser within next 3 days of my purchase via post. I did not get the bill and on calling I was sent a soft bill on whatsapp, I was shocked with the professionalism of the company. Anyways I thought it would be better if I won't be needing the bill. But to my surprise the camera system and software ceased to work within 8 days of the purchase.
                        I called the customer care for help but they informed me that I am not a registered person. I had to go through the whole process of giving my address, and all details which took them around 30 minutes. Then I was informed that my complaint could not be registered. I tried calling them for 4 to 5 consecutive days but was unable to register a complain. Then I tried mailing them on the 5th day for which I got the confirmation mail regarding the complain and of a service visit within 2 working days of the complaint. I waited for three days but did not get any call or visit from them. I went to the website and noticed a service escalation tab, I complained there too but all useless. I have been calling, mailing and writing where ever I can to get the CCTV camera fixed for the last 20 days and not getting any results. Now I would like to return the product and get my money back. This has been worst purchase experience in my whole life. I am all frustrated and annoyed with their services.

                        A service engineer visited my place and I got to know that my system is installed with a local Hard Disk. I paid in full and a local hard disk was installed which failed and have been giving me troubles. The Local Hard disk was installed by Mr. Ranvir Kumar Choudhary without my knowledge. Moreover I paid a cheque for Rs. 21000 and 1000 in cash. And I got the bill of Rs. 19, 370/-

                        The service engineer needed a LED which I did not have and I requested them to bring their own system for checkup and they denied. They told me that this is not the way we do it. So the company wants me to purchase a LED to have my Camera system fixed. I do not know where to go now

                        The word soon is used very often in your company I guess and is often misunderstood by innocent people like me.
                        I bought a dr.aquaguard classis+ booster by mistake when i required only classic so i returned that classis +booster to the eureka as per the retun policy.
                        From last 20 days i am calling every tuesday and friday but there excuse is they will do it next tuesday and again on tuesday when i confirm they say friday.
                        Ultimately i am not getting my money back i think eureka forbes wants me to go for a complaint in consumer court.

                                I purchased a new ro aquaguard enhanced model on 13 jan 17. Due to faulty installation, the aguaguard became u/s from the date of installation. I've lodged 05 to 07 complaints from 16 jan 17 to till date. But the product is lying un-serviceable and there is no response from service center.                                   This is in reference to problem with the product I have been using. There has been an issue with my product since the day of its purchase. The service technician personnel has visited 9 times in 9 months for the same issue and repeatedly tried to fix the issue temporarily. The service however was made only for the interim and not qualitative enough to last long which evidently proves how inefficiently the work is processed from your end.

                                  I have repeatedly requested an intervention to resolve my issue permanently or to take this
                                  crappy product back
                                  I want a stringent action to be taken and replace my product with another production at the earliest.

                                  Such a poor response was not expected by a reputed company like eureka forbes.
                                  I am writing complaint after continuous and repeated follow up with sales manager Mr. Rishi Sikka and the representatives of the service team .
                                  The appaling service and inefficiency of your staff members were pretty evident in my case. Therefore I need my product to be replaced.

                                  Also, every company owe the customers some very basic social obligations. Primarily customer's satisfaction, which in my opinion your company lacks quite a lot.

                                    Our worst nightmare, and the worst product bought by us, we bought these prime model 1 year back, the salesperson in the shop misguided us to buy thise prime model, after installing, from the first day we complained about the model, but the engineers who visited our place, they told us we are doing our best to resolve your problem, but for last one year, after numerous complains and many visits of different engineers nothing has happened, now after one year Mr Rishi Sikka (Area sales supervisor) New Delhi, Lajpat Nagar area told me sir we are sorry we cannot do anything about it, and thise Mr Rishi Sikka is really rude, don't know how to talk to a lady, he was literally shouting upon my wife over cell phone, we hope these kind of people are to be punished, but still the problem are same, still the quality of water is really bad. So please solve thise matter in urgent basis.

                                      Purchasing a product of eureka forbes is perhaps the worst decision ever taken by us. Yes you read it right… worst decision. We never knew that you harass your customer by giving false commitments. I must bring this to your notice that you have the worst service team in the world. How can you keep such inefficient people in this important department?
                                      8 months back we purchased an aqua guard by paying rs 18403/- and after 4 months (Oct 2016) we had to do our first service. Since then our nightmare started. We have to at least wait for 8 to 10 working days and have to make calls innumerable number of times to the customer care for the technician to visit our home for the servicing.
                                      On 29th january 2017 we raised a request for the 2nd servicing of the aquaguard as there was some problem with the product and no water was getting stored. After 9 days of continuous follow up and raising a complaint, finally on 8th feb one technician came and saw the condition of the aqua guard. He recommended to purchase an additional filter to be fixed next to the aquaguard at an additional cost of rs 1100 which we duly agreed hoping that our drinking problem will be solved. But even after that the water was leaking from the aqua guard and the technician told he will have to replace one of the filters inside the aqua guard. Today is 21st feb 2017 and till date nobody has replaced the filter. On top of that due to this the entire thing the aquaguard itself has fallen and broken now. Even after telling this to the customer care nothing happened till date. One technician came on 16th feb and took a picture of the broken aquaguard and told they will replace the back panel. I spoke to mr vinay & ms sumithra and they promised that the back panel will be replaced by 20th feb. But nothing happened. On 20th feb i had to call atleast 5 to 6 times to know whether any technician is visiting our place and finally end of the day they said they will visit the next day. Today morning when i called the manager, then he said that the back panel is not available and will take time and once again i have been given a false commitment by extending the date till 24th feb 2017.
                                      Water is the most essential thing of our life. Since 29th january 2017 we are purchasing drinking water for drinking and cooking purpose and we are still doing the same till date just because of the company’s worse services. After spending rs 19600/- on the product and thousands of rupees for purchasing drinking water every day, we have no more faith on this company. Now we want our entire money to be refunded. I cannot take this pain for a lifetime. You guys better shut your company or first learn how to efficiently work in the service industry. Eureka forbes is playing with people’s life. Useless and worthless eureka forbes.
