I am having Aquaguard water purifier. I was shifted from my flat to another flat in october '16. on 17th, dec'16 i had given a request to Eureka Forbes, koregaon Park, Pune office for shifting of Aquaguard from old flat to new flat. The request no. of the same is [protected] & customer id is [protected] as per your sms recceived from you to me on 17th Dec'16. The same request had been allocated to Mr. Lalit Manoj Patil, mobile no. [protected] as per your sms received on 17/12/16.
Mr. Lalit Manoj Patil attend the same on 18th, Dec'16. He removed the aquaguard from old flat & installed in new flat. While installing he told me that one plumbing part was damaged 7 it has to be replaced. Hereplaced that part 7 take Rs. 150/- for it. actually we had renovated the whole kitchen before installing Aquaguard. So there is everything new. So no possibility of damaged plumbing part to exist. Still i paid for that part. He bring that part from the market. When he came first he was having one more technician with him. But when he came back from market he was having his senior with him & they were speaking with each other very slowly which was very doubtful. Later they finished the work & take n Rs. 150 for part & Rs. 350 for shifting charges i.e. total of Rs. 500. When I asked for the receipt he told me that he will provide the receipt next day when he came for AMC.
On the very next day morning when corporation water supply was on heavy water leakage was there. we didn't understand what was happening. so we called up the person who was renovated the kithen. Unfortunately he was out of station & not able to come immediately. Wehad to suffer because of that leakage problem till 21st of dec'16. On 21st dec'16 that person visited to us. He had to remove the tiles to check why leakage was there. After removing the tiles we came to know that the water supply pipe was found damaged. And it was happened while connecting the aquqguard connection to supply pipe. It means that damag was done by your technician Mr. Lalit Manoj Patil.
Next day I called up your Koregaon Park Office & inform them about all the the happened. They registered my complaint by complaint no. [protected], dtd 22/12/16. After that Mr Umesh Pillay, officer of service from Eureka Forbes visited our home. I showed him all the damage & the leakage photographs, & removed tiles. He then assuered to pay the amount Of Rs.3000/- [ Rs. three thousand.] for the whole work to be carried out for repairing the damage. Mr. Umesh Pillay told us to get the repairing workdone. As per his assuarance we done the repairing work.
But still we have not received the repairung amount of Rs. 3000/-.

As there are more than 40 days passed but still I've not received the money. This very bad kind of Service. As your Officer Mr.Umesh Pillay commited to us & the damage was done by your technician, you must have pay the money as early as possible. kly inform me when you are going to pay my money.
One more thing I would like to inform you that I'm having AMC of Aquaguard for 3 years. But nobody has came till date for AMC after the incident. And this is very rediculous.
kly pay my money 7 send the person for AMC as early as possible.

I purchased Aquaguard Superb just 2 weeks back (10th Jan) from Reliable Digital Belapur store. So far till yesterday it was working fine but now the water is not getting processed. Request someone from. Aquaguard to fix this ASAP.

    I had purchased the above purifier from Canteen Stores Department at Kochi; where I was staying at Vytila, Kochi at that time.After some Months I shifted to Calicut Kerala and using the same at my home. Now it is not working and I approached your Customer Service Center by phone. The person attended told me that since the equipment purchased through C.S.D Canteen they can not rectify the same. Now please inform whom I have approach to rectify the purifier. Request your help at the earliest

    I have a filter which has problem of overflowing from top. I have also registered complaint about the same about 8 to10 times within last month but the problem is not resolved yet.
    So I will suggest to never buy any product from company which dont care for after sales service.

      Hi sir,
      We have purchased Aquaguard enhance on 23 .8.16. On this now water flowing is very less so that we given request for service on 2 mth back (req no is [protected]) but still no one is coming for service. After that also I called lot of time but no response. It was totally useless services from eureka Forbes.
      Please provide services for today itself or else I need to return back your product.

Made payment through mobikwik app as advice by your sales person on 22nd jan 17 and was promised cash back of 5% within 24 hrs.           I am writing this to draw your attention towards your obnoxious service that you are providing us.
          We made a call on saturday saying that our aquaguard RO is not working
          (Specific complaint for motor) and you have lodged our complaint with complaint number-[protected] dated on[protected].
          Afterwards on monday[protected] technician provided by Uma Euro point 510/50 New hyderabad colony Lucknow 226007, he said that the motor is not working. I am saying that when i already told you that it is an issue of the motor then why did that technician came without it?
          I had a word with the service centre owner Mr. Satish Mishra who replied by saying, when the motor will be available then the same can be fixed by monday evening. But no one appeared. on tuesday also, i had to call the company but no reply. how irresponsible are you ?
          i am receiving your service after 2 days and i have to buy water from market. if this happens to u, won't u feel the same thing. i am your customer from 20 years and you provide this type of service to your old customer?

          Anyways technician came today changed the motor by 11:45 am. Though i am not happy with your service. If this happens again i will definitely withdraw my name from your company and will not take any services from you onwards.

            We got an Aquaguard Eterniti installed in my parents house in Kozhencherry in Dec 2015. During installation itself we had issues and the machine had to be replaced multiple times before we could even begin to use it. Its been giving us problems before one year of service and my parents have tried to reach out to the call center, service center and manager at Kollam mr. Sreejith but to no use. I have come on vacation and have tried logging service requests and constantly chasing the Manager at Kollam MR.Sreejith(He personally came and installed the machine) since Dec 26th 2016 but again I have been given false expectations and nothing has happened so far. We paid around INR 12000 for the machine and are getting the worst customer service for such an expensive product. We would like our money refunded at the earliest.

              Hi, i am writing from chennai, customer id - [protected], i ordered a water purifier on 11-December online with recommendation of sales person Govindaraj (ph # [protected]) & he gave a super assurance that the product is of top quality, he committed that he will be there during installation & swiftly turnaround for any kind of issues or complaints... was overwhelmed & ordered it online along with him & it took about 7-8 days for delivery. After delivery i was told that i need to install a pressure motor to make it workable which was another 3.5k & it took another 3 days !!!. which is almost end of December...

              Here is the issue :

              25-Jan, suddenly water started leaking all over the place & the entire kitchen's floor went wet, i immediately called up customer care & registered a complaint # [protected] & there was no response... our super duper sales man Mr.Govindaraj was also covering up & no response.

              26-Jan, could be a holiday..so i left it

              27-Jan, one half cooked service person arrived after continuous follow up, he had no idea how to operate & he said water inlet is not working... believe me... even after seeing a wet kitchen floor he Mr. was complaining water inlet to the machine is not working... then i fired & him & he ran away... Again i called up customer care & they said they will send a senior person (what do you mean by that) i didn't understand that... then why that half cooked guy was sent i had no idea... Mr. Senior technician arrived & said the motor coil gone / pressure switch gone & assured replacement will be -brought on the next day itself...

              28-Jan, i called up Mr.Senior technician, he went on leave it seems & provided the Senior's senior person Mr.Baskar contact number (ph #[protected]), so this Super senior Mr.Baskar said 100% will send some other senior person... No body ####ing turned up, I told my concern very clearly about me travelling out of station & there are 2 patients in house which will need water...he was like will do sir...will do sir...

              29- Jan, comeon guys its sunday...lets not disturb the customer... right

              30-Jan. oh wow its monday, maaaay be all would have had wild party on sunday, so no one turned up...

              31-Jan, i came back to chennai & noticed nothing was done... we have been buying water cans.. for straight 1 week... today called up all possible...eureka customer care...they are very glad to give you new complaint id... so u can drink it... this Super senior basker...didnt even pick up calls...our extraordinary sales person must be busy aroubd finding some other customer to fool aroud... then finally after my office hours went to Eurekha office @ gn chetty road & met Ms.Thenmozhli...she assured action before 7 PM, its 8.15 pm now...lets see where it goes from now...

              Come on guys... i had a great impression about your company some how... just now seeing your reality... in the names of the person i mentioned above...even 1 atleast 1 wanted to give a quality service or atleast a followup call.. i would be glad... let me assume my hard earned money is cheated...

                After going through models I preferred to go for Aqua gaurd considering the brand name and the tenure they exist in this business. While checking online on the product features, I preferred to go for a demo of eterniti model.

                One of the executive visited and checked the TDS level(metro water) and the TDS was 236 and he suggested for this TDS eterniti would suffice. He never explained the flipside that this would only act as a filter. Based on his word I made payment of Rs 12490/- . The product was installed only after 6 days (on 13/01/2017) after multiple follow up.

                The technician who installed had also not checked the TDS level post filtration.

                After a week, my daughter(5yrs) had fell sick due to infection and almost she was about to get admitted in hospital.

                While I called one of the known technician on 26/01/2017 and checked the TDS level post filtration, to my surprise it was 332( to quote the TDS from the tap was 236) and I was shocked after seeing this. No wonder my daughter fell sick.

                I immediately called the customer care and raised a complaint and informed them to uninstall the unit and refund back. The person who spoke to me said that she had raised a complaint and will get resolved immedietly(req number [protected].+

                The same day a technician from Eurekha(Mohan) called me and I explained the situation and requested him to uninstall the unit for which he said he had received only a request to check TDS and said he will escalate post which no body contacted.

                I again tried reaching customer care on Saturday 28/01/2017. Since I called post working hours, they did not pick. Promptly they called me the next day morning and I again explained the problem and the person who called me said that she would initiate a escalation (ref no[protected] and she also assured that unit would be uninstalled and refund would be processed.

                However, nobody had called or contacted further. Again on Monday we called and spoke to customer care and they said refund is not possible and gave service head number to contact.

                When contacted service head, he stated that this is not our problem and requested us to contact the sales team. While contacting the sales team, they had blatantly said that based on our request only the product was installed. Yes I preferred eterniti but im not a technician to know the everything. Yes I preferred this model based on the information updated by Eurekha on site. Then what ever information about the product updated in the site is not TRUE then. The sales person said they cannot refund but rather they would replace a RO with additional charge which we do not wish to.

                Today morning, one of person from mumbai or pune called me again and I have to explain the whole history and she said that refund can be very much done as the purchase of the product is between 15-28 days and gave the sales help line number to contact. While my wife tried the number, she was able to speak to a gentlemen called Yuvraj. She again explained the whole history and he said refund is not possible but we will try to replace(I ONLY UNDERSTAND ONE THING FROM ALL DISCUSSION IS THAT THEY ARE RELUCTANT TO PROCESS OR PROCEED TO THE RESPECTIVE TEAM FOR REFUND).

                Still my issue is not resolved.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I have been using Aquaguard I Nova for the last 11 years & the apparatus is on continuously renewed AMC for the said period. We had no problem with the apparatus for the said period.
                  I did a 3 year AMC with Blue water services at Mangalore in the month of October 2015 during which there was a replacement of candles. Next the mandatory replacement of candles should have been done in October 2016. This, inspite of reminders to the concerned agency is not being replaced. When the complaint is made to the customer care, a complaint number is generated & a service personnel is allotted. Within minutes, a message is received on the registered phone number that the service is completed and a feedback is requested. This is highly unethical. Repeated complaints about this has fallen on deaf ears. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                    I have purchased Dr. Aquaguard Magna NXT HD UV through their representative Mr.Nitinkumar Jha Code No. 4009136 & Mr. Viond Pant from official e-commerce site and made payment of Rs. 12, 990/= through my debit card on[protected]. vide invoice No.[protected].The water purifier is delivered & installed on[protected]. During the installation we found that the product is defective as water tank lid is not properly closing and filter compartment cover is broken and informed accordingly to their engineer/mechanic and their sales person Mr.Nitinkumar Jha and Mr. Viond Pant. The water purifier not working to our satisfaction. Then we opted for refund. After various complaints & e mails, on[protected] they uninstalled the machine, and various requests they taken back on[protected] by Dexter Logistics vide way bill No. 1640444. Till then we have visited several times their Vasai West office namely Mr. Manoj Jha, Vinod Pant & Rahij P. Shaikh & contacting call centre . But they do not bothered to give me single reply. Their Vasai office assured by writing payment should be given on or before[protected]. But till to-day[protected] I am not received my refund of Rs.12, 990/=. Therefore, I request you that please look into the matter

                      We had bought the Euroclean WD X2 machine in April 2016. It has developed some snag, the machine/motor is making odd noises.
                      So We had registered a complaint at your help line No: 39883333, on 18/12/2016, we have got a complaint no. [protected].

                      Your people have picked up the machine from my house almost a month ago and still there is no information till now. I dont know if they have sold off my machine. There is no reply. Please let me know if i will ever get back my machine. If repair of the machine is not possible, pl arrange for a new machine immediately. Your customer service department is useless.

                      Also we have not been able to escalate the complaint. Pl let me know how i can escalate the complaint to your directors.

                        I have been writing escalations to Eureka Forbes for the last 6 months with absolutely no response from their end. The machine is lying ideal/un-used in my house since Sep 2016. Several complaints raised thru CC, Online Portal, Written Statement thru courier etc. but with no avail. I want EF to provide me a solution for the issue to save my investment of about Rs. 17, 000/-.

                        Note: The machine was bought in April 2016 and in 6 months I had to call them for more than 5 times to fix the issues faced. After a while the system stopped working and they said the filter need to be changed costing Rs. 3, 400/-.

                              After making 20 to 30 calls to customer care and posting in FB and You tube at last Technician attended at 2.20 pm on 30th jan 2017 against my complaint on 23rd Jan 2017. As I purchased the machine on line he demanded for service charges.As the machine is under warranty I refused to pay. He told booster pump has to be replaced.He also told me he will not come again. He has not solved my issue. what to do?
                              I purchased and installed Aquaguard geneus on 15th nov 2016. within one month the booster pump stopped working.After trying for a week with customer care continuously got the booster pump replaced with a less capacity one by the technician. It's capacity is 600 ml/min and the one I got with the machine is 1.6 Litres/min. That day itself I refused to give back the damaged original booster pump which came along with the aquaguard Geneus and it is still with me. As you replaced sub standard booster pump again I am suffering for the last 8 days without having safe water. This is very bad on your part.
                              Hence I am requesting you to replace a booster pump with a capacity of 1.6 lt/min at the earliest.

                              My Aquaguard Geneus is still under repair. I am once again giving you the details of my complaint
                              22/01/2017: Aquaguard geneus purchased and installed on 15/11/[protected] service lamp started blinking. Informed sanga Reddy service center. They said will attend on 23/01/2017
                              23/01/2017 : Sanga Reddy service center demanded for service charge as the machine was not baught from them. ( They wasted 1 day). So, immediately lodged complaint with Aquaguard customer care.
                              Complaint No [protected] dt 23/01/2017.
                              25/01/2017: called customer care for 10 times.Informed escalated as high priority and Technician will contact immediately. Nothing happened
                              26/01/2017: called customer care 5 times. No action
                              27/01/2017:called customer care 5 times. No action
                              28/01/2017:called customer care 5 times. No action
                              29/01/2017:called customer care 5 times. No action
                              30/01/2017:Posted in FB and You Tube: Technician attended at 14.20 hrs. Demanded for service charge. I refused to pay. He talked with their Sangareddy office whom I contacted on 22nd Jan 2017.Then he opened machine and first told the machine is not getting ON. I said it is getting on, Check properly. Then he said, it is getting on but the booster pump is not working. He closed the machine and said he will not come again.
                              Sangareddy service center erlier also demanded money though the machine is under warranty.
                              In the month of Dec the booster pump not worked and the technician replaced with an inferior pump of capacity 6ooml/min instead of 1.6 litres/ min.
                              So, atleast this time I am requesting you to replace with a pump of capacity 1.6 liters/ min to avoid further breakdown.

                              Technician came 31/1/2017 evening and replaced booster pump of capacity 1.1 cc/min instead of 1.6 cc/min. Mr sudhakar Maintenance incharge of Andhra and Telangana asked me to allow the technician to change and told me that within 3 to 4 days he will send technician again with 1.6 cc/min pump and replace the same. Actually my complaint no [protected] dated 23/01/2017 is regarding glowing of service light. That issue is not yet solved. Mr Sudhakar informed me that within 2 days he will arrange for RO Membrane replacement. So, still nothing has been solved. Machine is dispensing water with service light glowing. Any time any damage may happen to the machine again. Poor service.

                                    i'm from Gwalior, the eureka forbes service provider is very unethical and rude.
                                    he made us sign service contract for water purifier according to which the service of the water purifier would be done in every three months . he made us sign contract for Rs3825 from 27/12/13 to 26/12/16.they only paid visit for 5 -6 times in the entire contract period of three years . on 26/12/16 they called us for signing a new contract of again three years and said they would never pay a visit in the time of need if we don't sign they agreement.we refused .After that we called them 10 times but they refuse to provide any service .there only interest is to make us sign contract, take money and again don't respond to our service calls which should be done according to their contract.our water purifier is not working and we don't know what to do.as they refuse to provide service.

                                      it was identified that the clip is not fixing properly. same identified the next day of sales and same was intimated to Prathap over phone. since, that day he is neither receiving phone call nor calling back.
                                      iam really surprised with attitude of a manager from a reputed company.

                                      arrange to attend the issue and resolve on priority.

                                      also, the machine was purchased on previous vaccum cleaner exchange. the commitment of exchange also not completed.

                                        We are purchasing a water purefire form his sell parsons. He take advance a pree date check of 18450 rupee in 27.1.17. Machine come in between this date but last 5 daye going but not coming any technical parson for installing .sell parson frequently switch of his mobile phone or some time tell me that today going. I was also five a complaint on eureka Forbs but not results. Now I have a uninstall machine of water purifier.
