My Aquaguard Geneus is still under repair. I am once again giving you the details of my complaint
22/01/2017: Aquaguard geneus purchased and installed on 15/11/[protected] service lamp started blinking. Informed sanga Reddy service center. They said will attend on 23/01/2017
23/01/2017 : Sanga Reddy service center demanded for service charge as the machine was not baught from them. ( They wasted 1 day). So, immediately lodged complaint with Aquaguard customer care.
Complaint No [protected] dt 23/01/2017.
25/01/2017: called customer care for 10 times.Informed escalated as high priority and Technician will contact immediately. Nothing happened
26/01/2017: called customer care 5 times. No action
27/01/2017:called customer care 5 times. No action
28/01/2017:called customer care 5 times. No action
29/01/2017:called customer care 5 times. No action
30/01/2017:Posted in FB and You Tube: Technician attended at 14.20 hrs. Demanded for service charge. I refused to pay. He talked with their Sangareddy office whom I contacted on 22nd Jan 2017.Then he opened machine and first told the machine is not getting ON. I said it is getting on, Check properly. Then he said, it is getting on but the booster pump is not working. He closed the machine and said he will not come again.
Sangareddy service center erlier also demanded money though the machine is under warranty.
In the month of Dec the booster pump not worked and the technician replaced with an inferior pump of capacity 6ooml/min instead of 1.6 litres/ min.
So, atleast this time I am requesting you to replace with a pump of capacity 1.6 liters/ min to avoid further breakdown.

Updated by Vasu Dh Technician came 31/1/2017 evening and replaced booster pump of capacity 1.1 cc/min instead of 1.6 cc/min. Mr sudhakar Maintenance incharge of Andhra and Telangana asked me to allow the technician to change and told me that within 3 to 4 days he will send technician again with 1.6 cc/min pump and replace the same. Actually my complaint no [protected] dated 23/01/2017 is regarding glowing of service light. That issue is not yet solved. Mr Sudhakar informed me that within 2 days he will arrange for RO Membrane replacement. So, still nothing has been solved. Machine is dispensing water with service light glowing. Any time any damage may happen to the machine again. Poor service.

Updated by Vasu Dh Thank you Priya Madam. Today we are drinking Geneus water after a long time of 7 days. I think I can trust Mr. Sudhakar, (Service in charge of AP and Telangana). Thanks for you and Mr Sudhakar for solving the issue within 24 hours. Don't mind if I am arrogant in posting massages and comments as we are addicted to "Geneus" water and not getting it made me arrogant. Thank you. Have a nice day.
