Purchased dr aquaguard genius plus 10 months ago and since then 3 pumps have been replaced due to a terrible sound (Like a tractor) when machine is on. Unfortunately the sound is still present and technicians have no idea how to fix it. I purchased this top of the line expensive machine and its been a total disappointment. I need my money back asap.

With in 6 months of a service for the another service they r charging not affordable that crossing more than 7000. We may go to the option of choosing getting another plant, we could not bear these much serive charges that as a customer u should give some benefit with service with mimimum chages of 3000 or 4000.

    This is reg our purchase of dr. Aquaguard magna ro + uv in jan 2016.
    While buying the product we insisted on one time payment method, but ur executive emphasised on buying through amc in 8 quarterly installments for some lucrative servicing offers. Order number: [protected]

    But, to our dismay today after a whole year of installation none o[censored]r executives had visited us even once for servicing. Rather last to last week we faced some issue with the motor of the machine and then we raised a service request. Ur visiting executive informed us there was no service record of the machine in the designated service center and hence we received no service in last one year.

    We provided him all the relevant docs and requested him to generate the same but even after three weeks of request it is still lying unattended.

    We have not received any services from eureka forbes for the machine while it was promised that machine will be serviced on regular intervals and filters will be replaced by company after 1 year.

    We have made numerous calls to mr. Praveen kumar who had initially installed the machine. And have raised the service requests twice on ur helpline. Also, we have requested in person to ur visiting executive.

    We are highly disappointed with ur customer service and the lethargic behaviour o[censored]r employees. This is our last request with aquaguard to look into it n resolve the grievance or else we will have to stop the payment of remg 4 cheques. All the relevant docs n amc contract is attached herewith.

    I have already put complaints multiple times via multiple channels (Phone, email and website) and since i am not getting the service so consider this as my formal and official notice that if problem is resolved within 3 days i will put the remaining 4 cheques under stop payment and would suit you to consumer forum to recover the already paid amount. I need my money back or get the services.

      I bought UV+UF advanced mineral guard purifier a year back. Later this year I was contacted by your sales representative stating warranty period had elapsed, for which i agreed to sign AMC and paid 4k+ through cheque. Your sales representative vanished with my cheque for more than three weeks. He never returned to change new cartridge as promised. After numeral attempts made though phone, another representative came and changed the cartridge. Purifier worked fine for a day and then it stopped. Again I made several calls, another of your rep came and said that the previous person, who installed it, didn't not do it properly, still it didn't work. This time i made several complaints (no-[protected] ) and finally it was found out that it's a valve problem which was promised to be replaced in few days. This time after valve was replaced and a new problem of water leakage due to your rep's careless workmanship. This happened few days and a new complaint was made (no- [protected]). now we are back to square one of chasing your reps.

        I had a two year AMC that entitled me for two filter changes. They did one filter change and did not perform the second filter change. When my two year AMC expired, I called them to perform the second filter change that I was due per the expired AMC before I would renew my AMC. In spite of showing all the paper work to detail the action, they refused the filter change and insisted that I renew my AMC only after which they would perform a filter change. Very unreasonable service engineer and supervisor.

          I had purchased a water purifier and was delivered on Monday. Ever since then we have been following up with the sales person - Sampath, T.Nagar office, and he tells that someone will come def by 11am. This has been happening over last 4 days with NO HELP whatsoever except for empty promises and ZERO value for others time. Am worried what will happen on service if the initial response is so disappointing.

          I urge all to pls be clear on installation as post sales and monies coming, this company also seems to have zero value for customers

            I had purchased Vacuum Cleaner on 31st of January, I Have received Machine, but bill paid Receipt or Bill invoice is not provided to me.
            I had problem with machine, when I called to customer care Number,
            they asked me about invoice & Bill details.

            Concern Person Mr. Mohan Patil ( Divisional Head) From Kolhapur are not ready to give that details as on 17th of Feb, When ever I call him He says he is out of office, Accountant is not available & so & such .

              I purchased RO+UV purifier in April 2015. Today, 17th Feb 2016 the came for servicing and stated that the cartridge is spoilt and needs to be replaced but that is not covered under warranty.

              Which type of service is this? Its not even a year and cartridge needs replacement, why is not that covered under warranty? Then what do they provide warranty for??

                I Mrs .Dipali Ninad Baraskar, would like to bring to your noticed that I purchased Aquaguard water purifier on 10th November 2016, Model : Dr Aquaguard Compact, for INR 8491 from Mr.Pawan Mishra (mobile no: [protected]) .

                Mr.Pawan promised us that we will be getting provogue watch as a complimentary gift if we purchase Aquaguard for which we agreed .Its been more than 3 months now we still have not recieved the said gift .We called him for around 10-12 times, every time he makes an excuse saying I am out of station, watch is out of stock etc etc, sometimes he didn't respond too.

                We would like to inform you that we haven't recieved any mail or communication from the company regarding delay of the gift or apologies for the delay ( reason being out of stock) neither we recieved any tentative information about when we will be recieving our gift .

                As a customer I would like to inform you that due to this lack of communication we think that we have been fooled by your representative or it might be your fault that you are not providing the gift on time ( which Mr Pawan promised that we will getting in 15 days - 1 month from date of purchase ) .

                Even it's been more than a month that I lodge a complaint regarding the same on companies email id but to my surprise even then no action has been taken till now.. Executives are just calling and asking did u receive the gift or not ? They are not providing any information about the gift neither they are telling whether we will be receiving the gift or not.

                I would also like to highlight that we are not so keen about receiving the gift now but here the matter is about the trust .customers blindly trust brands and thus get this kind of treatment .

                I being the customer didn't expect this behaviour from the company like Eureka Forbes.

                I hope after reading this detailed complaint atleast some action will be taken rather than just calling again and again to ask details of the complaint.

                  I have purchased water purifier of aquaguard geneus on 17/07/2016 with serial no. [protected] and artical code[protected] from reliance digital lucknow. As per product feature which was conveyed by sales team it will purify 6000ltr water then service button will be blink but if you will press reserve mode it will give you normally 1.5 or 200ltr in this time period you can change the filter and chip but unfortunately within 6 month service button is blinking and furifier system has been stoped we have lodge the complaint on your customer care no after 2 days engineer visited at my home and he said that you have used 6000ltr water and chip charges of rs. 5100/- will be pay for change the chip. I have only 2 person and one kid how can it possible 6000ltr has been consumed also 20 days out of city. Request you please resolve my issue at earliest otherwise i will bound to take shelter of consumer forum.

                    Dear Customer Care Team,

                    I am very unhappy with the above mentioned product which I bought on 29th Feb 2016, as it is having technical issue from day 1.

                    Even your engineers, senior technicians have visited to fix this product but it is of no use.

                    In regular interval of 2 months, this product is giving some problems such as: sound of motor, leakage in filter, no collection of water in tank and so on.

                    I have already lodge complaint couple of times in your system and every time your technicians confirmed that product would work properly.

                    But yesterday again product motor again start giving huge sound, though I have lodge complain again but I am very stressed that even after buying best and most expensive product I am struggling with problem persisting in your product.

                    I have no choice but left with replacement of your faulty product as i dont trust your this piece of product any more.

                    My water purifier was damaged by one of the company's technician during the service which has resulted to the chain of events leading to damaging of the system. I've been trying to call but no response for last 15 days.This is ridiculous from the company.They keep assigning the same serviceman every time and that he doesn't reply.

                      I bought eureka forbes water purifier online. My customer Id is [protected]. first nobody came to install the purifier. After repeated complaints there was a technician who came and when he opened the box (which was sealed packed), it was found that knobs of water pipes were broken inside and whole water leaked. I have requested to return the piece online and refund my money but I was informed that somebody again will visit in 3-4 days to check the machine and since then no one has arrived and It has been more than a week now.
                      Since I paid for the purifier it has been about a month and I am still not able to drink purified water. Horrible experience with Eureka forbes.

                        Despite of a call made to the customer care to check our filter the answer we were given is to change the filter wherein it was not even being used for 3 months
                        Alright! going with the suggestion of changing the filter inside, still we faced the same issue. finally after speaking to the custmer care nce again they send their representative to check who said that the switch was not working n had to b replaced .

                        now again! after several calls n reminders we havent got anyone to change the switch..didnt expect this pathetic service from a reputed company n a brand like urs. basic necessacity water!!! n this is the level of seriouness it is dealt with.

                        In every three months its start generating bad water and bad smell .. i have to ask for repair every time its my new machine only still not completed one year and i have made repairs twice ..

                        every time engineer come and replace some parts and charge 300 to 500 rs

                          I have purchased an Annual maintenance contract with Eureka forbes, on[protected], i had a technician named ALOK at my door step check for the due service but i had not got any intimation about it through message(security and safety issue of parents) after service he charged 200rs for white pipe 1/4'' for 2 meters, which is hardly 185rs for 5 meteres and he did not give me any bill. (CHEATING customers) when asked about price list he said to ask in office, due to busy schedule i signed the pink card of AMC but Later i enquired in office where i got to know that they have not sent any person for AMC service, they said ex employees are visiting the customers by getting the pink card printed. This brings us how can such a big agency like this has so much loop holes? Where is the security of customers, if any thing happens to parents? Cant eureka forbes be so negligent even after they knowing who the culprits are?
                          Kindly request for a strict action, before someones life gets in danger.

                            Techician came on 27th Jan.took his visiting fees mentioning he will come the next gay and repair and add the new part.sunce then our family is following up every day but no help is being extended. Accidentally happened to meet face to face in the society he mentioned cleverly that he is looking for the part and within three days it will get sorted but after that 10 days have passed.very upset with this behaviour seeking support from consumer care

                                Problems with aquaguard water purifier

                                  I am from Dehradun and have a vaccum Machine which got inoperative, I personally visited to the Service Centre in Dehradun and told him about the problem. the guy told me that there is a issue in the PCB of the Vaccum machine and he told me that the spare parts of the Vaccum Machine is not with them, they have to order from the spare part vendor but till date the PCB is not installed due to wrong PCB's are being send by the Spare part vendor.

                                  Till now 4 months have being lapsed and Vaccum Machine is laying with the Service Centre in Dehradun only.

                                  Eureka Forbes After Sale Service is Very Poor in this regard.

                                    I bought Aqua guard RO from Eureka forbes in Sep 2016, recently ( 1month) back started facing some technical issue with the unit, service was done but issue was not resolved, called up the cust care group to file the complaint again, same person was assigned the job ( I am not sure if he was aware of the actual problem) however I told him that I am not able to find the original bill due to which part replacement was not possible. Spoke to the sales person who sold the unit to me, he said that he would speak with his boss & deliver a duplicate bill to me, within 2-3 days, now he isnt picking up the call nor replying to the message due to which I am sitting with a faulty machine & have to survive on spending money on buying water from outside which is a big problem as my parents have health issues & have to have RO water. No clear communications from a reputed company & at the time of installations I was also told there would be some other papers which would delivered by post which never happened as when I checked the same with cust care no one gave me a clear & concrete reply

                                      We booked Aquaguard reviva UV. Machine came on Tuesday night around 9 pm and next morning plumber came to installed the machine around 8.30 am. The meeting time was always before 10 am and after 8 pm as I have seven days working profile. Story became worse when plumber came but installed the machine at not a suitable height I called to sales executive and he provided me personal number of plumber. I made call to plumber and request to come before 10 am or after 8 pm but he said " ma'am jab chakkar lagega tab aaunga". In next day the leakage took place by the machine tap I made call to sales executive but he disconnected. Finally I made call to customer care in three different day having service and complain number [protected], 98468439 and 98477102 respectively. Each time I got an executive to talk who was ready to say sorry but useless to send a technician and plumber. Finally I said if I don't get the the resolution by today evening ( 08/02/2017- 8pm) then better you give me money back. So I received call from a landline after few hours and that lady told me that it is impossible to send a person before 10 am or 8pm.
                                      On 09/02/2017, one technician came at my place but not at the mentioned time and repaired the leaked tap. On asking him about plumber he said it's not his responsibility. I requested him to raise plumber issue but he said for that I need to give charges. I mentioned that I have lifetime free service. Then he said in that case you need to contact your sales person. I called the sales person and asked him to send the plumber. He said he will try but no one came and problem remained unsolved.
                                      Now my question are:
                                      Why the hell sales executive didn't say that he can't come in that time. He came and sold the product with poorest service support.
                                      This is the services they are providing when my product is actually in money back terms.

                                      Now even when we requested for refund no revert on email.

                                      After raising issue through this portal I finally got call from one of the company's distributer on 15th Feb. His name was MR. Praveen(distribitor from Janakpuri). He said that company asked him to settle your case but I doubt that I sold that product to you. On that I said yes you dint sale that product to me that product was sold by Dharmendra Verma from Peeragarhi. He said that according to company's system his name was shown in front of product sold to me. He requested to copy of bill so that he can identify what's the issue. I did the same. Finally he came up with many reasonings:

                                      First, Dharmendra Verma( sales manager located at Peeragarhi) has no right to make sale of that product.

                                      Second, the offer price of the machine is 8k which was sold to me at 9490.

                                      Third and the final one, Dharmendra Verma made me repetitive call to sell out the product on the special promise of providing lifetime free service on which he committed that "kuch bhi panga Hoga toh Banda ghar par aakr theek krkr jayga. But Mr. Praveen told me that ma'am Aisa kuch Ni hota. He made tonnes of false promises just to meet his sales targets. 

                                      Mr. Praveen said that we install machine first then after ensuring the satisfaction of the consumer we take the payments. But Dharmendra Verma came on Sunday (29/01/2017) and took the payment. After two days that means on Tuesday he came around 9.30pm with machine but without plumber. On Wednesday he came with plumber who installed the machine. But unfortunately he installed the machine at inappropriate height in my absence. And since then I made dozen of call but Dharmendra Verma and his plumber are least interested to pick it up. I wonder on which ground he made promise of lifetime free service. And then words of mr. Praveen comes into my mind that no company promises like this. Undoubtedly just to meet his targets he made me fool.

                                      But still mr. Praveen can't do anything as he didn't get that product sold to me. He said ma'am matter bahot upar tak pahuch gya h but the point is I don't care where the matter has reached I need my money back as one of the company representative cheated on me and even company is not interested to listen the issue and return my money.

                                      I don't care what Dharmendra did and mr. Praveen said. I do remember that it was the company on whom I relied. So now it's company's responsibility to refund my money.

                                      That's it.

                                      I doubt that they will reply once the period of money back (30 days) get ended!!

                                      I guess the concerned fraud person ( Dharmendra Verma ) is still not in a mood to act as a gentleman.
                                      He came on Thursday ( 23/02) when I was not at home. My old and sick parents were there. He came and took that machine back in return he gave me post dated cheque dated (28/02). Over the phone he said due to Shivratri Saturday and Sunday banks will remain off. So he is giving cheque dated Monday (27/02). I asked for the cash but he said "baad me de jaunga". I asked him that he can take back the machine once he pay cash to me but he said he need to submit that machine to company on that day only. In addition he also took machine stand with him for which I paid 300 rupees along with the machine value. I made call on Thursday night asking why did he took that stand on which he said he will return that on Friday( 24/02). In addition he said he will bring cash and take the cheque back. On Friday I made so many calls but at night he finally said that he will come on Monday.
                                      The point is, over the call he said he is giving cheque dated Monday (27/02) but it is dated Tuesday (28/02).
                                      He also said he will give me cash by Friday but then he said he will give that on Monday.
                                      Moreover he has taken that stand for which I have paid separately and he is well aware of that.
                                      One more thing to add on today evening (25/02) one sales executive came at my place offering another models (Aquaguard magna cost of rupees 13000), his name was Shailendra. He said they will take the cheque given by Dharmendra Verma and the balanced amount I need to give them to buy that new model. I asked him if he is sent by Dharmendra Verma .On that he said he is from different team but I just trapped him and he admitted that he sits with him in the same office at Peeragarhi.
                                      In short that concerned fraud man is still thinking ways to make me fool. How cool is this!!
                                      What kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is this. He came and took the machine but did not pay my money back. In addition he is still finding way to make me fool and test my patience.

                                      And to be honest I still have doubt if the cheque will get clear or not.

                                      Please look into it on priority as it was Eureka Forbes which we relied on.
