I am ashok (H NO 4-9, LOCK DOWN, Gudlavalleru, Krishna district, AP 521356.) Rsident of gudlavallrru.
I purchased aquagaurd genious on 6-6-2016, at sonovision Guduvada.Bill no -SL-722, Tin No [protected], its was working good at starting two three months, after that miner problems solved ur technicians . i called ur help line number and i gave a complaint basis of over wastage water flowing and leakage from main unit, technicians came and solved the problem temporarly after two three days again problem repeated its service indication light blinking i called again to your help line number he said i will send the technicians who pucked up the call, ur technicians came they said your zenious main unit chip faild it needs to replace that its cost 2500 rupees i argued it is under warranty period we used water for limitedly for drinking purpose only, we purchased after summer so no need to more water consumtion but chip faild it happend oly leakage and over flow of wastage water, thats ur company technical problem that is ur responsibility, i got call from ur technicians vijaykumar, vijayawada again he said that your zenious chip faild you have to pay 2500 rupees i again discursed my problem and i informed to Mr siva he is in hyderabad tecnical head told him about my problem he said at the time i will call u after getting details but till now there is no response.
particularly ur product needs mouth publicity, now a days mouth publicty played main role. How can we suggest to others about aquagaurd.
I am very disappointed with this kind of service,
I think so that this or choose aquagaurd purifier was my wrong decision,
So please take a sincere action on this complaint,
