Since 27.09.2016, i have raised request to reinstallation of aquaguard compact, complain no. - [protected] dated 27.09.2016, request no. [protected], 98337441, 98344492, 98382728, 98371794 raised on various dates i. E. 11.01.2017, 23.01.2017, 25.01.2017, 27.01.2017, 28.01.2017 & 30.01.2017. Every time your customer care executive attend the phone and told me that technician will visited soon at your given address. But till date technician did not come. I have purchase drinking water from shop daily which is highly expensive. Kindly reinstall the aquaguard compact to my home at the earliest.

Filter is not working properly. The product is still under the warranty period. Even d technicians who attend r complaints they themselves don't know what exactly d problem is? Overall d product and d service which we r got is extremely poor. Kindly look it into d matter and solve r problem as soon as possible.

    After making 20 to 30 calls to customer care and posting in FB and You tube at last Technician attended at 2.20 pm on 30th jan 2017 against my complaint on 23rd Jan 2017. As I purchased the machine on line he demanded for service charges.As the machine is under warranty I refused to pay. He told booster pump has to be replaced.He also told me he will not come again. He has not solved my issue. what to do?
    I purchased and installed Aquaguard geneus on 15th nov 2016. within one month the booster pump stopped working.After trying for a week with customer care continuously got the booster pump replaced with a less capacity one by the technician. It's capacity is 600 ml/min and the one I got with the machine is 1.6 Litres/min. That day itself I refused to give back the damaged original booster pump which came along with the aquaguard Geneus and it is still with me. As you replaced sub standard booster pump again I am suffering for the last 8 days without having safe water. This is very bad on your part.
    Hence I am requesting you to replace a booster pump with a capacity of 1.6 lt/min at the earliest.

    My Aquaguard Geneus is still under repair. I am once again giving you the details of my complaint
    22/01/2017: Aquaguard geneus purchased and installed on 15/11/[protected] service lamp started blinking. Informed sanga Reddy service center. They said will attend on 23/01/2017
    23/01/2017 : Sanga Reddy service center demanded for service charge as the machine was not baught from them. ( They wasted 1 day). So, immediately lodged complaint with Aquaguard customer care.
    Complaint No [protected] dt 23/01/2017.
    25/01/2017: called customer care for 10 times.Informed escalated as high priority and Technician will contact immediately. Nothing happened
    26/01/2017: called customer care 5 times. No action
    27/01/2017:called customer care 5 times. No action
    28/01/2017:called customer care 5 times. No action
    29/01/2017:called customer care 5 times. No action
    30/01/2017:Posted in FB and You Tube: Technician attended at 14.20 hrs. Demanded for service charge. I refused to pay. He talked with their Sangareddy office whom I contacted on 22nd Jan 2017.Then he opened machine and first told the machine is not getting ON. I said it is getting on, Check properly. Then he said, it is getting on but the booster pump is not working. He closed the machine and said he will not come again.
    Sangareddy service center erlier also demanded money though the machine is under warranty.
    In the month of Dec the booster pump not worked and the technician replaced with an inferior pump of capacity 6ooml/min instead of 1.6 litres/ min.
    So, atleast this time I am requesting you to replace with a pump of capacity 1.6 liters/ min to avoid further breakdown.

    Technician came 31/1/2017 evening and replaced booster pump of capacity 1.1 cc/min instead of 1.6 cc/min. Mr sudhakar Maintenance incharge of Andhra and Telangana asked me to allow the technician to change and told me that within 3 to 4 days he will send technician again with 1.6 cc/min pump and replace the same. Actually my complaint no [protected] dated 23/01/2017 is regarding glowing of service light. That issue is not yet solved. Mr Sudhakar informed me that within 2 days he will arrange for RO Membrane replacement. So, still nothing has been solved. Machine is dispensing water with service light glowing. Any time any damage may happen to the machine again. Poor service.

    Thank you Priya Madam. Today we are drinking Geneus water after a long time of 7 days. I think I can trust Mr. Sudhakar, (Service in charge of AP and Telangana). Thanks for you and Mr Sudhakar for solving the issue within 24 hours. Don't mind if I am arrogant in posting massages and comments as we are addicted to "Geneus" water and not getting it made me arrogant. Thank you. Have a nice day.

      I have bought the above cleaner before Diwali at Coimbatore.

      I am not at all satisfied.

      I have complained 2 weeks back. Nobody had come to rectify . But only say that we are coming. Is this a way treat customer?

      Even a free gift promised is not received through your sales man.

      My money Rs 15000 is blocked. If it is not rectified to my satisfaction, I will be constrained to go to your office and dump the cleaner.

        1. I am Basheer Ahmad R living in Trivandrum, purchased Aqua sure water purifier (AS-SMART UV) from our army canteen which is in Trivandrum. They told me first to register through toll free number so that your representative come and install it. I tried to contact from different numbers sometimes they didn't attended and sometimes disconnected my call.
        2. The other product which I purchased was vacuum cleaner FT STEEL with free demo cd and 13 accessories. But one of the accessory that is UPHOLSTERY CLEANER was not there.

          Hi,
          i'm from Gwalior, the eureka forbes service provider is very unethical and rude.
          he made us sign service contract for water purifier according to which the service of the water purifier would be done in every three months . he made us sign contract for Rs3825 from 27/12/13 to 26/12/16.they only paid visit for 5 -6 times in the entire contract period of three years . on 26/12/16 they called us for signing a new contract of again three years and said they would never pay a visit in the time of need if we don't sign they agreement.we refused .After that we called them 10 times but they refuse to provide any service .there only interest is to make us sign contract, take money and again don't respond to our service calls which should be done according to their contract.our water purifier is not working and we don't know what to do.as they refuse to provide service.

          thank you so much !!...issue has been resolved !!...the service provider here responded today and paid a visit !! and they agreed to give unpaid services which they failed to give during their contract period...!!...i'm satisfied!!...:)...and please do make sure the service providers should be responsive !!

            Euroclean WDX2 has purchased last week through sales manager; Prathap H.R [9059557].
            it was identified that the clip is not fixing properly. same identified the next day of sales and same was intimated to Prathap over phone. since, that day he is neither receiving phone call nor calling back.
            iam really surprised with attitude of a manager from a reputed company.

            arrange to attend the issue and resolve on priority.

            also, the machine was purchased on previous vaccum cleaner exchange. the commitment of exchange also not completed.

              We are purchasing a water purefire form his sell parsons. He take advance a pree date check of 18450 rupee in 27.1.17. Machine come in between this date but last 5 daye going but not coming any technical parson for installing .sell parson frequently switch of his mobile phone or some time tell me that today going.                 After giving complaint, we are surprised to see the message from the Company that service request has been completed by Service technician, Mr. Sandesh Bombatkar (Mob. No. [protected]) and asking for feedback on our service experience without doing any service. So far, no service technician has attended the complaint. It is unfortunate that M/s. Eureka Forbes Ltd. has sent a false message. The service provided by the Company during service period is not satisfactory since we have experienced poor service.

                Dear Sir,
                I have been using Aquaguard I Nova for the last 11 years & the apparatus is on continuously renewed AMC for the said period. We had no problem with the apparatus for the said period.
                I did a 3 year AMC with Blue water services at Mangalore in the month of October 2015 during which there was a replacement of candles. Next the mandatory replacement of candles should have been done in October 2016. This, inspite of reminders to the concerned agency is not being replaced. When the complaint is made to the customer care, a complaint number is generated & a service personnel is allotted. Within minutes, a message is received on the registered phone number that the service is completed and a feedback is requested. This is highly unethical. Repeated complaints about this has fallen on deaf ears. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                  I recently enquired for Paper bags for my Euro clean Ace Vacuum cleaner, by calling Eureka Forbes customer care. They mentioned the Paper bags for 10 units will cost Rs 200 and their delivery charges to visit home is Rs 550 so total charges for Paper bags of 10 units will be Rs 750. I insisted why so high charges of Rs 550 just to deliver the paper bags Locally in Kandivali west, Mumbai... they mentioned it is company policy they can't help, and since I had counter questioned the price, they promptly concluded that anyways there is no stock, so I need to contact the customer care after few days. Bottom line... they don't want you to buy a new machine and will service or help their existing customer who are quite happy with their existing system. Things like these (issues in buying accessories) is what makes the whole system fall apart and end up in bad mouthing the entire product, which by the way is RUNNING JUST FINE.

                    I have an active AMC with Eureka Forbes for Aqua Guard.

                    As per AMC they give 3 free service. I am calling them last 2 weeks continuously but ao far they have not come for service. It's only 3 mths and already the taste has turned bad. Very bad product and money minded business. Everytime I call customer care they assure me to send one soon but no one turns up. I am fed up of calling. All my family members are sick because of drinking aquaguard water. I am going to file a law suit.

                    Very bad business model. Can the respective responsible people take action on Eureka Forbes ?

                      I had purchased an aquaguard gold in march 2007. One sales person by name of mr Ashok from eureka forbes came to my house in January 2017 did some water purity test and said that the aquaguard had failed the water purity test. He convinced me to purchase a aquaguard RO model. I requested him to arrange to transfer the amc's of the old machine to the new one. Which he agreed.                         Dear sir/mam

                        your sales executive mr.Nilesh, mobile no.[protected] came to my house amd told to my wife i am coming from eureka forbes to check you filter and agter checking the filter told your filter not working properly and to be changed and demanded rs.1500.00 for new filter.

                        After paying rs.1500.00 he never turned back to my house since 6months and switch off his mobile phone.

                        Thereafter on 20.1.2017 we tried to call him from another number and called him on another place saying we want to buy new machine, he than came to my new premises than i demanded rs.1500.00 than he said i was not well, was sick from 6 months and so i dint come but now i don’t have cash i will give you cheque which you desposit in bank but above cheque got dishonoured

                        i request you to kindly take strict action against mr.Nilesh as an fradulent sales executive and give us our refund of rs.1500.00

                          Before 10 days our water filter filters have been changed but we not getting tasty water.Actually the executive has replaced with another filter which is not with the one we got at the time of AMC.he said the size was big and he replaced with another one.pls look into this ASAP.

                            Dear Team,
                            I have purchased an AquaSure Crystal UV water purifier on 20 Feb 16 from INCS, Kochi, Kerala. It has been non-operational since 22 Nov 16 and thereby launched a complaint on the same day (Serv. Req. No. - [protected]). It is been over two months and the complaint is not yet rectified. I have not even received any satisfactory explanation regarding this matter.
                            I have been received a bitter experience throughout the whole process. Initially I received so many contact Nos. from the customer care and finally arrived at Kalamassey Service center no([protected]). After one month of repeated phone calls, the technician has arrived with some defective/incompatible spare on 23 Dec 16. The explanation was it was an "outdated equipment and the spare is unavailable". Again they pretended to need more time to order the new spare (PCB) from the company. Then the technician came with two different PCBs on 16 Jan 17 for replacement and unfortunately didn’t match with the machine. Also the back cover of the water purifier has been broken during this exercise.
                            My worries are:-
                            1. I lost more than two months of my precious warranty period till date (26 Jan 17) and still awaiting for the rectification.
                            2. Without checking the defective equipment, they have ordered faulty spare which took more than one month and repeatedly made the same mistake at the cost of your credibility and our time.
                            3. The above machine is outdated and the spares are no longer available.
                            4. The defect analysis, rectification and handling the product resulted in a serious doubt on the professionalism of your technicians.
                            5. I have made so many calls on the Nos- [protected], [protected],[protected], 2341931, 2341932, [protected], [protected], [protected] etc and ultimately of no use resulted in loss of time and money.
                            6. I purchased the above water purifier considering the health of my family, but unfortunately I lost confidence on you product and services.
                            Considering all these facts, I would like to consider this request on a priority basis and the defective equipment may be replaced as early as possible. Otherwise I may be forced to make further legal actions.

                              I made a payment of Rs7500 to their representative, so at the time of selling their product they told me that we will get 4 free service from their side but neither I get any service not get any invoice from their side, employee name is Pintu and code no 9062741 and mobile number [protected] and [protected], he mislead me as at the time of payment he told me that I will get my invoice within 1month but now neither he receive my call nor he call me back in spite of several times
                              So take proper action against that kind of guy so mislead people and not giving service to their customer

                                I had been a happy customer of Eureka Forbes untill last December where I experienced the total bad performance of the customer care and also the service men of Eureka Forbes.
                                The customer care does not have the records if the customer is within the contract of maintenance/service or not.
                                The Service personals are not upto the level of having knowledge to do maintenance and also does the work un-hygienically. The filter candles are the source of purifying the water and the service men touches/holds with dirty hand and all kind of it which eventually makes the candles bad.
                                I am bitterly sorry of the so called Eureka Forbes claiming the good health of the customers when they have very poor and un-trained staffs.
                                I am anyway switching from Eureka Forbes to other provider.

                                  My Order No.[protected] and installation request No.[protected] has been partially installed by technician MARUTI SADASHIV PATIL & Agent Sandeep Banne in the mid of Nov-2016.However after hiring other plumber I got completed installation of above purifier by additional labour charges.
                                  But now after 2 months of installation, I am unable to wash the additional filter they provided ( after paying additional amount for the filter). After repeated requests on phone to KOLHAPUR Eureka forbes Office and Maruti Sadashiv Patil Technician they are giving false promises to attend it and till today they have failed to attend my problem.
                                  Sir, please look into the matter. Hope you will solve it.

                                      I have been using AquaGaurd (Ro) for more than 7 years till date. The service area comes under ambattur locality and hence the service and their consumer hospitality is very poor. Since we have only tis RO facility for our drinking water purpose we are facing tremendous issues due to their lack of support of services. Kindly do the favour of warning or giving back them proper guidance to do their customer services appropriately.
