I purchased eureka forbes water purifier Magna Hd RO in October 2016. We were asked to pay Rs 18490 for the product by sales person Mr Bhimsen Sirsat. However when the product was delivered, it had a price tag of Rs 17490. Upon contacting sales person said we would get Rs 1000 credited back to the card.
We have been chasing for the same with customer care, sales person as well as area manager. However we have still not received refund, only false assurance.
Hence thought of raising complaint here, if anything can be done.

    I have purchased Dr. Aeroguard SCPR 200 through one of the Eureka agent on 25/12/2016 and the order no : SO139909/ Auth : 021641. RR No :[protected] : Inv : 237 and from that day my struggles stared.

    During initial commitment, I will get the product in 2 days.. but, after 19 days ( today ) I have to take my money back with lot of struggles/escalations. The reason being they don’t have stock and doesn’t know when they will manufacture and deliver the product. ?

    Interesting part is that they don’t update to the Customer nor pick up the phones.. in spite, if I call Customer care the response is that they don’t deal offline/Agent bookings, .. now the question is, whom to contact and escalate my problem ?

    I almost called 30 to 40 numbers to find some escalation point to get my money or the product. I really don’t know, what the management is doing if they can’t deliver or meet the Customer requirement.

    Interesting and funny part is, in between I get a call from Customer care asking for the feedback on the product ?. What feedback I can give without having product in hand ?. I really doubt, do they check before calling Customer whether the product is delivered or not ? In my life, first time taking money back for not having the product. I am sure management will take this message and do justice to Customers.

    Final interesting point is, in there turm home demo means guy will tell what product to buy not showing the live product ?? ??! :-)

      The main intention behind this complaint letter is to show how reputed is your company inspite of your vast spread network.
      I am an consumer from VIRAR and would like you to inform that service of your company is very poor. Inspite of paying money for whole year, not even once your service man visited our residence. The whole year of 2016 has passed and its very disgusting to say that your emplopyees of consumer care service department are irresponsible. In the last year i.e 2016 I had called thrice and lodged a complaint but no workdone yet.
      Neeless to say that this kind of response is forcing me to lodge a complaint against your company in consumer court. Exactly after 10 days after giving this complaint, I will surely lodge complaint if your service provider doesnt clear the problen within time mentioned.
      Kindly do the needful. The pic of challan and invoice has the attached.

        I am purchase UV Water Purifier name - As - SMART UV, Sr. No. [protected] on 18.06.2016 from V. N. Computerworld, Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai against Inv. No. 912 dt. 18.06.16. But since purchase i have get problem in water purifier from just in 02 months i.e. water is not come in machine since today the problem is as it is.as suggested by company technician i am also change the (Candle etc.) parts on my own cost since it is covered under service warranty. Now The Technician say that you have to purchase additional Candle which is not included with machine.and whenever i have booked my complaint through online he is giving false information t company without attaining the complaint i.e. door is lock and when we call to him he argue that talk to our superior etc.

          Ten days before i make a complaint to you through mail. ID:1458207. More than one and half months machine is not working. Your service people also never take action. So I request you to pl take back the machine and return back my money. Pl contact Velmurugan +[protected]or) +[protected] .
          How many times we calling also they did not pick up the phone. More than 100 times. Then they told come and check. Again 100 times. After they told no spare. How. What kind of service. We fed up. Through the machine and make fire.

            One month ago I complained about the filter of the purifier, I got the number of the guy named DURGESH TIWARI, he came after 2 days, he said that the filter of the purifier needs to be replaced and he said he will complain about it and took all the details, then after 10 days we called him again and he said he is not in town now and gave the number of some other guy named PRAVIN PANDEY, I called him and he said your complaint will be attended within next 2 days. I waited for 10 days and called him again then he behaved so rude, and said no one can do anything if you complain about me. I request you to plz attend my complain as soon as possible and take strict action against them.

              Please refer to request no [protected] and customer id[protected]. the complaint is allocated to Mr b. sanjeeva [protected].
              Nature of the complaint: The cuppling fixed to the tube originally was not stiff enough to keep the tube and as a result, the tube is released from the connecting system, due to which water from the tap is flown all over our kitchen. When he same compliant is handled earlier about three months back, we told the same technician to fix the new cluppings on either side of the filter containers.He said that is not necessary and gone away without caring our complaint, except arranging a new tube. Due to his irresponsible attitude, the same complaint resulted disfunctioing of the clupplig. His response for not arranging the cluppling, today, on the other side is 'No stock- this cluppling is arranged due to our luck . He commented that due to heavy pressure in first floor, the problems are coming, for which we have taken an objection. He has seen on[protected] that the connection was in an disconnected mode, as a result of water scattered all over the kitchen on 10-01-17, his observation that it is a very small problem when compared to other serious problems the system is facing often, his careless attitude in replying properly to the female members and to tell them that they can complain anywhere as they like for which he need not worry, not able to tell when he can fix the cluppling on the 2nd side, etc. We are much dissatisfied with the careless attitude of this technician, as we faced severe inconvenience due his nonattending to the technician effectively etc. If it is reported that the complaint is resolved to the satisfaction of the customer, it is totally wrong. Beig a long standing customer of Eureka Forbesfor the last 15 years or still more, we are very much dissatisfied with the attitude of the representative and necessary steps to be taken under advice to us for rectification of our complaint, duly advising your representative to be courteous while dealing more particularly with female members.

                I have a eureka forbes magna water purifier ro+uv model. The product is currently covered under amc (Active amc period). The water purifier stopped working on 7th jan'16. Amc very clearly says i am entitled to free service and filter replacement within the amc period.in fact i have been confirmed the same again and again by eureka forbes customer care as well as escalation team vide my registered complain no. [protected] (Raised on 8/1/17 as their server was down) and [protected] (Raised on 10/1/17).

                On 7/1/17 one of eureka forbes engineer has visited my home and found out the filter needs to be replaced. However to my surprise instead of informing him about the amc and my discussion with customer care he was insisting on full payment for filter. He left my home telling without payment he can not help. Since then i am following up with eureka forbes (Last 5 days) and being assured / confirmed by their service / escalation executives that i do not have to pay anything, either for the filter or the service. I have also been told that my case will be referred to a senior engineer and in spite of the same every time i get either a call from the same old guy or his contact details being shared over sms by customer care.

                In fact the local engineer has the audacity of saying the people sitting at eureka forbes customer service do not know anything and are making false promises to customer over phone. I have the name and contact details of the local engineer but i do not want to post the same here giving respect to his privacy.

                Now i am wondering on these points;

                1. Why there is a gap in communication between the service centre executives and the on-filed engineer
                2.in stead of being covered under amc why should i pay for the repair/replacement? Then why amc?
                3.in fact as per amc i am supposed to get 2 free service visits during the amc period. However i have not received a single visit yet.
                4. Why do i have to go through all these hard ship even after paying the full amc to eureka forbes?
                5. Why should i waste my time and energy for something for which i have paid in full?
                5. Looking at the pain i have gone through why should not i conclude that eureka forbes nothing better than a road side cheat / fraud vendor?

                I am planning to file a case in consumer complaint redressal forum tomorrow.

                    Surely you are not a friend for life.
                    Fake promises.Even after placing a request 5 times calling at least 10 times to just reinstall my Aquaguard still it is not installed placing a request from 6 Jan 2017.On Friday I placed a request wasted my 15 mins on call and that guy has taken everything but never logged a request and I was waiting for someone to come at home this was on Friday.When again on Monday morning I called I came to know my request was never placed so I was again asked everything and guy name Hassan provided me request number 98168422 and promised me that the technician will come today only.Its Wednesday today till now no one has ever called Me.
                    Fake promises will never suggest eureka Forbes to any one.

                      As per subject cited above we have contracted for service of my Aquagard model A.R.Royal on dated 30.09.2013 & deposited Rs 3800/- vide Receipt No 22593534 of Shikha Enterprises 3rd Lane New Coloney, Jiamau Hazaratganj Lucknow.
                      As per contract Eureka Forbes limited undertaken to maintain my product used at my address Sharad Misra 25/22 First Floor Madan Mohan Malviya Marg Lucknow-226001 during the contract period 30.09.2013 to 30.09.2016.
                      It is sorry to say that from December 2014 to 30.09.2016 no one has attended for service of my Aquagard model A.R.Royal after so many repeated complaints & reminders. We have also lodged/register the complaint on dated 04.12.2014 to Mohd Suheb Mumbai on Help Line No. [protected].
                      As per above this matter is Breech of Service Contract, fraudulent practices from your side.
                      It is therefore requested that kindly peruse the case seriously & maintain the contract ethics to the consumer satisfaction.

                        I have purchased the Water purifier from Eureka forbes dealer located in pallavaram, during purchase he told there will no service charge for lifetime as an offer if we purchase within 5 days from chennai trade centre.
                        After purchase of the product he is saying that we have to bring the water purifier to centre only for service.
                        If we contact the person now, he his saying that he has told only like that.So please dont purchase from them.

                          I(Customer id : [protected]) raised a complaint ([protected]) on 4th Jan at 9 AM for my water purifier. And since then have been in constant follow up with helpline. Have been given various numbers by various people. However no one has turned up for servicing. Have tried the escalation mechanism but to no avail. Terrible service and no accountability by the company. The helpline gives numbers of the local team and the local team does not pick up the call. The last person i was in touch was a Mr Ganesh from Mulund.

                            To whom it may concern,

                            I bought Aquasure Xpert on 19th November 2015 from Ashirwad Electronics, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. In a very short span of time the machine start giving problems like Leakage, drainage of waste water not working etc. After filing complaints in the customer care after 1-2 weeks later the service person comes and rectifies it for the time being. But again after some time the issue arises again. On October 206 we filed the complaint again regarding leakage and drainage system not not working, no body comes. We again filed the complaint on 4th November 2016 and after a few days the service person comes and says we need to replace some part. But due to some issue at that time it was not rectified. on 28th November 2016. the issue arises with add on problems(Leakage, drainage system not working, machine is not holding water(storage) and the display stops working and again the service person comes and checked and says we need to replace parts which cost more than 10, 000/-. The machine costs 21000/-

                            We bought your one of the most premium Water Purifier product and it will start giving trouble within a few months and even though after filing so many complaints it will not been replaced. I would like to ask you people if the machine was giving problem from the start why you people gives fake promises for rectifying it.

                              This is regarding my complaint no [protected] raised on 30 Nov 2016. The water purifier's cap has been broken . Technician ASLAM PAtel, came and checked the part and said he will check the part in office and get back to me . I called him twice or thrice then he came after 2 weeks and said that the part is not fit in my iNova machine again he will check so he took existing cap of my machine which was broken and tell me that he will come next week and replace the part .

                              I did not get any call from him so I called him he said now that request is assigned to other technician his no is [protected] and he is having cap he will come and replace . I called the technician on [protected] no. and he said part is with him, He will come and replace it . I waited for hime for 2-3 days but neither he came nor he called me . I called him, he is purposly not picking my call.

                              I again called on Eurohelpline and they said they will escalate the complaint and when I asked them to give me the no of supervisor they gave me two no. Mr Kadan's no and some other no [protected] and ask me to call after 11 AM . I am trying both the no. but noone is picking the call.

                              It's is more than a month my machine is totall dead and we are using boiled water everyday. I dont know the why company is not taking the complaint seriously. There is no response .

                              Need quick help on this.

                                This product is faulty. I have registered multiple sr as well complaint for this product. My registered mobile no is [protected]. This product is getting into faulty state every week. I have already raised 4 service request (Sr) as well as separate complaint request. Still the product is again and again getting into bad state. I have been asking for refund as i am totally fed up of this product. Please let me know how to get it off my back.

                                  I bought eureka forbes vacuum cleaner in nov 2016. Vacuum cleaner suction not working properly. I called customer service they registered complaint but no person comes to address the issue. These cycles are repeated nearly five times. Even today on 08.01.17 service person called me asked about problem but still no one came to service. I am wexed up eureka forbes. My area hydernagar, hyderabad, telangana state. Rs. 7500 /- wasted. Take back product or give us service. Very very poor. No eureka forbes not a brand from now.

                                    Despite several reminders and complaints agaisnt eureka forbes about non potability of water, non changing of parts as per amc, not attending to various complaints made several times.
                                    The company is not bothered about the complaint no.[protected] and officials were contacted personally and despite the above the problems enumerated are passed on from one person to another person and the person who has made this complaint is driven from pillar to post and fleeced.

                                    Totally don't care attitude byn the company officials at the severe cost and agony of the customer who had made this compalint

                                      I am using yr water purifier since 3 years
                                      Always I pay for the maintainance package for after services.
                                      The service, being yr franchise, is not regular which they promise at the start of payment.
                                      They expect us to remember and call them whenever required for services.

                                      Though they consistently call us at the time of contract renewal, without fail.

                                      I have seen this happening since 2 years.

                                      Kindly look into the matter and provide someone who is genuinely interested in services to the customer

                                        In Dec'16- Sales person has given demo and taken the order for euro dynamite vacuum cleaner and also promised as per the offer going on product they will give bag and aqua guard purifying bottle cost Rs.500+. Later one week they delivered the product but not the complimentary goods. After one month follow up they given bag but not the bottle .
                                        When approached the customer care simply they are given their supervisor numbers which is again circle of calls .

                                        Very poor in providing services. Please provide the bottle as promised.
