Dear sir,

I am ashok (H NO 4-9, LOCK DOWN, Gudlavalleru, Krishna district, AP 521356.) Rsident of gudlavallrru.
I purchased aquagaurd genious on 6-6-2016, at sonovision Guduvada.Bill no -SL-722, Tin No [protected], its was working good at starting two three months, after that miner problems solved ur technicians . i called ur help line number and i gave a complaint basis of over wastage water flowing and leakage from main unit, technicians came and solved the problem temporarly after two three days again problem repeated its service indication light blinking i called again to your help line number he said i will send the technicians who pucked up the call, ur technicians came they said your zenious main unit chip faild it needs to replace that its cost 2500 rupees i argued it is under warranty period we used water for limitedly for drinking purpose only, we purchased after summer so no need to more water consumtion but chip faild it happend oly leakage and over flow of wastage water, thats ur company technical problem that is ur responsibility, i got call from ur technicians vijaykumar, vijayawada again he said that your zenious chip faild you have to pay 2500 rupees i again discursed my problem and i informed to Mr siva he is in hyderabad tecnical head told him about my problem he said at the time i will call u after getting details but till now there is no response.
particularly ur product needs mouth publicity, now a days mouth publicty played main role. How can we suggest to others about aquagaurd.
I am very disappointed with this kind of service,
I think so that this or choose aquagaurd purifier was my wrong decision,
So please take a sincere action on this complaint,

    Dear Sir,
    I have booked one Equagard "Classic + " Model at Bilaspur Chattisgarh State on 15.1.2017 at your stall which has been installed under"Chattisgarh Small Industrial Exibition from 13th Jan. to 17th Jan-2017. The Order No. is [protected]
    Against above unit, an amount of Rs. 9490/- has already been transferred from my SBI bank account to your mobikwik no. 096643 on 15.1.2017 but the Cash back amount @ 5% as per scheme under Exibition has not yet been transferred in my account.

    Your Branch at Bilaspur has supplied me the Unit yesterday but due to refund of 5% cash back amount has not yet refunded. As such till the this amount is not refunded, I am not able to accept your unit for installation.

    I have made many discussion with Your Bilaspur Branch Head Mr. Dalai ji but it appears that he is not taking up the matter with Head office for providing the 5% refund which is ibeing declared under the scheme.

    Kindly intervin in the matter, otherwise this unit may be taken back and mu entire amount of Rs. 9490/- may be refunded.

      I purchased Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Superb water purifier on[protected] from C.S.Enterprises, Dhule.{ maharashtra }
      But from October 2016 purifier was not working properly. Every week it occurs problem, problem, problem.
      Day before yesterday company person came & repair the purifier. But today purifier is not working.
      Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Superb..?????
      I dont Expect from Eureka Forbes like this???
      Third class quality...

      I want my money back.
      Or
      Replace the purifier...
      So i request the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum plz. Help me in this case...

        I have purchased Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard Water purifier and have also paid for their AMC initially for one year and later for 3 years.
        Despite taking AMC we need to call the service centre every time and request them for making service.
        What is the purpose of the AMC then?
        The Service persons are also not friendly and every time it is difficult for us to call the Customer care and request for service.
        This kind of harassment is happening only in case of Eureka Forbes and not with other companies where we have taken AMC.

          Purchased aqua guard geneus plus on 12 Jan 2017 on eureka forbes site thru online payment. Received confirmation mail n sms stating delivery by 14 Jan 2017. When contacted customer care on 14 Jan 2017 was conveniently told that the same will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days n the to be delivered by date received by me was a technical fault of the website as it was newly launched. When customer care was contacted again on 17 Jan 2017 was told thrice that the product will be delivered by 2000 hrs on 17 Jan 2017. What steps will the company take to keep its word on the delivery date n time or will it keep on flouting the government laws openly. Nobody from the company gave a call to me regarding their inability to deliver the product by the due date. It's always I had to give a call n was kept on hold many a times for them to retrieve all the information. Where is the professionalism of this company. Can anyone resolve the problem. It's really shameful on part of the company.

            Thank you for the worst after sales service Eureka Forbes. You guys excel at it. It has been 3 weeks since my wife and I have been raising multiple service requests to replace the PCB borad of our Eureka Forbes Aquaflow DX UV Water Purifier, but to no avail. All your technicians and customer facing employees seem to garner an unusual knack to play deaf. I have been coordinating with Mr. Tushar ([protected]) and Mr. Sikka ([protected]) who sound apologetic and do nothing. Last Sunday a Technician arrived with a defective new piece of PCB. There is no drinking water at home. Thanks for quenching our thirst Eureka Forbes.

              In response to a previous complaint lodged with the service centre, a technician visited and tried to repair the machine, however, was only partially successful. It is a rather sad state of affairs. a disappointing level of service indeed

                Not sure if eurekhaforbes things that they can make money by simply selling their products on their market good will...after sales service is equally important for retainig the reputation...i did complain ([protected]) 12 days back due to slow fill of water and my wife keeps calling them 2-3 times everyday but no one turns up...you scold them after a point...no one turns up...due to no exclusive eurekhaforbes showrooms where you can go and fight...they are playing hide and seek...you dont know where to find them...you just have a phone number..thats it...this is pathetic...i am filing a consumer court case (thanks to my legal family backgrouind)...enough is enough...

                  We originally had a Eureka Forbes model INOVA and a 3 years AMC done for it (enclosed docs) effective 11.03.15 to 10.03.18, however meanwhile we exchanged the INOVA model with HD MAGNA RO+UV in June 2016. The salesperson Biswajit Deb assured us that the remaining period of the existing AMC will be revalued for the new model and aligned to the new model. For this, he took the original copy of the AMC paper, however even after 7 months, we have not received the revised AMC papers.
                  To note here is : The original model was purchased in my mother's name Sadhana Banerjee, and the new model in exchange offer was purchased in my name Mahua Banerjee. Hence Biswajit told us that since a name change is needed, it will take some time. However it is too long a wait. Biswajit's contact is not reachable anymore, and I had called to the office number he provided, but they did not take any action to it.
                  REQUEST YOUR HELP ASAP AS THE 1 YEAR FREE AMC COVER FOR THE NEW MODEL WILL EXPIRE SOON.

                  All the filters of aqua guard water purifier replaced on April 2016. After six months output of water purifier reduced. complaint given many times. Recent

                  Had purchased an AquaGuard about a little over a year ago.

                  At the time, the sales person mentioned to us that the AMC for 3 years would be transferred onto the new AquaGuard and our Warranty would stand extended for the residual period remaining in the AMC.

                  I am calling and messaging these irresponsible and crooked a#### at Eureka Forbes since Feb-2016 but to no avail.

                  Eureka Forbes deserves a slap in the face and everywhere else for such cavalier, careless and irresponsible attitude and I have promised myself never ever to buy any Eureka Forbes product again.

                    I have purchased a water filter for rs 16616/-from eureka forbes i. E. Doctor magna ro+uv+hd on 27.05.15 vide order cum receipt no[protected], which is installed by the co salesman with one year warrantee period, during these period we have booked complain one or two times to repair, but after completion of warrantee period we have once again paid an amount of rs 9310/- being the service contract amount for two years (Valid from 25.07.16 to 24.07.18 vide contract receipt no 10 and bill no 26514638 on 25.07.2016 through cheque payment with assurance that during these period the maintenance for any damage product will be borne by the co. Although the co has been replaced two or three times few non functioning product of the machine but the machine still not functioning properly. We have registered complain to the co but the local company's engineer refuse to come due to non availability of damaged product presently they have. We once again registered the complain in co customer care though sms the latest complain no is [protected] but still no body visited in our home that is why we are filling cheated. We and our families are compelled to drink supply water instead of filtered water where we have already invested rs 25000/- or above. Please resolve at your end if possible,

                      I purchased eureka forbes water purifier Magna Hd RO in October 2016. We were asked to pay Rs 18490 for the product by sales person Mr Bhimsen Sirsat. However when the product was delivered, it had a price tag of Rs 17490. Upon contacting sales person said we would get Rs 1000 credited back to the card.
                      We have been chasing for the same with customer care, sales person as well as area manager. However we have still not received refund, only false assurance.
                      Hence thought of raising complaint here, if anything can be done.

                        I have purchased Dr. Aeroguard SCPR 200 through one of the Eureka agent on 25/12/2016 and the order no : SO139909/ Auth : 021641. RR No :[protected] : Inv : 237 and from that day my struggles stared.

                        During initial commitment, I will get the product in 2 days.. but, after 19 days ( today ) I have to take my money back with lot of struggles/escalations. The reason being they don’t have stock and doesn’t know when they will manufacture and deliver the product. ?

                        Interesting part is that they don’t update to the Customer nor pick up the phones.. in spite, if I call Customer care the response is that they don’t deal offline/Agent bookings, .. now the question is, whom to contact and escalate my problem ?

                        I almost called 30 to 40 numbers to find some escalation point to get my money or the product. I really don’t know, what the management is doing if they can’t deliver or meet the Customer requirement.

                        Interesting and funny part is, in between I get a call from Customer care asking for the feedback on the product ?. What feedback I can give without having product in hand ?. I really doubt, do they check before calling Customer whether the product is delivered or not ? In my life, first time taking money back for not having the product. I am sure management will take this message and do justice to Customers.

                        Final interesting point is, in there turm home demo means guy will tell what product to buy not showing the live product ?? ??! :-)

                          The main intention behind this complaint letter is to show how reputed is your company inspite of your vast spread network.
                          I am an consumer from VIRAR and would like you to inform that service of your company is very poor. Inspite of paying money for whole year, not even once your service man visited our residence. The whole year of 2016 has passed and its very disgusting to say that your emplopyees of consumer care service department are irresponsible. In the last year i.e 2016 I had called thrice and lodged a complaint but no workdone yet.
                          Neeless to say that this kind of response is forcing me to lodge a complaint against your company in consumer court. Exactly after 10 days after giving this complaint, I will surely lodge complaint if your service provider doesnt clear the problen within time mentioned.
                          Kindly do the needful. The pic of challan and invoice has the attached.

                            I am purchase UV Water Purifier name - As - SMART UV, Sr. No. [protected] on 18.06.2016 from V. N. Computerworld, Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai against Inv. No. 912 dt. 18.06.16. But since purchase i have get problem in water purifier from just in 02 months i.e. water is not come in machine since today the problem is as it is.as suggested by company technician i am also change the (Candle etc.) parts on my own cost since it is covered under service warranty. Now The Technician say that you have to purchase additional Candle which is not included with machine.and whenever i have booked my complaint through online he is giving false information t company without attaining the complaint i.e. door is lock and when we call to him he argue that talk to our superior etc.

                              Ten days before i make a complaint to you through mail. ID:1458207. More than one and half months machine is not working. Your service people also never take action.                               How many times we calling also they did not pick up the phone. More than 100 times. Then they told come and check. Again 100 times. After they told no spare. How. What kind of service. We fed up. Through the machine and make fire.

                                One month ago I complained about the filter of the purifier, I got the number of the guy named DURGESH TIWARI, he came after 2 days, he said that the filter of the purifier needs to be replaced and he said he will complain about it and took all the details, then after 10 days we called him again and he said he is not in town now and gave the number of some other guy named PRAVIN PANDEY, I called him and he said your complaint will be attended within next 2 days. I waited for 10 days and called him again then he behaved so rude, and said no one can do anything if you complain about me. I request you to plz attend my complain as soon as possible and take strict action against them.

                                  Nature of the complaint: The cuppling fixed to the tube originally was not stiff enough to keep the tube and as a result, the tube is released from the connecting system, due to which water from the tap is flown all over our kitchen. When he same compliant is handled earlier about three months back, we told the same technician to fix the new cluppings on either side of the filter containers.He said that is not necessary and gone away without caring our complaint, except arranging a new tube. Due to his irresponsible attitude, the same complaint resulted disfunctioing of the clupplig. His response for not arranging the cluppling, today, on the other side is 'No stock- this cluppling is arranged due to our luck . He commented that due to heavy pressure in first floor, the problems are coming, for which we have taken an objection. He has seen on[protected] that the connection was in an disconnected mode, as a result of water scattered all over the kitchen on 10-01-17, his observation that it is a very small problem when compared to other serious problems the system is facing often, his careless attitude in replying properly to the female members and to tell them that they can complain anywhere as they like for which he need not worry, not able to tell when he can fix the cluppling on the 2nd side, etc. We are much dissatisfied with the careless attitude of this technician, as we faced severe inconvenience due his nonattending to the technician effectively etc. If it is reported that the complaint is resolved to the satisfaction of the customer, it is totally wrong. Beig a long standing customer of Eureka Forbesfor the last 15 years or still more, we are very much dissatisfied with the attitude of the representative and necessary steps to be taken under advice to us for rectification of our complaint, duly advising your representative to be courteous while dealing more particularly with female members.

                                    I have a eureka forbes magna water purifier ro+uv model. The product is currently covered under amc (Active amc period). The water purifier stopped working on 7th jan'16. Amc very clearly says i am entitled to free service and filter replacement within the amc period.in fact i have been confirmed the same again and again by eureka forbes customer care as well as escalation team vide my registered complain no. [protected] (Raised on 8/1/17 as their server was down) and [protected] (Raised on 10/1/17).

                                    On 7/1/17 one of eureka forbes engineer has visited my home and found out the filter needs to be replaced. However to my surprise instead of informing him about the amc and my discussion with customer care he was insisting on full payment for filter. He left my home telling without payment he can not help. Since then i am following up with eureka forbes (Last 5 days) and being assured / confirmed by their service / escalation executives that i do not have to pay anything, either for the filter or the service. I have also been told that my case will be referred to a senior engineer and in spite of the same every time i get either a call from the same old guy or his contact details being shared over sms by customer care.

                                    In fact the local engineer has the audacity of saying the people sitting at eureka forbes customer service do not know anything and are making false promises to customer over phone. I have the name and contact details of the local engineer but i do not want to post the same here giving respect to his privacy.

                                    Now i am wondering on these points;

                                    1. Why there is a gap in communication between the service centre executives and the on-filed engineer
                                    2.in stead of being covered under amc why should i pay for the repair/replacement? Then why amc?
                                    3.in fact as per amc i am supposed to get 2 free service visits during the amc period. However i have not received a single visit yet.
                                    4. Why do i have to go through all these hard ship even after paying the full amc to eureka forbes?
                                    5. Why should i waste my time and energy for something for which i have paid in full?
                                    5. Looking at the pain i have gone through why should not i conclude that eureka forbes nothing better than a road side cheat / fraud vendor?

                                    I am planning to file a case in consumer complaint redressal forum tomorrow.
