I bought dr. Aquaguard classic directly from an eureka forbes salesman from ramanathapuram office of coimbatore on 28.9.2016. He told that the product would be delivered the "next day" and the installation will also be done the same day of delivery. He asked for full amount and i paid cash. I requested a service for brand new aquasure enhance ro on sept 21st 2016 with service request no. 89309286. Today it is 6th october 2016 and am fed up calling you guyz daily and tired of hearing the same response from you callcenter guyz always saying escalated to higher authority and will be reslved in 2 days. My mobile bill has crossed reached nearly 400rs. But nothing happening actually.

We have purchased an aquagaurd water purifier (classic model) in 2013-14 with three year comprehensive AMC. The routine servicing of ibid aquagaurd was done upto 21.01.2016 and the next servicing was due on 22.07.2016. As you know, i have got a ro aquaguard machine of your make and i have amc with you. I have been using it for last 4 years or so. This time i have faced a serious problem from 2nd october, 2016. From day 1 the inlet pipe started leaking.
The water tastes oily.
Called the Customer care and raised complaint thrice with the Customer care call center.89535237...Its a waste of time to call the Customer care. No response

Strongly suggest not to buy this crap from Shapoorji & Paloonji products..Waste of your hard earned money...
