I have purchased Aquaguard classic purifier on the date of 11th September 2016 but due to higher value of water TDS, we are unable to use this purifier.

I have booked the aquaguard reviva uv (Gwpdrevuv00000),
Online. Shipping address - name : senthil konar, 102, sumeet chhaya apts, plot a/213, sector 20, nerul, near balaji temple.
During installation your technician found that it was faulty - mother board to be changed. I had compliant to customer care that i would like to return the machine and refund the money back to my account. Since it is new, no need to repaired or replace...

The above said RO is creating problem and was repaired several times by company mechanics, but not working properly till date. Last request made by me on[protected] vide reference No.[protected] requesting to replace the RO; but still we did not get any response from the company.

We really became fed up with the service of this company, is this the way of providing services to your customer?

I bought Forbes Trendy Steel Vacuum Cleaning machine on 23rd January 2016.
Machine is not working from 27th August 2016. I raised the complaint on the same day, Eureka forbes Technician visited my house on 2nd September 2016 and informed that there may be problem of Motor in the machine. As the machine is in the warranty period, we will replace the motor with in one week. But they haven't replaced and called to the customer care office...

I am writing to you from Salt Lake City, Kolkata. We had purchased a water purifier through one of your sales men Mr. Santanu Sadukhan on 22.07.2015 with an order number[protected] . We had been using various models of Aquaguard ever since I can remember. Before the date of purchase of this particular model we had been using another Aquaguard with AMC taken for three years which would have expired in 2017.

I purchased aquaguard magna on 4 June 2016. Within one week there was some sensor problem and now after 4 months the water is showing more than 500 TDS.
Even after repeated complaints no Service is done and no response for 5 days. Several Sales people will come everyday but Service is nil.
I am not recommending any of the Eureka Forbes products....

On oct 7, 2016 while our house help was washing dishes, the eureka forbes ro fell and injured her on the head. I called the company on the same day to check the fault and fix it. The reason it fell was that the plastic behind the ro which sits on the nails on the walls just broke. This is a huge defect in the ro.

The technician came on oct 8th, inspected it, and said he would bring the parts and repair the machine on oct 10th....

I entered in to an amc with eureka forbs for my aquagaurd classic model. I got an sms stating technician will attend the annual maintenance in the month of september. With my contacts i collected mobile number of kerala service head and also ernakulam service head. Later on the kerala customer service escalated it to chennai....
