This is to bring to your notice that the water purifier - aquaguard (Eureka Forbes) isn't working. We are sick of lodging the complaint again and again. It's really annoying to contact the service personnel who don't answer the call! The water isn't getting purified, the filter isn't working and we have already paid enough for n number of services. Kindly replace the product or stop advertising it!!!

    Hello team - just want to raise this issue to the higher ups. I am facing serious issue with the model which i bought last year march 22 2016. This is giving me lot's issues. It stopped working in october, i raised the request someone visited my house and fixed it. Since that time it stops working after each 10-15 days. Whenever i raise the complaint no one visit my home unless i call them multiple times. Even when they visit they say that we can't fix it permanently your membrane is not working but we can't say that as it's under warranty. Once warranty is over you need to pay and then only we will change.

    As of now my machine is not working at all from past 4 days... I raised the complaint talked to multiple folks no one is visiting my house. I am going file a case in court due this irresponsible behavior of your service team and going to post my blogs everywhere so that other customers are aware with how you treat your customers once product is sold.

      I have purchased reviva ro water purifier in may 2015 and since then it is regularly giving trouble. Many components are replaced but it appears that the instrument itself is defective. At the time of its purchase, i was made to understand that eureka forbes is a pioneer company in manufacturing water purifiers but i am totally not satisfied with the services rendered by company, more particularly about this model reviva, which i have purchased. I expect that my grievances shall soon be redressed by replacing the product.

        I have purchased aquagaurd aquasure water purifier. I have taken amc paid full year amount from april 2016 to april 2017. Ureka has committed to service water purifier every 3 months and once purifier candle would be changed while signing the amc document.

        However there is no single time attend ureka service person attended from april to dec 2016. I have logged the call on 27th dec 2016. No one turned till 2nd jan and i have called their call center multiple times, just they are saying the call is forwarded to take it on priority.

        Ureka is inefficient company. Unable to manage customer service and they taking money in advance and cheating customer

        Government has to take some steps on this,

          15 ago i have taken aquagaurd uv+ro+uf+tds due to my father under gone bypass surgery. While installing my system at my house installing engineer said that some part is broken and that spare is not available on got the spare we will come and install definitely. But no one has returned back yet. When i checked with the service engineer he told to check with the company. And the way he responded is very bad. I request aquagaurd to kindly renter vent my issue to resolve asap.

          Aquaguard is leaking, we have send numerous complaints. Only once the service personnel came & disappeared for almost two months.

          Complaint dates: 6/7, 17/9, 25/9, 28/9, 12/10, 19/10, 25/10, 31/12 -8nos.

          Such service spreads negative signals.

            This is regarding aqua guard AMC . I had taken 3 years of AMC, which was ended in May 2016. During my 3 years of AMC, Filter and carbon was changed twice . It was not changed between May 2015 to May 2016. Only service engineer came and do the servicing . I have asked him to change the filter and carbon he said he will talk to the office and get back . I did not get any call.

            Even when he came last in January 2016, that time there was no water in our building. I have asked him, there is some water problem in bulding for last 1 week and It will take time to resolve this problem so please come once this issue is sorted out but he said I will do the servicing now and without listing and without water he did the servicing I don’t know how, I have not signed the paper and ask him to come again but he did not come after that . That time he took aqua guard opener also from my house, which was kept on Aqua Guard machine.

            I got the call from Aqua guard when the AMC is going to expire . There is no call for servicing .

            This is really very frustrating. I am really upset the poor servicing we are getting from AQUA Quard. Company is only giving trouble to customers without giving value to customers. after paying a large amount of AMC company does not have any responsibility for customer .

            I request you to change my filter and carbon which was not done during my last AMC.

              Purchased one month back in naval canteen, opened today to use that. Observed the damaged sucking hose in the pack. I couldn't make the warranty signed. I can send the damaged sucking hose pictures to you, if you need. What my intention is this might have happened right at the packing stage, but not in the transit or else. I suggest you to please check your product to reach your customer without any damage other wise loose trust on you and your product.

                I had purchased RO two years back ad i registerred a complaint through the customer care for changing the Candle. Executive comes and charged me 250rs for visit charges and 3800 rs for changing the candle. This charges are very much high according to check online websites. In Amazon price of the candle is minimum 200 and maximum is 600. It depends on the model. I am not satisfied with Eureka forbes services.

                    I purchased aquasure xpert in 2015 and for a year until it was in warranty period it worked well. The problem of water leakage started in may 2016 and the technician who came to repair it asked us to buy the amc
                    (Extended warranty). We bought the amc in june 2016 which would last for a year. Inspite of several repairs the problem of leakage has not been taken care of. Each time the technician repairs it, confirms that the problem will not occur again. But unfortunately, till date we are facing the problem of water leakage.in the month of dec, 2016 i have raised a complaint request more than 5 times. The water starts leaking within an hour of repair.

                    We had asked for a replacement but the company has still not reverted back.

                    I am disappointed with this product. We bought this product for around rs. 18, 500/- and spent more than rs.10, 000/- on repairs and amc.

                    I would not recommend this product & would rate it 0/10. Its just waste of money, time and water

                        I have purchased dr. Aquguard classic+ as suggested by your sales person (Ajaykumar) after installing the product i came to know the water flow after purification is too slow, even it took 20mins of time for 8-10 ltr water. Where same mentioned on site is 2ltr per minute. But it wont work for me.

                        Note :- i asked your sales person many time to check water flow to avoid this sutuation but still he suggested me classic+, i will request you to pls fix this issue else replace product with some better option.

                          I recently changed the RO/UV/Membrane filters and with in 3 months the membrane filter gone faulty and there is no output water flowing. Aqua guard technician said this needs to be replaced. Is it the case that a membrane filter last only for 3 months ?? And the technician is keep pushing me to go for AMC. Does it make sense to change a membrane filter in every 3 months ?? I have been getting such a poor service from Aqua guard.

                            Hi All,
                            PLEASE DON'T TRUST THE EUROKA FORBES PEOPLE.

                            They have cheated me by not giving the offered gift item cost of 3000 rupees.

                            I have purchased magna HD+RO with cost for 17490 rupees and paid complete amount and installation also not done in time after calling several times that we got after two days for installation. This is waste product and I never and even suggest this to any one.

                              .I bought the model Meghna HD-RO +UV on April 2016 & it started giving problem with in four to five month-It stopped to deliver filtered water,
                              My customer ID:[protected] and I am victim of the unsatisfactory working of my newly bought your topmost model of Eureka Forbes The technician used to come after 2-3 days of complaint and done cleaning of the filter saying supply water is not upto the mark. But with in 3-4 week the filter got out of order again and the same thing got repeated again and again.Now even the technician attending got irritated with the repetition of the problem and asking me every time to to install extra filter in my cost.
                              In this context please note the following :
                              1. I live in BKC area in ONGC colony, and having BMC supply - you can test supply water with TDS meter.
                              2. I am in a doubt that my piece of filter is faulty one or may be some internal problem any where.
                              3.You are requested to go to the root of the problem and to find a permanent solution of my filter.
                              I made complain to company, s customer care also but no action have been taken. In the mean time again the fiter stopped to deliver water & i am waiting to for the service people. The company claim itself as doctor of water but take no care forurgent supply of pure water.

                              My first few complains were attended by technicians and water supply was resumed . But the problem continued again and again and the root cause of the problem never arrested. The last three complaint was not even attended and I am suffering from lack of filtered water,

                              Dear Shiraz, I am sorry to inform you that your escalation had less value in the reality.Though the allotted technician contacted me yesterday and given ward to come today early but no one care to report. After queering from my side again he gave assurance to report tomorrow and to day he was kept busy elsewhere ( i.e the priority was different than me).My new year continue with lendig water from other. Hope tomorrow mornig the technician will available and will provide me permanent solution.This for your information, record & necessary action.

                              Thanks to you and ur team- the technician at last arrived at 1245hrs and he replaced two nos of filter cartridge form the unit and restored water supply. Hope this action will let me get rid of my repeated problem of discontinuation of water.Again thanks for your support and cooperation.

                                I purchased a eureka forbes aqua sure water purifier from vellanikaran agencies, irinjalakuda, kerala in october, 2015. I requested for routine servicing of the appliance for the first time through the same dealer in december 2016. A eureka forbes employee ditto, came on 21 dec, to service it. He was very rash in his handling of the appliance. Even before he left the appliance started leaking. He somehow stopped the leakage and left leaving his personal cell number with us. He also suggested taking an amc policy for rs2400 per year which he said would cover for all problems. He asked us to pay rs400 for the service. He did not clean up the mess he caused. I used the appliance on the 22 dec and it started leaking again whereby i called ditto. He said he would come only on the 27 dec. On the 23dec another eureka forbes employee, sudhish came to fix the problem. He said the problem was sorted and left leaving his cell number. The appliance started leaking again and sudhish came back on being called. He said there was a problem with the cut off device and that i just need to pay rs500 for replacing it. I refused because this problem occured only after the eureka forbes employee ditto tampered with it.
                                The conclusion i can reach is that a eureka forbes employee caused the damage to the appliance which was not there before the service. This problem surfaced only after the service and the eureka forbes employee, ditto is responsible and thereby eureka forbes is liable. What i think is that this is a ploy by eureka forbes to compel me to take up the insurance (Amc) policy. It is your responsibility to sort out this damage to the aqua sure water purifier that i bought and requested for service in utmost good faith

                                There is one issue also that I would like to point out. Your dealer VELLANIKARAN agencies from Irinjalakuda, Kerala and your technician who came to install the water purifier failed to mention that we were eligible for two free service if we request within a year.

                                  Hi,

                                  I am raising this complaint as there was no proper resolution or follow up from the Aqua guard and i am quite disappointed with the service provided.

                                  My Aqua guard water purifier stopped working from last 2 weeks ie from around 15 Dec 2016 and some technician came and told that the issue is with the power board.After that every day they say will come today to solve the issue, how ever they never turned up and its almost 2 weeks now ie 29 Dec 2016 with out water and we need to depend on other source now for drinking and its quite frustrating.

                                  We expect a certain level of satisfactory support from a company like Aqua guard and it never happened so far. Please let me know what should i do to sort this issue?

                                    My water purifier is not functioning properly and despite many requests to correct the issue, the service centre has been giving unsatisfactory response.
                                    I have also paid my AMC and despite that the issue has been corrected and the service provided is pathetic.

                                      Past one and half month the equipment is not working properly. More than 20 times we called also no use. After two weeks one person coming and check, then he told spares don't have.

                                        Hi,

                                        One of the sales person of Eureka Forbes approached us for a new aquaguard (magna) model and offered buy back of our old model. We went ahead with the deal but even after 1 month the buy back is not done yet. They installed the new model but did not take the old one. I had raised multiple requests but nobody is responding. Every time I am calling their customer care I've to keep explaining my case to different persons but no body is resolving my request.
