I have an active AMC with Eureka Forbes for Aqua Guard.

Customer ID : [protected]

As per AMC they give 3 free service. I am calling them last 2 weeks continuously but ao far they have not come for service. It's only 3 mths and already the taste has turned bad. Very bad product and money minded business. Everytime I call customer care they assure me to send one soon but no one turns up. I am fed up of calling. All my family members are sick because of drinking aquaguard water. I am going to file a law suit.

Very bad business model. Can the respective responsible people take action on Eureka Forbes ?

    I had purchased an aquaguard gold in march 2007. One sales person by name of mr Ashok from eureka forbes came to my house in January 2017 did some water purity test and said that the aquaguard had failed the water purity test. He convinced me to purchase a aquaguard RO model. I requested him to arrange to transfer the amc's of the old machine to the new one. Which he agreed. But after 3 days he is saying that he said that the AMC of the old model is applicable only on the old model and not on the new one. Moreover he is telling that iam the one who is lying. So much for professionalism od Eureka Forbes people. Just to attain their sales target, they give wrong commitments and take people for a ride. Kindly lok into this mater or i wil be forced to take up this matter to the highest level.

        sub: complain for your sales executive mr.Nilesh m pansare for cheating of rs.1500 with me.

        Dear sir/mam

        your sales executive mr.Nilesh, mobile no.[protected] came to my house amd told to my wife i am coming from eureka forbes to check you filter and agter checking the filter told your filter not working properly and to be changed and demanded rs.1500.00 for new filter.

        After paying rs.1500.00 he never turned back to my house since 6months and switch off his mobile phone.

        Thereafter on 20.1.2017 we tried to call him from another number and called him on another place saying we want to buy new machine, he than came to my new premises than i demanded rs.1500.00 than he said i was not well, was sick from 6 months and so i dint come but now i don’t have cash i will give you cheque which you desposit in bank but above cheque got dishonoured

        i request you to kindly take strict action against mr.Nilesh as an fradulent sales executive and give us our refund of rs.1500.00

        i am also attaching the return cheque issued by him to me in name of narpat mehta

          I brought eurka forbes water purifier via emi but the deducted emi mor then it's cost from my bank account.i try to contact sales person but she is not supported us and talk abusely.after that I try to contact customer care support they assured me that sales team call u as soon as possible but no one contact us.almost the deducted 20000 extra from my account.

          Before 10 days our water filter filters have been changed but we not getting tasty water.Actually the executive has replaced with another filter which is not with the one we got at the time of AMC.he said the size was big and he replaced with another one.pls look into this ASAP.

            Dear Team,
            I have purchased an AquaSure Crystal UV water purifier on 20 Feb 16 from INCS, Kochi, Kerala. It has been non-operational since 22 Nov 16 and thereby launched a complaint on the same day (Serv. Req. No. - [protected]). It is been over two months and the complaint is not yet rectified. I have not even received any satisfactory explanation regarding this matter.
            I have been received a bitter experience throughout the whole process. Initially I received so many contact Nos. from the customer care and finally arrived at Kalamassey Service center no([protected]). After one month of repeated phone calls, the technician has arrived with some defective/incompatible spare on 23 Dec 16. The explanation was it was an "outdated equipment and the spare is unavailable". Again they pretended to need more time to order the new spare (PCB) from the company. Then the technician came with two different PCBs on 16 Jan 17 for replacement and unfortunately didn’t match with the machine. Also the back cover of the water purifier has been broken during this exercise.
            My worries are:-
            1. I lost more than two months of my precious warranty period till date (26 Jan 17) and still awaiting for the rectification.
            2. Without checking the defective equipment, they have ordered faulty spare which took more than one month and repeatedly made the same mistake at the cost of your credibility and our time.
            3. The above machine is outdated and the spares are no longer available.
            4. The defect analysis, rectification and handling the product resulted in a serious doubt on the professionalism of your technicians.
            5. I have made so many calls on the Nos- [protected], [protected],[protected], 2341931, 2341932, [protected], [protected], [protected] etc and ultimately of no use resulted in loss of time and money.
            6. I purchased the above water purifier considering the health of my family, but unfortunately I lost confidence on you product and services.
            Considering all these facts, I would like to consider this request on a priority basis and the defective equipment may be replaced as early as possible. Otherwise I may be forced to make further legal actions.

              I made a payment of Rs7500 to their representative, so at the time of selling their product they told me that we will get 4 free service from their side but neither I get any service not get any invoice from their side, employee name is Pintu and code no 9062741 and mobile number [protected] and [protected], he mislead me as at the time of payment he told me that I will get my invoice within 1month but now neither he receive my call nor he call me back in spite of several times
              So take proper action against that kind of guy so mislead people and not giving service to their customer

                I had been a happy customer of Eureka Forbes untill last December where I experienced the total bad performance of the customer care and also the service men of Eureka Forbes.
                The customer care does not have the records if the customer is within the contract of maintenance/service or not.
                The Service personals are not upto the level of having knowledge to do maintenance and also does the work un-hygienically. The filter candles are the source of purifying the water and the service men touches/holds with dirty hand and all kind of it which eventually makes the candles bad.
                I am bitterly sorry of the so called Eureka Forbes claiming the good health of the customers when they have very poor and un-trained staffs.
                I am anyway switching from Eureka Forbes to other provider.

                  Sir,
                  My Order No.[protected] and installation request No.[protected] has been partially installed by technician MARUTI SADASHIV PATIL & Agent Sandeep Banne in the mid of Nov-2016.However after hiring other plumber I got completed installation of above purifier by additional labour charges.
                  But now after 2 months of installation, I am unable to wash the additional filter they provided ( after paying additional amount for the filter). After repeated requests on phone to KOLHAPUR Eureka forbes Office and Maruti Sadashiv Patil Technician they are giving false promises to attend it and till today they have failed to attend my problem.
                  Sir, please look into the matter. Hope you will solve it.

                      I have been using AquaGaurd (Ro) for more than 7 years till date. The service area comes under ambattur locality and hence the service and their consumer hospitality is very poor. Since we have only tis RO facility for our drinking water purpose we are facing tremendous issues due to their lack of support of services. Kindly do the favour of warning or giving back them proper guidance to do their customer services appropriately.

                        As per last complaint, customer care had logged the call. I had clearly said them that issue in my water purifier. Also said them one filter was removed from last 4-5 months but till not replace. Since, eureka partner was attended site but he is not aware about actual issue. He is just saying that within few days warranty will laps so replace the filter asap.
                        I don't what he was checked. We have not accept such response from eureka. After so much follow up till my issue is not resolved.
                        Currently, we have message from eureka for amc. Till my issue is not resolved and why is asking for amc.
                        As concern about product, why product will fail within 6 months and why all filter should be replace within 1 years.
                        Means that it is product issue which was not said by eureka team earlier. Now purifier warranty get expire and all are asking for amc.

                          I have purchased your water purifier in the year 2011. Since around a year small cracks started appearing on the body of the purifier. After some time water storage was limited to 3 to 4 liters. If the switch is kept on after this level water used to drain away. On observing the purifier very keenly i could found that more cracks appeared on the body and the water above 4 liter level is getting drained out because a crack has appeared on the water storage tank (Plastic/fibre part).
                          N this regard i would like to know whether this type of cracks will appear in all your water purifiers after a period of 5 years. If not why it appeared in my purifier. Is it not a manufacturing defect (Which may be due to low quality materials). Please reply me at the earliest. Moreover i would like to stress that your service is very much unsatisfactory. Even the higher officials do not give importance to the complaints given online.

                          Please keep it in mind that consumers who make a complaint wants to stay with your product. Others will not make a complaint but quietly go away from your product. On the other hand if the complainant is not taken care it will have more impact on your sales which i need not elaborate.

                            I purchased euroclean litevac online from www.eurekaforbes.com on 12th january 2017. I have not yet received my product. I paid online. To know the status of my order i called on eureka forbes ecommerce help line[protected] several times, after ivr the keep playing music and no one picks the call. I kept holding the phone for 10 15 20 mins but no one picks the call. Even after trying to connect with customer service 20-30 times same thing happens, no answer from other side. This was my worst my worst experience buying something online. I feel like i have become victim of fraud. I want to cancel my order by i can not find a way to do so on eureka forbes website. Please help.

                              I purchased aqua guard enhance on 30 october 2016 and got installed on 16 january2017. After installation it started leaking all over. On complaint leakage due to overflow was rectified. However tds count of purified water is very low...8 only whereas tds count of input water is 106. Request get the requisite adjustment done to have tds count within safe limits. Please also give the complaint number

                                I Have purchased Aquaguard Superb UV+ RO from Croma in Nov 2016
                                Now after 2 mths Filter Light is showing Green which means Filter has expired
                                Which capacity is 5500 litres where as in home we are 4-5 people and we are all working people and the so early Filter life is over
                                and i called call centre on 16th Jan, 18th Jan 19th Jan 20 th Jan 21st Jan and 23rd Jan
                                Still no executive has visited home to check the Filter every day they gave false promises that they will come

                                  I purchased one Euroclean Vacuum cleaner from Eureka Forbes, direct sales after having a thorough demonstration. The sales person came to my home told me that there will be a life time service charge free, if I book the product that day itself by paying a Rs. 1000/- and provide a PDC of the rest. I did so, but while writing the cheques I wrote 2 cheques, one of 1000 and the other of 13490/-. both were the cheques of ICICI bank. They deposited both the cheques and from my account total 14490/- was debited. The price of the product was 12218, 34 plus 14.50% VAT 1771, 66, totaling Rs. 13990.00/-. So, Rs. 500/- was charged extra without any reason. It was the matter of December 2016. Since then, I called several times to the sales person. he always takes 10 minutes time from me but doesn't call back. I have sent multiple mails to the Customer care and Shopping (Shopping Eurekaforbes,
                                  [protected]@eurekaforbes.com). with the scanned copy of my account statement and their invoice. But till now, no response. I have no idea, who will address my issue from their side. Do, they have any escalation matrix? how these irresponsible salesman works in this organization (or this is the type of business they do!!

                                      I purchased Eureka Forbes Aquasure Xtra
                                      waterfilter from SPENCERS, Kakinada-533003. This is in the warranty period.
                                      Water not filtering.

                                      I had cleaned the water filter instruction given in the booklet by you. Top, Center Kit (segment) water coming from segment also. but not filter from bottom kit.

                                      Water not filtering from segment bottom kit (last filtering unit).

                                      I had given compliant to Customer Care on[protected], said about my water filter details clearly with my Phone No. ([protected]) and Email (k.balaji.[protected]@gmail.com) also.

                                      I have not yet received any mail to me. But, One person came and see the water filter and he said I am related to Aquasure - RO and I take a photo and i will sent another person to do repair. But anybody not yet come. What is this ? Is it your Customer Care Service ? You should not respond for low cost water filters

                                        I purchased DR. AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO + UV + Mineral Cartridge + Biotron and I paid Rs. 18, 490 online n 2nd November, 2016 directly to Eureka Forbes (Customer ID is [protected] and Order ID is [protected] ). However the product which I received shows the price Rs. 17490, as mentioned in the tax invoice (Invoice No. [protected] dated[protected] and the supplied box. After repeated call and sending emails to Eureka customer care, I was told that the delivered machine was old stock for Rs. 17490 and I paid for new stock for Rs. 18490 so the difference of Rs. 1000 is there between payment and tax invoice. since I paid for new stock at Rs. 18, 490, I would like to replace my delivered old stock and with the new stock for Rs. 18, 490/- for which I paid the money online through Eureka forbes. One technician also visited my house but he didn't resolved my problem. Hope through this complain form my problem will get resolved.
