Its been more than two weeks now, I have purchased Eureka Forbes Genius+ model, which is not working from the time of installation. I have spent near about Rs. 20000, for a dead machine.

I contacted with them for replacement, now they are saying we don't give replacement rather we repair it at your home.

But, why should I allow them to repair a machine which couldn't pour a glass of water also. How could they sell a non working machine. I paid for new functional machine. Now they are just passing my call from one person to another.

My Complaint was regarding machine replacement, but they have not given me replacement. They have just repaired it at my home. I not happy with this resolution and their service.

    I am mrs. C. S. Latha, residing at the address site no.36, thasami park residency singanallur, coimbatore-641005 (Phone no.[protected], mobile no.[protected])
    I have entered into annual maitenance contract with the said company.
    As per the conditions free service is due every six months. Since it was not carried out by the franchisees of eureka forbes, i have contacted them.
    A service person (Technician), attended the work and after he left our place, it was found that the equipment did not work properly and leakage of water was noticed. Again we contacted the service people, the same technician came and attended to the complaint, but again the leak was found persisting. So we contacted the service franchisee, but they did not attend to the work. The complaint was lodged on 23/12/2016. Since the complaint was not attended, we contacted the customer service sell on 26/12/2016. The same day we had to leave coimbatore for some urgent matters, when the service franchisee had tried to contact us without success. So again i have contacted them today on 27th instant. The lady who is attending the calls started blaming us for responding to their calls, which is quite unwanted.
    And throughout this day, we have been waiting for some technician to drop in, but that has not happened till this moment of complaining.
    When contacted, the franchisee (The lady) again started blaming us and is not in a position to tell us when they would send some technician.
    When such services are carried out, it is the bounden duty of the people concerned to make good the defeciencies. But the same is lacking here.
    Aithough we are being informed that one mr. Navneeth would be deputed, by the consumer cell, one mr. Charles is attending to the works. Why the descrepancy, we do not know. I doubt some patrs need replacement, but bthe franchisee is reluctant to do it, for monetary considerations.
    We as consumers should not be made to sufffer at any cost.
    I am waiting for a suitable action in this matter.

      Complaint No.[protected] dated 26.12.2016, 9.55 am. Nobody has turned up as yet. The Aquaguard is totally dead. We do not have a single of of water. Since the machine is under the cover of full AMC, I fail to understand the reason of such poor service. Customer care is just passing the buck and out to beat about the bush. Please let me know when this complaint will be attended. The very purpose of AMC has been defeated beacuse of such worthless service on the part of a company like Eureka Forbes. Despite spending a sizable amount for AMC I have been spending quite a considerable amout for purchasing drinking water. Please send the technician in no time.

        I purchased aquagarud ro from eureka forbes first i have to made several follow up for getting my machine delivered sales person mr vivek [protected] followed me till he got the cheque after that i followed him for 8 days for machine delivery. After that i followed 4 days literally to get this installed by this time sales person stopped taking my calls so all this follow up made with mr vinoth kumar [protected]. Real trouble started when my ro did not worked the water was not getting filtered and i was getting the same tap water. Now i registered complaint (Complaint number [protected]) with their customer service team and they promised for same day service on 24/12/16. Today after 3 days also no one turned up and customer service team gives the same promise of same day service without any shame.

        I have never seen such a shameful employees in any company.

          [protected] 24th Dec and today morning again I did follow up and update from helpdesk agent as escalated complain, I was following with Kavitha on this who give me her number last time to any such issue, but frustrated totally from morning she said issue will be resolved today "26th dec 2017" before evening and evening 17:20 I called her she said person on the way, later when I called at 19:00, she responding saying that location not in her limit, what kind of management, I really want to know does escalation manager read such complain..,

          Waiting for Kavitha, as discussed with her on call, I see every time Eureka Forbes do like this with their customer .
          There is limit for this, you can’t fail to provide service to customer, there is no mean customer has to follow up to get service every time, in that case for what you have system for registering the complaint on your tollfree no[protected]
          Note: — I want amc money back or extend the amc for 2 year without any further delay for such poor service response..

            I bought Aqua guard water purifier superb ro +uv+uf...Customer id [protected] in September...Now it's just 4 months...There is leaking from bottom of purifier..In fact big leak...I informed customer care and filed a complaint ... no:[protected] on 19/12/2016...Now it's 8 days...No response at all...I used to call customer care daily from 19 the onwards...They will say it will b rectified by that day evening...But just promises...No use at all... Totally disappointed with ur service and response...Either u return my money or get it repaired today...Fed up with ur response...Totally irritated...I think Kent is far superior in service...I am using Kent in my company...So much satisfied with their service...Just bought this waste product from Aqua guard for a change...Now I am paying for it heavily...So plzzz customerss...plzZZ DON'T buy anything from Aquaguard...Try anything else..Y to waste ur money and time

              technicien of eureka forbes came and change my RO cylinder without my permission and demand for 4500 rupes, when i said no it is in under warrenty and i dont want to change cylender then eureka technician misbehave with me and starts fighting and abusing me.and my RO is not working now he broke somthing in it.
              i want legal action against him as soon as fast otherwise i will file police case.
              please do fast action against him.

                I bought the dr. Aquaguard magna hd + ro from sales representative. Mr. Nagaraj and his colleague. While purchasing the model i was offered a free external filter by the representative but mr. Nagaraj told it is not required for this model and convinced me not to take the filter.

                Now in 6 months time, i have called for services 4 times and the service representative is saying it is mandatory to have external filter and it will cost rs. 1300. When i called mr. Nagaraj and asked for the filter, he is saying nothing is free and if i want i have to buy separately.

                    I have installed Aquaguard 9 moths before at the time of installation they told me for 2 free service. I contacted many time on mobile number what they provided and also to customer care but no one had come for service. Because of no service my family stopped using it. Today I also contacted to customer care and as usual he provided me a service request and told me that the specialist will come and contact you within 2 days. The same thing he repeating since 8 months.

                    Please Stop cheating people and making fool. You forget your consumer once he trapped in your net.

                      They took full advance payment of rs.21770 from credit card for a single cctv camera on 12/12/2016 and promised to install it the next day. I kept calling the whole of the next day without any reply on when installation will happen. They gave me a schedule only after i threatened to cancel the transaction and that schedule also they were not able to follow. Finally i cancelled the transaction and have written to their centralized customer care for a refund. It is almost ten days now and i am yet to get refund. They keep transferring me to some other department - from customer care to shopping and then to some other 'unknown department'. Nobody has contacted me from this 'unknown department' where they claim that my complaint has been escalated. I want to approach customer court for my money.

                        Aquaguard Filter replacement Cheating and No action
                        have been cheated by Aquaguard by replacing very old filter by technician. Name Mahesh. Mobile number [protected]. I trusted in them and continued using filter for months . he charged 4000 for filter replacement. My family was getting continous dysentery and I never suspected for water problems. Finally I thought of calling another technican and when he inspected he found that water purification is not happening... It happened for our neighbour also in ashok nagar 3rd avenue opp to pallava hospital chennai. Pls do immediate action.

                          Registered A compliant on 18-Nov-16 [protected]. The guy came for annual repair service. He replaced filters and reinstalled the machine while doing the same he changed the position of inlet and outlet pipes resulting in water leakage on contacting him to maintain the original position he informed us there is problem with your pipe it will cost 120 rs to replace. We asked him why you need a money to restore the pipe as it was before. The machine stopped working next day. We complained to his manager and he sent his assistance next day. He restored the pipe position without any cost but said the adapter has burnt due to power fluctuation and he is not sure when can he get it as there is long process to order it. I am spending on getting bisleries from 18-Nov.
                          There seems to be no one answerable and no one cares. Please ask the required persons to take immediate and swift action. This is tarnishing your brand chnage. If you do not change ; change will change you,

                            Sir i have bought eureka forbes aquaguard 5 days before but it is nt yet installed. I am really very disappointed about the irresponsible behaviour of the workers. They are not picking up my phone calls and if are picking giving me unnecessary excuses. I am waiting since these many days.
                            I am really frustated and i jst dnt like the way they are igoring.

                              Very worst service of eureka forbes in city like mumbai and company executive should be put behind bars. We approach consumer forum if nobody turned up tomorrow. We had lodged complaint having no [protected] but al customer care and their concern person are only calling me and told that today your machine will be rectified but still we are awaiting.                               We called four times today at call centre and each time the concern person sitting at call centre told us that we are sorry and your complaint will be attended today.we are purchasing water bottle since last Thursday. City like mumbai where service is provided at door step within 24 hours and we lodge complaint which expires 56 hours.

                                Its been more than 2 months from the time I gave complaint regarding your Aquasure out of service in my home Model:Nano Ro and the complaint was also registered Complaint No:[protected], Date of complaint: 31/10/2016
                                This company is very very irresponsible they just want to sell their product and does not want to take care of the service.
                                I am really fed-up calling these people for the service there phone and also through email.
                                These people want us to buy their product but no proper service. why? why do you sell you product without proper service?
                                Your saying "Need Help Call us[protected]" but no response in return. why? Why do you simply create fake trust in people saying the above things.

                                  I have registered complaint [protected]. The franchise serving under name of eureka forbes is highly unprofessional. They have caused damage to our filter with faulty installation. Plus there attitude towards customer is extremely rude and arrogant. There behavior and actions are to the point threatening in nature.
                                  Please black list this franchise. I have vouched to get my filter replaced with some other vendor as post sell service in eureka forbes is pathetic and they do not have alliance with good service provider. I have waster my money more importantly time. However you want to retain your existing customer base please look into these issues more seriously.

                                    My Aquasure Aquaflow DX UV Water purifier is not working. The Complaint No.[protected] was allotted by Eureka Forbes customer care. The product was purchased from amazon and is under warranty. Power supply is not coming to purifier and hence the indicator lights are off.
                                    The water is is also not coming from the purifier. No one from from the company has contacted me yet. Kindly take necessary steps to rectify the same.

                                    The technician came at 5.40pm & changed the IC board of the purifier. The device is working properly now. But l regret to inform that this is the second complaint within an year of a product under warranty; which shows lack of proper quality control at the manufacturing stage. Earlier the switch was replaced under warranty.

                                      This is Divya joshi from Mira road. My eureka water purifier is not working since 19th November. I have logged the complaint. 20th Mangesh Tiwari came, he has done something and it started, evening again it was as before, absolutely no water with red light. From that day continues completing...just getting request number. No person is coming and resolving the problem. Have purchased costlier machine, have purchased AMC expecting good services. Have spent appx 3000 on bisleries. I want my AMC money refund, machine money refund, alongwith compensation of 3000 which I have spent for bisleries. Kindly take a note from following people who are not loyal for their duties

                                      Have bought purifier worth 16000, AMC worth 4600. Complaining since 19 the November, no bloody people called or come. 3000 spent on bisleries. He'll with your machines . Take your machine and refund me with compensation today itself. Don't wanna keep any relation with eureka. I ll buy bisleries only. Shakuntla Yadav, Mangesh Tiwari and rajesh Shinde are the persons I am doing following ups. All are useless. Taking free salaries. Not at all loyal towards company. Third class company with third class people and services. Don't ever buy it

                                        I subrata pal, a teacher in kendriya vidyalaya at durgapur, west bengal regret to highlight that i issued a cheque bearing no.548972 dated 27/08/2016 worth rs.3015.00 (Rupees three thousand and fifteen only) in favour of eureka forbes as 2 years maintenance charge of my aqua guard. (Copy attached). I was very shocked to see that rs. 13015.00 (Rupees thirteen thousand and fifteen only) had been debited from my savings bank a/c. No. [protected] instead of rs.3015.00 (Rupees three thousand and fifteen only)
                                        Immediately i contracted an official of local eureka forbes office at durgapur for further enquiry and a response after 3-4 days informed me that rs.3015.00 only (Rupees three thousand and fifteen only) was credited to the a/c of eureka forbes and also i was provided with a copy of email as a proof of that transaction. (Copy attached) later on he advised me to visit the durgapur city centre branch of axis bank for the further enquiry. Eventually i met the assistant manager (Operations) of axis bank, she admitted that they had made an erroneous move in this context and consoled me to solve the problem soon. The assurance dates back to september’16.
                                        Since then i have been visiting the said branch of axis bank but no sincere effort has been taken to sort the problem out so far nor i have been updated about this till date. Some days back i received a call from the durgapur city centre branch of axis bank stating that the said amount has been credited to the my home branch sbi dumdum with a utr utibhi[protected]. The amount has still not been credited to my sb a/c no. [protected]. I took a leave on 15/12/2016 and went all the way to kolkata from durgapur and met personally with the branch manager of sbi dum dum (My home branch). After revising all my problems he told me no such money has been received on my a/c.
                                        I make a humble request to help me in this regard so that i may receive the excess payment of rs.10000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) at the earliest.
                                        The details of all the transaction receipts are enclosed herewith for kind perusal and convenience.
