We, gopalakrishnans, are under amc for our water purifier at our residence k37, and office at k92, annanagareast, 15th street, chennai600102.
Amc for k37 device is from[protected] to[protected]. I am sorry to state that the quarterly visits due, have not been made till date. I will not be surprised if they promptly come for renewal in feb2017!
This is not the first year this is happening. The punctuality and promptness your concern shows in the sale of the machine and in obtention of the annual contract and the payment, needs to be extended in their promised quarterly visits. I don't think it's our duty to remind you time and again about your responsibility since you should chart out your dates of visits and follow it up. Another inconvenience they cause if at all they come, is to visit us just like that without any prior intimation.
I hope you will mend your ways at the earliest.
Please do not expect the renewal till they finish their no of visits already due to be at regular intervals

Made big mistake by buying your product. nobody is replying since one month

    Product is making lots of noise, it takes inlet water and just wastes it even after tank is full. Its purchased on 21 jan 2016. Before completing one year, product got serviced several times.

    As per service technician, filter has to be changed. Product is in warranty period, still company asking me to pay 5k to change filter. Product costs around 18k. Asking to spend another 5k within a year itself shows how much reliable is this product.
    As this product is not serviceable or product is damaged i request eurekaforbes to refund or please provide another model

      I have filed a complaint 3 days ago, to change the filters and set the position of aquaguard. A service man attended the complaint today. He said after listening to the complaint that i don't have any equipments with me so i will fix that later.
      I said that your office is just 15min from here you can go and pick the equipments, he said i won't because i have to attend other complaints. So i want to say that before attending the complaint here he has to do attend other. I think they do it to everyone like that and than give a stay to all the complaints.
      They should complete one complaint and finish it and then go to other but they aren't doing that.

        Charge over mrp on dr. Aquaguard classic

        I have purchased dr. Aquaguard classic from eureka fobes, my customer number is : [protected], they have given me bill only for inr 8990 but they have taken inr 9490 from me. The mrp sticker paste on the product is also for inr 8990. When i call to their call center they said that by mistake it has happen and they suppose to refund the amount charged extra, the product purchased on dt 3rd nov 2016 from that day i am chasing for the refund...

        I regret for being a helpless consumer for purchasing an EUREKA Water Purifier and frequent failure of the equipment . More so their service support is very pathetic as their service center keep singing that "No Spare". Even after 1 month of Lodging a complaint (complaint NO: [protected]) they still not got the courtesy to attend and claims still spare is not there.

        I would not be able to recommend any EUREKA forbes products even to my enemies.

          This maxima product is dead from 2 dec 2016 buying date 27 oct 2016 the technician visit on 6 dec 2016 but he was said that the pcb is not available in company. Pcb available in 2 to 3 days so i fit the pcb on 9 dec but no technician visit on said date.

            I had purchased eureka Forbes WDX2 euroclean vacuum cleaner more than 30 days back for rs.14k and I have not yet received Invoice.

            The sales person promised that I will receive Guarantee for 5 years during Diwali season.

            So far I have received any invoice and guarantee card.

            Every where these people selling these products of eureka Forbes and requesting for demo.

            Requesting every one not to buy product from eureka Forbes, where basic invoice and guarantee card is not supplied and company is not concerned about complaint and escalation of no use.

              After returning the WDX2 vacuum cleaner the sales rep told you'r money get credited with in 3-5 working days but almost it crossed 10 days still i haven't receive my money back.

                I had purchased a Enhance RO machine through online.

                Our water TDS is within 100 mg/ltr but wrongly i purchase machine TDS 500 to 2000 mg/ltr.
                As per the service engineer, if we install this machine then all necessary Minral will be remove, it will make us ill and water test will not be normal.

                For which I can't able to install the machine.
                I am expecting a quick and cooperative service from Aquagard.

                  I purchased an Aquagurad reviva RO from eureka Forbes representative and i haven't received the bill/invoice for the same. I purchased this product more than a month ago. No response from customer care number and the representative i purchased this product. Even grocery store in India says:"No need to pay anything if we do not give you a bill". Why such negligence from such a big company?

                      We have taken 2 year AMC from Eureka Forbes Ltd., Our customer ID is [protected]; Customer Name : XCORT MICRO SYSTEMS.

                      We have got only two service in 2016 i.e. in April & July 2016. Today the Technician came& told our contract is expiring today & is asking for the cheque of Rs.7900/- for renewal of AMC with out giving the third service.

                      Kindly suggest what we should do. We are told while isssuing the
                      AMC that every year we will get 3 service & all filters will be changed once a year. Then why this discrepancy in service.

                        HI, we have purchased Eureka DR Auaguard Magna NXT machine in 3rd week of Oct-2016 from Ahmedabad.

                        Eureka Customer ID :- [protected]

                        Previous Problem :-
                        First we faced problem on very 2nd day where machine was leaking water at some interval and it was also amount of one glass. After calling the engineer he visited and try to fix but was not solved and finally solved by after 3-4 visit of multiple engineers, seems these all are third party service providers. We requested replace of machine but no response.

                        Current Problem :-

                        Machine is producing noise while filtering the water, you can hear it from 20 to 25 feet as well.

                        We called engineers for almost more than 10 times but issue is not resolved.

                        Below are silly excuses from different service engineers.

                        1) One of Manager :- I can't hear it (Typical marketing one), while all other people can easily here.

                        2)Another person :- Accepted that noise is there and he will do something but no response after month (See attached customer feedback form).

                        3)Service Engineer (Mr. Maulik):-

                        --This machine having bigger motor so noise is there (I don't think company like Eureka didn't perform QA before product release)

                        --He told that all these models having such noise (After asking to visit some machines he agreed and about to call in 2-3 days but no response from him after 10 days. On reminding him he told that he forget and will call in 1-2 hours but no response.

                        It seems Eureka is using local 3rd party service providers, which lakes proper technical knowledge.

                        I request you to replace this machine which failed to satisfy us, I am customer of eureka from last 12 Years and didn't expect such miss.

                        Hello, I am also suffering with the same above problems of Mr. Sohil Kakadia. i have also purchased Dr Aqua guard Magna NXT Model by Dr Aqua guard Authorized marketing Manager Mr. Manish Solanki but till he were not comes and nobody take it seriously and in case of Marketing manager Mr. Manish Solanki told us its very good and we are always caring it and life time service free, Cover free but till date nobody comes here. They are only making money with us to selling dummy and duplicate pics.

                        If these model not successfully than why company sold it in market. ...?

                            I have purchased ro dr aquaguard geneus+ which is not working properly. If my complaint history is watched it'll show my painful experience about this product.
                            Though technician attends the problem again within two to three days it doesn't works. I asked him to replace the product cause in waranty period but he neglected my request.
                            Now please take an early action and replace my product to new one, else i will have to go for justice in court.

                              Pratik Singhani from the company got an edit video made from us for 50, 000/- and is now not paying us.

                              It was made 'exactly as per his direction' in the mail.

                              We are a registered vendor with them.

                              Their AVP Shashank Sinha and CEO Marzin Shroff have been informed since past 5 months.

                              After realising that it was their fault they are just ignoring our complaints because they think they are too big a company to care about their ethics.

                              Even the legal complaints and notices are being taken casually.

                              So much for the ethics and integrity of a company that promises us health.

                              Firstly, You can't take a legal action on me for asking your grieved and harassed customers to mail their complaints to an authorized body.

                              Secondly, I don't see a personal allegation in my message. Even if I do that I have all facts and that is exactly why your management is trying to avoid the payments for the past 5 months now.

                              Thirdly, On the legal matter our lawyers will get in touch with you and not our social media agency.

                              Also you dare not call any of our claims baseless because if I start establishing the base with all the screen shots and case details here your esteem CEO and AVP will be only ashamed of their conduct.

                              Let me also warn you to not make baseless claims of me trying to malign your company because I have all facts as sent to your AVP and CEO who did not have answers to it and are now trying to avoid payments and confrontations.

                              So much for a company that claims to care about people's health against money when we on the other side see the management stooping to low levels to avoid payments after getting the job done from their registered vendors.

                              Your FB posts are met with complaints all the time. So please don't teach me about media trials.Unless the case hasn't been legally filed against your company I can comment on the matter and you are free to defend your self.

                              I won't threaten you here because I have the facts and I don't have to send abrupt threats.

                              You have been informed incorrectly and have only half knowledge. The legal notice received an incorrect reply after 1 month which was 3 weeks delayed. Despite being given time to resolve the matter amicably for 5 months your officials are now responding on public domains.

                              About my faith on legal system I do not need comments from a company that deceived and exploits in own chosen and registered vendors despite their project being completed exactly as per directions given and well within the time.

                              So I warn you against sending me threats here and instead suggest your management to get in touch with me if it matters so much to them.

                                I called eureka forbes for installation of aquaguard enhance in july'16 1st week. The representatives opened the filter to check the candles & told me that this candle is not good enough and we can replace it with better one which will give you the better tds. They dint charge me anything but replaced the costliest & the important filter candle with some old one that was present in their bag which looked new. No end of nov'16 the filter started taking 2 hrs to filter 7 litres water. I called eureka forbes on 04/12/2016, representaive visited on 05/12/16 & said the good filter was exchanged with the old filter and a used one. I paid 2500 rupees for the new one.                                     I am a customer of eureka forbes water purifier with a 2 year service contract. My customer id is [protected].

                                    I registered a service request on 10-nov-2016 which has still not been resolved (As on 03-dec-2016). Two emails addressed to the customer care email id have not been responded.

                                    The company has inefficient and ineffective processes to manage customer service request. Different teams do not coordinate with each other. No communication on the status of request or likely date of resolution is provided. Incorrect sms are sent about request resolution, even when no technician attends the request.

                                      Eureka Forbes Technician Manohar Lal Goyal Comes and Changed the Control PBC with TDS control Assembly. he fit the Control PBC improper way in Aquaguard but Problem not resolve.
                                      again we have done complaint on 01/12/16 (Req. No.[protected]) but again Eureka Forbes Technician Manohar Lal comes and say that another S.B sensor not working so change this sensor.i am not interested the change frequently the spares of Aquagaurd improper way.

                                      I have brought Eureka forbes and tried to use the floor cleaner but the connection between floor cleaner unit, extension tubes and flexible hose pipe is not fitting properly

                                      Despite the completion of the project as per the exact requirements communicated to us time and again and well within the timelines Mr. Pratik Singhania refuses to pay us the promised fees of INR 50, 000/-
                                      Even our legal actions are being taken casually and are being intentionally ignored and answered casually to harress us further and stretch the matter.

                                      Cheapest people and company that I have seen in my life.

                                      Marketing Manager cheats,
                                      AVP send half informed, sarcastic, arrogant and unprofessional mails on being sent a detailed mail,
                                      CEO is happy hiding in his office enjoying being the leader of a team that cheats and deceives people. As long as the company pays him a fat salary he will happily close his eyes to all kinds of inefficiencies his people exhibit. So much for his LEADERSHIP
