We have purchased a RO+UV model of Eureka Forbes in April 2016. On Oct 28th the product developed a snag and the water stopped filtering. Since it was a day before festival holidays, we followed up a lot upon which a technician was sent to look into it. He banged the water filter tube few times and told it was a salt accumulation and went off without any further information or answering any questions.

On 3.1.16 the product again snapped. This time we had asked a senior technician to be sent but the same person was sent who not only spoke to us rudely (technician who was sent :"I am on a leave but yet coming here, i have 50 other complaints you are not the only customer, go and complain wherever you want to, i will never step back in this house...etc")but also did not resolve the issue.

A complaint against the product and personnel was made the very day but no response was received. On rigorous follow up a technician was sent 06.11.16 after 2 days post which the product again snapped. This time the technician opened the parts and closed them without telling us what the problem is but somehow the water started flowing.

The machine snapped again on 12.11.16.

Ever since we are only being given various numbers and assurances but no action or proper repair has been done. Since i have two very young children (3.5 yrs and 1.5years) who were unwell in that period, i requested them to resolve the issue anyhow as it was getting impossible to keep getting water from outside. There was still no response and i was made to hold the line for long duration before it being cut off.

Despite repeated requests and conversations, no technician has visited to resolve the issue, the line is not passed to senior members in call centers, the call center executives do not write the correct information in their notes, there is no drinking water at home. On being asked for replacement, they are neither guiding us on the process nor helping towards it. I am feeling helpless as I have to continuously depend on undisclosed sources of packaged water from outside. Please look into the lethargy, false commitments and manipulated claims made by the company and do the needful.

We are using Aquaguard Nova since five years. We hang this in the kitchen. Its working fine but the casing found to be brittle and due to this at the hanging portion, the casing has given up and now could not be hanged.

    I had lodged a complaint on 30th October and the complaint was attended only after one week that too after a reminder call. The engineer visited after the repeated complaint and said that it needs a part replacement . When he did not come the next day we called to check then he said that the part is not available. After that his phone is coming unavailable. I believe that the customer is your preference is only on paper in actuality it just does not matter what the customer goes through. When asked for the supervisor they tranfers to a number where noone answers and then it gets DC. Absolutely irritated and frustrated with the service levels at Eureka..

      I am using eureka forbes water filter at Kakkakurichi, 6060202, Tamilnadu. The outlet water was non stoppable even when the power was off.i tried getting service help from the place in salem where i purchased the machine.Iwas referred toRagu system maintenance, off.3/2871/1, Abirami gardens, M.G.Road, New fairlands, Salem-16.which is approximately 100 kilometers from my place, they told me to bring the machine to salem as they cant provide service here at kallakurichi.I trusted them and i took one day leave and went to the service center with the machine.There they have changed, ro membrane, chemi block, hi filter, nano post carbon, enhance weight sensor, rosv and they have charged rupees four thousand three hundred and eight five(R.S 4385), and was told that the machine was functioning well.After returning home the problem of continuous water output is not solved and to add with it water is not coming to the collection chamber which was functioning well before i took the machine.i contacted the service cener and requsted them to send a service person to my place for rectifying the problem as i can not take more leaves and travel such far.i even told them that i'll take care of to and fro, but the service center is not behaving with responsiblity.I am using eureka forbes machine hoping that its the best and took so much effort for the service. this is braech of trust and cheating a customer from the service center.please make arrangements to repair my machie.         Beware if you are planning to book eurovigil security system.

        Eureka forbes (euro vigil) representative (charan shetty - [protected]) has misguided and cheated:

        1) commercial:

        My requirement was very clear related to number of door sensors (3), motion sensors (2), hooter (1), however the bill was raised for 3 door sensors, 2 motion sensor, and 1 hooter, though it's known that 1 door sensor and a hooter comes free with the intrusion package. also, they have jacked up the pricing of all components which is above the mrp.

        I repeatedly called mr. charan shetty to resolve this issue, however, he never turned up till date.

        2) technical mislead:

        When it comes to technicality, my requirement was very clear, as our house is isolated with no houses around and we have no landline facility, i wanted a gsm compatible system for which mr. charan shetty advised me to go with the said system and also informed that gsm will be setup during installation. installation of the system was done on 18-jul-16, after the installation when i enquired the technician to setup the gsm, i was informed that an additional device (gsm dialer) is required to setup gsm and it would cost around 12k, which was again a surprise for me.

        The only reason to go for eureka forbes was free installation which they were offering with the system, although they were priced higher than other systems. there are quite a few systems which are gsm compatible and which is way too cheaper than eureka forbes.

        I always thought eureka forbes was a professional company, i am saddened to tell that they lack even a little bit of professionalism in their work. i have raised several complaints using their customer support portal, however, they have been closing the complaints without proper justification. every time i call them, i had to explain the whole story to someone new and they would log a complaint telling they would surely solve, this has been going on from past 6 months, till date no one has approached to solve nor the system is working.

        My humble request is, please don't go with eureka forbes, they just market their product, they lack quality and professionalism.

          It's been more than 3weeks since i have filed a complaint but till date my ro has not been fixed. i been calling the concerned person but of no use. either he is not picking up the phone or making lame excuses. when amc has to be done, they r damn sweet but after that it's pathetic. this is not the first time it's happening. it even happened last year and when amc was about to get renewed, the company would call me again and again.

            The subject vacuum cleaner was purchased by me on 15.05.16. Since the same started giving problem of not getting switched on, a complaint was lodged by me on 18.06.16. After lots of persuasion, Eureka Forbes sent the technician to attend the problem. Again same problem has appeared and a complaint no. [protected] dt. 21.10.16 has been lodged with Eureka Forbes. Since then I have been following up with their call centre. Every time they promise but never sent a technician to attend the problem. Almost 20 days have passed but my complaint has not been attended which is total disgusting. Today I talked to their call centre and talked to Ms Pragati Sawant. I requested her to transfer the call to senior person but she disconnected. This is really very disappointing

              I had bought this useless product on 6.11.2015 from Satya Agencies, Medavakkam. I was waiting for someone to come and install the same but none came. After few months lot of issues with the purifier. Water tasted bad. I had logged around 8 calls to the customer care and they are useless and its waste of time.Please dont buy this product.                 I have booked installation for Aquaguard Reviva RO on 05/11/16 but yet no installation done. On calling customer care executive they provide me no. of service centre, Bhopal (Mr. Bhupendra [protected]) but after calling him he told he is not looking after Reviva RO water purifier model. Then he provided me no. of another person dealing with installation (Mr. Abhinav [protected]) and Mr. Abhinav also told that he is also not looking after installation at my place (Hoshangabad, MP) and he also gave no. of another person dealing with installation (Mr. Sunil Malviya, who is in Indore) but Mr. Sunil also refused to do so and gave another no. of person who is in Jabalpur. The Jabalpur's person told he will convey message to Hoshangabad technician as he is in Jabalpur and he will not entertain installation at Hoshangabad. All this matter informed to customer care executive but again executive raised a request as urgent but no result yet. Even after all these happenings customer care executive giving the same no. of Service centre (Mr. Bhupendra, Jai Devi home decor, Bhopal). How I will install the purifier i am in deep trouble by opting Eureka forbes Aquaguard. Kent is much better in service. Please help me out. I will wait for two days more else I have to move Consumer Forum.

                  I have ordered water purifier on 24 August 2016 and paid online full amount of rupees 15490.we have waited till 10 days but the company did not dileved my orders product as per the company rules the company given written about the delivery date within 7 working days . So we have complain the customer care of eureka Forbes, for few days they said the product will reach soon But after few days they said that the product is miss placed by the courier and after that day we have complain many times but they have not delivered yet .

                  I bought Dr Aquaguard in Bangalore, 9 months back. Zero Service during the warranty period even after multiple complaint booking. No body turns up. Only receive feedback call. no action taken even bad feedback and complaints. THE WORST SERVICE RATHER ZERO SERVICE.

                  CEO is happy hiding in his office enjoying being the leader of a team that cheats and deceives people. As long as the company pays him a fat salary he will happily close his eyes to all kinds of inefficiencies his people exhibit. So much for his LEADERSHIP

                    I have been requesting for installation of my new RO+UV Eureka Forbes Enhance water purifier since 2nd November 2016. I have been following it up each and every day. But whenever I contact them, they have the same response that I would be approached by the technician shortly. It's an expensive water purifier and I have no intentions to keep it if I am unable to use it. I even contacted their complaint cell, but they didn't express any concern and couldn't provide me with any help regarding my issue. This is very depressing and unsatisfying. Everyday I am spending 15-20 minutes explaining them the problem but in vain. I would like to send them a strong response and take any action possible to make them understand off their wrong doing.

                      I have purchased Dr. Aquaguard Magna (HD+RO+UV) (S No. [protected]) from your Center M/s Life Guard Water solution Add: BU-2, Rashmi Palace, Kamla Nagar, Agra-282004 in the month of September, 2016.

                      From the 10-15 days taste of the water is bad and after 1 month i feel this is the same as normal tap water. I have raise service request on 04.11.2016 and one representative has come on 05.11.2016 and inform the mamrane has been chocked and the same will replace and will come the next working day. When he was not come I again call to toll free and by taking No. of Service center I have all them and they have inform that you have purchased the item from non authorized Sales Center and they can not repair the RO.

                      I want to submit what a consumer do? when we have purchased from a dealer who have deal your genuine product whether the same will authorized or not. As we customer don`t know and purchase by your company name and why you have sell the product to unauthorized dealer.

                      Further I inform you that I have purchased RO for drink pure water and from 04.11.2016 i have to drink water having TDS more than 1500. What is the our health we don`t know.

                        WORST COMPANY EVER! CHEATS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, FAULTY PRODUCTS! SCAMSTERS!
                        I bought a Dr Aquaguard Magna UV from a sales executive( customer id: [protected]), who were very prompt in taking the money and delivering the product.
                        This was on 17th October 2016. In 15 days the product stopped working and I called their customer care.
                        They sent a service ( req number[protected]) technician over who said that the adapter stopped working and because it was less than a month he said they would replace it.
                        I have followed up with him the next day and no reply only saying that it will be done!
                        The same thing continues for the next one week! He finally gives me his managers number which is always switched off.
                        I called other managers I somehow got who also said the same standard [censored] which was I will get it done today.
                        I am sharing all their phone numbers and the service id.

                          Let Us when will you guys install the product if you can't let us only install the unit from our side.
                          We have brought water purifier on 28oct and 30 nov we have requested for installation but today Nov8 still its not installed.
                          Upon calling Customer care they say we have Escalate your request
                          when asked to connect to some one more responsible who can take care of sending for installing they say sorry we can't do.
                          They don't do it and when ask to connect to some one they say they can't do it.
                          Then let us know why are having a customer care number so that you can waste customer's time?
                          If you guys can't install the product on time gives us the money back we will go to another company.
                          Is there any other alternative no where we can call?

                            The fact of the matter is that Iam disillusioned and disappointed with the disservice of the local dealer who is keen on deputing quite unprofessional, unqualified, under-trained and incompetent mechanics who have kept me engaged and worried during the past six months, especially since the first free service provided to me on completion of six months of AMC.

                            So far as my credentials and credibilities as an aqua-customer is concerned, I have been using such product for more than three decades. While in service, my organisation gave me this and after retirement, , I have continued using this since 2006.

                            Previously, your earlier dealer gave me the same treatment as the present dealer and I had no other go but to lodge consumer complaint twice in the past and this time it is not better. Also, in the past a feedback form was signed and delivered to the mechanic every time he came for fault repair; but this was inexp;icably discontinued for the past few months as the mechanic leaves the residence without attending to his job properly. This is may very well be termed as disservice.

                            It is surprising that your helpline is helpless and they only record and contact the dealer for resolution of complaints without going deep into the matter to find a solution to my perennial problem.Your customer executive while talked to in the past gave me only some routine reply that the problem would be resolved within 48 hours.

                            How can I get justice and where from? How can my problem be solved?

                            I appeal to the Aqua Management Team to investigate into the matter and take action as appropriate or else action as felt necessary will be taken by me.

                                Eureka Forbes is not able to provide service on the product under service warrenty. I have extended the water purifier service warrenty by paying extra money for 2 years which will expire post November 16. but
                                Eureka is not providing service now and when ever I call getting answer some one will visit but this is happening from last week.
                                Its look like they are cheating and company is waiting to expire the service warranty....

When we contact bellary sc they say that pcb is not recieved from bangalore. By using local mineral water my children have fell sick. No proper response either from call centre banagalore and none of the managers in bellary have rectified my faulty water purifier. I am in 3 years amc.

                                Pathetic product. Looks like old and damaged product. They ave cheated me. every week it gets damaged with many different reasons.i bought it a year back and got repaired for 5 times. Every 2 months it gets some or the other issues.

                                  My Self P.M Sukumaran. Me and My wife we bought a Water Purifier called Aqua Sure on 6/02/10 because my son was said it is good will get clean water blah blah blah. Since we bought the product we paying 3500 for service contract. for the period of 2011 to 2013 (THEERTHA SERVICE)we got service which we have to call them to remind for a service. later 2013 to 2016 we renewed the service contract because we do not have any other choice, after that when we had an issue with the purifier we keep on calling no one answers. later somebody said we are not dealing with EUREKA Forbes you have to contact some other people called FREDDY ENTERPRISES. since 2015 no one came for service and still we are calling them each and every time phone answering different people and nobody knows anything about our contract. now the contract expired on August. want to know who will help regarding this or this look like a petty issue ?

                                      My eureka forbes water purifier (model- pearl) has an AMC (No.[protected] valid from 22.06.2016 to 21.06.2018. The purifier went out of order in end of July, 2016. Since then, I made a number of complaints to the company but till date, the purifier has not been repaired. the details of complaint booking numbers are - 1.- [protected] dated 15.09.2016, 2. - [protected] dated 23.09.2016 and 3. [protected] dated 07.10.2016. I am sorry to say that the company only wants to make money by selling AMC and then not responding to the consumer's calls. Attached is a copy of the AMC.

                                      I have purchased a vacuum cleaner from Amazon and the speed of it is very slow so could u please provide a replacement or a better service for it, . As the product is not being used and hard purchased on 3rd Oct 2016 through online
                                      Hi, we boght Aquaguard classic plus and got installed on 28th Oct 2016. From very next day it stopped working. Complaint was registered on same day, however, no technician has visited till today. Several follow ups have been taken. My area is Pimple Gurav, Pune, MH.
