Beware if you are planning to book eurovigil security system.
Eureka forbes (euro vigil) representative (charan shetty - [protected]) has misguided and cheated:
1) commercial:
My requirement was very clear related to number of door sensors (3), motion sensors (2), hooter (1), however the bill was raised for 3 door sensors, 2 motion sensor, and 1 hooter, though it's known that 1 door sensor and a hooter comes free with the intrusion package. also, they have jacked up the pricing of all components which is above the mrp.
I repeatedly called mr. charan shetty to resolve this issue, however, he never turned up till date.
2) technical mislead:
When it comes to technicality, my requirement was very clear, as our house is isolated with no houses around and we have no landline facility, i wanted a gsm compatible system for which mr. charan shetty advised me to go with the said system and also informed that gsm will be setup during installation. installation of the system was done on 18-jul-16, after the installation when i enquired the technician to setup the gsm, i was informed that an additional device (gsm dialer) is required to setup gsm and it would cost around 12k, which was again a surprise for me.
The only reason to go for eureka forbes was free installation which they were offering with the system, although they were priced higher than other systems. there are quite a few systems which are gsm compatible and which is way too cheaper than eureka forbes.
I always thought eureka forbes was a professional company, i am saddened to tell that they lack even a little bit of professionalism in their work. i have raised several complaints using their customer support portal, however, they have been closing the complaints without proper justification. every time i call them, i had to explain the whole story to someone new and they would log a complaint telling they would surely solve, this has been going on from past 6 months, till date no one has approached to solve nor the system is working.

They would have closed the third one also without proper justification, they haven't called me back till date to solve the issue. pathetic people.
My humble request is, please don't go with eureka forbes, they just market their product, they lack quality and professionalism.
Don't go by brand name.

Despite the completion of the project as per the exact requirements communicated to us time and again and well within the timelines Mr. Pratik Singhania refuses to pay us the promised fees of INR 50, 000/-
Even our legal actions are being taken casually and are being intentionally ignored and answered casually to harress us further and stretch the matter.
Cheapest people and company that I have seen in my life.
Marketing Manager cheats,
AVP send half informed, sarcastic, arrogant and unprofessional mails on being sent a detailed mail,
CEO is happy hiding in his office enjoying being the leader of a team that cheats and deceives people. As long as the company pays him a fat salary he will happily close his eyes to all kinds of inefficiencies his people exhibit. So much for his LEADERSHIP
