I purchased dr aquagurd on 3rd of oct 2016 and from 6th of oct we are facing leakage problem and from last 3 days water is not purifying.
We purchased machine before 1 month and called to customer care 3-4 times but they are not sending their technician. Every time they told that their technician will visit you and gave the complaint number but not processing any complaint at all.

    Fraud - eureka forbes freedom offer (Online offer):

    There was a eureka forbes freedom offer in month of august. Where-in the offer was; whoever will book the product (More that 15000rs) will get the provogue watch and will be shipped in 2 weeks.

    I ordered the product on 16th august and till now (02-nov-2016) i did not get the promised gift. When will i get the gift? Otherwise give me my money back.

    Words about the customer service:
    While writing about their customer service i am short of words. "worst/poor service" not carrying that much weight which i suffered during past couple of months.

    Every time i call the customer service they assured that you will call back in 24-48 hours and gift will be shipped. One of the representative said that it has been delivered, i asked to verify the delivery then they said we will be shipping the gift again. I waited for couple of days and again called to[protected]Online shopping customer service) then they routed me to the mumbai customer care[protected].

    Below are the conversations/communications details (The earlier was not mentioned):
    15-sept-2016 - complaint/request number[protected]
    24-oct-2016 - complaint/request number[protected] this time i had word with zhakir (Senior representative as he said). He also assured me a call back in 24-48 hours and query resolution but nothing has happened.

    I would like to have concrete answer to my query and stop the mental harassment which i am suffering. Now i am about to take the decision to throw out the eureka forbes product and get my money back. Such a poor service...

      I bought a brand new eureka forbes smart uv water purifier on 10.10.16 and they installed it on 15.10.16. on the date of installation itself it could not be completed as the product was defective. i have complained this several times on their customer care telephone as well as to their local office in kochi, no one has bothered to address my issue. my complaint # is [protected].

          Hi eureka,

          I had bought a eureka aquaguard crystal plus few months ago. I was impressed by eureka product and service, so bought the product.

          But unfortunately, i am repenting the decision of buying it because of the pathetic service by eureka forbes. After running pillar to post for servicing the product (Since last one month) by eureka who are not interested in giving service to the customers who have trusted them by buying their product.
          I am planning to escalate the matter to consumer court & any other viable option for me to get my product serviced as i have paid for the product.in consumer court, i will also ask for additional compensation of inr 500, 000/- for all the inconvenience (Pain) caused to me by eureka forbes.
          I have run out with patience with eureka and i will write about it on every social media platform i can so that other consumers don't buy eureka products.

          Following is the details of my service requests which was ignored by eureka:

          1. Oct 5, 2016 - raised a service request with an sms to eureka customer care number as provided in the website. I got a call from eureka telling that service would be done withing 2 days. However no one has come to my place till date.
          Complaint number registered with eureka is [protected]. Mobile number is[protected].

          2. Oct 16, 2016 - raise second service request with an sms. Again raised another request since no one arrived for service. Was told that the person would arrive in 2 days, but again no one arrived.

          3. Oct 24, 2016 - raised third service request with an sms. This time no on even called from eureka to hear to my complaint.

          4. Oct 28, 2016- raised fourth service request through a call at eureka call centre. I was given a priority servicing number of [protected]. But as usual nothing changed and no one arrived for servicing.
          I was given contact number of mr. Joseph - [protected] whom i had to call for servicing. But since then his number is coming switched off.

          5. Oct 31, 2016 - raised fifth service request through a call at eureka call centre. I was told eureka servicing people would come within 1 day. But again no one turned up.

          6. Nov 1, 2016 - raised sixth service request by an sms. No one replied to the request.

          I have run out of patience and am planning to lodge a complaint with the consumer court against eureka for cheating and duping customers.

            Two months back i have bough Aquasure Non electric filter. Now the filter is having problem water is not coming. So i have given complain on 16th Aug 2016 after so many followup call one service person came on 27 aug 2016 after 11 days. And after checking that person took out one part which he told need to replace. So he took that part with him promising that after 2 days he will come and change that part. But no persons came till now. I have complained regarding the same so many times also i have taken managers contact no from customer care. But that nos are not in use. I don't know what to do in this situation . If i am complaining more to customer care by saying that i need to speak to the senior authority they are saying they are not available at the moment and simply put our call on hold and disconnecting the call. This happens with me so many times.

            Ro water is not coming properly filtered . It is stinking and also not very clean to utilise. Please take immediate action. We got ro installed recently and now the water is not at good . Its smelling really bad . Please do something in urgent !

              Despite taking a three year AMC, even after 7 days of complaining, no technician has been sent to service the machine. This is not the first time it happens every time. Tough the technician is supposed come to service the machine three times a year they never turn up even after taking the AMC money.

              Very poor service from Eureka Forbes. The call centre" claims" your friend for life" the must change the slogan as " your enemy for life" for the trouble they cause.

                Vacuum cleaner X Force was purchased on 22 Sept 16 for Rs.9990. The product was giving irritating noise and election supply cut with loose switching arrangement. After much struggle the product was replaced for Dynamite for Rs. 5100 on 6 Oct. The difference amount has not been refunded yet. Added to that when the replaced item was put into use for the first time on today 30 Oct, the item stopped working after 10 minutes. When contacted the rep. Intimated that it was due to over heating and the item would start after cooling down. I am really astonished to know that the same item which is normally available for less than half of this price works so fine but this one which is more than double the normal rate works so indifferent. I shall be so grateful if I could get the refund in full. EF Bill No.048886, receipt 811 at Trivandrum.

                  I am not getting regular service as part of AMC.I requested a service request .
                  Its been more than a month, I am not getting service.
                  Every time I call the customer care, i hear sorry from them and they say it will be done today.Every time they are creating a new request.I get message that my service has been successfully completed ans asked to give feedback.

                    This is reference to my earlier complain no. som 78797 dt. 20-10-16. it is regretted that after a considerable time has passed, neither any reply has received nor any salesman visited to my residence for demo of the vaccum cleaner though mr. susanta sarkar, salesman, [protected] assured me that he will demonstrate after the durga puja. now i have decided that there is no value of assurance of the said salesman and in future i shall not purchase any thing from the so called reputed great eastern trading co, kancharapara and also forbid my friends/relatives and others to purchase nothing from the said trading co. only for their sales representative like mr sarkar who did not care the customer.

                      I have made a services request for my water purifier ( Ref. No.[protected] dated 22nd Oct 2016). There was no response to the same. I contacted Eureka forbes again on 26th Oct. The person who took the phone promised me that the technician will attend my unit on the same day, in futile, even on 29th no body has attended my complaint. Today I called again the reply was that my complaint is handed over to managerial level, What is the comedy, is the manager who repairs the unit, I am a standing customer for Eureka forbes since 1988. This is my first experience that a service request shall be attended only after getting manager’s permission. Eureka forbes achieved the sale and popularity only by mouth to man communication. Beware that now social media is very active and people who behind to tarnish the Eureka forbes will be fired. Don’t prompt the customers to go for other levels, Do your duty to customers sincerely. Take necessary steps for repair my water purifier and take notice that water purifier is a daily needs machinery.

                        My uncle (s. trinadh) and me went to eureka forbes sales & service office which is located in mogalrajapuram, vijayawada on 22nd august 2016 and had given advance of rs 2000/- to sales person mr. venkat (contact#[protected]) for the purchase of aquaguard magna hd ro+uv. mr. venkat provided bill to us which is written manually by him (bill no: 019143).in delivery challan, the po date was mentioned as 24th aug 2016. we were assured by mr. venkat, that installation is done on sunday, 28th august 2016. but installation is done on 31st aug 2016. we had given the balance amount rs 15500/- to the person who installed. we were surprised that we didn't get the gift watch (provogue watch) and gift voucher as promised by mr. venkat (sales person), that we'll receive them from the installation guy at the time of installation. we had spoken to the delivery representative mr. gopala krishna (contact#[protected]) over the phone. his name was mentioned in the delivery challan. when we asked gopala krishna for invoice bill and the gifts - he said "you get the invoice bill and gifts in courier in another 20 days". but till now we didn't get the invoice bill and gifts. later so many times my uncle called murali krishna regarding invoice bill and gifts. when my uncle called him for the first time, he said "i will look into it. you will get the courier within 2 days". it happened like that when my uncle called him for the second time also. but, later on there is no response from him. after that his mobile number was switched off. finally i raised a complaint 2 times by calling the customer care. still my uncle didn't receive invoice bill and gifts - though more than 2 months are passed as one madam from customer care told when i raised complaint first time that it will be resolved in 2 days. the same thing happened second time also, when i had given the complaint for the second time (service req no :[protected]. at least now you should send the invoice bill and gifts.

                        On 15th october 2016, i called customer care second time and spoke to one madam who assured that she will courier it. but no courier as she promised.

                        Eureka forbes is a brand and what kind of service is this from them? why are you people that much irresponsible. either you send someone to give the invoice bill and gifts or courier it to the following address. by seeing the advertisement, we notice that eureka forbes name is top class brand. but while coming to the service it is worst. really, you are giving trouble to customers with out giving value to customers. my uncle lives and works in chirala town, which is 102km from vijayawada. he came to vijayawada 4 to 5 times to speak to the concerned person in eureka forbes office. coming to vijayawada to solve this issue is unnecessary waste of time, travel and more over expenses

                            I bought an under the sink RO. I had already purchased a Geneus+ model and had a very very bad experience with the service, despite buying AMC. I was stupid enough to buy another product from Aquaguard. the sales person promised that it will be installed perfectly the same day. It has been 3 days and they have tried installing it 3 times. It is leaking profusely. I have called the service so many times and followed up many many times. They don't even have the professional courtesy to call me back and tell me the status. The installation guys are not trained well. They end up doing a really unprofessional shoddy job. I am extremely disappointed with the service.

                              The faulty product was installed by : lavkush pathak

                              At the time of the installation only, it was seen that there was a complete leakage of water. Mr lavkush pathak, (The person from eureka forbes who came for installation) told that it was because of broken quartz glass.

                              Hence on installation feedback checklist, i lodged the complaint as follow. I wrote, 'this machine which is installed just now, is faulty and hence not accepted. Required to be replaced by fresh new machine.'

                              I talked with immediate concerned authorities from eureka forbes for the same. Almost one month has passed, but i have not yet received replacement.

                              Though there are so many companies in the market, i purchased it from your company for your reputation, which is going to get spoiled by very bad customer care service which i experienced.

                              Can i once again request you to give me replacement for the said above faulty machine at the earliest and oblige? Can i also request you to do the needful at the earliest and save the precious reputation of eureka forbes?

                                Contacted Eurohelpline on11th Oct.for service. Service request No.[protected]. Allotted to technician Mr, Kiran on17th Oct. Didnt turned up. Again they allocated to technician Mr.Dhanesh on21st. Technician didnt turned up. Reminded again. But to my surprise they send a message "Your service request has been completed by service technician Dhanesh - Eureka Forbes" on 24th. For this I again reminded. But till date no response

                                  Sir this is to bring to ur kind notice that i had lodged a complaint of dr. Aquaguard ro on 25th of october. Getting no response lodged a complaint with their customer care cell at bombay thru email. They assured that someone would attend today but no one even bothered to even call up. Since three days we are nor able to have water from our ro. The company have signed an annual contract with us but this is the way eureka forbes is treating its customers.                                     This puja mandal from kolkata. i bought a dr. aquaguard geneus plus. my customer id is [protected]. my aquagruard was installed on 24th oct 2016. on that very day it showed leakage problem. i complained on 25th oct 2016 and requested for replacement. but i have not got any response from eureka forbs' side. this is not expected from a reputed company like yours.
                                    This shows that they don't show any concern for the customer once payment is done. i trusted because because it is a well known company and bought the latest model. but, my own experience is not at all good with product, customer service and the sales person as well.

                                      I would like to draw your attention towards a perennial problem I am confronting with WORLD CLASS EUREKA FORBES Brand. This harassment tragic saga is all about an order which was registered via order id [protected] on dated 29-Aug-2016 after making full payment i.e. Rs 12990-/ through my credit card. I was promised to get smooth delivery and it would take 10 to 12 days for same. But after desperately waiting for almost 20 days, nothing has been done. I was shocked by this delay esp. With Eureka forbes which claims to be India’s no. One company in its segment. Finally after getting irritated towards delay part, I cancelled the order on 15 - Sep - 2016 with Ticket No:- 2431.

                                        I have an aqua guard of eureka forbes i even have an amc for the product they did not do the service on time and i am calling them for one week still no response they are down to harrassement they do not provide any information nor do they conduct the service i have spend hundred of rupees on telephone alone and my amc money is also a waste.
