My customer i. d. no. [protected]: pramod kr. das, dhanbad, jharkhand:
Just after change of candles, under amc, complaint developped of"running direct water flow through m/c, m/c not working.
1st complaint lodged, vide request no. [protected], dt. 19.10.16.
Repeat reminder: daily from 20.10.16, till 26.10.16,
Each tme, got assurance that"urgent call", has been registered, with assurance for redressal, within 24 hours - but none turned up.
Ultimately, by chance the person of local service centre, dhanbad, was met and on request, he attended m/c, on 27.10.16, but informed that -:no any complaint has been sent from the concerned eureka office, till that day.
After that i again contacted euro help line, & same assurance was repeated, but a a matter of fact, no any endeavour was made from the h. o. end to even send the complaint to the local service centre, for 8 long days, despite repeated complaints.
This has become the wreckard service of the aqua guard service provider, despite grabbing heavy bi-annual amc charges. things has become worst & highly condemnable.

      I bought the aquaguard classic from snapdeal on 22/10/16 and registered with Aquaguard on 27/10/16 with service request no. 97366221. Till today no sign. Called local office at Porvorim who showed me newspaper report that Online warranty/ installtion is not available for online purchases. You should take this up with them otherwise your online name will be spoilt.

        I purchased a gwpddrcmt00000 dr. aquaguard compact (invoice no.[protected] on 13.01.2016 from eureka forbes ltd. (salesperson-mr. biplob ghatak chowdhury, code[protected].
        The said machine went out of order 04 times since installation. the technicians informed that the circuit board has been damaged and the same was replaced 04 times, the last time being 31.10.2016. they could not detect the actual fault.
        Hence i feel disturbed through purchasing such a defective machine. i think that a faulty machine has been sold to me at full price. it will be impossible for me to bear repairing charge after the expiry of warranty period from january 2017 onwards.
        In view of above i request you to kindly replace the set, dr. aquaguard compact machine to avoid future inconvenience as a very case and to save the reputation of your concern.

          The service is not good.we are very disappointed by eureka Forbes. We have purchased new aqua guard Meghan before 1week it is installed but it has some problem we are calling again and again to customer care but the answer is same we sent today they will come we are waiting from 4 days but the person is not coming. We told already if you are not come and give service take it back will take another company purify. For new only you people are giving this type of service if it's old what we have expect from u people. Will take action for this.

            I have renewed the AMC under contract receipt 23238952 in 2014 for 2 years. In these 2 years no servicing was done. Service person called me once and i told him to come after 6PM or on saturday but he didnt turn up. The purifier stopped working last week and now a person comes for repair and says the record shows they have serviced last year etc. He came home on Nov 2 at 6 PM while i get a message at 4.15 PM that purifier is fixed from Eureka Forbes. I guess their database is all manipulated and this is one of their way to cheat customers. Strict action be taken for forging records

              My eureka forbes water purifier (Model - pearl) has an amc (No.[protected] valid from 22.06.2016 to 21.06.2018. The purifier went out of order in end of july, 2016. Since then, i made a number of complaints to the company but till date, the purifier has not been repaired. The details of complaint booking numbers are - 1.- [protected] dated 15.09.2016, 2. - [protected] dated 23.09.2016 and 3. [protected] dated 07.10.2016. I am sorry to say that the company only wants to make money by selling amc and then not responding to the consumer's calls. Attached is a copy of the amc.

                This is regarding the Complaint against the Spare unavailability. My Water Purifier is under Service Contract, it is not working since yesterday. I have lodged the Complaint to Eureka Forbes Customer Care and lodged the Complaint, having the request no [protected] on 2nd Nov 8.48 PM, got the technician no but the allocated no was switched off. Again when I talked to Customer care then they have assured the Machine will be attended today.
                Machine was attended and the Technician told me that Power Adapter is burnt and spare is not available in stock so it will be made operational after Chhath Pooja i.e. after 7th Nov.
                Since company is dealing with such a critical Emergency Utility service so why spares are not available at Patna. Technician has also told me that the same problem he has attended at three other places and he has given the same commitment to all customers.
                Is it the Service contract with Eureka Forbes for which I have paid more than 50% of the Machine cost for the AMC?
                I want the resolution by today, if it is required then instruct service team to take out the Adopter from New Machine and make it operational by today.
                A person can't survive without Water.

                  Hi, I am Sanjay Kapoor and had lodged a complaint # [protected] on 28th Oct'16 for non functioning of my RO and inspite of my repeated reminders to customer care as well as their Service area Head, none of the technician has visited my place. Everyday I get only one reply that technician would visit today for sure... The senior executives in the company do not come online and listen to the grievance of the customer & are always busy in meetings. My RO is under AMC till april 2017 and inspite of being paid hefty amount on AMC, I am bound to buy water from outside and have so far spent appx. INR 2500.

                  Even today when I called the customer care, I got the same reply that it would be resolved today. Will some Senior executive in the company look into it??????

                    I had submitted a request for service of a AQUAGUARD CRYSTAL PLUS UV i had bought in the month of Jun 2016. It is part of the free services due within the year from purchase. The request was logged on 18th October 2016. Request number was given as [protected]. It has been three weeks and nobody has still visited to take care of the same. In the meanwhile I have called your customer care twice to remind them about the same,

                    I had decided to escalate the same today via the escalate service request tab on your website. On doing the same it gave me a response that this service number is not valid. I have sms messages from you with the same request number.

                    Since i could not escalate I have had to re raise a request for service. This time I was given a service number of [protected].

                    This is not the kind of after sales service expected. Request resolution of this at the earliest.

                      Worst service by aquaguard, after requesting for several times and wasting my day service person came but water still tasting as chemical. What's the use if paying such a huge amount.
                      The provogue watch provided is damaged regarding that when called cc said to mail to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com but it's invalid email Id permanently delivery failure reply from Gmail.
                      Again called enquired spelling and sent invoice and damaged watch pic to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com and [protected]@eurekaforbes.com too almost 20 days back.
                      Not got any reply till now.
                      If I ask dealer he's saying till sales our duty theron contact cc
                      I have got all recordings and mail proof planning to file a complaint in consumer forum.

                        I have purchased a new water purifier 2 months back from adishwar showroom (Chandra layout - bangalore). I am staying in (Srinivasnagar sunkadakatte bangalore-560091) i feel very sad to inform that the purifier is not working from past 10 days. This is the 2nd time we are facing this issue. Even the technician could not fix the problem. He tells that the water force is very low, so it could not pump the water and failed to purify it, if it is so, then why we did not face this issue when we used it for first time. How come it was pumping at that time. The technician suggested us to buy some motor to pump water which may cost around 2k. I am really not satisfied with the service and product. I would suggest you the replace the item or fix the problem.
                        I hope again i wont face such issue once the problem is fixed. Better please replace the item if not i would suggest others not to buy eureka products.

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          I have bought the above subjected eureka forbes production a year back and when i bought it i have been told that technician visit will be done automatically in every 3-6 months but there is no technician visit held in complete one year.

                          Apart from above, i am having issue with product that it is not working and when i complaint on 26th october 2016, everyday they are doing the wrong commitments till today (2-nov-2016). this very frustrating for us and my family getting sick for not having drinkable water at home. so, i started buying the filtered water from market.

                          Whenever, i am calling customer care they are just wasting my 30 minutes to complete the discussion and the call getting end up all the time with wrong commitments.

                            I purchased dr aquagurd on 3rd of oct 2016 and from 6th of oct we are facing leakage problem and from last 3 days water is not purifying.
                            We purchased machine before 1 month and called to customer care 3-4 times but they are not sending their technician. Every time they told that their technician will visit you and gave the complaint number but not processing any complaint at all.

                              Fraud - eureka forbes freedom offer (Online offer):

                              There was a eureka forbes freedom offer in month of august. Where-in the offer was; whoever will book the product (More that 15000rs) will get the provogue watch and will be shipped in 2 weeks.

                              I ordered the product on 16th august and till now (02-nov-2016) i did not get the promised gift. When will i get the gift? Otherwise give me my money back.

                              Words about the customer service:
                              While writing about their customer service i am short of words. "worst/poor service" not carrying that much weight which i suffered during past couple of months.

                              Every time i call the customer service they assured that you will call back in 24-48 hours and gift will be shipped. One of the representative said that it has been delivered, i asked to verify the delivery then they said we will be shipping the gift again.                               24-oct-2016 - complaint/request number[protected] this time i had word with zhakir (Senior representative as he said). He also assured me a call back in 24-48 hours and query resolution but nothing has happened.

                              I would like to have concrete answer to my query and stop the mental harassment which i am suffering. Now i am about to take the decision to throw out the eureka forbes product and get my money back. Such a poor service...

                                I bought a brand new eureka forbes smart uv water purifier on 10.10.16 and they installed it on 15.10.16. on the date of installation itself it could not be completed as the product was defective. i have complained this several times on their customer care telephone as well as to their local office in kochi, no one has bothered to address my issue. my complaint # is [protected].

                                    Hi eureka,

                                    I had bought a eureka aquaguard crystal plus few months ago. I was impressed by eureka product and service, so bought the product.

                                    But unfortunately, i am repenting the decision of buying it because of the pathetic service by eureka forbes. After running pillar to post for servicing the product (Since last one month) by eureka who are not interested in giving service to the customers who have trusted them by buying their product.
                                    I am planning to escalate the matter to consumer court & any other viable option for me to get my product serviced as i have paid for the product.in consumer court, i will also ask for additional compensation of inr 500, 000/- for all the inconvenience (Pain) caused to me by eureka forbes.
                                    I have run out with patience with eureka and i will write about it on every social media platform i can so that other consumers don't buy eureka products.

                                    Following is the details of my service requests which was ignored by eureka:

                                    1. Oct 5, 2016 - raised a service request with an sms to eureka customer care number as provided in the website. I got a call from eureka telling that service would be done withing 2 days. However no one has come to my place till date.
                                    Complaint number registered with eureka is [protected]. Mobile number is[protected].

                                    2. Oct 16, 2016 - raise second service request with an sms. Again raised another request since no one arrived for service. Was told that the person would arrive in 2 days, but again no one arrived.

                                    3. Oct 24, 2016 - raised third service request with an sms. This time no on even called from eureka to hear to my complaint.

                                    4. Oct 28, 2016- raised fourth service request through a call at eureka call centre. I was given a priority servicing number of [protected]. But as usual nothing changed and no one arrived for servicing.
                                    I was given contact number of mr. Joseph - [protected] whom i had to call for servicing. But since then his number is coming switched off.

                                    5. Oct 31, 2016 - raised fifth service request through a call at eureka call centre. I was told eureka servicing people would come within 1 day. But again no one turned up.

                                    6. Nov 1, 2016 - raised sixth service request by an sms. No one replied to the request.

                                    I have run out of patience and am planning to lodge a complaint with the consumer court against eureka for cheating and duping customers.

                                      Two months back i have bough Aquasure Non electric filter. Now the filter is having problem water is not coming. So i have given complain on 16th Aug 2016 after so many followup call one service person came on 27 aug 2016 after 11 days. And after checking that person took out one part which he told need to replace. So he took that part with him promising that after 2 days he will come and change that part. But no persons came till now. I have complained regarding the same so many times also i have taken managers contact no from customer care. But that nos are not in use. I don't know what to do in this situation . If i am complaining more to customer care by saying that i need to speak to the senior authority they are saying they are not available at the moment and simply put our call on hold and disconnecting the call. This happens with me so many times.

                                      Ro water is not coming properly filtered . It is stinking and also not very clean to utilise. Please take immediate action. We got ro installed recently and now the water is not at good . Its smelling really bad . Please do something in urgent !

                                        Despite taking a three year AMC, even after 7 days of complaining, no technician has been sent to service the machine. This is not the first time it happens every time. Tough the technician is supposed come to service the machine three times a year they never turn up even after taking the AMC money.

                                        Very poor service from Eureka Forbes. The call centre" claims" your friend for life" the must change the slogan as " your enemy for life" for the trouble they cause.
