My customer i. d. no. [protected]: pramod kr. das, dhanbad, jharkhand:
Just after change of candles, under amc, complaint developped of"running direct water flow through m/c, m/c not working.
1st complaint lodged, vide request no. [protected], dt. 19.10.16.
Repeat reminder: daily from 20.10.16, till 26.10.16,
Each tme, got assurance that"urgent call", has been registered, with assurance for redressal, within 24 hours - but none turned up.
Ultimately, by chance the person of local service centre, dhanbad, was met and on request, he attended m/c, on 27.10.16, but informed that -:no any complaint has been sent from the concerned eureka office, till that day.
After that i again contacted euro help line, & same assurance was repeated, but a a matter of fact, no any endeavour was made from the h. o. end to even send the complaint to the local service centre, for 8 long days, despite repeated complaints.
This has become the wreckard service of the aqua guard service provider, despite grabbing heavy bi-annual amc charges. things has become worst & highly condemnable.

Despite the completion of the project as per the exact requirements communicated to us time and again and well within the timelines Mr. Pratik Singhania refuses to pay us the promised fees of INR 50, 000/-
Even our legal actions are being taken casually and are being intentionally ignored and answered casually to harress us further and stretch the matter.
Cheapest people and company that I have seen in my life.
Marketing Manager cheats,
AVP send half informed, sarcastic, arrogant and unprofessional mails on being sent a detailed mail,
CEO is happy hiding in his office enjoying being the leader of a team that cheats and deceives people. As long as the company pays him a fat salary he will happily close his eyes to all kinds of inefficiencies his people exhibit. So much for his LEADERSHIP
