Dear sir
I am more than 17 year old customer of eureka forbes aquaguard. I have been taking regular amc for the same. But i don't know why no one is coming to renew amc contract despite my reminders to franchisee. Is there any change in company's policy or something else?
Should i wait or go for some other company?
Reason i can guess is this - in last amc tenure franchisee started skipping six monthly service sometimes tried to skip changing candle and carbon. I objected to it and told them to come with job card so that i can see what is to be done. But service person rarely came along with job card. They simply came with a slip book on which they mention whatever the do. But customer cannot check history of services. After my objection they didn't come to renew my smc.
I smell some manipulation on the part of franchisee.
At the same time i have great trust on eureka forbes company.

I strongly feel that Franchisee of Eureka Forbes in my area is earning through manipulations.Basis of my doubt rests on the fact that earlier whenever any service person came my Job card was there with him but lately they stopped this practice and they appeared with a slip book only bye which we cannot trace any of previous service record and date of last service or parts replaced.
Even one or two services were skipped.On two occasions when Carbon and candels were due for replacement they tried to complete by simply cleaning.When I objected they didn't come to renew AMC for my purifier.
You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful.

    I have been asked to give feedback for service rep visit. I will not do it as your feedback procedure and even registering a service request are NOT user friendly. Your website says come and say hello to us but you have tried your best to ensure that customer is unable to contact you. It is impossible to talk to anyone in your organization because the only number provided is for registering a service request and that too makes it impossible to ascertain if such a request has been enterd in your logbook. It is fortunate for you that your product is good but customer contact???? One big ZERO

    We've been using aquasure xpert for the last 1 1/2 years and timely it is getting maintained and serviced . Now, the out let tap head is broken and it is need to be replaced

      Invoice cum contract receipt 22778047 dt[protected]Rs3885/-)for three years. Only 2 candles have been replaced. The Mysore service center says service completed. One more candle has to be supplied and they are denying. Shylendra and Raju said they would by coming to our house on[protected]. Never turned up. Please clarify, supply candle due to me.
      Inspite of going to the office no clarification was given. The manager spoke to one of his technicians on mobile and assured me that hewould visit my home next day evening ie 29 th November around 5pm. I was waiting and they never turned up. It is highly unbecoming of them. Please ensure that our Aquagaurd is fitted with a new candle that is due legally.

        Hi, I had recently (in Sept 2016) got the filter change done done through Eureka Forbes and weighing sensor change in Oct 2016. Now in Nov, I am facing issue with one of the filter membrane choke. I called the customer care and my complaint ID is [protected]. When the technician came, He said my filter is fake and even I was charged for weighing sensor more (I had paid 1400). He told me that I was getting the service done form outside, not through Eureka. I showed him even the SMS i received when I raised service request but he still did not believe and asked me the replace the filter again.
        I dont understand. I raised service request with Eureka forbes, how is it possible that some external guy (A fraud company as per your technician) came and replaced my filter and sensor. I even got the service completion message once the service was done. The company I am talking about is "Aqua Care". I called the customer care about the same and they gave me area manager number (Mr Vincent - +91 [protected]). I contacted him and what Mr Vincent is saying is that this agency is a fraud company but he was also unable to ans on how Eureka Forbes was sending such fraud company for servicing. He is asking me to get my money back from Aqua care. When I contacted Aqua care, they told me that I am being misinformed.

        Now I dont know what I should do. This is clearly a mistake on Eureka Forbes part and I am being asked to change the filter on my own cost. Anyway, I will not be doing that but I will move to different brand as I dont want to run into this issue every year. This is hard to believe that this scam is going on without the involvement of Eureka Forbes and customer are asked to pay again.

          I had purchase Dr. Aquaguard water purifier (DR. AQUAGUARD DR. AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO+UV) in December 2015; installed in January 2016. It was performing well till recently. However for past few days the wastage water stopped flowing out. Since I had purchased this unit online I have been trying to lodge online complaint without success. When attempting to lodge online complaint it asks me to give a miss call from the mobile number registered at the time of purchasing. When I try to give a miss call it doesn't connect and hence I am unable to register my complaint. Please assist me.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              With reference to the above it is requested that I have purchased the above water purifier vide invoice No.[protected] dt. 25.07.2016 for Rs. 16, 990/- (direct sales) through your CSS's Name Mr. Vikash Mishra[protected]mobile No. [protected]), Gwalior.

              Since installation of the machine it was observed by me that during filling/storing the water in the machine it automatically gets stopped even though the water supply is on. On 15.11.16 while storing the water in the machine it automatically stopped five times and I had to start it again and again.

              The matter was brought immediately to the notice of Mr. Vikash Mishra as well as to executive of their sales office situated at 1st floor, LIC Building, OP. Scindia Kanya Vidhyalaya, Motimahal Road, Gwalior . But all my request appear to have fallen on deaf ears. The matter was also reported to their toll free No. [protected] and lodged a complaint with them and a service request No. [protected] dt. 15.11.16 was generated and allocated to Mr. Deepak Sharma, Technician (Mobile No. [protected]), who after inspecting the machine informed us that he will come tomorrow. Again on 16.11.16 I lodged a compalint and a follow up 1, request number 97571781 dt. 16.11.16 was alloted by customer care. On 17.11.16 Mr. Deepak Sharma, Technician visited our premises and after inspection of the machine informed us that its (Eureka Forbes CONTROL PCB ASSY WITH HARNESS NEW RO UV Qty. 1 needs replacement which was replaced by him on 17.11.2016. On the next day i.e. 18.11.16 even after replacement of the above PCB the machine did not worked properly and was stopping again and again. On 19.11.16 I lodged a complaint at their toll free phone No. and service request No. [protected] was alloted and Mr. Deepak Sharma, Technician was also informed in this regard who after inspecting the machine replaced Eureka Forbes. SOLENOID VALVE (P) REVIVA Qty. 1.

              In this connection I would like to submit that even before purchasing the above machine a RO was installed at my residence and was giving very good service. But since it was outdated model and above machine was recently lodged in the market therefore I decided to purchase the above machine for the purpose of drinking good mineral water. While purchasing the machine so many false promises were made by Mr.Vikas Mishra regarding sales and after sales service. I am astonished to note that immediately after installation of the machine it started giving problem for which purpose we have to monitor it till its container is not fully filled.

              As requested earlier that the machine is under guarantee period and is not working satisfactorily since inception and within three months of installation its important parts are deteriorating every day therefore I again wrote an email to them on 20.11.16 and 26.11.16 which are registered by them at service request No. [protected]and [protected] for redressal of my grievance which so far remains unreplied. It is important here to mention here that the Co. does not provides Name, contact no. and email ids of senior officers for redressal of public grievances. Now since I am not satisfied with the performance of the machine and therefore request them to please replace faulty/defective machine with a new machine of the same make and brand at the earliest failing which I shall be compelled/constrained to take suitable legal steps against the Company and its officials for selling defective/faulty products to the customers as well as cheating with the customers causing mental tension, agony and cheating with the customers.

              I earnestly request you to please take up my matter with the Eureka Forbes Co. for replacement of the defective/faulty machine immediately by installing a new machine of the same make and model within a week failing which I shall be constrained to take suitable legal action against the Co. and its employees for selling defective products and making false promises as well as cheating with the customers.

The equipment, delivered at my residence by DHL Courier on 19.11.2016, did not accompany any purchase documents, namely, Tax Invoice/Cash memo. The only document under my possession for the aquaguard is the copy of a Delivery Challan that mentions the price of the equipment that is much less than the amount that I had to pay.                   It is a very sorry state of affaires that a group of persons holding a note book, claiming to have come from Ureka Forbes head office, frequently with a gap of 15/20 days, visit houses in the name of taking feed backs. They not only disturb senior citizen unnessessarily, create fear in them, considering present situation of murder and theft in different areas.

                  When there are so many on line sales organisations operating and big malls and business centres in the market, why the organisation has kept sale of some of the products in its own hand ?

                  Please end the system or limit visit of your personel to door to door for any purpose, which may be benifitial to the company, but no way connected to the public. More over you have got no right to will fully disturb and create inconvenience to general public.

                        Sharing my worst experiences with Eurekaforbes. I did not get a single response to my below mails in the mail thread.

                        To add to the agony with repeated follow ups over mails and calls someone from Ramanagram agency installed my product on 18th Nov, 2016 (after 18 days of purchase) asking me to pay Rs. 350 for some diversion/distribution valve which was missing in the product package, though it was not my fault. The worst thing happened the next day when the product stopped working on ie on 19th Nov.

                        When I contacted Mr. Amarnath (Thrinetra Marketing - [protected]) from Ramanagram agency, inspected the product and said that the power adapter has stopped working and asked me to raise a compliant online which I did.

                        Complaint number [protected] is yet not addressed, while i have been calling up customer care for follow up.

                        Please get my issue resolved by end of today and ensure that i get the power adapter gets replaced today.

                          I have registered complaint through online portal of Eureka Forbes on dated 7.11.2016 at 5.07 pm regarding damage of the tap and the service request number is [protected] also the water purifier is under warranty period.

                          We had purchased Dr. Aqugurd Water Purifier for getting pure water, but from last 6 month they are not able to give after service to me. Every time after registering complaint through online portal of Eureka Forbes, I need to mail them still there was no response from their side.

                          I have registered the complaints dated on 14 november 2016 against Eureka Forbes in consumer court via online complaint system.
                          But till date no response from Eureka forbes.
                          I request you kindly look into this mater and resolve the issue as early as possible.

                            I have purchased Dr Aquaguard Genius plus from www.eurekaforbes.com on 22nd Oct 2016 by making full payment online with 30 days, Money back
                            Guarantee.
                            The product was delivered to me with missing parts installation parts. The installation guy said that he would come with the parts the very next day but no one turned up inspite of calling them almost every day. Finally after getting totally fed of of their service, I placed refund request on thier website on 4th Nov 2016. The product is box packed and uninstalled till date.
                            I was assured by seniors of the customer care service that the product would be picked up within 1-2 days and money refunded. Its been almost a month now and every time I call the customer care, they say the same thing "Will be picked up in 2-3 days".Talking to the customer care is totally useless.
                            I thought Eureka Forbes is a Genuine company but now I realised that I have been cheated. Never buy any of their products especially through their website www.eurekaforbes.com. My Rs 22, 990 is stuck and not yet refunded. It is just their marketing strategy to harass the customers so that they dont have to refund the money. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR 30 DAY REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE TRAP.

                              I have register a service on 14th nov, 2016. Even after 7 days no one turned up to attend the problem. Raised it to 1st and 2nd escalation level as well. No one turned up still. My complain number is [protected]

                              To compete in this competitive world and beat foreign companies india companies should value their consumer and stick to sla. Doesn't matter how small the customer is. Each and every customers if respected they can think of exist in market.

                                  Dear sir i had purchaed above product on 29/03/2015 at rs 18000 but even in during guarentee period we had faced lots of problem such as stop working leakage in water purifier, pcb problems and made complaint immediately but always faced more time to resolve but at a time the complaint was resolved in 20 days and we have to spent money to purchase daily mineral water (No refund was paid by company) really i think in this product there is a problem from company side it was not fully developed and launch in market this is the failure of eureka forbes such a big name if there is problem in product company should not launched product
                                  Recently there is a leakage in purifier and later shut down of same and complaint was made vide no [protected]/ cust id [protected] but noone visited at my home again complaint vide no [protected] and technician
                                  Lal bahadur yadav visited but could not resolved and after 3 days another technician visited and told your pcb is to be changed but till date it was not resolved and company forced me to spend mineral water bottle daily
                                  I had also contacted mr anand of sai kripa services daily but still no body has changed the pcb really it is disgusting for a company of high repute. Kindly do needful otherwise force me to register complaint in consumer court

                                      I rajesh zagade (m:[protected]) have purchase subject water purifier in december 2015 from vijay sales, thane lbs shop.

                                      In october 2016, i have registered service request as above machine is not working. Your technician visited & resolve the issue on 08.10.2016. When we asked about problem, he told us main pcb has been replaced. He also informed us the said part is too costly but as machine is in warranty company will not charge us.

                                      In this month (nov'16), the water purifier shows same problem. So we again registered service request with you on 15.11.2016.
                                      Your technician visited on 17.11.2016 & again replaced the same part i.E. Main pcb (which is too costly).

                                      Today when i called your service provider in thane[protected] & asked about why same problem is coming again & again & also asked for permanent solution, they are replying 'as it is electronic item they are helpless to tell about exact solution'.

                                      It means i have purchased faulty machine of eureka forbs & next month on-wards when my warranty expires i have to pay for this parts which is too costly.

                                      So i request kindly look in to the matter & replaced my faulty water purifier asap.

                                        This is really frustrating. I don't understand the irresponsibility of your guys. But in reality you are giving trouble to customers without giving value to customers.

                                        I raised a request against to this, with great difficulty and chasing for almost 2 week and above, they have send an inexperienced engineer, which he failed to fix that and broken the device (i.e. sensor nut). from that day, we are again facing the same problem. I raised a new complaint request against to this. They promised that it will be resolved in couple of days time. From 15th Nov 2016 I am constantly remanding them. And I am getting the same response. But no one turned up to fix this issue. It has become a bitter experience even after signing an AMC with the company. The company should be taken to task for paying no attention to their customers. The service department is not paying any need to the complaints launched. I hope to get a quick relief after lodging a complaint from your forum. I will never recommend buying any product from eureka forbs and don’t get AMC.

                                        I also requested them to replace with another instrument. For that also no response forms them.

                                        They have issued a req No: [protected], 97535730. And every conversation has been recorded in the IVR system.
