Dear sir/ madam,

I have purchased and installed dr aquagaurd magna on 12th nov2015. Since 23-jan-2016 that ran into issues. From jan-2016, the filter works only for 10 days. You can see from the log that i have raised complaints on jan, feb, mar, apr, may2016 for filter not working.

Your technicians are too busy and attend to service after several calls. Why would a brand new product go into issues every 10...

Have an amc on this product from 12/7/14 to 11/7/17. 3 periodical services and one change of filter, carbon etc. Is per amc agreement. Have made only 3 visits in last 2 years so far and changed filter once, that is, on 14/1/15. I've been trying to schedule a service since last one and half months without success. Called their service center more than 6 times, logged service through system ([protected] dated 26/4/16), escalated the service...

Okay i have been using ef products for more than 15 years and this is the first time i have experienced such issues. But they have been a nightmare. My ro+uv machine is not working and is under amc and from the last one month i have been complaining on their numbers, website, etc. To no avail. No one has contacted me despite getting the amc. It is a pathetic service and i am really disappointed by ef....

Sir,
I had purchased a water filter against bill no.008335 last week for a sum of Rs. 15490 model no. Dr. aqua guard magna HD RO + UV is. in the name of Mr. Jaikantan.
This unit was installed and in a few minutes after installation the service engineer started the unit filled a glass of water and threw it away. They left soon after telling me to do the same thrice. However after they left the unit failed and now lies dead....

I purchase eureka forbes aqugurd electronic water purifire . I get very bad experience of this product which i can't explain in the word. From last one year this company's service center on humiliated me and my family.
When i buy product this is fail to working in my home. I ask for replacement or return policy than the seller totaly refuse it and told me to contact with service center.

AMC was entered with rukmananda services chromepet, in Dec 2014, for 2 yrs .complainant s made online came to naught. I have ordered the aquaguard magna and it was promised within 3-4 days it will be delivered. It was not case and even i am not worried about it but the response from sales staff was horrible. The salesman who said he was contact point for queries never bothered call me. When i called the board number, he was available never answered.

I am writing this with utmost pain and anger on your service. I have a old Euroclean Jet vaccum cleaner, which i have been using it for more than 10 years. In the last 2 two months the power chord recoil failed, later in two weeks the entire device power failed.

With regrett we would likek to inform your kind offrice that although the same
aquaguard is purchased vide customer id [protected] bill date 21.11.15 the person who came and encourage us to purchase also he made the middle man to allow us to purchase also a freeze for drinking water, the same is yet to be fitted or fixed. No service e of its first fixation and starting o[censored]sing the same is not done in-spite of our repeated request....

One of his employee name is Mr Raj patil(fully cheater) offered us a good deal having two year free service, one travel bag and discount on water purifier.
We said OK, he has taken full payment and said u will get water purifier with in two to three days.

I am struggling to get 2nd service (Candle replacement) covered under amc. Amc was taken in july 2015 and second service was due in january 2016. I am following up since january 2016.

Now we are in may and the 3rd service will be due shortly in 2-3 months. Before that, can you guys complete 2nd service...
