It has been a week since i got in touch with eureka forbes service engineers to move an ro unit to my new house.
I have been following up every day with the customer care, and every day i have been promised that a service engineer will be sent, but i have yet to see hide or hair of him. when got fed up of the delay and asked the customer service representative to escalate the call to a manager, he gave me a mobile number that number turned out to be fake.

They always refuse to give a timeframe for responding to service requests.

What do i need to do to get someone to uninstall and move that box?

    I have told by senior technician mr. Padbanabhan and sundar raj, my filter will be made in same condition, the way it was purchases with all future working condition, with in weeks time, and told me they will copy me in mail whcih they going to send to hihger management about extension of amc due to all this issue, i trusted there word, i thought this issue will not happen again, and all my reported issue to them will be corrected as per given time both have said,


    But still i am waiting for them, when i call them they say we will get back to me in some time,

    And again same story started, they way eureka forbes respond to customer.

    I can wait any more i want my amc money or extend complete 2 year amc and improve the service.

    Hi Team,

    I am still waiting for response, dose this complain reach to top management

    as I said I want the 2 year extension of AMC as I lost my 2 year paid AMC, with out getting proper service and part replacement,

    Note:Lots of new technical played with our UNIT and which caused not working as it should be working to work, if your team does not have part available then AMC contract are made with customer .

      Sub: Non-performance of services of Service Contract Receipt No.[protected] dated NIL. Validity Period : 18/08/2015 to 17/08/2017.

      It is understood that Eureka Forbes has given franchise at Ahmedabad and on behalf of Eureka Forbes, franchise owner has contacted undersigned to undergo Service Contract of RO installed at our home. We have paid Rs. 7820 for Service Contract which is valid from 18/08/2015 to 17/8/2017.
      No person from Eureka Forbes has come to our home since 16/08/15 for carrying out the regular maintenance activity which is planned to be carried out periodically. On the receipt name of the person is written as Sanjay Parmar and his Contact No. is [protected]. (Copy of which is attached herewith for ready reference). He has been contacted number of times to bring out maintenance card and carry out maintenance but the person and franchise owner are not bothered at all and did not carried out any maintenance activity although about one year is going to expire since the contract was made.
      This is a cheating on the part of Eureka Forbes as after taking money for taking Maintenance Service Contract, no maintenance has been carried out by Eureka Forbes.
      You are requested to,
      1. Terminate the services of franchise at Ahmedabad as the franchise is bringing bad name to Eureka Forbes.
      2. Deputing some other maintenance agency for carrying out maintenance of RO & the validity should be two years from the date of maintenance activity starts.
      If no action is taken by Eureka Forbes within a week, the undersigned reserves the right to go to Consumer Forum/Court/Resolve to filling the FIR in the police.

      I am using your product for more than 10 years, Your water purifying capacity is not good enough. I have renewed my service contact only on last day. Service was not good. There was leakage of water which we did not noticed during the service. To-day your service man came after our complaint. After the service the machine became out of order. The problem was not resolved to-day. Please, solve the problem immediately.

        I purchased dr. Aquaguard classic on 05/12/2015, as per request of dr. Aquaguard boys and my order no.:[protected] and after that two months only i drank clean water through the same. But water through dr. Aquaguard was pure or not i never tested.

        And from the month of march 2016 only raw water (Color water with iron mixed reddish) is supplied by dr. Aquaguard and i made phone call to the person in his mobile no: [protected] who installed the same and his reply is simply that he is now not working with dr. Aquaguard.
        And lastly i called to[protected] one boy attend the complaint and replied it will not be rectified unless i arranged for another new different type candle which is having with them only. Now i am suffering what is there to get justice please. And save me from such type of cheat.

          I had put in a request for dismantling and reinstalling aquaguard 5 days ago but i got no response. After getting no response for 2 days i sent email to the concerned executive and still have not got any reply. I called the company again this morning, and after keeping me on hold for a good 20 minutes, they told me that i need to put in a new service request and that they'll get back to me in 2-3 days. This behavior is quite contrary to what they commit during the purchase.

            Ive been using Eureka Forbes water purifier for more than 15 years. Few years back installed Rivera RO as an exchange for my old purifier. Renewed the AMC for two years in Sep 2014 and the receipt no is 23959863. They have changed the filters in Mar 2015 and no one has ever come for servicing/cleaning the filters. Now i have problem with the machine, water taste has changed. I logged complaint via online on 18th June and the complaint number is [protected]. Technician by name Sridhar came on the same day evening and told that all the filters has to be changed and i will have to pay for it. Not sure why should i pay when i have AMC for two years and the filter was changed only once. They claim that the filters are changed but they are not having the records for it to show me.

            I've been chasing Sathish Raja, local service center manager, almost everyday from 20th June and he kept on promising that my filters will get changed with no cost. He kept on manipulating his words, he told me on thursday 24th june that the approval has come and the filter will be changed by friday 25th june before 11:30 am. But nothing happened. I called him yesterday and he is giving different picture that the approval has not come and share the number of Vasanth (+91 [protected]) to escalate. I called up Vasanth and he didnt give a convincing answer for me, on top of it his tone was very harsh and blaming me for not collecting the filters from them well in advance.
            it's been almost a month since i raised a request for the service. Till today nothing has happened and i didn't receive any reply from customer care as well. This is quite unfair and unacceptable service provided by Eureka Forbes.

            Please re-think before installing Eureka Forbes water purifier having the poor service in mind

              I had requested for a service under warranty. the technician (ganesh) didnt attend inspite of repeated tele calls. after some time, i received a sms stating that my request was attended. finally i made a complaint to the next level and requested not to send the same technician (ganesh). my request was allotted to another person, but this person smartly arranged to send the previous technician (ganesh) to my home. this fellow had spoiled my water purifier and went off. when i called up the new technician, he told me that another technician (ganesh-whom i refused to take services). i was shocked to know this manipulations.
              Once again i complained to the customer care about their manipulations and requested to send another person. to my surprise, i was once again allotted the same old technician (ganesh) to whom i refused to services of.
              This shows the seriuosness of the customer care and their lazy attitude in delaing with customers.

                I have purchases a pressure washer from eureka forbes, which stopped working in just 30 days, when we have lodged a complaint to the concerned city office, they do not even bother to get the material replaced or repaired. every time when we ask for a replacement they say that they will take it for service and fix it, however its almost been a year now no one from the company has come to us yet.

                I request all the people not to buy any of the eureka forbes products as they people are not genuine. they cheat the customers just for making money and reaching their bleady target. (bejai mangalore branch) is a major hub for cheating people. please be aware about these guys.

                  Our aquagaurd duo water purifier not working since 8 days. We complained to service center and complaint no. Is 87950679. Complaint was closed mentioning house is locked. It is not correct. They have not contacted while coming to my house. Again i complained on 09\07\2016. Complaint no. 88087042. Your service people promised to send your engineer with in 4 hours. But not turned till 10.30 pm today. Is. 09\07\2016. It is very bad on your part. Being a tata group company your people not attending complaints properly. It is shame on your part and also on me as i am your customer. Is there any procedure to attend the complaint? Let me know please. Simply coming and going, whether they are going up to the door of the house, pressing the calling bell if not attended then enquire with the watchman of the flats and from the residance place your engineer has to phone to customer saying i am at door step. Whether this procedure is being followed by your engineers?
                  Lastly i have to ask you one question. Why i should buy your products?

                    I purchased a water purifier about 3 years back after 1 year company warranty i had taken extended warranty the extended warranty of this product is going to end in november 2016 but right now there is the problem in my water purifier of lekage i complained 4 times but there is no response form them every time i complain on their complain no. [protected] they tell me that they will send their service repairer in 48 hours but no one is comming to repair the product now o had got frustrate from them now i had to drink non-purified water because of them and my grand mother is suffering from diarrhoea which is a water borne desease so plz help me

                        Request for customer care to send the technician to explain the newly installed product @[protected]. Dispte giving full address and the contact number "Zubair" from customer care refused the service for me not having the pin code.
                        Totally disatisfied with eureka.

                        I am surprised eureka has adopted such poor customer care. Adverts say something but facts are inaccurate.

                                Have an Aquaguard Geneus WP which is under AMC, has gone defective twice in last 3 - 4 months. Engineer has come a couple of times after multiple follow-ups but not able to repair, everyday he says some other chip is needed. Gave escalation contact of Mr. Padmanavan who never calls back but has to be chased multiple times for a status update. Have to buy water for last 2+ weeks, continuous follow-up and yet no result!! Pathetic service, Eureka Forbes seem to be taking us for a ride. Online call logging does not work, engineer closes call even before attending to meet SLA!!!

For the last one month i am after the service people of your company engaged here at rourkela (Odisha) for the problems i am facing with the unit. Among them one mr. Laxman mallick (Mob no. [protected]) as well as other service providers of your company. I have called them so many times daily but in vain. Neither they lift the phone nor they call back. When by chance they receive the call they simply tell that they are arriving within one hour, and that one hour never comes. I feel your service is completely shattered and quite substandard with poorest among the poor. Hence i request you to please take appropriate action and please refund my amc amount so that i can change my product to other brand. There is no question of retaining such a product with will only increase my tension and cause of health deteriorate. I have also send various sms through your contact no. [protected].In this connection pl also refer online complain on telephone no.[protected] recorded vide follow up activity no. [protected] with complaint no. [protected].

                                    I have taken an amc for two years with customer code:[protected]. my machne getting dead frequently due to improper attending by aquaguard professional. presently the machine is completely dead from 02/07/16 and their technician failed to correct. i have spoken to their customer care but still unattended by them. surely will switch over to other brand due to bad service

                                      It has just been less than 3 months since I bought the product(Aquaguard Magna RO UV) and I have raised around 5-6 complaints regarding the product. Starting from the complaint of quality and taste of water provided by the RO, I have reached to the state at which from past 4 days RO is not taking in & giving out any water. From the past 4 days I am buying water from the market as everyday I am being told that field engineer will be visiting today.
                                      One of the most important person in this incident is Mr Kishan Saha whom I called and he said that I am logging a complaint for you and you will receive the assistance asap. What happened?
                                      After two days, I myself had to call customer care and log a complaint. Even after logging I havnt received any assistance till now and the engineer(Mr Ajay, [protected]) assigned to me has switched off his mobile phone.
                                      The most disgusting thing around this incident is that Mr Kishan Saha(Branch head, as per my info) hardly cares about his customers, as I have called him million times but he is still not taking my call.
                                      This is the type of brand value such a big firm is selling out to its customers, that it is not even assisting its customers to get water to drink.
                                      Shame...
                                      All I want is that either the firm replaces my RO with a new one or refund my money back.

                                        I have asked for a servicing as to change my filter in my aquasure flow on 27th June'16. The Executive Mr. Gajanan( [protected]) had changed the filter but did not the water pipes properly. Hence a lot of water leaked. He came again to fix it when i called but the aquaguard could not get switch on after servicing. He opened the circuit and heated it on gas flame and later said that your circuit is dameged, once the product will come in the office i will change the same. But he never arrived till date. When I am calling him again & again he saying there will be charges applicable to you for the circuit.
                                        Now this is height my filter was working very fine before he changed the candle and asking me only to pay for the damage he did. When I am calling at you toll free number executives are only putting me on hold. I am not going to tolerate this and will file a complain in consumer court for this.
