I have told by senior technician mr. Padbanabhan and sundar raj, my filter will be made in same condition, the way it was purchases with all future working condition, with in week or max 2 weeks time, and they offer me 1 year extension of amc due to all this issue, i trusted there word, said ok for 1 year, i thought this issue will not happen again, and all my reported issue to them will be corrected as per given time both have said,
But still i am waiting for them, when i call them they say we will get back to you,
And again same story started, they way eureka forbes respond to customer.
I can wait any more i want my amc money or extend complete 2 year amc and improve the service.
To tell you there is no mean having amc with you guys and we buying water from out, when you not able provide the proper service, you can play with customer life, hope you know unhealthy water how much dangerous...
