I have purchased dr. Aquagaurd in nov'15. And on 8th apr'16 i did my first complaint after which i got service. But during service machine got broken by service exec. Because of which the water start leaking from the machine & filter machine is not working as before. The service exec. Advices to change the filter. One week back it stopped working, service person checked and advised to replace filters. Periodical Service as promised by Company (once in 3 months) not done which has led to product breakdown. After the contract for periodical service there is no follow up from the company.Had to call several times. Locating call is very difficult since recorded messages are always not responding. I bought a Dr Aquaguard Classic from Eureka Forbes via their website on[protected], the machine was delivered on 17th of march and when the engineer came to install the same my machine was having an issue of water leakage, as per his advice we requested for a new machine by filling a form online on 20th march, the same was uninstalled and I have registered a complaint on the same day and also I have called the customer care for atleast 6...

I purchased aquaguard enhance RO on 23 mar 2016 which stopped working on 25th itself. after that I called the customer care atleast 15 times, and each time what they gave me is a new complaint number. latest being 86708929. even the higher authority is useless, all they gave was just an assurance. It has been 1 month and they have neither replaced it nor serviced the filter. I want to file a case against them in the consumer forum....

I paied service charges in[protected] rs. 4, 260/-, contract receipt no.[protected]. At that time the technician said that needs to change the aquaguard machine filter coil immediatly and he said i will come in two days to change the coil. But still he not change the coil, and machine servicing due on march 2016. But no body came to change the coil and service the aquaguard machine....

Invoice no [protected] order no[protected]..I have taken enhance roo water purify from aqua guard on 11th march 2015 ..It was on installment basis..12 months installment...They were deducting rupees 1519 on every month from my bank account directly in ecs system..But i have completed my emi on month of march 2016..But eureka forbes taken 1519 again on 20th april from my bank account..Why this kind of fraud with general public..When i gave whole...

We are facing problems in our eureka acquaguard machine from past twenty five days .We have made complaints for servicing to the customer care office already ten times but no response from them at all.This is the worst experience we are facing from such a renowned brand.It was a big mistake to buy this (Acquaguard genius) when we cannot get proper service from your side.We are going to lodge a complaint against your customer care to the head...

I am shaili misra from new ashok nagar, new delhi had requested eureka forbes for the service.They provided me the serivice request number 15 days back.
But they didn't come to visit us. After 4 days, i again requested for the service request. But i didn't get any response from them.
It's been 15 days and i didn't get any response from eureka forbes neither i get any call/message from them.
This is not at all accepable.br...

The complain lodged on 18/04/2016 at about 10am.Complain No.86662436. Request service center and customer care several times. 72 hours going to be passed. E mailed to C/C on 20/04/2016 request to solve the problem. Nice reply from CC but no action.The probem is whille swithon the red light beeping no filtration start. Company sales promotion policy is highly appreciable but after sales service is too poor and compel the complainant to demand...

Since I purchased this piece of genius model of eureka forbes..its not working..just worked for few days then again back on its original place..its really disappointing for us...We did not purchased an expensive item to face such issues and that too again and again...it seems it's a defective item only..its very annoying now..We need a exchange as early as possible..kindly do the needful.....
