I bought the aquaguard magna uv on[protected] for my parents who are living at my native place at ismailabad, kurukshetra-136129. it has been delivered on 14th june, 2016 and raise request to customer care for installation on[protected] but customer care is not taking serious my request and day by day manipulate to us and said "your request has been forwarded to concern dept. and technician will contact you shortly" but till now nobody reached there for installation.

Please let me know below points.

1. do company provide services only to metro citizens??
2. why customer care don't provided request number for installation?
3. is it customer responsibilities for take follow-up on daily basis regarding such requests?
4. is company responsibility only for selling?
5. why only customer bear such harassment by company. (10-15 days wait, spend money on call every day for followups)

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    As per above mention complaint number, I am very sorry to purchase your product Aqua Amrit. Tap leakage is still not resolved.

    Compaint done on 22nd June, 2016 but still it has not been resolved, daily I have to call twice or thrice but noone in bother.

    I will not recommend anyone in furture for taking your produuct.

    Very bad service.

      Good day

      Please note that my aquasure nano ro is under 2 years amc.
      Registered mobile no [protected].
      Today technician visited my house and demanding 2200 rs for changing the membrane.
      I hope i am under amc and any membrane is under warranty for a period of 12 years. So why they are demanding money. It's totally fraud.
      This will be dragged in social sites if this is not attend ed by this week without any charges.
      This is the reason we have taken amc or to get harassment. What feedback we can give??

      I want to know why I need to pay . It's under AMC and I have already paid rs 6600 for AMC charges for two years and I am suppose to get that free of charge for membrane replacement.
      Some body calling from eureka Forbes and asking my credit details for payment.
      So don't call me all communication by email.
      I will not paying a single penny as it's under warranty membrane for 12, months. And amc for 2 years . So why should I pay??? If I need to pay why to do AMC ??
      If you don't attend this I will drag this to court then we will see
      I wrote eureka customer care about my service but still no response from customers care on email, they want to do verbal but I want a writen answer about my problem.

        I purchased AquaSure Xpert from M/S Vasnth & Co on 22/10/2015 ( Bill no.[protected]).I lodged a complaint of taste variation on 14.06.2016 (Ref:[protected] After repeated follow up it was attended on 18.06.2016 by company technician.Since he did not service properly tank started leaking and the display went off.Then I lodged a complaint on 22.06.2016 (Ref:[protected]. One Mr.Madavan ([protected]) attended on 24.06.2016 evening. He said that due to the fault of the technician the board is gone and will be rectified before 28.06.2016 and asked us to directly contact him in this regard.Still I call center in this regard (Ref:[protected]and I was told the problem would be rectified on 28.06.2016 itself.Since no person came till evening I contacted Mr.Madavan he told that I shouldcontact him only and would resolve the problem on 29.06.2016.But When I contacted his no several times he kept on rejecting my call on 29.06.2016

          I purchased Dr Aquaguard Magna HD RO UV water purifier in October 2015 and is still under warranty. The machine was working fine for 7 months and then the trouble started. I first complained about problem with my machine on June 11, 2016(Saturday). The technician came and did something on June 13, 2016(Monday) and it was working for a day. After 2 days the machine stopped working and we again complaint to the call center and they raised a ticket. The same technician came on 16 June 2016 (Thursday) and said that the sensors have stopped working and needed to be replaced. Since he was not carrying the part he said he would come next week. Next week the technician did not come and I again called the call center and they sent another person on 24th June 2016 (Friday) after repeated calls. The other technician too said the sensors are not working and is currently in shortage and he will bring it on Monday. On June 27, 2016 the technician came and replaced the part and it was working fine. But to our utter shock after 2 hours the machine again stopped working. I called the technician to come and check again to which he responded that he will come in 2 hours. Today is 29 June 2016 and we have still not heard anything from him. Have called the Eureka Forbes call center multiple times in these 2 days and still have the same response "Sorry for the Inconvenience, we will do our best to resolve the issue". This is heights of testing patience of customer. I have spent about 18k to install the machine and still I am not able to use it. The saddest part is none of the technician answers the call even if we call from other numbers. Completely pissed of with Eureka Forbes service. There technicians are not competent as they have employed fools. Please dont purchase any product of Eureka Forbes.

            They are really cheating by selling ever worst machines. Let me explain their cheating.
            They are selling the machine simply we make pure your water and we will challenge that we are only here to purify your water. But after selling their product they are telling it will not work for metro water.. Or it will not work for bore water. Their ultimate aim is to sell.. Only after selling they will say it will work or not.. Worst.. They do it for incentives and commissions..

              Dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro + uv + mineral cartridge + biotron purchased on 17/6/2016 and product received on 20/6/2016 on afternoon. For installation i called your customer service on wednesday 22/6/2016 but till the date no response of installation. I need explain for the delay and your service. For installation almost 11 days over receiving product.

                I booked and paid for the above water purifier on 22/5/2016, which was to have been delivered within in 5 working days as per the sales eureka forbes rep mr. Mukesh saini . Canceled the order, when even after 10 working days the water purifier had not been received by me. On repeated calling to mr saina regarding returning of my payment he informed me that he would return my money the moment he would make a cash sale, but not later than 15th of june . However as of today my money has not been returned to me .
                Therefore request you to look into this issue and ensure that i receive my money within the next 24 hours

                  I purchased a water purifier from one of the direct sales guy (Sekhar bachar) from eureka forbes. During making order and taking the cheques, he confirmed me that he will give me a product of "dr aquaguard-eternity model". But he delivered a product of "aquaguard-eternity model" by courier. As far as i know only "dr. Aquaguard product" can be sold by the sales person from eureka forbes that he only confirmed to me and any "aquaguard product" can be available at any showroom or so. But still he delevered the same.
                  From the last 2 days his mobile is switched off.

                  Please note : i purchased one more item as "ironil - a extra iron guard" along with water purifier and i paid the amount by cheques to "eureka forbes". And he doesn't give any bill for 2 products but only gave a delivery challen of water purifier.

                  Please help.

Telsales person never mentioned that this product make so huge noise during function. I have 7 months little baby and can't sustain this noise.                       I had placed an online order for dr aquaguard magna ro filter with customer id: [protected] on may 17th and i received the item and installation has been done. No issues here.

                      But, my wife, rekha chenabatni also booked the same item without my knowledge. Her customer id is: [protected]. I had placed the cancellation request on eurekaforbes website on may 24th and the cancellation request id is: 001608.

                      But there is no refund until now, 20/06/2016, and when i call the eurekaforbes, e-commerce helpline,[protected], every-time they say they have not received the feedback from their head office. Kindly expedite and see to that i receive the refund to the same card with which rekha chenabatni booked this item. - thank you, praveen chenabatni, rekha chenabatni.

                          Hi,
                          I have put my service request about re installation RO water purifier. The request was placed with customer care on 6 days before and I received request no 95788631. Since then I have been calling to customer care every day and I am assured that the service agent will come and do the needful. They gave me the mobile no of the area manager and I have been requesting him for last 3 days to send someone for re installation. I have a kidney patient at my home and it is very important for her to take only purified water.

                          In spite of follow up for 6 days, our service request in not honored.

                            My id is [protected]. I had purchased aquagaurd model enhanced uv+. I have been covered annual maintenance service. Though there is reminder mail and reminder service request but no technicians visits to take up request call. Rather last time when they came for service they broke my tap. I have to replace it with a new one purchased from. All problem started just after completion of one year of the machine. I had put many service request all in vain.
                            Requesting to be give directions to the technical team to complete my service and also extend my annual maintenance service. As per the the contract they are required to put in service within 6 months that is in a year 2 times.

                              Not received money receipt and AMC document even after payment for almost a month

                              It is very much unexpected from such brand like Aquagurad (Eureka forbes).

                              Recently I have exchanged an old aquagurad with Dr aquagurad Magna (RO+UV). For my previous aquagurad I have AMC also. Hence, during exchange I confirmed from the manager visited my house and he said that that the AMC will be adjusted accordingly. Around 20, 21st of May he visited and placed the order for new Dr. aqaugurad...

                              On 05/06/2014, a technician visited my place for a requested service. After closure, the
                              person spoke about rather insisted to get an AMC done. On his words and foreseeing the benefits I paid
                              Rs.2, 600/- and registered the AMC (Contract Receipt No.[protected].
                              The technician confirmed that there are two mandatory services and reqd. replacements in one
                              year and simply vanished after the payment.
                              I never received a call/SMS from Eureka Forbes nor the "promising technician" and also did not
                              receive any Euro smile membership card during the AMC tenure of two years what the Service person committed. My case was completely forgotten by your Co. Eureka Forbes.
                              Now within the last few days I am receiving SMSes for renewal of my AMC for which it struck on
                              my mind on the above AMC. Surprisingly, I was remembered by Eureka Forbes when payment has to be taken from me after two years.
                              I also called your service centre to at least accommodate two services as the AMC is just over by 5 days but the person-Govind repeatedly spoke about paid services and payments. He was not able to register the complaint as well.
                              This is what I will be expecting... (i)free service in the AMC I have paid for but never availed OR
                              (ii) a free extension for some time.

                              Terrible services. Still the concern is pending. Flavourless water and leaking tube-all covered under AMC, but service not provided till date.

                              There is still no resolutions. Doesn't bother at all. This fact is quite inevitable from other complaints.

                              It is a very common saying by your team that the issue has been highlighted to the next level and seriously, they are also not aware on the next level.

                              A technician came up last Saturday (Rakesh) and he is also from some third party agency (Health Aqua Service, Sunlight Colony) and started blaming me and the authority who has done my previous AMC. He provided me a no. which has got an agent (Kowlesh/Minakshi) who makes false promises.

                              Some GL (Devendra from Sant Nagar) whom I called innumerable times whereas not got any replies till date was told that he is looking upto my complaint. Attached screenshots of text messages sent from my end.

                              Do I need to mention more of the poor after sales services that Aqua Guard provides, they are here to just make money.

                                Bought aqua guard enhance 1.5 months back.Unit stopped working now.worst part is service is very poor.I am calling service centre every day and till now no body turned up.The brand new product is not working for last ten days and no body is bothered to attend.Will strongly recommend not to buy any aqua guard product since having poor quality and too poor service.

                                It is very much unexpected from such brand like Aquagurad (Eureka forbes).

                                Recently I have exchanged an old aquagurad with Dr aquagurad Magna (RO+UV). For my previous aquagurad I have AMC also. Hence, during exchange I confirmed from the manager visited my house and he said that that the AMC will be adjusted accordingly. Around 20, 21st of May he visited and placed the order for new Dr. aqaugurad and handover him the cheque also. Within a week the machine got delivered and installed. And on 3rd June 2016, the amount got debited from my account. However, till date even after number of follow-ups with the manager, neither he have handed over the money receipt to us, nor the AMC documents.

                                I am very much worried and disappoint. When ever I call him, he said that "Don't worry, i am having the documents, will handover you tomorrow". But unfortunately that 'tomorrow' still didn't came.

                                Hence, request you to kindly take necessary action so that I can get my money receipt and AMC documents at the earliest. Getting money receipt is my legal right in return of buying any goods. Also, AMC amount paid in full for the previous machine, till date, which is valid for more than a year.

                                  One intrusion alarm with accessories was ordered for rs 35, 000 vide order cum receipt # 01187 dt.25/5/2014 from manjunatha c m sr. Territory executive of ms ramaiah layout, tumkur road, bangalore.
                                  At the time of installation in dec.2014, they demanded additional rs 11, 000 for gsm dialer which was not told to me at the time of booking.
                                  I requested cancellation of order and refund and they refused and left and since then had not cared to contact me for the past 18 months.
                                  Request immediate refund of my booking amount for the following reasons
                                  No transperency of pricing and nil after sales service.

                                    I had purchased Aquaguard Reviva RO+UV+TDS two months before on 24th Apr'16. After numerous follow ups with the sales executive Manjesh and call center till now I have not received invoice and the puchased product details are also not registered for warranty. They just skip by telling in two days I will receive invoice and details will be updated.
                                    What kind of service is this that the customer has to follow up with these issues. Is it like sales are being fraud???
                                    Please look into this or else let me know the right forum to escalate.

                                      We parched a Aqua guard re viva in last year 28 July 2015 it is under warenty period, now i am facing problem in this i called 10 time to its customer care Exucative & his seniors also they told me to resolve the problem in 24 to 48 hrs but no one actually resolve the problem, last night i talk with Area manager Mr. Avdesh Shrivastav & he give me omly assurance that he will resolve the problem in 2 hrs, & After 2 hrs he is not responding to my phone.
                                      please help me & take disciplinary action on all these man who are cheating me from 1 month
