This is to inform you that the brush of srubbing machine is spoiled. it is difficult to identify the model number as it has become invisible. Its a six year old machine. The service office at Bhubaneswar says that the item/accessory is not available in the market due to machine being out-dated. Since we are regular customer ( Educational Institute) of Eureka Forbes and even purchased expensive machines and in in bulk, we would request to kindly look into the matter and suggest us what necessary in order to make the machine operationable.

    I'm Neena Barnwal, a resident of Faridabad 766 Sector 28. We bought a water purifier from eureka forbes on 8 June. Before installing it our water purifier was giving a TDS of 650 which was too much and had a bad taste. Buying Aquaguard we were assured of one year warranty with free replacement of all parts including the filter membrane. On 12 June the water still had a bad taste. On 14 June I registered a complaint in which the aquaguard serviceman, Santosh came on 15 June. He checked the water TDS of aquaguard. It was again 650. He checked the new aquaguard membrane and found it to be choked and not working. Now they are saying that they have to take special approval to change the membrane which will take time. I'm still drinking the same bad water which was before installing aquaguard, even after spending 14, 000 rupees on buying it. We bought it through Chawla Electronics.

      On 29th september 2015 i bought the dr. Aqua gaurd water purifier ro+uv model from eureka forbes seller mr. Kamlesh gupta [protected]. After 2 months from the date of purchase there was a regular problem that the water was not comming in my water purifier every week the service boy of dr, aquaguard came he used to clean all the filters and the machine worked properly for a week and after one week again the same problem occurs i have complained abour 10-15 times for this problem but every time the service boy came and cleaned the filters but the same problem came again and again every week when i called mr. Kamlesh gupta for telling him this problem he said that this is ro+uv madel that is why this problem will occur every now and then. Now the problem is how can a customer use this type of machine whenever i complained about this problem by calling eureka forbes customer support the person who attended the call was unable the register my complain as every time there was a problem in their server after my complain is registered the service boy used to take 2 or more days to come at my site now please tell me how can a person live without drinking water for 2 days. Once the service boy told us that you can get permanent solution of this problem once you replace the pre-filter of water purifier with that of original aqua guard purifier. At the time of sale mr. Kamlesh gupta said that he is providing us the original filter and also charged for it but he didn't. Once they told us that there is problem in our water system but 2 more water purifiers are there in my house of different companies but there is not a single problem in those machines till know' mr. Kamlesh gupta and eureka forbes cheated on us. I am actually frustrated from this machine and want it to be replaced with original aqua guard filters. I have never expected that a big company like eureka forbes will cheat there customers.

      No response from eureka forbes team till now and the same problem in the machine has happened again.Eureka forbes what are you all doing soo poor after sales services EUREKA FORBES COMPANY IS A CHEATER CHEATING INNOCENT CUSTOMERS.

      2 days have past still no solution or enquiry from Eureka Forbes Team.This is the actual problem Eureka Forbes is not providing any after sales services on time and the weirdest part is Eureka Forbes team has contacted me 3-4 times for sales enquiry and I am fed up of them telling that I dont want to buy the machine.I want my complaint to be resolved.

      THEY SAY THEY WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH ME AT THE EARLIEST WHEN BUT WHEN????

        We are using aquaguard for past 20years . we regularly make AMC for it. Three weeks back our machine has got complaint when we filed the complaint they didnot make any effort to repair it. After 1 week one person came and told that machine has got some problem and need repair. He will come after 2 days but now it is two week there is no response from the company . Both the company and the technician is not even taking phone . when we call the customer care in Banglore they are talking very rudely

          We took amc for water purifier aquaguard (Inova model) for 3 years duration from 1st june 2013 till 31st may 2016 and paid Rs 3770 for the contract; our customer id is [protected] (It is in name of my wife Ms Mithu Kundu). During the 3 years of AMC contract, we got replacement service of carbon filters and candles just once on 25th aug 2014. Beyond that in next 1 year 10 months of contract period no replacement of carbon filter and candles was done by eureka forbes. We called up eureka forbes several times and raised service request #87283954 on 25th may 2016, again raised service request #87403802 on 31st may 2016. The service boy from Eureka Forbes came on 10th June 2016 and replaced the candles, but the back side hook of the set that clamps it on the wall was broken for long time and as we have been in AMC, this also should have been replaced. The service boy asked me to call up his manager, so I called up Munnaraj (Eureka Forbes manager - contact: [protected]) and informed him about the problems. The manager told he would get hook from warehouse and then replace. During my last call to the manager in current week, he informed he already got the hook from warehouse and would send someone to fix the problems - but still now he has not sent anyone for providing the services. As the hook is broken, we had to tie the set with rope so that it is not falling on ground from the wall, but anytime it may fall down and get broken. We need the replacement of hook immediately.

            I have bough eureka forbes water purifier reviva in 5th june 2016. It never worked properly for two days. Then day three it stopped working. Then i have called "pani enterprises" (Who have delieverd and installed this) to correct my problem, but they have never turned up. I have registered the complain in customer care, their people also never turned up to correct my problem.
            I have calling them past five days. Pls do the needful for me.

              I am pooja anand, a frustrated customer of eureka forbes. I raised one service request on 7th of june this year. I have been following up with customer care people daily for this request, infact calling 4 times a day, and had an argument as well

              But i guess no one is interested in resolving my issue. I have called and called and escalated to senior executive but to no avail. This is second service request in two months and every time i have to call several times to fix the issue.

              Such a pathetic service. I have talked to known people and everyone say that the service is problematic.

              My complaint was again escalated and another number was given which was #95738830.

                We had booked a Dr aquaguard booster model worth 10490 on 6th June 2016.it was supposed to get delivered on Thursday...as per your salesperson Mr nibhaya rajput. But after so many calls made to him which were unanswerable...N to ur Mumbai lowerparel office, we got delivery on Monday afternoon.
                But still no plumber guy has cum for fitting the machine...such irresponsible behaviour by your staff.
                After being called for n number of times, they give vague answers.
                We are highly regretted ant your service support before using it...wat can we expect the after sales service frm you.

                    I have bought Auqagaurd Enhance RO+UV+TDS a week ago but it didn't got installed it yet even after more than 20 calls to your customer care.
                    The funny thing is that even eurekaforbes didn't even bothered to contact me once.
                    I have escalated the issue to higher authorities but the same result.
                    Even when i tried to escalate the issue through your website it is showing invalid service request number which have been provided to me during my discussion to customer care i.e 95700493, 95709770 etc.
                    I am very disappointed with the services of Eurekaforbes and i promise you that in future i will not buy any product of this company nor will suggest to anyone.

                    I have been contacted by Eureka Forbes team if I am satisfied with their service and close the complaint as solved. But when i have requested them to take a little pain to analyze the route cause of Problem so it doesn't happen again, They are just gone and never contacted.

                    And now after waiting so many days for installation, my RO stopped working in just 3 days. And i am in again on same position of just calling to customer care and listening their false promises that it will be repaired today.
                    I wonder if you people got a little professionalism since you are acting worst than a street vender.

                      I have made amc contract with eureka forbes for my r. O. Unit. But for the whole year the filters, etc were not replaced. I tried calling their customer care number and made several complaints but seems like eureka forbes doesn't care for their customers.
                      I was in impression that my grievance will heard and responded but customer service of eureka forbes is very pathetic.
                      They have left with me no choice but to proceed with the consumer court for the resolution.

                        The service provided by eureka forbes for aquasure xpert is really worst. I had raised a request to aquasure to fix the overflowing issues of the water purifier which used to leak due to sensor issue in the water purifier. However, the technician who attended the issue did not fix the current issue, but installed the filters in the purifier which was not necessary at all. The filters which he installed were did not have a original seal on it and looked like a duplicate filters or the refurbished ones. These technicians in eureka forbes are cheating both customers and company by installing these duplicate filters, playing with the customers health and company's reputation. The technicians like are spoiling the name of the company and are not worth to be with.

                        I tried to contact this technician numerous times, he is just playing with our time. He picks the call in the morning and says he will attend the issue but he does not attend even after the end of the day. This is been repeating from almost a month now. I have been raising complaints and the follow up requests almost every alternative day but of no use, i'm just wasting my time, however the money invested on the water purifier is just a waste due to lack of service from eureka forbes.

                        Technicians should always be the backbone of the company. But these kind of technicians will demolish the name of the company.

                          I wanted to raise cart ridge replacement request. Called up customer care. some guy called Sandeep or pradeep picked up call and wasted 20 minutes in four back to back calls. And intentionally irritated with stupid questions.
                          How dare they cut calls when customer is talking. They cut calls 3 times.
                          Is this the way they talk?
                          i called them on saturday 11th jun around 2.20pm and instead raising service request they were talking rudely.
                          is this the way eureka forbes customer care executives talk to their customer when they call?

                            I purchased a dr aqua guard magma (Customer id: [protected]) on 2/09/2015. Since then i have had to call the service engineer atleast 6 times as there has been issue with proper water discharge. I requested mr. Dutta who heads the complaint cell of eureka forbes durgapur to either change the machine or get it repaired but nothing has been done so far.

                              I have purchased Wet & dry model from Eureka forbes in the month of September 2015 thru the Sales person Radhakrishnan(Mobile # [protected]) who provided demo in my house. Dealer Address: 146, Arcot Road Valasaravakkam Chennai – 87 Ph # 64532707. After 3 months o[censored]sage my machine started giving huge noise so I can’t use the machine so I placed service complaint thru Eureka customer care #[protected] since the product is under warranty.

                              The below mentioned complaints have been logged for the same.
                              1. 86365590 raised on 30th March 2016
                              2. 86539383 raised on 09th April 2016
                              3. 86723531 raised on 21st April 2016

                              Nobody bothered to attend my complaint so I called customer care and they don’t have any updates in the CRM which is pending for more than 3 months. When I shouted with customer care they gave the manager no. [protected]/[protected] (Mr. Baskar/Mr. Mohan). When I called Mr Mohan he said the product was not registered with the company and hence service cannot be provided and I need to contact the dealer for the same. I am very shocked when I heard this information after waiting 3 months (1st complaint raised on 30th March 2016). I don’t understand how that is possible since I have a original bill with me and paid using my credit card and swiped in the Eureka EDC machine. I don’t know whether someone cheated me in the name of Eureka Forbes or the company itself cheating the people by sending their sales reps in the customer’s house and loot their money. I have paid Rs. 12990 in a single shot payment but I am begging for the service with your company. Pls think 1000 times before buying any Eureka products thru the sales person who is giving demo at your home because they don’t follow genuine process and if anything goes wrong the company will not take any responsibilities. They just sell inferior products thru the sales person giving lifetime warranty and strictly follow no service after sales.

                                AMC contract with me. I was told by the service technician about AMC and I came to an agreement on 10/1/2015. Now there after no one attended for servicing or replacement of cartridge till today. This is breach of contract and a case of cheating. Since more than 15 days i am contacting various numbers non of them attended me to handle the servicing. My AMC no is 10/ 24333738 d/d 10/1/2015 an amount of Rs 4080 paid to that person by cash.
                                I have contacted Nos.[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] no one responded me for the work. AMC No.[protected] d/d 14/1/2015 valid till13/1/2018. product is Aquasure Crystal S.N 654665. I request you to take immediate action on this issue.

                                  I had requested for a regular quarterly maintenance of my water purifier (Sensa smp+) which is out of warranty and and clearly mentioned this during the request the technician, by name mp singh from mvj agencies came on 6th june and said one of the external filter needed replacement for which i agreed he changed it and charged rs.775/- (Rs.400 for service and rs.375 for sleek candle icr no[protected] but after he left, the purifier was just throwing out water and the tank was empty even after 1 hr and more than 30lts of waste water
                                  The next day another person by name sp singh (Susheel pal singh) came on 7th june when i complained against mp singh he got wild and continously asked me not to speak against mp sing and that the compan was the culprit when i spoke to his manager mr. Balachander he said that my purifier was not under warranty there was no service for out-of-warranty machines. I was astonished, since i have been availing a quarterly service from past 8 years!!!
                                  Now i have been making nearly 4-5 calls to the customer care asking for repairing the purifier and until now ie., 10th june no one has responded
                                  I am totally appalled by this kind of response from a company like eureka forbes is this some kind of mafia on the service agencies? Can somebody from eureka forbe's management take a decision and take action on such technicians and provide proper service to long time customers??
                                  Hope this complaint atleast will resolve the issue and some one repairs my purifier

                                    I booked a complaint on 8th june16 and received sms on 9th june16 at 9:49 am stating my complaint no [protected] has been allocated to technician noor shamsi [protected] and it will be attended shortly. I called the number twice after couple of hours however no answer. Later i got call from him and when i informed him about the complaint lodge for water purification taking lot of time he has no clue regarding my complaint and said will ask other technician to resolve the issue.
                                    I got the 2nd sms stating my complaint has been allocated to pradeep jaiswar - [protected] at 4:05pm (9th june16). After 30 minutes another sms received stating service request [protected] completed. I was shocked as nobody addressed the issue and still they sent an sms stating issue resolution.
                                    I called pradeep on the given no and again he has no clue of the my complaint and said he will arranged for some body to resolve my issue as he's busy.
                                    Nobody turned up hence i called again on 10th june16 to pradeep and he informed that he is out of mumbai and asked to me contact noor. Called noor twice but he didn't take the call.
                                    May you please look at the complaint little seriously as it's clear breach of trust for customer.
                                    Please treat the complaint with utmost urgency and send the technician for purifier servicing in the next couple of hours.
                                    An early action will be highly appreciated.

                                      I think that there is a lot of mischief!! and the company is deliberately misleading people with aggressive sales tactics. I bought an Aquasure one of the most expensive models there is (more than rs.20, 000/-) falling for its UV, IO and other features 2 years ago.
                                      Ever since- at least 4000 to 5000 rupees worth of parts need to be replaced- if one year its the candles, the other year it is the motor plus candles. We are a small family and consume about 10 litres of water per day.
                                      We have other electronic and electric appliances that often run 24/7 that work hassle-free for years! At-times decades!! be it a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, television, blender, rice cooker etc...clearly the usage of about 10 litres/day of water in no way compares to the round the clock availability of the other more complex heavy duty items. While the pricing is on par (or much more if compared to many items with more complex functions - eg: blender, television, computer),
                                      the functionality is ridden with mischievous money-making gimmicks (every year at least 4000 to 5000 rupees worth of parts need to be replaced- if one year its the candles, the other year it is the motor plus candles.
                                      Very very unhappy at these below the belt and underhand tactics of what one would think of as an engineering company manufacturing essential electronics. Basically few thousand rupees worth of plastic is palmed off with a filtration technology insert worth barely one year!! Look at it this way, A 25 litre can costs about Rs.40/- If we purchase 10 cans per month; we'd be spending Rs.5000/- per year as well!! So, why do we have to invest greater than Rs.25, 000/- at the outset and still spend?? It is not making any sense at any level.
                                      This company has made a mockery of engineering as well ethical business. IMO, for other consumer products- in case of genuine engineering failures replacement happens. Whereas Eureka Forbes seems to be designing to make the equipment to fail in order to keep soft stealing from people by making them actually buy a thing to get stolen annually. UNBELIEVABLE AND SICK SICK WAY OF DOING BUSINESS(especially if you think they are dealing with something as essential as water in order to do this. I am aware I am a trapped helpless urban consumer caring for kids health with few other options. Still, V upset at this cunningness!

                                      Just to bring you up-to-date about the 'aquasure piece 0f ?? ' Since the above review has been posted:

                                      Your technician visited, based on the error code displayed he said the motor needed replacement (rs.3500/-) to be imported from Korea
                                      & when we got that done and it still did not work, he said the mother board is also not working (not either motor or mother board here, it is both) again quoted (rs.3500) for that;
                                      Also, since the candles have been replaced almost an year ago (i believe they were about Rs.3200/- at that time), it is time yet again for candle replacement!! So year 2 budget for repairs = rs.10, 200/- !!!
                                      So,
                                      now you can tell me how a carefully used, untouched piece of electronic water purifier(high-end) item can be so quickly and rhyme-lessly become faulty with such little usage when dozens of other electronic items are all quite fine. Practically every component of the 'Aquasure' other than the plastic body konked out!!

                                      I understand that the technician just follows what the company policy is and apparently nothing is repairable and only has to 'replaced (read bought again)'!

                                      I'll be happy to hear from you if you first tell me what it is that you can do and your sincerity(honestly, the product isn't worth it) and if I am convinced my time's worth it.

                                        I purchased a new Air Purifier launched by Eureka Forbes Ltd. The name of the model is SCPR 700.

                                        After one month the product found defective. I put several costume calls and complaints. Although the technician visited, he said that the product is not repairable.

                                        I asked the service team and sales team to replace it. Its been three months, I have been calling them regularly, but no action or follow up taken

                                        I have 5 complaint numbers. Even the customer care official dont know about the name of the product because its not updated on their database and referred to higher authority

                                        Everytime I call them they say its under process
