I have purchased Wet & dry model from Eureka forbes in the month of September 2015 thru the Sales person Radhakrishnan(Mobile # [protected]) who provided demo in my house. Dealer Address: 146, Arcot Road Valasaravakkam Chennai – 87 Ph # 64532707. After 3 months o[censored]sage my machine started giving huge noise so I can’t use the machine so I placed service complaint thru Eureka customer care #[protected] since the product is under warranty.

The below mentioned complaints have been logged for the same.
1. 86365590 raised on 30th March 2016
2. 86539383 raised on 09th April 2016
3. 86723531 raised on 21st April 2016

Nobody bothered to attend my complaint so I called customer care and they don’t have any updates in the CRM which is pending for more than 3 months. When I shouted with customer care they gave the manager no. [protected]/[protected] (Mr. Baskar/Mr. Mohan). When I called Mr Mohan he said the product was not registered with the company and hence service cannot be provided and I need to contact the dealer for the same. I am very shocked when I heard this information after waiting 3 months (1st complaint raised on 30th March 2016). I don’t understand how that is possible since I have a original bill with me and paid using my credit card and swiped in the Eureka EDC machine. I don’t know whether someone cheated me in the name of Eureka Forbes or the company itself cheating the people by sending their sales reps in the customer’s house and loot their money. I have paid Rs. 12990 in a single shot payment but I am begging for the service with your company. Pls think 1000 times before buying any Eureka products thru the sales person who is giving demo at your home because they don’t follow genuine process and if anything goes wrong the company will not take any responsibilities. They just sell inferior products thru the sales person giving lifetime warranty and strictly follow no service after sales.

    AMC contract with me. I was told by the service technician about AMC and I came to an agreement on 10/1/2015. Now there after no one attended for servicing or replacement of cartridge till today. This is breach of contract and a case of cheating. Since more than 15 days i am contacting various numbers non of them attended me to handle the servicing. My AMC no is 10/ 24333738 d/d 10/1/2015 an amount of Rs 4080 paid to that person by cash.
    I have contacted Nos.[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] no one responded me for the work. AMC No.[protected] d/d 14/1/2015 valid till13/1/2018. product is Aquasure Crystal S.N 654665. I request you to take immediate action on this issue.

      I had requested for a regular quarterly maintenance of my water purifier (Sensa smp+) which is out of warranty and and clearly mentioned this during the request the technician, by name mp singh from mvj agencies came on 6th june and said one of the external filter needed replacement for which i agreed he changed it and charged rs.775/- (Rs.400 for service and rs.375 for sleek candle icr no[protected] but after he left, the purifier was just throwing out water and the tank was empty even after 1 hr and more than 30lts of waste water
      The next day another person by name sp singh (Susheel pal singh) came on 7th june when i complained against mp singh he got wild and continously asked me not to speak against mp sing and that the compan was the culprit when i spoke to his manager mr. Balachander he said that my purifier was not under warranty there was no service for out-of-warranty machines. I was astonished, since i have been availing a quarterly service from past 8 years!!!
      Now i have been making nearly 4-5 calls to the customer care asking for repairing the purifier and until now ie., 10th june no one has responded
      I am totally appalled by this kind of response from a company like eureka forbes is this some kind of mafia on the service agencies? Can somebody from eureka forbe's management take a decision and take action on such technicians and provide proper service to long time customers??
      Hope this complaint atleast will resolve the issue and some one repairs my purifier

        To, the senior manager,
        I booked a complaint on 8th june16 and received sms on 9th june16 at 9:49 am stating my complaint no [protected] has been allocated to technician noor shamsi [protected] and it will be attended shortly. I called the number twice after couple of hours however no answer. Later i got call from him and when i informed him about the complaint lodge for water purification taking lot of time he has no clue regarding my complaint and said will ask other technician to resolve the issue.
        I got the 2nd sms stating my complaint has been allocated to pradeep jaiswar - [protected] at 4:05pm (9th june16). After 30 minutes another sms received stating service request [protected] completed. I was shocked as nobody addressed the issue and still they sent an sms stating issue resolution.
        I called pradeep on the given no and again he has no clue of the my complaint and said he will arranged for some body to resolve my issue as he's busy.
        Nobody turned up hence i called again on 10th june16 to pradeep and he informed that he is out of mumbai and asked to me contact noor. Called noor twice but he didn't take the call.
        May you please look at the complaint little seriously as it's clear breach of trust for customer.
        Please treat the complaint with utmost urgency and send the technician for purifier servicing in the next couple of hours.
        An early action will be highly appreciated.

          I think that there is a lot of mischief!! and the company is deliberately misleading people with aggressive sales tactics. I bought an Aquasure one of the most expensive models there is (more than rs.20, 000/-) falling for its UV, IO and other features 2 years ago.
          Ever since- at least 4000 to 5000 rupees worth of parts need to be replaced- if one year its the candles, the other year it is the motor plus candles. We are a small family and consume about 10 litres of water per day.
          We have other electronic and electric appliances that often run 24/7 that work hassle-free for years! At-times decades!! be it a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, television, blender, rice cooker etc...clearly the usage of about 10 litres/day of water in no way compares to the round the clock availability of the other more complex heavy duty items. While the pricing is on par (or much more if compared to many items with more complex functions - eg: blender, television, computer),
          the functionality is ridden with mischievous money-making gimmicks (every year at least 4000 to 5000 rupees worth of parts need to be replaced- if one year its the candles, the other year it is the motor plus candles.
          Very very unhappy at these below the belt and underhand tactics of what one would think of as an engineering company manufacturing essential electronics. Basically few thousand rupees worth of plastic is palmed off with a filtration technology insert worth barely one year!! Look at it this way, A 25 litre can costs about Rs.40/- If we purchase 10 cans per month; we'd be spending Rs.5000/- per year as well!! So, why do we have to invest greater than Rs.25, 000/- at the outset and still spend?? It is not making any sense at any level.
          This company has made a mockery of engineering as well ethical business. IMO, for other consumer products- in case of genuine engineering failures replacement happens. Whereas Eureka Forbes seems to be designing to make the equipment to fail in order to keep soft stealing from people by making them actually buy a thing to get stolen annually. UNBELIEVABLE AND SICK SICK WAY OF DOING BUSINESS(especially if you think they are dealing with something as essential as water in order to do this. I am aware I am a trapped helpless urban consumer caring for kids health with few other options. Still, V upset at this cunningness!

          Just to bring you up-to-date about the 'aquasure piece 0f ?? ' Since the above review has been posted:

          Your technician visited, based on the error code displayed he said the motor needed replacement (rs.3500/-) to be imported from Korea
          & when we got that done and it still did not work, he said the mother board is also not working (not either motor or mother board here, it is both) again quoted (rs.3500) for that;
          Also, since the candles have been replaced almost an year ago (i believe they were about Rs.3200/- at that time), it is time yet again for candle replacement!! So year 2 budget for repairs = rs.10, 200/- !!!
          So,
          now you can tell me how a carefully used, untouched piece of electronic water purifier(high-end) item can be so quickly and rhyme-lessly become faulty with such little usage when dozens of other electronic items are all quite fine. Practically every component of the 'Aquasure' other than the plastic body konked out!!

          I understand that the technician just follows what the company policy is and apparently nothing is repairable and only has to 'replaced (read bought again)'!

          I'll be happy to hear from you if you first tell me what it is that you can do and your sincerity(honestly, the product isn't worth it) and if I am convinced my time's worth it.

            I purchased a new Air Purifier launched by Eureka Forbes Ltd. The name of the model is SCPR 700.

            After one month the product found defective. I put several costume calls and complaints. Although the technician visited, he said that the product is not repairable.

            I asked the service team and sales team to replace it. Its been three months, I have been calling them regularly, but no action or follow up taken

            I have 5 complaint numbers. Even the customer care official dont know about the name of the product because its not updated on their database and referred to higher authority

            Everytime I call them they say its under process

              I had purchased a water purifier (As prime uv) bearing sr. No.[protected] manufactured in july, 2015 from sales india pvt. Ltd., shri balaji mall, motera, ahmedabad. Since its installation in a couple of weeks the red light started blinking. On complaint, your mechanic had attended immediately and changed the circuit in it. Once again since a week the same complaint has occurred. I request you to kindly give me a replacement of the same product, if you are really desirous and keen to give customer satisfaction.

                Hi, am vamsi sai, i have registered a service call 3 days back (On eureka forbes website itself) i. E.06.06.16 as am not getting water properly from my aquaguard nano ro model water purifier and i got a message saying that with in 24 hours of time i will be getting a call from the service guy and it will be resolved after that. Time and again aqua guard people as always disappointed me this time also. I have got no calls from the service executives. Two hours ago i got a call from service guy (Cell no.[protected]) stating that the area which am staying in is not his area. So, he directly declared to me that he is not coming and rectifying it. If that is the case then why the hell in the first place their customer care people allotting him to my service call.In just 11 months this is my 5th complaint on eureka forbes, still they are not changing in this aspect. Don't know whether they have any concern for customer at all.

                I have already told them the problem still exists even after your service executive's visit. He doesn't even know where the problem is exactly, so he changed the outer filter and charged 375 for it and asked to complain again if the problem still exists. Instead of sending semi-trained service persons please send me an experienced service person so that i won't waste my time every time to escalate my problem.
                For your information [protected] is my complaint number. this is my new complaint number which i raised yesterday as said by your service executive.

                  We took amc for water purifier aquaguard (Inova model) for 3 years duration from 1st june 2013 till 31st may 2016 and paid rs 3770 on 1st june 2013 for the contract; our customer id is [protected] (It is in name of my wife ms mithu kundu). During the 3 years of amc contract, we got replacement service of carbon filters and candles just once on 25th aug 2014. Beyond that in next 1 year 10 months of contract period no replacement of carbon filter and candles was done by eureka forbes. We called up eureka forbes so many times but they did not provide service. We called up eureka forbes and raised service request #87283954 on 25th may 2016, again service request #87403802 on 31st may 2016, and every time eureka forbes representative promised to send people for providing service... But never they turned up. We need immediate replacement of our carbon filter &candles for aquaguard.

                  The service boy from Eureka Forbes came and replaced the candles, but the back side hook of the set that clamps it on the wall was broken for long and as we are in AMC, this should have been replaced; also after replacement of candles, even when the set is off, water is leaking from the set. I called up Munnaraj (manager -> contact: [protected]) and informed him the problems, he told he would get the back hook from warhouse. During my last call to him in current week, he informed he got the hokk and would send someone to fix the problems - but still noow he has not sent anyone for providing the services. As the hook is broken, we had to tie the set so that it is not falling from the wall to the floor. We need the services immediately.

                    On 25th may, m/s eureka forbes sent us a message saying that they regretted the inconvenience caused to us and asked us to provide again the contact details customer id etc.

                    We replied this on 31st may 2016.

                    Till now no redressal from their side.

                      I have bought auqaguard genius a year and half back. Recently the product was not working. I have made a complaint on repair of aquaguard genius water purifier. On the first complaint to the customer service a technical person came and said few parts to be replaced and took a aml of rs 4850 giving me a receipt. Next day he replaced few parts, and said one of the part which needs replacement is not available in hand and will get it by tomorrow. After that no reponse from the person. Further i have called the customer service 5 to 6 times, they keep on taking as a new compliant with every call promising it will be attended in 24 hrs but no one turns up. So far it has been a month and no progress has been made.

                      To update, it has been 4 days now still no progress. No technician contacted me. Earlier it was promised that issue will be addressed in 48 hrs.

                      One of the worst support with false promises that I have come across.

                      Yesterday, technicians came but still the issue is not fixed. I am surprised by the quality of service.

                      If this is the kind of service Eureka Forbes provides, then i will never ever buy or recommend their product.

                        Hi,
                        I had purchased a new Reviva RO+UV machine on 6 apr 2016.After that I called up the no 39883333 for installation. Techinician(don't know his name) has visited my home but has done half of the work.He told us that he don't have pre -sediment filter and filter stand now but will install them in 1-2 days.
                        We waited for him but he kept on delaying our work.
                        Then I raised a new complaint 86847194 .Now this one is also pending for almost 1.5 months.
                        I had called numerous times on 39883333 and talked to the senior person but no success.
                        Now only option left with me is to go to court and revert back the machine and get my money back along with the harashment I have been going through for last 1.5 months.

                        Its been now more then a week even after raising multiple complaints and waiting for more then 2 months to get my complaint resolved, even now no installation has been done.

                        Is this how Eureka Forbes handles the customer query ?
                        If such is the case then it an issue of high solemnity.

                        Request you to please take away your machine and pay my money back for the harassment and mis-treatment that brands like you cause.

                          Dear sir/mam,
                          i am sending this complaint with a hope that you will understand my situation and help me get it done:-

                          i bought a eureka forbes magna hd ro + uv in the month of december 2015, with a 1 year guarantee on complete product, but on[protected] my water purifier membrane & filters got choked(blocked), and when the service representative came for service, he told me that you are suppose to buy these two choked parts from your own, but the on call service centre representative told me that you will get it changed once in a year free of cost if your product is under guarantee.

                          The online complaint number is 87496081

                          now its almost 14 days gone and i am unable to get my system in a working condition.

                          The local service office in-charge person told me many times to send the service person at my home but still i am waiting for the person to come.

                          I am very much disturbed mentally for the same, please help me on the same.

                            Sir, my one week old product having manufacturing defect noticed 1st day itself when my room filled with dust in the air children aged 3 and 5 coughing due to one of the side clamps is loosened itself on its own while operation the machine as it was suppose to lock both top and bottom compartments closed airtight is not getting locked . i reported the matter to our customer people and they were kind enough o give me the high priority request number 95658669 . i request you to please get the product replaced as i am not using wd x2 machine from the 2nd day of purchase and lying idle in the box.

                              Req on 3rd june 2016 we have given complain regarding water purifier which is not working. Their no response till date. It's high priority. Please do respond as soon as possible. "thank you for contacting eurohelpline. Your request no. Is [protected] and cust-id is [protected]. To lodge a service req, type req and sms to [protected]"today your service agent reacted after 48hours mr srinivas, but complain is not closed as he didn't solve it. It's under warranty period.

([protected]).However regret to inform that it is not attended yet in spite of it is beyond 48 hrs.Could u pls arrange to repair urgently to avoid any further inconvenience.FYI iam getting Sms asking for feed back of repairs.-very funny!!!                                   I had bought Aqua Guard 1 year back and just after a year, I am feeling that its better you drink water directly from the tap then to spend money on Aqua Guard.
                                  Really feeling unsatisfied on the quality of the product, there seems to be no difference between tap water and Aqua Guard.
                                  Also it seems that the quality get worsened after 1 year. I am thinking on why I spent money on this types of product.

                                    Ww purachsed aquagurad enhance ro on 29.11.2015. and after 6 months there is some problem in ro so we complaint on18 may for service but no one is came for service. so we continously called for service to customer care for 8 9 day..we wait for 8 9 days for service then on 26 may one person is come and we are fully unsatisfied with service..please do the needfull asap..we want to change our ro.

                                      On 30th jan-16 we called just dial company to take authorised dealers ph numbers who are selling eureka forbes product. After some time we received call from mr ashok kumar singh working in karol bagh employee id-9009549, ph-[protected]. He tested the water quality given by mcd in our area. On the basis of that he suggested to buy dr aquaguard magna. And he offered us to take back our old product aquaguard @ rs 1000. We ordered next day online putting his employee code also. After receiving product game/ cheating starts. He refused to give that offer. He said that was to achieve my sales target. I lodged a complaint against that on customer care email. But no resolution i received. From first month of purchase this product is not functioning properly. Water tank filled in 8-10 hours. I lodged 12-13 complaints in last 3-4 months. Everytime executive said water is so poor in our area. My question is that if water is so poor then why this product is suggested to us. On suggestion of one of your executive we bought pre filter candle also for rs 700. But still problem exist.
                                      After getting executive resolved it work 3-4 days. After that same problem occurred. I spend rs 17490 to serve my family good quality of water. Buy here i m getting tortured every day. I will file this case in consumer court if i did not received any good resolution.

                                      Brief summary:-
                                      We were looking to buy good water purifier so we called just dial and took numbers of eureka forbes
                                      Dealer. After half an hour i received call from a. K. Singh he ready to come at my house within 1 hr we
                                      Agree and discuss with him regarding dr aquaguard (Hd+ro+uv). My family satisfied with this water
                                      Purifier rs 17490.00. Mr a. K. Singh gave us exchange offer of our old auquaguard for rs 1000 and also
                                      Asked us to keep one candle with us and asked us to give online order. Suddenly my internet connection
                                      Got disconnected. So i gave online order next day and mr a. K. Singh forced us to mention their code
                                      [protected] and the same mentioned by us also. After giving order he asked us to mail that payment copy,
                                      We did same. Now he is not picking my phone to exchange old aquaguard for rs 1000. I was calling him
                                      From last 4 days. But he is not responding and said he cant exchange now.
                                      Its my humble request you to take action against him so that he will not be able to cheat further
                                      Customers.

                                        Dear sir / madam,

                                        I have a eureka forbes aquaguard model inova in my house for which the annual maintenance contract is being done on a regular basis.

                                        However, there are occasional problems when the customer care was contacted and they somehow manage to rectify the fault with reconditioned circuit boards which do not last for a long time. Over and above, the three blinking buttons have stopped working for a very long time which they refused to change for a long time.

                                        We are well aware that they want us to prove that the machine is old and we should spend money in buying a new machine as per the latest model.

                                        I am interested to know why such attitude is shown by the company when the entire machine is under their amc and they should have done it without a request from my side.

                                        Shall be grateful, if you could please take up the matter with the competent authority for me to tide over the perpetual problem faced by me.
