I had purchased one aquaguard classic water purifier against eureka forbes ltd invocie
No [protected] dated 08 jul 2015 from their branch office near sarada mutt, college jn, building no kc vii 1490, 530 a kollam 691008
The water from above purifier fitted at my home could not be used due to foul smell, bad taste and sediments settling at bottom on boiling the water from the machine.
Matter was reported many times in the past and effort for rectification was put in many times in the past by technicians. Water from my well, over head tank, from the machine and water after boiling was tested at eureka forbes lab at ernakulam.
But the water from above purifier machine when boiled continues to give sediments settled
At bottom, and water turns slightly reddish/brown with bad taste. So, i have not got consumers satisfaction till now.
I had requested for refund of cost of above water purifier which was approved with some deduction in apr 16 as stated by mr. Sreejit of kollam office of eureka forbes.
I have not got cheque/dd till date, when i try to contact kollam branch, staff there can’t answer and they don’t respond to my query. It appears that they are not responsible.
Please do something to get refund of cost of the machine or replace the machine with a new defect free item.

Further delay in responding to my request would force me to file a case in consumers court
Therefore present status of refund may please be intimated.
