I have been a customer of eureka forbes since 2008.
Recently i shifted my house to a new location in bangalore. The customer executive sugggested me to change my water purifier as earlier one was designed for RO system.
I installed a new purifier on the advise of the sales person. But he did not provide me with the invoice copy. Inspite of complaining it to the customer care also I have not recieved my invoice copy.

It's been 6 months, no one has come to service the purifier. I called up customer care and placed request for service on 26/05/2016 at 9.42AM. I placed a request and complaint regarding invoice (complaint number[protected]. Till date no one has come to service and I have not recieved the invoice copy also.

this is very poor service response from your team.

    I have placed a order for eureka forbes uv+ ro system and paid advance.
    Ales order so15914 (On 28th may 2016)
    Coimbatore, tamilnadu
    Still material is not fixed on 4th june 2016

    Last one week i have called eurekha representatives (Minimum 60 calls made).
    No proper response and people are not lifting the phones for last couple of days.

    Totally upset with this sort of service by eureka forbes.

      I had purchased one aquaguard classic water purifier against eureka forbes ltd invocie
      No [protected] dated 08 jul 2015 from their branch office near sarada mutt, college jn, building no kc vii 1490, 530 a kollam 691008

      The water from above purifier fitted at my home could not be used due to foul smell, bad taste and sediments settling at bottom on boiling the water from the machine.

      Matter was reported many times in the past and effort for rectification was put in many times in the past by technicians. Water from my well, over head tank, from the machine and water after boiling was tested at eureka forbes lab at ernakulam.

      But the water from above purifier machine when boiled continues to give sediments settled
      At bottom, and water turns slightly reddish/brown with bad taste. So, i have not got consumers satisfaction till now.

      I had requested for refund of cost of above water purifier which was approved with some deduction in apr 16 as stated by mr. Sreejit of kollam office of eureka forbes.

      I have not got cheque/dd till date, when i try to contact kollam branch, staff there can’t answer and they don’t respond to my query. It appears that they are not responsible.

      Please do something to get refund of cost of the machine or replace the machine with a new defect free item.

      Further delay in responding to my request would force me to file a case in consumers court
      Therefore present status of refund may please be intimated.

        Hi,

        I request your urgent attention to a alleged case of fraud committed by one of your dealer representatives on my aged parents and at the same time, a total lack of empathy coupled with irresponsibility exhibited by your customer service center.

        My parents had been convinced to upgrade our existing water purifier to the latest model "REVIVA" by a sales representative from one your dealers namely Aquapure services, located at Bangalore. The specific details are at the bottom of the email.

        The representative had been servicing our existing purifier for a couple of years now but this time offered my parents an upgrade to "Reviva" in exchange along with a Re 3000/- discount.

        My parents paid him Re 8640/- in cash and were provided a receipt, attached for your reference.

        The receipt is dated 14 May 2016 and that was the last they heard of him.

        My parents are senior citizens, have been trying to call on the numbers provided but have been unable to make any contact with him there after.

        After this was brought to my notice, I have reached out to your so called " customer confidence Center" and all I have are two complaint numbers .

        It had now been more than 2 weeks after the escalated reference number and we have no updates what so ever.

          AMC taken for Eureka Forbes' Aquaguard Enhance on May 7, 2016. Contract Receipt number[protected]. Registered mobile: [protected]
          After AMC there is water leakage from the external filter. Not only there is water wastage (which is a criminal negligence), there is also lot of inconvenience in the kitchen.
          I have been calling Euroka Forbes help line and also raising request via SMS. Each time they send back a response that the request has been closed without no one ever visiting my apartment for fixing this. It is now almost 2+ weeks since this is going on. They also send me a survey link on which I have been mentioning the sad state of affairs.
          The technician who sold me the AMC (Ravindra and Babu Reddy) called me once but laughed when I explained my problem and hung up on me. What a ridiculous set up they have! In my calls I have also complained about these individuals who perhaps are assigned the area I live in and hence are deliberately obstructing the service requests - my guess.
          Extremely poor service and very bad experience after paying almost 5, 500/- for service. On top of that the loss of water which keeps dripping through the day.
          I want my service done and also be compensated for mental agony in this case.

            Am Jayakumar from tiruppur tamilnadu. I have take AMC from your concern.
            My customer ID is [protected] -AMC starting Date:[protected] and End Date 19-09-16.

            Please go and see my service requests record using my customer ID, every month once am calling for service for not giving proper solution for my water plant. and if i register a complaint, in tiruppur office minimum 10 days they are taking to come to visit my place. till that am purchasing water from out side.

            AMC period Nearly 9 months over from the date of start. in between these 9 months hardly 3 to 4 months i have purchased water from out side becoz of not working my water plant.

            and finaly on[protected] i have registered my complaint. now the date is 02-06-16 as of now i have not got any solution from your concern and past one month i have purchasing water from out side,

            so kindly return my AMC charges. because of keeping AMC with your concern am getting unwanted tension only. i never think that your concern will be this much poor service.

                It is a worst product that we have brought till now... Worst service from eureka forbes... We are repenting for buying this... We have brought thos in last year and once we changed all the filters and membrane by paying 5000 rupees, still its not working properly... The servoce guyz are all concerned abt the sales... Not the customer satisfaction or usage... Everytime they will only suggest to change one or other thing in the purifier inspite of servicing it...

                  Customer care support is very bad. I have lodged complain on 30th May 2016 about my Water Purifier not working. Problem - Waste Water is not getting released.
                  No response yet. Even Customer care services is getting disconnected saying all are busy in attending other calls. I tried more than 25 times but I could reach out to them only 5-6 times that too call being frequently dropped.
                  No body has visited to fix the problem.
                  I got call from this number - [protected] on 31st of May and the guy told that he will visit my home in 30 mins. I sent my home address again by sms. But he has not reached to my home yet.

                  I also wanted to bring to your notice the conversation that i had with your technician. I called on this - [protected] and that stupid guy says that he is in his village. That guy told me on 31 May that he will reach my home in next 30 mins and then he switched his phone off. Next day he is saying he is in his village. Someone died in his home and he was laughing during talking to his friend. FIRE EVERYONE AND START HIRING PROFESSIONALS.

                    There is a repeated snag of "no water flow from waste water pipe of water filter". This is 4th time in 10 days snag is repeating. This is to mention that 2 more flats in my block have same water source and having same filters are working ok.

                    Pls refer my request no. [protected], [protected] & [protected] made in month of may'16. Similar snag occurred during apr'16, refer request no. [protected]. Though snag was attended but again occurring repeatedly.

                    Eureka forbes was intimated regarding same through their email [protected]@eurekaforbes.com on 24th & 31st may'16

                    Since no waste water is coming out, it either not filtering or mixing with filtered water. This is health hazard and even effected health of my little kids last week.

                    Being a old customer of eureka forbes and considering that snag is repeating very frequently, pls replace the unit with new one or return my money back.

                    Repair request attended on 02.06.16 . Snag again repeated on 03.06.16 and Aquagaurd not working. This snag is repeating 5th time in last 20 days and its really pathetic. I m having a tough time. This is really intolerable. Unit to be replaced immediately.

                      Sir, ' i reside at allaiance orchid springss, 516 maple block, water canal road, chennai - 76. I came to my new house last may and mr. Elumalai your was behind our family to sell the product dr. Aquaguard. He gave all promises as the product will be really good and the service will be excellent. Even though he was a stranger to us we beleived his words because it had your name eureka fobes. They installed the product on last may and we paid the amount to them with out any delay or default. But now the product is not going well in my house. Last week i had called them for service for more than 3 times. Now once again the product is not working properly. I have literally claimed and received the complaint number. They promised me that people will come to do service in next two days. Till now they have not reached us. I am totallaly upset with the product and the service of this product. Now they are behind me to do the amc for the following year. I understood that the person who comes to do service does not know any thing about the mechanism but rather tries to canvas for amc.
                      I am sorry to say you that if this continues you will loose your credibility and see the last days of your company. If you give me a chance to speak to your ceo i will be very happy to report him. Consumer satisfaction plays a very important role in the economy.

                        We have made a contract agreement for three years of service & maintenance for our classic aquagaurd water filter and process system. The agreement terms & condition were as per your procedure. The start date of the service agreement was 24/01/2015 and end date was 25/01/2018. But unfortunately you have not given any service till 29/05/2016. After requesting to you, you have provide a delayed service on 30/05/2016. We are not interested at all to avail such type of your service on requesting your people every time. Now we have to claim the total service charges with compensation from you. So we request you to refund the total amount of service charges as early as possible, otherwise we have to take further actions as per indian rule.
                        For further process we enclosed your service contract.

                            I called your rep Mr. Girish a week back to repair the tap of Aqua guard Enhanced purifier as he replaced my cartridges of 9 months ago as he had given his visiting card for any complain. In place of that he send a guy Mr Vignesh Naik who repaired the tap which I was not satisfied but as it was imminent I kept silence and he told me if you find any problem conact my moble no [protected] and the visiting card which he gave shows that he is a outsourced employee of AQUASHINE TECHNOLOGIES AND AUTHIRISED FRANCHISES OF EUREKA FORBES.my wife asked her to give the bill for the amount of Rs 650/ but he refused to give,
                            Within a week the whole Tap assembly came out and once I tried to contact he use to tell that I am out of station and another guy Mr Girish also didn't hinder any response. If this is the case then how we can trust like this people who sell out your name so badly. If the service goes poor and people complain does not addressed properly the market share goes down rapidly. Moreover I am a defense officer and immediately I will ask canteen store department to stop demanding your items as our grievances is not adhered. Kindly look into the issue as it will affect badly and the reputation of brand goes down ultimately everyone wants better service.

                              I'm from manikin da.We bought eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner on 13 May 2016... Sales people came for demo... He noticed a manufacturing defect. So we ask for replacement... We call the sales man daily but he refuses to attend the call... Till now he didn't called about the process of replacement...                                 Despite taking an AMC, the service centre in Bangalore is pathetic and completely indifferent. The service person has not been able to plug the problem of water leaking from the filter. He promises to attend to it "tomorrow" and never bothers to come or inform. Very disappointed with the local service centre.

                                  Hi all,

                                  I am writing this with all the frustration and pathetic experience with Aquaguard. I had raised a compliant for Aquaguard water purifier not working. The guy came from other company which is not from Aquaguard and he is from Aquacare and Ion Exacense. They changes all four pipes and collect around 8k from me. How the Euraka forbes complaints data went to Aquacare/Ion Exacense. This is completely unacceptable from Eureka forbes. I need proper replacement on filters and quality on water from Eureka forbes.

                                    We purchased aquaguard water purifier last year. On Saturday, we found green light is continuously blinking on the machine so we spoke to the call center and they raised a case #87377536 and technician came and informed that candles are done with their service which needs replacement. Annual maintenance charge is 5200 and after discount he charged 5000/-. On the same day all the 4 candles were changed. He told us to wait till it gets filled completely and empty the water purifier. But we found that after can is filled up water is overflowing and immediately called to the technician. He came on the next day i.e Sunday and fixed the over flow issue however once he left we saw there is blue light continuously blinking on the machine. We called to technician and this time he didn't turn up. Spoke to couple of executives and they asked to do some workarounds which include opening the lid and wait for 5-6mins, switch off the machine and close the lid. On the machine again which didn't work yet all for us. We informed the same but this time they are reluctant. considering the fact it is sunday, we waited till monday mrng and informed the same however they are telling the issue which was logged on Saturday was closed and log a new issue. Motherboard on the machine must have failed so it may take -4 days, this is really unbearable from a company like Eureka!! What kind of technicians are they maintaining?
                                    No proper service as well... When I tried to open a new case, service center people informed that the case/service request is not yet closed. When we are trying to reach to the technician or concerned authority they are not even answering my phone calls.

                                      The service is very below standard. The service man does not come in appropriate time without I d. Card, also he doesn't have any technical background to convince customer. He was after money. He explains irrevlant to put the stuff replacement. He was urging and eager only for money which is the below standard and company s. Name will get wrong interpretation. It ll come down. At the end he did not do anything left the place with arrogant attitude.

                                        It's dead. Everytime service man came but didn't resolve issue. My aquaguard is not working, it is showing red indicator. And also making noise at the time of purification and filling of water. But Eureka Forbes didn't take action for this issue. Serviceman came and didn't know about the machine. Now what to do. Resolve our issue otherwise I'll take legal action for it.
