Not received money receipt and AMC document even after payment for almost a month

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is very much unexpected from such brand like Aquagurad (Eureka forbes).

Recently I have exchanged an old aquagurad with Dr aquagurad Magna (RO+UV). For my previous aquagurad I have AMC also. Hence, during exchange I confirmed from the manager visited my house and he said that that the AMC will be adjusted accordingly. Around 20, 21st of May he visited and placed the order for new Dr. aqaugurad...

The level of customer grievance that your organisation offers is intolerable.
Still you guys are clueless on how to cater the issue. And whoever calls me, only says "I will
look into this." and the concern is you that guys are so indecent to arrange a follow-up.

This is to bring into your notice that I am using your product, Aquasure Smart Water Purifier

for a long time.
On 05/06/2014, a technician visited my place for a requested service. After closure, the
person spoke about rather insisted to get an AMC done. On his words and foreseeing the benefits I paid
Rs.2, 600/- and registered the AMC (Contract Receipt No.[protected].
The technician confirmed that there are two mandatory services and reqd. replacements in one
year and simply vanished after the payment.
I never received a call/SMS from Eureka Forbes nor the "promising technician" and also did not
receive any Euro smile membership card during the AMC tenure of two years what the Service person committed. My case was completely forgotten by your Co. Eureka Forbes.
Now within the last few days I am receiving SMSes for renewal of my AMC for which it struck on
my mind on the above AMC. Surprisingly, I was remembered by Eureka Forbes when payment has to be taken from me after two years.
I also called your service centre to at least accommodate two services as the AMC is just over by 5 days but the person-Govind repeatedly spoke about paid services and payments. He was not able to register the complaint as well.
This is what I will be expecting... (i)free service in the AMC I have paid for but never availed OR
(ii) a free extension for some time.
Looking for a positive and early reply.

Terrible services. Still the concern is pending. Flavourless water and leaking tube-all covered under AMC, but service not provided till date.

There is still no resolutions. Doesn't bother at all. This fact is quite inevitable from other complaints.

It is a very common saying by your team that the issue has been highlighted to the next level and seriously, they are also not aware on the next level.

A technician came up last Saturday (Rakesh) and he is also from some third party agency (Health Aqua Service, Sunlight Colony) and started blaming me and the authority who has done my previous AMC. He provided me a no. which has got an agent (Kowlesh/Minakshi) who makes false promises.

Some GL (Devendra from Sant Nagar) whom I called innumerable times whereas not got any replies till date was told that he is looking upto my complaint. Attached screenshots of text messages sent from my end.

Do I need to mention more of the poor after sales services that Aqua Guard provides, they are here to just make money.

    Bought aqua guard enhance 1.5 months back.Unit stopped working now.worst part is service is very poor.I am calling service centre every day and till now no body turned up.The brand new product is not working for last ten days and no body is bothered to attend.Will strongly recommend not to buy any aqua guard product since having poor quality and too poor service.

And on 3rd June 2016, the amount got debited from my account. However, till date even after number of follow-ups with the manager, neither he have handed over the money receipt to us, nor the AMC documents.

    I am very much worried and disappoint. When ever I call him, he said that "Don't worry, i am having the documents, will handover you tomorrow". But unfortunately that 'tomorrow' still didn't came.

    Hence, request you to kindly take necessary action so that I can get my money receipt and AMC documents at the earliest. Getting money receipt is my legal right in return of buying any goods. Also, AMC amount paid in full for the previous machine, till date, which is valid for more than a year.

      One intrusion alarm with accessories was ordered for rs 35, 000 vide order cum receipt # 01187 dt.25/5/2014 from manjunatha c m sr. Territory executive of ms ramaiah layout, tumkur road, bangalore.
      At the time of installation in dec.2014, they demanded additional rs 11, 000 for gsm dialer which was not told to me at the time of booking.
      I requested cancellation of order and refund and they refused and left and since then had not cared to contact me for the past 18 months.
      Request immediate refund of my booking amount for the following reasons
      No transperency of pricing and nil after sales service.

        I had purchased Aquaguard Reviva RO+UV+TDS two months before on 24th Apr'16. After numerous follow ups with the sales executive Manjesh and call center till now I have not received invoice and the puchased product details are also not registered for warranty. They just skip by telling in two days I will receive invoice and details will be updated.
        What kind of service is this that the customer has to follow up with these issues. Is it like sales are being fraud???
        Please look into this or else let me know the right forum to escalate.

          We parched a Aqua guard re viva in last year 28 July 2015 it is under warenty period, now i am facing problem in this i called 10 time to its customer care Exucative & his seniors also they told me to resolve the problem in 24 to 48 hrs but no one actually resolve the problem, last night i talk with Area manager Mr. Avdesh Shrivastav & he give me omly assurance that he will resolve the problem in 2 hrs, & After 2 hrs he is not responding to my phone.
          please help me & take disciplinary action on all these man who are cheating me from 1 month

            As per advised by compney exacutive i have changed filter of water purifier. But now it is overflowing. Now your copmney exacutive even not attending call. Because of overflowing, water has damage carpet, my 1 yr kid skit on flor and got same injuries.
            I think it is sufficient causes to take a legal action for poor services.
            So kindly take necessory action as soon as posible.

                I have told by senior technician mr. Padbanabhan and sundar raj, my filter will be made in same condition, the way it was purchases with all future working condition, with in week or max 2 weeks time, and they offer me 1 year extension of amc due to all this issue, i trusted there word, said ok for 1 year, i thought this issue will not happen again, and all my reported issue to them will be corrected as per given time both have said,


                But still i am waiting for them, when i call them they say we will get back to you,

                And again same story started, they way eureka forbes respond to customer.

                I can wait any more i want my amc money or extend complete 2 year amc and improve the service.

                To tell you there is no mean having amc with you guys and we buying water from out, when you not able provide the proper service, you can play with customer life, hope you know unhealthy water how much dangerous...

                  Can you escalate to higher management of eureka forbes, we been told with in week uv light part will be replace, it was really socking to know that complete amc period it was not working each time service engineer from eureka forbes, say's light indication is remove and not required, but they say uv light is working by seeing the uv bulb, does not confirm that light is working on filter...


                  I want the standby filter with same feature, if eureka forbes team not able to get the uv light part in time. or return my AMC money, when you not able to give the server there is no mean of having AMC charge..

                  There is no mean that complete 2 year they waiting for parts, then for what they taking amc when part not available with them.

                    My complaint no is 87667621. I have contacted aquaguard for change of filter for aquaguard NANO RO. It has not been changed till now and I have not got any reply from company's end. I lodged my complaint on 16th June 2016, and company executive promised to send technician in 2 days. I am ready to pay the amount company is asking, then such a pathetic service.

                        Hi this is asha. i have bought aquasure expert water purifier on 31st may, 2015. it started leaking from the second day of installation. from then we given many complaints. the technicians use to come and say some reason and use to go. this happened more than 10 times. we asked for replacement but they didnt agree for that. now one year has passed and that purifier is leaking again. this is 3rd time leaking this week. please help us what can we do now to resolve this issue. will they atleast replace the product now?

                          My customer i'd is [protected] and registered mobile no is [protected].

                          I am facing issue with my aqua guard set for the past 4 days and till date none turned up to fix the issue though raising multiple tickets and calls to customer care.

                          I have raised my first ticket on 16/6/2016 and ticket no is 87664640. Unfortunately this ticket has been closed stating problem is fixed. I wonder how the service man named ganesh (Mob no - [protected]) was able to fix with out visiting my home. He called me that he will attend the issue on 16th and took my adress, land mark and other details but didn't turned up. I have taken off to my office and waited for him on whole of 16th june 2016. Its lop of rs 7000 for me. On 16th evening he called me and told that he struck up some where and come by next day 17th june 2016 by morning 10 am. I agreed for it and took permission for 3 hrs in the morning from my office. I made several calls but he didn't pick up. I kept trying and he picked once and told that my area will not come under him. If that's the case he should have updated that earlier but he didn't. Worst part is he closed the ticket stating its fixed.

                          Next i have raised new ticket by calling customer care and the ticket no is 87685442. Again the ticket got assigned to same technician ganesh. If he is not the right person for my area i don't understand why they assign the ticket to that guy.

                          Its been 4 days since i raised my second ticket. I didn't receive a single call either from technician or from customer care. Only when i call they just say "sorry for the inconvenience" and read out all my details from the screen. I fed up hearing that again and again. Today i have called twice to customer care and they told that the issue would be fixed at any cost by today.

                            I had placed an online order for dr aquaguard magna ro filter with customer id: [protected] on may 17th and i received the item and installation has been done. No issues here.

                            But, my wife, rekha chenabatni also booked the same item without my knowledge. Her customer id is: [protected]. I had placed the cancellation request on eurekaforbes website on may 24th and the cancellation request id is: 001608.

                            But there is no refund until now, 20/06/2016, and when i call the eurekaforbes, e-commerce helpline,[protected], every-time they say they have not received the feedback from their head office. Kindly expedite and see to that i receive the refund to the same card with which rekha chenabatni booked this item. - thank you, praveen chenabatni, rekha chenabatni.

                            Its been 24 hrs, since I received your above comment that your Customer care will get back to me...And exactly 1 month since I lodged the refund request on your website...Your customer care is so lethargic that it needs a months time to react to public grievance.

                            My question is will you accept to deliver any Eurekaforbes item and agree to receive the payment after a months time. No right! why your money is dearer to you and my money is not dearer to me. Its ridiculous to say the least!!!

                              I own Aquaguard Magna model. My tap has been broken since 2 weeks and I have tried for its service a number of times. But no help was extended from Eureka Forbes. Also every time they register my complaint but no service personnel ever visited. The first time the service guy visited and inspected our machine. He advised us that he'll return with the tap the very next day and replace it. But he not only hinderred to visit but also updated their system that the service was done and the problem is resolved. This is the worst experience ever had from any company. My registered mobile number is +91 [protected]. Also I do have a baby in my house of 8 months and he's health is very much affected due to this.

                                I have raised a service request on 8th May regarding the Aquaguard water purifier not working and the compliant no is [protected]. The engineer came and the machine started working for one day. After that the same issue started. I called the same engineer and he arranged a new technician. This time the engineer again checked and said everything will be fine. Next day onwards the machine stopped working once again.
                                On 13th June a Mandatory service [protected] has been allocated to technician Mr. Nilesh Santosh Mishra. This service has been closed without attending by the technician on 14th June.
                                Today 19th June 16 i again called the aquaguard team for the service they said it will be chargeable as the AMC is out of contract.
                                But my request of May is still not resolved and at that time the AMC in contract. The same day they gave me another SR no 87720365. This time technician came and without doing nothing said this is cartige issue need to be replaced. It will be charged or else you renew your AMC.
                                I am very disappointed with the customer service of Eureka Forbes. The Eureka team fooling customers to renew their AMC without giving any solution. Even though my AMC was active before 10th June the service request team not given any solution.

                                I need the solution at the earliest as possible.

                                Im not received resolution yet. This is high time and I'm very upset with poor service. I think the company not at all bothered about after sales service.

                                I got a message on 1st June, 2020 that Mandatory Service for my GWPDREVRO10000 is done. Let me make it clear NO ONE CAME FOR ANY MANDATORY SERVICE! How can you write wrong things like this. This is the second time this has happened. I let it go the first time but I have to complain now. I don't know whom you are trying to show that you are very efficient. Poor show. Please acknowledge my complaint and assure me that this will not happen in future, I rang up your SOS Number on your website and the lady said someone will call me but no one has called as yet. Not expected from a company such as yours.

                                  Unprofessional & unprovoked uncultured behavior from Eureka Forbes where their senior customer relationship managers also do not take adequate action when their staff called me

                                  1. I am a beggar
                                  2. I am a 'Gira Huan Insaan'
                                  3. Threatened to stop service from Eureka Forbes (despite AMC contract till Sep 2016)
                                  4. Eureka Forbes threatened to call the POLICE to my house
                                  5. Eureka Forbes asked me to come to their office to collect the payment (if you have changed your process from Direct/ Home Service to Service at Service Center, you have not communicate the same to me in any form).

                                    Know whether customer court needs to be involved to get the service

                                      My Filter Enhance UV is in contract which I renewed by paying Rs.4000 but when the service engg came after contract for 1st time he said that only two filters need to be changed out of the four coz rest are good & we said Ok to that now its been 7 months when we changed the filter now my service request was to change all filters but a guy at service center in Kondhwa, Pune named Nitin Enterprises talks so rudely that 2 filters can never be changed he claims 7 months ago all 4 filters were changed. When the servicing & changing of filter is done right in front of my eyes this service center stays stubborn & says filter can't be changed now. My Complaint No now is 87660580. So the conclusion remains that the service engg or the service center do a contract take money from customer & instead of 4 change 2 filters & sell other 2 filters to other customers. Customer care does nothing but says talk to Nitin Enterprises. Pissed of at treating customers like this. If this issue isnt resolved I better I buy a new filter or I will never get service.
