I purchsed the aquaguard enhance green ro through their sales outlet functioning at #365, ii floor, 14th main, shantiniketan layout, arekere village, bg road, bangalore-560076 on 13 03 2015. (Their dc ref: 25165809and order ref:[protected].
At the time of booking the order the group customer sales specialist mr. Mohan kumar said that there would be 2 free services in the first year and for the second year there was a special offer of 3 check up+ service free for those who booked in march 2015.
This was given in writing to us on the bill.In the first year they did only one service as against two promised, that too after we reminded them.
On 17th may when we spoke with mr mohan kumar for a free check up and free service, as part of the promised ii year package, he agreed to send someone. A representative came on 23rd may but said that there is no free service available in the second year and that if we want service we should pay the service charge. Neither he, nor his supervisor had any response when we mentioned the 2nd year free service offer (Given in writing to us). Mr mohan kumar has till now, remained unavailable for comment and his phone is either constantly unreachable or switched off. Thus they are going back on their commitment. This is a clear case of cheating the customer with false promises only to achieve their sales target. We look forward to positive redressal of this issue.
