I request your urgent attention to a alleged case of fraud committed by one of your dealer representatives on my aged parents and at the same time, a total lack of empathy coupled with irresponsibility exhibited by your customer service center.
My parents had been convinced to upgrade our existing water purifier to the latest model "REVIVA" by a sales representative from one your dealers namely Aquapure services, located at Bangalore. The specific details are at the bottom of the email.
The representative had been servicing our existing purifier for a couple of years now but this time offered my parents an upgrade to "Reviva" in exchange along with a Re 3000/- discount.
My parents paid him Re 8640/- in cash and were provided a receipt, attached for your reference.
The receipt is dated 14 May 2016 and that was the last they heard of him.
My parents are senior citizens, have been trying to call on the numbers provided but have been unable to make any contact with him there after.
After this was brought to my notice, I have reached out to your so called " customer confidence Center" and all I have are two complaint numbers .

[protected], this one was apparently a reference after escalation.
It had now been more than 2 weeks after the escalated reference number and we have no updates what so ever.
