Two months back i registered a service request that the water quality is not good. The technician checked and said filter is not working, need to be replaced. I paid 3500 rupees and replaced. Again the water quality is not good and the technician now says the filter is gone again. I don't know what the hell is going on with eureka forbes. Should we just need to pay 3500 bucks every two months for this machine? I checked with customer care but no convincing response. Please help!

    On may 15th, i had raised a service request for water slow and water not clear issue. Same day engineer came but he left saying some spare parts he has not brought and he will get them within two days. He pointed that if he does not come in two days register a complaint. Post 15th may, i had register several complaints and reference numbers are 87019143, 87081841,[protected]

    Though my machine is under amc, they are not responding and i had to incur rs 100 to get daily three cans. I wants compensation from eureka forbes for making false promises by their engineers.

    Customer representative states surely they will arrange tomorrow. But no one comes. We had taken amc but seems like eureka customer call centre makes me feel that we have to beg for service engineers.

      Reference: complaint no.87119387 dated[protected].
      Even though eureka forbes has entered into an annual maintenance contract, in respect of water purifier reviva, vide, contract no.[protected] on[protected] for a period of 2 years from[protected] to[protected], against the payment of rs.8270/-, it does not bother to render the service expected of it; in spite of repeated request. As a result, my family is suffering without water to drink. This deliberate act of failure on the part of eureka forbes to render the service for which it has collected the money in advance, by way of the amc; tantamount to criminal breach of trust. This is a clear case of highly deplorable deficiency of service. The manner in which eureka forbes has deliberately defunct its email id: [protected]@eurekaforbes.com, furnished in the amc, with the ulterior motive to let its customers run pillar to post; is atrocious.

        I had purchased an Aquasure from QRS Kottayam in Aug 2014. Now the water is coming in a very slow rate from it. I had registered a complaint via moble. (Ref No 8711403) My Registered Mobile No is [protected]. Customer ID is [protected]. The problem is not yet resolved. I had called the Customer care via mobile on 14/05/2016 and they have assured to resolve the problem within two days. But no body has yet attendned my problem. Kindly look into the matter.

          मेरे एक्वागार्ड का पावर केबल काम नहीं कर रहा है। दिनांक 13 मई 2016 को एक कंपलेन कस्टम केयर नंबर[protected] पर दर्ज कराया जिसका नंबर 87099783 है। उसके बाद कंपनी के दो कर्मचारी जिनका माेबाइल नंबर [protected] और [protected] से फोन आया। लेकिन उसके बाद सर्विंसग के नाम पर सिर्फ ही किया गया लेकिन काम कुछ नहीं हुआ। वह फोन मैंन ही किया। एक बार उनके तरफ से फोन आया था। फिर उसके बाद एक कर्मचारी आए-चेक कर उन्होंने ही बताया कि केबल में फॉल्ट है। केबल चेंज करना पड़ेगा। लेकिन उसके बाद कोई काम नहीं किया गया और मेरे शिकायत नंबर को बंद कर दिया गया। कस्टर केयर पर दोबारा फोन किया तो पता चला कि आपके शिकायत का निवारण कर दिया गया जबकि वास्तविक में ऐसा हुआ नहीं। फिर एक नया शिकायत दर्ज हुआ जिसका नंबर 87180742 दर्ज हुआ दिनांक 18 मई 2016 को। उस पर 19 मई 2016 तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई। ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि कंपनी के कर्मचारी सर्विस सही ढंग से नहीं दे रहे हैं। इससे यह पता चलता है कि कंपनी की कार्यप्रणाली अच्छी नहीं है। एक बार फिर देखते है कि मेरे शिकायत का निवारण कब तक होता है।

            Even after 12 days of complaint, no one eureka forbes contacted for service, customer care executives (Viz, chaitra, sandeep, etc.) gave number of managers (Ratan raju and rao) that were not working or either switched offed all the times.
            Raised the complaint around 15 times and customer care executives out the call on "hold" every time and wasted nearly 300 ruppees of mine.

              I purchased this product in september 2015 from a local shop in bhopal. I will explain it serial wise

              1. After i bought the product it got installed in 2 days time and after it started working i needed to shut it down on the same day after the installation due to bad smell and taste as it was unbearable to drink.

              2. I tried registering my complaint through their website and it failed miserably, it even failed to generate a complaint id and the reason i was told afterwards was that my product information was not updated on the server.

              3. The next thing which i tried doing is i called the customer care no which was given on the machine and will you believe that they took the whole two months to address this small issue and in these two months we were drinking the normal filtered water.

              4.In december 2015 it again came back in working condition and worked fine for the next two months.

              5.In feb 2016 it again stopped working and again the guy came and sorted out the problem and he told that the whole filter is choked and needed to be replaced, the laughable thing is that in the use of nearly 2 and a half months whole mechanism got choked even when the pre filter which was recommended by the service guy was installed.

              6. And finally today on 18 may 2016 it again stopped working and i called the service guy and he was not at all interested in fixing the issue and all my family members are in chaos without drinking water in the scorching heat of degrees, can you imagine it, can you see it that how irresponsible a company can be who claims itself of being the leader of water purification mechanisms. We all are fed up of their product and services and need to get rid of it asap!!!

              Now my sincere and humble request to eureka forbes is that please refund the money which i spent on purchasing this useless product, and i will escalate this issue in front of the consumer forum, but before doing this i request you to please refund the amount or else i will serve you a notice before going to the forum as per the rules.

                Dear customer care,

                I am emailing you with reference to my purchase below.

                My vaccum cleaner stopped having any suction power after the first time i used it.

                I logged in a service request and today two individuals came for the same.

                I was shocked to see that both of them were seeing the product for the very first time and had no idea how to service it.

                They first asked me to purchase a new filter and when i said its only been two months since i bought it, they said it will be fine after cleaning the filter with a blower.

                After they left, my vaccum cleaner is still in the same state it was in before they came.

                I called up you customer care just a few minutes ago and they provided me a number of the kerala area manager. I tried contacting him, but he is not picking up his phone either.

                This is the worst experience i have ever had buying any product...

                If you cannot provide meaningful support for your products, please stop selling them and take back the product. When a company does not care or value its customers, that's when you have to seriously think about shutting down operations!

                  On 13/05/2016 the machine was delivered to our home at vinobanagar next day, when it was installed it was found to be defective and leaking water.

                  The service guy did not have the right tools to repair it and left.

                  We had to call service center repeatedly to get them to replace the machine.
                  Then he came today 17/05/2016 with new piece which was again defective.

                  I request you to take action on the same and get us proper working water purifier.

                    Service technicians have deferred service of my water purifier (Enh-uv) due on 19/05/16 (Amc from 21/05/13 to 20/05/16) for last consecutive dates despite prior appointment and resulted which i had to postponed my busy schedule works on couple of days. Lastly on 17/05/16 at 5.44 p. M one technician boy (Mobile no. [protected]) has refused to come to my home for giving service of the same and said that company will contact me later. So, i fell to understand who will give service of the product. Due to deficiency of service on the part of the company i shall be constrained to take legal action, if necessary.                       I am writing this with lot of frustration about your service. This is not the first time i am going through such a pathetic experience with your service. I logged a service request on friday 13th may for my water purifier; no one contacted or turned up. On sunday 15th i am getting a message to rate your service. I called customer care, the person informed me that they will arrange the technician next day before 12 noon and it will be escalated. Again no one turned up, but again today 17th may i got the message from you asking to rate your service. This is so much disgusting to fool the people like this. This time also i called the customer care as it’s my need now to get it serviced,, this time also i have been informed me the service request will be addressed by today. Neither the escalation through portal works nor calling the customer care works. Customer care gives me an escalation contact number [protected] & [protected] both are not reachable. See.                         I have an 'aquagard "nova" water purifier' machine of your company. My customer code no is [protected] purchased on 2004. I regularly mentain amc with your local authorised service franchisee. Presently the service is provided by m/s sudip ghosh moulick, b. P. Code no 12407.
                        Couple of weeks back, i had a problem with the (Body) power switch of my aquagard. I send a service request (Req) to the requsite ph no. The service personel came and after a long trial, it was detected with my help that the power switch has been damaged. His preliminary opinion was ' the transformer has been damaged'. When i pointed out that bypassing the power switch the machine starts functioning, the real fault dawned him. He said that it will take two to three days time to replace the part, because it has to be procured by sending a divident. I requested him to make do with some old switch if he had with him, otherwise i shall face great difficulty in getting my drinking water. He searched his bag and found one, but naturally that switch was also a little defective. He promised me to replace the same with a new one, as soon as he procures it. He got me signed the service card and went away.
                        When 10 days passed after this and i could contact neither the person nor the franchisee, i lodged another service request.In response to that the franchisee enquired about my problem over telephone. I informed the episode in short and said that the power switch was not changed by a new one. Within a short time the service person (Mr. Animesh roy) called me on phone and started arguing about the past episode that he had to replace the (Old & faulty) switch supplied by him. Finally he came spoke very roughly with my wife and used improper pronouns about me, behind my back. I hereby inform you that ultimately he didn't change the old switch supplied early. He has also threatened (Behind my back) that he will not provide service to me in future.
                        Now, my question to the company is, am i not entitled to get a new spare in case of consequential damage, when i am mentaining amc (Upto 09/03/2017) with the local franchisee as well as the company? Is there no other service person to serve me other than the mentioned one? How dare he talk in impolished way to a customer of the company?
                        My request to you is, replace the said service person for providing further service to me and make a detailed enquiry regarding the total episode and take necessary action.

                            Hocking dirt and rubbish found in 20 l can of aquasure pakaged drinking water.

                            Eureka forbes advertises it as safe and healthy drinking water. However, to my utter dismay the aquasure 20l can that we source from sandeep chatterjee distributor at tollygunge purna mitra road, kolkata contained lots of dirt & rubbish in the newly opened 20l can of water.

                            We were asked by the distributor to contact mr souvik of eureka forbes, kolkata and lodge a complaint. However, the gentleman informed that he is from the sales dept and not the right person to take the complaint. When i requested him to give the name & contact details of the right people at eureka forbes he refused to give their details.

                            When i informed him that if i don't get the contact details of relevant people whom i can complain then i will have to upload the pictures and lodge the complaint on the consumer forum... And the simple & rude answer i got was : "do whatever you want, i don't care.. I will not listen to you".

                            A simple quality check at their production or distribution center would have identified the dirty water... However, it is sad and shocking that the problem was identified only at the customer's location and shows the sorry state of your processes. On top of that they have insensitive and rude staff to increase the agony of your customers.

                            The aquasure water is used by many people across the country for health reasons.. And i am one of them. However, it seems all customers of aquasure across the country are putting their health at severe risk by drinking your water.

                              I have a eureka forbes euroclean wet and dry vacuum cleaner on which a part (Black adopter - small - for connecting the various brushes) is missing/lost.

                              I contacted the service guys (Number availed from eureka forbes website) and lodged a complaint for providing the missing part on october, 2015 for which i mentioned that i will bear the payment. The service guy came back with a part in november, 2015 which wasn't compatible with the vacuum cleaner.

                              I then contacted the manager in tinsukia (Mr pabitra roy, mobile - [protected]) and he ensured the part will be provided very soon and a consignment was to arrive from guwahati shortly.

                              After repeated calling too, i wasn't provided the part stating some excuse and in february, 2016, mr roy mentioned that the part will be available in 1st week of april, 2016.

                              Therefore, i called him again in the 2nd week of april, 2016, and was told that they were busy with accounts closing and all.

                              I last called him on 11th may, 2016 and was informed that the part will be provided tomorrow (I. E., 12th may, 2016).

                              I am yet to receive the part and it has been 7 months since the request was made. It is an irony that eureka forbes send there sales executives to our homes in sweet-talking customers to buy their products but post-sales service of eureka forbes provided is worst (I have a eureka forbes aqua guard too)

                                I, Md.Giasuddin Bhuiya, member of the Halder Para Jame Masjid/Mosque ( S-123 Halder Para Jame Masjid, Kolkata-700018) would like to lodge a complaint against the poor service from the Eureka Forbes branch in Bhawanipore, Kolkata. We had purchased a vacuum cleaner( UV-450) from your company in 2014 and it functioned well. But around April 2015, it broke down and since then we contacted your customer care service for almost ten to fifteen times in the duration of five months and then we were sent a person named Sanjiv Ghosh of the Bhawanipore branch in kolkata. He informed us that the motor wasn't in working condition anymore and a new motor had to be bought so we ordered a new motor to him personally and we said whatever the price would be required we would pay for the motor. He didn't arrive and we tried contacting him on his personal phone number but of no vain. In almost 25 days our holy month of Ramadan is going to arrive and our mosque is getting untidy and this has become a real problem.
                                Please look into our matter considerably and try to find a solution really soon.

                                  I purchased a new machine(Magna HD...)in Dec 2015. It didn't even last for a month and started showing severe problems within a month. . The machine overflows like anything and flooding my kitchen and connected hall which is dangerous.
                                  The machine was replaced after 3 unsuccessful repair by the engineers but even the new machine developed the same problem
                                  in a month. Water overflows out of the machine top and we are forced to switch that off. It is not at all a good quality product from
                                  Eureka Forbes. How can two machines develop the same problem, it shows some fundamental problem with the machine hardware/s and that
                                  is not at all safe to use. I am not sure if water filter is working as the taste is not consistent. I am very depresses with the product
                                  and would like to return and get the refund. I have been with Eureka Forbes for last 13 years and used more than 5 products so far but
                                  this one is going to kill my loyalty for sure.
                                  I contacted eureka forbes through email and phone but didn't get any response. It is one of the worst experience so far.
                                  I can not trust even on the replacement now, so please suggest the best way forward.

                                  Please see if you can do something on urgent basis. The machine use to make noise, overflows and causing a mess in my Kitchen.
                                  Info provided on 20th May and today is 11th July and no one responded. I have sent 10s of reminders to EureForbes but not a even a single word response from them. I fee like cheated. First a faulty machine is delivered, then it was replaced with another faulty machine and 10s of visit by their unskilled engineers to fix the issues. I can't imagine how such a big brand like Eurekaforbes serve their customers. I am not going to buy any product from them in future for sure. Worst ever experience. A very unsafe product and worst ever customer service I have seen so far.

                                    Its really painful chasing people all the time with no response from your end to my complaints. I cald customer care of eureka forbes and even ezone store where i purchased. Even visited the store several times and no response.
                                    Even after lodging so many complaints there is no update yet. Im so frustrated and want to return the product.

                                      I have returned the product and filled the form 25 days back, till now no response from eureka forbes, they are not giving proper response

                                      I have called customer care 100 times on [protected] and they say it is in progress, but no proper help from eureka forbes, i spent more then 1000/- for making calls, i think they are cheating customers.

                                        I purchased a new unit of water purifier on 2nd May 10, 2016, installed on 4th May 10, 2016.
                                        The same stopped working on 5th May …..
                                        A technician visited on 6th may and said that the electronic card needs to replaced ….!
                                        After lot of follow ups, technicians again visited on 10th & 11th and could not fix the problem with the electronics !
                                        My complaint registration no. is - [protected].
                                        Worst part of the whole process is the dialogue is one way - nobody from the company is giving me feedback on the status of my complaint and further actions.

                                        Even the earlier model UV+ is also giving similar problems repeatedly and hence I decided to change to latest model ...
                                        But the problem now comes with very new unit ...
                                        I have requested their customer care to give me a replacement unit but no response to my mail for past 2 days !!

                                        I had purchased euroclean wet n dry vaccum cleaner. But there is problem of pipe loosing.and got worst experience of servicing workers.from 1month they didny attained complaint for servicing..this company euaroclean gives worst servicing.no one comes for servicing to my place after calling in eurohelpline 100times
