    Hi, I have purchased Eureka Forbes Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD UV+ RO+ water filter online on 15/05/16 by making payment of Rs. 17490 (order ID: [protected]). However I received Aquaguard UV worth Rs. something 12000. After complaining (Ref no[protected] about the wrong shipment Eureka Forbes said will replace correct product on Monday 23rd May. However we did not receive replacement by 24 May eve. This has been a frustrating experience since...

    I purchsed the aquaguard enhance green ro through their sales outlet functioning at #365, ii floor, 14th main, shantiniketan layout, arekere village, bg road, bangalore-560076 on 13 03 2015. (Their dc ref: 25165809and order ref:[protected].
    At the time of booking the order the group customer sales specialist mr. Mohan kumar said that there would be 2 free services in the first year and for the second year there was a special offer of 3 check up+ service free for those who booked in march 2015.
    This was given in writing to us on the bill.In the first year they did only one service as against two promised, that too after we reminded them.
    On 17th may when we spoke with mr mohan kumar for a free check up and free service, as part of the promised ii year package, he agreed to send someone. A representative came on 23rd may but said that there is no free service available in the second year and that if we want service we should pay the service charge. Neither he, nor his supervisor had any response when we mentioned the 2nd year free service offer (Given in writing to us). Mr mohan kumar has till now, remained unavailable for comment and his phone is either constantly unreachable or switched off. Thus they are going back on their commitment. This is a clear case of cheating the customer with false promises only to achieve their sales target. We look forward to positive redressal of this issue.

    We spoke with customer care on 17th May, but they refused to accept the written undertaking given by Mr Mohan Kumar re 3 free services in the 2nd year. They also had no answer/ or alternative suggestion when we mentioned that we have received only 1 service in the 1st year, that too after we reminded them.
    After this, we spoke with Mr Mohan Kumar who promised to take care of the issue and that he will send someone for a free check up of the appliance. In all this, we were not given any Compaint/ Service request number. Remaining story is in our original complaint.

      As above I have Aquaguard purifier of Eurekafores as it's not working I had lock my complain on high priority Base on thursday 19.5.2016 of above complain number.

      In these I had call on Friday to confirmation that if any service technical will visit today they assure me he will by today but after 3 pm I call again and talk to Mr.Nilesh Sr.excecutive but he also take responsibility that in evening our technicians will visit.

      After on Saturday morning I call and again in service center and again talk to executive but every time they commit and fail to respond my complain.

      In these I had also mail in customer care regarding my issue on Saturday but they also not reply properly.

      I therefore request to you to take seriously action on company as well as service technical department

      Please reply me and report me for the complain asap

        Under AMC contract no.22373965 dt.18/06/2013, for subject empty; company has been totally irresponsible and shown callous attitude with no accountability in servicing and attending to complaints. The co;'s outsourced agents are unskilled and irresponsible and try to harass customers rather than supporting them with no data being monitored on complaints and having no information on their system about anything, w.r.t. Product, customer etc;.Even Eureka Forbes do not have any info about product, contract, customer etc; in their system and no follow up on their outsourcing agents .The co; do not even monitor action on complaints or follow ups. The present AMC ends on 18/05/16 and since 12/05/16, no one has bothered to see the functioning of the eqpt; in spite of repeated follow ups with co; even after talking to co;'s service manager Ms.Leena (lower parcel office) on 20/05/16.

          Can you escalate to higher management of eureka forbes, we been told with in week uv light part will be replace, it was really socking to know that complete amc period it was not working each time service engineer from eureka forbes, say's light indication is remove and not required, but they say uv light is working by seeing the uv bulb, does not confirm that light is working on filter...


          As per the amc service, it was no given and only one time filter replace so far, next one due still,

          I want the standby filter with same feature, if eureka forbes team not able to get the uv light part in time.

          There is no mean that complete 2 year they waiting for parts, then for what they taking amc when part not available with them.

            I have registered complain online, through phone but all in vain.

              I have availed amc for my acua sure water purifier (I berry) model. I have paid an amount of rs. 3500.00 for this. However, when my product stopped working (Since march 27), i have made a complaint in the costumer care for repair on mar 29.Initially they kept the product for 1 month. Now they are neither repairing the product nor replacing it...

              So i want the amc amount should be refunded to me. They stopped responding...

                I had lodge twice complaints on customer care vide no. 86785158 & 87189589 on 54/4/16 and 19/05/2016 respectively but no revert message or call received in this regard.
                If such a repute company deals with its customers in such a way after selling the products it will definitely brings bad name to company
                O please look into the matter and send an engineer to repair vacuum cleaner which was purchased from your company.

                  I had emailed to you a problem that i ma facing with forbes. My complaint status update no. Is 1280129. After registering a complaint, 3 personnel's one of whom was a manager of the forbes co. Did come to my place and informed me that a replacement was to be installed at my house, however it was 8 days since they have come. However till date that is the last i have heard of him.
                  I therefore request you to please look into the matter., and revert back to me.
                  I must confess that it is really annoying that in spite of paying the money in full, i have to face such trouble.
                  Kindly look into the matter and revert to me as soon as possible.

                    I have purchased the aqua guard from the sales executives who had come home and started calling us after the demo continuously agreed to it and purchased aqua guard and also vacuum cleaner, the issue is with the aqua guard i had an similar issue a couple of months back the water doesnt store and the out flow is too much so i raised a complaint and the person came and told the purifier is gone and replaced it ever since then it worked properly for a month and now i have the same issue i had called the customer care on 18-may-2016 and raised a complaint (Complaint #[protected] they told me that with in 24 hours the person will come and rectify the issue, there was no response from your end and then i called the customer care again on 21-may-2016 the lady who picked the call said she will send the senior person on the same day or the next day with in 12pm i, e. On sunday 22-may-2016, nothing happened i called the customer care no response then i called in today 23-may-2016 first lady picked the call and disconnected the call, again i called back the person called sanketh picked the call i gave him the ticket # he said he will check put me on hold and after 2 mins disconnected the call ever since then i am not able to get connected to the customer care center.
                    I have spent around 600rs to buy water cans till date
                    Firstly train your people to have manners while talking to customers and to give false promises just to get rid of the call and also have some ethics.

                    A very bad service by you guys pathectic service i shouldnt have taken your product.

                      I have a amc with eureka forbes and last 4 months I am struggling to keep water purifier working n number of calls logged and several time engineers are visiting but all efforts went in vain. I have entered in to AMC to get purified water but it is not working at all and top of it unskilled worker from local agency broken internal part and now from last days it is leaking

                      I don't want to continue the AMC and I want refund since it is comprehensive contract with no use

                        Two months back i registered a service request that the water quality is not good. The technician checked and said filter is not working, need to be replaced. I paid 3500 rupees and replaced. Again the water quality is not good and the technician now says the filter is gone again. I don't know what the hell is going on with eureka forbes. Should we just need to pay 3500 bucks every two months for this machine? I checked with customer care but no convincing response. Please help!

                          On may 15th, i had raised a service request for water slow and water not clear issue. Same day engineer came but he left saying some spare parts he has not brought and he will get them within two days. He pointed that if he does not come in two days register a complaint. Post 15th may, i had register several complaints and reference numbers are 87019143, 87081841,[protected]

                          Though my machine is under amc, they are not responding and i had to incur rs 100 to get daily three cans. I wants compensation from eureka forbes for making false promises by their engineers.

                          Customer representative states surely they will arrange tomorrow. But no one comes. We had taken amc but seems like eureka customer call centre makes me feel that we have to beg for service engineers.

                            Reference: complaint no.87119387 dated[protected].
                            Even though eureka forbes has entered into an annual maintenance contract, in respect of water purifier reviva, vide, contract no.[protected] on[protected] for a period of 2 years from[protected] to[protected], against the payment of rs.8270/-, it does not bother to render the service expected of it; in spite of repeated request. As a result, my family is suffering without water to drink. This deliberate act of failure on the part of eureka forbes to render the service for which it has collected the money in advance, by way of the amc; tantamount to criminal breach of trust. This is a clear case of highly deplorable deficiency of service. The manner in which eureka forbes has deliberately defunct its email id: [protected]@eurekaforbes.com, furnished in the amc, with the ulterior motive to let its customers run pillar to post; is atrocious.

                              I had purchased an Aquasure from QRS Kottayam in Aug 2014. Now the water is coming in a very slow rate from it. I had registered a complaint via moble. (Ref No 8711403) My Registered Mobile No is [protected]. Customer ID is [protected]. The problem is not yet resolved. I had called the Customer care via mobile on 14/05/2016 and they have assured to resolve the problem within two days. But no body has yet attendned my problem. Kindly look into the matter.

                                मेरे एक्वागार्ड का पावर केबल काम नहीं कर रहा है। दिनांक 13 मई 2016 को एक कंपलेन कस्टम केयर नंबर[protected] पर दर्ज कराया जिसका नंबर 87099783 है। उसके बाद कंपनी के दो कर्मचारी जिनका माेबाइल नंबर [protected] और [protected] से फोन आया। लेकिन उसके बाद सर्विंसग के नाम पर सिर्फ ही किया गया लेकिन काम कुछ नहीं हुआ। वह फोन मैंन ही किया। एक बार उनके तरफ से फोन आया था। फिर उसके बाद एक कर्मचारी आए-चेक कर उन्होंने ही बताया कि केबल में फॉल्ट है। केबल चेंज करना पड़ेगा। लेकिन उसके बाद कोई काम नहीं किया गया और मेरे शिकायत नंबर को बंद कर दिया गया। कस्टर केयर पर दोबारा फोन किया तो पता चला कि आपके शिकायत का निवारण कर दिया गया जबकि वास्तविक में ऐसा हुआ नहीं। फिर एक नया शिकायत दर्ज हुआ जिसका नंबर 87180742 दर्ज हुआ दिनांक 18 मई 2016 को। उस पर 19 मई 2016 तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई। ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि कंपनी के कर्मचारी सर्विस सही ढंग से नहीं दे रहे हैं। इससे यह पता चलता है कि कंपनी की कार्यप्रणाली अच्छी नहीं है। एक बार फिर देखते है कि मेरे शिकायत का निवारण कब तक होता है।

                                  Even after 12 days of complaint, no one eureka forbes contacted for service, customer care executives (Viz, chaitra, sandeep, etc.) gave number of managers (Ratan raju and rao) that were not working or either switched offed all the times.
                                  Raised the complaint around 15 times and customer care executives out the call on "hold" every time and wasted nearly 300 ruppees of mine.

                                    I purchased this product in september 2015 from a local shop in bhopal. I will explain it serial wise

                                    1. After i bought the product it got installed in 2 days time and after it started working i needed to shut it down on the same day after the installation due to bad smell and taste as it was unbearable to drink.

                                    2. I tried registering my complaint through their website and it failed miserably, it even failed to generate a complaint id and the reason i was told afterwards was that my product information was not updated on the server.

                                    3. The next thing which i tried doing is i called the customer care no which was given on the machine and will you believe that they took the whole two months to address this small issue and in these two months we were drinking the normal filtered water.

                                    4.In december 2015 it again came back in working condition and worked fine for the next two months.

                                    5.In feb 2016 it again stopped working and again the guy came and sorted out the problem and he told that the whole filter is choked and needed to be replaced, the laughable thing is that in the use of nearly 2 and a half months whole mechanism got choked even when the pre filter which was recommended by the service guy was installed.

                                    6. And finally today on 18 may 2016 it again stopped working and i called the service guy and he was not at all interested in fixing the issue and all my family members are in chaos without drinking water in the scorching heat of degrees, can you imagine it, can you see it that how irresponsible a company can be who claims itself of being the leader of water purification mechanisms. We all are fed up of their product and services and need to get rid of it asap!!!

                                    Now my sincere and humble request to eureka forbes is that please refund the money which i spent on purchasing this useless product, and i will escalate this issue in front of the consumer forum, but before doing this i request you to please refund the amount or else i will serve you a notice before going to the forum as per the rules.

                                      Dear customer care,

                                      I am emailing you with reference to my purchase below.

                                      My vaccum cleaner stopped having any suction power after the first time i used it.

                                      I logged in a service request and today two individuals came for the same.

                                      I was shocked to see that both of them were seeing the product for the very first time and had no idea how to service it.

                                      They first asked me to purchase a new filter and when i said its only been two months since i bought it, they said it will be fine after cleaning the filter with a blower.

                                      After they left, my vaccum cleaner is still in the same state it was in before they came.

                                      I called up you customer care just a few minutes ago and they provided me a number of the kerala area manager. I tried contacting him, but he is not picking up his phone either.

                                      This is the worst experience i have ever had buying any product...

                                      If you cannot provide meaningful support for your products, please stop selling them and take back the product. When a company does not care or value its customers, that's when you have to seriously think about shutting down operations!
