I am writing this with utmost pain and anger on your service. I have a old Euroclean Jet vaccum cleaner, which i have been using it for more than 10 years. In the last 2 two months the power chord recoil failed, later in two weeks the entire device power failed.
In month of March i called up the service center and asked for service, they told Rs.400 for door step, since the device isn't of daily need i requested for customer walkin. They referred to T.Nagar (Burkit Road), so when i had to visit T.Nagar, i took this to them. They said, they could not honor customer walkin at their center, hence referred to Padur. I called them up, since i used to travel to Kelambakkam weekly once. They referred to Madipakkam. I called them to check, as i used to travel to Madipakkam thrice a week. There also they refused for customer walkin and told will get back with correct contact details. As you can guess now, they never returned back.
So i decided to request for door step service and booked a complaint on 1st week of Apri, 2016. The case got escalated in a week as no one turned up to service. After escalation no one has turned out for more than 3 weeks.
You claim to provide a world class service, but the real thing what you are providing is above service. You do not have a proper Customer request tracking and escalation process in place to ensure such things are occurring.
I request you to consider this as a high priority and act immediately to get my appliance serviced.
