I purchased an Dr.Aquaquard Magna UV water purifier in Aug - 2015.In last 8 months i have faced issues with sensors and i have called up the Aquaguard service person more than 4 - 5 times.After it is repaired it comes back to old faulty state in another one week.

I want a replacement for this faulty Water purifier.

    Hi,

    I had purchased dr. Aquaguard ro+uv

    Details:
    Order no:[protected]
    Customer id: [protected]

    While purchasing the sales person "ajay", mobile : [protected], had made the following deal.

    1) take back the old aquaguard purifier we have for 1000rs.
    2) refund 500rs. For the wrist watch that comes along with it.
    3) provide a cover for the aquaguard machine we purchased.

    Once we paid the money online, they are not even responding.
    Even after logging complaints (Service request [protected]), nothing is happening.

    Initially i was asked to wait till 21st april, later they asked me to wait till 3rd may and now when i called i am been asked to wait till 15th may.

    On a personal note, i have never seen just 3rd class service anywhere.

    Not sure what should i do now, please guide.

    Still I have not got any response, even after repeatedly calling eurekaforbes representatives.
    The duration of the service request has expired and it was even escalated to the next level, still I have not received even a call.

    Its not about money, but keeping your deal, ppl need to come forward to stop such non sense, or else these companies would always exploit common ppl.

      I have taken aquaguard magna hd RO before six months.

      My complain number 86913080
      It is in warranty period within it's not working properly. I have complained within 15 days 3 times 2 times complain honoured but 3rd times i have complained at customer care of eureka forbes before 5 days they committ that they will provide service within 2 working days but still i have suffered aftet 5 working days.
      Nearest service centre of aquaguard is GP Enterprises Patel nagar new delhi .
      I have received a call from before 3 days and its provide a number [protected] name Dev he told me he will come in evening but not came then he told me he will came next day but not came then he told me i will came next day but not .
      Today he told me when i called him he told me i will not come today i am on leave.
      I am very much disappointed with the eureka forbes services and also product

        I have ordered for a eureka forbes dr. Aquagurad magna uv+ro purifier for rs.17490/- from www.eurekaforbes.com site on 29 april 2016.
        Product idle in home since then and getting calls to provide feedback on installation.
        I had chat with customer care on site and provided installation request id 95310195, where there is no reply since then.
        I got a call from hyderabad eureka forbes that engineer would attend the job immediately, but actually these guys called me ask how was the installation done again. To their surprise it isn't yet done. So i raised a request again and made repeated calls, this is my job since 2 days. This is leading to mental agony seriously.

        Later i have placed a return of product request since a 30 day guaranty with out questions is promised, since this done through online i got a request id again, but no one is picking up the product, which brought a me serious doubt whether these guys return my money.

        So after suggestions from social forums when i posted my concern, i got this suggestion to file consumer complain against these cheaters.

        As such when we have live chat on website, there is option to send over chat to mentioned email, but we will never receive, this is again a big fraud to hide the facts.

          Dear sir/ madam,

          I have purchased and installed dr aquagaurd magna on 12th nov2015. Since 23-jan-2016 that ran into issues. From jan-2016, the filter works only for 10 days. You can see from the log that i have raised complaints on jan, feb, mar, apr, may2016 for filter not working.

          Your technicians are too busy and attend to service after several calls. Why would a brand new product go into issues every 10 days. The product is defctive.

          Please replace my product.

            Have an amc on this product from 12/7/14 to 11/7/17. 3 periodical services and one change of filter, carbon etc. Is per amc agreement. Have made only 3 visits in last 2 years so far and changed filter once, that is, on 14/1/15. I've been trying to schedule a service since last one and half months without success. Called their service center more than 6 times, logged service through system ([protected] dated 26/4/16), escalated the service request through the system, called service in charge mr. Dinesh several times (He picked up phone once asking to text details, since then he doesn't even pick up phones) but of no use. Forgot to mention that a service guy came home without service record card refusing to change filter. Don't know what to do? Guys, never ever go for a service contract with these irresponsible unprofessional company!

              Okay i have been using ef products for more than 15 years and this is the first time i have experienced such issues. But they have been a nightmare. My ro+uv machine is not working and is under amc and from the last one month i have been complaining on their numbers, website, etc. To no avail. No one has contacted me despite getting the amc. It is a pathetic service and i am really disappointed by ef.

                  Sir,
                  I had purchased a water filter against bill no.008335 last week for a sum of Rs. 15490 model no. Dr. aqua guard magna HD RO + UV is. in the name of Mr. Jaikantan.
                  This unit was installed and in a few minutes after installation the service engineer started the unit filled a glass of water and threw it away. They left soon after telling me to do the same thrice. However after they left the unit failed and now lies dead. I called the service engineer and after checking the unit he said it is not serviceable. I then called the call center and raised a complaint, the no. is 95257014, they told me that they will replace the unit and gave me the mobile of their local manager based in my area Mr. R. Rajesh mobile no. is [protected] but he was very rude. I then called the call center again and this time they gave me their sales executive no, Mr. Yeuviraj mobile no. [protected]. He to was rude and said they will repair the same. The service engineer on seeing the unit had told me it was not serviceable, the call center says they will replace the unit and the manager and executive are rude and say they will repair it. I ma in need of this water filter to use the same and not to keep it in my showroom.
                  I therefore request you to please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

                    I purchase eureka forbes aqugurd electronic water purifire . I get very bad experience of this product which i can't explain in the word. From last one year this company's service center on humiliated me and my family.
                    When i buy product this is fail to working in my home. I ask for replacement or return policy than the seller totaly refuse it and told me to contact with service center.
                    But service centre also not provide any help, after huge complaints they are ready to provide extra water pump for force of water for that company charge me extra amount rs 2650/-
                    Again this water pump are damage in only 8 months (With in gurantee period)
                    I again continue call and ask for new water pump for last 3 months but still no help get from service centre
                    Aquguard and eureka forbes product are totaly fail to provide any satisfactory service in my whole city.
                    Please don't purchase such a worst product for saving yourself for humilation.

                        AMC was entered with rukmananda services chromepet, in Dec 2014, for 2 yrs .complainant s made online came to naught. I finally noted down the last complainant nos. : 85573301 DTD 06.02.2016 was ignored. To complain 85962117 DTD 03.03.2016, only the filter was cleaned. The technician did not bring the TDs meter, wouldn't give cleaning tablets. My RO total aquaguard water tank has not cleaned since 2015 though under AMC. My sister has switched over to Kent and I tell my friends not to go for eurekaforbes as service is zero

                        Despite my complaints the filters were changed only in aug 2016 .my AMC was from Dec 2014 -dec2016.and my first service during the AMC was done in April 2016. And I shelled out 7430/= . For 2 yrs. My request to address the non honouring of the contract between Dec 2014 - march 2016 has been ignored.

                          Since last 1 month I am being complaining in the customer care of Eureka forbes but unfortunately I am getting no response from their side, I have 1st complaint on 11th April and was given a complaint number[protected]
                          Than again[protected], then 95162164 and then 86961477.

                          They are very irresponsible in-spite of several reminders made by me. Today on calling the customer care I came to know that above mentioned complain numbers except[protected] which I complained today) are closed without any technician visit at my place or without notifying me.

                          Therefore would request you to please take action.

                            I have ordered the aquaguard magna and it was promised within 3-4 days it will be delivered. It was not case and even i am not worried about it but the response from sales staff was horrible. The salesman who said he was contact point for queries never bothered call me. When i called the board number, he was available never answered.

                            Worst case, post delivery of product, i am calling every number available and go the same response stating he will call back but never called. Its hell now.

                            Horrible salesman, if company has such representative, for sure someday company like eureka should come to road. God bless you.

                              I placed order bearing No.[protected] by paying Rs.13990 though citibank online payment on 10.2.2016. After one week salesmen delivered the equipment to my house with sales invoice, payment receipt, operating manual and warantee card. After compalying my self to consumer compliant, Bangalore sales office sent my tax invoice dated.01.02.2016 without the name of company by email andback dated invoice for Rs.13490. When I asked the company to sent correct sales invoice and refund excess amount of Rs.500 the are keeping quite and not replaying my emails. On the other hand over phone they are asking me what is sales invoice why did i pay rs.500 extra.

                                I am writing this with utmost pain and anger on your service. I have a old Euroclean Jet vaccum cleaner, which i have been using it for more than 10 years. In the last 2 two months the power chord recoil failed, later in two weeks the entire device power failed.

                                In month of March i called up the service center and asked for service, they told Rs.400 for door step, since the device isn't of daily need i requested for customer walkin. They referred to T.Nagar (Burkit Road), so when i had to visit T.Nagar, i took this to them. They said, they could not honor customer walkin at their center, hence referred to Padur. I called them up, since i used to travel to Kelambakkam weekly once. They referred to Madipakkam. I called them to check, as i used to travel to Madipakkam thrice a week. There also they refused for customer walkin and told will get back with correct contact details. As you can guess now, they never returned back.

                                So i decided to request for door step service and booked a complaint on 1st week of Apri, 2016. The case got escalated in a week as no one turned up to service. After escalation no one has turned out for more than 3 weeks.

                                You claim to provide a world class service, but the real thing what you are providing is above service. You do not have a proper Customer request tracking and escalation process in place to ensure such things are occurring.

                                I request you to consider this as a high priority and act immediately to get my appliance serviced.

                                  After AMC I got no proper service. Now the water flow is stopped. One technician told me that after replacement of filter (carbon), the flow rate will be normal. But that filter I have to purchase, though I have AMC (of Rs.4000) for one year. Why I pay further for any replacement of the accessories? Mr. Sarkar (Haldia Branch Manager) told me no replace will be provided after purchase of new one. Earlier carbon filter was changed by them since I also had AMC last three years. Can I faith on your company's goodwill? Please solve it so that I and my family can drink purified water as before. Thanks.

My family comprises of 2 senior citizens close to 70 years of age and 1 seven year old child along with my husband and myself.


                                    We had made a purchase of a ro water purifier at ahmedabad and the seller has cheated us by delivering a faulty/defective machine. Details pertaining to the sales are as under.

                                    We have been delivered a defective machine which runs into some or the other kind of trouble every now and then. This puts our family at risk of different kind of water borne infections and diseases. Every time we call up the company service firstly they send the technician to address the problem not before a weeks time. During that period we become susceptible to life threatening infections. Even after repeated visits done by the company technicians, more then 20 visits in the last 11 months the water purifier shuts down due to some or the other reason which the service provider is not able to explain. We have tried to put up our case at all possible authorities of the company. They keep sending the technicians repeatedly but the problem/complaint is never resolved. The company is only waiting for this product to run out of the warranty period post which they would no longer be accountable. We have been grossly cheated by the company and we demand to get the machine replaced while it is still within the warranty period.

                                    The said issue has not been resolved.
                                    Your service team has not got in touch with us even after one whole month of the complaint. We have started facing a new set of problems with the water purifier.
                                    Eureka Forbes sucks...
                                    We are not going to let this issue die down. We are going to reproduce your lame duck response on the social media and circulate this episode as much as possible. This will at least ensure that other buyers don't fall prey to your malpractice.

                                      I bought an enhance model from Eureka Forbes. the vessel in which supposedly purified water is stored - mud settles on it. There are cockroaches in the vessel.
                                      I am sick and tired of complaining to the company. They send technicians but haven't got any permanent solution. technicians come clean the vessel and then again in few days mud settles inside the vessel. I would request the company to either change the water purifier or resolve the issue permanently. I have a two year kid and an elderly person at home. I cant give them this water.Can you please help me?

                                        While I was purchasing aquaguard product from official online website of the company, I don't know how Mr Rajesh Yadav reach to my residence and promised my wife that if we buy from him he offered 4 (four) total free lucrative offers
                                        (1) Bottle which was free online purchase.
                                        (2) Provide Plastic body cover for free.
                                        (3) Extra Long Pipe for Free.
                                        (4) Buy back of old working machine at Rs. 500.
                                        So my wife has ordered the machine through him. But at the time of delivery he took full amount and said what ever they promised will be delivered next day or in two days as company has not sent to thier office and they will take away my old machine at same time and pay back Rs. 500.

                                        But as they wanted to fraud us they never turn up till today. Lots of complaints made on thier "call centres" but no reply.

                                        Worst part is that in today's customer friendly era they do not have any grievence readdrasal system. They do not have mail address wherein you can send your complaints. They deny to provide contact details of customer relation manager, grievence department.
