    Sales manager Abhijeet who is not responding tomy calls. He is one of the worst manager I have ever seen in my life. Don't know his duties. Can't even talk to his customer . I want Company should take strong action against him. His assistant Pinki is also not responsible as like her boss. I really want product to get replace immediately by these people. They are not willing to send a empty box to ship and return the faulty Aquasure product back to Eureka Forbes as required by gati courier . I am waiting so long they don't have courtesy to call and see whether problem is solved or not . such a big company but employees are not giving their best ruining company's name . I hope urekha forbes will think about their market image and take some strict action for their customer...very very very very...very very very very very very very very ... disappointing.     Since past two weeks Abhijeet is telling us he will get the empty box dispatched to us so that we can return the Aquasure product back and get the money refund via cheque.

    Till date there is no box and no update from Eureka Forbes sales team...

    WTF is happening... At least give some acknowledgement... It's been 3 months we r boiling not drinking water...
    Please share coordinates of someone in Eureka Forbes whom we can complain about this.

      I have Enhance (RO+UV) water purifier at home. It's not working since last 10 days.

      I first registered the complaint on 26th March. The technician has visited 3 times at my place but unable to resolve the problem.

      The technician says that the PCB is not working and they don't have any stock. Neither he has any clue as to when will it be available.

      I have an AMC and if important parts of high selling products aren't available in a place like Bangalore, I can't imagine how poor the service would be in smaller cities.

      The Eureka Forbes website gives an option to escalate the request but when I provide the request Id (as given to me by the customer care), it says invalid request id.

      Needless to say that the customer care guys have no clue and just provide the same standard answer every time - we will send a technician.

      This is extremely unprofessional and poor services from a reputed brand like Eureka Forbes.

        I am reaching out to you through social media as i don't have you email id. I am writing to you as i just don't need better service, i also need some answers.

        Background
        We signed 2 year amc contract in dec 2015. Recently we found dirty water coming out o[censored]nit and requested service on march 18th vide request no. 86174422. Since then we reached out to your customer care thrice and later to your support in charge mr. Hemant thrice.

        Two weeks and six calls later still no resolution.

        So here are my questions.
        A. Does your team care about your company's reputation?
        B. Where 9k(Aprox) i spent for amc have gone?
        C. I can't believe that your people are bad. I also run a company so i know that when people stop performing their basic job, it's always a management failure. So as a customer i have every right to know what are the plans to fix this.

        You might think i am asking too much. No sir. Put yourself in my shoes and share my pain. You will understand my frustration.

        I purchased this aquaguard classic + product on 25/01/18 online and was delivered by M/s ANB Store, Plot No. 1729, basement Sector 45, Gurgaon - 122003. I had requested to install the same, however, till date (after 1 month) the same is not installed even after making multiple calls (19 Jan, 06, 09, 13, 20 & 28 Feb 2018) to customer care [protected].

        We signed 2-3 years contract which will expire in 30 September 2019.now we get transferred to another city during the process We lost our contract papers but we do have costamer ID [protected] and contract no [protected]. We had requested costamer care many times and they do respond but the local services provided is asking for money indirectly and it's been a week we have given him all the details regarding our machine but nothing going good yet, we haven't got any service from a year. Please help us.

        We raised a service request. Some technician came to our place and asks about problem and leaves within 5 minutes saying he needs to get some relevant tools. This person never showed up again. Now either company taken necessary actions or i would lodge complaint at consumer forum ..the product and the service is totally pathetic. Within one year we have faced atleast 4-5 major issues.

          I had purchased an aquaguard classic in march 2011. One sales person by name of mr mridul kanti roy from eureka forbes came to my flat in september 2015 did some water purity test and said that the aquaguard had failed the water purity test. He convinced me to purchase a aquaguard iterniti model. I requested him to arrange to transfer the amc's of the old machine to the new one. He took away the original papers and has done nothing about it in 6 months. I have given him a few calls over the phone. I have been calling the eureka forbes helpline from 21st march, 2016 and they have done nothing except giving docket numbers and telling me that they will refer the matter to the senior authorities but nothing has been done. Are they joking with me. I can see that eureka forbes persons are only busy meeting sales target and not providing simple services to the customers. Sorry state of affairs.

So many times i have complaint in d customer care even i have send the message but no rply.. I have pay 3 year servies charge. But serviea is very worst. Very very disappointed.

              When green light (instead of blue light) is being displayed we gave complaint on 28th March, 2016. Accordingly service engineer from the above company visited our house and informed us that the filters are to be changed and the cost is 3, 000/-. Accordingly we paid the amount and filters were changed by the service engineer. After the service engineer left our house, we observed continuous water leak from the back side of the water filter. Hence we switched off the water filter immediately and called the service engineer, who replaced the filters. Service engineer informed us that he will visit our next day since it was already 9.00 PM and was away from our house. But till date no one visited our house and we are not able to use the filter. I made several calls to the company as well as the engineer but of no use. We were forced to spend around Rs. 200/- per day for the last 2 days to buy the water and today is the third day, we need to spend another Rs. 200/-. We are having 6 months baby and severe summer aggravated the probme. Finally I lodged one more request (vide Customer Code - [protected]) yesterday at about 10 AM. Still the problem remain same and we are put to lot of inconvenience and also we need to spend around Rs. 200/- per day.

              Finally representative from Eureka Forbes visited yesterday evening and fixed the issue. In this process we incurred additional expenditure of around Rs. 800/-.

                The services provided by the technicians of aquaguard ro at hyderabad are much below the expected level, pathetic is still a better word.
                We have registered a request for shifting of our ro (Aquasure springfresh) on 17th of march 2016 (No[protected] and were assured that the same will be done within 48 hrs. But no one turned up…and we somehow managed to shift it with the help of society plumber on 25th of march (8 days after the request). In between we were continuously calling the technician ratnakar ([protected]) who had renewed our amc in oct’2015. Everytime he committed that his person will come and do the need full but no one came. Then on 29th march the ro stopped working and on contacting the customer care we got the number of venugopal ([protected]) who sits in hyderabad ho in manikonda. We explained the entire situation to him and were assured the best services by him.
                For next 3 days (30/3/16 – 1/4/16), 3 different technicians have visited our place but no one has resolved the issue. They somehow started the ro but it is continuously leaking. Details are as follows:

Water was not getting filled in the system. Finally, the 3rd person who came today rectified the error but ro is still leaking. In between they have taken out all the connectors from the ro and put direct connection.

                I would like to mention that in the past 2 weeks we have spent more than rs 3500/- on purchasing water from outside.
                I would like to call it customer harassment case.

                    I have purchased eureka forbes aquafresh water purifier from reliance digital on 15th march 2016. After 2 days of installation it is having problem (Switched off atomatically) . I have complained for it several time, and after taht their executive visited my place and told that it is having some problem and we eill revert you in some time. But it has been almost 15 days and no body from eureka forbes has turned up to fix the problem and we dont have any choice but to drink the tap water.

                    No they (customer care people) never call back. I m facing issues with aquaguard genious. Its benn 4 weeks and we did not receive any solution. From past 7 days its with there third party vendor for repairing and he did nt return yet saying filter part is not available in maharashtra. Y u guys sell in maharashtra then? I have called customer service center many times they only migrate u from here n thr. Its been only 4 months I bought it and its not working. Cheap quality products they are selling. I want my money back. Keep tht pathetic dabba with yourself or give me new one with working condition as replacement.

                      I have bought an aquaguard ro + uv filter on 15th march. The date on the cheque given was 20th march. However till date i have not received the product yet and neither the installation. I have been repeatedly assured by mr nagesh (The salesperson) and mr somshekar (The sales head in bangalore) that finally the product will be delivered on the 1st of april.

                      The house in which the aquaguard is to be delivered is 30 km away from where i stay. I have been waiting here since the morning regarding both the delivery and the installation of the product, however at 3 pm (After innumerable follow ups) i am told by mr umesh from the courier company (Tcs) that the delivery person has brought the wrong machine and that the product will not be delivered today. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the customer face of the organisation. I am appalled at the behaviour of all the people i have met / spoken to from the organisation till date. The purifier was for the house by elderly parents will be staying in, however till now i have not been able to provide them a water purifier thanks to efl.

                        I have Eureka Forbes trendy vacuum cleaner. But the dust bag is lost now. I have contacted several time to EF but no response received. I also search internet for availability of new dust bag for trendy, but could not found.
                        I have contacted at least 5 sale persons, but none of them resolved the issue.

                        If Eureka Forbs cannot provide such important component, without which the machinery is non functional, why they are not selling it as spare.

                          Another worst experience of RO regarding Service. Had done complaint on 22nd regarding RO not working. A technician came on 23rd and checked and told some part has gone bad and will get back with it. In-case issue not resolved please do another complaint. 24th another complaint was done. From that day we are just following at customer care and technician. Only we are hearing case is escalated. I am completely fed-up of this junk product and the service provided by Eureka Forbes. If you can not resolve customer query better to shut-off. Would recommend people not to by product from this cheater company.

                            I need to compensation on this case, how come this marked as resolved, this is not write way for having AMC and that to for platinum customer Eureka Forbes respond on there own time, and after raising consumer complain how soon they addressing the issue, is this way to get the service from Eureka Forbes.

                            why they have help desk to raise the complain and that complain getting close without resolving the issue, , and we need to follow up with them every day to address the issue, this is not AMC service in this case and no system standard eureka Forbes following ...

                              My purchase order[protected] dtd. 10 2 2016 euro clean w/d machine . Purchase made at my door step and instant payment of rs.13990 made to sales person abishek as attached to bangalore south sales division. Firstly it took nearly 10 days to supply the equipment. After supplying the equipment i have not been give purchase bill, receipt and life time warantee card. Bangalore sales office and customer care service turned deaf ear to my repeated request. I am not able to account my expenditure during fy ended 31 3 2016 without supporting documents

                                Hi, My name is Dilip chatterjee and I bought this xpert model(Serial number [protected]) from great eastern trading company on 25/03/2016. On the day of installation, I could clearly see that the machine is defective but the plumber that eureka forbes sent(Bidhan) kept arguing that he will fix it. As expected, he could not fix it.(Plumber did not have a clue of what he was doing.) Finally he got the call connected to his area sales manager(Mohan das)and he asked to lodge a service request the next day. Followed his instructions and docket number is 86337298. A technician(Amarta Chandra) came out and he had a laugh at the way it was installed.Finally he gave it to me in writing that the tap adapter is cracked and there is also a pertinent issue of water leakage. He further added that he would talk to his team to get it replaced. Called up the helpline number today for the status and they did not have a clue that the technician has visited and what are his findings... Spoke to the supervisor in the call center(Sonu Mahato) and even he did not have any clue of what was happening...
                                Finally called up Mohan das and he was was very casual attitude in his attitude and stated that he will again send a technician and will check. Maybe he felt that I have no other work in the world other than attend to his technicians. When I stated that the technician has given in writing that there is a fault in a brand new machine, he casually said that in that case he will send a technician to get the machine repaired. My point is very clear, In the 1st place they give me a damaged defective machine which I have not even been able to use once and now they want to repair it instead of getting it replaced with another new box packed machine.

                                Resolution- I am tired with Eureka forbes, your quality of product, your service quality and your escalation channels.So please refund my money. I will buy a similar kind of machine from Hindustan unilever. If at all you are miserly enough to not let money out that has once gone in to your pocket, please replace the machine asap with a box pack new machine.

                                  I had purchased a water purifier aquaguard geneus + in nov 2015 .Recently the purifier started leaking and hence i filed a complaint with customer care.They gave me a complaint number and promised me that the problem will be resolved in 2 days.A service technician attended the problem and informed that the membrane hose is leaking and hence need to be replaced.He informed me that he did not have a spare with him and hence said that he will come the next day and replace the part. It has been 1 week since then and no body turned up to fix the problem.I called up the customer care every day who kept on issuing me new complaint numbers and promises that the technician will attend the problem the same day but no body turns up.They keep saying that the problem has been highlighted to higher authorities in the company and issue an escalated complaint number.I stay in kochi, kerala and the problem is not yet resolved.The customer care provides me with phone numbers of managers in the area who does not pick up your phone .I have to say that the service of eureka forbes in kochi is very poor and will never purchase a product from them.

                                    I recently had put in a request on eureka forbes website(12/03/2016) for purchasing aqua guard enhance ro water purifier and a distributor from bangalore -"universal pure water solutions, begur main road, bangalore, name: gangadhar - mobile : [protected] called me on[protected] and sent a executive for demo and we paid rs.11000 and they came and installed the product. During installation when he opened the unit it was completely field with dust and he took a cloth from us to clean the same, when asked he never replied. Eventually the water purifier was leaking the whole night and failed to power up in the morning.

                                    After calling him so many times he sent us a another product on[protected] and that product had a crack at the bottom and inside the wires are tapped also we noticed that the unit was manufactured at 2011.After calling him again he said he will send one more unit but the product make is 2011.I said i need 2015 make product or else refund my money back.He didn't reply and not answered my call. After complaining this to eureka forbes head office, mr.Vinay kumar([protected]) from eureka forbes bangalore called me on[protected] and said that he will sort this out as soon as possible. After that there is no response from him and he also not answered my call.

                                    We are extremely disappointed with the service and its clearly seen that he's trying to sell us a old stock/fault/demo units to us which is completely unfair. Till now i didn't get any response from ureka forbes or the dealer.

                                    I have registered complaint through eureka forbes customer care req id:94897153.There is no response even after call the customer care 4 times.

                                      I wrote this mail of complaint to Eureka Forbes complaint service on November 25, 2015 :

                                      "I have had installed a water purifier on 16 November 2015 and wasn't given any bill or warranty card, just a proof of payment.

                                      I was told that the warranty was the phone number given to me and that the invoice will come by courier after 3 weeks.

                                      Can you please confirm and send me an invoice for the product I have bought?

                                      I received an answer two days later asking for the contact details to which I replied and then nothing. I wrote back several times but my mails were ignored and until today I don't have a proof of purchase of the product. My warranty has been stolen from me !

                                        Hi, I have magna uv ro product . Bought it a year ago, some how it was ok first year coming second year they changed the filter and problem started !
                                        TDS very high upon several call they come and just do some trail and problem persist .
                                        Eventually got the number of Prashant who is so called handling Pune but he too wasting time .
                                        I am wasting money in buying water from outside and calling them but no outcome .
