I complained for the service. Mr. Sunil, franchise called me today and he was so arrogant. His mobile no.[protected]. He was not ready to listen what am actually telling. He said ur warrant expires (I have 4 more days for expiry) and cylinder to be replaced which will be charged, u are the customer always creating problem and immediately disconnected the call. Again i called him back he was continuously disconnecting my call.


Immediately i called mr. pothiraj [protected] he asked me to call mr. hemanth kumar [protected], he said he is busy right now and connected me to thanigachalam, while explaining the situation he too disconnected the call.


What the hell is happening. from the day one i have complained many times on sunil and pothiraj. It's almost a year, no action had been taken and he is just a franchise and u people are encouraging to behave him so rude with the customer. This is how u respect your customer.


While purchasing ur executive said 2 months once free service will be done, now mr. Thanigachalam says 4 months months. Why cheating the customers like this. I have all the proof...


This will not be left just like that. am gonna take this issue very seriously and you people have to face the consequences. Moving forward legally...

      I paid for AMC on last october and my expiry date is on next october. I got a service before 6 days. The guy who came to service my RO + UV machine is so irresponsible that he misplaced all the connections. Immediately after that guy went after servicing, the leakages was found from the machine and machine is not working. I lodged a complaint immediately and service center told me to solve the problem in next 12 hrs. In the next day I called again and they repeated the same thing. Now even though I have aquaguard in my home, still I have to purchase mineral water from outside. Moreover the guy who came to service my aquaguard, is so arrogant that he is not picking up my call. I pay Rs. 5300 per year for AMC, but still getting this kind o[censored]nprofessional service.

      My phone number is - [protected] and my aquaguard is registered at this number only. Aquaguard people can check the detail though I am sure that they will not take any single step.

      It is my strong advice to avoid this crap company

      Sir/madam, when its ok at the time of filter changing time, after filter changing water leakage from the motor, we asked local service of Eureka Forbes but they delay in made the same filter, they told to us we have not stock of washer, and I think one month delay, please do needfull

          I purchased Dr. Aqua guard on 22nd April 2015. As informed by you, there will be free service for every 2 months once. Whereas, in this 1 year only twice the free service had been done. That too, the last service was done only for the additional cylinder and not for the machine. For your kind information that the additional cylinder can be cleaned by our own, but your executive cleaned only the additional cylinder and showed as if the service had done.


          Last Sunday, 10th April 2016, one executive came home but he didn't do the service, he said he will check the expiry date of the warranty, till date he didn't turned up.


          Do the executive return only after 22nd? As the warranty expires on 22nd.


          From the beginning we have faced hell lot of problems. You people are cheaters and I have saved many people from purchasing o[censored]r useless machine.


          Try to give a better service only then you can stand successful in the market, if not none of them Will recommend ur brand. Like me many of them will not recommend ur product. Even i had an idea of purchasing vaccum cleaner, but after seeing your worst service, i stopped my idea of purchasing ur useless brand.

          Your staff, your product, on the whole, your company is a fraud company, better close your business.

            I bought dr Aquaguard Magna hd ro+uv+ biotron on dated 13.06.2015 on 8 quarterly installments of rs 2100/- and paid cash rs 1000/- through receipt number 006617 & rs 2500/- through receipt number 006587.

            serial no. of the unit [protected].

            i was told by marketing person that till completion of my emi by unit will be in warranty and filters will be replaced without any charges if needed.

            my unit is not working properly from the very first day i bought. lots of complaints are lodged through my registered mobile no [protected]

            today, one service engineer visit my home and informed that filters are need to be changed and demand money of rs 5200/- without checking the unit.

            i told him that unit is under warranty and if filters are needed to be replaced, it must be replaced free of cost

            Now I feel cheated ...is it eureka Forbes commitments ???

              Complaint
              This water purifier was not functioning satisfactorily from its date of installation. Incharge of lab ernakulam, visited the house in sep 2015, and one additional fitter was installed on payment as per his suggestion. Presently, when the switched 'on', foul smell spread around and the water also has foul smell. When the water from fitter is boiled, a thick coat of oily film is formed on the surface of water. We are not using the fitter now. When water from the well through tap is boiled, it is fresh without any foul smell. Please replace the fitter elements within the main machine under warranty.

                I purchased aquasure expert model on 12.03.2015 with one year amc.
                My customer code to eureka forbes is [protected]. 11th april 2016, i lodged service complaint and replacement of outlet tap which was broken during use.Till today i called their service center and customer care more than 50 times and talk to all possible persons but till now no resolution from their side.
                Due to this my family suffering lots of problem and they frequently purchasing 20ltr can from market.
                I want now to change this product from eureka forbes and need to cancel amc from them and refund all my money.

                I purchased aquasure xpert RO+UV+UF for Rs.18999/- on 30.06.2015 from Reliance Digital Ltd, Coimbatore with warranty period of one year. At the time of demo, I was explained that the output quality of water after RO process would the same as mineral water. Soon after the installation, we did not get the promised quality. At first I contacted reliance people for resolving the issue. They did not attend. Then I contacted Eureka forbes customer care centre for three times. The first technician who attended, advised me to go for installation of an additional filter to enhance the quality of water. We installed additional filter at the cost of Rs.1100/-. But quality of water still did not improve and only the RO processing time extended. When I tried to contact him further, he did not respond. Again, one more complaint was registered for water taste and outlet tap. One technician by Mr.Alagesan (Mob No.[protected]) attended and changed the tap at my cost. He was also not satisfied with the taste of water. Regarding water taste, he said the TDS was 100 and would correct the water taste like my neighbour’s house where he attends on AMC basis. For this, he told that he would consult his manager and attend the water taste complaint. I contacted several times and he did not turn up. Yesterday, on my call to him, he asked me to contact manager.
                Here, I have to say that the customer care that is supposed to be extended to the customer did not meet the desired quality as assured by the reputed company. We feel the quality of water is so poor and the water with unwanted minerals will dangerously affect our health. This is a matter of great concern. Hence, I prefer to lodge complaint to the next level expecting correct resolution of the issue.
                Still I am waiting for complaint resolution. No customer care team called me. Every time when chasing them they giving assurance for my complaint.

                  Being the platinum customer of yours, what kind of service you giving and asking the complaint number from client, you should able to pull all such thing from your system once the complain are register with hd .

                    I ordered vacuum Cleaner online from Eureka forbes site on 5th or April 201616. I received a message that its delivered on 11th morning but I have not yet received it its 14th Apr 2016 now. I have made about 12-13 phone calls since last 3 days but no response yet and the only answer I get is the request has been escalated but there is no commitment from the company. I sent them emails but they were also unaddressed. Its been really a pathetic service. I recommend not to buy product from this company they just don't care about their customers. For which i had called the customer service center many times but every time they created docket no.                       I have got my contract renewed on 15.04.2016 for two years which is valid up to 07.04.2018. while renewing the contact I gave a cheque of Rs. 3828/ to Mr. Raman, the representative of the service provider for renewal charges of AMC vide contract receipt no. 26091430 dated 15.04.2016
                      . As the water supply in our society comes in the afternoon or in the evening, therefore he told me to come for replacement of the candle and carbon on the very next day i. e. on Saturday on 16.04.2016 at 1.00 pm. I am sorry to report that till date he has not responded the service as well mobile phone of him provided in the contract sheet. I had made nos. of calls on the following nos.

                        - date of issue : 11th april 2016
                        - motor / pump doesnt pump water
                        :the motor even though trying to pump water does / is not able to generate enough preasure to fill the tank . Showing clearly faulty motor component.
                        After repeated calls to the customer care center, there is absolutely no reply from the service /third party to replace the motor.
                        This has happened in the past when few months after buying the unit, the motor / pump broke down. And it was ages before the replacement was given.
                        People need to understand that major fault /replacement requires urgent checks rather than just escalation .
                        Service center escalates it every time i call, without any further movement on it.

                          Poor service from eureka team

                          We have taken an amc for aquaguard dated 11/10/[protected] however not a single time, our amc servicing was done on time. Every time, we have to remind the team to come and service. Last two years, its the same poor service standard. This time also amc was due on 11th april, however the contact person anoop ( [protected]) mobile is switched off.
                          Today we faced some power issue and lodged complaint 86598226 dated 13th april 2016, the person vinay ( [protected]) came and supposedly rectified, however after 15 min itself, the problem came again, when we called vinay, he said that the job will be done tomm as spare ( fuse) is not available. I questioned him that when he has come to rectify, at the same time he should have replaced the fuse rather than shortcut. Now at late night, we need to buy water due to negligent and inefficient service by your engineer. Also when we asked vinay on amc, he informed that it will be done by anoop only which is quite surprising.
                          We should also be compensated on amc delay which is a regular affair.

                          Dear Aquaguard, this has been almost two months that we have raised request for AMC servicing, however no one called or came for the same. We demand that servicing to be done and because of your delay you must refund our AMC amount for this year. This is really unacceptable.

I need to replaced/change with this product to dr. Aquaguard magna uv. Necessary replacement form has already been filled through on line and request id is #001215 on 15 mar 2016.                               Palash sharma, a service engineer of eureka forbes had visited our residence for regular service of the water purifier (Eureka forbes - dr. Eternity) on 29.03.2016.
                              This person failed to provide proper service for the purifier and had broken the quartz glass pipe inside the purifier. This was not all, what he did next was, he made a direct connection from the water supply pipe without giving us any information regarding this. Thus, we had been drinking impure water from 29.03.2016 to 13.04.2016.
                              Post palash sharma's visit, we have called the customer care of eureka forbes on 04.04.16 (Complaint number[protected]. Further, i had also sent a mail on 07.04.2016. Regarding the issue.
                              A service engineer from eureka forbes has visited us today (13.04.16) regarding our complaints on 04.04.2016 and 07.04.2016. And has resolved the issue.

                              My complaint is regarding palash sharma, who has broken the quartz glass pipe inside the purifier and established a direct connection from the water supply pipe so that we had been drinking the supply water instead of purified water for the last 15 days.

                              My questions:
                              Who will take the responsibility for something as important and crucial as drinking water?
                              What if we fall ill due to drinking impure water?

                                I am very dissapointed with genius + model aquaguard from eureka forbes. Since day 1, there has been a problem in it . It sudeenly stops working . Now the tds regulator is not working . I am getting 400 tds as output from the machine.
                                The problem starts from day of online purchase.
                                :- installation is done aftera month of purchase
                                :-product motor is deffective from day 1.
                                :-after product is replaced, the product randomly shuts down due to faulty pcb.
                                :-after pcb is replaced (3 months from now),
                                :-tds is coming out as 400 tds.

                                    This is regarding my eureka forbes water filter (Model st-2000) and my customer code number is [protected] in the name of annamma lukose.

                                    I am associated with eureka forbes from the past 15 plus years where we have various products of your company.

                                    This complaint is regarding my eureka forbes water filter. Every year i take an amc for the water filter and there is not a single time where your technicians attend to the same without my reminders. Presently, the amc was due on 24/03/2016 and today is already 13/04/2016 and nobody has turned up till date.

                                    Each time i call up on the number 39883333, they tell many sorry for the inconvenience caused.

                                    I feel sorry to complain on this, but due to some errors from the technicians, the image of a big company like yours is spoilt.

                                    Kindly do the needful to avoid such inconveniences to the faithful customers, else they would go for alternate products and there are so many new branded products available in the market.

                                      Again how this is marked as resolved,

                                      Being the platinum customer of yours, what kind of service you giving and asking the complaint number from client, you should able to pull all such thing from your system once the complain are register with hd .

                                      Same i have updated in amc feedback form which i been told i will be getting update in 1 weeks time, and again it's same and no reply after that

                                      Want senior management to review all our complain from your system and what was the response time by your team after complain register to hd,

                                      I want my complete money back or renew the amc for next two years ...

                                      We purchased Magna water purifier in the month July 2015 .From then on wards the system was not working properly.after repeated phone calls to service centres many number of times at last after 2months, service person arrived and made a service .Then it worked for 2 days and again the taste of the water changed .There is no proper response .

                                        I have received a call from customer care and I asked you are disturbing my daily life. According to him, Machine can not be replaced, as we don't have provision to replace machine, and I asked after how many visit you decide that problem can not be resolved. Executive told we don't replace machine, I asked if you can not resolve the problem then also you disturb him daily, what is the method? He simply answer i can only send my executive nothing else, I asked what is the meaning of sending executive continuously when they can not resolve answer, He answered I can only sent service man and expert that's it.

                                        According to him they have sold many machines all over the India, and more than 300 machines in my Apartment, So it can not be a issue from a single customer. We are a big name in the market.

                                        Dear Eureka Forbes,

                                        I have complained many times regrading the issue of My Water Purifier machine. Problem has been occurred when your service engineer visited. I have logged more than 10+ complains, and engineer visit is also more than 20+times.

                                        They have told that this product itself is defective. They ask me why did you buy this product.

                                        I have logged complain at customer care, I have tried calling continuously at [protected] to talk to Ms Anu Kotian, or Vinath Hegde, But no one picks the phone. Phone rings with no attendee.

                                        When ever I call customer care they simply log another complain, when I ask for 2nd or 3rd level escalation, then don't give any token no. I have many request for that but they never helped, and say just give me one more last attempt.

                                        I have mailed many times to Ms. Anu Kotian, But either she never worried about customer complain or any thing else.

                                        I have request to replace the machine but it has not been replace, I always get a message that it is in the process.

                                        It has been real harassment for tracking same problem since January. I have really tortured by your service man, executives and engineer. Daily tracing for water purifier has disturbed and affected my daily routine & family life.

                                        So This is a last reminder, Please replace the machine earliest, or else I have no other option than moving to court.
