My Integra-7 is under AMC. The technician came and damaged the inlet and outlet pipe. I immediately called customer care and registered a complaint. In the receipt also i mentioned that the issue is unresolved. Since 4 days i am following and there is no response from their side. What is the use of getting AMC and spending so much amount on the unit of a pathetic company....

I bought this product with 16000/- cost on 30/06/2015 and warranty came till 29/06/2015.

Till 1 year it worked properly and after that every 1 or 2 months I facing a problem in water purified and ask the money of 300/- every time visit.
