Requested for ro filter replacement on 23rd feb (Service request no. [protected]).Called them multiple times to their customer service team, every time they answered "we are escalating your request", when i asked them, when they are going to attend the request they just answer like a robot "we will try to make it fix as soon as possible". They even did not mentioned about any time limit. I trier all the escalation tools on their site and reached up to step three which is last to escalate complaint online. Now its more than 15 days, and no one contacted reg: attending the complain.Now we are forced to purchase water from market in spite of spending rs 15000/on this worthless ro water purifier. Well done guys, keep working like this and one day you will not have any complaint as there will not be any customer .If any one interested to buy water purifier than please think twice before buying from eureka forbes.

    I have purchased Magna RO+UV in August 2015. After purchase the sales guy never provided me the bill even after couple of reminder. And the RO never worked perfectly even for a week. I have logged the service request couple of time, each time the service guy came and charged me lot of money for filters and bla bla even though the product is new and in warranty. He has given excuse that some items does not cover under warranty. But if the product is new and just 15 days old in August, how come they charge for it if its not working properly. After couple of visit the local office has stopped to give response and they avoiding my call. Please take care of this. I guess i got a faulty product and that why the sales guy has not given me the bill.

    Sir,
    The service person came and tried to fix the issue he was not able to fix it completely. Instead of fixing the issue he was very much interested in selling a filter worth rs 1900/= before the RO. Whereas, there is already a filter and Aqua guard iron cutter is installed before RO.
    Again from the very next day the water flow has gone down and the RO is unable to give 1-2 liter of water. it keeps draining water for the whole day but unable to dispense the drinking water.
    Please do something on this, i am really worried. I guess the faulty piece has been delivered to me.
    I dont have the consumer ID but when i purchased i have got a SMS which has order ID - [protected]

      I bought Dr. Aqua guard Magna UV from Eureka Forbes dealers on 27-Jan-2016.But still I didn't receive bill for my purchase. I have been asking them for bill since last 2 weeks, but no positive response from their side. They told our server is slow and getting problem in generating bill since last 1 week. Please stop giving such silly excuses. I 'm still to receive bill for my purchase..Why so delay in proving purchase bill from eureka Forbes..

        Water leaking from aquaguard sensa unit

        We purchased Aquaguard Sensa a few years ago.
        We have been trying to reach out yourservice centre near my home Annanagar in Chennai, but have failed miserably, since the service people are only interested in taking an AMC and not rectifying the problem. The water drips continuously from the filter and the technician came, did some cosmetic tinkering and went away....

        My product is under 3 years of AMC. Water did not dispensed in AUG 2015.Tecnician told pcb bad.Today is March 2017. My water filter is still useless since last 7 months. Mumbai Service centre person ROHIT VEDAK saying pcb not available. very bad experience of Eureka forbes. I request all INDIANS not to purchase EUREKA Forbes Water filters

          I have purchased the water purifier on 5-2-1991 and entered into a annual maintenance contract which is being renewed from time to time continuosly.The latest contract is for a period of three years from[protected].The company is entrusting the maintenance work to franchisees, Sometimes it changes the franchisee but does not intimate the customer regarding the change, When the service technician knocks at the door of the customer and says he will service the purifier, the customer is unable to verify the credentials of the technician and confirm that he is not an impostor.Thereby the life and property of the customer is endangered and a calamity is waiting to happen.I have been hectored by some person who claims to be the authorised technician.I have put him off as I do not know that he is genuine.He says that he is from some franchisee with whom I have not had any dealings, including the signing of the latest contract.I request to move the Company to show more concern about the safety and security of their customers by institutin foolproof procedures.

              Very sorry to state my problem here. I am 7 years old customer of Eureka Forbes. I have been using RO of this company for last several years. I have taken AMC for the product for last 6 years but found that they have no system of checking or tracking when the service is due, in fact we only have to request for the service. On the other hand if you do not take AMC, they will call you multiple times and reminds you to change this or that. So fed up of this AMC. Now this is not the end of the story, it became more worst when our AMC for year 2015 was coming to the end on 28th Feb 2016, morning received the call for revising the AMC for next year, when I told the fact that filter has not been changed in the last one and half year as it was advised by the their own engineer that the filters and membranes which was last changed in 2/10/2014 is due by next October 2015 which was not done neither we received any call till the end of feb 2016 when new AMC was due, means one and half year after it was last changed. . Once we had asked for it but the engineer said that its not yet required. But everyone knows that the filter needs to be changed every year. So we requested to do the same in our AMC for 2014 but they insisted us to make new AMC so that it can cover the services. The point here is that they have not given complete services of AMC of 2015 and forcing us to make AMC to make more money. This is completely fraud by the company as major chunk of AMC (8 k) is filter cost (4-5 k) and that is what we are not given in AMC services. We have discussed our concern with Head of services in the Okhla branch with a hope that we get solution, but to our dismay he even threatened that he would see that no one gives me any loyalty benefits and as he is the sole proprietor of services & he will see how I get my services next time and said that he is not legally bound to change the filters and I can do anything I want and will see I am charged more if i take separate service and not re-new the AMC. Now since the water has gone above head I wish to bring to notice of other customers as well through social media. As the management for the PATHETIC SERVICES .
              This is breach of contract to provide my family with quality water and the risk they have put my family to health hazard needs to be complained to higher authorities and consumer forum for the harassment meted to me . I would appeal all who are facing such issues to join together and make an case.

                Today one of your sales representative came to my home just to collect my personal details and enquiring whether i use Eurekha Forbes products, my name, Mobile number and where i work etc.

                May i know why you are sending representatives to each home to ask this rubbish questions? And, Why should i give these details to your Representatives?

                Inspite i have told him that i am not interested. The rep was compelling me to provide these details. The day started with the frustrations due to Eurekha.

                The rep name was Karthik and was wearing your company ID card.

                  I have enhance green ro of eureka forbes .I have transferred from Ludhiana to paonta sahib .I have Amc ( Detail - Deepak sharma ref no. 70263145.
                  ).I contacted Ur dealer green Departmental store at paonta sahib on dt 4/03/16. They told they will send their technician but did not send.As i again called them they misbehaved and told they are not only for me, they have some other work also, also they told they can not spoil the 1000/- labour charges of their technicians.
                  When i asked his name he did not tell his name and disconnected the phone. Moreover i have his recording also.
                  So if such worst behavior will be done by eureka forbes dealers then how the company will make satisfied the customers requirements and problems.
                  Hope the satisfactory solution of the problem.

                    Eureka Forbes Dr.Aquaguard Magna HD RO+ water purifer purchased on 21st Dec 2015 from CCS - Naveen (mob no.[protected]). Installation not done within expected time. Owing to lack of pathetic service, requested to cancel the order and refund of full amount paid before the product was delivered and installed. Till date have logged several complaints, with continuous follow ups, escalations at all levels have been futile. No refund happened till date. Order cum receipt no.[protected], invoice no. 080504, complaints logged till date 94134793, 94206986, 94216358, 94236183, 94236862, 94236942 against customer code. [protected]. Please help action next steps.

                        My water purifier went faulty on Sunday 28th Feb and I had registered a complaint on their call centre no 39883333 vide complaint no 85901950 with the assurance of complaint being resolve within 24hrs. 3 days have passed and no one has bothered to even call back. My repeated calls to call centre are resulting in the every day assurance that your call is being escalated and has been taken on high priority but no call or resolution yet

                        Eureka Forbes customer care- complaint not rectified
                        Eureka Forbes Aqua GENIOUS PURIFIER stopped pumping water into tank and service light is on. Upon complaint on 29 Feb, vide.[protected], Jagdeesh from MS Palma, Bangalore north came and took away PCB from purifier, promising o return in two hours at 1130 am on 02 March 2016. Till now no trace of him and no communication to my regd.ph.[protected].
                        Informed customer care pm 02/03 and again on 03/03, but no action till now ie. 2030 hrs on 03/03/2016.
                        Required immediate return of pcb and set right the unit which is under AMC

                          I have purchased Eureka Forbes Aquasure Aqua Flo DX UV Water Purifier in Apr'15. Till now It did not work properly for even a month. When ever we call customer care there are some standard dialogs like it will be addressed in 24 hours. but Last time when i raised complaint it took 50 days. And now from about 40 days i have been waiting for the same to be addressed.
                          If we ask further details, they will give some mobile number...

                          Dear sirs,
                          i, durgi sabarish of puttur 1/347 lakshmi nagar purchased an quaguard reviva r.O. System from m/s. Hemanth enterprises, 1-1-69, yadava street, tirupathi. Ph. [protected] under their invoice cum receipt bearing no. 67 dated 20/07/2011. The unit no. 6035609 .
                          For some months it worked as usual . And later the problem started for us as the suppliers not showing interest in providing periodical serice. Since the service was irregular, day by day we wexed to have the said r.O. System . We are not getting pure water through the system . As we were accostomed to have r.O. Water, as it failed, we are facing maximum difficulty by having regular tap water . Even our health is also affected i.E. Throat infections etc. Furher medications. All our family members are facing many problems because of lack of r.O. Water. Also spent rs. 300000/- for hospitals. We filed all the medical bills. These are all because of lack of proper service to the r.O. System. The service proveders made us patients. We wish to collect this hospital amount occurred by our family members from this service providers. For reference, here is one complaint details. Kindly verify.

                          inspite of several requests, the service was irregular and responseless and neglegence of the service providers . Now finally since four months, the system is kept aside. It is very inconvenience for us . We made several calls to their area manager mr. Murali also. He prolonged two months to answer us that his efforts were also not working.
                          At the time of purchasing the said r.O. System, i observed this aquaguard company obtained isi certificate also. So automatically we thought that we are purchasing a product of a good company.
                          Finally, we are forced to bring the matter to your kind notice for required action in this matter.
                          We want your interference and rectification of the said aquaguard reviva r.O. System. Kindly treat this as urgent. Please don’t prolong any further.

                            I had purchased an Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV vide order number[protected] which was delivered in the month of August 2015 to my house. The product was installed (wall mounted) by Aquaguard service personnel at my house. Within one month of installation the complete unit with the loaded water tank fell down on the ground with a large bang, and broke to pieces. Upon raising a request the Aquaguard technician visited my house checked the unit and confirmed the back cover of the unit broke resulting in the unit falling down. He also took pictures of the same. Upon reassembling the unit it started working. However from a consumer prospective it was a new unit and it has suffered a massive fall due to poor back cover. So I requested a replacement of the complete unit with a new one. In spite of many follow-ups to the local service executives, service supervisors as well as to the Aquaguard call center, the replacement is still pending even after 5 months. Apart from numerous calls to call center, I have also contacted Mr. Chandra Sekhar N, Mr. Aslam, Mr. Venkatesh Varlu, and Mr Venugopal Gandla many times.
                            If you call to the call center they have one stereotype answer you will get a call back in 48 hours, that never happen. They shamelessly keeping saying the same thing in spite knowing it never happened in last 10 times. What is surprising is there is not tracking and escalation mechanism available. The request still appears open even after 5 months.

                            And if you call to the local executives they pass on the buck from one person to other.

                              Pumping motor is not working. Called to service centre more than 3 times and registered the complaint. No one has come and attended. Surprisingly, they have closed the complaint and received an sms to rate the service provided by them. Not yet provided the service.

                                I Bought a dr.aquaguard magna from aquaguard madipakkam, chennai on november 2015. after 2 weeks the installation person came and said that pressure is not enough to install. hence the sales person took the unit on[protected] and said refund will b given in 2 weeks to bank account. we even sent scanned copy of my passbook to the area manager's email on[protected]. but till now we have not received refund. the area manager says request is pending with his manager.even calling the customer service n asking them to escalate has no effect. I have called your customer care thrice, got 3 ticket numbers and a message it will b done in 2 days. but nothing has happened, even i did not get a call from eureka forbes.
                                this is such poor customer handling by eureka forbes and aquaguard. This creates an image of cheating customers. hence please act on the matter at the earliest and process the refund before the matter gets serious.

                                  We have asked Aquaguard customer care for Installation of our water RO /Filter appliance. We raised the ticket 7days back and there is still NO visit.
                                  My wife and myself have lost all patience calling 10times everyday.
                                  They say it will be resolved in 24rs hrs and it has been 7 days NO RESOLUTION.

                                  Because we have AMC, so they'll never come.
                                  Is there any way I can approach the CEO or any heads. Last option remaining is to go to consumer court.

                                  I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY AQUAGUARD.!

                                    This is to bring to your notice that i have cancelled & initiated for a Refund ; below mentioned is the respective reference tickets:

                                    94653524 : ( Dr. AquaGuard Geneus )

                                    94654796 : ( aeroguard 200 )

                                    94654804 : ( Car purifier )


                                    Having said that, i have called the customer care many times for the status...but they just say there backend team would call me..till now no one has called me..more over your representative ESHWARAMMA N ( [protected] ) - The number is invalid as its mentioned in the consignee copy from DHL . There is one more representative do not remember his name but his phone no. is [protected] ; they had come home at the time of selling product ...moreover he doesn't have any customer centric etiquette at all being irresponsible and not responding to phone calls ; after he couldn't keep his promise to get it installed at the said time due to which i have cancelled all the products..now i do not know who is going to help me with the refund..hence seeking your assistance.

                                    Its 7th of February today and yet have not heard anything from anyone..against the refund..Having said that I will be forced to throw a 100 times the amount paid as penalty in the customer court. and lodge a Criminal / Cheating case in the HSR Layout police station, Bengaluru ; I have paid the amount, unhappy with your sales, service & now I need my money back.
