I am a highly dissatisfied customer writing once again to you. Kindly look into all the history of the calls made by me with your contact center.
Basic compact model was sold to us which is not suitable for water supply at our community. At the time of purchase, I had clearly mentioned to the sales person that we get the Narmada Water along with Bore water and it gets mixed up.
I have used this machine only for couple of months, and on the first service visit itself it was shown that due to high TDS in this area, this machine won’t work for our area. Post that I have contacted local agency person and he said we can’t do anything about it. I do not know the sales person’s name or number anymore. Past so many months I have been calling Eureka Forbes, and explaining the problem again and again. Pls note some of the following complaint numbers which I could jot down from last several months.

Every times someone calls and asks me to explain the problem, which is awkward as trust company such as your should have a CRM. The person who gets assigned to me doesn’t have any clue on what’s happening on my complaint. The process gets restarted, and I end up having no resolution yet again. All who call me says “madam you won’t get more than Rs1000 for this 2 months used, however I paid Rs10, 000 for the model which probably was not fit for me”.
Water samples was also taken by Mr Vrushank Pareksh (Mobile no: [protected]) on 18th February. Yet no resolution.
Every time I have called your call center, I ended up explaining entire scenario again and again. I am highly fed up and frustrated customer. I had put complaint on facebook and twitter still no resolution has been received.
Today also I have called and asked someone to provide me replacement of the machine. Every time I have called, I have mentioned that I am ready to pay the difference amount for the higher model but pls provide me the replacement.
