In Aug 2015, Pranjali Services (Aquaguard Service Centre) personnel came for routine servicing and the purifier overflowed damaging circuit. After multiple complaints registered and calls, they set it to perform as RO (and not full Sensa functionality). They have not yet replaced the circuitry despite multiple calls and complaints. Aquaguard Enhance Green RO bought on 6-7-2013. Didnt come for service even once till december 2014. Then we complaint about it and service personnal came in january and convinced us for AMC. After the AMC is done on 31-Oct-15 the product started behaving erratically. To make the tank full (8 lts); previously the machine used to reject almost 20 lts of water. I Purchased a Dr. Aquaguard Magna Water Purifier on 30.08.2015 and a complaint noticed and contacted servicemen on 19.12.2015. He removed PCB of the water purifier. Til date it is not replaced.
