I have purchased this water purifier more than one month ago and received the product on 03.03.2016, on asking for the Invoice/Bill for the product from the courier man who delivered it, he gave the delivery challan to me and told me to contact the original company from where the purifier is purchased, hence i had called the salesperson Mr. Chetan. contact no. [protected], [protected], who had collected the cash from me and gave me his company's receipt, i asked him for the Invoice/Bill for the purifier he told me that the bill will only be sent by the month end and not before that, when i intervened and told him that the bill should be provided with the goods purchased, he told that our company's procedure is different and the bill will only be given after 20-25 days after purchase and therefore, i waited patiently for the month end but he didn't send the bill, after that i called up everyday from 1st of april, but he kept on fooling me that the bill will be sent on my billing address and a soft copy will be mailed to me, this is tremendous harassment given by this company to extract my bill whose tax was already paid by me, he told people in his company is not willing to give you the bill, thou my several reminders on calls, he didn't pay heat to my words, ignoring my calls and gave me lame excuses on calling from different numbers, they are not at all willing to send the bill, so that they can loot the government's money by not paying the tax paid by me and hence i'm not able to take this product into my books of accounts, i don't know how to get the tax invoice from them after paying my part of tax to them, kindly look into the matter soon so that we can consider this product is ours and a hasre punishment must be levied so that they can't cheat the people, consumer, customer and the government from not raising the bill to the customers.

    Hi,

    We purchased the wet and dry vacuum cleaner through a sales person . As he started giving the demo, he in between got calls which he attended and requested us that he will give the demo after some day since he has to urgently reach somewhere. On part of humanity we agreed and trusted the sales person and have given the full payment of the vacuum cleaner but after which he neither takes the call and is least bothered to call back . Its been more than 6 months now we purchased we are too much upset by the behavior of eureka forbes sales person and his mean mentality . We would need a full demo of the product at earliest.

    After raising the complaint, a sales person called me and agreed to give the demo but after reaching home he said that he will give the demo only if the product will be purchased if the demo needs to be given for the product already purchased then it would be charged 500/- . After hearing to our complaint he gave us the number of Head of the Vacuum cleaner support for Bangalore. On calling Mohan he guided me politely and promised that it would be resolved at earliest which actually happened.

      I bought Aquaguard Enhance RO in 2013. I am under AMC since then. But your product has been giving us problems so often & so many times I have called for service that your technicians began avoiding our calls. They were giving some excuse & never turned up. I had to make so many calls to get one technician to service our Aquaguard. They told us to install a pre-filter. We did that by paying around rs.1500. But still water was taking a long time to purify. They told us to clean the sump & overhead tank. We did that too a couple of times. But still no use. We were buying water from outside. Some technicians were calling me when I booked for service-request, but when I told them that I had AMC they never turned up & were not answering my calls again. I don't know why I have to put up with this when I have paid thousands of rupees to buy the product and again paid thousands of rupees towards maintenance. I am tired of this product & regret my decision of buying this. I had high esteem for Eureka Forbes products & bought this even though many friends told me to go for Kent. We pay RS.4400 towards AMC every year but the number of times it has broken down & me having to deal with booking service-requests, call technicians, wait for them, call them again etc...definitely not worth it...it is a total hassle.

        Hi, Am Vamsi Sai, I have registered a service call 9 days back as am not getting water properly from my Aquaguard Nano RO Model water purifier and I was told that with in 24 Hours of time I will be getting call from the service guy and it will be resolved after that.One service guy came to my place and started behaving like a sales person without even checking the water purifier. So, i have told him to not attend it, i will get it rectified from another service guy. I once again called the Customer care and told them the same so they told me that with in 24 hours of time another service person will attend the problem and rectify it. But, to my surprise next day the same service person came and told me that i have to get it rectified from him only i have no other choice. Is this some kind of a joke or what? How can the Customer care people send the same person when the customer is complaining about the service guy. when am making calls to the customer care again they are cutting the calls abruptly in the middle of the conversation.Even before i have faced the similar issues with customer care. Its been already Nine days, when am i gonna get the call from the service guy and when am i gonna get the problem resolved? How many times we need to follow up? Complaint Number. 86362863

          I, Sahelee Nag with Customer ID : [protected] am having Aquaguard Classic e-boiling+ water purifier, which was serviced and replaced with two new filters by Mr. Samaresh Adhikari on 02.04.2016. Since the morning after, water has been dripping from the filter constantly. In spite of repeatedly dialling up the servicing- agent Mr. Adhikari, he showed reluctance towards his duty to fix the problem. This is quite unexpected on Aquaguard's part.

            Eureka Forbes respond on there own time, and after raising is this the service from Eureka Forbes.

            why they have help desk to raise the complain and we need to follow up with them every day to address the issue,

            I have given my feedback on team and they said they will get back to me within 48 hours & i had raised a complaint on 27 th of March 2016 .

            Eureka Forbes is famous for avoiding attending customer Complaints. Complaints are escalated but not attended even after one week to Ten days time. Very very poor Service by a reputed COMPANY

              what kind of service you giving asking the complaint number from client, you should able to pull all such thing from your system .

              same I have updated in AMC feedback form which I been told I will be getting update in 1 weeks time, and again it's same and no reply after that

              want senior management to review all our complain from your system and what was the response time by your team after complain register to HD,

              I want my complete money back or renew the AMC for next two years ...

                I bought this product 3 days back and it never worked from day one.. Getting the Eureka engineer to fix my product took 2 days and finally they fixed it day before yesterday.. It never worked from that point. I called the technician again and he said the problem is with the machine and asked me to claim for replacement. It's pathetic that I paid this much and my product is not working..

                  I had Infinity water purifier of Aquagaurd and paid for annual service contract. As per service contract, person will be coming for free preventive maintenance in six month and replacement of consumable items annually. People are neither appearing for preventive maintenance nor for annual maintenance for the last 18 months. Local service person were called two times in this period but nobody had appeared.

                  I have the same experience with my Eureka Forbes Acqua guard UV Enhance water purifier.The service is worst and they are not bothered about Customer service and annual maintenance.Once we enter into contract with them TGEY do not visit and attend customer Complaints even after several reminders AND the technician and service agent CANCELL the complaint without attending it. Shame on a reputed COMPANY .ucof

                    I paid 15490 for Dr.Aquaguard Magna HD Green RO on 30-March. The sales person KOTI REDDY M committed of delivery/installation by 31-March. Today is 5-April, there is no update.
                    After several follow-up calls made by me I learnt that the usual wait time is 7 to 8 working days. Then why that salesperson promised 2 days?
                    On 2nd April I also requested for Refund of my amount. Even for that there is no response from Eureka Forbes. When contacted Customer care, they say they are in meetings, audits, etc. So Customers are next to your meetings in the order of priority. Great!
                    When can I expect the refund?

                    I think Dr.Aquaguard Magna HD Green Ro machine are big purifier company.The technician from Dr.Aquaguard Magna HD Green RO visits you are not honest.They manipulate customers. Kent company has become very big and they do not have time to look after their existing customers. Company give them target to earn from customers.you have to be cautious while Dr.Aquaguard Magna HD Green technician visits you.

                      I complained regarding non- working of my aqua guard on 28/03/2016.My machine is under amc. In spite of my repeated requests, no one attended my complaint. Helpiline people give a number of contact numbers which are either non- existent or dialled numbers are not being picked up. Even though i have availed amc, why i am being made to contact several contact numbers for a service? Is it not your duty & responsibility to provide me service whenever requested, without harassing me? I call upon you to send a technician immediately for service and see that your company gives better service to me in future

                        As mr c selvam ganapthi of m/s rkp enterprises on behalf of eureka forbes taken my genus model on 28 of nov-2015 last year which is at time coming under warranty, but till date they are not give back my water filter, as many time i called mr prabhu who is manger of this firm every day i called from jan-2016 he is daily telling that i will bring today at 4 pm my aged father and mother daily waiting for up to 4 pm with out sleep as he is coming on 4 pm, and also i lodged complaint in through phone line[protected] . But no use, so if it is not come in this week iam going for consumer court.

                            Sales manager Abhijeet who is not responding tomy calls. He is one of the worst manager I have ever seen in my life. Don't know his duties. Can't even talk to his customer . I want Company should take strong action against him. His assistant Pinki is also not responsible as like her boss. I really want product to get replace immediately by these people. They are not willing to send a empty box to ship and return the faulty Aquasure product back to Eureka Forbes as required by gati courier . I am waiting so long they don't have courtesy to call and see whether problem is solved or not . such a big company but employees are not giving their best ruining company's name . I hope urekha forbes will think about their market image and take some strict action for their customer...very very very very...very very very very very very very very ... disappointing. Abhijeet u need to improve. Give first priority to customer otherwise just leave the job. Need to interact with people. Just don't sit back and answer . worst company.                             Sales manager Abhijeet who is not responding tomy calls. He is one of the worst manager I have ever seen in my life. Don't know his duties. Can't even talk to his customer . I want Company should take strong action against him. His assistant Pinki is also not responsible as like her boss. I really want product to get replace immediately by these people. They are not willing to send a empty box to ship and return the faulty Aquasure product back to Eureka Forbes as required by gati courier . I am waiting so long they don't have courtesy to call and see whether problem is solved or not . such a big company but employees are not giving their best ruining company's name . I hope urekha forbes will think about their market image and take some strict action for their customer...very very very very...very very very very very very very very ... disappointing.                             Since past two weeks Abhijeet is telling us he will get the empty box dispatched to us so that we can return the Aquasure product back and get the money refund via cheque.

                            Till date there is no box and no update from Eureka Forbes sales team...

                            WTF is happening... At least give some acknowledgement... It's been 3 months we r boiling not drinking water...
                            Please share coordinates of someone in Eureka Forbes whom we can complain about this.

                              I have Enhance (RO+UV) water purifier at home. It's not working since last 10 days.

                              I first registered the complaint on 26th March. The technician has visited 3 times at my place but unable to resolve the problem.

                              The technician says that the PCB is not working and they don't have any stock. Neither he has any clue as to when will it be available.

                              I have an AMC and if important parts of high selling products aren't available in a place like Bangalore, I can't imagine how poor the service would be in smaller cities.

                              The Eureka Forbes website gives an option to escalate the request but when I provide the request Id (as given to me by the customer care), it says invalid request id.

                              Needless to say that the customer care guys have no clue and just provide the same standard answer every time - we will send a technician.

                              This is extremely unprofessional and poor services from a reputed brand like Eureka Forbes.

                                I am reaching out to you through social media as i don't have you email id. I am writing to you as i just don't need better service, i also need some answers.

                                Background
                                We signed 2 year amc contract in dec 2015. Recently we found dirty water coming out o[censored]nit and requested service on march 18th vide request no. 86174422. Since then we reached out to your customer care thrice and later to your support in charge mr. Hemant thrice.

                                Two weeks and six calls later still no resolution.

                                So here are my questions.
                                A. Does your team care about your company's reputation?
                                B. Where 9k(Aprox) i spent for amc have gone?
                                C. I can't believe that your people are bad. I also run a company so i know that when people stop performing their basic job, it's always a management failure. So as a customer i have every right to know what are the plans to fix this.

                                You might think i am asking too much. No sir. Put yourself in my shoes and share my pain. You will understand my frustration.

                                I purchased this aquaguard classic + product on 25/01/18 online and was delivered by M/s ANB Store, Plot No. 1729, basement Sector 45, Gurgaon - 122003. I had requested to install the same, however, till date (after 1 month) the same is not installed even after making multiple calls (19 Jan, 06, 09, 13, 20 & 28 Feb 2018) to customer care [protected].

                                We signed 2-3 years contract which will expire in 30 September 2019.now we get transferred to another city during the process We lost our contract papers but we do have costamer ID [protected] and contract no [protected]. We had requested costamer care many times and they do respond but the local services provided is asking for money indirectly and it's been a week we have given him all the details regarding our machine but nothing going good yet, we haven't got any service from a year.                                 We raised a service request. Some technician came to our place and asks about problem and leaves within 5 minutes saying he needs to get some relevant tools. This person never showed up again. Now either company taken necessary actions or i would lodge complaint at consumer forum ..the product and the service is totally pathetic. Within one year we have faced atleast 4-5 major issues.

                                  I had purchased an aquaguard classic in march 2011. One sales person by name of mr mridul kanti roy from eureka forbes came to my flat in september 2015 did some water purity test and said that the aquaguard had failed the water purity test. He convinced me to purchase a aquaguard iterniti model. I requested him to arrange to transfer the amc's of the old machine to the new one. He took away the original papers and has done nothing about it in 6 months. I have given him a few calls over the phone. I have been calling the eureka forbes helpline from 21st march, 2016 and they have done nothing except giving docket numbers and telling me that they will refer the matter to the senior authorities but nothing has been done. Are they joking with me. I can see that eureka forbes persons are only busy meeting sales target and not providing simple services to the customers. Sorry state of affairs.

                                      When green light (instead of blue light) is being displayed we gave complaint on 28th March, 2016. Accordingly service engineer from the above company visited our house and informed us that the filters are to be changed and the cost is 3, 000/-. Accordingly we paid the amount and filters were changed by the service engineer. After the service engineer left our house, we observed continuous water leak from the back side of the water filter. Hence we switched off the water filter immediately and called the service engineer, who replaced the filters. Service engineer informed us that he will visit our next day since it was already 9.00 PM and was away from our house. But till date no one visited our house and we are not able to use the filter. I made several calls to the company as well as the engineer but of no use. We were forced to spend around Rs. 200/- per day for the last 2 days to buy the water and today is the third day, we need to spend another Rs. 200/-. We are having 6 months baby and severe summer aggravated the probme. Finally I lodged one more request (vide Customer Code - [protected]) yesterday at about 10 AM. Still the problem remain same and we are put to lot of inconvenience and also we need to spend around Rs. 200/- per day.

                                        The services provided by the technicians of aquaguard ro at hyderabad are much below the expected level, pathetic is still a better word.
                                        We have registered a request for shifting of our ro (Aquasure springfresh) on 17th of march 2016 (No[protected] and were assured that the same will be done within 48 hrs. But no one turned up…and we somehow managed to shift it with the help of society plumber on 25th of march (8 days after the request). In between we were continuously calling the technician ratnakar ([protected]) who had renewed our amc in oct’2015. Everytime he committed that his person will come and do the need full but no one came. Then on 29th march the ro stopped working and on contacting the customer care we got the number of venugopal ([protected]) who sits in hyderabad ho in manikonda. We explained the entire situation to him and were assured the best services by him.
                                        For next 3 days (30/3/16 – 1/4/16), 3 different technicians have visited our place but no one has resolved the issue. They somehow started the ro but it is continuously leaking. Details are as follows:

He some how started it but again we faced a new problem. Water was not getting filled in the system. Finally, the 3rd person who came today rectified the error but ro is still leaking. In between they have taken out all the connectors from the ro and put direct connection.

                                        I would like to mention that in the past 2 weeks we have spent more than rs 3500/- on purchasing water from outside.
                                        I would like to call it customer harassment case.
