Again how this is marked as resolved,
what kind of service you giving asking the complaint number from client, you should able to pull all such thing from your system .
same I have updated in AMC feedback form which I been told I will be getting update in 1 weeks time, and again it's same and no reply after that
want senior management to review all our complain from your system and what was the response time by your team after complain register to HD,
I want my complete money back or renew the AMC for next two years ...
