On 8th dec'2014, i took a service contract of eureka forbes for 2 years.Accordingly i was promised 4 periodical service. Last servicing that took place was on June'2015. Since then no one has turned up even after no. of complaints and requests.Complaint no. as on 20th jan'2016 is 85322190.The service contract ends on 13th dec'2016.Kindly do the needful asap.
I have attached a copy of service contract for your reference.

We are within warranty time line even after repeated complain in customer care no help yet.Every week the aqua guard stops working and we are lodging complain technician come and do some fix but even knowing there is a problem not replacing same and also not providing any receipt/ or any document after service. So we are unable to get whether the technician is efficient enough or a fraud person . It is just horrible experience since last 10months we purchase the product.Latest Docket numbre#N08612790.

Someone from the service department came today and just washed the candle and put the same in the machine.He did not replaced candle and carbon block with the new as was promised to me during my service contract renewal. According to your service centre the candle has been changed in the month of jan'2016 which is not at all true. The truth is that the last service and candle, carbon block replacement was done on jun/jul'2015.No one has come after that. I request you to kindly either show me the proof of your claims or change the candle & carbon block asap.

Well then your service team is definitely lying. My issue has not been resolved.kindly go through my previous mail. The candle & carbon block needs to be changed. your service team says that it was done in the month of jan'2016 which is a complete lie. please show me the proof of your claims. Guys this is really not done. never expected such pathetic service from you.I trusted you thats why took two year contract and now this is the kind of treatment i get.

    I have an Aquaguard water purifier and have taken an AMC for this. However, they assure 24 hours service which rarely happens. I have given a complaint from my registered mobile ([protected]) on 21st but to date (28th) it is not repaired. The technician ( a Mr Sai) who came after several days, said he had to replace a part and would be back next day.Never turned up.

    How can an company that has a brand name behave like this. Do I have to give a complain to HO or consumer courts. Planning to write this complaint on Aquaguard service to all newspapers if the problem is not addressed within 24 hours

      We have taken an xtra tuff water purifier, We always had problem with the cartridge and its installation. We had issues 4 times as stated below; and we made total 4 purchases for 1800/- (450*4) and still my water purifier does not work

      1. First we got a cartridge with expiry, no guarantee of it - purchase 1

      2. Then another new cartridge was not installed properly because of new elastic... but it was proper when we had a service executive come to us with a visit fee fee of Rs 250/- validity one month - Purchase 2

      3. New Cartridge purchased from a shop but it was defective and no changes done for that.

      4. Now we have another cartridge purchased but no use as again they are asking for service charges as one month has expired and so we shall have to pay again

      Now, almost I have paid for the equivalent amount for cartridges as it is for the water purifier.

      The company gives services only for big and expensive water purifiers not for the normal ones.

      Seriously we have spend 4 times money for the cartridges as much as the cost of water purifier and still no results

        Eurekaforbes service request option never works.
        Go to eurekaforbes.com - servicerequest - log a service request - enter mobile number - to proceed, kindly give a missed call on [protected] from your number 97xxx0xx58 - gave a missed call - finds my product details - log your service request - enter details - click book your complaint - oops we have problem processing your request... This never works. Then the page would be re-routed to a different log a service request - need to enter details manually and click submit - says not successful. When try and chat, there is no response at all for hours. When sent an email there is no response for days. I would recommend try these options before purchasing eurekaforbes product, because now a days service is what all matters.

          I purchased Dr. Aqua guard - Magna a year back. From the date of purchase we faced and still facing problems. If we raise complaints no one will respond, but for the renewal of AMC, I.e. For collecting money alone they will call u twice or thrice a day. After collecting the amount, their job will be over, after that we should go at the back of them like a bigger.

          During the enquiry the executive informed us that no need to change the cylinder for 4 yrs, but now the service person telling that the cylinder need to be changed every year.

          So, based on my experience, I request not to purchase any of the product from eureka. They are No.1 cheaters. And renewal of AMC is not a good decision bcoz they will collect only money and won't give any service. It's better we can ask some private persons to service the machine instead of begging these cheaters.

          We have informed our neighbours too, not to purchase their products.

          At the time of enquiry itself ask the executive to write and give the commitments about services and other things in the company letter head (the executive will not give u any letter bcoz the sales persons will try to push the product and give u fake promises), if they fail we can drag them to the consumer court.

          Be careful with these cheaters

            Poor service and no reponse

            I had purchased the water purifier of make Dr Aquaguard of Model Magna in the month of Dec 2015, in the span of four months there was four breakdown. I had requested M/s Aquaguard to replace the equipment since it is giving very frequent problem and it is under warranty period. Also I had requested through emails but no response.

            Even the service technician says that this is failure model it always gives complaint

            I have a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard water purifier. It is still in warranty period. I had registered a complaint when it stopped working. It has been close to a month that Aquaguard has not responded and redressed the complaint. They had assured that they will send an engineer. But till now no one has visited our place.
            I also have the ticket/reference number of the complaint which I had registered over phone.

              Sir we belong to khammam city of telangana state vasanthkumar, koti, naresh some emplyees in kmm acquaguard centre not lifting phone for complaint nor giving information properly nor attending problems in time ur company is meant for service but due to this people no one is interesting to take ur machine recently we are suufeered with motor problem in acquqrd mc complain booked thru phone on 25.04.2016 but they have not given proper information nor attended now at this day 8.0pm attended when we tell we complaint customercare due to this people we are suffering company is losting a lot please take action

                Very unhappy very bad service . Incomplete installation by mahendra patel frm ulhasnagar nd nt gvng proper service evn aftr so many calls since one month.. frustated aftr so many calls.. such representatives should b fired from co. Who are not gvng proper servce nd spoiling image of co. Nd my complaint should b resolved soon . Will not reccomend disservice to anyone due to bad service

                  Strictly I will never recommend any Eureka Forbes products.
                  From last six months I was suffer from aqua sure xpert.
                  I was purchase it in may 2015 and it was dead and leakage in October 2015. They get more than 2 months to resolve it and same problem was occur in 23 rd april, 2016.
                  service guy first change valve to stop leakage and now same day again started leakage again and it was totally stop working. They said main circuit was damage so it was replace within a one day. Bur there was no response yet.
                  On 19 th may 2016 my warranty will over and then after what should I do if same problem occur.
                  In nov 2015 I already given a request to replace the product but they only do some try and error but still problem of leakage not stop.

                        for your information I want the complete AMC amount or extension of AMC two year,

                        when your team not ready to attend the complain when I have register to your service desk, after doing n number followup on this and raising complain in consumer complain forum .

                        I am getting response and service, does this way you respond the platinum customer, not sure then how your team will respond the silver and gold customer .

                        when we have AMC with you same time you are responsible to give the service in time for that only we have paid AMC fee right.

                        now your team failed again and every time I hear from you team next time or in future it will not happen again .

                        but it happen 4th time with me, which i can't tolerate any more,

                        get me complete AMC amount or extension of AMC two year

                          I have a 2 year service contract for my aquasure ivory water purifier. On 22 March '16 I made a complaint that water was not flowing properly. The technician came on the 3rd day (48 is what they mention... Which never happens) and told me that the sensor needs to be changed and that he will be getting it the next day
                          ...but that day has not come till now (25 th Apr'16)...I have made n number of calls and they always assure me that they will get back in 48 hours... Which hasn't happened. They say they are coming and still don't turn up. Highly useless service...

                            I am an old customer of Eureka Forbes and I was availing the AMC facility from your company. Renewal of my AMC is due but no one came to renew the contract. The machine is also giving trouble and I lodged a complaint thru sms on the phone no [protected] on 11 Apr 2016 but there was no response from your office.
                            Then again I lodged a complaint on the above no on 15/4/16 and this time I received a reply from your office mentioning my complaint no [protected] and activity no [protected] but no one attended my complaint.
                            Third time I lodged a complaint thru sms on the same number and got a reply mentioning my request no [protected] and cust -id [protected] but till now no one attended my complaint.
                            What should we do ?

                              I'm from ashok nagar, chennai. Your company staff named shakthi kumar asked our eurocleane wet and dry machine and promissed to give rs.2000/ but he forced me to buy a new product eurocleane from him. Till today he did not give give the cash, but he took the machine.

                              Please, take any action on him and refund my cash rs 2000/. I phoned up so many times. But no answer from him. He is cheating me. If you keep a staff like him very soon your company's name will be distroyed by him.

                              Don't buy the product from Eureca Forbes. Because, They donot have proper, reasonable, genuine, marketing officer. All the sales persons are all fraud people. Very very cheaters. There is a person named Sakthi Kumar, who is a cheater, and a fraud. Be very carefull with him.
                              Earlier I had used the Big machine wet and dry. It was not used properly because of my retired age, could not push the machine. But machine condition was very good. In that time I got a phone call from your Chennai branch and she explained about the product name Euroclean - Health - Pro. Your Marketing officer told us to exchange our old machine for Rs.2000/.So I bought this weightless product for Rs. 6990/. He told that he will surrender our old machine in his office and bring that Rs.2000/ to us. So we believed him and gave our old machine. Till today I gave lot of calls but he is not attending my calls and not yet given the demonstration about the new machine which we bought.

                                I have purchased dr. Aquagaurd in nov'15. And on 8th apr'16 i did my first complaint after which i got service. But during service machine got broken by service exec. Because of which the water start leaking from the machine & filter machine is not working as before. The service exec. Advices to change the filter. For both the issues i made next complaint and for this complain. After which the exec. Came and fixing the machine with fevi quick for which i deny after which he left and after this i am waiting for the company to resolve the issue but they are ignoring complaint and even when i called sales exec from whom i purchased machine is also stop taking my calls after 1- 2 times.

                                  Customer Id [protected], Transaction Id: [protected], Aquaguard purchased in May 2015, product still under warranty. One week back it stopped working, service person checked and advised to replace filters. Periodical Service as promised by Company (once in 3 months) not done which has led to product breakdown. Also product not warned before breakdown. Company has to return back money, or exchange new product, or atleast replace the filters. We are suffering without filtered water, and have been contacting and escalating to the Company but till now not addressed.

                                    I have purchased aqua guard classic on 11/11/2014. Salesman had assured six monthly service during warranty period. During this period sales persons visited at least 4-5 times for showy care. Every time we reported him that no service person visited for service, but of no use. During last 5 months i lodged complaints twice through sms. Every time i had a return call of service person in response but no person turned for service. Once i complained with company's new dealer over here (Satara, maharashtra) in an exhibition. He agreed for service, but the same story repeated. When every person from the company behaves in the same manner, fault is on account of the company. Strong marketing & worst service. I think, once sales are over company's responsibility is over. One should not rely upon the company for service.
                                    To whome so ever it may concerned, i would like to ask whether-
                                    1. Is there six monthly free service really assured by company, or salesman give fake assurance, just for the sake of sales ?
                                    2. Responsibility is in whose part if any damge/major fault occurs due to lack of service in time?
                                    3. Why do we always see company’s salesmen, but never see any service person?

                                    Now filtered water is giving bad smell. I don’t think i would be able to get it repaired from any of the ‘eureka forbs’ service dealers. The only way left with me is to throw it away & go for a new one. Definitely i will not go for ‘eureka forbs’ now. There are so many options in the market today.

                                      We were using Aqua Guard Nova Model for the last 16-17 years. Your service person said to be an area manager Mr Paritosh was frequently requesting for purchase of RO, Doctor model and assured to exchange the Nova model at Rs. 500/ and also a free gift. We have purchased the Doctor Model in last month and paid the full invoice price through Credit Card. He has also assured that we are having arrangement with our bank and you have to pay in 12 EMI.

                                      He has taken full value of the money and not deducted the exchange offer of Rs. 500/ neither the cost is converted in to EMI. When we are requesting for refund of Rs 500/ in exchange of old machine, he is telling that hence you have paid through online credit card you are not eligible for exchange offer, though he has never told this before or at the time of payment other wise we should have paid through Cheque.

                                      We have also paid the AMC for the NOVA machine up to May 2016. He has also told that the remaining service charges will also be adjusted but there is no adjustment for the same.

                                      A gift of Wrist Watch is received by us

                                      We therefore file a complain against you service person Mr Paritosh for making fall commitment and assurances and request you to make arrangement for exchange of old NOVA machine and get back the machine in lieu of Rs. 500/

                                      Hope You will take a positive decision in the matter at the earliest other wise we shall be constrained to go to consumer forum
