I have taken a aqua guard of enance uv uf i want to return that machine because of slow filtering process i have called the customer care no then he customer care and say i will call you tommorow and no one is sorting our problem they say that not our work the tell to email customer care office i have email it for 5 time 5day
but there is no responce i have taken the machine on 19 january and i want to refurn it

Its quiet ironical that before I could renew my AMC for the RO Sensa Aquaguard, I use to get a call from the service engineer atleast 2-3 times a week, now that the amc have been renewed and there is a problem .. Recently I purchased a RO + UV Water purifier from Eureka Forbes.Right from day one, I have observed that for every litre of purified water I get almost three litres of water goes down the drain as waste water.This is highly attrocious particularly when drinking water is so precious and every efforts are required to be made to preserve ever drop of it.

In Feb 2014, I made a huge mistake of buying Dr Aqua guard directly from their Sales Representative Sangli Vishal Kambre- mobile [protected]. Since last 4 months the machine is not functioning properly and inspite of my repeated complaints the technician is on purpose not attending the service calls. The reason being the company wants warranty period which is 12 months to get over. Than these blood suckers will start charging...
