Poor service from eureka team

We have taken an amc for aquaguard dated 11/10/[protected] however not a single time, our amc servicing was done on time. Every time, we have to remind the team to come and service. Last two years, its the same poor service standard. This time also amc was due on 11th april, however the contact person anoop ( [protected]) mobile is switched off.
Today we faced some power issue and lodged complaint 86598226 dated 13th april 2016, the person vinay ( [protected]) came and supposedly rectified, however after 15 min itself, the problem came again, when we called vinay, he said that the job will be done tomm as spare ( fuse) is not available. I questioned him that when he has come to rectify, at the same time he should have replaced the fuse rather than shortcut. Now at late night, we need to buy water due to negligent and inefficient service by your engineer. Also when we asked vinay on amc, he informed that it will be done by anoop only which is quite surprising.
We should also be compensated on amc delay which is a regular affair.

Dear Aquaguard, this has been almost two months that we have raised request for AMC servicing, however no one called or came for the same. We demand that servicing to be done and because of your delay you must refund our AMC amount for this year. This is really unacceptable.

      Palash sharma, a service engineer of eureka forbes had visited our residence for regular service of the water purifier (Eureka forbes - dr. Eternity) on 29.03.2016.
      This person failed to provide proper service for the purifier and had broken the quartz glass pipe inside the purifier. This was not all, what he did next was, he made a direct connection from the water supply pipe without giving us any information regarding this. Thus, we had been drinking impure water from 29.03.2016 to 13.04.2016.
      Post palash sharma's visit, we have called the customer care of eureka forbes on 04.04.16 (Complaint number[protected]. Further, i had also sent a mail on 07.04.2016. Regarding the issue.
      A service engineer from eureka forbes has visited us today (13.04.16) regarding our complaints on 04.04.2016 and 07.04.2016. And has resolved the issue.

      My complaint is regarding palash sharma, who has broken the quartz glass pipe inside the purifier and established a direct connection from the water supply pipe so that we had been drinking the supply water instead of purified water for the last 15 days.

      My questions:
      Who will take the responsibility for something as important and crucial as drinking water?
      What if we fall ill due to drinking impure water?

        I am very dissapointed with genius + model aquaguard from eureka forbes. Since day 1, there has been a problem in it . It sudeenly stops working . Now the tds regulator is not working . I am getting 400 tds as output from the machine.
        The problem starts from day of online purchase.
        :- installation is done aftera month of purchase
        :-product motor is deffective from day 1.
        :-after product is replaced, the product randomly shuts down due to faulty pcb.
        :-after pcb is replaced (3 months from now),
        :-tds is coming out as 400 tds.

            This is regarding my eureka forbes water filter (Model st-2000) and my customer code number is [protected] in the name of annamma lukose.

            I am associated with eureka forbes from the past 15 plus years where we have various products of your company.

            This complaint is regarding my eureka forbes water filter. Every year i take an amc for the water filter and there is not a single time where your technicians attend to the same without my reminders. Presently, the amc was due on 24/03/2016 and today is already 13/04/2016 and nobody has turned up till date.

            Each time i call up on the number 39883333, they tell many sorry for the inconvenience caused.

            I feel sorry to complain on this, but due to some errors from the technicians, the image of a big company like yours is spoilt.

            Kindly do the needful to avoid such inconveniences to the faithful customers, else they would go for alternate products and there are so many new branded products available in the market.

              Again how this is marked as resolved,

              Being the platinum customer of yours, what kind of service you giving and asking the complaint number from client, you should able to pull all such thing from your system once the complain are register with hd .

              Same i have updated in amc feedback form which i been told i will be getting update in 1 weeks time, and again it's same and no reply after that

              Want senior management to review all our complain from your system and what was the response time by your team after complain register to hd,

              I want my complete money back or renew the amc for next two years ...

              We purchased Magna water purifier in the month July 2015 .From then on wards the system was not working properly.after repeated phone calls to service centres many number of times at last after 2months, service person arrived and made a service .Then it worked for 2 days and again the taste of the water changed .There is no proper response .

                I have received a call from customer care and I asked you are disturbing my daily life. According to him, Machine can not be replaced, as we don't have provision to replace machine, and I asked after how many visit you decide that problem can not be resolved. Executive told we don't replace machine, I asked if you can not resolve the problem then also you disturb him daily, what is the method? He simply answer i can only send my executive nothing else, I asked what is the meaning of sending executive continuously when they can not resolve answer, He answered I can only sent service man and expert that's it.

                According to him they have sold many machines all over the India, and more than 300 machines in my Apartment, So it can not be a issue from a single customer. We are a big name in the market.

                I have complained many times regrading the issue of My Water Purifier machine. Problem has been occurred when your service engineer visited. I have logged more than 10+ complains, and engineer visit is also more than 20+times.

                They have told that this product itself is defective. They ask me why did you buy this product.

                I have logged complain at customer care, I have tried calling continuously at [protected] to talk to Ms Anu Kotian, or Vinath Hegde, But no one picks the phone. Phone rings with no attendee.

                When ever I call customer care they simply log another complain, when I ask for 2nd or 3rd level escalation, then don't give any token no. I have many request for that but they never helped, and say just give me one more last attempt.

                I have mailed many times to Ms. Anu Kotian, But either she never worried about customer complain or any thing else.

                I have request to replace the machine but it has not been replace, I always get a message that it is in the process.

                It has been real harassment for tracking same problem since January. I have really tortured by your service man, executives and engineer. Daily tracing for water purifier has disturbed and affected my daily routine & family life.

                So This is a last reminder, Please replace the machine earliest, or else I have no other option than moving to court.

                  Case i purchased eureka forbes aquaguard enhance ro +uv water purifier on 30.08.2015 from saravana stores, t, nagar, chennai -600 017 by paying rs.17, 000 plus.Invoice number 329760 it was installed in two days of time.

                  The machine suddenly slowed down in the first week of january and in a week's time stopped working completely. I lodged a complaint in the customer care telephonically ( complaint number[protected] and was hopeful of a serviceman visiting as assured in the next 48 hours but there was no response. Then when i called up the customer care again, they listen to me as a fresh complainant and i need to tell the story all from the beginning . I patiently repeated this exercise 4-5 times but to no progress.

                  After a week, a service man visited my place and said that the machine details are not updated by the vendor and hence he cannot do anything to resolve the trouble with the machine as it is within the warranty period. Whose fault is this and why the customer should suffer? He gave a phone number and asked me to whatsapp the invoice of my purchase and there was no response from that end too.)
                  This is atrocious - unbecoming of a reputed brand like eureka.

                  I do not know how long more you will take to resolve this complaint pending since january 2016. Is eureka forbes selling spurious chinese made goods in indian market. Do i need to publish the lack of customer response in all the customer complaint forums and file a case of apathy and compensation.

                  Please take this seriously and resolve the complaint soon to avoid unpleasant interactions.

                    Sir I have taken wet and dry vacuum cleaner in 2012 .I use it once in a blue moon.                       Purified water is not up to the mark. After getting the purified water from UB Based water purifiers, once again I put the same water in our manual water filter and find that lot of residual uncleaned dust& mud deposited in my manual water fitter.I have complained to representative who is attending for annual maintenance, but he is not able to proper explanation. more over they are very much interested for annual maimtance charges only but attendance for services is very very poor. my recent Contract Receipt No.[protected] issued from Kolkata. kIndly look in to the matter.Regards I K SAHA Mob.                         I have bought aeroguard air pruifier from eureka forbes official site by paying full money on the 18th feb, 2016 adn ultimately the product was delivered to me only on the 5th mar after so many followup calls. By using the product for 7 days our family people find it inconveniant and causing head ache. As advised by customer care i have submitted the return form on the 13th march itself, from that day i am keep calling them to pick the machine and refund the money and every time some new executive will attend the phone and they keep promising as follows:
                        1)machine will be picked up by today 3 pm
                        2)since today is a friday and sat/sun being official holiday for us (Head
                        Office closed) the machine will be pickked up by monday.
                        3) we will call back
                        4) wait for some time
                        5) seniors are not available and we will call back
                        6) definetely machine will be picked up by wednesday.
                        So for i never got any call back and every time i am spending 15 mts with each of them i.E std calling.

                        Please get my money with interest and penalty to raise such a mentol agonay to me and my family.

                        Again you are proving that you are not addressing the issue. The customer id is very much present in subject line itself.

                        Finally the machine was picked up by ? M/S Gati courier vide Doc no.[protected] date 13th April and till date according to your customer care it is in transit only.

                        Are you people are serious in business or just time pausing? Please investigate right now and send me back my money without any further delay and complications.

                          We had buy water purifier from Eureka forbes. We were told that there will be 3 free service. After a lot of follow up and complain, we got one person to do the service. When he came he didn't bring the filter with him which was much need as we wanted to change the filter.

                          After I call them 100 times, every time they say we will send someone and till today no one even care to call me up or do follow up.

                            Very disappointed with Eureka Forbes service, my Aqua Guard iNova model which is in AMC is not functioning for more than a months, and your customer care keeps giving service request number as follows but no further action. somewhere in March[protected]st April[protected]th April[protected] Further follow up calls on 5th April 16 and spoke at escalation level to Ms Abilisha, another follow call on 11th April 16 spoke with the same lady and felt that no use in talking to anyone at customer care. Now instead me running behind Eureka Forbes to get the issue resolved, why shouldnt i be taking this issue to Consumer court??

                              I have some problem in my aquaguard .So i requested for services .The servicemen had came and said ur aquaguard motor is not working so he just removed that motor and said i will bring new motor but now it's 7 days he didn't come i have complaint in customer care.But nobody is replying .My complain number is [protected].Even i had pay 3 years services charge .This is the worst experience .

                              worst services .I have given 3 year services charge I would suggest everyone that don't buy services package from eureka Forbes.very disappointed.

                                  Sir, i have a product of aqua sure Expert model water purifier & i have logged a complain on 2.4.16 wide complain no 86423568 but till no action done from your end what is the next step for customer .and i have continues call to your customer care & your Service technician but they are not responding to me. please let me know where i go to resolve the issue.                                     Dear sir we have a problem with ureka forbs aqua guard water filter, repeatedly we have problems ia have two machines last two days back, i raised complaint even though our complaint is not closed how much time they will take to close the complaint i have two machines under out of warranty. Warranty was closed we have problems your team also are not responding properly. Please give instructions to close the issue.

                                      I just replaced my filter on 4th april 2016 on that day on wards i am unable to drink water getting very bad smell. Already i paid 3600/- for servicing, so i don't want to pay single rupee again, pfa receipt for that.

                                      If you didn't sort out by end of the tomorrow, i am going to put police case for selling products.

                                        I was facing issue with my Green RO
                                        One of your rep came to my house and suggested me to add bowl to the RO for which I have spent 1200 bucks but still I was facing same issue later one of your engineer came and have changed the membrane of my green RO and now its working fine and also stated me that bowl is not needed for green RO
                                        And now the bowl is kept aside which was hardly attached to RO
                                        Request you to take it and return my 1200 bucks which I have spent because of your reps incorrect information
