On Aug -2015 we purchased a product called genius ..., it worked very good till 3rd month then problem started with filter, we contacted technician they came changed .., after 15 days same problem then again changed.., then after mostly 20- 25 days a problem started then one of technician came with a brilliant solution and they said in your location this product will not work and water pressure is not so good you have change ..., before we took the product salesperson checked everything and he suggested genius.
when we called the sales person he said i deal with only sales i dont know anything about services. and he also said dont call me again for the issue ...
what a brand eruka Forbes, no one take proper action. we contacted every person in Hyderabad who are staff of eruka Forbes ..., each one had their own story


one said write a letter
one said i busy i'll call in the evening on Feb - 16 till no call
one person blocked our number
and many more are there

(I dont want to mention names here.., )

we called customer care they are busy to solve our problem ...

    Please refer my annual maintenance service(Diksha care of Gobind :mobile no.-[protected] ; resident of 31/10 Ashok Nagar, 2nd floor, New Delhi 110018). In this connection Mr. Anil Kumar (mobile no.-[protected]) from your company has attended the service on the date 09/03/2016 .After his service our aquagaurd cap started leaking due to which we contacted the same service man again to attend the complaint referred above. But despite of so many reminders he did not even bother to reply .this is really insulting as he is not even responding to so many calls made by us. Kindly do the need full action as early as possible.

      This is to inform you about a Big Cheating Company Eureka Forbes. They sell Water Purifiers however, if you are considering buying a Water Purifier Please consider Service of Water Purifier as an important aspect and don't fall into the trap of Eureka forbes.
      These guys
      1. Have not serviced my water purifies for last 6 months
      2. Give Wrong Complaint Numbers so we cannot escalate
      3. The escalation is only few characters so that we cannot explain anything in details and after that it says the complaint number provided is not Valid so can never escalate.
      4. You have to always call the technician, who are no good. they do not clean the filter properly, and end up damaging the purifier.

      Eureka Forbes is Waste of a Company. Use Indian Brands that way atleast the money we pay stays with some people of india rather than sponsoring external terrorists that Eureka Forbes is doing.

      i was told that Service technician will come in 2 hours. however, the technician has not come
      Again i was provided with the invalid complaint number. So again i cannot escalate

      surely it is terrorizing, any time they can make your immune system go down by contaminating the filters.
      the person coming home for service does the service however there is no guarantee, what has been done and not even the water is tested for no contaminants.

      The Purifier becomes the contaminant and may also stop functioning. which in my case has stopped functioning after giving out dirty water for some time.

      Yes they call it Dr Acquguard and we all know how much we respect Doctors (they are different form of money collectors)

        I raised a fresh installation request to Eureka Forbes a week ago.
        Despite repeated follow & escalation up they do not provide any technician.
        The customer care person never redirects the call to their manager despite request.And to make it worse they provide incorrect number of their manager.

        I am completely frustrated and pissed off with the ill-managed customer service of Eureka Forbes.

        If this is how they serve the customer, soon you gonna loose more customers and business.

          I have purchased Enhance RO+UV Water purifier in Feb 2014 and I was in AMC for last 2 years. The service quality is pathetic least to say. Technicians will never turn up for days though they commit time on daily basis. The last instance is that I have registered a compliant on 12 Mar and today is 19 Mar. No service yet though I am following it up daily. We are buying bottle water daily 5 Ltr for last one week and this water purifier is like a show piece in my kitchen.The saddest part is that water purifier stopped working next after the regular maintenance !!!

          I didn't experienced such a inferior quality of service from any other company and this is the first time in my life, I have registering a complaint in a portal.I am so much frustrated this time.

          Those who are planning to buy Eureka Forbes water purifier may consider this feedback before buying it.

            I have registered complaint on 12-march-2016... From then i daily call their customer care and everytime they tell that technician will visit today but no one has visited since... Also their customer care is not so responsive one has to call multiple times in a day so that some personnel answer the call.. Complaint is for leakage of the product..

              Hello,

              We are facing a harrowing time trying to have the aquaguard fixed. We just moved from Hyderabad to Bangalore. During installation, the input coupler broke. Since then, I have called the customer support multiple times and every time they reach my Hyderabad address to attend the problem. Doesn't your database capture transfers and customer information correctly?

              The complaint details are as below:

                I have made amc on 12th feb 2016. Carbon filter was supposed to be changed in 2 days after amc. I have made several service requests, but still no one visited for service. Pathetic response from service team. Very bad service. Now i would like to terminate the amc and want my money back. Looking at this i am sure that i will not get any service in future.                       Worst service and poor response from 39883333. Though in amc candle not changed.

                      Under AMC for 4 years. Candle change due in December 2015. A technician came in DEC.15 month end. without identity card when my wife is alone. He was not allowed inside without ID card. He answered that he was not supplied with ID and returned saying that she may lodge a complaint. I contacted Sri.Parthiban mob.No.[protected]. First he promised that he will send a technician but after a week he wanted me to register a service request with...

                      We had purchased survelliance system and door video phone of your company but since the date of purchase we are facing problems which had not been handled properply by your technicians..and in october '15 our door phone had stopped working ..after complaints the technician turned up and took both outdoor and indoor unit with him...and just declared it 'Total fail and expired..'.
                      Now guide us what to do if such reputed brand has such poor after sale services..

                          I want to register the complain against eureka forbes water filter service,

                          when ever we have problem with filter we used to raise complain with helpline : [protected] they will register complain which need to be address in max 2 working days.

                          but we not getting response more then 5 day's also, having service amc contract it totally waste when we not getting service in time, having non working filter water not health to drink we buying water from out side.

                          now we want to compensation form eureka forbes water filter service for complete payment or extending the AMC for more 2 year

                          pay for water which we buying out side since complaint as been raised with helpline

                          I got only two complain no, helpdesk team refuse to give all my complain number, saying they not able to find on system, which is really strange answer ISO certified company should as records minimum 5 year of data record

                          I need to compensation on this case, how come this marked as resolved, this is not write way for having AMC and that to for platinum customer Eureka Forbes respond on there own time, and after raising consumer complain how soon they addressing the issue, is this way to get the service from Eureka Forbes.

                          why they have help desk to raise the complain and that complain getting close without resolving the issue, , and we need to follow up with them every day to address the issue, this is not AMC service in this case and no system standard eureka Forbes following ...

The product itself was delivered on 18 feb 2016. Even after one months, the promised free gift is yet to be delivered.                               A lots of time i have call to your customer care number[protected] about my free gift . However they havent take any action on complaint raised on dated 6 march 2016 Complaint number : 94755752 not yet resolved might be you are not follow the TAT to resolved the customer complaint .its already a month over after purchase the product . as per bill receipt "Please note that the products availed in the offer – Provogue Watch will be shipped to you separately within 2 weeks". I think its almost 5 week done . Still i haven't received the product . Your customer care team is still working and checking with backed and need extra time to resolved the complaint . I think your e commerce is not that much effective to work properly . Every time a listen the new thing Manager not available, he is busy in meeting. Sir I will call you. Need more extra time. i think all bull are done from your customer care. Surely i have purchase a product from one cheater company.

                                i am customer of eurekaforbes aquaguard genious+ i purchased and installed it today that is on[protected] they installed the device in the presence of may maid and they didn't explain the demo of the device when i phoned the service center at 8 30 pm they attended the phone and spoke vulgarly and rejected the phone they didn't spoke well is this the way you provide your service and treat the customers and provide your services and give respect to the customes

                                  We are using Eurekaforbes Green RO from last 3 Years and in the mean time we have already changed and paid for filters but again they stopped working even the time limit is not expired of filters and again we have to change it I don't know why this all is happening again and again and we have to pay again and again for filters may be the concerned persons are not using proper filters for customers or any other reason which is very problematic for us.

                                    I purchased a water filter 21 december 2015 and it stopped working ten days ago. On complaint and repeated follow up the technician visited and promised to come back to repair.

                                    No one contacted me and on my contact i was told that there is no spare. So what i am supposed to do with something not working.
                                    Either you get me the replacement or get it repaired immediately. It stopped working in two months and your staff is not ready to repair.

                                    It is past 12 days and the filter was not repaired. I was calling their office Srinivas reddy [protected] no response either it is busy or he does not lift.
                                    We are suffering after buying this piece which stopped working after two months . They do not care about the customer.

                                      Under AMC the Company was supposed to change the Carbon and Candle of the Aqua Guard, However, their team of Thane Matoshree is refusing to do the same on some pretext or some flimsy reasons.
                                      Even the mail sent to the Company of Complaint is not being responded.
