I did not receive after sales service from your dealer Euro water solutions, Kankroli. Also their phone numbers no more work. Now my purifier has a minor problem. The water gets stored at the back but the connection to the front has a problem and hence leaking from the back. I called your customer care and they asked me to contact the local dealer. The dealer no more exists. They customer care people told me that they would charge me for the service.

I was promised of lifetime free service from the dealer, however I did not get even a single service. Now your company wants to charge me for making a mistake of buying purifier from you.

My contact number is [protected]. If you guys have a bit of courtesy then contact me and rectify my problem.

    Harassment from dealer and service team no proper response for service after several complaints and giving different false Information regarding AMC coverage

    I have spoken to Ms Kiruba & Mr.Abdul Khan team leader care officer by care no[protected]through land line no[protected] she has also confirmed that during one year AMC period, as per eureka terms and conditions, filters, motherboard, motor, pump and electronic items will be covered with free of cost (excluding valve, tubes &plastic items, covers ) and the above has been forwarded to head office and concerned dealer by mail.She assured motor and all electronics parts will be replaced free of cost under I year AMC after getting confirmation from Team leader Mr.Abdul Khan.

    Once again I request you to recheck their committed recorded voice for I year AMC Coverage parts

    Kindly intervene and arrange solution at the earliest please

      . I have RO total Reviva since 2010 and AMC continue since 2010 with out fail. I am surprise when Your service engineer connect me 2 or 3 times for last service of my RO system from Dec 2015, He is interested only in renewal of AMC I m said no every time, He come today and said that he comes for last service of my RO, He nothing do only clean outer filter connected from stop cock ( out side of RO system ) and said your AMC completed on 15/03/2016. I checked from my old AMC bill as detail below, I Purchase RO total Reviva on 16.04.2010, but AMC date not related with 16.04, is your AMC valid from the date of renewal whether you renewal before the expire period.
      I think your are interested only in AMC contract only, when customer given money their service is not good. and your dealer has behave as collection agent.

        I am writing to let you know that I had purchased a product, i.e Aquaguard magna RO of your company on dated 01/06/2015.But I am very sorry to inform you that after my purchase I have been continuously facing the problem of breakdown repeatedly only within a span of 6 months.Firstly your repair executive told us to install the additional IRON GUARD giving excuses that your water supply having higher TDS & after that you will not going to face same problem.Unfortunately problem still occuring repeatedly & your repair executive had no clues but giving unbelievable reasons such that your roof tank should be made higher. In this short span he already visited my place atleast 8-10 times. I am just thinking what will going to happen when my warranty period will be ended.

        So I am requesting you to take up the matter very seriously & doing the needful.I don't think I will never recommend such product to anybody.


        Pls.do look into the matter urgently.

              Hi,

              Today the technician from eureka forbes aquaguard installed the purifier. Never was it mentioned that for getting 3ltr of purified water almost 1 whole big bucket of water is wasted saying it as impure water. This doesnt make sense too. I am really not satisfied with the product. If this is some technical issue and if it's fixed will give one more try. If it's been designed like that then I would gladly take it out and would want my money back.

              Do look into this problem? If this doesn't gets resolved I will make sure I notify other buyers of the product about the issue and recommend them not buy it(Facebook, Twitter...).

                Eureka Forbes — Misleading the Customer


                I am owning Eureka Forbes, Tornado Trendy Vacuum Cleaner for the past 15 years. I wanted to purchase Paper bags which are used in the vacuum cleaner. I have not got any proper response from any of the service center in chennai. My Vacuum cleaner works fine, whenever i end up calling for paper bags, they just say, since its old i need to buy a new vacuum cleaner. Why my machine works fine, why is that they insist on getting a new vacuum cleaner.

                IS THIS THE WAY TO SELL THE PRODUCT???

                  I purchased non electronic water purifier of eureka Forbes its not working till I complaint for this on 27 Jan 2016 and gave reminder up to 8 time after but nobody taking its seriously my complaint number is 85416881 and second complaint number is 85748307 pls look at this matter very closely and take action against consern staff which is not working for the best future of company . This is my last and best suggestion for u . My product still in warranty .

                    I have a euro purifier for the last 10-12 years and I continue to have service contract continuously since purchase.
                    The contract expired in October, 2015 and since my wife was away till Dec, 15 I could not renew it.
                    I called on your number 3988 3333 with a complaint no.94624145 on[protected] for renewal.Some boy has come at around 12.00 noon and opened the instrument and made it nonfunctional and said unless we pay it will not be attended. My wife said please come and collect the cheque between 1.00 -2.00 p.m.and please complete the job.he refused to do that.By seeing the portal I called on [protected] with a request to do and collect the amount, invain.
                    I have again called on 3988 3333 on[protected] and recorded with no.94636206 but so far nothing is done.I called on [protected] and requested again on[protected].No use.
                    Today again I called both 3988 3333 and [protected] and I am without water for last 2 days.
                    Would request you to attend on top priority and also explain if any exchange is there for the model.

                        Hi,

                        This a follow-up complaint regarding our Invisi-pure water filter whose motor stopped turning on since three weeks. One of the technicians came but was unable to fix it. Since then I made several phone calls regarding this issue but so far no one responded.I'm specifically complaining about the supervisor Mr. Srinivas Reddy(Vizag location), who keeps on telling that he is going to send someone but no one ever shows up.I have a very bad experience with this company and I'm really disappointed with their service and I would never recommend this company for anyone.

                          I am really not sure how you guys are surviving in the market with this kind of service and products.


                          For GOD SAKE don't even dare to play with customers like us for no reasons.


                          Its my mistake to buy this MAGNA RO+UV+... and its been not even a year (only 8 months) which is been harassing me from last two months.


                          I have your office in Shaikpet, Manikonda, Hyderabad just near by but they were never bothered to revert to my queries on time... I believe they have only one technician who just comes and goes to my home and gives a temporary solution for a week...


                          This is the third complaint which I have been raising on you guys for the kind of service you provide... the technician only provides me a temporary solution for the purifier and runs away...


                          I don't want you guys to be a regular visitors to my home for every week and I need a senior technician to come to my home and rectify the issue today itself at any cost...


                          the only concern is that all my hearings have fallen into deaf ears but never bothered... finally you customer care representative says that the problem will be rectified in 24-48 hours depending upon the priority of complaints... what should I do for 24-48 hours then... ? A MILLION DOLLARS QUESTION FOR YOU AND FOR ME ASWELL.


                          Its only a for long distance and you take 2-3 working days to rectify a issue and that too a temporary solutions.


                          I need the service request number immediately and the problem should be rectified today itself.


                          Else please be prepared for the consequences for the same.

                            I have purchased Dr. Aquaguard Geneus + on 26 January . on purchasing their executives told that if you are not satisfied with the product then we will return your product and refund amount to you.

                            Now I am trying to contact these people via email and phone they are not doing any response to me.

                            Email regarding Returning product I have sent on 11 Feb at [[protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in] and after 9 days there was no response then I called back to customer care then they again suggest to me sent an email to another email Id [[protected]@eurekaforbes.com] and said that sent an email to this and we will give you immediate response. I have sent second email on 20 Feb and still no response.

                            What I thinking is company is trying to complete it 30 days so they can say that your 30 days are complete as company policy.

                            Every time customer care executive asked me, is your product being installed ?

                            Every time i replied that it had already installed i raised a refund request so please initiate my refund and take your product back but there are no response.

                              My self Nitin Ajarekar had given a trendy vocume cleaner for motor replacement on 27/11/2015 But till date it is not happened so. But every time i visit eureka Forbes office alto provorim, I am getting the same answer that it will be done within 2 days time and stock is not available right now.It is very painful to say that the company like eureka Forbes is giving very bad and poor service and they don have the curtsy to tell the customer the status of the complain. Hence I appeal to the customers not to take eureka Forbes product henceforth.

                              My name is Pankaj Adkar, I had bought aquasure prime UV+UF 6 month back for my family as I’m having two little kids . It was working fine till 18 Feb 2016 but when aqua guard person came to our home for first servicing after that so many problems get created.
                              1) Water purifier get overflow
                              2) No Indication of LED
                              3) LED get malfunctioning

                              I have raised complaint ([protected]) of this service to Customer care on 20 Feb 2016 & they had confirmed that problem will get resolved within 2 working days.
                              But still now I am getting struggled with Eureka Forbes services, I had tried calling multiple time in customer care but I am getting the same answer that it will be done within 2 days’ time.
                              Today is 10th day & now it’s very difficult to say that the company like eureka Forbes is giving very poor & bad quality service to customers.
                              I am requesting all other customer not to take any product of eureka Forbes.

                                Customer ID no[protected], purchase date 21.11.2015, after installing instrument wored for one week after that it stopped working, we loved complaint at customer care service center ( A4734021), they came and checked the instrument and replace all sensors inside, after that it worked for one week again we logged complaint, they came and Assured for replacement, till nobody is turned up, we also called them no body is taking responsibility .pl slove ourproblam, this instrument ment is Dr aquagard magna.

                                  There is only a note from Eureka forbes. No customer support. Pathetic and regrettable service. I don't recommend any product of Eureka forbes. Its cheating that customers face after buying their products.

                                    [protected] - this is the ticket number, one of many i have given to Eureka forbes Aquaguard Magna Water purifier. It was a very basic request, I just wanted them to reinstall the purifier at our new home. product is under warranty. But these people have duped us and say that they will send people but never send them. NO PEOPLE have come to THIS date to just do a job that takes hardly 10 minutes with their equipment. This is very disappointing, and many calls to customer service results in no action being taken. I am loosing my time and my money trying to reason with these people. I would like them to return my money and take the product back because frankly i do not want to go through this nightmare ever AGAIN.

                                      I bought Dr. Aquagurd Magna HD RO+UV on 10/02/2016 and request for installation on 11/02/2016 with request No. 94538994.

                                      It is very disappointing service I found ever. From the day of request, till date I am calling the customer service and requesting for installation but every time I have been told that we are arranging technician and no body responded to the request. And its been 10 days product is just lying in a corner of my house.

                                      If you are not able to provide the service then why you are selling your product.

                                        I have purchased Dr. Aquadaurd HD, RO + UV on 30/03/2015, from installation details.
                                        1. Sales person came explained about products and checked the TDS, he suggested no need to put extra filter, he recommended to use 7000 to 8000 ltrs, nothing going to happen if any thing happen service person will come and check and replace.
                                        2. Installed person came installed within 10 minutes he went, after installation water leakage he visited two times.
                                        3. now I got problems, that rejection water is not coming, complained about in customer care[protected], technician came Mr. Harsha he checked and replaced some small nosel rejection water started coming.
                                        4. Water is filling up more than two hrs taking for 7ltrs tank, he told me that Membrane choked, he came next day and replaced re generation membrane after no changes, he is simply telling we can not more than this.
                                        5. again I called customer care they r telling we ll replace with new one will solve the problem.
                                        I am living with my wife and kid, water use around 6 to 8 ltrs per day 8x30 days = 240 ltrs x 11 months = 2640 ltrs.
                                        I believed on Eureka Products, I m just waiting for the solving the problems.

                                        The Aqua guard(geneus) which we are having is not working due to faulty service last time,

                                        Raised below complain

                                        which was again escalated to

                                        After calling customer support for week no one has come till now, please provide us basic service which we are entitled to after buying your product,
