We had purchased survelliance system and door video phone of your company but since the date of purchase we are facing problems which had not been handled properply by your technicians..and in october '15 our door phone had stopped working ..after complaints the technician turned up and took both outdoor and indoor unit with him...and just declared it 'Total fail and expired..'.
Now guide us what to do if such reputed brand has such poor after sale services..

    I have purchase dr.Aquaguard magna uv product from above company. All sales people from top to bottom giving wrong information regarding product & service. No co-operation from service center. Company's aim is only sale the product not customer satisfaction. From last 4 to 5 months facing same problem but nobody is bother regarding complaint.

      Hi Team,

      I want to register the complain against eureka forbes water filter service,

      when ever we have problem with filter we used to raise complain with helpline : [protected] they will register complain which need to be address in max 2 working days.

      but we not getting response more then 5 day's also, having service amc contract it totally waste when we not getting service in time, having non working filter water not health to drink we buying water from out side.

      now we want to compensation form eureka forbes water filter service for complete payment or extending the AMC for more 2 year

      pay for water which we buying out side since complaint as been raised with helpline

      I got only two complain no, helpdesk team refuse to give all my complain number, saying they not able to find on system, which is really strange answer ISO certified company should as records minimum 5 year of data record

      I need to compensation on this case, how come this marked as resolved, this is not write way for having AMC and that to for platinum customer Eureka Forbes respond on there own time, and after raising consumer complain how soon they addressing the issue, is this way to get the service from Eureka Forbes.

      why they have help desk to raise the complain and that complain getting close without resolving the issue, , and we need to follow up with them every day to address the issue, this is not AMC service in this case and no system standard eureka Forbes following ...

      I have given my feedback on team and they said they will get back to me on weeks’ time, but again same they keep quit,

        delivered on 9 feb16 to me. The free product (on the go filter bottle) with this product was not yet delivered to me besides my several emails, telephonic requests and complains at eureka site (complain

          A lots of time i have call to your customer care number[protected] about my free gift . However they havent take any action on complaint raised on dated 6 march 2016 Complaint number : 94755752 not yet resolved might be you are not follow the TAT to resolved the customer complaint .its already a month over after purchase the product . as per bill receipt "Please note that the products availed in the offer – Provogue Watch will be shipped to you separately within 2 weeks". I think its almost 5 week done . Still i haven't received the product . Your customer care team is still working and checking with backed and need extra time to resolved the complaint .               We are using Eurekaforbes Green RO from last 3 Years and in the mean time we have already changed and paid for filters but again they stopped working even the time limit is not expired of filters and again we have to change it I don't know why this all is happening again and again and we have to pay again and again for filters may be the concerned persons are not using proper filters for customers or any other reason which is very problematic for us.

                I purchased a water filter 21 december 2015 and it stopped working ten days ago. On complaint and repeated follow up the technician visited and promised to come back to repair.

                No one contacted me and on my contact i was told that there is no spare. So what i am supposed to do with something not working.
                Either you get me the replacement or get it repaired immediately. It stopped working in two months and your staff is not ready to repair.

                It is past 12 days and the filter was not repaired. I was calling their office Srinivas reddy [protected] no response either it is busy or he does not lift.
                We are suffering after buying this piece which stopped working after two months . They do not care about the customer.

                  Under AMC the Company was supposed to change the Carbon and Candle of the Aqua Guard, However, their team of Thane Matoshree is refusing to do the same on some pretext or some flimsy reasons.

                        i am from Chennai i have a aquasure water purifier which is under AMC (amc no[protected] and i logged a compliant no 85000929 on 29/12/2015 that my water purifier not working after so many follow up the technician visited and take my machine for service after that no one turned up i dont know the status of the machine now so many times i called the call center they simply telling it will come today and tomorrow they shared one number of Mr Thanigavel ([protected]) so many times we followed him and he is replying rudely its almost 3 months over no response from them pls guide me how to log a compliant against Eureka force and get back my machine and AMC charges i paid and compensation from them.

                          I have purchased Dr.Megna RO vide subject quoted above. In this connection, the old A/g(inova) was given to company in an adjustment of amount of Rs.500/-, with a condition that the amount of the AMC of old product will be adjusted with the new purchase. Since three months have been passed, no intimation have been received by me till date. I do not believe that company like Eureka forbes, it will treat like that with there old customers. It is really, hopeless on the part of Eureka forbes.

                          Secondly, this product is not at all suitable in compare to other similar product available in the market, The storage tank of 7 litre is very small, the dark glass frame does not indicate the quantity of water available in the chamber, there is no visibility, Hopeless, I will not recommend to any one to buy this product from Eureka forbes. Hopeless.

                          The company should replace the screen glass, which is to be visible to see the level of water available in the chamber. I am disappointed with the service of Eureka forbes.

                          Dr.Acuguard SCPR-200 EMC-9089937 VIDE Order no. 37122 and final recept no. 040818 dated 21/11/2015.
                          The above detail may be corrected, since pertain to airpurifier, However, the details for RO+UV Dr. Megna is given below:
                          EMC[protected] Order no. 040818 dt 21/11/2015. My mobile no is [protected]. Name A.K.Khanna
                          Voltas window AC- Beware of buying voltas window AC. This company is basically fooling customers by selling GHATIA Product, Sir I have purchased one window AC on 31March 2014. The window panel was replaced after 7 days of purchased and after two months electronic device was replaced.After completion of one year, AMC had been done. During march 2016, AC went into coma, since gas has been leaked after one year and 11 months. Engineer has checked and remarked that internal copper tubes have been rusted which required to be coated. It was agreed by me. but Rs 800/- for coating has been demanded, since it did not covered in AMC. The same has been paid too.

                          AC was sent to workshop for filling gas and coating. The hopeless company is selling Gatia product. If Voltas team read this complaint, can contact me on [protected], email address [protected]@gmail.com for there comments.

                            I have purchased Aquaguard Magna UV on 23 Oct 2015. Within 4 months it has given trouble more than 5 times. I complained the dealer 3 times. First time he replaced the unit with a new one, second time he added one extra filter worth Rs 1300, stating poor water quality. But the problem still persisted.
                            After that i complained service center, they tried to solve the issues but the problem kept coming up after 15-20days. Last time they replaced that filter with another one, stating that first one was of poor quality and not suitable for the type of water. They also told that, the first filter was Worth only 300 and new filter they added for extra Rs 1000. Still the problem persisted.
                            Now service center people are saying in our area this model is not suitable and problem will continue and frequently need servicing. Being a reputed brand, they should provide proper service for customer satisfaction. Since problem can not be solved with this model it should be replaced with a new model, This feels like a waste of money.

                            Although the service people came and tried to correct the problems and assured that no further problems will occur still the machine has stopped functioning once again.Please look into this matter.If the problem is impossible to solve then please refund my entire money and tack back your defective product or replace that with an another model else i have to go to consumer forums. Its not at all expected from a reputed company like yours to cheat your customers. I am deeply unsatisfied with the product and the service you are providing.

                            After posting my previous complain i found that after 5-6 hours the machine again started working automatically. Although the machine self-corrected itself but still a doubt is always there in my mind.I live far away from my home where the machine is installed. So its difficult for me to see my parents suffer due to the comfort that i thought was providing to them.

                              I have a eureka fobres classic filter has been installed at jagannath mandir, sector-5, kharghar, navi mumbai. The amc period was from 06.03.2014 to 05.03.2016. During the period, only twice the service persons attended the servicing. They would normally not visit once in six months until and unless you call them.
                              On 6th of march, 2016, i renewed the amc for next two years. Yet after renewal, no one, till date (11.03.2016) visited the installed site to change the filer nor they are responding to the phone call. I had booked a complain on 7.03.2016 bearing request no 86018778. However, till date no body has visited the installed site to attend the complain nor changed the filter candle. The candle has not been changed since last two years even if the amc is renewed in time. Please attend.

                                I changed water purifier adopter on 26/02/16 as suggest by service person.Last one year I am servicing my water purifier frequently .                                     Hey guys, I made a complaint 3-4 days back. The customer care received the complaint. Since then we have been receiving calls from fradulent service personnel (who dont have id cards issued

                                    He changed the photo diode and then asked for the money. We asked him for a receipt to which he said

                                    " I dont have the receipt right now and I will give it to you after I get the money"

                                    we stood adamant on it and he is going to get the receipt tomorrow.
                                    However we have doubts about his authenticity now.

                                    He gave his employee ID as 41068.

                                    Could you please get back at the earliest? I hope for a quick response ( preferably today)

                                      I had purchased Xpert water purifier from Aquaguard. It was mentioned to me that the filter and membrane comes with 12 months warranty.
                                      However after 4-5 months itself water purifier started some problem and I raised complaint to the the customer care. Initially they checked and did something like cleaning of membrane or filter and told it will work fine now.
                                      But that does not helps and again i raised complaint as the water quality is not good. Raising again complaint they came after some days and told me that Membrane is gone and need replacement. I told them that this comes under 12 months warranty and should be replaced by company if any problem happens. They declined and now from last 2-3 months i am still waiting for the replacement and meanwhile i am using outside bottled water which is unnecessary an expense on me.

                                      I do not understand what you are waiting for, looks like just waiting for 12 months to complete without resolving the complaint being raised in the earlier days itself.

                                      This is really an issue and I request Consumer forum to kindly take necessary action. I had purchased, installed and now it is just lying and occupying space in my home.

                                        I am having Geneus product from aqua gaurd. I raised complaint on 3rd March 2016 for replacing filters as per AMC with Aquagaurd. Since that day, technician is not responding. Everyday, he is saying, complaint will be attended by evening, and at evening when I call them, they are saying next day. I ecalated this issue with customer care as well, but seems its of no use.

                                        Today again, service centre with phone number [protected] said today they will replace the filter for sure. We waited till 10PM, after that we came to know the above number is switched off. Its very pathetic service centre with false commitment. Worst is that, even after so many escalation no response from your team. I am regretting purchasing this product.
