I purchased an ro in April 2022 from Amazon with customer I'd [protected], but till now I have registered complaints many times in just last 3 months, everytime it stopped working. Now from last 1 week I raised req again for service as Purifier is not working, but still no one called to come. I called technician names Sohal pal assigned, he said he dont have time to come. This is ridiculous. How a person can be so casual in attending services....

COMPLAINT IS NOT AGAINST PRODUCT BUT AGAINST SERVICE PERSONNEL.
We had an "Inova" machine earlier.
We had taken an AMC for the machine which was valid from 04.12.20 to 03.12.23.
This machine stopped working hence a new machine "Classic" was purchased (sales order [protected] dated 29.07.21) was purchased

I am Shibatosh Bhattacharjee a consumer of Eureka Forbes Aqua guard. I have made payment of Rs. 5650 for 3 years renewal of AMC service on 08.06.2022. The service representative assured that link of downloading payment receipt should be provided to registered mobile number within 24 hours. But still not received any payment receipt and moreover reminder of renewal for AMC is coming to my whatsapp frequently....

I had purchased the Eureka Forbes on 17.06.22 but still no men come to installation. This is shameless for your service. If you not provide the service then pick the Item from your end....

I paid for AMC and the catridges should be replaced in AMC.

I gave the request for service and to change the catridges (Repair Request No. [protected]).

Again no technician was assigned for the above request.

I purchased water softener from Eureka forbes after a delayed and faulty installation they had to provide salt for the machine, when not received i raised a escalation which did not work for three weeks and your team and sales might be hand in glove
Now the local sales agent threatens me that he will not supply as i raised an escalation
So what is escalation service of Eureka to threaten people...

I lodged my complaint on 22.05.22, which is still pending to attend. I feel helpless to install your company RO. Almost its almost all major parts was replaced during warranty period. So I am bond to take your AMC on higher rates every year. Now your company not attending my complaint.

Please refund my AMC amount as you fail to fulfil agreement commitments.
