I have purchased Aqua guard Select Classic + Hot water purifier on 17 sept 2022 from the authorized sales representative of Eureka Forbes.
Within 3 days of the installation, the water has starred leaking from the machine. After visiting the technician, he has told us that the machine is faulty and will have to replace it. After 3 to 4 days the machine got replaced and re installed.
To my surprise after a month the same problem of water leakage has started with the 2nd machine as well. Once again, the technician has visited and told us that one of the part of the machine is faulty and it needs to be replaced. It took 3 to 4 days to get the part replaced and after replacing it, the problem is still persisted. Once again technician has told us machine is faulty and it needs to be replaced. Now it is almost 10 to 12 days, neither the water purifier is working nor it got replaced and we are getting the mineral water daily from outside.
Who is responsible for installing the faulty machine and for such unauthentic / untasted products. Who is responsible for mental harassment to the customer and who will pay the water charges for getting mineral water outside for 12 days and more…..?
What kind of quality checks are made before certifying the machine is ready for installation ???
How can I trust that new machine will not have again the same problem ?
As my trust and faith has breached, I would like to return the product and asking for full refund along with water charges for 15 days and compensation for mental harassment.
