I had purchase 2 qty of water softener aws c-2500, one is installed at my home. Marketing adviser gives us assurance that if you use this product you definitely solve your problem regarding water. Still facing problems. also call to the contact person who installed machine, but they are not giving any response. then book a service call via email two times still no person attending to resolve our problem.

      I am very upset, till now I have not got any complaint resolved, I have not received any call from any service representative. I have to go have I made any mistake by taking AMC?
      What are the expenses of my daily water
      I am mentally getting very upset, the responsibility of all this is yours.

        On 7th May, 2022 had paid for AMC renewal via gpay to visiting engineer Swamy([protected]). I have sent all proofs and called multiple times to engineer and mailed to company too but they are not renewing the AMC and refusing to help on customer care or provide the services.

          I had paid for the Aquaguard Select Nrich HD UV model on the 1st Oct 22 (payment reference number[protected]. The purchase was made via Eureka Forbes employee (Ashok U, verification code shared 3117). The product was delivered to our site on the 10th Oct 22. I had been following up with Askok on the installation since 10th Oct 22 to 19th Oct 22, who informed me he had raised a service request on my behalf.

          On the 19th Oct, I raised an installation request on the Eureka Forbes WhatsApp number [protected]. I was informed via chat with Deepa from service support that the request had been shared with the concerned manager and the Escalation request was CM[protected].

          I checked backed on WhatsApp support on the 28th Oct since I did not get a call from anyone on the installation request. I was informed the concern is being highlighted to higher department and this was being raised as an SOS priority. The escalation request shared was CM[protected].

          I have not got a call from any service technician as yet. Today on the 4th Nov 22, I get a message at 10:12 am from Eureka Forbes mentioning they tried contacting me for my installation and did not get a response, so the request is being closed.

          I am unclear on how product installation is being handled. If my request was raised as an escalated one, would you close the installation request because you were unable to reach me? Would a customer buy a water purifier and not have the product installed? I would also like to understand which number you tried to reach me from as I have not got any call or message. When was the call made and what number was it made from? I will check my phone bill to see if I have actually missed the call.

          I have been waiting for installation for a month now and have had to follow up on multiple channels to get a product installed which is a mandatory requirement when you sell a product. This is the 3rd Eureka Forbes product I am using and am appalled at the level of service post purchase despite escalations!!

            Its really disgusting that being a big brand the service provided by Eureka Forbes is utter waste. They dont address the issues to the customer. The worst company ever. I sincerely suggest everyone not to take the Eureka Forbes product. I have lodged a complaint on 3rd Oct 2022 but since one month no technician attended my place as i have no water since 1 month. The AMC renewal guys follow up like that i have to pay them immediately otherwise our product will go waste. But once the AMC is renewed they dont even pick the call. Sincerely dont take Aqua Gurad water purifier instead take any local purifier. The strange thing is one of my building mate serviced same purifier but when i asked him to service mine then he says your purifier wont come in our area. Really rubbish. 0/100 for their service.

              We have been using Aquaguard Enhanced UV device for the past 8 years. Our AMC [2 years duration] expired last month]. We got a call for renewal and I had checked if it was from EF or any franchise agency. I was told it is from EF and they ahd correctly mentioned our date of expiry of existing AMC as well as the purchase details of the previous AMC accurately. Hence I asked them to come home for the last service as well as for renewal, Once I renewed it for 2 years [same as previous one], I was told that I will get the invoice via WhatsApp. When I got it, the company was 'Sureka Forbes' which raised suspicion. On contacting EF, I was told that Sureka Frobes is not their authorized company, hence we cannot give any free service. I informed them that Sureka Frobes gave all accurate information so there is no way I can suspect them, . I also asked how my personal data was known to an unauthorized company? IF this data breach had not happened, I would not have been fooled [I paid INR 4500 for AMC from Sureka Forbes]. Eureka Forbes is now washing their hands off and not giving be any answer for the data breach. It is clear that if the breach hadn't happened, a fraud company wouldn't have been able to steal my money as well as the AMC. Now if I have to get authorized service for my device, I have to again pay INR 4500 for no fault of mine.

              It has been more than 2 moths since I posted the issue and I have not received any response. When I reached out to Eureka Forbes, they just washed their hands off saying its my mistake and they cant do anything. Could someone from the consumer forum help desk kindly hear me out?

                Hi Team
                I placed an order for robotic vaccum
                Cleaner ( robo vac and mop voice) high end model on 28th October 2022 for
                Rs. 30000 to eureka Forbes executive hoping that the product will be
                delivered within a day. But, I haven’t received my product yet and no
                updates from the customer executive team inspite of calling them everyday
                for past 4 days.
                This is so disappointing and sales service is terrible for Eureka Forbes.
                Hence, I want to cancel the product and get the refund at the earliest.

                  Dear team,
                  Raised a service request 'CM[protected]' dated 18/10/2022 with water filter not working but still resolution not provided by eureka.

                  1. Multiple mails sent to deepacustomercare and ceoeurekaforbes.com and I get only response 'We are taking your complaint CM[protected] ahead with our service team for speedy resolution'. No resolution yet.
                  2. Reached the business partner 'Gopal' who marketed and sold us the product, no support from him either

                  Just got stuck, and the product is under warranty.

                    I had purchased a water purifier and is in warranty period. 2-2.5 months back Water purifier stopped working and raised complaint for the same and the customer care executive said that the technician will call and visit to check the problem. However, neither the technician called nor visited. Since then I had raised the complaint 3-4 times and I always get the same assurance that the technician will call.
                    Regret to say that till date they have not attended.
                    I am so disappointed with such a casual attitude as the people of Eurekaforbes.
                    I want my water purifier to be replaced with the a new product / refund my amount if they are not able to do the support. Please do the needful.

                      I purchased two year AMC for RO and cheque was given to technician for booking AMC on 24th Sept.2022 for Rs ten thousand. After repeated reminders to technician and customer service AMC was issued on 11th October 2022. Even after one month no link for gift has been sent and my mobile no. not updated. This is total cheating. I also registered complaint for RO on 25th October but after 5 days no one is attending the complaint. I can't image to which extent they can cheat customers.

                        I purchased an Aura Water Purifier via Amazon from this company in July, 2022. The purifier is not working and I raised a complain . Every time I call the customer care toll number which charges me 3 rs per minute, they say that technician will come within 24 hrs . As of now it's been more than 10 days that the issue has not been been resolved. I have been calling customer care every day and they keep lying to me that it will be resolved within 24 hrs. I talked to the service manager as well on[protected]. He didn't respond either after picking up my call. I feel cheated. Please help

                          We have paid for Annual maintenance service as well as candle about a month ago, we have drinking dirty undrinkable water, raising complain daily by e mail, phone, daily we get assurance that technician will visit but no technician has yet visited, this has got tremendous loss of time and money as well as health.

                              We started facing some problems in our Aquaguard as the water was not filling in it. We complained about it and a technician came. Before the technician visit still the filter was able to fill some water but after he came the filter stopped working and was not filling any water. We complained about it and the technician said that some membrane is to be changed and they didn’t had any! And since the complainant it has been 5 days. We are taking water from our neighbours. Even after taking the AMC these are the services we are being provided.

                                    Sir,
                                    I have purchased AMC for my Eureka Forbes/ Auquaguard- Geneus DX RO+UV+UF+TG product in 21.10.2021 and is valid from 22.10.2021 to 21.10.2022. And the purifier is not working. And on complaint to customer care, they are telling that your AMC is not showing in our system. I am getting regular message from aquaguard registered WhatsApp number on WhatsApp with name "Aquaguard Whtsapp" mentioning my AMC is about to expire soon whose number is [protected] . But still on technical visit for repair he is telling that your AMC is not showing. On customer helpline number talk they are telling they cannot tell your details with AMC number and you have to show your AMC documents to the technician visiting your house. Aquaguard neither provided me any such document neither there is any provision in their website to download that document from the website with the help of AMC number. This seems to be very wrong practice buy Eureka forbes/Aquaguard, harassing customer.
