    Hi,
    I have made several calls to Eureka Forbes since 2nd September but there technician has not visited my place yet. My RO is under warranty and AMC. Every day they tell me that the technician will visit today but it doesn’t happen. I’m incurring Rs. 500 a day on Bisleri water. I’m very dissatisfied with their pathetic service. I want reimbursement of the expenses that I have incurred as well as want my RO to serviced quickly. Made a huge mistake to buy this RO. Worst company with pathetic service.       Logged a service complaint with Eureka Forbes customer service 7 days ago that my product is not turning on. No response and no progress. Worst experience ever. I escalated the issue twice and this is all I get as response but nobody contacts me about fixing my damn product.

        I have never experienced this kind of customer service ever, no timeline adherence, no responsiveness, only fake promises. I have a 2 month old Water Purifier which has stopped working, I contacted the customer service on 3rd of sept, they told me a technician will visit by eve or next morning. There was no call or any kind of contact from their end. Again on 5th Sept I call back to check on the status and guess what they say???? Your complaint was not properly registered, well i recived the complaint number so how is that possible?? But nevermind, they said they have registered now and a technician will be there in next 24 hrs. Cool Great. Today is 10th September, no sign of technician. I am soo done with this fake promises now and feel like giving up. But what to do, I've paid for my product and used just for 2 months so have to get it fixed, hence i called back again demanding them that i want to talk to some higher authority, she said she will call me back in 30 mins, tbh i don't believe it coz they have left nothing to trust them for.
        Oh and ya, they also say that they have put the matters as emergency, god knows what's their definition by emergency.

          I had raised a complaint after my aquaguard filter started leaking water on 01st August 2022. Since, then, The technician comes, tells me this part is not working/damaged(First:-Pipe in back, Second:- Pump, Third:- PCB). They are going to request the part and then they will replace. Each Part took respective time(Pipe:- 10 days, Pump:- 15 days, PCB:- 20 Days). All this while, I made sure that my machine don't stop working despite leaking so much water so I have ability to have drinking water for my family. The PCB in particularly took large time, for which I have to connect with Call Center, Regional Head and Service Center representative everyday. Now, I get to know that the PCB that came was not correct and this service center got to know after they took my so far working machine to their office. Now, I don't have machine for which I have an AMC of 3 years. They can not resolve a simple leakage since a month and half. I have connected and escalated my complaint on all Channels(Whatsapp, Call Center, Email, even Calling Service Center also). I see a clear lack of expertise and commitment from the Servicing team as a whole.
          I would sincerely request to please refund the AMC and the machine back in working state.

            I have slit/mud issues in my borewell water and when i enquired with Eureka Forbes team the sale person came home tested the water conditions and then suggested me to go with water softener along with a small blue filter, i bought AWS 2000 model from nearby Eureka Forbes authorized dealer in Bangalore on end of May.

            Within a month the water was not getting filter and i raised a compliant on June stating the same. Technician visited and told he will clean the filter and this issue will not come again, after 15-20 days the problem started again and till now the problem remains, no technician is giving a solution and I've written a escalation email to the ceo escalation mailbox but still no response.

            One of the horrible service ever seen. service team blaming sales team. no one responsible in giving a solution.

            Having small kids and elderly persons at home, i'm still consuming unfiltered water which is concerning.

            Service team, Sales team and escalation team is not responding to the issue.

              I have raised Complaint no. CM[protected] for service of water purifier Aquaguard Superb on 28.08.2022, till date (ie 09.09.2022) no technician attended to resolve the issue even after so many repeated calls to customer service.

              In view of the above, please refund the AMC amount paid against the customer ID. [protected] (component no. 46635009 serial no.7890) at the earliest to service the water purifier from an outside agency.

                Hi, | am not satisfied with the service of eureka Forbes. I have raised service complaint CM[protected] on August 17th to Eureka Forbes and it's September 9th today and it’s been a month without technician visit to resolve the issue. Many of the Eureka Forbes customer feels their service as Worst service and poor customer care service after several calls. I have warranty period till Jan 2023.

                I know you are the right forum to get all the consumer queries addressed in right manner. Hoping to get my issue with eureka Forbes resolved.

                      I Dr.Ishita Rathee purchased a filter which is in warranty and and has been out our service since 1 wk now

                      Within the period of my purchase the technician has visited earlier also regarding problems with this Aquaguard . Same can be varified from your records
                      Technician comes and tells that the filters are choked and I have to pay for new filters
                      Despite being in warranty
                      According to this i have to keep paying every time my filters get choked I.e every 6 months
                      If such were the conditions I should have been informed about the expense before Your product was sold to me.
                      Kindly see that my filters may please be replaced free of cost
                      Also check if substandard material is being provided in the CSD canteen and if that be the case then defence personals are being cheated.
                      Kindly replace my filters at the earliest to minimise the inconvenience caused.

                        On Aug25th registered complaint for unit is not working. No is attended the issue till now . Even contacted CEO escalation desk, there is no response from even CEO escalation desk also.

                          Pathetic service from Eureka Forbes. Eureka Forbes sells high price product and that come with low end quality in terms of service as well as product quality. I purchased Aura RO water purifier mere few month back at around 20K where I struggle with getting the mandatory service done and product is faulty as well as sometimes it works and sometimes not. Want this product to be returned and issue my money back. HIGH UNSATISSFIED WITH SELL AND SERVICES of Eureka Forbes.

                            I had replaced the filters of my purifier in December and normally it comes for 1 year for 2 people .This time purifier filters came for only 8 months and complained to the company regarding same.But there is no response from them even after so many emails and now my mails are blocked from sending to company. NOBODY HAD ADDRESSED THE ISSUE AND NOW MY MAILS ARE NOT REACHING THE COMPANY MAIL BOX

                              Hello,

                              I have order Eureka forbes security system for my home for Rs.52, 000(Paid 2000 by cash ass advance + 50, 000 by card payment) and also Aqua Guard Water Purifier(Rs.13, 900) in the month of March 2022. Aqua guard installation was completed on the same day.

                              Home security service person came and installed the security system in the second week of March. While selling this product, I was told that we have an alert system in the home security where we will get alerts to email during motion/tampering. Only by hearing this, I have ordered this eureka forbes security system for my home as this feature is not available in other competitors though it was costly.

                              Initially, the service person told me that they can enable the alerts only if we have television. So, after a week I bought a television and I tried calling the installation person and sales to visit and do the required setup. Even after multiple follow ups they never turned back and in the month of April i have placed a complaint with eureka forbes customer care. Even after multiple follow ups with customer care and their feedback team I never got an update. So far, I have repeated my issues to your feedback team more than 30 times and I will get the same response from the other side saying that they will arrange for a service person and sorry for the inconvenience caused stories.

                              Only on August 1st week after 5 months I got a service person to do the setup and he informed me that the alert system is currently not working due to security issues. If this is not working, why was I cheated by your sales team and I have taken this such a costly security home by hearing this feature.

                              I have been cheated by the sales and installation team and I have been waiting for more than 5 months to do the setup. I was mentally harassed by them by making me wait for more than 5 months to do the setup without providing the actual feature which was explained. Now, they are not even responding to my calls and i was told that Eureka has closed this home security system division now.

                              Kindly arrange for a refund and i am really frustrated with this Eureka Forbes team.

                                      My water purifier had defect from the beginning when i bought it. Within 2 months of buying it had pcb issue and fix was done after 20 days with several follow ups.

                                      Now from Aug 18, i can see the same RED LED light blinking issue and i gave complaint(CM[protected]. After calling several times, the agent came on aug 28 and replaced PCB and closed complaint. But after 1 hr i found the same issue and called the agent. The agent told me to raise another complaint (CM[protected]which they have attended but could not resolve the issue. But they have closed the complaint without informing me.

                                      Now the third complaint(CM[protected] was raised by your customer care team and was scheduled for 3rd sep. When I contacted CC team on 4th aug, they are saying they don’t have complaint number with them. And agent who was assigned is saying they can not fix this issue as they are not provided with required parts. So he is not coming.
                                      Please help me replacing the item.

                                        I bought aquguard astor ro from sales executive of Eureka Forbes paying advance after they tell us we deliver product you in next day with quik installation but they only deliver product after 2 days.But installation not completed, after one day when I tell us about cancel my product and request for refund because of very very worst service they told us we send person for installation but I refuses so they told us we are not accept product cancellation.They told there will be no product return after sales from us and no refund once you purchase.so this also defines that there sales service, installation services, after sales service are totaly disgusting and worst ever.
