Dear Deepa/Aquagaurd Team:

Again this Aquagaurd is out of order and this I am asking you return my AMC amount as you guys cannot provide services and maintenance.

I have purchased AMC From 02 Jun 2022 and asking you to return my money back because your are cent percent unprofessional and shameless. Never keen to know what customer is facing and trying to resolve customer’s issue.

If you want to know why you need pay me back AMC then here are the reasons:
Reason 1: I have purchased AMC on 2nd of June 2022 and for more than 7 times Aquagaurd underwent out of order.
Reason 2: You have taken money in the name of AMC, but not providing proper services and maintenance.
Reason 3: Your engineers are non-professional and they don’t repair the machine properly.
Reason 4: Your engineers just visit and do some changes to make it work temporary and after few days again machine will go out of order.
Reason 5: Your engineers accept the booking and never come on time. Sometimes they will also not pick up my call. What is the use of purchasing AMC?
Reason 6: Your customer care representatives never ever take customer’s complain seriously. They misguide by saying that engineer will visit to flat to repair the machine, but not fruitful.
Reason 7: Even I have spoken with you on 20th Feb 2023, but you didn’t took my case seriously. You never raise an issue or created a complain regarding this?
Reason 8: On 20th Feb 2023 I have told you that I am facing many challenges since I have purchased this AMC. All the challenges mentioned above, but you didn’t escalated or highlighted to Higher Management.
Reason 9: On 20th Feb 2023 You have promised me that this will never happen again, but today is 8th of March 2023 and again machine is out of order. Why should I trust you as well?
Reason 10: Your feedback Team merely take feedback and never work upon the solutions.
Reason 11: Your MH & GOA Manger Mr. Yogesh never answer call from customer and never took responsibility to understand what customer is facing.

I hope I made you clear why you should now return my AMC amount.
Below are the issues dates and repair request number which talks much about your pathetic services and I promise you I will share this information to my society manager so that no sale campaign should get organized in our and nearby societies.
I promise that I will circulate your pathetic service story in social media as well so that they will come to know what kind of services you guys are providing.
Its really shameful and irresponsible behavior!

No resolution yet. Again machine is out of order.
CEO @ESCALATION DESK also taking my complains lightly. They just follow a template to answer customer's questions. No one is serious except this water purifier which cannot purify water, but always out of service.

    Had extended my AMC by paying 5400 in the month of January for AMC of my Aquagaurd Aura Ro+uv+uf+mtds.

    It has been mentioned that they are supposed to change the filter at least once year. My filter was not replaced last year as well as I had raised a complaint on 20th of February regarding the same issue for my product.

    One person visited my place on 20th and promised to return back with the required parts.

    But it has been close to 16 days I have made several calls and mails, even escalated issue through the Eureka Forbes mobile application but it is in vain.

    It still shows Unassigned in my application.

      They have a huge number of representatives posing as fake agents . One such agent Manjunath B n (code:91663) came to my house for re-installation an AMC renewal on 1.3.23 . He showed my his I card with Auth. franchisee of Eureka Forbes . After servicing he took cash from me 4300/- and now he has stopped piking my calls and responding anywhere. Beware! of Eureka forbes company who is having such fake agents in the market . Buy any water purifier but from this company.
      @Eureka Forbes Ltd get my AMC updated ASAP and take quick action on this.

          Respected Sir/Madam,

          I recently purchased Aquaguard absolute water purifier on 7th November 2022 . We received initially a faulty product which did not had hot water functionality . The faulty product was replaced with a newer one .

          We used the newer product for two months and we faced water filtration problems with the product as the tds level was too low to drink .The tds level ranges between 10 and 20 . Old people had joint pains, acidity problem as the water lacked all essential minerals .

          I spoke to the aquaguard customer care team on WhatsApp and I came to know that we were delivered a product with a different serial number which does not exists in their record .

          So I raised a complaint on 6th feb 2023 regarding faulty product with a different serial number has been sent to my home to Aquaguard customer care team and I requested them to take their product back and do the 49000 rupees refund immediately .

          47000 rupees is the actual product cost
          1300 rupees for pre filter
          700 rupees for petrol charges took by technician to install the product

          The Aquaguard customer care team has registered a complaint but no action has been taken till now . I called them on regular basis and explained my problem . I was told that my problem will be resolved as soon as possible, but I am waiting since one month for Aquaguard to take their product back and do the refund .

          I request consumer complaints to take action severe against Aquaguard for sending faulty product and delaying the product refund .

          I did cash payment for Aquaguard absolute and I expect the same from Aquaguard. I want full cash refund
          but not through any third party voucher code .

          I got a call from this number +91 [protected] and his name is Vaibhav . He told that he is from Eureka Forbes
          and he wants to refund the amount through some voucher code For which I replied him that I want cash payment only for the refund process to complete . I also provided him my bank account number and ifsc code for payment to be done . Vaibhav refused to do the payment . This is not fair with Aquaguard refund policy . I did cash payment and expect the same to be done by Aquaguard or else send the money to my bank account . Please don't delay in doing refund and taking back the product .

              I bought the eureka forbes AMC for this year in June for Aquaguard water purifier and I was assured gifts worth Rs 2000/-along with which included a hiar dryer and other three things.
              Even after repeated followup with the local authorities and sales representative from last 6 months I have not recieved my assured gifts.
              Now I am bieng told that scheme was only for 2 months and gifts will not be given.
              Reason given is that due to mobile no. Upgrade 30% of the customers were not able to recieve otp and hence gifts were not given.
              Above reason shows company's and careless local authorities careless attitude and fraud mentality to sell amc.
              I have seen a lot of people facing simila issue.

                I had initiated a booking of a vaccum cleaner. For personal reasons we decided not to buy. The chennai Eureka Sales Person Mr. Tamil at the time of booking had requested for an advance of Rs. 3000/- to confirm the order. WE had promptly made the payment. Payment was done on 15th Feb 2023 and on 15th feb 2023 evening 7 pm we had sent the message for cancellation of hte order. It was assured that the refund would be processed within 7 days. It is almost 15 days and we have not received the refund.

                The eurekaforbes team leader in chennai says there is some issue with Bombay office and hence there is a delay. It is not right on the company part to keep consumer money when he has cancelled the order.

                The name of the Sales Manager is Sampath Kumar([protected]).

                  I had taken amc for my aquaguard water purifier for 2 years had paid rs.11, 325, they promised to give periodic maintenance every 6 months, as their next seervice is due on 11.11.2022 but even after complaining several times on the toll free no [protected] none of the service guy came for service.                     I'm an AMC holder for Aquaguard Magna RO+UV water purifier, logged complaint (CM[protected] about issue with product on 27th Jan 2023, tried multiple follow-up with service center till more than a week, then escalated to higher management, but no solution yet, its been almost a month and though I paid Rs.6000 for AMC, but I have to purchase water bottle daily costing Rs. 100. Still no solution

                      I have eureka forbes water purifier a year back, on decemeber the technician visited and told the filter needs to be cahanged and told that if i pay i will be getting extended warranty and also the filter will be changed within 3 days and its been more than 60days of payment yet no one visited me and there is no clear answer even after multiple calls to the team, Its waste of both my time and also money on top of that they enabled warranty without installing the filter due to which i see warranty getting over, this is a pure fraud i want a resolution on this

                        I have an aquaguard from Eureka Forbes and purchased an AMC for 2 years. I raised a service request. After a week's followup the technician turned up. He refused to replace the filters, did not have tank disinfectant or inlet outlet pipes to replace. He even did not have a TDS meter.
                        The very next day, RO has stopped working completely. Technician is not picking up the call.
                        I want a refund for my AMC

                        I am facing similar such issues with service and unprofession, rude technicians.

                        I have Aquaguard Genus+ for the past 4 years and facing lots of issues with it. Everytime following up with the technician has been a problem. The product itself is not of good quality. They forced me to take 2 years AMC and as a result any complaints raised are not taken seriously or looked into immediately.

                        Very unprofessional and horrible service. We should boycott all eurekaforbes products.

                              On nov 1st week 2022 Technician from euraka forbes came via service request and replaced the TFC membrane as part of AMC service request . In 3months my TFC membrane stopped working
                              now i am out of AMC period and they say all requests are chargable
                              how can it be the new membrane works for only 3months . Mine is a small family and water consumption is less as we buy bisleri water cans for drinking purpose and only cooking purpose we use filter water.

                                I had purchased a Vacuum cleaner (Rs. 3300) and now the motor has stopped working hence I contacted Eureka Forbes consumer forum. They gave me the quotation as Visiting charges - Rs. 530 & and Motor replacement cost Rs.[protected].

                                This is a scam how can a spare parts cost be almost same as new product?

                                  Our Purifier is not working from Jan 1st week. We have raised complaint on 05-Jan-2023 (service request number is CM[protected]. But still the problem was not rectified. I have escalate the complaint in the Eureka Forbes mobile app but nothing response from their side.

                                  It crossed more than one month from the date of complaint registered.

                                  We purchased AMC for 2 years but their service was very poor.

                                      Tumbleweed design / rajeev thakker customer id# [protected]. I have purchased astor ro+uv+mtds+alkaline machine for inr 17, 990/- (Transaction reference: pay_l23orkgju8qawd on january 9th 2023). After delivery of machine engineer said installation requires additional work that salesperson has not informed of. I refused and asked for exchange of machine. New machine given of lower value inr 14, 900/-. The difference amount could not be refunded back company informed they will provide credit for coming years amc. I rejected and asked for refund of difference. They said not possible. They suggested exchange of machine again. Lower value machine has been taken back and original machine not provided as of today february 8 2023. I have asked for refund multiple times since purchased and was told by salesperson anil pandey mob# +91 [protected] that refund cannot be issued. Eureka forbes has a 30 day money back guarantee. Machine was never opened or installed. It is not with me currently and with company. Why can refund be issued? Through latest complaint # cm[protected] made feb 8th 2023 i have requested a refund as resolution and they have said they are escalating. I have already spoken to senior customer care multiple times no resolution has been provided as of date. Unethical practice and fraudulent practices by company. Extremely poor redressal system for resolution of customer complaints. Request my refund immediately. Invoice below:
