The product is under warranty period.
Since the date of purchase, I faced so many issues with the unit and lodged several complaints. Your service center technicians used to visit and replacing small components. But the problem was not solved. Some one told that it is mother board issue which needs replacement. Another one told that the issue is with filters. But no one found the actual defect. The machine is not filtering water and it is taking hours together to fill the tank. frequently showing red light.
I sent several emails to your customer care, but receiving formal replies from them. Even I lodged complaints/service requests, through Eureka App and even escalated as well.
Since 2/11/2022, my issue was not resolved so far. Your service center people were arrogant and irresponsible. They are demanding money to replace some parts of the unit, though it is under warranty period.
Previously I used Aquaguard classic model for 10 to 11 years and did'nt face any major issues. one the suggestion of your service technicians only I bought this new unit by replacing the old one.
I never expected this this type of irresponsible attitude from the Eureka. I don't know why the company and franchise service center are behaving like this. You are driving me to go for alternatives including legal help.
I hope this message will reach to correct person or department this time and will get back soon, under advise to me.
