I Madan Lal Mittal aged 84 years resides at B-2 BDA Colony Shivaji Nagar, Bhopal-462016. I am a retired army officer and from past several years and your loyal customer. Well this comes as a last resort from a distressed customer who has been ignored and harassed by Eureka Forbes team.
That in the invoice cum receipt for service contract you have not mentioned my full name and the mobile number in it not belongs to me. To rectify the same, I went to your office twice situated at 105-106 1st floor Aakansha Building, Nai Dunia Parisar Zone-I MP Nagar, Bhopal-462011 and there I met your back office incharge Mr. Abhishek whose mobile no. is [protected] who was rude and did not bother to answer any of my quires and in contrary to it he suggested me to meet the franchise owner Mrs Nair.
I would like to draw your attention on invoice cum receipt for service contract you have not mentioned what type of free replacement of consumables and how many periodical service will be provided to me under this annual maintenance contract. Kindly provide me with the contract copy in which terms and conditions to the contract is mentioned in it.
On 12.01.2022 I have called a company to sends its technicians but you have not bothered to send him on time. I was shocked by the poor customer service of Eureka Forbes team.

    I have bought "Aquaguard blaze RO+ & Ambient" Water purifier on 8th Feb 2022. Customer id is [protected] and serial no. [protected].
    Now sensor is not working so I raised a Complaint (CM[protected]. But technician and their lead Randeep Karmakar are denying for repairing. They are asking to renew again the warranty while the machine is still under warranty (7th Feb 2023).
    Three months back I was facing same issue that time also they were asking to renew warranty. Again they are doing same and harassing me.
    Now I am loosing all hope and trust on Eureka Forbes.
    Please help me to get my machine repair.

      I had purchased AMC for my RO water filter on 5th of Jan. 2023 but regret to inform you the necessary change of filters of the RO has not been undertaken till date.
      The matter was reported to your customer care on 9th Jan 2023 but the necessary change of filters has not been undertaken till now (11th Jan 2023 1800 hours)
      I had made a complain again today at your customer care.
      it seems since I had purchased the AMC on line, the concerned local AMC support firm has become angry ( since they didnot get commission on my recharge ) thus I will be finding problem in getting timely service for my water filter.
      This is proven by the fact that I didnot get the service of replacement of filter even after lapse of 7 days of purchase of AMC
      Kindly arrange to escalate the issue at higher level

          I complaint about Aquagard purifier regular service.
          Worst AMC service center, logged a case almost 15 days back and calling every day their customer service center, but no proper response from anyone. Simply take money, but they won't do any service.

              Last week someone called me and told that they are looking into my genuine demand but sorry to say again they are silent.

                Good Afternoon,

                I regret to inform that my Refund of Rs.5, 000 is pending from Eureka Forbes upon my cancellation of the Order No [protected] placed on 6th December 2022.
                Earlier I requested for A Demo to Eureka and Mr.Karthik ph:-[protected] was deputed. He showed a machine operated through remote on 6th December 2022, I placed an order
                for A Robo L VAC to be delivered within a week paid by gpay to AIRPAY Vide UPI transaction ID[protected].
                I called Mr.Karthik on 12th December for an Order Acknowledgement and receipt for the advance paid by me. He didn't provide any official acknowledgement from Eureka but provided an Order No.[protected]. I also shared my email id:- [protected]@gmail com to get a Confirmatory mail from Eureka Forbes. On that day Mr.Karthik did not provide me about the delivery Status of L VAC. So I informed Mr.Karthik to cancel my order, for that he informed me that he will inform his superior Mr.Satish. I asked him to share his contact number which was Not provided to me.

                I searched over the Internet and found Mr.Satish Kumar phone number ph:-[protected] . Called him on 13th December he shared some Order reference Snapshot details,
                On 17th December i once again called Mr.Satish Kumar he informed me that the machine has to come from China and can be delivered only by 1st week of January 2023. so i told him to Cancel the Order by providing my bank account details, which was duly acknowledged by him. He informed me that the refund process will take 10days and shall inform the accountant to start the process.
                However on 21st December I got a call from Mr.SatishKumar informing me that, you EurekaForbes had dispatched the machine to my address and my Refund is in process.
                I got the L VAC delivered on 25th December 2022 at my Residence by Courier. Till 31st December 2022 I have NOT Got the Refund so I'm holding your machine in Lieu of my Refund.

                I lost confidence in Eureka Forbes when I was not provided with any official acknowledgement mail/receipt by Mr.Karthik. Also when placing the order itself we insisted for delivery within a week which was duly promised by Mr.Karthik. However i was informed that there will be undue Delay till 1st week of January 2023 which was Not acceptable to me.

                Request you to look into the matter and arrange the refund immediately and collect your machine. Have attached the snapshot of the conversation through what's up with Mr.Karthik and SatishKumar.

                Today on[protected] they are calling us and visiting our house asking us to return the unused unpacked machine. I asked them to send a authorisation letter for delivery of the machine through their person and an acknowledgement for my reference was not obliged by them.

                    We initially filed a service request to address the water purifier's error - fault no. -5 after it had been running continuously for 40 minutes to an hour.

                            I took AMC for a water purifier and raised a service request but no response from eureka Forbes till now and said sorry when called to call center and did not visit for service till now,

                            AMC amount is in like international company and service is like street company.

                              My aquaguard reviva UV is under AMC, water stopped coming from the water purifier.
                              The support guys says I need to change the filter without which it won't work. The last filter change was before 8 months. Not even one year is completed and the filter change cost is 2500 +.

                                I have raised a complaint for water leaking and light not working on 23rd Dec. But till now no one has come for rectification THOUGH MACHINE IS COVERED UNDER AMC. I contacted customer support number and they informed that technician has already allotted long before. WORST SERVICE.

                                  My water purifier is under AMC. It was leaking and the indicator light not working. I lodged a compliant on 23rd and till date no technician has visited. I have called their toll free number and they informed it has been allotted to a technician few days back, TILL NOW NO HAS COME. WORST SERVICE. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF EUREKHA FORBES PRODUCT.

                                    Tech and the area incharge are simpy telling the filters are out of stock. aid AMC rs 6000 on 13/12/2022. got the tech to home on 24th after a number of calls, emails and office visits. answered no stock. need to wait for atleast 10 days

                                      Sorry to say but your Eureka Forbes services is again harassing me, as earlier i have informed in details about my product which is installed and about the pump which was installed to rectify the fault of your company. Previously same AMC related problem came and with your help my booster pump was repaired. As the same was the responsibility of Eureka Forbes. Again the same problem has again being repeated as your jharsuguda AMC Team is not cooperating with me.

                                      Once again I am requesting you look into my genuine demand and help me to rectify my Aqyaguard at an earliest.
