Eureka Forbes sold us 3 years AMC with a committed gift option on buying and we procured the same. But now its been more than 2 months, we are following for claiming the gift but we recieve their auto responders with apologies and no futher manual intervention. We contact to their all email ID;s and chat and toll free number but each time we just get reference number.

We are now forced to lodge a complaint in consumer court...

I have by Aqua guard model blaze since three months. In my filter the source of water has been stopped. Hi, I have booked Eureka Forbes Genesis select + model online on 11th March 2022 invoice no. 835925. It is delivered on 14th March 2022 in the evening at 4:30 Pm.

When we tried checking the equipment/ device it has got totally scratches on it as if someone has used and given it to use with some side panels panel.

Would request to return and issue a fresh piece.

Eureka took money from on malfunctioned Product (Aqua guard water purifier Aura) at Aug/Sep'21

And top of it, Eureka took additional money - saying filters are not working and doesn't cover under warranty. Though the purifier was having issues from day one which their hided during the installation.

Even after changing filters purifier didn't work.

Been chasing from months. No proper response, always...

The service for my water purifier, Eureka Forbes Aquasure Aquaflow was due on 27.1.22. The AMC for that was renewed on 18.1.22 by paying the stipulated amount online. On 31st January a technician from the service centre came with a new filter and in the process of replacing the filter the casement got damaged. I have had an extremely poor experience with Eureka’s “ROBO MOP & VAC” equipment, and the experience is nothing less than a SCAM.

I bought this product from Amazon and delivered it on 27 January 2022 and got installed after too many call.

I don't have any issue with this installation.

But the main issue is company delivered the product is manufactured in 2019.
