My water purifier had defect from the beginning when i bought it. Within 2 months of buying it had pcb issue and fix was done after 20 days with several follow ups.

Now from Aug 18, i can see the same RED LED light blinking issue and i gave complaint(CM[protected]. After calling several times, the agent came on aug 28 and replaced PCB and closed complaint. But after 1 hr i found the same issue and called the agent. The agent told me to raise another complaint (CM[protected]which they have attended but could not resolve the issue. But they have closed the complaint without informing me.

Now the third complaint(CM[protected] was raised by your customer care team and was scheduled for 3rd sep. When I contacted CC team on 4th aug, they are saying they don’t have complaint number with them. And agent who was assigned is saying they can not fix this issue as they are not provided with required parts. So he is not coming.
Please help me replacing the item.

    I bought aquguard astor ro from sales executive of Eureka Forbes paying advance after they tell us we deliver product you in next day with quik installation but they only deliver product after 2 days.But installation not completed, after one day when I tell us about cancel my product and request for refund because of very very worst service they told us we send person for installation but I refuses so they told us we are not accept product cancellation.They told there will be no product return after sales from us and no refund once you purchase.so this also defines that there sales service, installation services, after sales service are totaly disgusting and worst ever.

      Date of issue occurred: Aug-11-2022
      Detail about the issue : Water purifier failed to work within few months of purchase on Aug-11-2022. After we complained 3 times to customer care, a service engineer visited the premise and he said, they need to replace the board and they will be ordering it. But they didn't turn back for almost 10+ days even though we tried to reach service engineer and customer care support. During the same time, we had multiple calls to customer care, area manager to get the support for the product. After multiple escalations they said they can't fix the issue and they will replace the filter. Even after receiving the replacement filter, they committed multiple dates to come and fix it. But it is already Sep[protected]almost 20+ days since the filter failed, either they couldn't fix the issue as well as they are not fixing the replaced filter. Moreover, we are not getting proper response from Service person / Area manager / Customer care executives.

        After the maintainance service here i got leakage from the container so again i lodge complain .

        Mr linga swamy [protected]

        again one on executive came and retify the problem but how can he fixed the wall mountained suddenlt next day the container fall down from the wall and totally damage .

        Now again and again i m calling but no response getting from the service department .

        After a paying a huge amount i m shocked and gone mental agony that a very big company like eureka cheating with the customer

        so ple request and regards to change my container pic to pic

          I have ordered items in response to the link received as a compliment after renewing Eureka Forbes product and having trust in Eureka Forbes I have ordered 03 items out of which I received two items and not received one item which is a duffle bag and I paid around Rs.700/- per the item and the order no. is #EAMC3008530.

          I have mailed Eureka Forbes and 360 inex but till now I have not received any proper answer apart from automated replies.

              Hi Team,

              We contacted Eureka Forbes customer care for reinstallation of Aquaguard to our new home in AP, Rajahmundary. They promised us they will provide techinician but none of them came to fix it. we contacted nearly 10 times. Worst service in RAJAHMUNDARY 0 STAR RATING. PLEASE DONT TRUST THEIR SERVICE.

                Product has been delivered on Thursday 25th Aug 2022. Amazon has already registered to company for installation but no one is coming to install the product. Daily I will call and complain and they will just say we can’t do anything we will escalate the issue.

                It’s been 6 days now no installation happen, I just wonder what kind of service they will provide in future.
                I am returning the product no other option.

                  I had brought Aqua gard water purifier from Eureka Forbes in 2016 and I have been paying AMC from past 4 years and we have never had breakdown from last 4 years but in 2022 our machine has complain on back board replacement. But now company is saying to buy new product with them from our own cost as they don't have material to fix this issue si pls suggest

                    I have raise a complaint in customer care about the service of the water purifier on 9 August 2022. My complaint ID is CM[protected] but No technician came for the services. All my family members has fallen sick. I call them everyday but they are not sending any technician.

                    Request you to please help with the Justice, as it is hampering my family health now.

                            We raised the complain on 3rd August.
                            Technician came and said there is a issue with the Chip and need to be changed.
                            After that there is no response from your side. we are not able to use this water purifier now. and nobody from your side is taking action nor responding.
                            18th they took the machine for repair and till today (25th August) no reply from them
                            Every day they ask us to wait for 24 Hrs and that 24 hrs will never come
                            Now they took the machine also and no correct response from them even after escalation

                              Mr. 66288- Jadhav Pothaji was assigned service rq CM[protected] for resolving a Aquaguard purifier burning issue on 18-Aug. So far, nobody has turned up to resolve the issue. This is despite repeated follow-ups and escalations.

                                Regarding my water purifier, I have escalated this twice and was assured that the issue will get resolved on top priority, but still it’s not resolved. None of your service guy did visit or bothered to call. Very pathetic and disappointing response or no service at all I must say. We have taken your AMC .Your service guy MR.Bapu Kolekar came & did his routine AMC related maintenance work & post that all the issue started with the purifier, he was immediately informed about the same & he assured that he shall visit next day. Since then he just gave fake commitment of visiting the home but he never visited & now not even answering the call .What kind of service is this?You "Friends for Life" tag line is turning into "Foe for Life" now.Even the customer care guys are giving false commitment, is this company a bunch of losers??every one has the same kind of attitude of fooling others.

                                  I bought the enhance RO Filter kit through Amazon and the supplier is aman enterprises . In the kit RO membrane which is only costly product was removed and packed with 2 pre carbon filters.

                                      My Aquaguard is not working from more than a week now and I have raised complaints multiple times on customer care number but still not attended. Every time they promise for 24 hours but no body came to resolve the issue

                                        I had been calling since 5 days for service of my water purifier, I have called three times and all the time i was told that the "tomorrow surely someone will visit on priority."

                                        But as usual no once turned up.

                                        I think, these days company does not give importance to service of the product purchased by customers.

                                        If it so, please tell us (by our representative) we do not have service. We will not call and wont buy the Eureka Forbes products any more.

                                        If a water purifier- such an essential item in any house hold is not working for 5 days, what one has to do.

                                        Sorry!
                                        Wont buy any products at all!!
