    I have purchased the product AQUAGUARD BOOSTER online at www.eurekaforbes.com on[protected] which I received through courrier on[protected] and same day I raised request[protected] for installation. Started from[protected] I was continuously calling to customer care for the installation for 15 days where no one came for installation then I raised another request[protected] to cancel the product and return my money back to my account. Now its being almost two month I am following up with customer care and they keep telling me that we escalated your complaint, and you will get the call from our sales team. The product is at my home with seal packed where other side, today I noticed that on the website (www.eurekaforbes.com) they started AMC (Anual Maintenance[protected].       HI, I purchased Aquagard Compact filter unit online on[protected]. I was told by sales person that it will be delivered to my home address and will be INSTALLED by company technician. Received the unit on[protected]. In spite of repeated phone calls and e-mails for installation it is not yet installed till today. On my complain one Mr.Bittu Singh from company came to my house and said that he will not install the unit and that i have to be a plumber and do it my self.It is comany's responsibility to install the unit in working condition.I even contacted one Mr. Sanjeev Agaraval (M[protected] from Aquaguard company and he assured me that company will install the machine immediately but no one has come for installation.Rita VoraM - [protected]CID no[protected]Surat

        I had bought aquaguard enhance RO+UV on 28/10/13. I had put a service request on 9/11/14 since the filter had stopped working. The service man (Uchit Dutta, no. [protected]) arrived next day and said that all the candles and membrane have to be changed. I spoke to Snehasish Kundu(mobile no.: [protected]) who is the service manager in Jorhat. The new parts costed Rs. 3795. The service man said that the candles have to be changed every year. Plus I also paid annual AMC contract renewal amount. The total bill came up to Rs. 4725. This means every year I have to shell out around 5000 bucks for this aquaguard filter parts and warranty. Why was this not said when I purchased the filter??? Are these methods the company seeks to sell aquaguard parts every year? Then that means I have made a major mistake purchasing the Aquaguard product. Above all this, today I receive three message on our registered mobile number from Eureka Forbes saying that they have replaced the spares under Free of Cost basis during last visit. What is the meaning of this?? The service people charge and then they say its free of cost? Reimburse the amount then.             Hi there, we have bought a Classic Aquaguard in 10.11.2013. At the time of purchase your sells personal told us that a single candle can continue for 2 - 3 years. There is no extra cost. Now after completion of a single year your service personal told us that we have to maintain amc every year with 1530 rupees. We are a middle class family so how can we afford this much. If your service person told us about this cost then we can shift for another company. We already fixed we will bought philips product. Your sales person misguided us. Now what will you do? Tell me as soon as possible. Previously same sells person misguided us to purchase a small vaccum cleaner. He told that it is with a life time warrenty. So in this ILLIGAL way you are selling your products????????????? Means either your product is NASTY, MOSTLY WITH BAD QUALITY or YOUR COMPANY BELIEVES IN CHEATING????????? I thiknk in which way you have sold me this product this was a cheating...

              Hi, I purchased this purifier 20 days back, now thanks to Aquaguard i cant have drinking water, We live in a country where we purchase a high end product and still no use of it. Why on this earth they do business, Water is basic necessity and still they take it lightly.

                I am K.R. Sampath residing at Plot. No. 121, 2nd Main Road, A.G.s' Colony, Velachery, Chennai-600042. My contact numbers are[protected] and [protected]. I have an Aquaguard Classic model. It is under AMC for two years from10.01.14 to 09.01.16 and I have paid Rs.2725 for this.It went out of order during late first week of October 2014 and a complaint was lodged with your helpline in the second week.A Technician by name Mr. Gnanasekaran came two three days after the complaint was registered and he took away the machine to his office at Jagannathapuram, Velachery as he said there was some fault in the board. In the meantime Diwali came and he said he would repair and bring it back after Diwali. But he did not bring even 10 days after Diwali.Atlast he brought it on 2nd or 3rd of this month, but even then he could not commission it as he told he forgot to bring some wire or tube. I have been repeatedly contacting your Help Line and I have spoken to almost all the Customer Care Executives but to of no avail. I also spoke to one of your Senior Executive Mr.V.P Singh three days back, who promised to restore it immediately.But nothing has happened so far and the fact remains that the equipment is not in use for nearly a month. Apart from this, We are forced to buy water can costing Rs.35 pre can ever since you failed to repair., although we never used can water. I am extremely sorry the way in which this has been handled and strongly condemn your callous attitude to your customers. Here, I need to mention that to cover up your lapse on the complaint made in early October new complaint number is being assigned every time I approch your staff to know the status of my complaint.                   We had done service contract with Eureka forbes aquagaurd infinity model, contract receipt no.[protected], customer code:p4072, product/model-I.N.F, AMC type :gold, given rs.3090, date of extension 4/09/14 to 3/09/16 company representative come to us for servicing purpose in this changing of candle should be done by company but he replace with duplicate candles, in our family if due to drinking of impure water any seakness or illness happen who is responsible for this, I have 1 year child if she drink water which not pure so anything happen who is responsible, company representative no, chetan vidhate_[protected],

                    Just after two days of buying aquasure elegant Ro we have to call the customer service as the water coming was very bitter in taste not drinkable at all, the agent on the call said issue will be resolved today(what a relief).Three days gone by no issue resolved even after calling them again and again .Finally after three days the agent came without much care about how we are dealing without pure water having kids in the family but the company does not care at all .He then said the membrane of the product is defective ( new product and defective) and has to be changed, assured us he will come tomorrow in the morning. Since two days and we have no clue where is he and where is the bloody company . This is by far the worst product ever purchased wish i had read the reviews earlier would never have buy it then.They are cheating us openly and no value for the problems we are facing .I wish this company fall into debt and wind up as it is so useless what is the company for when it cant deliver good products or resolve the issues or show some care but none and none will ever be they just simply don't care.so upset i wasted my hard earned money on this stupid product.Please never but this.

                      I have purchased one Enhance RO+UV water purifier on 3rd week of September 2014. After seven days I am facing problem with that machine. I informed customer service about my problem. Technician visited and told me that connection was not done properly at the time of installation and that's why the problem arise. he also told it will create problem frequently if connection not made properly. then i called sales person Mr. Bijay Mukherjee (office : Kasba, Contact no: [protected]) and informed about the same. At the time of installation I also noticed it to Mr. Bijay, then he assured that no problem will arise in future due to this type of connection. Every place they are doing connection like this. Now i can realize it was his false commitment. So that they can set the machine with shortcut. actually he was hurry. Repeatedly he forcing technician to do it fast. He totally cheated me. also I have pay Rs. 300 extra for the connection where as at the time of demonstration it was told by sales person Mr. Bijay Mukherjee that I don't have to pay for the connection. It's totally free installation. Now since last two weeks machine totally stopped. I have registered complain to customer care, another technician visited and told me the same problem and told me to contact the sales person to rectify it. I called Mr. Bijay and after so many attempts he picks up my call and told it will rectify shortly. Now almost one month left but no positive result and now his phone is not picked up. It's really disappointed for me that i have spend so much money for a machine which I can not use. Since one month also I am paying for the packaged drinking water to purchase. Now I don't know to whom I should contact. Who will solve the problem? Please help me to sorted out this problem. So that I can use this machine. PLEASE HELP

                          Complaint registered for leaking and broken filter in our Aquaguard on 1st Nov 2014. Your call centre confirmed that this will be handled maximum by 3rd Nov which was a Monday. On Monday when i spoke to Pardeshi enterprises at Orlem Malad which is the nearest service centre, they informed that they do not have the filter and will order it & service and fix it on 4th Nov at 11.30am. I waited all day and the same was not taken care of. I called Sunil at the service centre 7 times and your call centre 4 times & nothing was done. On 5th Nov Santosh called to say he could come the same day but i asked him to come on 6th Nov which is today at 11.30 max since i had to be at work post that. I waited since 11.30 and the person landed up at my place at 1pm after 2 calls to the service centre and 1 call to thecall centre. After reaching here the person tells me that the new bowl that he has brought along to replace is broken. I am absolutely appalled at the manner in which a reputed name like Aquaguard works. It is pathetic and not acceptable . If not resolved today before 4 i will take up this matter with the consumer forum.

                              What is the way of getting a better service from this company?? Unfortunately I've bought your water purifier years back and now struggling for service. I've never seen such a horrible customer care and a bunch of guys sitting in the front desk to give fake promises to the customer. I've bought service contract or AMC from you guys and that I've received atleast 10 followup calls to sell that. Now I've called your customer care atleast 30 times to get the service but no luck so far. Whenever I call your customer care they say within 24 hours our engineer will call you...did that happen to any of your customers ever???????? Atleast the feedback I got from the people around me or from my friends is NO. Why you give false promises to your customers???? Hope I'll get some answers here at-least. Thanks, Nilesh [protected]

                                Hi, I had a very bad experience with the services of EUREKA FORBES, one of our water purifiers (Classic Pump) was not working, so I registered a complaint on the number available[protected] during diwali and responding to that a person named NIMBAR - [protected] from EUREKA FORBES attended the call pretended to fix the machine and charged us Rs. 475/- without giving an acknowledgement or a receipt. Later after 15 minutes the machine again went faulty, so we called NIMKAR, he said there is a issue with the fuse and the fuse is not available with EUREKA FORBES and also not available in the market. After I called the service center I was told that the fuse is available. I again registered a request for repair and complaint against NIMKAR on the 1st November I was told it will be attended in 2 working days but no one responded. Again I did the same on the 3rd and such a disgrace again on the 5th evening I had to followup on what is happening with my complaint. Then the executive gave me another number of SANTOSH from 3T[protected]Who is not nswering the phone even after 10 calls I have made to him) and asked me to call him to confirm whether NIMKAR is working with EUREKA FORBES. GREAT... Why was this information given on the very first day, why were people sitting on it... It is really a disguised on EUREKA FORBES. Regards, Vinod Waydande ACME...

                                  I have a wide year contact for the servicing of my water purifier with the said company. The agreement clearly states that parts will be changed every year. They are not abiding by it and claim they already have and when asked for an acknowledgement which they get it signed on every visit and which contains all the details of the work done, the company has refused to show it. They claim to have it in their system but when asked for a print they do not show even that. The invoice number is 22087810.

                                    My name is V. Vasantha Kumar, D-73, Sakkaraiar Nagar, Neelikonampalyam post, Coimbatore-641033. I have booked for Aqua Gaurd Classsic model on 24.10.2014 to Mr. Umapathi Sales person. The machine was delivered on 28.10.2014. Technician Mr. Dhilip came on 30.10.2014 at 9.30 pm and he couldn't fit the machine because the machine was leaked and he assured me of changing the machine for me but still now 5.11.2014 it was not happened. So I feel very sorry and I decided to cancell my order. I also request the company not to deliver my cheque for Rs.8990/= since I have not used the product and in the installaion itself the machine was fault.

                                      Air Force School Avadi, Chennai 600055 have purchased two Aqua Guard industrial water purifier capacity 600 ltr/hr model AG-600 from Eureka Forbes on 10 Sep 2010 and 31 March 2014. Both the machines are under AMC vide contract receipt no:CP[protected] on 21 Aug 14. The service contract validity is from the period 21 Aug 14 to 28 Aug 15. Both machines are unserviceable with effect from 14 Oct 14. Due to this school is not in a position to supply drinking water to the students. Instead of repeated complaints lodged through telephone to Eureka Forbes, no action has been taken by them. It is requested that action to be initiated to make serviceable both the machine at the earliest and necessary action may be taken against Eureka Forbes, Chennai.                                         I have the subject line water purifier model and have AMC for 2 years and still one year not yet completed. I was not using this machine more than 2 months due to water shortage in my house. Now I started using this machine but its not working due to memorine issue as per technician. I logged a compliant about this issue in 2 months back and 3 tickets was closed without resolution and my confirmation. Last compliant was registered (No.[protected] on 18th Oct 2014, but still not yet rectified, when I spoke to EFL customer care executive many times and they said it will be arranged by EOD today on every day call. Parellelly I spoke to local authorised service center "Mahalakshmi Service center" and they said it will take 2 days on every time. Finally it is not resolved. So there is no proper response and explanation from both company and service center, since I spent much money for 2 years AMC and issue not rectified for long time.
