I purchased 2 Aquasure UV+RO, one at my residence at 19/2 Biswas para lane and another at my daughter's flat at 33 Sarat Pramanik Lane, both at Ranaghat and under AMC. The machine at my daughter's flat never serviced properly in spite of having AMC. 1) Machine at my Daughter's flat has gone out of order and not attending by the service provider for the last 4/5 days, in spite of several reminders over telephone. It happened in previous occasions...

I paid 3.75 lakhs in Dec, 2012 for home security, sensors, cameras. Since last 6 months, I am trying to get the equipment delivered. I am getting in bits and pieces since then and at this point I am yet to receive 20 occupancy sensors. I have tried to contact Thomas Jha (Ph-[protected]). He hardly takes calls and when he accidently takes it, tells me that he will either get back tomorrow or in 5 mts but never gets back to you. My patience...

I had aquaguard machine from last 6 years, i did annual maintenance contract with them for free replacement of spare parts and service for 1 year on july 2014 for which i paid 4300. But till date they didnt replace machine candels. When i call they said tomorrow, dday after tomorrow like that only.....
