Never delivered Occupancy sensors

I paid 3.75 lakhs in Dec, 2012 for home security, sensors, cameras. Since last 6 months, I am trying to get the equipment delivered. Regarding change of spare part after taking amount

I had aquaguard machine from last 6 years, i did annual maintenance contract with them for free replacement of spare parts and service for 1 year on july 2014 for which i paid 4300. I have got one eureka forbes aquaguard (reviva) filter machine installed at my home, 6, deshbandhu road(East), kol-35 from 2008. But this year i have faced a horrible and unbearable situation of non-availability of drinking water. The machine is under AMC from 11.06.2014 and valid upto 10.06.2015 and remained out of order frequently. Extremely Dissatisfied
