This mail is regarding the false commitments providing by your costumer care executives I raised a request on Sunday (1-Nov-14)to dismantle and reconnect my aquagard from old address to new address its complaint number is 90602651. The executive committed that the engineer will visit my plase with in 24 hours, but on Monday (2-Nov-14) I received a call from engineer and he committed that he will come to my place by 6PM Monday, After that none visited and no communication happened from your company. Yesterday (3-Nov-14)afternoon I called your costumer care number and the executive committed that engineer will visit my place by 5 PM, no one came and no communication received from your company. In the evening i called costumer care umber again and the executive committed a call back from backend team with in half an hour, but no calls received.

    Hello All, My friend suggested me to take Aquaguard Enhance RO. He is using it for an year and so i decided to go for it. I ordered the machine and to start with i struggled with the installation. They took 3 days to install the machine. Post installation after 3 hours, water started leaking. I complained and after 2 days a guy came and fixed it. Water opening knob is not in a proper position, i asked the service engineer he said this is the design. But when i asked my friend he said his machine its fit properly. After a month, machine started showing its characteristic. It will not purify water immediately it will start purification after 30 min and it will take long time to fill a single tank ( 7 liter). Complaint raised, called customer care several times and after 5 days a service engineer came and he just cleaned the first cylinder and he said it will work and it will not happen. After this day i went to my native for Diwali vacation for 10 days. No one at home. Machine was not at all used. I came back after 10 days and switched on the machine. Same problem, but machine is not at all started even after 4 to 5 hours it switched on. if the macine on for 5 hours i will get 2 glasses of water where liters and liters of water will be drained. Taste of water is veryyyyyyy bad. Complaint raised and its 6th day none of the service Engineer turned up. One guy called me and i told him very clearly come before 10 AM as i will leave for the office after that. But after that no response or what so ever from EF. How essential water is for a family. But these guys really not at all worried about anything. I don't know whether they really have a customer care who will monitor CRM requests or just they do time pass. Even after allotting a service engineer they don't care about a customer at all. I have decided to throw off this faulty machine to EF and i start using the bubble talk water. at least i have a guarantee i will have water in my home for drinking.       Dear Team, I had bought Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV and AMC is being paid by my office. I had transferred from Varanasi to Pune and on reinstallation I was charged. I want to know that is installation charges not included under AMC. I had lodged a complaint regarding continuously red light blinking through sms but no one turned up. Need an early solution.         Eurekaforbes cleverly designed their website to avoid any written complaint receipt. I tried all sources to find out to lodge a written complaint on poor service but no one is ready to give proper mail address. They gave [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in, [protected]@eurekaforbes.com and all id's are bounced. If any one knows proper emai id please let me know....

        Have been waiting for 5 WORKING days for a broken Aquaguard filter to be fixed. No service personnel showed up (their excuse was that they CouldNOT find the apartment, however surprisingly they could find the apartment when it came to selling that filter) and when called on the service number then they said that 'they have too many customer hence too busy to fix our filter'. Also the Link on their website: http://www.eurekaforbes.com/Product/Escalate-Your-Service-Request# doesNOT accept valid service request numbers and their help line 3988 3333 NEVER picks the phone. Thanks

          hi i am Roopesh, residing in Bangalore / RT nagar location. i had purchased the Aqua gaurd purifier (AG CLASSIC (WATER FILTER CUM PURIFIER)on [protected]. But by the time of purchasing i was told that there will be a free service for my product in a year. but its almost more than 2 years but no one has come to my place. I had called their customer care many times but every time i get a false promise that they will be sending some one. One recent request number is[protected].             Pathetic after sales services of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Reviva. I logged in a complaint regarding an issue with my Aquaguard Reviva model RO water purifier. The complaint was raised 7 days back. The model is under an AMC which they charged a bomb of Rs 3900 for one year. The complaint number is [protected]. I have been following up on a daily basis and the customer care executives give me the same response "We will look into it". When prodded to give me the service centre number, they gave me a wrong number twice. This is really irresponsible behavior from Eureka Forbes. I want the complaint looked into immediately.

              we have bought aquasure xpert on 21st of oct 2014...there was some malfunction in the system on 26th oct...the certified seller(saahil enterprises, shivaji complex, vindhyanagar, (M.P.)) refused to provide any help...a complaint was done on 27th (complaint no.[protected]..we got no response from company...we have talked with Mr Vinayak(service ex. sr.)..who also promised that technitians will get to us till within 29th but nobody came till date...the servicing is poor and we have been given one year warranty but it didnt last even one week...if no action is taken within two days then we will be forced to go to consumer court... thanking you

                I ordered a Aquaguard Enhance Green RO water purifier on 19th October and paid the cash to your sales representative Devaraj - [protected]. The product was delivered on 21st October and i raised a service request for installation the same day - 90581925. The product is not yet installed even after repetative calls to customer care and the sales representative. Called and escalated my request on Oct 24th, 27th, 29th, 30th, 31st. The worst part is nobody called to atleast book an appointment for installation or for apologizing. Not even one call. Tried calling the sales representative from my mobile and the alternate number i have provided more than 50 times and no response. He has stored the number and not picking the call. I am completely unsatisfied with the service provided and worried about the future service i will get if it takes more than 11 days just for installation. I need complete refund and you can take the product back. I will try to write in all forums about the pathetic and terrible service eureka forbes provides and do my bit to make people aware of this nonsense.

                  I have bought Aqua guard Enhance UV+ on Aug 19th 2014, ever since I bought the machine, it never worked properly as the UV filter gets blocked for ever 15-20days, it has become a routine to call the customer care to register a service request and get the filter cleared, please check my complaint database for reference, from August to till date every 20days I have a complaint, registered mobile number [protected] when I asked for a permanent solution, they say my apartment water tank has lots of dust that UV filter cannot clear, My apartment has 8 flats and I'm the only Aqua guard user, if there is so much of dust then how come other residents are drinking water, it clearly indicates that I have been cheated by a faulty machine and when I came out with a solution that I would like to return UV and exchange with RO by paying the difference amount, till now not a single person has given me proper information, I have mailed twice to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com, called my sales person 10-20times who was very much interested to sell the machine and least bothered now to solve my issue.all he says is I have sent a mail to head office we need to wait. How many days should we wait? there need to some accountability, someone to take care, I have a infant at house and the need of purified water is an emergency and buying water from outside spending 40rs per day in spite of stating the same, I'm stuck with no solution rather calling customer care for service every 15 days to clear the filter and the service is also not provided with in 24hrs slot, all I hear is sorry for the inconvenience or delay or a back end call to check whether the issue is resolved, when there is no action taken from your end why would you ask whether issue is resolved or not don't you have a notification on the action taken and then check whether issue is resolved or not? Hopeless service, utterly dissappointed, no I feel that I should have chosen Kent or Pureit at least with No service I would have got a good quality machine, Dear Aqua guard please don't claim yourself as friend for life, its a shame to hear that.

                    I am Atish Ajgekar from Mumbai. I purchased Eureka Forbes Aquasure Prime water purifier for our new house. My customer ID is [protected]. The purifier was installed on 25th October, 2014 and the person told me that my warranty started from the same day. But on the very next day, while using it, it's tap came out. I did not expect such inferior quality from a brand like Eureka Forbes. I immediately called the customer care no. and filed a complaint. The complaint no. on 26th October, 2014 was 78765751. I was told that the person would come within 2 working days and the issue would be resolved. On 28th, I called the customer care and I was again told that the person would come to resolve the issue and I would get a call from him. They filed a new complaint on 28th October, 2014 with a complaint no. [protected]. Today I called the customer care in morning and I was told that the person would come today and the issue would be resolved. But still nobody has come and I am not able to use the purifier. I had never expected such a worst service from Eureka Forbes. I would never recommend it to anybody.

                        For over a month I have been trying to register a service request for my Aquaguard Water Filter at Ernakulam. Dozens of phone numbers are furnished on the website, but not one of them respond. Has anyone been able to make an online complaint on the page that is provided for registering complaints ? It seems to be ingeniously designed not to receive certain mandatory fields. Could someone tell me if it is possible to get the unit serviced or do I have to discard it. -GEORGE, Kacheripadi, Ernakulam.

                        I am one of the frustrated customer of Aquasure in Pune.
                        2 weeks back my water purifier stopped working so from 30th April I logged service request. I have been told that service person will come in next 24 Hrs but no one came.
                        Since last 10 days I have registered about 5-6 service calls, but getting no reply. I have called customer care 4-5 times & talked with executive. each time he promised to resolve issue within 24 Hrs but still no call from any service person.
                        I am fade up of this pathetic service of Eureka forbes & now thinking to sell it on Quicker.
                        Please help in getting any service from Eureka forbes.

                          sir, I am ur customer for the past twenty years since my residence at coimbatore now i am at salem, after continuous torture with phone calls from the salem office to buy a water purifer I purchased the machine. they got the cheque on the 27th of september 2014 and they told me that they would install it by evening but the did not turn up nor did they make any phone call to tell me that the machine would be installed at a later date. When I phoned up the office on 6 th october 14 they told me Its installed, then after a long enquiry the manager in charge Mr.Kumar told me I will tell u after talking to one Mr.Chandrahasan who was the representative in charge for the handing over of the machine and this chandrahasan he told me that that he would install the machine by 5.o"clock in the evening of 7th of october14, after the machine was thrown into my house by chandrahasan and another person at 3.o"clock in the evening because I refused to get it for their poor response. They neither returned nor phoned me about the installation. In the mean time they got all my originals my passbook, my original statement of accounts for the purpose of the loan now they are not reurning the original back to me stating today tomorrow, like that with several reminder phone calls there is no response neither the manager nor the representative is giving me a clear response. If I don"t get the originals I will stop honouring the cheque in my bank which will cause inconvenience to both your company and me Thank u kanaka opp to Periyar University salem

                            I have Aquasure Nano Ro water purifier. I have an AMC with Eureka forbes for the same. I had given a complaint on 16th Oct 14 (No.[protected]. The registered number is [protected] I had given the complaint on 16th October. Any technician neither attended nor responded for the complaint. After repeated calling the customer care, service manager Mr.Dinesh (ph [protected]) and Divyashree services (ph [protected]) call was attended on 21st Oct but not yet completed. The membrane needs to be replaced. The service franchisee (Divyashree Services) tried to cheat me by replacing with used membrane. I did not agree for that. Also the service franchisee took away the old the filters/candles which are treated as consumables. (I doubt he may use the same for some other customer). Any number of calls to the franchisee and fixing up the time to complete the call by applying leave to my office and waiting for him is of no use. The franchisee is not doing the job and Eureka forbes is not bothered about that.

                            Eureka forbes service personnel now are changing their tone and asking me to pay extra amount to replace the parts which are agreed upon in the agreement. Also they are asking me to return the AMC agreement. Initially I have paid the amount asked by the service executive through cheque and taken the AMC. But now they are taking aback saying there is some mistake. Is it my problem? Why should I return the agreement? Is it fair on the part of Eureka forbes to trouble the customers like this for whatever reason from their side? I expect Eureka forbes to stick on to the service agreement if they are really looking forward to have a long term relationship with the customer

                              Dear sir, I would like to inform you that I am a regular customer of Eurekaforbes, but I am sorry to inform you that service at Jamshedpur branch is very very poor, Sales person only knows to sale the machine, after sales very poor response to the complain is there. I have bought a new RO machine 2 months back and observed some problem, Complain (no.[protected] has been lodged by me to the call centre, 3 day after complaining 1 technician has visited my house, but after that visited neither he is picking up the phone nor visiting my home again I have lodged the complain (No.[protected] and till now problem is not solved.                                 I think ur the worst service centre company in aquagaurd product. i make a complaint on 17 Oct 2014 but till now there is no response. i am total get irritated from your service center. I am using many products but your company service is one of the worst service. My Name is S.KUGAN i am using your AQUA GUARD DUO Product for the last 2 years, After putting AMC Your service employee changed all the filters, After changing filters i am getting complaint every 3 months.                                   My customer id is [protected] and i have amc contract till 2016. Two weeks back pump was relaced with new one and for one week we were out of station. Now pump is not working. I raised as request [protected] and got the assurance that some body will come and rectify the problem. Three days past by no body has come. I have contacted the manager Sunil in Marathalli Bangalore area (Mob:[protected]) and he told one mechanic SHivanand will come and repair but no body come. Every time I call, he says he will come in 30 minutes but no body came. This is the most pathetic service any company can give, I have 5yrs old kid and no drinking water in hoem and no body listens in Eureka Forbes.

                                    I take pity to bring an unfortunate event to your knowledge that around DECEMBER-2013, a bulk purchase of Water Purifiers (Model: Aquaguard Classic) was made by our electrical division and one of which is installed in my Sub-division having Serial No.[protected] and CM/L: 3077454. On dt.16/10/14, I informed your Sales Executive from Berhampur, Odisha named Mr. Pradipta Parida (MOB: [protected]) to send a service Engg. as the purifier was non-functional. After getting no concrete response, on dt.18/10/14 I again lodged a complaint on the customer care No. wherein I was provided with a Reference No.78681692 and a commitment of resolving the issue by 21/10/14. Till today, this office has been constantly pursuing with patience, but to the dismay the commitment is far from being fulfilled. Following are some of the surprising replies of your local representatives to our requests: 1. The service calls can only be attended in a day if it falls within a radius of 30 kms. (The distance of our establishment from your nearest service center is at max 38kms.) 2. Normally we ask for to and fro charges for long distance calls. (This again was agreed by me to get the job done at the earliest while approaching a service executive having MOB No.[protected]) If not more to mention, your personells have not even attended the two routine checkups in the first year under warranty period. After all this, I hope it will not be too wrong on part of me to quote that such incidents may put the hard earned credibility of a highly appraised organisation at stake merely due to the callous, insensitive and careless approach of a few SALES & SERVICE executives. Therefore, I request your good office to kindly intervene in this matter and take corrective measures or else i will be left with no options but to intimate my authorities for reconsidering the thought of any further procurement of EUREKA FORBES products and extending Annual Maintenance Contracts in future .                                       i) I am a customer of Aquaguard Smart UV water purifier installed in October 2013. The filter was due fr change on 01 October 2014. ii) I booked a complaint on 5th, 16th, 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th of October 2014. iii) There was only one call from an employee on 2nd October who finally didn't turn-up for the required servicing. iv) On 27th, I was given a mobile number of a regional head, Jammu area who has not responded. v) Me and my family are forced to have unfiltered & unhygeinic water for past one month. vi) Additionally, everytime, I wait for 10 minutes before a customer care executive comes on line, which leads to additional grievance and mobile charges. vii) It is requested that complaint may be addressed to immediately
