Sir/s, I would like to inform you that Mr.Chanchal Chatterjee, a sales person of your Durgapur branch, visit my resident and adviced me to buy your Water Purifier, actually for Model- 'Genious' . As per his recomendation about this model I agree with him to buy the item because I have a child daughter. Mainly I want to gift pure water to my loevlyest daughter, so I agree to buy this product without any delay.Finally in March, 2014 I purchase this product and then I think that from today we can drink pure water and protect my family from any Diseases. But alas! within 1 month from purchase this product arises a problem and water not flow from Purifire, Then I booked a service call and your service person named Mr.Manas visited my residence and suggest us that 'threre have huge quantities of Iron in water of your locality and for that reason it made garbage inside of purifier and go stop to flow the water . Then he insist me to buy a part name "Ironil" for overcome this type problem. Then I proceed with his advice and get buy this product 'Ironil' for continue to get pure water. But few days later same problem arises and that time your service provider named Mr.manas visited and rectify the problem. Also assure us in near future same type of problem never arise on the instrument. unfortunately within one month same problem occure again Mr. Manas come and repair it. Finally 1st week of October, same problem arise and that time Mr.Dhananjoy (Service Head at Durgapur Region) came and told us to buy cartidge because machine have already run 250 hours. Your concern person like Mr.Manas, Mr.Dhananjoy and Mr. Chanchal too many times visited our home but they never have find out except three person (Me, my wife and my only daughter). As a sincere business person I have to stay out of station. So remains to never uses your machine above 250 hours. Again can you imagine except 2 persons water uses we also face 3 to 4 times temporary shutdown of your machine due to complain. How can we run this machine 250 hours? It is not possible for us to relay Mr. Dhananjoy's suggestion for purchasing Cartidge. Sir, do you tell me for why we only suffer after choosing a famous company like yours. I only want pure water for my lovely daughter but it destroyed my dream. Finally we request you to take the matter seriously and find out how to solve the problem and make us confident about your company. Please reply me as early as possible.

    Issue 1: It has been over a month I have bought the new Green RO water purifier product. One month past and till now didn't received my Invoice and the sale persons not taking my calls and not responding. Have called to Help line more or less 20 times and only at last after long struggle they responded and provided the request number #90447037. But still now almost 15 days past but still didn't receive. Issue 2: I have an OLD RO water purifier under AMC warrenty, while purchasing Sales person conveyed will get refund of paid AMC within a week. I agreed and handed over my Original BILL copy. Almost 45 days over but still no Check and more over no response from sales person. If this is not sorted out ASAP, will complaint to consumer court with all the proofs that have with me right now. Kindly do needful.

      Dear Sir, I am filing complaint against Eureka Forbes (Aqua Guard Water Purifier department) I give service request on[protected] for reinstalling & Filter change of my water purifier, Complaint No: 90350297,[protected] service engineer came & reinstalled my water purifier but not changing filter due to it's in AMC, he said filter not in stock so tomorrow I will come and change it, but he not come on next day. So again I called customer care regarding this issue, Complaint No: 90442910 But no response after some days I called again customer care regarding this issue, they given one more Complaint No: 90470729 But same, no response again so I called again customer care regarding this issue, they given one more complaint No: 78610177. It's keepon continuing, but no response, they don't have toll free number also, so each and every time I have to spent Rs.15 to Rs.20, nearly I called 20 times that customer care & concern department directly.       Sir,

      I have registered complained on 1st July. Till now no one called, I am calling every day to know when they will come.
      when ever I call they will tell that service person will come in the evening. Today again I called, again same answer, person will come before 8.00 pm.
      This the service aquaguard is providing.
      while purchasing, they told 2 free service will be done. The worst service of any product I have ever come across.

      4 months ago, when I called to shift to new house, that time also no one turned up and the request they closed without making a single call to me.
      We definitely be serious and make police complain against his fraud company who does not provide service after sales.
      don't buy aquaguard, buy some other brand

        ID no.[protected] .i have been using Aqua guard water purifier for many years. I have also been renewing AMC with the condition that the technician should attend only after 5.30 pm .In spite of that every servicing is being done only after several reminders. last servicing which was due in the month of August 2014 which has not been attended. Despite having the contact number, attendants do not have the courtesy to remind us nor visit for servicing. When complained about the same, arrogantly inform that since the AMC has expired, service can be offered only on renewal of AMC. My complaint is since the service due for August is not done I want the same to be done immediately without citing any reason.Then only renewal of AMC will be considered

Even after several reminders, no one has attended my complaint so far inspite of having a 3 year service contract. The last service was done in April-14 with your help after negligence on their part.             Eureka forbes taken a service contract for servicing my aquaguard classic water filter for the perieod of 29/3/2012 to 28/3/2014 in rs 2100/- recipt no 20796102 but he do not give any servace for mantince of my water filter so please take a legal action to refund my amount thainking you

              Dear Sir, I have purchased uv elite(eureka forbes) model purifier from vijay sales thane vasai east.But at the time of purchase executive told there will be AMC for this model every year but after one year service center engineer told there have no AMC for this model.When ever complain for the service it took approx one month.Now i have complain for service 11 of Sept 2014 Engineer came charged me RS 1000 and do some thing in my puifier after he left my machine dead.Now i have call so many time to vasai east service center thane, but there have no response now they din not picking up my call.Now i request you to please change my machine.My contact no is[protected]

I had purchased Eureka Reviva, before purchase employ whose emp-id-9003446, name rakesh kumar take security money and say its refundable but still one month pass but not my money refund.                 I had purchased an Aquaguard REVIVA RO+UV+MTDS NXT with One set Filter on 28/05/2017 & the demo was given by Ganga Jha, after completing all formalities, a guy came to us with all accessories & after installation he powered on the system, what we saw there was leakage from the place where adapter wire was coming out, on this i asked whether it was defective system which i was sold, he replied that he needed to open that system & he opened he repaired,
                but on 8th june 2017 System was stopped working I complained on
                10th june 2017 the same & the engineer came on the same day & he repaired it again,
                & after repairing 2nd time it was still not working properly. Then I complained again for the same but i dint get any response till 4-5 days thereafter i received call & someone asked how RO is working & again I related entire story & then after 2 days a guy came & repaired the same, but after 2 hours the problem started again & from last 4-5 days i am mailing, calling but not getting any response within 20 days of purchasing i got this repaired 4 times but problem still remain the same & i believed that it was the faulty one system which i was sold by Future Vision Enterprises.
                All eureka forbes, franchise, head office, services engineer, branch office are irresponsible i have called everyone but nobody is listening,
                All you with customers before selling your product there after let customers go to hell,
                It was my biggest mistake to purchase Aquaguard RO system & as per mentioned in your web site "30 days money back guarantee "
                I really don't want this bad product any more, i am very disturbed & frustrated by your services & product, request you to please take your product & return my money.

                  I purchased compact water purifier in march 2013, till date three times it has same issue of red light blinking. Two times PCB was changed without any cost due to warranty but not for third time i have to pay. for which 3yr AMC was asked by service person. I did it. but still the problem is not resolved from last 5 days. One service says its any of cable issue other says it's pcb issue. Request to resolve the issue immidiately. As i read online, there are same issue for this product, why don't Eureka forbes resolve the problem permenantly. either tell the issue, i will get it solved permenantly.                     Please note my complaint too.My complaint is very similar to previous customer's complaint that I had requested to service my vaccum cleaner.My service request no is [protected].
                    I had registered a request for machine not working and giving a loud sound and heavy smoke.The technican came and checked and gave me the feedback that motor needs to be replaced.I will get in touch with headoffice to replace the same.When I called the person he told stock not available in the office or at other headoffice at different locations.
                    Please take a note of this and how am I supposed to get my motor and make my machine running back.

                      On multiple calls again yesterday...finally guy from service centre showed mercy on us & made a visit.
                      In this case, suffering is caused to my family..i have to source water from neighbours for 3 days in this festive season
                      when guests are on peak..n fyi..this is not the first time i am dealing with...everytime i have to call atleast 10 times for the service.

                        Hi, I have ordered 'euroclean health pro' on sep 14th, till now not received, when called the given mobile/land lines I am getting no response, some times customer care receiving complaints and not giving any status. I have given emails but no response. This is the worst experience from eurekaforbes online purchase that I had. I do several purchases online but never I had like this worst experience.                           With a great suffering I have to say that the company's product and company service - both have disappointed me a lot. I am in great distress. I brought Aquaguard Total Neo dated 16.9.2014, which was installed on 17.9.2014. (You can avail all the details by docket number.) But today is date only 8.10.2014. Within such a short period I had to face a problem to getting purified water. The red led button constantly beeping. I think there is a problem in circuit. It annoying very much. I cannot think that I have to face such a problem within quite a short period. Its not even completes a month. However, I booked a complaint; the docket number of my complaint is [protected]. Its almost 24 hour, but no one yet attain, not even anybody contact. Is it your after sale service? Being journalist of a Delhi based publication group, I wrote an article on Aquagaurd Water Purifier last year in special issue of Diwali. Now I feel great regret for that. My perception and impression about the company and its product has completely changed. Now its my humble request that please replace the purifier or refund my money.

                            I HAVE PUCHASED THE EUREKA FORBES RO+UV WP SYSTEM IN JULY 2013. 1) while booking the order representative jurisdiction compliments. 2)after collection of cheque material delivered after weeks time. 3)service connection given after a weeks time by reminders. 4)one year the machine function normally.( good). 5) before warranty period cheque collected the amc renewed. 6) after amc the service personnel changed the filters. 7) after one week no water coming out from purifier. the machine takes 5 hours to fill 1 lts. 8)complaint's not responded in time. 9) after service same problem persists unskilled technicians sent for problem shooting. 10) daily complaints registered no response. 11) Now we have to buy the regular mineral water from outside agencies.(COSTING EXTRA CHARGES) 12)I believe IN BRAND TATA GROUP. customer id [protected] product delivery challan no 22153051 dated 30/07/2013 machine model ro + uv wp system [protected] my compliant no 78495484 [protected] j.venkateswaran [protected]

                              I have paid Rs.7480/-towards towards extended warranty from22 June 2014 to 21.06.2016 on 11 May 2014. I was assured to change 5 Candles every year. Despite reminding the service providers they have not yet came and replaced the candles. In the meantime there was some problem in the motor and the water filter failed to function. Despite telling the local representatives, they failed to attend the complaint and rectify it.

                              I am one of the customer of AG Prime UV purifier. This is regarding Delay in Getting Proper service from Eureka Forbes.
                              I have purchased AG Prime UV water Purifier & extended its service contract[ Contract receipt no 10 Invoice no 26644148] on 5/8/16 for period of 5/8/16 to 4/8/17. i am facing the problem with the equipment from last 2 month as it is not working properly.in-spit of too many calls to customer care & raising request i am not getting the benefit of the said contract.

                                5 month passed i paid for product and Eureka forbes people don't refund me anything. i have product in sealed box condition but no water as eureka's service person sais u don't get any water n have to replace RO unit with another model and i don't want another model and they don't want to take it back and refund my money. Eureka fobes company laugh at indian laws by not giving any solution to consumers. i pais 22990 on 23 august 2014 and till jow 16 january 2015 approx. 5 months don't get any solutions from them
                                have you got refund now? cause, I am facing same issue. It has been almost 1 month and me not attended at all by service team. In my case while installing the product AQUAGUARD GENEUS has damaged the outlet valve.

Last month purchased water purifier for home. It was delivered to my home and cheque collected later by your rep. Product is faulty and leakage. Your rep cheated me by giving fake promise that he will replace it however later he disappeared and did not turn up. I am very sad and unhappy because of false information and promise given by your rep that he do replacement. Kindly get your product back. I do not want faulty product on day one at my home.                                         On 28 Oct 12, I took an AMC for my Aquaguard Nova with Eureka Forbes vide "Invoice-Cum-Receipt for Service Contract" No 21441724, valid till 27 Oct 15. Since then multiple requests, yielded no service till Jul/ Aug 13, when finally some one came to do the servicing. The technician (as well as the person at the office on phone) informed us that the franchisee had cheated the customers and did not provide any service. Eureka Forbes then replaced the franchisee and it was the new one that the technician had come from. A slip-shod work was done by the technician who left with partially functioning purifier.I have made several calls since then and no one has ever visited to attend to the purifier. Assurances by Mr Yogesh Kathul (supposed to be Area Service Head of Eureka Forbes, [protected]), multiple mail reminders and calls have yielded no visit! It appears that Eureka Forbes has devised a new scheme to dupe gullible customers by way of AMC. Please help me to get back services worth 3, 620/- paid for in Oct 12.
