Dear Sir,
I am filing complaint against Eureka Forbes (Aqua Guard Water Purifier department)
I give service request on[protected] for reinstalling & Filter change of my water purifier, Complaint No: 90350297,[protected] service engineer came & reinstalled my water purifier but not changing filter due to it's in AMC, he said filter not in stock so tomorrow I will come and change it, but he not come on next day.
So again I called customer care regarding this issue, Complaint No: 90442910
But no response after some days I called again customer care regarding this issue, they given one more Complaint No: 90470729
But same, no response again so I called again customer care regarding this issue, they given one more complaint No: 78610177.
It's keepon continuing, but no response, they don't have toll free number also, so each and every time I have to spent Rs.15 to Rs.20, nearly I called 20 times that customer care & concern department directly.
Please fix this issue As Soon As Possible.

Till now, haven't recevied or heard from Euroke Forbes about Invocie letter and AMC check. Kindly check the issues and do needful ASAP.
