It is to mention that not a single service was rendered inspite of repeated requests over telephone throughout the contract period.

I am waiting for technician for more then a month, he visited once and did something and told that machine need membrane replacement if problem reoccur. I complained to customer care and the company service professional visited too, but he told me the body of vacuum cleaner need to be changed, he took the vacuum cleaner and returned with the same vacuum cleaner without the body changed and informed me that there is no body present in the company service centre and will contact as soon as the body is available, 2 months have gone and nothing happened....

For last two months the inlet hose of the purifier got damaged. I have contact the Suri (West Bengal) dealer over phone and also the technician who provide the service in our area, but none of them provide any service to me . Whether they are everytime saying the problem will be solved within two days. My purifier is out of service for these two months. I have faced a very bad customer service from the dealer....
