I have paid Rs.7480/-towards towards extended warranty from22 June 2014 to 21.06.2016 on 11 May 2014. I was assured to change 5 Candles every year. Despite reminding the service providers they have not yet came and replaced the candles. In the meantime there was some problem in the motor and the water filter failed to function. Despite telling the local representatives, they failed to attend the complaint and rectify it.

I am one of the customer of AG Prime UV purifier. This is regarding Delay in Getting Proper service from Eureka Forbes.
I have purchased AG Prime UV water Purifier & extended its service contract[ Contract receipt no 10 Invoice no 26644148] on 5/8/16 for period of 5/8/16 to 4/8/17. i am facing the problem with the equipment from last 2 month as it is not working properly.in-spit of too many calls to customer care & raising request i am not getting the benefit of the said contract.
below are the request numbers for your reference [protected] dated 27.3.17 & [protected] dated 13.3.17.

need your prompt service as i have paid 1960/- for the said period to avail the benefit as per your contract.

Hope you will Support for this concern & take appropriate action without loss of time.
if it will not happen on priority request refund of the same.

    5 month passed i paid for product and Eureka forbes people don't refund me anything. i have product in sealed box condition but no water as eureka's service person sais u don't get any water n have to replace RO unit with another model and i don't want another model and they don't want to take it back and refund my money. Eureka fobes company laugh at indian laws by not giving any solution to consumers. i pais 22990 on 23 august 2014 and till jow 16 january 2015 approx. 5 months don't get any solutions from them
    have you got refund now? cause, I am facing same issue. It has been almost 1 month and me not attended at all by service team. In my case while installing the product AQUAGUARD GENEUS has damaged the outlet valve.

[protected]. I had also requested to send the technician AFTER 1 PM. AS requested a technician named JAYWANT came and told me that a part had to be replaced. He told me that the compliant would be addressed the next day as the part which had to be replaced was not available with him. HE also told me not to complain in case of any delay. FINALLY he came yesterday and told my father that he will not attend the compliant. When I got in touch with him today on 06/10/2014 HE REPORTED THAT THE MACHINE WAS PROBLEMATIC AND HENCE HE WONT COME TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINT. WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I HAVE AN A.M.C THEN ALSO HE DENIED COMING TO MY PLACE AND ABUSED ME VERBALLY. IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS? It was delivered to my home and cheque collected later by your rep. Product is faulty and leakage. Your rep cheated me by giving fake promise that he will replace it however later he disappeared and did not turn up. I am very sad and unhappy because of false information and promise given by your rep that he do replacement. Kindly get your product back. I do not want faulty product on day one at my home.             On 28 Oct 12, I took an AMC for my Aquaguard Nova with Eureka Forbes vide "Invoice-Cum-Receipt for Service Contract" No 21441724, valid till 27 Oct 15. Since then multiple requests, yielded no service till Jul/ Aug 13, when finally some one came to do the servicing. The technician (as well as the person at the office on phone) informed us that the franchisee had cheated the customers and did not provide any service. Eureka Forbes then replaced the franchisee and it was the new one that the technician had come from. A slip-shod work was done by the technician who left with partially functioning purifier.I have made several calls since then and no one has ever visited to attend to the purifier. Assurances by Mr Yogesh Kathul (supposed to be Area Service Head of Eureka Forbes, [protected]), multiple mail reminders and calls have yielded no visit! It appears that Eureka Forbes has devised a new scheme to dupe gullible customers by way of AMC. Please help me to get back services worth 3, 620/- paid for in Oct 12.

              Sea water care from JP nagar 8th cross 33rd main road mob = [protected] and [protected] They came home for servicing and said there is something wrong and charged money to change certain part post which they water from the filter has stopped coming . We have tried to contact them several times they have never responded. We dont have drinking water for 6th day now. and have to buy biseleri bottles for cooking and drinking Very dissapointing from the Euraka Forbes partners

                Dear sir, One of your product “Aqua guard Reviva” was purchased by me on[protected] bearing unit Sl No-6039845 from “Priti Aqua solution, Angul, Odisha contact No-[protected] / [protected]”.Since last 1 Month it was out of order and not supplied any water. I have contacted to the supplier, he replied that our duty is to sale the product but not to provide service after sale, you contact to the service centre. Then from the warrantee booklet I got the phone no and contacted to “[protected]” on[protected] lodged a complaint bearing no[protected]. Nobody is responded & contacted to me regarding my complain, perhaps they take it casually. Then after 7 days i.e. on[protected] again I contacted to “[protected]” .they replied that we have contacted our Bhubaneswar service centre they will attained. But unfortunately till date nobody is came to attain my problem. Again I lodged a 2nd complain bearing No[protected] dt[protected].Before sale of a product, your people convince the poor customers with false assurance like “our products are international products, In all India our service centres are there. We are providing 24 hours door to door service to the customers”, where is your 24 hours service? Even after lodged a complaint nobody is responding since last 20 days. In your warrantee booklet you have written that 3 free services & checking will provided but nobody is available to see. You imagine how your people are providing which type of services to the customers. This is my sincere request to you, please sort out my problems otherwise I will escalate the matter to your higher authority.                   We own Aqua Total RO for the past 5 Years and since then we are facing problem every now and then. We were advised to enter into the AMC and we did it. Surprisingly every time they service the equipment it will work for only one day and it will get impaired often. We were pushed into deep trouble without water and ended up in buying the same old distilled water can. We had severe stress because of this and finally decided not to use the product and were purchasing water can for the last 3 months (since July 2014). Recently we decided to go the product as some of our friends suggested to renew the AMC. We called the service center and entered into an AMC of 2 years ending up paying a huge sum of Rs. 8000 on 02.10.2014. On the day Mahatma's Birthday, the great legend who showed the way of customer satisfaction, as a simple customer we believed that this AMC at least will finally throw our worries of day to day Water problem. But to our unfortunate, again it stopped working since this morning (03'Oct 2014) leaving only chaos in our home and frustration when guests visit our place. This totally made us deep troubled and no one can give back the peace of mind we lot at this moment. When we call the customer care, we again left at '0' by getting a response "It will be serviced soon as this is festival holidays time".. Hope many other families facing the same problem but not openly addressing it in the global forum. Can any one reputed senior official of Eureka Forbes, who may be reading this complaint, can look into this and take immediate action and restore the lost peace at our homes.. Expecting a positive and permanent responsive action from the world famous company.. Alternatively, I would appreciate if anyone can refer to the procedures and compliance of getting compensation for the hassles through consumer court in such cases. Ravikumar K, Bangalore [protected]

                    We bought water purifier RO+UV WP System on 18.10.2013. First experience till today 1st Oct 2014 ( 11 months) have not received original Bill. What we have is DELIVERY CHALLAN. Second experience, it was told that company provide 3 free servicing for first year. Till 30th September nobody cared to come for servicing. Finally placed complaint ( 3rd time) and one gentleman came to help. Now most frustrating part of customer support. According to service person that product was not installed properly at first place. He mentioned that Membrane is not according to TDS of water supply. Due to this and no servicing both candles and filter are ruined/choked and needs to be replaced. Due to wrong product installation ( without checking TDS) we are facing health issues like joint pain and acidity. Finally we asked the service person to change the Candles and Filter at product is still under guarantee period ( or free service) of 1 year. Also he accepted that this happened because of no service which we company should have done. Service person REFUSED and mention that this will not be done for free and we have to pay money for damaged parts. We called Sales person ( name mentioned in our delivery challan as we have not received bill after 1 year) and response was more frustrating. Instead of listening to full details he mentioned we have to incur cost for changes. We asked for upper management and I got very rude reply and person didn't provided any contact details and said you can escalate to whoever we want. In short its bit company but with no values. We are still waiting for original bill, Product installed without checking TDS and due to which we are facing health issues and on top of that nobody cared for 1 year to come for servicing.

                      I had bought the most expensive and best quality model of eureka Forbes's RO purifier (Expert Ro purifier) 3 months ago. From past 2 weeks, the purifier isn't working. I have registered several complaints with my customer code: [protected]. I have called them several times. They have guaranteed a visit in 24 hours but there was no response. On top of that they have call centre executives like miss Sunnanda who not only respond rudely to the calls but also abuse the customer and tell them they cant help them. I want to claim my money back from the company for such a ridiculous product and after sales service.

                        Customer code is [protected], We bought this machine on last DEC (19th DEC 2013), water taste is not good and giving throat infections and catching cold. Couple of time they changed Filter but its same, issue is not resolved. If we lodge complaint they take two months to attend and now a days there is no response. I have raise multiple complaint . My money is gone waste, this machine costs Rs.18000 . Previously we were using purifier which cost Rs.10000 and was working fine . We trusted Eureka Forbes but now they are disaster . Can someone please help me to resolve this, where to lodge complaint, how to proceed.

                          We have an AMC with the company right now that AMC ended we agreed for terms .however after repeated requestss and complaints for the past two month 25 days the filter and the candle has not been replaced by the company.very disappointing service..We would now like to know the reply from company their employees promise to return and never come .I would strictly like to return the water purifier and take a refund for the same...

                              I purchased a Aquagaurd Total REVIVA+ NF WP (New) [protected] Customer ID: [protected] on 07/12/13 and its tap got broken. I called to many no. of Eureka Forbes sales person and there helpline no. [protected]. inspite so many call they had not even replaced my broken tap on request and also they are not servicing properly. when i first called to helpline no. she reffered to supervisor to talk and explain the problem about tap.Then i called supervisor after having done complaint at helpline no., he told me that he dont know what type of problem i have he had no idea no record in there list. My tap is broken and it is very difficult to take water by presssing some tool. so pls there is request from Consumer forum to look after this problem as it is very difficult to deal with this big companies and their products.

                                A service contract was made on 08/06/2014 which is valid from 08/06/2014 to 07/06/2014. When the contract was made the platform for bottle of my Eureka Forbes water purifier was not o.k. After a few days my inlet water pipe got very dirty. We made frequent phone call to Mr.Devendra Nimje, an executive of the AMC service provider, who during the making of the service contract made very tall promises about their AMC service. But when contacted he refused to do anything substantial and even misbehaved with us. My Aqua Guard water purifier needs urgent servicing including water inlet pipe change and new platform installation.my service contract no.is 23521599. I have subsequently made to customer complaints regarding the above without any result.My first complaint no.is [protected] dtd.30/08/2014. The second customer complaint no.is [protected] dated 26/09/2014. You are requested to take note of the whole matter and take urgent necessary action regarding my complaints.                                   Sir/Madam, My family has been a long standing advocate of Eureka Forbes products since early 90s. We have purchased numerous products from your company like Vaccum Cleaners, water filters and recently bought a mini car wash kit. I had purchased/upgraded to an Aquaguard "Enhance RO + UV" model 3 years back. 3 weeks back I had also renewed our AMC for a further 2 years. The nature of the complaint is as follows... Although I am absolutely satisfied with the level of purification, I cannot mention the same about the water holding container. We have noticed that frequently small insects like cockroaches, ants etc are floating inside the container. Initially we couldn't fathom the reason. However after repeated cleaning of the container to rid ourselves of these insects, we discovered the ergonomics or the design has a fault which makes the lid loose and allows insects to come through. Thus rendering the filter a complete failure as it is not able to deliver us pure clean, disease free water as promised by Aquaguard brand. On enquiring with other owners of the same product, I came to know that they had faced similar problems and after lodging a complaint with the local service partner they were provided with a lid which is now airtight. This stopped the problem. On taking matters with your local service franchisee about a month ago, we are assured that it would be sorted within a couple of days. When this didn't happen, I and other members of our family have called the local service provider at least a dozen times requesting them to solve the matter. Each time they have assured us that it will be solved in two days. However, today they have told us that they cannot solve the problem and that they do not care if I take up the matter with Eureka Forbes directly or file a consumer complaint. I was very shocked with their attitude of not caring for the clients grievance's. Please note that we have 2 very small children along with 2 very old people for whom clean water is a must. If your company is not able to find a solution to this problem, I would have no other option than to buy a different water filter and Eureka Forbes will loose a client forever. I sincerely hope Eureka Forbes will take this matter seriously enough and solve it at the earliest. Our details are as follows... 1. Name of Purchase - Mrs Gayatri Kanungo 2.                                     I purchased a Eureka Forbes Magna water purifier on 1st Aug 2014 from sales person named Sankar (ph: [protected]). After repeated calls only got the water purifier installed on 13th Aug. After installation observed that the newly launched Magna water purifier is a DEFECTIVE product of Eureka Forbes. The purified water gets empitied automaically. We called up the sales person informing about this issue. But he seems reluctant. We called up multiple people of Eureka Forbes multiple times informing about this problem (Padmanaban [protected], Srinivasa Naidu [protected], Saravanan [protected]). But no body seems to do anything about this defective product. HOW CAN REPUTED COMPANY LIKE EUREKA FORBES SELL A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND DOES NOT RESPOND BACK TO CUSTOMER'S CONCERN. After lot of frustration decided to return the product and get the refund. Hearing about the return & refund, Eureka forbes people wants to fix the issue of this defective product somehow and tried convincing us. But I wanted to return the product and have my money back.I called up very person mentioned above more than 10 times asking them to take the product back and give us the refund. But no body cares to do anything about this. I have even logged a complaint on the Eureka Forbes website and also called up the call center to log a complaint. Still no action has been taken. Recently called up the call center and found that no complaint has been registered to refund of money. Got shocked and logged a complaint again yesterday. EUREKA FORBES IS A COMPANY THAT PROVIDES WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE BEWARE OF EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT ESPECIALLY THEIR DEFECTIVE MAGNA WATER PURIFIER. ALSO BEWARE OF THE SALES PERSON ESPECIALLY SANKAR (PH:[protected]) WHO IS GOOD FOR NOTHING.

                                      My customer ID : [protected] I own an Aquaguard and It not even a year it got break down twice. I registered my complain on 20th September. Some person from a service center called me and I specifically mentioned him that red is coming up. Service guy came home on 23rd. But, he came to my home without parts and then told me that photo static some part is not working..will be back tomorrow morning(24th sep) before 12 noon with new parts.He didn't come. Then, when I called him on 25th sep morning he told I am busy and I will come tomorrow morning and also told me I don't have stock and will collect from office if part is available and only come after it comes, I can fix it. He asked to contact customer care.Its been more than 5 days since I raised this problem and no proper response. There is so much problem we are facing at home without drinking water. Is this the way you guys treat the customer? And before buying you tell that the problem will be taken care in 24 working hours. This is not at all acceptable. Please take action immediately.

                                        My customer ID : [protected] I own an Aquaguard and I have taken 2 years AMC. I had called customer care to replace the filters on September 12th. Some person from a service center called me and I specifically mentioned him that filters needs to be replaced as per AMC. But, he came to my home without any filters and then told, I will be back after 2 hours with new filters. Then, when I called him, he told I am busy and I will come tomorrow morning. Next day morning, he came to my home with 4 filters out of which 2 were sealed and 2 filters were not sealed. I asked that guy to call the owner and I spoke to him asking why 2 filters were not sealed. He told that these filters nowadays come without sealed covers which was not at all convincing. I think he was trying to put some old filter. Since I didn't accept, that guy told he will bring new filters next day morning. Next day morning when I called him, he told he will come next to next day. Again I called the service center owner and he spoke in a different tone saying I don't have stock. Only after it comes, I can send it. He asked to contact customer care. I informed this to customer care. Its been more than 2 weeks since I raised this ticket and no proper response. Is this the way you guys treat the customer? That too trying to replace old filters. This is not at all acceptable. Please take action immediately.
