My customer id is [protected] and i have amc contract till 2016. Two weeks back pump was relaced with new one and for one week we were out of station. Now pump is not working. I raised as request [protected] and got the assurance that some body will come and rectify the problem. Three days past by no body has come. I have contacted the manager Sunil in Marathalli Bangalore area (Mob:[protected]) and he told one mechanic SHivanand will come and repair but no body come. Every time I call, he says he will come in 30 minutes but no body came. This is the most pathetic service any company can give, I have 5yrs old kid and no drinking water in hoem and no body listens in Eureka Forbes.

    I take pity to bring an unfortunate event to your knowledge that around DECEMBER-2013, a bulk purchase of Water Purifiers (Model: Aquaguard Classic) was made by our electrical division and one of which is installed in my Sub-division having Serial No.[protected] and CM/L: 3077454. On dt.16/10/14, I informed your Sales Executive from Berhampur, Odisha named Mr. Pradipta Parida (MOB: [protected]) to send a service Engg. as the purifier was non-functional. After getting no concrete response, on dt.18/10/14 I again lodged a complaint on the customer care No. wherein I was provided with a Reference No.78681692 and a commitment of resolving the issue by 21/10/14. Till today, this office has been constantly pursuing with patience, but to the dismay the commitment is far from being fulfilled. Following are some of the surprising replies of your local representatives to our requests: 1. The service calls can only be attended in a day if it falls within a radius of 30 kms. (The distance of our establishment from your nearest service center is at max 38kms.) 2. Normally we ask for to and fro charges for long distance calls. (This again was agreed by me to get the job done at the earliest while approaching a service executive having MOB No.[protected]) If not more to mention, your personells have not even attended the two routine checkups in the first year under warranty period. After all this, I hope it will not be too wrong on part of me to quote that such incidents may put the hard earned credibility of a highly appraised organisation at stake merely due to the callous, insensitive and careless approach of a few SALES & SERVICE executives. Therefore, I request your good office to kindly intervene in this matter and take corrective measures or else i will be left with no options but to intimate my authorities for reconsidering the thought of any further procurement of EUREKA FORBES products and extending Annual Maintenance Contracts in future .       i) I am a customer of Aquaguard Smart UV water purifier installed in October 2013. The filter was due fr change on 01 October 2014. ii) I booked a complaint on 5th, 16th, 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th of October 2014. iii) There was only one call from an employee on 2nd October who finally didn't turn-up for the required servicing. iv) On 27th, I was given a mobile number of a regional head, Jammu area who has not responded. v) Me and my family are forced to have unfiltered & unhygeinic water for past one month. vi) Additionally, everytime, I wait for 10 minutes before a customer care executive comes on line, which leads to additional grievance and mobile charges. vii) It is requested that complaint may be addressed to immediately

        Req no [protected] dated 13th oct Req no [protected] dated 22nd oct. No response to the complaint lodged inspite of a 3 year AMC taken which is not updated in your system. My aquaguard I nova was repaired in July this year. The person fitted a so called new PCB. The new parts are not packed just brought loose and replaced. How do we know that the part is new or an old one? When it is the time for renewal of AMC the person will come on time to collect the cheque and now when i am facing a problem there is no body to attend to it since last 15 days. Very pathetic service and highly disappointing.

          Hi Sir, Registered mobile number [protected] I have launched service request on Thursday 23rd Oct 2014. My water purifier have stopped working. I have called call center multiple times. All the times they say defiantly it will happen today and off course they say sorry, I am really not sure how to get the service done here. I am buying water 80 Rs/20 Liter from last four days and also it's tough being family man as bottle can be empty any time if overlooked. I have tried to scaled on your web but it say invalid ticket. Also feedback on Internet says escalation is useless as nobody from you company cares. If you guys can provide email address of any of following gentlemen so that I can escalated my service request and get it done. Ms. Anu Kotian Ms. Vinath Hegde Ombudsman I have sent mail to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com but no response. It take long to build and brand through good product and service but take lesser time to destroy the image by providing bad service. Eureka Forbes is on path for destroying brand.           Can you provide dead line for service? I get the same response from your call center nothing new. You have already lost two of my friends as customer who asked for feedback on water purifires I advised not to buy Aquagaurd seeing your bad service. If my service not done by tomorrow I am going warn all my friends by mail and social media against buying your product. I do whatever I can.

            I lodge a complain on 25th Oct against my aquagrd machine due to filter change. My complain no is 78751145.As per your AMC rule's I provide Rs 1590 on 26.11.2013 for 1yr which will be valid till 25.11.2014.Your concern person that time told us that the Filer was change in every 6month.That means I will get 2 filter in my AMC period (1yr).Still now i was got only 1 filter on 22.03.2014.After that I will not received any filter. Now your concern diller person is not corporate with us & create a pressure to renew the AMC now. They are not agree to change the filter. They told in telephonic conversation that they are all ready provide the filter on 16.11.2014.Are this is rule of your AMC?Really horrible experience we are facing at your end. If your company will not take any proper action then I will take a step.               I have very nice Aquaguard Enhance purchased in August 2013, but the serice is really bad. The sales person who sold me the system told that I am eligible for 3 free service (cleaning of Aquaguard and maintenance) but the scene was different.The guy came only once a year and did the cleaning, plus he didnt said that i have more 2 service left or anything which was promised by the sales person at the time of purchasing. After 1 year, I received a call from customer service lady that I have to pay 4600/- for new filter and 500/- for cleaning filter. Is this correct? I am not blaming the machine but the people involved, they are not professionals. I am filing this complaint because I didn't get what i expected after paying 16000/- for the water filter. I am very sorry to say that, such a big company is involved in fraud. One of my friend have KENT water filter and they are very satisfied with the service. KENT people are coming regularly after 3-3 months to clean the filter and checking the water quality regularly. I appeal to Aquaguard people to look into this matter and proceed. I want 2 more free service as promised, otherwise I will put this complaint in all the complaint site available in India.                 Eureka Forbes has 0 value for Customer service. They have hired Cheap attitude representative like Shivu and Dilip from #5 Jayachamarjendra Ind. Layout, Yelchenhalli, Uttarahalli Bangalore 560060 . Please don't buy any products from Eureka Forbes representatives they no manners and they don't answer calls for any problem related calls nor they will respond to our calls.. They will pickup calls from unknown thinking it might be a sales calls. The representative i took the Euroclean misguided us and Our Euroclean has stopped working less than 30days from the day i have bought. I called to tell him the same and he said, he will lodge a complaint and call me its been 5days no response from them if we call them they are least bothered to pick call nor call back. Representatives shout at us and he is telling i have not bought cell phone to pick up your call. I am asking him for basics manners and he is not able to understand that i am expecting him to be responsible enough to call me back and inform me about my complaint. What a great loss i have incured to my family by buying Euroclean product. I am disappointed that i didnot read the reviews about Eureka Forbes and take a decision whether to buy or not. Please don't make the same mistake i have made. Please think hundred times before investing money on such crap company products. I know I will never get my money back but at least this can save some elses money. Customer s must first understand whether Eureka Forbes company itself is irresponsible or people working for Eureka Forbes. Is this wrong and irresponsible attitude driven by the top management in Eureka Forbes or is it by the bottom workers? what so ever the company must first look at every aspects not just in selling the product in the market and fooling customers.

                  Hi,
                  My RO +UV water purifier if not working since almost a month.
                  I had tried calling the Khare Enterprise Virar to get this repaired since I bought this from there and its in warrenty.
                  After repeated calls, I didnt get any service.

                  Then I raised a complaint to Erueka forbes (complaint number :[protected] on 13th october'2014.
                  Generally it takes 2 days for their attention and ge th problem rectified.

                  Today its 20th october'2014 and in almost 7 days The problem has not been resolved.
                  In between these 7 days I had called Khare enterprise/Eureka FOrbes atleast 2-3 times and all they said is that they will work on it.

                  When Asked Eureka forbes call center guy to connect me their senior for me to escalate this issue, they simply kept on hold and hang up the phone.

                  We are facing the problem due to the kind of water supply weh ave and thus we had bought this Since we have kids at home we dont want any issues with their health.

                  This ignorance from Eureka forbes is causing hell of problem for us.

                  I am not sure how are they going to work on this issue since they havent taken any step forward in these 7 days.
                  Kindly take this up with the company and teach them some lessions with heavy fine.

                  When I called Eureka Forbes customer helpline number to ask what progress has been made, they simply provided me with some numbers to contact and work with them to get this rectified.

                  Is it customers responsibility to call these people and chase them out to get the work done. When I asked them to coordinate and get this resolved they just simply say yes and hangs up the phone and never call you back with status.

                  On top of it I tried to contact the persons who were suppose to get this work done, they are also like just mentioning that it will be done today or tomorrow everytime I call them.
                  It been a torture so far to get it worked in my favour but yet not result.

                  Below are the people who should get the work done at ground level:
                  Khare Enterprise [protected] (Ravi)
                  Warid --> [protected]
                  Neither these guys are doing it nor Eureka Forbes is following up with these guys to get this done.

                  Not sure what do we do next apart from raising complaint, following with everybody who should work on this.

                  Please take some action against/fine them for their delayed/no response.

                  I have been trying to this resolved from my end calling up ppl who are suppose to work on the same but they seems to be having just one answer that they will work on the same tomorrow.and when i check with them again after 2 days still they give same answer.
                  Highly disappointed.
                  I am sure given second chance as well ur service will go for toss since there wasnt enough care that ypu give to customer after selling product.

                      most lethargic, unprofessional & selfish company ever!!

                      Purchased a RO + UV water purifier from Chennai on 14th August. Was cheated first by the doorstep executive. He ensured that booking could be done by making an advance payment of 1000 and rest be paid in September as an offer was applicable. Sometime later he sent his colleagues & forced me to make the final payment on pretext of mis - communication and also called up his local manager to persuade me. I having obliged them on human grounds was next made to wait for 5 days for the delivery & also multiple reminders & calls were a waist.It did not end here, I was forced to collect the invoice from the local center as it was not delivered home.

                      The worst part starts here. I have relocated to Pune & placed an installation request on 13th Oct...(Service Request Number: [protected]) ..No response for 8 days...post that it has been a series of calls & reminders for last 4 days...escalations & hot talks!!...no response yet...The call centre guys say its not their responsibility as there is delay by service people!! what a bunch of [censored]heads. I am forced to get water from neighbors & new equipment worth 16000 rs is gathering dust in my kitchen... i plan to throw away the garbage & switch to Zero B...

                      The webpage on connecting to them is an eyewash as there is no responsible person whom one can approach.
                      I am absolutely heartbroken and don't know what to do

                      5 month passed i paid for product and Eureka forbes people don't refund me anything. i have product in sealed box condition but no water as eureka's service person sais u don't get any water n have to replace RO unit with another model and i don't want another model and they don't want to take it back and refund my money. Eureka fobes company laugh at indian laws by not giving any solution to consumers. i pais 22990 on 23 august 2014 and till jow 16 january 2015 approx. 5 months don't get any solutions from them

However, we have waited until then and contacted them the next morning on 17th Oct. But they've stopped answering calls since then. We waited for another day and now have contacted the customer care. They are further delaying the process by saying they would require another 24hrs to resolve the issue. Due to this unnecessary delays, we have postponed our professional and personal commitments.                             We bought our RO machine through Eureka Forbes thinking it is the best but we are so disappointed by the service provided by them and regret our decision. Not only have you failed and neglected in complying with your obligation under the contract with me, the attitude of the company in dealing with me has been downright ignorant and disrespectful and caused me grave anguish, inconvenience and hardship. My RO stopped working on the 4th October and I called the customer care on the same day 4th of October complain no. 78477868 and no action has been taken till now. I have been calling every day no action had been taken place yet. I have taken a contract of 4230 Rs on the 7 june 2014 which specifies that I get 3 periodical service and replacement of consumables per year which has never been used and no services has ever been provided. Eureka Forbes has become a money making business. On 5th of October Mr Rahul Singh came to my house and all he did was trying to sell a UV machine. Then he told me he will come the next day with the parts required and has never returned. The mistake I did was to tell him that I have a AMC. Since that day I have been calling him and the customer care and I have been told that they will come in the evening or the next day and that day has never come. when I told the Customer care executive that I would like to speak to the manager I was kept on hold for half an hour and still was told that he is very busy to come on the phone. I was apparently given the number of the regional head Mr Praveen Vankadre - [protected] which I am trying till date but no one picks up. So I called Mr Rahul (who dosent pick up my phone so called from a friends phone) and he gave me the number of Mr Lalchand Yadav [protected] who is the area Manager of Colaba and his phone is switched off. I have been coming back from work early every day just in the hope that some one would come to fix the RO machine. I have to buying water every day in order to cook and drink.My husband is out of town and all the mental trauma I am going through this is very difficult to handle. In case no action is taken by your company to address my complaint within a peroid of 7 days from receipt here of by you, I shall constrained to instate legal proceeding against you as may be advised, and the same shall be entirely at your risk, cost and consequences, which please note.

                              On my request for RO+UV water purifier system, your representative in Jorhat, Assam had installed one Aquaguard Enhance water purification system RO+UV bearing unit Sl.No.[protected] in my residence on Dtd.15.10.2014. On Dtd.18.10.2014 in the morning it was found that the water is overflowing from the storage and drain line continuously even when the supply to the unit was put off at night. It seems that the unit is defective and has gone out of order within 3 days of installation, I therefore request you to replace the unit with a good one immediately. Also, kindly instruct your service franchisee at Jorhat Assam to receive the phone promptly as it took more than half hour to lift the phone even when it was ringing on Dtd.18.10.2014. I am not at all satisfied with your product and service.

                                Hello, It is just to inform you that I have done a big mistake purchasing the Eureka Forbes Aquagaurd Enhance water purifier. It looks absolutely fine but I don't know which genius has designed the product . After purifying the water, it goes to storage container where dust can easily enter. That is all done but the services which we get is the most pathetic. I keep calling and get another number to call and get help. They will say that they are coming tommorrrow and never show up on site. Plumber has installed the machine but they connected the pipeline as such they there is a water leakage. After call 15 numbers for more than 40 calls, i have still not seen any plumber coming. Technician came and said that he will notify plumber and gave me the number for Lal shab to call as well to expedite the process and the technician made the issue more critical, now leakage has increased and we are getting penalised by the society to waste the water. I am tired of the service in first week, i do not have faith on Eureka Forbes anymore for future service. i wish i could get the refund for the designed purifier and install Pure it or TATA swacha.                                   We paid rs 375 as service charge to Eureka Forbes person last 1 week before now we came to know that he has left the job he has not provided us reciept copy saying he will give along with repair. Now everyone not corporating with us various complain no 78591491 &78655628 launch but no resolvement till now I kindly request not to purchase any eureka forbes products they will show demo in 30mins but when service parts comes it will takes year to solve the issue

I contact to customer care helpline of EUREKAFORBES to know my order status. But they didn't provide me any tracking details. I also visited their divisional office at Ajoy Nagar, Kolkata, they also failed to provide any information. I lodge a number of complaint to their customer care but nothing happen.                                       Dear Sir, We have purchased the water purifier AQUASURE purifier AW RO+UV[protected] on 15-03-14 in the name of . Mr. Ranjan Kumar, Gora Bazar, near police chauki, Ghazipur (U.P.) from Bajaj Super Electrical, Misra Bazar, Gazipur. The service / installation person came and installed on same day . According to my family member, At the time of installation/ at the time of opening machine from packing Box there was some technical problem, which was some-how managed by technician, which my family members unable to understand. He managed and convinced them to manage with that. After installation within one week we faced problem. 1) Machine has started troubling like water not received from outlet. Then we called to dealer and authorized service centre several times. But they not come on time and said that due to Holi festival there is no technician. Finally on 29-03-14, technician came and repaired. 2) Within two weeks after repairing, same problem again occurred. After so many telephonic call technician reached on 06-05-14 and repaired. 3) In the month of June’14, quantity of filtered water received very slowly from outlet after keeping online for a long period also. Then we called service centre and dealer, but they were ignoring many days. Then we reached to shop and complained personally. On 07-07-14 technician came and suggested to fix an additional bowl of Rs. 1000/ before machine, and he told that after fixing of bowl, if there will be problem in the machine then i will recommend for changing the machine. Accordingly we do all the arrangement, and then he repaired. 4) Now from last one week we are again found that machine was not working properly and not delivering water from outlet, and then we complained. But as usual they not came on time. On 17th Oct we reached to shop and tell the entire story. Dealer told that if technician will suggest we will replaced the machine. Finally technician came and do some repair work. I am sure that we may face many more complaints in future, and there will be negative response from dealer and service centre. You are requested to change the machine on URGENT basis. Hope that there will not be any other complaints in nearing future. Otherwise I may have to approach the CONSUMER FORM for justice and for a claim of refund the money, expenses, damages and compensation towards the mental tension caused with the supplied machine installed with us.
