The machine is not delivered even after 9 days after I made the payment.

Purchased on 7-1-2014. But Hardly worked properly for 2.5 months. We have been complaining and getting it repaired from 1-4-2014, but it does not even last for 2-3weeks. Each time we complain they take many days to come and that too after repeated calls and reminders. We are currently using canned mineral water.

I purchased a Water Filter from Croma and within 3 months it went faulty. Repeated calls to Eureka Forbes does not make any difference. They are just NOT interested in fixing issues or improving the product. Even customer complain numbers vanish from their system.For Eg 77315648 & 77556539. The time stamps change every time you call. The Eureka Forbes Technicians and Senior Technicians are Area Managers are just NOT interested in Servicing...
