Complaint registered for leaking and broken filter in our Aquaguard on 1st Nov 2014. Your call centre confirmed that this will be handled maximum by 3rd Nov which was a Monday. On Monday when i spoke to Pardeshi enterprises at Orlem Malad which is the nearest service centre, they informed that they do not have the filter and will order it & service and fix it on 4th Nov at 11.30am. I waited all day and the same was not taken care of. I called Sunil at the service centre 7 times and your call centre 4 times & nothing was done. On 5th Nov Santosh called to say he could come the same day but i asked him to come on 6th Nov which is today at 11.30 max since i had to be at work post that. I waited since 11.30 and the person landed up at my place at 1pm after 2 calls to the service centre and 1 call to thecall centre. After reaching here the person tells me that the new bowl that he has brought along to replace is broken. I am absolutely appalled at the manner in which a reputed name like Aquaguard works. It is pathetic and not acceptable . If not resolved today before 4 i will take up this matter with the consumer forum.

      What is the way of getting a better service from this company?? Unfortunately I've bought your water purifier years back and now struggling for service. I've never seen such a horrible customer care and a bunch of guys sitting in the front desk to give fake promises to the customer. I've bought service contract or AMC from you guys and that I've received atleast 10 followup calls to sell that. Now I've called your customer care atleast 30 times to get the service but no luck so far. Whenever I call your customer care they say within 24 hours our engineer will call you...did that happen to any of your customers ever???????? Atleast the feedback I got from the people around me or from my friends is NO. Why you give false promises to your customers???? Hope I'll get some answers here at-least. Thanks, Nilesh [protected]

        Hi, I had a very bad experience with the services of EUREKA FORBES, one of our water purifiers (Classic Pump) was not working, so I registered a complaint on the number available[protected] during diwali and responding to that a person named NIMBAR - [protected] from EUREKA FORBES attended the call pretended to fix the machine and charged us Rs. 475/- without giving an acknowledgement or a receipt. Later after 15 minutes the machine again went faulty, so we called NIMKAR, he said there is a issue with the fuse and the fuse is not available with EUREKA FORBES and also not available in the market. After I called the service center I was told that the fuse is available. I again registered a request for repair and complaint against NIMKAR on the 1st November I was told it will be attended in 2 working days but no one responded. Again I did the same on the 3rd and such a disgrace again on the 5th evening I had to followup on what is happening with my complaint. Then the executive gave me another number of SANTOSH from 3T[protected]Who is not nswering the phone even after 10 calls I have made to him) and asked me to call him to confirm whether NIMKAR is working with EUREKA FORBES. GREAT... Why was this information given on the very first day, why were people sitting on it... It is really a disguised on EUREKA FORBES. Regards, Vinod Waydande ACME...

          I have a wide year contact for the servicing of my water purifier with the said company. The agreement clearly states that parts will be changed every year. They are not abiding by it and claim they already have and when asked for an acknowledgement which they get it signed on every visit and which contains all the details of the work done, the company has refused to show it. They claim to have it in their system but when asked for a print they do not show even that. The invoice number is 22087810.

            My name is V. Vasantha Kumar, D-73, Sakkaraiar Nagar, Neelikonampalyam post, Coimbatore-641033. I have booked for Aqua Gaurd Classsic model on 24.10.2014 to Mr. Umapathi Sales person. The machine was delivered on 28.10.2014. Technician Mr. Dhilip came on 30.10.2014 at 9.30 pm and he couldn't fit the machine because the machine was leaked and he assured me of changing the machine for me but still now 5.11.2014 it was not happened. So I feel very sorry and I decided to cancell my order. I also request the company not to deliver my cheque for Rs.8990/= since I have not used the product and in the installaion itself the machine was fault.

              Air Force School Avadi, Chennai 600055 have purchased two Aqua Guard industrial water purifier capacity 600 ltr/hr model AG-600 from Eureka Forbes on 10 Sep 2010 and 31 March 2014. Both the machines are under AMC vide contract receipt no:CP[protected] on 21 Aug 14. The service contract validity is from the period 21 Aug 14 to 28 Aug 15. Both machines are unserviceable with effect from 14 Oct 14. Due to this school is not in a position to supply drinking water to the students. Instead of repeated complaints lodged through telephone to Eureka Forbes, no action has been taken by them. It is requested that action to be initiated to make serviceable both the machine at the earliest and necessary action may be taken against Eureka Forbes, Chennai.                 I have the subject line water purifier model and have AMC for 2 years and still one year not yet completed. I was not using this machine more than 2 months due to water shortage in my house. Now I started using this machine but its not working due to memorine issue as per technician. I logged a compliant about this issue in 2 months back and 3 tickets was closed without resolution and my confirmation. Last compliant was registered (No.[protected] on 18th Oct 2014, but still not yet rectified, when I spoke to EFL customer care executive many times and they said it will be arranged by EOD today on every day call. Parellelly I spoke to local authorised service center "Mahalakshmi Service center" and they said it will take 2 days on every time. Finally it is not resolved. So there is no proper response and explanation from both company and service center, since I spent much money for 2 years AMC and issue not rectified for long time.                   This mail is regarding the false commitments providing by your costumer care executives I raised a request on Sunday (1-Nov-14)to dismantle and reconnect my aquagard from old address to new address its complaint number is 90602651. The executive committed that the engineer will visit my plase with in 24 hours, but on Monday (2-Nov-14) I received a call from engineer and he committed that he will come to my place by 6PM Monday, After that none visited and no communication happened from your company. Yesterday (3-Nov-14)afternoon I called your costumer care number and the executive committed that engineer will visit my place by 5 PM, no one came and no communication received from your company. In the evening i called costumer care umber again and the executive committed a call back from backend team with in half an hour, but no calls received.

                    Hello All, My friend suggested me to take Aquaguard Enhance RO. He is using it for an year and so i decided to go for it. I ordered the machine and to start with i struggled with the installation. They took 3 days to install the machine. Post installation after 3 hours, water started leaking. I complained and after 2 days a guy came and fixed it. Water opening knob is not in a proper position, i asked the service engineer he said this is the design. But when i asked my friend he said his machine its fit properly. After a month, machine started showing its characteristic. It will not purify water immediately it will start purification after 30 min and it will take long time to fill a single tank ( 7 liter). Complaint raised, called customer care several times and after 5 days a service engineer came and he just cleaned the first cylinder and he said it will work and it will not happen. After this day i went to my native for Diwali vacation for 10 days. No one at home. Machine was not at all used. I came back after 10 days and switched on the machine. Same problem, but machine is not at all started even after 4 to 5 hours it switched on. if the macine on for 5 hours i will get 2 glasses of water where liters and liters of water will be drained. Taste of water is veryyyyyyy bad. Complaint raised and its 6th day none of the service Engineer turned up. One guy called me and i told him very clearly come before 10 AM as i will leave for the office after that. But after that no response or what so ever from EF. How essential water is for a family. But these guys really not at all worried about anything. I don't know whether they really have a customer care who will monitor CRM requests or just they do time pass. Even after allotting a service engineer they don't care about a customer at all. I have decided to throw off this faulty machine to EF and i start using the bubble talk water. at least i have a guarantee i will have water in my home for drinking. I want to know that is installation charges not included under AMC. I had lodged a complaint regarding continuously red light blinking through sms but no one turned up. Need an early solution.                         Eurekaforbes cleverly designed their website to avoid any written complaint receipt. I tried all sources to find out to lodge a written complaint on poor service but no one is ready to give proper mail address. They gave [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in, [protected]@eurekaforbes.com and all id's are bounced. If any one knows proper emai id please let me know....

                        Have been waiting for 5 WORKING days for a broken Aquaguard filter to be fixed. No service personnel showed up (their excuse was that they CouldNOT find the apartment, however surprisingly they could find the apartment when it came to selling that filter) and when called on the service number then they said that 'they have too many customer hence too busy to fix our filter'. Also the Link on their website: http://www.eurekaforbes.com/Product/Escalate-Your-Service-Request# doesNOT accept valid service request numbers and their help line 3988 3333 NEVER picks the phone. Thanks

                          hi i am Roopesh, residing in Bangalore / RT nagar location. i had purchased the Aqua gaurd purifier (AG CLASSIC (WATER FILTER CUM PURIFIER)on [protected]. But by the time of purchasing i was told that there will be a free service for my product in a year. but its almost more than 2 years but no one has come to my place. I had called their customer care many times but every time i get a false promise that they will be sending some one. One recent request number is[protected].                             Pathetic after sales services of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Reviva. I logged in a complaint regarding an issue with my Aquaguard Reviva model RO water purifier. The complaint was raised 7 days back. The model is under an AMC which they charged a bomb of Rs 3900 for one year. The complaint number is [protected]. I have been following up on a daily basis and the customer care executives give me the same response "We will look into it". When prodded to give me the service centre number, they gave me a wrong number twice. This is really irresponsible behavior from Eureka Forbes. I want the complaint looked into immediately.

                              we have bought aquasure xpert on 21st of oct 2014...there was some malfunction in the system on 26th oct...the certified seller(saahil enterprises, shivaji complex, vindhyanagar, (M.P.)) refused to provide any help...a complaint was done on 27th (complaint no.[protected]..we got no response from company...we have talked with Mr Vinayak(service ex. sr.)..who also promised that technitians will get to us till within 29th but nobody came till date...the servicing is poor and we have been given one year warranty but it didnt last even one week...if no action is taken within two days then we will be forced to go to consumer court... thanking you

                                I ordered a Aquaguard Enhance Green RO water purifier on 19th October and paid the cash to your sales representative Devaraj - [protected]. The product was delivered on 21st October and i raised a service request for installation the same day - 90581925. The product is not yet installed even after repetative calls to customer care and the sales representative. Called and escalated my request on Oct 24th, 27th, 29th, 30th, 31st. The worst part is nobody called to atleast book an appointment for installation or for apologizing. Not even one call. Tried calling the sales representative from my mobile and the alternate number i have provided more than 50 times and no response. He has stored the number and not picking the call. I am completely unsatisfied with the service provided and worried about the future service i will get if it takes more than 11 days just for installation. I need complete refund and you can take the product back. I will try to write in all forums about the pathetic and terrible service eureka forbes provides and do my bit to make people aware of this nonsense.

                                  I have bought Aqua guard Enhance UV+ on Aug 19th 2014, ever since I bought the machine, it never worked properly as the UV filter gets blocked for ever 15-20days, it has become a routine to call the customer care to register a service request and get the filter cleared, please check my complaint database for reference, from August to till date every 20days I have a complaint, registered mobile number [protected] when I asked for a permanent solution, they say my apartment water tank has lots of dust that UV filter cannot clear, My apartment has 8 flats and I'm the only Aqua guard user, if there is so much of dust then how come other residents are drinking water, it clearly indicates that I have been cheated by a faulty machine and when I came out with a solution that I would like to return UV and exchange with RO by paying the difference amount, till now not a single person has given me proper information, I have mailed twice to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com, called my sales person 10-20times who was very much interested to sell the machine and least bothered now to solve my issue.all he says is I have sent a mail to head office we need to wait. How many days should we wait? there need to some accountability, someone to take care, I have a infant at house and the need of purified water is an emergency and buying water from outside spending 40rs per day in spite of stating the same, I'm stuck with no solution rather calling customer care for service every 15 days to clear the filter and the service is also not provided with in 24hrs slot, all I hear is sorry for the inconvenience or delay or a back end call to check whether the issue is resolved, when there is no action taken from your end why would you ask whether issue is resolved or not don't you have a notification on the action taken and then check whether issue is resolved or not? Hopeless service, utterly dissappointed, no I feel that I should have chosen Kent or Pureit at least with No service I would have got a good quality machine, Dear Aqua guard please don't claim yourself as friend for life, its a shame to hear that.

                                    I am Atish Ajgekar from Mumbai. I purchased Eureka Forbes Aquasure Prime water purifier for our new house. My customer ID is [protected]. The purifier was installed on 25th October, 2014 and the person told me that my warranty started from the same day. But on the very next day, while using it, it's tap came out. I did not expect such inferior quality from a brand like Eureka Forbes. I immediately called the customer care no. and filed a complaint. The complaint no. on 26th October, 2014 was 78765751. I was told that the person would come within 2 working days and the issue would be resolved. On 28th, I called the customer care and I was again told that the person would come to resolve the issue and I would get a call from him. They filed a new complaint on 28th October, 2014 with a complaint no. [protected]. Today I called the customer care in morning and I was told that the person would come today and the issue would be resolved. But still nobody has come and I am not able to use the purifier. I had never expected such a worst service from Eureka Forbes. I would never recommend it to anybody.

                                      Respected Sir, I Ramesh Chopade the customer of Eureka Forbs Aquaguard having customer code : [protected]. Also I made contract with company from 25/11/13 to 24/11/15. But No body is attending my complaint ( req. no.[protected], [protected], [protected]) which is pending from last one month. No body giving appropriate response to my request and virar agency is regretting us by avoiding our service request. This is completely against the contract which i signed.
