    COMPLAINT AGAINST AQUAFLO Dear Sir, I am approaching you through this mail regarding a complaint of AQUAFLO DX, which I purchased from CSD canteen. My details are as under: 1. Email Id : [protected]@yahoo.in 5. Product purchased : Aquaflo DX 6. Place of purchase : URC Air Force station, Begumpet, Secunderabad 7. Bill No : 034714 dt 30/07/2014 The product was defective from the day one. First it took the Hyderabad service centre 4 Days to install the machine. Then it was fitted in the night at 2000 hrs, so there was no water supply to check. Very smartly the engineer took the insulation certificate from me. The next day the machine was leaking from all sides, then all the parts were changed by your engineer, which I don’t know are genuine or duplicate and are they new or used parts. I also reported the matter to your office in Secunderabad and personnel went there, but till date I have not received any response from your office, which shows hoe poor response is for a grieving customer. I am totally dissatisfied with the product and your services. I would request you to replace this product as it is a useless product for me. Lt Col Rameshwar Gupta

      I am from Hubli. A Salesman from Eureka Forbes, CTS. No. 4436, Vijaya Building, Vidyanagar, Hubli Came to us and for a about 2 months he repeatedly convinced me to buy a auqaguard. Purifier. We have accepted to buy one and purchased a AQUAGUARD UV ENHANCE making the advance payment. The Salesman's name is Anand P, Cell No. [protected]. Next day one of your serviceman came and installed the equipment. We asked to install the equipment at the location suggested by us and accepted by the Salesman in advance. Serviceman installed the equipment but he did not made proper routing of the piping. When we asked him to do it properly he told that he will come next day and will do the same but never returned. We tried to contact the Salesman and narrated him the situation. However he started avoiding our calls. In the meanwhile he did not submitted the invoice copy of the equipment. When we asked he told the same will be despatched by post within 15 days which we didn't received. After rigorously followed with him one day he came and promised that he will arrange to fix the problem by relocating the equipment. However again he not responded. He started avoiding our phones. All this process taken about 2 months and still we were suffering with the problem. (A photo is attached herewith) At last we had to contact your office where they told they will attend the problem and will also send the invoice. But they also not returned back. Again after following with them a week they despatched the invoice after 2 and 1/2 half months of purchase, and sent their serviceman for reinstallaiton. However to my surprise the serviceman told that he will charge Rs. 350 for the job as it is 2½ months lapsed after purchase. I am not able to understand why i should pay for their mistake. When we refused to pay, he returned without doing the job. We are still suffering with the problem and no-response from the standard company like auqaguard. I don't know how aquaguard appoints a irresponsible salesman like Anand

        Sir The above complaint has not yet been resolved despite repeated follow up over telephone and email to your customer care. How much time your company takes to get it resolved. For the last 10 days we are compelled to take dirty water due to your poor service. It was not expected from reputed company to cheat the consumer after selling the wrong product. We requested to replace Green RO with RO+UV but not yet replaced. I again request to replace immediately failing which I shall be compelled to go to Consumer Court/CNBC Awaz's help.             I am a customer of eurekafobes aqua guard(customer code:[protected]).We have 3 years of extended warranty until 29thdecember of this year.According to extended warranty they need to service 2 times a year in which during the 1st service they had to change the filters and the next time they had to clean the water purifier.They need to service for every six months without being informed by us.For the first service of this year they had come for servicing but didn't change the filters saying that they are good and need not be changed.The next service need to be done after 6 months.The six months had finally arrived but they haven't come for servicing.Insted they kept on calling us informing us to extend the warranty for next 3 years.I have called them and requested for a 2nd service since this is the last time for this extended warranty.After a month after several times reminding them they have finally came and said that your warranty has been completed by November of this year.I began saying them that it will be completed by December and showed them proofs of the warranty even though they haven't listen to us but finally they said they would do the service .But they didn't fixed those filters and began arguing that the filters need to be installed in the first service of the year and they wont install them at this end period of warranty.After requesting them they said they would fix them and went out leaving the 2 filters in our home saying that they would come in the afternoon after lunch to fix them.But they haven't come till today.I have called them a lot of times but they haven't responded.Please make them do service for my aqua guard as soon as possible.

              Dear Sir/Madam, I think you people are just cheating your customers because we bought Euroclean wet and dry vaccum cleaner on 22 october 2014 but still now we have not received any original Product Invoice..If we call to your senior team leader he is saying that within 2 to 4 days you will get invoice, but still now we didn't receive any Invoice..Something wrong has happened and that fellow is not giving genuine reason what has happened...Shame on "EUREKA FORBES"..I was planning to buy AQUA GUARD water purifier from you but now i have decided not to buy.

                    I gave a complaint on 22nd November ([protected]) but didn't get any response and was surpirsed to know that the complaint has been closed without even visiting my home. However, I gave a fresh complaint ([protected]) on 1st December and despite multiple follow ups and calls, till now nobody has attended to our complaint. This is an absolute pathetic service provided by Eureka Forbes. I have not been able to use my aquagaurd sice past 15 days just because of the absolute non sense response which I have got from Eureka Forbes. I have attached a picture of a live cockroach inside the filter of my Aquagaurd enhance UV. How is it possible? Is it a design flaw? Do I need to wait for 15+ days for somebody from Eureka Forbes to come and fix the problem? What kind of SLA you guys follow? You are putting our health at risk. I have NO trust on you and I will be dragging you to the consumer court now. I will advise everybody to throw their aquagaurd and buy a better water purifier. Please escalate this matter at highest possible level as its been more than 15 days since I am waiting for a resolution.

                    Last year around this time I faced a major issues with the aquaguard service and I ended up writing the below mail to you. After a painful month, somebody came and attended to my complaint. They also suggested to me to buy an AMC as it is more convenient. I, like a fool bought a 3 year AMC. One year later, I am facing the exact same problem with your service.

                    I had lodged a complaint on 5th of Dec[protected] to replace the filter which is FREE as part of the AMC. Till now, nobody has even bothered to call me. I have done multiple follow ups with the call center folks and with the guys who sold me AMC. NO RESPONSE. Every time they tell they will check with the back end team and respond. Yesterday, when I called, your call center representative (Sri Lakshmi) had the audacity to cut my call. I called again. This time your call center guy tells me that "I can go ahead and lodge a case in consumer court". I have recorded this statement and will now act as per your wish.

                    I have 3 aquagaurds and have decided to throw all the 3 of them. I have never ever had this kind of experience even with any other product. I will post the consumer complaint details in the social media so that people refrain from buying your product. You after sales service is worst of the lot.

                        This Purifier I have Purchased just 20 days before but i have faced problem of water leakage from the Purifier and complaint Raised 2 times and the Service Personnel came and solved but not yet solved Permanently still giving trouble of water Leakage and fortnight onwards water spill over the Kitchen Room. So i have decided to send back the machine to your Office.or else you may arrange to Replace the machine at the Earliest I am un happy of this machine & Really cheated of your Executive my money also Loss Loyalty is failure of your side.

                          I purchased the Geneus model in 2013 when it was newly launched. DO NOT buy this product because it uses the same UV and RO techniques as the cheaper and basic models, you just end up paying a premium for its style and classy design which again is faulty ( the glass/bottle stand under the water tap has no outlet for drainage and water just sits there and stagnates and smells). The worst bit about buying the Geneus is that because it is a computerised model etc .. Most service engineers are not trained to handle it. Even if you want you cannot get the servicing done by a third party vendor - who are easily available and cheaper - because nobody knows how to handle the Geneus. Many people had told me the worst part about Aquaguard is the service, I entered into an AMC contract with them after end of warranty . Under the contract they are supposed to service the machine 4 times a year. No technician showed up for the first six months and thereafter on the seventh month I had to log a call to get it serviced . A week after this the machine stopped working, and even though the call centre lady said she would escalate this and get it resolved urgently, there has been no resolution after 1 day. I feel completely frustrated and cheated by the company and I am sure I am not alone ...so please beware.

                            A sales guy named Mani Shankar came to us for a demo of Eureka forbes wet and dry vaccum cleaner.After seeing the demo we decided to buy it but since there was an offer on this product if we buy it online. So, we were buying it and this guy told us that the same offer i can also give on payment through cash. Infront o[censored]s he spoke to his senior and convinces us about it. He told the free product in this offer will be delivered the next day of purchasing the product. Now it's almost 2 weeks we purchased it and since then we are following this guy. He always tells tomorrow i'll deliver it, tomorrow i'll deliver it but it's not happening at all.Now he has stopped receiving our calls as well. That free product along with the purchased product matter me a lot now as this was committed and these sales guys can't fool customers in this way as it's nothing but a crime with the customers.                               We bought AMC which was valid from Oct 2011 to Oct 2014. As per AMC, candle should be changed every year for 3 years. Candles were changed for the years 2011 and 2012. For the year 2013, a service rep came in the month of December. Instead of changing the candle, he said that the existing candle is fine and will replace it in Aug 2014. We believed the service rep. In year 2014, the service rep did not come in the month of August. Instead, another rep came in the month of October and said that the AMC is no longer valid and we need to pay amount. Called customer service several times. There is no one there who can understand simple English. Long holds, calls disconnected. No solution provided. Finally on the last call, I was informed that their records show that the candle was changed in Oct 2013 which is not true. We realised that we have been cheated. Raised online complaints on their website. Sent sms to the number shown on their website. No response at all. Finally decided to throw the machine and buy another one of a different company which does not cheat its customers. I went through similar complaints and realised that this kind if practice has become commonan the company does not take any action. Worthless product and useless customer service.

                                Dear sir, I Sri Tamal Sadhukhan Was purchased an ELEGANT RO WATER PURIFIER OF EUREKA FORBES FROM UNIT CANTEEN, THE PARK ISHAPORE (CSD CANTEEN)ON DATED 11/05/2014 AND CANTEEN BILL NUMBER IS 005702.AFTER PURCHASE THE SALES BOY OF EUREKA FORBES INTIMATED ME TO PURCHASE AN IRON GUARD FOR THE MACHINE SAFETY. AFTER THAT WHEN THE TIME OF MACHINE INSTALLATION THE REPRESENTATIVE SAID AS THE Distance between FILTER AND RESERVER BELLW THAN 15 FEET THEN EITHER THE DISTANCE WILL BE EXTENDED OTHERWISE ONE EXTRA BUSTER PUMP MUST BE PURCHASED.BUT I WAS DISAGREED WITH THE PROPOSAL.AFTER THAT I WILL CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER 39883333 AND THEY ALSO TOLD SAME THING AND SO DATED 06/06/2014 (ICR NUMBER[protected] I FORCE TO BOUGHT THE BUSTER PUMP AND IRON PUMP. BUT AFTER THAT THE FLAVOUR OF WATER BE BITTER TASTE I WILL CONTACT YOUR HELPLINE NUMBER [protected] ON DATED 27/10/2014 AT 12.15 P.M. AND MR. PRADIP OF YOUR AGENT (PH-[protected])CAME TO MY HOME ON 31/10/2014 AND CHECK THE TDS LEVEL WHICH WILL BE 4. AND HE WILL TALK TO YOUR OFFICER AND SAID I HAVE HIGH TDS RO PURIFIER AND WHICH SHOULD BE LOW TDS RO PURIFIER AND WHICH COST MUST BE PAID BY ME. AND AS TOTAL PACKAGE WAS BOUGHT BY ME WITH YOUR CONCERN AND NOW THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE ANOTHER, AND SO IREQUEST KINDLY PROVIDES THE M/C WITH FREE OF COST.                                   I have an atom ro water purifier last three years, and AMC with above company till jan 2015, but last six month iam suffering alots of servicing problem with every month, all new technician are visit my residence and handle the machine search a new problem.thats why iam suffering a lot last six month.two times change of iron filter, pump, fuse etc etc no permanent solution for me .I[censored] are engazing somebody to maintain ur customer pls visit or call after every service like other mnc.Iam very sorry to say everyday stop with all work and waitng for ur technician it is painfull. pls take anykind of action over ur agencies.

                                    The water pipe connecting the tap and purifier had been broken and had been shown to the technician(Clint, phn-[protected]). After replacing the candle, I was assured that the pipe is available and will be replaced within 3-4 days.But til date nobody has come for the replacement of the pipe. I have made several calls to their call centres/Service centres. It has been almost 4 months Still the problem is not attended .At the service centre I was asked to contact Mr. Anup(phn-[protected]) to sort out the problem. But Mr. Anup claimed that the service centre at THIRUVELLA is new and that the pipe is not available there.Forget the problem being solved ..I am appalled in the manner in which the calls are being chosen to be ignored...Disgusting.

                                    It has been almost 10 days, that I had registered a complaint regarding
                                    the leakage from the pipe of my AQUAGUARD. I have also provided my
                                    contact details, as requested by the company's customer service care,
                                    yet nobody has contacted till now nor any action has been taken by the
                                    company to resolve the issue, inspite of repeated reminders. This is a
                                    highly irresponsible and careless attitude from the company's side.

                                      Hi Eureka I have Eureka Forbes water purifier Enhance RO. I raised request no :[protected] on 14 Nov and the technician serviced on 22 Nov After Service technician did service, the water is flowing out even if the device is switched off. I have raised new request [protected] on Dec 1 .Can you please help rectify the problem caused by your technician. Earlier the unit was completely working fine. The technician mentioned he was trainee and will go for training after week or so. Can you please send the experienced guy who does not cause problems to the unit Regards Manjula

                                        Dear Team, I am fed up of eureka forbes service, we have done 3 complaints for low water level and flow but nobody attended it. This is the worst service we got from well known company. Please note my complaint number which was given last time 79152679. if eureka forbes is not capable of solving issues of product worth Rs 15, 990.00 then they should not claim good service and good products. This is my request if eureka forbes is not willing to solve the issue please take this machine back and return my money. We are just fed up of such useless company. Regards, Sachin
