To, The General Manager, Eureka Forbes, Aquaguard. Dear Sir/Madam, I enquired about the Aquaguard Product for water filtering in my new home in Mira Road, Thane. I got a call within 2 days from the date of enquiry and a meeting was setup with the Sales person at my home. "Mr. Prashant Jadhav [Contact No. [protected]]" along with another sales representative showed up in the morning in formal attire wearing ties. He spoke to me about the Aquaguard Enhance Green RO and how well this product works even with the worst water supplies. He ensured that Eureka Forbes is known for the best customer support and products and we trusted him. I bought the product after he presented all its benefits. We treated these salesmen very well, offered them cold drinks and respect. I gave him a cheque of 14990/- Rs. right away. The cheque was cleared. As promised the machine was couriered to my home. The technicians installed the machine within 2 days and Mr Prashant had told us that once the machine is installed I would come and visit the home and check for the water hardness. [In Short, Pre-Sale was awesome] 12 Days after the installation, the machine stopped working. I asked my sister to give Mr Prashant Jadhav a call and ask if he can arrange for someone to check what might be wrong and also, he had promised to come and check the machine after it is installed, but he didnt come. He did not talk in a good way with my sister. He said I am not responsible for anything which happens now and that I should contact the Service center. It is agreed, we know its not his job to take complaints but as a human and the treatment he showed on the day he came to visit us, we thought of him as a friendly guy. The most difficult statement, which made me file a complaint against him is that he said - "The water in your area is very bad and I knew the machine would not work after few days". Here is my question to Eureka Forbes. When this guy came to meet us and sell the product, I asked him to check the hardness of the water and suggest accordingly if the machine would be good enough to filter the problem. He checked and he suggested that "Aquaguard Enhance Green RO" is the best machine and can filter out any kind of water. He also said that he has installed the same machine in the nearby area and it works fine. He knew that the machine would not work and still he sold us the machine for the benefit of his own incentives and target made me feel cheated. This is fraudulency. When I spoke to him on phone he was shouting on top of his voice and called me Fraud instead when I cross questioned him on why you sold the machine when you knew the machine wont work in few days. He said do you even know what you are talking, are you literate? On hearing these words I lost my temper. Is this the way to talk to customers? Doesnt Eureka Forbes believe in customer base building? Is it such a lame company where the Salemen are not taught how to behave with a frustrated customer? Is this how you cheat people just to complete your targets and then you dont even talk nicely to them once the machine is sold??? We asked him to help us with the complaint but he very very rudely replied that this is not my concern and spoke very badly showing his true nature. He also said that do whatever you want I dont care. After this incident we raised a complaint in the service center [on 10th July 2014] and we got the complaint ID: [[protected]]. We were told that Eureka Forbes service is very good, but we now experienced what Eureka Forbes Is after their product is sold. Once the product is sold they dont care about the customer satisfaction or the problems customers face. Its 5 days now and yet not a single person from the technical team has come to the place to fix the machine. Eureka Forbes promised that the customer service would be done within 24Hrs. We do not have filtered drinking water even after spending a huge 15000Rs. We have to buy Bisleri bottles now. Who would pay for these bottles? It feels so frustrating to know that a Brand as big as Eureka Forbes, which claims to be so good in salesmanship and customer service is such bad in reality. "Your advertisements says - We have a water purifier for each condition so that you get pure and safe drinking water" How true is this? Mr Prashant Jadhav has been the worst Salesman i have ever encountered, even though we treated him like our own guest when he came home, this is how he treats us once his target of selling the machine is achieved. Such people should be sacked and sued. It is very late now and some action should be taken by Eureka Forbes to rectify the machine or replace it. We would never recomment Aquaguard to any other person who needs a water filter. The local copied machines and their salesmen are far better than the Eureka Forbes ones. Nothing has happened until now, I have been following up with a technician - Jaywant [[protected]]. Its been 5 days I am calling up this person to tell him to send someone. Every single call he tells me that I am searching for an engineer and will send him to your place within 1 hour and the entire day goes and no one comes.

All of the officials and employees you have are almost lying all the time? Since 5 days he was not able to arrange for a single technician? I do not buy this reason! Dont you have any SLA that some complaint should be rectified within a stipulated time or it marks a bad point on the technician?

I am really feeling bad about buying your product. Its really the worst investment I have made till today. I should have checked this forum before buying. So many complaints daily which are not getting resolved and customers have to post them on this forum.

Mr Bhavesh what u experienced, is the mere truth of eurekaforbes. once they sell the product, they forget to provide service again. the worst experience in this regard i too have at saltlake, kolkata..only difference is i have gone through it during servicing(reference B609F78752 on 9 july 2014).initially the technician, samit sarkar having contact no [protected] came on 12 july and did some work and convinced to do spare work next day and fraudly got signature. But after that day i am calling him each day and he is replying to come just now, but still did't attend. Now over phone misbehaving and saying to call customer care again..they
are big fraud.should we collectively complain against this company before ministry and file PIL against it ??

      Sir, I am very disappointed with your kind of service which you gave to me. I would like to complain about the person executives who claims to be head of eureka Forbes (Jaipur). I would like to tell you the whole incident which happened to me from the last four month. I have an machine called Invisipure. The machines was installed on the month of January 2013. I purchase this machinery because of the side by side refrigerator( to make ice and water). I only purchased this because i was made sure that this is the only machinery which have a pressure pump and can work with your kinds of needs by your company. The machine worked fine for a year and a month but on february 2014 i was asked to replace the adapter of the machines as it has been faulty. After that i was told that you should take the AMC of your unit as it is out of warranty by a person named Amit.(Eureka Forbes, City Jaipur, Mansarovar) so i took the AMC ON 14th March 2014, When the person came to fix the adapter after a month. After That the whole of my problem arose. The machinery never auto cut itself when the refrigerator took water for ice. It was contionously running day and night. I reported several times (50-60 times) but i was only given hope that by tomorrow it will be fixed. The person who claims to be head of mansorvar jaipur ( Rajeev Agarwal) use to come at evening after finishing his work from office. Used to pretend that he is working but couldnt find solution. Then he used to say problem in hindi ( bhaiya probelm mil gayi hai npv lagega bas) after that i dont know what happened he never came. Also he never picked up the phone ([protected]) . There is more of the complain but i cant say anything now.Please i want to have a talk with the higher authority so that my probelm should be undertood and the person who's fault is should be punished.       I don't any sympathy from your side. I just want my AMC money to be refunded back to me as your person who took AMC of mine machine came yesterday and forced me to put a signature on your document as verifying that my machine is fixed. But i refused to do so.
      I got my machine fixed by the private person.

      I contacted the regional manager yesterday and told him about the whole incident but as i can feel from the words of him. He is also a part of the same comunity.

      Please contact me on my number if you feel what happened with me is wrong and give the persons the punishment for what they have done.

      I am also disappointed by the person claiming employee of Eureka forbes (Water purifier) and call oftenly and say "kab aan ahai for water purifier service".When I asked from where you got my number, he told that I got your details from Eureka Forbes customer data. I was out of the place due to covid (Work from home) and was at my native.
      I am not in need of any service as I have not used the water purifier for a year.
      I donot know how the Eureka forbes support this type of person and share all the customer confidential data with such type of people.

      My concern is, there should be customer information confidential agrreement with Eureka Forbes.
      It should be strictly followed.

      Genreally Eureka Forbes share customer care number with their customer and when there is need customer will call.

      My request with Eureka Forbes team is to maintain customer confidential data. to avoid such type of incidence
      .

        I am Satyanarayana.Ch, Manager operations at State Bank of India purchased a water purifier, Aqua guard Enhance UV+ from Eureka Forbes in the month of June 2014. On the third day of purchase itself it started leaking, which on reporting to the representative that had installed, was rectified. On the seventh day the valve fitted to the water tap was pumped out which spoiled my kitchen totally. Again the representative, Mr. Vasu from Visakhapatnam, regional dealer office of Eureka Forbes turned up after calling for around five times on the day leaving the water continuously flown upto an hour to drain and finally forced to stop by closing the total apartment's water connection. Further a technician was sent by Mr. Vasu, who fixed the problem and said that the valve got broken because of pressure and its fixed. After that the water purifier starts working slow as the purified water which accumulates into the tank of water purifier is not being collected soon as before. Now since a week, the water purifier stopped working totally. Power indicator is showing the unit is getting power on. But water is not being purified, not being accumulated into the tank. My trail of intimating the representative Mr.Vasu to arrange for a technician gone vain as he had not attended to me promptly, Resulting a total loss of time and money I had invested in the water purifier. Further to this, I was informed that my invoice of purchasing the water purifier will be sent by the company soon which I had not obtained and even no intimation of the fate of the same till date. Expecting that my queries be answered soon and the problems may got fixed through this forum, which if not, I may be constrained to file a suit against the company and the people related for leaving me and my precious time along with my money at loss.           Dear Team, We are using Eureka Forbes Aquagaurd from last couple of years. We took an AMC from Local Sales and service auth in the name of Dinesh Enterprises Yamuna Nagar. We are facing problem with our Aquagaurd and local authorised dealer is not helping us. Every time they say they will come and wont turn up. If they come then give temprary solutions. Auth Dealer used to say they dont have a part to change in a aqua and its being pending from last couple of weeks. Really disappointed with the services. Need an immidiate action. Thanks

            Bought under sink filter 6 months ago, never worked keeps on leaking, complained so many times to the fitters of the company. And your complaints line. They make false promises, no one comes to fix. This is a very bad company with very poor service. I will never recommend to anyone.             I think you should be more careful in selecting your service partners they reflect extremely badly on your company. Certainly your call center should be honest not lie and make customers angry and frustrated. I am still awaiting your call back

              Dear Sir, I am Pradosh staying in Payyanur, Kerala. I have a Aquaguard i NOVA machine, for which have taken 02 Years service contract and my contract receipt number is 22855400. My contract is valid upto 21/02/2016. My machine is not properly for past 10 days, for which i have called your helpline[protected] twice. It come as a shock to me that customer service of Eureka Forbes is so pathetic, i am appending few points:- a) Customercare promised your machine will repaired within 24 hrs (twice), which never happened till now inspite of 10 days. b) customercare promised that you receive complaint number through SMS, which never happened. It is really sad that inspite of paying Rs 2725 no one has come to repair the machine. The service center at Payyanur called only once on my landline number, which my maid picked up and told them to call in evening or call on my mobile number( which they have), but i did not received call from them thereafter. Being a company of repute i request you to take action against your Payyanur service center and i want Rs 2725 to be returned to me, as no services are being provided for that money. Request number are as given below : June 30 : E512B75758 July 04 : [protected] July 09 : [protected] After complaining so many times to you but i recd only one call from your side on July 05 by Mr.Rajendra Singh (Code : 50466). He told us that In two year AMC period (start from Aug 2012) filter change only 2 times. As in my record we changed filter only once in Year 2012.. But he told he changed in year 2013 also when i asked a signed copy of that he told he does not have. That show that he misguide us and give us wrong information.. We are very unsatisfied with your service engineer after again complaint on July 09 we did not recd any call from you..This shown total negligence from your side.. So we request you to please go through this complaint. And immediately attend this service request...and also take a necessary action on service engineer..                 I am not sure whether any responsible person from Eureka Forbes ever see these complaints list and act. Forget about coming to this websites, I don't think they even check their call center call logs. This is really cheating the public by getting money for service and then doing nothing. The service engineers and their managers are hopelessly bad and they don't even bother to talk properly. I have paid AMC for Rs.4500 six months back and the first time called 3 days back and till now they did not even bother to call me back and give me an update when it will be attended. When I called today after yelling at the customer help desk they gave the number of the manager Karthik and like a astrologer he says the problem could be circuit board issue. When I asked him how come he says that even without knowing to whom he is talking, he said the model number I said has a problem and there is no stock of circuit board so it will take some time to attend. God only has to answer this and really surprised how these companies exist still.

                We have purchased "Euroclean Storm" High Pressure cleaner from your Udupi Representative Mr. Purushotham Cell Phone No: [protected] Machine S.No 011659 purchase date 12.10.2013.
                Since 25.08.2014, we are having problems with the nob -- the water leakage problem which make it impossible to work with the horse as water sprays everywhere. We have complained to your Udupi office Service person at Cell Phone No. [protected] and to another Service person Mr. Vijay at his Cell No. [protected]. They have told they will come and have not turned up yet. LAter we have called almost 20 times but they are not answering the phone.
                Our hotel is one of the reputed hotels in Kundapur and we are using your water purifiers in every floor. Asa we have been loyal customer to you all these years, we expect a better and timely service from you. Since 25.08.2014, we have not been able to use the machine supplied by you. I would like to bring to your notice that the machine is well with in the warranty period and still you are not attending the problem. We request you to look in to the matter immedatly and do the needful to avoid further misunderstanding.

                  We own a Euroclean Star Vaccum cleaner, which needs paper dustbag, Visited nearest office at Rajajinagar for the same. Service people at this center intimated that they dont have any stock of it, but refused to answer when the stock will come, also insisted to visit Magadi Road office for the bags, which is not feasible for us. Call center people are asking 375 Rs to send the Dust bag of 165 Rs. It is responsibility of Eureka Forbes to keep the stock at its office (Promised during sales, the stock will be available at Rajajinagar Office). Improper response from call center and office people of Rajajinagar.

                  We own a Eureka Ace vacuum cleaner. We are unable to source the dust bags for the past 10 months from your authorized service center in Vasai ( Maharashtra). The same excuse has been given every time we have visited ( out of stock). Have even logged a complaint on your toll free # ( Complaint #[protected] but still no response.


                  When selling the product, tall promises of best after sales support by your sales personnel but sorry to say that your after sales support is non - existent. Kindly suggest your outlet from where I can purchase the dust bags.

                  Euroclean ACE. This is a sell and forget product. Use and throw. After you use up the dust bags supplied with the machine, you have to throw away the machine. I have been trying to get the dust bags for the last one year from the companies service centres but have not been able to do so.They claim that this is an old model so dust bags are not available and i must purchase the new model, although this same model is advertised and sold regularly. I have even tried to purchase it online, but it is just not available. The companies policy is not to sell the dust bags, so that you will be compelled to buy a new machine every time.

                  I have registered a complaint online.still to get a response from customer service.have also told the same to the service people who have come to service aqua guard.one person asked for 350/- rs service charge to deliver the bags.pathetic service and customer care.
                  I recently enquired for Paperbags for my Euroclean Ace Vacuum cleaner, by calling Eureka Forbes customer care. They mentioned the Paperbags for 10 units will cost Rs 200 and their delivery charges to visit home is Rs 550 so total charges for Paperbags of 10 units will be Rs 750. I insisted why so high charges of Rs 550 just to deliver the paperbags Locally in Bangalore... they mentioned it is company policy they can't help, and since I had counter questioned the price, they promptly concluded that anyways there is no stock, so I need to contact the customer care after few days. Bottomline... they don't want you to buy a new machine and will service or help their existing customer who are quite happy with their existing system. Things like these (issues in buying accessories) is what makes the whole system fall apart and end up in bad mouthing the entire product, which by the way is RUNNING JUST FINE.

                  The local office response is pathetic-- oout of stock.

                  The call centre calims the model (Euroclean Star, Euroclean Ace, Eroclean Mitey Vac use the smae canvas/cloth bag and paper bag -- 3 liter capacity) ar old. But one can see that the Star model is vilable for online sale too from EurekaForbes!!

                  I am in need of a cloth bag as well as 2 packs (x10) of paper bags.

                  Eureka Forbes could not provide dust bags for Forbes Swift ZXI vaccum cleaner. They have been tring for last two years. This is a worthless company only interested in selling products and forget about that. The people in charge of complaint resolution just avoid facing such problem. Worst company and people should think before buying their product.

                  Same problem for me too. Couldn't get the dust bag. Customer service saying exchange it for new model. They are also posting lot of fake customer care locations in google maps.
                  It appears the company don't care for its customers.
                  Oh my God, my experience has been the same in this regard. The guys at the store just say one thing all the time - There is no stock. Why the hell do they have a Company when they can produce dust bags. That is one of the biggest reasons why this company is so unpopular in our country. I am sure they are going to do the same thing with their other equipment like water filters and the like. Prospective buyers must be made aware of this dirty practice by the company.

                  I have owned a Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner for more than 20 years now (this is my second one). Getting the dust bags has always been an exercise but the current customer support beats them all. I called up the 1800 number today and they were not even willing to give me the local office address in Delhi. The customer support executive insisted on sending a support person to my home for a service charge of Rs.450 plus cost of bags!
                  It is sad to see a company like Eureka Forbes go down the drain like this!

                      I am waiting for technician for more then a month, he visited once and did something and told that machine need membrane replacement if problem reoccur. As my purifier is under warranty he will get approval and come back. same problem started next day in fact one another that it started overflowing also. Again lodged second complaint (that to 20days back) hence he was not responding but till date no one visited. Gave many calls to customer care but only one response that our technician will visit you mam for sure today. Don't think writing a complaint will help us, was being fooled to hear about good customer support and bought this product. One more thing that I want to highlight about the horrible English language this support people speak, we start fumbling after talking to them, they don't even understand what you try to say. Please put them to local language department and hire someone who can speak in good English and hindi.

                        I complained to customer care and the company service professional visited too, but he told me the body of vacuum cleaner need to be changed, he took the vacuum cleaner and returned with the same vacuum cleaner without the body changed and informed me that there is no body present in the company service centre and will contact as soon as the body is available, 2 months have gone and nothing happened.

                          For last two months the inlet hose of the purifier got damaged. I have contact the Suri (West Bengal) dealer over phone and also the technician who provide the service in our area, but none of them provide any service to me . Whether they are everytime saying the problem will be solved within two days. My purifier is out of service for these two months. I have faced a very bad customer service from the dealer.

                            The service engineer came today and fixed the issue. Thanks for your quick action
                            I also want to comment on the service response.
                            Its very pathetic service. I also booked complaint on 2nd July, but there was no response.
                            I again booked complaint on 9th July and also called the Customer Care. He assured the there will be a visit on same day.
                            But there was no response again.
                            Then I got a call from Eureka Forbes on 11th July and they were saying that one Engineer visited my place 4 days before.
                            But I want to make it clear that there was no visit.
                            I talked several time with the persons from Eureka Forbes.

                            We found Carbon particles in the water coming out of the RO which was installed in March 2014.
                            But still these people are not serious about this issue.
                            I talked to Consumer Forum and going to take legal action on this case if I do not get any positive action from Eureka Forbes.

                              I had registered a complaint on 29th June 2014 about the machine not working properly. No one turned up for a week now. I had called up the customer care 5 times and the reply was always that someone would turn up tomorrow or today. My complaint number is 77036465. The machine seems to have gone bad since past few months. It keeps of restarting when I turn it ON. It was committed by the sales executive that the machine takes only half hour to fill up. But since past 1 month the machine either does not function or takes about 5-8 hours to fill up. It continuously keeps on getting restarted all the while its ON. I think Eureka Forbes is taken its customers for granted. There are tons of options available in the Market for water purifiers. I used to trust Eureka Forbes but I have changed my thinking now. They don't care for their customers anymore. Looking at the large amount of complaints in this forum I feel its waste of time and energy to even think that the issue will get resolved. I had to get my Aquaguard reinstalled in my house for obtaining purified drinking water.I had spoken with the customer care representative over the phone at their toll free number a few days back and my service request number is 89886570. I had been assured of availing the service on my request as early as possible.But, after repeatedly making calls to the service centre of aquaguard and reminding them about their service which i was supposed to recieve, am finding a negligency from their end and am still facing the problem with the reinstallation of my aquaguard.With great dissapointment i must say that the service provided to the customers of Aquaguard is not at all upto the mark and it has pulled down the customers expectations.

                                      Hi All, I have raised a complaint# 76986137 for Product S.No. 5387 on 28th June about the product issue. We have raised multiple complaints regarding our water purifier that inflow of purified water is very slow it takes more than 6 hours to fill the dispenser. The same issue happened in the month of March (26th March 2014) and their technical guy took INR 150 to rectify the issue. Now, we are again facing the same issue. See the attached service request activity report. From last two weeks, I am facing big challenge to get it done but no one has visited our house to this issue. I have also called Mr. Anil (Service Center Supervisor) at +91-[protected] and Ganesh at +91-[protected] given by Helpdesk team but no success.

                                        I am Anirban Chakraborty, the resident of Ekta Floral, 27 Christopher Road, Kolkata-46 ; my mobile no is [protected]. In reference to the above subject this is bringing to your kind notice that I bought one water purifier (RO) 2 years back. It’s needless to say that because of your wide customer range, good customer service and quality product, I have gone for a high end model ; after warranty period I have given an AMC contract for 2 years as well. But since last year I realized that my whole idea about your company was wrong or may be as a premium customer I have over expected from your company. The problem I am facing for last one year is just unbearable and crossed my tolerance level.After the 1st service after warranty I found that the water is leaking from one of the joints and overnight it flooded the entire kitchen. Next day I called the service engineer to fix up this problem; after his scrutiny I came to know that this mess was happened due to water pressure & to fix up this problem I need to install one valve (pressure relief valve) & also need to change the ironill as the same was got damaged due to water pressure, that will cost me additional approx Rs. 2800/- . I refused his proposal & asked his manager to talk to me in coming days. For your information—the same problem was occurred couple of times during warranty period as well & the same service engineer rectified the same & told me that is because some knob/screw was untied. He never said that is because of water pressure. Moreover I asked him if that be the case then why it’s not happening with other users in the same complex??? Do you mean to say that in every high rise building you need an additional valve to control the pressure otherwise your system will not be functional?? Then why the same has not been communicated to me at the time of purchase??? Obviously I was not given any answer and finally I had to pay the extra amount to replace the ironil to get drinking water in my house. Now since last 4 -5 months a new problem started, sometimes my aquaguard stops filling water in its tank.quite a few times I have contacted the technician and he had an explanation that it is because of iron getting accumulated. My question is what is the need of installing Ironil then?????also there is no permanent solution provided. Last week, the same problem reoccurred and i had to call the technician. I dont know what he did, but it created another huge problem from the same night. Next morning I found no water in my Aquaguard but my kitchen is completely flooded. This issue happened on 5th July night, It is still not resolved, I have called the technician several times and requested the manager to visit my place, Still I am following up on the issue but they cant even tell me when they are coming to my place to correct the problem.If required I can give the names of concerned persons whom I have talked to. It is a lot of mental harassment for me and my family for last one year..its a botheration for me now to have one water purifier at home and that too from Eureka forbes. Request you to act on.
