I wanted to lodge a service complaint & faced the following:-
1. It is impossible to talk to your representative. I was put on hold for 20 mints twice & was not connected.
2. Eventually I talked to Mrs Karabi chakrabarti, franchisee head of our area, who deputed some one.
3. A very young, inexperienced person came and said the UV Filter is damaged. So a new filter to be bought.
4. Upon my protest, a senior person came & confirmed UV is okay. Then why the young man pushed me to buy?
5. However, this senior man, Raju, changed the outlet pipe & left. The shape of the pipe is such that all water is falling much away from the filter and flooding our kitchen.
6. I have been breaking my head for last 3 days to get some one to attend to it - but in vain.
7. Not finding much co-operation from Mrs Chakrabarti also, although I am with AMC for more than 25 years!
My reason for informing above is that I want redressal for such harassment without going to Consumer Forum.
