In reference to the above subject this is bringing to your kind notice that I bought one water purifier (RO) 2 years back.
It’s needless to say that because of your wide customer range, good customer service and quality product, I have gone for a high end model ; after warranty period I have given an AMC contract for 2 years as well.
But since last year I realized that my whole idea about your company was wrong or may be as a premium customer I have over expected from your company.
The problem I am facing for last one year is just unbearable and crossed my tolerance level.After the 1st service after warranty I found that the water is leaking from one of the joints and overnight it flooded the entire kitchen.
Next day I called the service engineer to fix up this problem; after his scrutiny I came to know that this mess was happened due to water pressure & to fix up this problem I need to install one valve (pressure relief valve) & also need to change the ironill as the same was got damaged due to water pressure, that will cost me additional approx Rs. 2800/- .
I refused his proposal & asked his manager to talk to me in coming days.
For your information—the same problem was occurred couple of times during warranty period as well & the same service engineer rectified the same & told me that is because some knob/screw was untied. He never said that is because of water pressure. Moreover I asked him if that be the case then why it’s not happening with other users in the same complex??? Do you mean to say that in every high rise building you need an additional valve to control the pressure otherwise your system will not be functional?? Then why the same has not been communicated to me at the time of purchase???
Obviously I was not given any answer and finally I had to pay the extra amount to replace the ironil to get drinking water in my house.
Now since last 4 -5 months a new problem started, sometimes my aquaguard stops filling water in its tank.quite a few times I have contacted the technician and he had an explanation that it is because of iron getting accumulated. My question is what is the need of installing Ironil then?????also there is no permanent solution provided. Last week, the same problem reoccurred and i had to call the technician. I dont know what he did, but it created another huge problem from the same night. Next morning I found no water in my Aquaguard but my kitchen is completely flooded. This issue happened on 5th July night, It is still not resolved, I have called the technician several times and requested the manager to visit my place, Still I am following up on the issue but they cant even tell me when they are coming to my place to correct the problem.If required I can give the names of concerned persons whom I have talked to.
It is a lot of mental harassment for me and my family for last one year..its a botheration for me now to have one water purifier at home and that too from Eureka forbes.
