I have problem with my Aquagaurd TOTAL RO enhance and it giving bad smell, I booked my first compliant on 2n July 2014, Again I called on 5th but no response, again I called on 7th no response. Every time I call they will say will send the engineer today but it never happens. There is no point in having customer care number as there is no response. You can say that our product is use and throw..

The service engineer came today and fixed the issue. Thanks for your quick action
I also want to comment on the service response.
Its very pathetic service. I also booked complaint on 2nd July, but there was no response.
I again booked complaint on 9th July and also called the Customer Care. He assured the there will be a visit on same day.
But there was no response again.
Then I got a call from Eureka Forbes on 11th July and they were saying that one Engineer visited my place 4 days before.
But I want to make it clear that there was no visit.
I talked several time with the persons from Eureka Forbes.

We found Carbon particles in the water coming out of the RO which was installed in March 2014.
But still these people are not serious about this issue.
I talked to Consumer Forum and going to take legal action on this case if I do not get any positive action from Eureka Forbes.

    I had registered a complaint on 29th June 2014 about the machine not working properly. No one turned up for a week now. I had called up the customer care 5 times and the reply was always that someone would turn up tomorrow or today. My complaint number is 77036465. The machine seems to have gone bad since past few months. It keeps of restarting when I turn it ON. It was committed by the sales executive that the machine takes only half hour to fill up. But since past 1 month the machine either does not function or takes about 5-8 hours to fill up. It continuously keeps on getting restarted all the while its ON. I think Eureka Forbes is taken its customers for granted. There are tons of options available in the Market for water purifiers. I used to trust Eureka Forbes but I have changed my thinking now. They don't care for their customers anymore. Looking at the large amount of complaints in this forum I feel its waste of time and energy to even think that the issue will get resolved.     No call or message of any sort yet from Eureka Forbes.This shows how much of truth there is in their regret. It seems they really don't care about their customers. So its 15000 down the drain for me. I am deeply regretting that I had to go for Eureka Forbes. I will never ever advice anyone to go for this brand.

    For the folks who need a review for Eureka Forbes here it is:
    1. Eureka Forbes has a really bad after sales service.
    2. Its like a lottery when you buy a Eureka Forbes product. You never know if you get a good product that will last long.

      Hi, Its been a month I have a problem with my Aqua guard, I have made couple of complaints to the customer care. Whenever the complaint is been raised, one technician comes and he says he have to buy/ bring a spare and he leaves and then no response. The latest Complaint No is 77094598.         Very often getting not working properly, Costliest product (Rs. 23, 000), Forcefully sold to me, within 5 days the problem started they themselves told that the product worth is only Rs. 500 only, one year many services have been handled with multiple and repeatedly submitting the compliant and for the past 2 months the product if lying ideally in the home


        I felt punishment by purchased the product (Aquagaurd GENEOUS) very worst product I ever purchased in my life, Hence I request kindly you to take neccessary action.

          Myself Siddhartha SenSarma, hailing from Jamshedpur have recently shifted to Kolkata staying at 64/58 Mahatma Gandhi Road, Shirtiti, Kolkata- 41. I had to get my Aquaguard reinstalled in my house for obtaining purified drinking water.I had spoken with the customer care representative over the phone at their toll free number a few days back and my service request number is 89886570. I had been assured of availing the service on my request as early as possible.But, after repeatedly making calls to the service centre of aquaguard and reminding them about their service which i was supposed to recieve, am finding a negligency from their end and am still facing the problem with the reinstallation of my aquaguard.With great dissapointment i must say that the service provided to the customers of Aquaguard is not at all upto the mark and it has pulled down the customers expectations.

            Hi All, I have raised a complaint# 76986137 for Product S.No. 5387 on 28th June about the product issue. We have raised multiple complaints regarding our water purifier that inflow of purified water is very slow it takes more than 6 hours to fill the dispenser. The same issue happened in the month of March (26th March 2014) and their technical guy took INR 150 to rectify the issue. Now, we are again facing the same issue. See the attached service request activity report. From last two weeks, I am facing big challenge to get it done but no one has visited our house to this issue. I have also called Mr. Anil (Service Center Supervisor) at +91-[protected] and Ganesh at +91-[protected] given by Helpdesk team but no success.

              I am Anirban Chakraborty, the resident of Ekta Floral, 27 Christopher Road, Kolkata-46 ; my mobile no is [protected]. In reference to the above subject this is bringing to your kind notice that I bought one water purifier (RO) 2 years back. It’s needless to say that because of your wide customer range, good customer service and quality product, I have gone for a high end model ; after warranty period I have given an AMC contract for 2 years as well. But since last year I realized that my whole idea about your company was wrong or may be as a premium customer I have over expected from your company. The problem I am facing for last one year is just unbearable and crossed my tolerance level.After the 1st service after warranty I found that the water is leaking from one of the joints and overnight it flooded the entire kitchen. Next day I called the service engineer to fix up this problem; after his scrutiny I came to know that this mess was happened due to water pressure & to fix up this problem I need to install one valve (pressure relief valve) & also need to change the ironill as the same was got damaged due to water pressure, that will cost me additional approx Rs. 2800/- . I refused his proposal & asked his manager to talk to me in coming days. For your information—the same problem was occurred couple of times during warranty period as well & the same service engineer rectified the same & told me that is because some knob/screw was untied. He never said that is because of water pressure. Moreover I asked him if that be the case then why it’s not happening with other users in the same complex??? Do you mean to say that in every high rise building you need an additional valve to control the pressure otherwise your system will not be functional?? Then why the same has not been communicated to me at the time of purchase??? Obviously I was not given any answer and finally I had to pay the extra amount to replace the ironil to get drinking water in my house. Now since last 4 -5 months a new problem started, sometimes my aquaguard stops filling water in its tank.quite a few times I have contacted the technician and he had an explanation that it is because of iron getting accumulated. My question is what is the need of installing Ironil then?????also there is no permanent solution provided. Last week, the same problem reoccurred and i had to call the technician. I dont know what he did, but it created another huge problem from the same night. Next morning I found no water in my Aquaguard but my kitchen is completely flooded. This issue happened on 5th July night, It is still not resolved, I have called the technician several times and requested the manager to visit my place, Still I am following up on the issue but they cant even tell me when they are coming to my place to correct the problem.If required I can give the names of concerned persons whom I have talked to. It is a lot of mental harassment for me and my family for last one year..its a botheration for me now to have one water purifier at home and that too from Eureka forbes. Request you to act on.                 Dear Sir / Madam, Customer ID :- [protected] I paid in Nov 2013 around 3500/- for two years contract, and i resister complaint so money times for carbon and filter change due date is over, but every time executive come with excuses that your machine no. ST 2000 is out dated and we cant provided service .And they will return back every time. You will got payment on NOV 2013 and now you will say that you cant give service. Than return back my money. I resister complaint to eureka toll free no . Two times my complaint no. is 76954517. Please let me know what is your action, every time why i should give remainder to eureka. Even after i given payment for two year contract during contract period your have to visit as per eureka contract promises. Thank you,

                    The service engineer (Mr.Niranjan parida)whose service and dealings were very poor within my warranty period. When the machine was installed it was defective. I have lodged my complaint so many times through the toll free no and I requested the servicing center in Bhubaneswar to send a skilled person to repair the product. But they didn't give me any response and send that person to attend my complaint who damaged my purifier. His workmanship was poor even if at present which can be inspected .This product needs to be replaced by a new one.

                      I paid Rs. 4605 for renewing AMC of my Aquaguard Reviva.After changing the filters, the taste of the water has become bitter. The Authorisd Franchisee sent a person for checking who says he will replace the sediment filter again. From last 10 days I am pursuing the Franchisee to change the filter but with no rescue. What kind of goodwill will you have if you take money and forget everything? It will not take customer to switch sides if this is the kind of response a authosed franchisee wil give. Moreover, even after contacting customer care yesterday and then again today I am waiting for a call from their service representative (Complaint No.[protected]. Does anyone give a damn for customer service?

                          New aqua sure expert was installed on July 1st. It started leaking from second day. Even after 48 hours of submitting service request there is no response. I'm pissed off and want to return the unit. Biggest mistake to buy expensive product from a company with such pathetic customer support.

                            We experienced a very bad service by your franchise for our sensa water purifier purchase three years back.


                            When ever we complain about the problem in purifier. They never turned up and ultimately we have to get the job done by local mechanic, though we had a valid service contract till 27.05.2014 against payment of rs.4260/-(Four thousand two hundred sixty) only.


                            We request you to take appropriate action against your franchise and give us the name and address of suitable good franchise for fresh service contract and who will attend our problem in time.

                            At present the tap of water purifier is not working, we made a complain to customer service on telephone (Complain no[protected], till date the problem is not solved.

                              Hi, Our aquagurad machine is not working and we are not getting service for the past two months. Our machine is under AMC contract (for two years ). Even after calling multiple times those people are not responding at all and the situation is out of control now. Currently I am in US due to my job and my after is alone there in India. He is an aged person and I am not able to provide any support to him in this matter. My sincere request if you please can look into this matter urgently then it will be of great help.                               Thank you for your assurance. Its been 2 months since our Aquaguard RO machine stopped working and no attempt was made to fix the same.
                              My father tried calling them many times. Since I am abroad at this point of time, I cannot do much rather than writing mails and putting complaints.

                              Our machine is under 2 year AMC but they don't appear in time to do the servicing. Every time we have to call them and remind them that the service is pending and this time we are not getting drinking water since it has stopped working altogether.

                              I just want to post an update that our machine is fixed already and the turn around time was amazing. The complaint was forwarded to Eureka Forbes and they fixed the problem within 24 Hours. Also, consumer forum officials had a call to my father to validate that the issue was actually resolved or not.

                              Many many thanks to consumer forum guys without whom it could not be possible. It was my mistake to let it go for two months, I should have acted much earlier. Thank you again.

                              My sincere request to all them who are suffering in getting service, should brought the issue in this forum with all necessary details.
                              Do not ignore by thinking that nothing is going to happen. It just takes 5 minutes to open an online account and lodging a complain.

                                I made a request to the customer care on 25th june 2014 for reinstallation of aquaguard ro as I shifted from Perambur to selaiyur.89842788 is the no.Till now nobody has bothered to turn up for the same .The customer care helpline folks are useless.They don't know the service centre or the service technician no.I'm calling up every morning to hear the same reasons - complaint is open;we will escalate it.Nothing has happened till now.I doubt if the complaints are registered and forwarded to service centers.The irony is I have AMC till june 2015.The iresponsible behaviour is forcing me to move to consumer forum or throw the equipment in front of the office. Another request for a simple service for the 2nd equipment of mine is also pending till now.What are the service centers for?Never again pop up the text that 24 hours after registering the complaint, it is looked into.The utmost negligence and irresponsible customer service is giving tons of mental torture

                                  This is to complain in the strongest terms about the service that I have received from Aquagaurd. Just to give you a brief about the issue. Aquagaurd Engineers / Customer Care people are No.1 cheaters/Fraud based on my experience. They have closed the Case # 76926064 without my intervention or my Sign in the Service Report & the engineer Visited our home and damaged the System & it started issues like huge noise and huge amount of Waste Water, but no performance in the RO inlet. I actually frustrated with the behavior of the engineer who attended the case and re-escalated the issue with the Case # 77031095. However the Aquagaurd Customer care never visited the home. I again submitted an escalated case # 77078597, no resolution has been provided. I am planning to raise a Case on the Consumer Court about this issue.                                     I purchased Eureka Forbes's RO Reviva on June 18, 2014. After installation problem occurred in the system I made complaint to local service center after reminding so many times one technician came and examined and told one part of machine is not working properly it will be replaced by new one and will come again with that part but nobody came after calling so many times at service center at Kanpur to Mr Pawan Kumar ([protected]) he sent one technician with old machine(2012) to replace my machine I denied to replace with that now I am calling to Mr Pawan Kumar he is giving only assurance but my problem is not solved till date. I have registered my complaint on toll free no on 25 June 2014 no is 76927189. I have made all the efforts but I am not able to use the product and wasted my money. Kindly resolve my problem.                                       I made query for purchase of Aquaguard RO in March, 2014 The Sales Executive visited my home checked the sample of water and suggested me that there is no need of RO as the TDS is very low and in future whenever I feel that the TDS is high at that time I can convert same purifier to RO by just adding one additional unit. Now, I want to convert my purifier to RO and now came to now that it cannot be converted to RO and I have to buy new RO purifier. So the incompetent guy with half information sold me the purifier and now asking to get deducted the 6000 Rs. for the old purifier and pay the difference amount. Why should I bear this extra burden?

                                        to whomsoever it may concern, dear, we bought acquagourd filter last year, after a year we made 3Yrs. service contract. But whenever we have any problem with the filter and we try to get service the service providers keep on harassing us. Theirs product is good but the service is worst.Middle class people can not afford this.
