Pcb replaced with repaired pcb

The worst service seen so far

I have got an aquaguard few days back and had a very bitter experience. When we requested for the product we got immediate calls, immediately it was delivered at our place but it took three days for installation after repeated calls. Also it was mentioned that a solar lamp will be given free but till date we have not received it. We have been following up everyday and they are simply telling today it will come for sure. No service provided in spite of AMC

Hi, I took a 2 year AMC from Eureka forbes end-Jan for my Aquaguard system. It started developing problems last month and i raised a complaint on their helpline last week. They are supposed to fix the issue within 2 working days, it has been 5 days since the complaint and no issue resolution is in sight. I have called the helpline 6-7 times and still no redressal.
