Dear Team,
Please be informed that I have purchased the above model on 29/7/2013 based on the recommendation of your sales executive Mr. A Sham in Salt Lake, Kolkata. I was very happy with the Inova model, however he gave me a price of 500/- for the same, which was working perfectly fine.
From the day, the new equipment has been installed, it has been giving me trouble. The product sold to me is a defective piece which has been agreed by your sales executive.
Water is not falling in the bottle, the tap was defective. The water is not getting filled in the tank, flowing continuously from the outlet pipe. The tap had pests inside.
I have been asking for a change from your sales executive, however he could not help me. Today when I went to your Divisional office in BF block, they refused to take my letter and said that they would not exchange. I am surprised and upset about the attitude of your staff . Abu being present in the office did not say anything neither had he escalated my problem to your senior officials. His job was over with the sales.
I would like to escalate my issue to the highest authority.
I bring from a customer service industry did not expect this kind of service and attitude from your staff.
I want a revert at the earliest.
