Dear Sir, I have complain so many times in customer care department but no one come to repair my Aquaguard, from Jaunary 2014 my Aquaguard is not working. On 26 Aug I have change my filter after within a few months my Aquaguard stop working. I personaly call that executive so many time but that did't come at home and now they are not picking my phone. Details are - Service Request no. :76189589, Product : Aquaguard Water purifier Model : SENSA model RO+UV, AMC contract date : 26 Aug 2013 AMC, contract expire date : 26 Aug 2014, AMC contract amt Paid : Rs- 4, 510/- for 1 year contract. 2nd time complain on 4th May 2014. Updated by vijayendra.p Dear Sir, Still I am facing the problem, my aquaguard still not working. On 3rd june I was again complain (new service request no.[protected] but no response I get from their side, So many times I personally call that executive but they didn’t response on my call. On yesterday when I was told them I will do complain in consumer forum they only they come yesterday evening Mr. Mahalingeshwara /Mr. Janardhan mobile no. [protected], but they are not able to understand the problem, they don’t know how to resolve the problem. If there are not able to resolve our problem, then they have to replace our Aquaguard or refund full amount including AMC charges. From January we are facing the same problem but still it not solve. Sir please takes a strict action against the Eura forbes company. Sir also refers old service request no. 76189589.
