I have been using the Eureka Aquaguard RO Total model for the past 5 years. Everytime a customer service request is placed for service or for dismantling and reinstallation, it requires multiple follow up and the agents never turn up. My customer id is [protected]. We purchased RO purifier and when the chaps came for installation in July 2013, they found that there was a problem with the adapter. Till now they havent come with a proper one and installated the purifier. We have been calling them and following up on which they say it will be fixed which is all crap they talk.
