I am Prof Madhukar Puri from Delhi. Mobile no. [protected]. I requested for demo on 25 th May 2014 and Mr Rakesh Kumar came for demo on 26th May. After testing the TDS level of tap water, whch was 300, Mr Rakesh suggested me that I go for Aquaguard Enhance RO +UV. I placed the order online and gave Mr Rakesh's Employee code. Order no. is[protected]. Inv. no. is [protected]. He asked me to give him a call on his mobile number once I received the machine. The machine arrived through courier on 28th May. I tried calling Mr Rakesh Kumar for 3 days but either his phone was switched off or he did not answer it. I then called the customer care. After 2 days an engineer came to install the machine. He tested the tds level of the water and mentioned that for a level of 300 Enhance RO+UV is not the recommended model. He mentioned that he would change the membrane of the machine. After opening the box for installation, I noticed that one of the parts was badly scratched. The engineer agreed to it and informed the same to his office and told me that the machine will be replaced by another one. Nothing has happened after that. Machine is lying in my house and I am still buying drinking water. I have made several calls to the customer care but nothing has happened. Complaint no. [protected]. To close my complaint they had sent a person to my place after 7 days who was under the impression that my machine was in use and it required servicing. I am alarmed that how can such a big brand work so inefficiently. I was about to go for Kent water purifier but one of my friends told me that Aquaguard provides very good service. I am highy disappointed with Eureka Forbes. I am a senior citizen and it seems my hard earned money Rs 15, 990 has been wasted. In parallel I tried calling the sales person Mr Rakesh Kumar but he has provided no help except of making a fool of me. It has been 3 weeks since I made the purchase of the product and it is simply lying in one corner of my house. People coming to my home see the product and ask about it and I narrate my frustration to them.

    Complaint No. 76386693, 76739936 Mob No. [protected] Have been asking for a routine maintenance of my Aqua Guard check since May 19. Senior Executives always assure that complaint will be addressed in 24-48 hrs, but NO ACTION TAKEN. Will Eureka Forbes take responsibility if me and my family suffer from any water borne diseases. 1 month is approaching from the date of my first complaint. Please take immediate action.
    Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    worst maintenance. Only assurance. No action. Think twice before buying. Rather don't buy Eureka Forbes.

      Refer to my complaint no. # 76386693 & # 76739936 Mobile No. [protected] In spite of repeated complaints since May 19, no person from Eureka Forbes has come to service my aqua guard. Senior executives keep on repeatedly telling me that service will be done in next 24-48 hrs but nothing happens. Will Eureka Forbes take responsibility if some water related diseases is struck to me and my family. Please help.

        Hi, I requested for a Eureka water Purifier Demo through Eureka website and got contact Sales person info as Ravi Gowda (Employee number 9022363). He sent one person Thanuj kumar (Not sure he is an employee of Eureka Forbes). He explained about only 1 product through the brochure he was carrying and asked me to make the advance payment of Rs 2000/- I asked for 2 days time for which he was not convinced. Later he asked Rs 100/- for Petrol conveyance claiming he will return on other day as he is running of fuel in his bike. But, till now the money was not returned. More over he was not able to clarify the questions asked related to AMC and services so, I decided to speak to Ravi gowda Later I called Ravi gowda on Monday June 9, 2014 and asked about the order placement. He asked to place the order through online and he gave his employee code and told me that the product would be delivered with in 1 day and asked me to stay in home and the installation would be completed with in 2 hrs of delivery. I ordered on June 11 made the full payment and got customer ID as [protected]. Post that the product was not delivered in a day. I called up help desk numbers and explained about my online order and other details. They said they will call me in few minutes Later another employee by name Manjunath ([protected] Mobile) contacted me and asked me to forward the online order receipt copy. He claimed he is in charge of Bellandur and HSR. After earnest attempts got the product delivered on June 13, 2014 12.30pm. Once the product is delivered another Lady from Sales office Bangalore office called me and asked through whom I ordered the product as there was a clash between the 2 Sales person on this order (Ravi gowda and Manjunath) . I explained the complete happening after which they said in 2 hrs the product would be installed. Till now no one has come for installation and Sales person Ravi gowda is not attending the calls. Manjunath is replying rudely saying that I need to get the installtion to be done through Ravi gowda as I have mentioned his employee code Bangalore helpline number[protected] is not responding to queries and asking for 1hr time. I am trying from morning but, still they keep asking for 1hr time :) I could not understand why the false commitment is given here. I got this Sales person name as Ravi gowda and his mobile number as the contact person for my location Bellandur, Bangalore from Eureka site but, still many sales person claim to be the point of contact of this location Can you speed up the installation of the product with out further delay ?

          Hi, I requested for a demo for Reviva purifier through Eureka Forbes website and a person by name Thanuj Kumar ([protected]) visited by home with few brochures. He is not an employee of Eureka Forbes but, he works under Employee Ravi gowda (Empl code 9022363). He explained about only one product and forced me to pay Rs 2000/- as advance. I told i need 2 days time to confirm the order . While leaving he asked for Rs 100/- for petrol conveyance and he is not ready to accept Rs 50/-. He told that he will return Rs 100/- but, till now he has not returned. I spoke to Ravi Gowda over phone and ordered the product online. Ravi gowda told me that the product will be delivered with in 1 day and with in 2hrs of delivery installation will be done. I ordered the product online on June 11, 2014 and there was no tracking link. After earnest attempts calling help line number got the product delivered on June 13, 2014 and till now no one called up for the installation. Sales executive Ravi Gowda is not handling the calls. Can I expect speedy response and get the product installed at the earliest ?

            Customer ID- [protected] Euraka Forbes Markerting Sale man Mr. Devaraju from Magadi main road, Bangalore. came and explained to take (Green RO)and told it will treat for both RO & UV. Complaint 1: This Green R O Purifier has not shield from top (gap on all the sides in top) fly's, mosquitoes & dust is entering to the purifier. therefore we given complaint & shown them to change the purifier. but they not changed the instrument even after calling them multiple times. Complaint No. 2: As Mr. Sales Man told that will treat for both RO & UV. But few days before we came to know that this model will treat only R O. We once again called the sales man but not giving satisfactory replay. Sir My request is to kindly change the product as per given promise by the sale person. We only want pure water treated both RO & UV without any Fly's, Mosquitoes and Dust. We hope our complaint will be seen and responded to us positively. Thanking You, Mana Builders & Developers (Y.               bought machine on 10 may 2014, on 13 may 2014 water purified by the machine taste bitter and raised compliant on the same day... no one bother to attend by complaint either through phone to give me an committment or update nor send service guy to fix the issue... after esclating in their website and sending mail a guy from t.nagar, chennai service centre called and informed me that he would send a service engineer, which i didn't accept (after esclating only they can sent ppl and i don't want to go through the pain for money paid). I send a mail to euroka forbes customer care to refund the money back... for whcih again the t.nagar chennai service centre ppl called me, requesting for an appointment... on 30 may 2014 i let them to fix the problem, to my surprise it was fixed and i was happy, but it was not long lasting happiness.. on the same day after they fixed the problem water again water tasted bitter... from 31 may 2014 i am after the customer care (both e-mail or telephone) and t.nagar chennai service centre ppl to fix the issue or refund the money... they are least bothered to contact me... shame on the company/brand/people by looting ppl they flurish, , , , i feel ashamed to talk to them anymore, but no choice for the money paid i want them to fix the issue or if the company have self esteem let them pay the money back...

                This is to bring to your notice that even after repeated complaints regarding refund of AMC amount, it has not been resolved yet. I had purchased REVIVA RO on March 3 this year. Prior to this, I had Aquaguard, Model Number S7-2000. According to the contract number 21844414, in the name of Sri Ram Mundra, wef February 25, 2013 till February 24, 2016, I paid the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) amount of Rs 3, 350 (Three thousand three hundred fifty). As I purchased a new RO this year, the due amount is still not returned. On every call, the concerned person in the office says that the issue will be resolved but it does not seem to. The experience was nothing short of an harassment to the customer.                   We have been reporting this issue for last one week, there is some problem with motor, so purifier starts leaking the water, then they replaced the motor with very old one. Mine is just less than one year old. Then again it starts leaking and it lost the auto cutoff control, so every time it was over flowing. But still no response from your service side. I just few senior managers number but no response from their side as well. Please do the needful

                    i had an AMC contract for Aquasure for 2 years. While i wanted it for one year, company folks pushed me to go for 2 years. now, it is more than an year. Absolutely ZERO service. not even once, did they come for service or to replace the candles. i would have made atleast 5-6 reminder calls to them. but NO RESPONSE. I hear that if we buy from dealer directly, this will be the response. if the company will not service such products, why the hell do they allow dealers to sell such products? i am really fed up with such a poor service. i want to go to consumer forum for legal action. can someone let me know how to proceed on this?

                      My aqua-guard (Model- Compact cartidge) is under annual maintenance contract from January'2014 for 3 years. I have paid Rs 3825/- for the above contract. Recently there was some problem with power circuit because of that machine was not getting on. After repair although power is coming to machine but water is not coming. Complaint was lodged with Gajuwaka service centre as well with the technician who is attending Ukkunagaram area acqua guard related service. But so far there is no response.                         Renewal for Service contract for our ST2000 has been done in April 2014.However, ever since the servicing on that day, we are having trouble with the machine. Finally had put in a request/complaint # 76603620 on 2nd June 2014 in the early morning. The service person "Imran" finally came around 2pm after sveral reminders and call to Poonam Aqua.He was in a hurry and checked it in a hurry, said some switch needs replacement. Suggested that we change the machine. Machine started and he left. In few mins after he left, machine again stopped working. So called him immediately. He said to contact office and tell them about the switch that needs replacement. Did that too! (i think this is his job to tell his office and get the spare parts). After waiting for a week again called up on 9th June (complaint #[protected]. Was given assurance by the helpline that someone will attend by same day. So far no calls from Poonam Aqua and also machine is still having same problem. Again made a complaint on 11th June ([protected]) with assurance that someone will attend to the issue by end-of-day. Poonam Aqua when contacted by my mom (senior citizen) was told that "we have too much work at Poonam Aqua, so contact head office". This is absolutely poor service and we are being taken for a ride by the company and their service dealer just because we have just taken the 2-year contract. Hope the un-professional attitude changes. We have an issue getting purified drinking water from this machine and this is a HUGH problem for us.

                            we had bought a aquaguard geneus from your one of the salesman vipin kumar yadav code.no 9074104 at 20 jan 2014 but till now we haven't got its orignal bill. and also we hadn't got any service after a long time of 6 months although we had called salesperson & coustmer care. from last one week we are trying to call them so they can fit it in our new home but they are not replying because of these we have to take service from private salesman.Because you are not fulfilling our needs that is why we are stopping your installment from bank & with it we are also entering a complaint in customer court .regard gopi kishan kashyap raipur chhattishghar mo.no.-[protected], [protected]

                                  I purchased Aquasure Amrit on 25th may 2013 and got 18 months extended warranty from Eureka Forbes (limited period offer). When the tap of Amrit was broken, I called their helpline [protected] and registered. Request number 76658980. When the service person fixed it and billed service charge too. I showed him the warranty card too. Still he insisted that the warranty is only for 6 months from the date of purchase. The extended warranty is directly from Eureka forbes and not form any reseller. When I reached Eureka forbes customer care again on 10th of June, they said that these details should be checked with their authorized service center JP services - [protected]. I reached them and told the same thing. JP services said that only first 6 months are covered in warranty and they asked me to register a compliant with Eureka forbes. It is a deadlock now. Eureka forbes asks me to go to JP services and JP services asks me to got to Eureka forbes. I don't know what the warranty card is worth now? Why should I pay service charge even when I'm under warranty. Are they trying to cheat customers by giving fake promises? I can send scan copy of the bill and warranty card if needed. One more thing. The service person is charging any amount he wish for a water tap. 3 months back when the same person came, he charged 200rs. (I've that bill too). When I asked Eureka forbes customer, I was told that it is 100rs. Today, he charged 125rs + 100rs Service charge. What if next time he charges 300rs?

                                    Hi We have purchased Aquaguard Enhance Green RO in November 2014 and our T-Joint has been broken. We have raised an online complaint on May 29, 2014 (Service Request Number: [protected]) with at least 10 follow up calls with customer care – we also wanted ther first service to be done. We were told that someone will come to assist us within 24-78 hours. When I spoke to supervisor of customer care after 3 days, he gave me a number of Sharad – he is in charge of services. He assured to send someone to our place. Next day a technician called and informed that he will be coming and he will be charging for service and T-Joint. We understand that we have to pay for T-Joint but first two services are free for first one year. We told the same to technician and asked if he will be giving us bills for the money her takes – he denied giving any bills. When we objected to pay without bills, no one turned up. We then called the customer care number again and got a number of Jayant who seems to be heading services for Hyderabad. He assured to send a technician and a technician came on Jun 6, 2014. To our surprise, he didn’t know how to fix a T-Joint and got the wrong one – we are not sure if it is company’s or a local made. He advised us to get rid of INR 5, 000 Jaquar Sink Mixture and go for a normal tap so the local made T-Joint works. Can I request Eureka Forbes to send good reliable technician at the earliest to solve the problem? We have a patient at home who’s not able to drink purified water at any time.                                       Hi We have purchased Aquaguard Enhanced Green RO from Eureka Forbes in November 2013 and our T-Joint is broken. I have raised a complaint on May 29, 2014 followed with at least 10 calls to all concerned. Customer Care advised me to call Sharad who is in-charge of service in Hyderabad. When called him, one technician had come who asked for money for first service - we purchased Enhanced Green RO in November 2013. When we refused to pay the money for service which is for free up to two services in one year, the technician never returned. He also mentioned that he will not give us the bill for service and T-Joint and will charge 700 INR in total. When followed up with customer care, they gave me number of Jayant and we called him and Technician came on June 7, 2014 with a wrong T-Joint - he messed up with the sink mixture of Jaquar and advised to get rid of it which is worth INR 5, 000 and go with simple tap. We don't even know if T-Joint he got was from the company. Can I request Eureka Forbes to send a genuine technician with original parts who can help replace the broken T-Joint?                                         We have Nano RO water purifier from Eureka forbes from 3-4 years.Every year we have to replace filter of this machine.Last year also the service man replaced the filter and provided a bill in which there is warranty of 1 year.Now again this year also our water purifier stopped working on 8th June.So we raised a request and the service man who came told us that the filter needs to be changed again. So I contacted the service center next day and the person told me that there won't be any replacement even if my warranty period is left for few more days.Please see attached bill.
