I requested for a Eureka water Purifier Demo through Eureka website and got contact Sales person info as Ravi Gowda (Employee number 9022363). He sent one person Thanuj kumar (Not sure he is an employee of Eureka Forbes). He explained about only 1 product through the brochure he was carrying and asked me to make the advance payment of Rs 2000/- I asked for 2 days time for which he was not convinced. Later he asked Rs 100/- for Petrol conveyance claiming he will return on other day as he is running of fuel in his bike. But, till now the money was not returned. More over he was not able to clarify the questions asked related to AMC and services so, I decided to speak to Ravi gowda
Later I called Ravi gowda on Monday June 9, 2014 and asked about the order placement.
He asked to place the order through online and he gave his employee code and told me that the product would be delivered with in 1 day and asked me to stay in home and the installation would be completed with in 2 hrs of delivery.
I ordered on June 11 made the full payment and got customer ID as [protected].
Post that the product was not delivered in a day. I called up help desk numbers and explained about my online order and other details. They said they will call me in few minutes
Later another employee by name Manjunath ([protected] Mobile) contacted me and asked me to forward the online order receipt copy. He claimed he is in charge of Bellandur and HSR.
After earnest attempts got the product delivered on June 13, 2014 12.30pm. Once the product is delivered another Lady from Sales office Bangalore office called me and asked through whom I ordered the product as there was a clash between the 2 Sales person on this order (Ravi gowda and Manjunath) . I explained the complete happening after which they said in 2 hrs the product would be installed.
Till now no one has come for installation and Sales person Ravi gowda is not attending the calls.
Manjunath is replying rudely saying that I need to get the installtion to be done through Ravi gowda as I have mentioned his employee code
Bangalore helpline number[protected] is not responding to queries and asking for 1hr time.
I am trying from morning but, still they keep asking for 1hr time :)
I could not understand why the false commitment is given here.
I got this Sales person name as Ravi gowda and his mobile number as the contact person for my location Bellandur, Bangalore from Eureka site but, still many sales person claim to be the point of contact of this location
Can you speed up the installation of the product with out further delay ?
