I owned a Aqua-sure RO+UV water purifier and this is with reference to above mentioned complaint number (Web-Complaint No- B[protected]/ Phone-Complaint No- [protected]) lodged on 07th March 2014 to their customer-care. After running from pillar to post and numerous telephonic call to their service-center and service-technician, it has not been addressed till now. On every conversation to customer-care, I was given assurance that it will be fixed by next day but to my dismay that D-day never came. I am afraid that this agony will continue until a serious action is not taken by them. I am writing with a hope that it will be addressed by the concerned responsible as earliest as possible.

With this experience, I need to state that senior management in this company are still interested in saving the dignity of this brand but employee at the lower hierarchy has no sense of commitment.
