My name is Keshav Kapoor from Faridkot Punjab 151203 I installed my cctv cameras about a year ago.It has just gone out of warranty and its recording has stopped suddenly. First of all i called on their service complaint number.they gave me my compalint number i.e.[protected] and assured me a visit within 2 days But nobody came Then i called their engineer Pawan from ludhiana [protected], who again assured me to visit within 2 days. and now its been 15 days of my complaint nad he has stopped recieving my calls. this is my worst experience and worst service quality from a private sector that I have ever recieved..Now i m looking for an alternative and legal options to deal with it.     Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that I bought an Aquasure RO – Nano model vide bill no. 9356 dated[protected] by Lamba Enterprises, G-18 B, Kalkaji Main Road, New Delhi - 110019. As per shopkeeper “Lamba Enterprises” they commit that : 1. Ro will be installed free of cost by the company engineer by very next day. 2. That 3 services will be provide free of cost after every 3 months. 3. That 2 candles will change free of cost. 4. That 1 year warranty will be provided by the Company and within warranty period, authorized service centers will repair or replace any defective part, if required, to rectify the problem. 5. The company offers warranty on this product for repairing or replacing defective parts, free of cost, against any manufacturing defects. In this regards I would like to bring your kind attention that after purchases of the above product “Aquasure RO” till date. When I contact to Dealer “M/s Lamba Enterprises”, they asked to talk to customer care at “[protected]” or “3988 3333”. They provide me another no. [protected] of service center. I would like to inform you that mobile no. [protected] provided by your dealer is not available as per mobile service provider. As well as a new no. provided by your customer care – [protected], is also not in service. I was registered a service request online and your representative (Mob No. [protected]) came to my home and he asked charges for service and cost of candle to be changed. Sir, this is my humble request to you, if free services or warranty is not in your terms, please say to dealer not to commit like this with customer, it can spoil your image/goodwill in market, if these are in your terms then please asked to customer services department, that why not provided the services as committed by your dealer.       I have lodged a request on 29.04.2014 vide request number 76106736 for service of my aquaguard water purifier. Since the product is out of warranty, i was intimated that it is chargeable and i agreed to it. But till now I have not received any call or info from you regarding my service complaint which is pending for almost a month now from your end. Very sad to note that you have no value for a customer complaint lodged. Over and above this, you are not customer friendly. YOu don't provide us to contact & escalate our complaints through you website while most of the consumer products offer this facility for their customer. If you really a friend for life like you boast in your publicity, please make your website customer friendly. Monitor whether all customer calls lodged are attended or not. Otherwise you will end up earning a bad name only because of your poor attention and worst & careless attitude towards customer complaints.

        i have a RO+UV entire membrane and filters were changed just 1 month with 4200 /- but membrane has stopped working in 20 days only and i have to complain for this every month for getting machine in working condition but problem is not being resolved permanently and we have to suffer for 3-4 days every month, pls make it as final request as i am filling complaint in consumer forum for this ...at least 20 times i have made complaint but no permanent solutieon, i have to follow every month from last 1 year. I purchased AQUAGUARD ENHANCE RO+UV in August 2013, Since that time till now May 16, 2014, no body from the service department has come for service of my aquaguard. Anyone from Eurekaforbes reading this complaint, kindly note that, your customer followup is pathetic and all working in your company are rascals. I should get 3 free service as per the commitment given by the lady which came to our house for delivery and payment collection. But nothing was fullfilled by her.

          The service personnel arrived at my house on the given time, he cleaned the filter and cleaned it. Hope the next service will be done as per the schedule. please note that you have to keep track of services to each customer. When the service is required for cleaning filter, the company itself knows better.

            We purchased Eureka Forbes water purifier AQUA SURE ELEGANT RO from LOK PLAZA Gwalior (Bill no. 25R1300035 dated 17/01/2014) and as per Dealer instruction contacted Eureka Forbes for installation of product (Request ID[protected]. After multiple reminder and 20 days after service request two people came to our home and told this product is not suitable of local environment as it is having Low TDS filter and told us that they will bring separate High TDS filter and come after one week. After one month no one came neither contacted for installation hence I raise a separate web service request also (ID 871DC58085) around 40 days before but no one contacted us regarding this. Again we contacted to customer care and explain our problem, they raise a separate complaint no ID 76278150 and told us someone will contact within 72 hrs, but after more than 15 days no response from your side. Presently we are having our product packed as new and we are drinking normal tap water even after spending Rs 12000 on water purifier.

            Multiple times I contacted Eureka Forbes customer care, no response from their side. I contacted local service center also, they also didn't shown much interest.when I raise complain on consumer complaints, my complain was solved within few days.Thanks to consumer complaints.

                  I have raised the first request pertaining to servicing of filter(Reviva) on 13th May, 2014.After that got a call from delegated agent and he asked me about the detail.As after the talk he came to know that it may require some replacement of filter parts, he started saying same is not available right now.Initially, it looked like he is ignoring but even after repeated(almost daily) follow up there is no response .Even the call center folks guided me couple of occasion to call some higher management guy by providing the cell no.Not sure, whether this job should be done by them or me but even i called them, they were none responsive.                     Hi, We have taken AMC for our Eureka Forbes RO water purifier in December 2013. But since then service has not been provided properly any time. On complaining about the service they even behaved rudely and one of our family members fell ill also due to improper water quality. Please help.

                      We have AMC contact with Eureka Forbes for our Water Filter - Reviva, although we have not satisfied with the service given by Zen enterprises, was renewed for the period 2014-15 in the month of February and assured us that the Zen enterprises had been taken over by somebody else and said we will not face any problem this year. After the first maintenance, the tap has started leaking within 2days, complain was lodged with them, but of no use, no body attended the issue and it is pending, in the first week of April it stopped filtering the water. Being summer you can imagine our situation without water filter. We have been buying water since then. Again complaint was given regarding this. An employee who attended the first maintenance came after 2 - 3 days, but was not able to detect the problem. The next day a senior person came and said that the motor is not working and has to be replaced. In front of me he talked to Mr. Vinayak and told that he will attend the problem the next day, Mr. Vinayak was calling and telling us that he will be visiting and to replace the motor, but it is almost a month that he has not turned back. He gave an explanation that he was not able to collect the motor hence the delay as the stock taking was in process at go down, On May 15, 2014 another persons reference was given (Mr. Negi) he assured that by afternoon someone will attend the issue, no one has turned nor he is picking the call. We are disappointed with the service given by Eureka Forbes and please suggest the solution for this problem.

                        Water is not getting purified. Yesterday employee from sai krupa agency name Afil Saikh code 4115 came to do servicing, he changed filter inside. Today when i started my aqua guard water didn't get filter and when called him regarding this he started shouting on me. I hope you will get me on this as soon as possible.                           I am using the Aquaguard Nova water purifier for the last 15 years .My AMC contract number is 21944830. On 13 May 14 i had registered a complaint thru the customer care for Non functional of my purifier. my complaint no is 76305583.I have been regularly giving calls to the customer care since 14 May and every time they say that the complaint is under process and will be attended in two working days time. On 15 may again I reminded them three to four times and every time they promised that by end of the day it will be attended. After being fed up waiting and giving repeated reminder I asked for the service centre (Franchise) number to which the complaint has been forwarded locally in Pune.They gave the Mobile No [protected] of Singarh Aqua Enterprises.On contacting them they said that they received the service request on 13 may and on that very day they had said that they will not being giving service in my area and the same had been informed. They gave me the Mobile no of Mr Yogesh [protected] who they said was the area manager of Pune and he will tell which Franchise in Pune will provide the Service. On 16 May I contacted him and explained him the details of the complaint, the problem and requested an immediate requirement to attend the complaint as we were facing extreme difficulty consuming normal water for the past three days, he very casually replied that it will be attended the next day . The casual approach and the non committal attitude adopted by your company and your company / personal was very discouraging. It is just not digestible that in a metro city like Pune and with a Company like Eureka Forbes the service request/complaints are attended in such a poor manner .It makes me rethink my belief and faith in continuing using the company products in future.

                                This is to inform you that I had purchased an Aquasure Amrit water filter from Vijay Sales, Kalyan on 14 July 2013.This equipment started giving trouble from the beginning itself.Same has been rectified by your technician on 3 occasions, but the problem (water filters down drop by drop after many seconds gap) still persists. I have been using it with great difficulty and presently a new cartridge was replaced, but the problem continues and lodges a complaint with your service department on 14 May 2014 (request number:[protected] and cust id:[protected]) View above please advice, if I have made a wrong choice in selecting a good water filter? Should I have opted for Pure it as compared to the brand name (Aquaguard) I opted for? And please send a good technician and solve the problem permanently.

                                  I have Aquaguard Nova in my house from more than 7-8 yrs. and it is under A.M.C with Aquaguard company from many years. I made a complaint to customer care([protected]) on[protected] regarding non functioning of our Aquaguard. Nobody came for 4 days. On[protected] I contacted local service person([protected]).No response except promise to send technician. Again on 105-2014 I contacted the same person who informed that the technician is on the way. Finally after using your Aquagurd we came to know that all this show is only to collect money from customers and for service to the collected money for A.M.C. The same thing s happening to our 3 aquaguards in Govt. Regl. Eye Hospital, Visakhapatnam, where I am the Superintendent.Every time we are suffering to make number of calls to your C.C with no response for weeks. If you cannot give service to supplied units better change your c.care name as customer harassment center. PL. RESPOND IF YOU CAN THINK.                                   Thank you for your response.But I am sure the same thing repeats every time when we need service.Finally I got it rectified after 20 phone calls and online complaint.-Dr.VVLNRao
                                  I made a complaint on[protected] regarding Switch not working on my inova aquaguard water purifier. Even after several calls to the customer care, to the local service agent and to their area service head, my problem remains unsloved even after 14 days.
                                  Extremely dissatisfied with their service. Will never advice aquaguard to any one.

                                    I had purchased Aquaguard DUO model In may 2013. An AMC taken on 3rd May, 2014 and on next day the company representative came and changed its candles under AMC. (Contract Receipt no.[protected]. However after a day, the aquaguard stopped functioning. The representative came after two days and declared its PCB is not working. We constantly followed up with their representative and on 14th May, their representative came and declared it is not PCB but Adaptor not working. I am using Eureka Forbes since years. But now their deteriorating service response is putting a question mark on their serviceability and quality. I need somebody senior from company to atleast approach us.

                                      I have Register so many complaint. But no one is coming for the Service. When asked customer care for Manger Number. No one is there. Neither they give number. This is third time i am facing the problem. I am forced to register Ploice complaint for the same. Please take the machine back & give us the money.

                                      Coportae office sucks to core. No one is picking the call.

                                      I am calling up to Incharge Venkatchalam he is not picking my Call. His No [protected] .

                                      Ask him he got all my details.

                                      I have called up even Chennai Head . He is calling to Venkatachal and informing. But he is not sending anyone.
                                      I have informed to give back my AMC Money. Or Legal action will be taken against your Company and executive.
                                      Venkatachamal has confirmed that he will give the AMC money Back. If not given tomom. let see. Because you never do what you guys say.
                                      Still he has not refunded my money ???

                                        My product is just over a year old. Most surprising factor is that i just submitted an enquiry over email and there was this salesman at my doorstep with the product ready to be installed. Though i doubted the newness of the product the salesman assured me it was a brand new piece. We were really in need of pure drinking water and my experience with eureka forbes had been good for last 10 years. So i decided to get the product installed. But just over a yearand the product has stopped working two times. The first time we were told the "pcb" had to be replaced and we had to cough up rs.1000. They were asking to pay rs.8000 for a three year amc!!! Which of course we did not pay. Now the product has stopped working again. We now drink boiling water as the after sales service is as good as not there-- unless maybe i pay rs.8000 (For which they follow you like mad) after paying over rs.13000 for pure drinking water, here i am boiling water and wasting fuel for the same.
