I had raised a service request regarding filter change of Aquaguard, Classic, Water purifier vide the above mentioned request number on 27.05.2014.The customer representative had assured me that the same shall be rectified on the same day.However no action initiated till date .
On Telephone call to Mr Venkatachalam, Mob.No [protected], local representative of Aquaguard, Chennai Area about the problem, the concerned representative kept dodging me stating that the technician is on the way to undertake the defect.Till date no one has turned up.
It is also pertinant to mention that the after sales service support by Eureka Forbes is very poor, because whenever problem happens with the water purifier, post receipt of complaint, they dont take action to rectify the same with in the promised schedule .
In such situation, customer dont have any other option but forced to buy alternate water purifier .
Hope this grievance of mine is seen with the concerned person of the firm, who can take neccessary action to avoid such instances to others.
