My name is himanshu rathore ...I book aquaguard enhance ro under scheme of 500 rs per month...I book this product by my mother name jyoti rathore..And give all the cheques and do all the formalities related to scheme ...They told me that product will deleivered next day of first cheque clear of down payment of rs 3500...My cheque is cleared on 16/04/2014...But still they didnot deleiverd me any product aut neither give me any receipt...I m totally exhaust ..I reguarly talking to their marketing executives but they fool around me...I also talked to their senior person also but will not response me properly...Plzz take necessary action...My contact no is [protected]...

    i brought a eurekha forbea vaccum cleaner and as a promotional offer i got a scrach card in which i got a provogue wrist watch jus to claim my gift i did a lots of efforts registering on click2redeem.com and sending them the original scrach card with invoice copy and a AT PAR cheque of rs100 towards countrywide networks pvt ltd. and in return i got a duplicate provogue watch which is worth rs 100 and that can be easily available on footpaths i checked the manufacturers website too and there was no model at all which i got . such a branded company doing cheating with customers i am really feeling cheated and if there will be no solution i will file a case in consumer court really i am feeling cheated and mently harrased :-(

    i availed this offer as a holi scheme in form of scrach card with assured gift either provogue watch or fire guard in scrach card i was given i got watch while scratch and that i got after sending documents to CNPL and that was a duplicate n cheap quality not a ptovogue watch

    Why did you cheat me...?
    Recently I purchased a vacuum cleaner for which a gift coupon was handed over to me and it had details of Provogue watch. After lots of hazzles in getting the gift coupon couriered to countrywide shopping, the Provogue watch as mentioned in Eureka Forbes Gift coupon is nothing but a watch sold on the roadside. I am planning to take it consumer redressal forum for making false promises and selling the vacuum cleaner. Similar complaint has been put up by another customer also in the same forum. This is nothing but well planned cheating.

      I bought eureka forbes reviva and beginning itself i enable AMC, this year my AMC covered from 25.04.2013 to 24.04.2014 in which any product was damaged that should be replace with your cost, that on 18.04.2014 service man visited and told that the catridge should be replace, hence i ask to replace under AMC, but he said that the AMC is terminated on last month and he further said that at the end of AMC Period, they can't replace the catridge and he insist me to renew the AMC for next year and then he will replace the catridges, this act of the eureka subordinates shows that deficiency of service and not providing the service hired by me My email is [protected]@gmail.com

        I have Eureka Forbes Enhance UV water purifier. I want to do AMC and change the cartridge. Your service engineer visited 3 times but all the times he came with non-sealed cartridge. Also manufacturing date was not mentioned on cartridge.So, I was not able to do AMC on time and not able to change the cartridge. I am really not expecting such a service from Eureka Forbes. So, please take immediate action and fulfil my requirement. I am not going to compromise with drinking water. Day by day my trust on you is decreasing. My contact number is [protected]

          Dear Concerned Eureka Forbes authority, I've been using eureka forbes water purifier appliances for more than a decade now, so you would perhaps not be surprised when I write about the kind of pathetic service provided by your service wing. I had bought a Eureka Forbes crystal model back in 2007. Talking about the numerous occasions on which the appliance completely stalled and the time taken by your service providers to fix the machine ( if at all it was fixed) would bear no fruit to alleviate my current predicaments, so I would like to tell you about my present grievance. On 1 Jan 2013 I had signed up for a service agreement for 3 years from 2 Jan 2013 to 1 Jan 2016. The receipt number for the same is 21680849 and the contract was made by a certain, Satish Gawde, a Eureka Forbes Employee operating in the Kandiwali(E), Lokhandwala Complex region (or so he says). Last week on 9th April 2014, my machine completely stopped working for which I lodged a complaint ( Complaint Number:[protected]. After getting the assurance that the matter will be fixed in 2 days, I had to call up the person who made the contract (Satish Gawde) on the 3rd day after no response at all. He further delegated the issue and asked us to contact a certain Manoj (another Eureka Forbes worker ) who further assured that the matter would be resolved in the next 2 days. After patiently drinking tap water for the next 3 days, and no action whatsoever, I called back Manoj only to hear incessant ringing of the phone, but no one picking up the cell phone. Its been 7 days now, since the appliance has completely stalled, and during which time we are managing with tap water/boiled water, still (foolishly) pinning our hopes, that someone from Eureka Forbes might revert back and resolve the issue ASAP. Besides this, since the time the contract was signed last year on January, there hasn't been a single occasion on which someone from Eureka Forbes has bothered to visit us for the routine services ( like filter cleaning/replacing) that the contract entitles them to do. I request you to not enter into contracts with your customers, if you do not have the sufficient resources to follow through the commitments, that is required as per the contract. Please help maintain, if not improve Eureka Forbes already tarnished and degraded image, as far as its customer servicing division is concerned. I'd like to urge you to look into the matter and take appropriate action in a time bound manner, but that would be rhetorical, given my personal experience, wouldn't it ?           I truly appreciate the prompt reply by your team.
          I would like to bring to your notice that a Eureka Forbes service person visited my house and fixed the appliance, which seems to be working fine now.
          I would like to thank you for taking the required steps to resolve the problem in a timely manner !

          I hope the service contract I signed for three years would entail visits from a Eureka Forbes service provider, within appropriate time intervals which was so far not done at all !

          Once again I thank you for speeding things up to fix my stalled machine and I too would certainly look forward to a long term relationship with Eureka Forbes, provided such levels of customer service is maintained and implemented.

            Dear CustomerCare Management Team, This is with respect to the request raised on 9th of April - and my request number is 89457549. This was raised through the customer care number - [protected] Technician cald me on 10th April for dismantling the product, but failed to visit my house even after several calls. I tried reaching the technician on his mobile number+91 [protected] but there was no response. There was no courtesy from the customer care team to call back me and update over the requests. Such a pathetic service i never expected from Eureka forbes. Today is 15th April and my request is still in "unattended" mode. I don't even have any belief if there will be any action going to be taken even after this escalation mail. -- Vijay

            Thanks for the immediate response.
            Could you please let us know by when i can expect the call from your team executive?

            Remember, we have moved to a new flat and location within Bangalore and the container and pipe connection of the water purifier is still residing at our old rental house. And i need to request my previous owner for his availability too so that we can get access to the old rental house.

            I can't spare 400 bugs for buying the new container and pipe connection from eureka. I have had enough of such payments towards Eureka.

            I want the job to be done latest by tomorrow - instead of such kind of sympathetic mail ping-pongs.

            What is the problem?? Its such a pathetic and disgusting service which i never expected. Why should one has to go for buying products from your end? if this is the kind of service you are giving to your customers? Arent you ashamed of this kind of service?

            Please reply over the status or else i will throw out your product out of my house.

              Dear Sir/Madam, I am siddu and I have ordered the Enhance RO Water purifier unit on 06/04/14 Sunday and the sales person confirmed unit will be get you next day i.e, Monday (07/04/14) but till now I have not received and I have given payment also the same day, And continuously called to sales executive & manager three days they have not picked up my cal and I raised complaint to Eureka forbes even they have confirmed within 24 working hrs I ll be get the unit, but till not they are making fake/wrong promised to customers, even though not getting firm confirmation from them, could you pls suggest for next action on them

                Hi, Since when I transferred to Mumbai facing lot of problem with Eureka Forbes service and this time its height making customer feels like they have done some mistake getting transferred to Mumbai. Pathetic Customer Service and most important Rude Branch Manager. On, 12th Apr, 2014 I gave a request to customer care for changing my filter as I am in a contract service for 2 years. Service request number 75870718. Contract Receipt: 21985399. Contract period: 27th May, 2103 to 26th May, 2015. A service engineer came (Naveen Kumar) and he said we can’t change the filter and it can be changed only after one year. I asked why and he does not have any reply. After asking lot many times he said call the Branch manager, as I can’t do ant thing. So, I called by SK Enterprises the Brach of Eureka Forbs in Airoli, Navi Mumbai[protected]. I tell you he is such a rude manager and he does not how to speak to the customer. His name is Shrikant Gauda, phone no [protected]. He said this is my policy and we can’t change the filter before 1 year. I said as per the contract it written that I can do the replacement per year and it can be any time as it was not mentioned anywhere in the contract that the changes can’t be done within one year. So, he got adamant and said we work as out policy and not as per Eureka policy and you have to go as per that only. I started shouting and keep asking why this can’t be changed as nowhere in the contract it mentioned. You justify the reason I will accept it but he does not have any answer apart from this is my policy and he disconnected the phone. Then I called up customer care to launch a complain about his behavior and I spoke to Sampada from the verification department. In first instance the call got disconnected and I was waiting for her to call me back for half an hour but she never called back. So, I called up again and asked for her. She promised and confirmed me that I will get a call from a senior within 15 minutes but I did not got a call till now. I am shocked to see the service of Eureka is going down now a days and dipping its name in the market because of this kind o[censored]seless branch manager and verification department.                   this is regarding complain number 75817314 which was booked on 8 April 2014 for the acquaguar aro reviva model servicing as the device is not working. The model is in annual AMC extended contract and still no one has turned up to repair the device. I see the worst service of Eureka forbes.I had called many times to the call center and I keep on hearing that the service technician will visit this day or that day.but no one turns up and from 4 days we are using the bottle water inspite of having the filter. Is this why the people will buy the acquaguard? Why will not the people go for anyother model or make if such pathetic is the service of Eureka Forbes. Last time too when there was a service call the technician did not show up soon and we kept on calling the customer care center and after some days some technnician turned up .And that is asking us to pay some amount even though we had taken the AMC contract.Why he asked us money because our house is bit far he said? He had taken Rs 200 for the same last time and said that if there is any service needed in future then you can call me directly to his mobile number. So I remembered that guy and callled this time too as he had promised that he will come for the repair whenever we call him. But to surprise found that he was a cheater, he is saying that you book a request and somebody will be alloted to visit for repair.He forgot I think that one day he had taken Rs200 and had promised us something.This clearly says the type people working for eureka forbes.

                      We had complained to the company under complain no. 75849529, the person came and informed us that the part is not available with the company. If the reply from the company is like that, then why is the company selling the product in the market, The guy told us that we should change our water purifier from the non electric one to the electric purifier of the company.

                        I have a RO-UV filter made by Eureka Forbes. After one year o[censored]se, the handle broke off. My machine is under AMC contract. Even after four days of repeated call, none bothered to attend my complaint. My complaint number is 75816745. I am buying 500 Rs. water everday, in this unbearable chennai heat. Shame on a company who makes false promises to its customer. I shall never buy any product of this unethical company ever again. They are cheats.

                          This is to inform you that, I had a worst experience with Aqua guard Ro, which is from Eureka Forbes, my motor went bad for which the sales representative from aqua guard, came to my place his name is ( Akhilesh - [protected] ) who said it can be replaced once you go for 2 yr contract which I did, after that he changed the membrane & motor went, later after few days found that the water is bitter in taste, for which I again called him, he stated that the water supply has changed in your location earlier it was from MCD now it is from soniya vihar, when I was staying at Triveni apt flat number- c-421, seikh sarai-1, new delhi -110017, so he said that we have used a less TDS membrane, if you want the good taste of water will have to change the membrane again and your next year membrane will be consumed, which I was suppose to change in 2015, I shifted to Noida there the water is salty he said shifting Noida will give you nice water as TDS is low there, but he made fool of me, I spoke to his Manager Naveen ( [protected] ) who is also involved with the conspiracy, I can take this issue to any level till the time my issue is resolved.

                            Eureka Forbes is the most pathetic service provider. We did the renewal of our contract for 3years for AMC on Oct 2013. So now it was time to change the cartridge of the Aqua guard compact. I called the call centre and gave the request (request no.[protected] on 27th March 2014. After that again I called on 2nd April 2014 (request no. [protected]) still no response from them. No engineer has still come to attend the call at our place. The most ridiculous thing is they have asked me to call Mr. Jayant Wadikar (mobile no. [protected]) and have asked me to followup for the service with this person. But this person never answers the call. I have called him almost 4 days but not even once he has answered my call. Then I called on Saturday (5th April) request no. [protected], but no one still gave me a call back. Today again I called to check as when the engineer will come (request no. [protected]) but still no response from then. the female and the call center keeps telling me the same statement, that I will get the call from the service team soon. So the conclusion is that Eureka Forbes is the most pathetic service provide. Please do not buy their products, they are inefficient to give proper service. I am suffering a lot because of them. They do not have a perfect after sales service system. They have pathetic call centers, where the people keep saying that you will get the call soon. They don’t know wven to talk in proper language. I am going to lodge a complaint on Consumer Cell for making fool of people and taking money for AMC and not providing the right service. Regards, Pallavi

                              Hello Sir / Madam, I bought Aquagaurd Enhance RO water purifier before 10 days. I used one day only. Then the water was very bitter. Then I did a complaint to your customer care. The complaint no. was 75599251. After One week your service man came and changed to low tds membrane. I used one hour only. Again before 3 days, the purifier did not work. Again I made a complaint. The complaint no. is 75801038. Still now, any service man did not come and the problem was not solved. Why do you do like this? I have a good impression on Eureka Forbes. But the confident is going to reduce, because of your poor approach and service. Please take my problem as severe and solve it as soon possible. If the purifier is no good condition, please change it to new one. Thank you.                                 I own a Aqua guard Nova & my request No [protected] dated 31st March is still unattended in spite of my several reminders. I am under Service Contract for 3 years. Have been calling the Help desk almost everyday & is always promised a technician but nobody turns up by the end of the day. Kindly attend immediately or cancel the service contract and return my money.

                                  I am resident of Mumbai and I have taken yearly service contract for my Aquaguard. On 29th Mar I have registered complaint for service but no one got back till 1st Apr...then again called back customer care to check status...they registered new complaint and gave me regional head number...called him 3-4 times..always he tell by today end of day your work will be done but no action. Till 8th Apr I have registered 4 complaints[protected], 75740434, 75788255,[protected] and no one got back from Eureka Forbes. They are just bothered of taking money for service in advance then providing services. Take service contract from Eureka Forbes only if you have extra money and time to follow up.

                                    I am a resident of Kalyan West (Tilak Chowk Area), Mumbai. I had registered a complaint on 31st on march 2014 for i-nova water purifier which is under a yearly maintenance contract and the complaint number for the same being[protected]. However, the technician attended to analyse the problem and reported that he shall be coming the very next day to replace the transformer which he noticed was burnt. However, it is still unattended despite of bringing it to the notice of company 2-3 times since then.

                                      I am keep on calling the customer care no-[protected] from friday that is 4-4-14 about asking for aqua sure extra refill filter cartridge one top and another middle filter and a tap they taken my complaint and my no-[protected] and they not sent any sms about my request and they told within 24 hrs company rep will call me and am waited till that time and i again called on saturday that is 5-4-14 and they told within 7 pm their rep will call me and nobody called and that no i gave on top is not toll free is costing me about Rs-10 every time i call because everybody will be busy by the time i get connected it will be like 10mins min and what these people running the company or bull i want to know if they are not able to provide service why the hell these people selling their product and i think this is a third grade company because these people selling product and not providing the spares because to purchase new one to make profit and they wont give spares to local dealers also then what these people doing out there
