I had requested to repair the aquaguard of Eureka Forbes which is under service contract on 1-6-2014. Complaint no given by call center is 76599019. I had spoken to call center executives at no. of times on 2-6-2014 and requested to send the person to repair the aquagaurd. Despite promising to repair within one day, no action is taken by them till 2010 hrs of 2-6-2014. We are facing lot of hardship due to inaction by Eureka Forbes for essential commodity- WATER

    I have an installation of Aquaguard RO green water purifier worth 15 K. The service is due and the outlet/ tap handleIis broken..N idea if the water we are collecting by opening the lid of the purifier is actually pure or not.. Have a small kid at home too.I have been trying to get in touch with the customer service team of aquaguard water purifier from past 20 days.The only reply from the automated reply centre is " is waqt hamaare sabhi karyakarti wyasth hai" ( all customer care personals are busy) and if by chance one of them picks up they would just end up giving a complaint number and say that they would rectify the problem within 24 hrs... and that never happened. This group has the worst service I have ever come across. complaint no: [protected],

      Dear Sir, I have complain so many times in customer care department but no one come to repair my Aquaguard, from Jaunary 2014 my Aquaguard is not working. On 26 Aug I have change my filter after within a few months my Aquaguard stop working. I personaly call that executive so many time but that did't come at home and now they are not picking my phone. Details are - Service Request no. :76189589, Product : Aquaguard Water purifier Model : SENSA model RO+UV, AMC contract date : 26 Aug 2013 AMC, contract expire date : 26 Aug 2014, AMC contract amt Paid : Rs- 4, 510/- for 1 year contract. 2nd time complain on 4th May 2014.       Dear Sir, Still I am facing the problem, my aquaguard still not working. On 3rd june I was again complain (new service request no.[protected] but no response I get from their side, So many times I personally call that executive but they didn’t response on my call. On yesterday when I was told them I will do complain in consumer forum they only they come yesterday evening Mr. Mahalingeshwara /Mr. Janardhan mobile no. [protected], but they are not able to understand the problem, they don’t know how to resolve the problem. If there are not able to resolve our problem, then they have to replace our Aquaguard or refund full amount including AMC charges. From January we are facing the same problem but still it not solve. Sir please takes a strict action against the Eura forbes company. Sir also refers old service request no. 76189589.

        We have purchased an Aquaguard long back and we have having vacume cleaner of your company and got AMC for the appliances, contract receipt no.[protected] . But for the past few month both are not working property, we have contacted number of times to our local office at Kakinada simply they take the complaint . We were given phone numbers of Mr. Bhaskara rao & Mr. Vijay. But no body responds to our complaint. .

            Red light flash is coming while running the machine.

            Water taste is not good.
            water purifier is not working and water taste also not good.
            Hi,

            I have purchased water purifier (Aquaguard Magna) a month ago and it stopped working suddenly.
            I had logged request 6 days back and following up daily with the customer care but there is no action taken place.
            Every day customer care agent says "Sir, please give us today's time" but there is no response.

            I am really frustrated now and going to purchase new one from Kent (where seems to be very good service). I wanted to return this product.
            Please guide me how to deal with it.

                    I had raised a service request regarding filter change of Aquaguard, Classic, Water purifier vide the above mentioned request number on 27.05.2014.The customer representative had assured me that the same shall be rectified on the same day.However no action initiated till date . On Telephone call to Mr Venkatachalam, Mob.No [protected], local representative of Aquaguard, Chennai Area about the problem, the concerned representative kept dodging me stating that the technician is on the way to undertake the defect.Till date no one has turned up. It is also pertinant to mention that the after sales service support by Eureka Forbes is very poor, because whenever problem happens with the water purifier, post receipt of complaint, they dont take action to rectify the same with in the promised schedule . In such situation, customer dont have any other option but forced to buy alternate water purifier . Hope this grievance of mine is seen with the concerned person of the firm, who can take neccessary action to avoid such instances to others. Regards Vinod

                            I have purchased Eureka Forbes Water Purifier RO on[protected]. Exactly after one day of warranty expiration the water tap is broken while taking water. It seems a very poor quality of tap not even worth of 50 Rs compared to market. I called up a Customer care guy and gave the details of date of purchase and details of product. He promised that tap can be replaced with free of cost. The service guy came with plastic tap and after replacement he is charging 250 Rs for tap and Service charge of 470 Rs. The fitting of tap is simple and only one to screw to replace it. It seems very idiotic to pay 450 to unscrew a singe screw and replace a tap. The quality of tap is also very poor and is broken in one year for the worth of product Rs 14000. Eureka Forbes is cheating the people with by using cheap quality of material and charging huge amount for them. People be aware of with this kind of products in the market.

                                Hello, I have purchased two Compact Water Purifier of Aquaguard from Eureka Forbes – Ahmedabad office two and half months ago. It was told me by your salesman Atit (Mo. No.#: [protected]) that I will receive Bill and Cover within 5 days. After 10 days I started taking follow up for the Bills and Covers, at that time he told me that I will receive in few days.. Month passed after that he stopped taking my call and he was not responding to my messages. So after two months I called at Ahmedabad branch[protected] and Branch Manager – Prashant Patel ([protected]). Prashant told me that I will receive Bills and Covers within two days.. Now 21 days has been passed then I started log a request ([protected]) in Eureka Forbes website . Again No Response at all. I had escalated to third Step in request on your website. I am frustrated now. If it takes more than two – three months to receive bills then how can I expect that we will get service on time? Also I went through different Consumercourt forums and then got to know there are thousands of complaints registered against your company services. Thought I should not have purchased your item. It could have been better to purchase other company’s water purifier. I am thinking to go Consumer Court to file a case against your service.                                 Hi EUREKA FORBES TEAM,

                                Myself ASOK CHANDRA (Ph No-[protected]), I am a running
                                customer experiencing EUREKA FORBES Acuagurd Water Filter, INOVA model and I
                                have been accepting your Annual Maintenance Contract for 3 years. Last 1 and ½ months
                                my experience on EUREKA FORBES service is very much embracing and irritating
                                since I had faced different type of problem regarding on my Acuagurd Water Filter.
                                That machine has been undergoing different types of problem but your
                                representative is every time unsuccessful to mitigate that kind of problem and can’t
                                make my machine running smoothly. Now a days your representative is not attending
                                my problem as well. I made several complain against several problems but Net
                                result is totally zero.

                                I would like to bring my summarize problem to your notice.
                                Please find below list of problems

                                1.
                                Continuous water leakage

                                2.
                                Action button( to start and stop button) is not
                                working

                                3.
                                Signal
                                light which is indicating the operation, is not blinking as a result it is not
                                indicating.

                                Please let me know what I will suppose to do, am I leave the
                                last hope to resolve my problem and move to the different vendor?

                                  Dear sir, this is to inform you that i purchased a water purifier from KALRA REFERIGERATION AND ELECTRICALS sanjay gandhi market, Bmc chowk jalandhar. After making complete payment of rs 7999..inspite of repeated tele conv with the dealer to install the produvt on priority he has failed to do it and has only given false assurances.This only gives a very negative approach of your company and an unprofessional working cultire. Please direct the dealer to install the product on top priority as this is causing me mental anguish and iwill be constriained to return the product and recover the cost..This experience would make me think twice before buying your companyy product again..please also do not compel me to approach the consumer court for deficiency in serves..please also refrain such unprofessional dealer from selling your product who are causing so much of damage to your hard earned reputation

                                    I bought a new Aquaguard on 3rd of May 2014. The representative who came to my house to mount it on the wall, told me that there is an issue with the PCB. And said he would return back with a new one. He returned back after a week and tried replacing it but the PCB he had brought was a wrong one. Since then I have been raising service requests on the eureka forbes poratal, i have been calling the customer care. the only result that i am getting is pure fraustation not water. It's really a sad thing. The way they advertise and they way they treat their customers are completely different. I wish not to go for any product fro eureka forbes in future.                                       I have been trying to get service done for my aqua guard water purifier (under valid AMC) for last one month. One Mr. Subhash (phone: [protected]) was assigned for service (by Eureka Forbes online customer care). However, Mr. Subhash has been making me go in circles for last one month. He says he is coming with in half and hour and does not turn up. I am unable to get service done by others, as they say, since he is assigned the job, he should do it. Whatever may be the case, my service is not done. Countless hours wasted in complaining to local authorities, online complaint registered in Eureka forbes website (compliant number EOA7864598). The fact that on a busy working day in office, i am taking out time to register this compliant shows how irritated i am.

                                        We bought a new aquaguard in Nov, 13.
                                        Old aquaguard was exchanged and AMC amount for old aquaguard was to be refunded.

                                        It has been 9 months now. After innumerable followups with Mr. R.K. Pandey of Gurgaon office, we have not yet receieved the money.


                                        He is always ready with some stupid reason that accountant is on leave, or something else.


                                        Need some help in this matter.
