Since the day of installation of Water purifier installed at my premises is not working. And technical team is unable to solve issues. We regret to inform you that Company has neither given us authentic product nor taken pain to repair/replace it. Product is gone out of service twice in last six months and despite of giving regular complains to sales and service personal they are not taking pain to repair/replace our product. Even they are not giving us satisfactory reply during complain follow up since last 15 days (if you required I can provide you my call details).       I have purchased Eureka Forbes Water Purifier RO on[protected]. Exactly after one day of warranty expiration the water tap is broken while taking water. It seems a very poor quality of tap not even worth of 50 Rs compared to market. I called up a Customer care guy and gave the details of date of purchase and details of product. He promised that tap can be replaced with free of cost. The service guy came with plastic tap and after replacement he is charging 250 Rs for tap and Service charge of 470 Rs. The fitting of tap is simple and only one to screw to replace it. It seems very idiotic to pay 450 to unscrew a singe screw and replace a tap. The quality of tap is also very poor and is broken in one year for the worth of product Rs 14000. Eureka Forbes is cheating the people with by using cheap quality of material and charging huge amount for them. People be aware of with this kind of products in the market.

      Poor quality of product and higher charges for simple service. It is there responsibility to replace the damaged product but they are charging huge amount for it.

          Hello, I have purchased two Compact Water Purifier of Aquaguard from Eureka Forbes – Ahmedabad office two and half months ago. It was told me by your salesman Atit (Mo. No.#: [protected]) that I will receive Bill and Cover within 5 days. After 10 days I started taking follow up for the Bills and Covers, at that time he told me that I will receive in few days.. Month passed after that he stopped taking my call and he was not responding to my messages. So after two months I called at Ahmedabad branch[protected] and Branch Manager – Prashant Patel ([protected]). Prashant told me that I will receive Bills and Covers within two days.. Now 21 days has been passed then I started log a request ([protected]) in Eureka Forbes website . Again No Response at all. I had escalated to third Step in request on your website. I am frustrated now. If it takes more than two – three months to receive bills then how can I expect that we will get service on time? Also I went through different Consumercourt forums and then got to know there are thousands of complaints registered against your company services. Thought I should not have purchased your item. It could have been better to purchase other company’s water purifier. I am thinking to go Consumer Court to file a case against your service.           Hi EUREKA FORBES TEAM,

          customer experiencing EUREKA FORBES Acuagurd Water Filter, INOVA model and I

            Dear sir, this is to inform you that i purchased a water purifier from KALRA REFERIGERATION AND ELECTRICALS sanjay gandhi market, Bmc chowk jalandhar. After making complete payment of rs 7999..inspite of repeated tele conv with the dealer to install the produvt on priority he has failed to do it and has only given false assurances.This only gives a very negative approach of your company and an unprofessional working cultire. Please direct the dealer to install the product on top priority as this is causing me mental anguish and iwill be constriained to return the product and recover the cost..This experience would make me think twice before buying your companyy product again..please also do not compel me to approach the consumer court for deficiency in serves..please also refrain such unprofessional dealer from selling your product who are causing so much of damage to your hard earned reputation

              I bought a new Aquaguard on 3rd of May 2014. The representative who came to my house to mount it on the wall, told me that there is an issue with the PCB. And said he would return back with a new one. He returned back after a week and tried replacing it but the PCB he had brought was a wrong one. Since then I have been raising service requests on the eureka forbes poratal, i have been calling the customer care. the only result that i am getting is pure fraustation not water. It's really a sad thing. The way they advertise and they way they treat their customers are completely different. I wish not to go for any product fro eureka forbes in future.                 I have been trying to get service done for my aqua guard water purifier (under valid AMC) for last one month. One Mr. Subhash (phone: [protected]) was assigned for service (by Eureka Forbes online customer care). However, Mr. Subhash has been making me go in circles for last one month. He says he is coming with in half and hour and does not turn up. I am unable to get service done by others, as they say, since he is assigned the job, he should do it. Whatever may be the case, my service is not done. Countless hours wasted in complaining to local authorities, online complaint registered in Eureka forbes website (compliant number EOA7864598). The fact that on a busy working day in office, i am taking out time to register this compliant shows how irritated i am.

                  We bought a new aquaguard in Nov, 13.
                  Old aquaguard was exchanged and AMC amount for old aquaguard was to be refunded.

                  It has been 9 months now. After innumerable followups with Mr. R.K. Pandey of Gurgaon office, we have not yet receieved the money.


                  He is always ready with some stupid reason that accountant is on leave, or something else.


                  Need some help in this matter.

                    Dear sir,

                    I have purchased eurovigil smart record 4 channel dvr and xc25r01s ir hr col camera 54 otvl 20mts under the customer id 422378 on 29.4.2014 which was installed with single camera immediately. Subsequently it was decided to get 2 more cameras installed.

                    I was promised by the eurovigil staff mr mahesh pandey that he will get the entire wiring and installation of cameras done on saturday i.E on 24/5/2014 hence, i came in the afternoon after taking concession from the office. Since, he came along with mr patel an electrician who said this work could not be done today. He also told to mr mahesh pandey that he came to take measure and has to get material for the same,

                    Mr mahesh pandey, assured the job would be completed on sunday 25/05/2014 @11 a.M in his presence. The electrician did his job but mr pandey did not turn up, on calling up to inquire about his absence he replied that he was attending a wedding function and rudely replied that he is not 24 *7 worker of the company.

                    I called, mr sanjay choulkar, the territory head, who had initially come for taking the order for the eurovigil, he also assured me for getting the job done but nothing has been done as yet

                    I have left my office work on saturday and your office staff has not kept up with the promise on both the days i.E saturday as well as sunday.

                    Kindly get the work completed immediately as the purpose of getting the eurovigil stands defeated as the nearby buildings have been demolished for redevelopment and our house has become remote.

                    A strict action against your team needs to be taken, which goes without saying.

                      i register my complaint on[protected] complaint no. [protected]. I have manual purifier (photo enclosed). Your executive visit our home and said the parts of this purifier are not available.He click the picture of our purifier and said he will order the parts in the company and provide us when it will be available.Now all most 15 days gone no response from your side and your executive said the parts are not available.

                      Last time around six months back when i register same complaint that time also i not get the parts, then i purchased the parts from the grey market with difficulty.

                      Now i want to Know from the Eureka Forbes if your company don't have parts of manual purifier how a small person like me imagine to buy a expensive product of your company may be you don't have the products of expensive product too.

                      The response from Eureka Forbes is Disgusting. I never buy products of your company in future. I also told others not to buy.

I have manual purifier (photo enclosed), a executive from your company visit our home and said that the parts of this purifier are not available, he click the picture of our purifier and said he will order the parts in the company and provide us when it will be available.                         I bought Aqua Guard Enhance UV from Eureka Forbes. I ordered online and next day itself their sales guy visited and collected money. But they were quick only in collecting the money, after few days they came to install the product. It required extra motor, and so the installation for not complete. After so many days of customer care calls, they finally installed the product(though they charged for the motor on first visit itself). Within one month, it started giving problem. Again, after so many days one guy visited, and told it requires technical assistance and he will send another guy. That’s all, it is more than 3 months! Endless customer care calls and escalations on their portal, but they don’t have the manners to revert back. I regret going for their product. I give ZERO point for their technical support.

                        They will allure with extended warranty. Never go for that. Once they get amount, their response will be again pathetic.
                        As soon as you register a service request, no body bothers. Only after 3 days you can escalate it. After escalating, again no response. Again to escalate to next level, you have to wait for 3 days. In short, they are going to contact you only after 1 week.
                        There are plenty of third party companies supporting Aqua. Better take their service. Do not go for any contract.

                          I purchased both auqagurad purifier and vacuum cleaner from authorized sales agent on same day i.e. On 30/03/2014. During the deal aquagurd sales man has commited me the return on Rs 500/- in the return of old aquaguard. Till date the sales guy never came back to take the old purifier. My old purifier was also of same company. Also, the Vaccum Cleaner sales man has commited the complimentary bags as I have purchased both the products. Till date both guys haven't completed there commitments. I you cant complete the commitments, then better you don't make them to customer. I required, I can provide the Name and number of both sales man

                            I have a Euro Vigil Home Automation device that was sold to me from Eureka Forbes for a total cost of Rs. 75000/-. I have recently raised a complaint on Eureka Forbes more than a week back to come and reinstall the device because of the renovation work at home. While I was promised to be attended by 48 hours, I had to call up the customer care twice before I had anyone visiting my place. After having visited, they took the device with them stating that there was something wrong with the device promising to get it rectified by a day. Its been 5 days since, and even after repeated calls(Atleast 20times already) to the person as well as the customer care number, I have not been returned back the device. The cost of the two devices taken by then is worth atleast Rs. 15000/-. I am planning to take this matter up in consumer court and am not sitting quite on this regards. I would also appeal through this forum and also on other social media platforms not to buy any products from Euro Vigil as the service is pathetic and they seem to be running a huge scam out here.

                              I had purchased Eureka Fobes Enhance purifier, since the day I have bought the purifier, the water container is not sealed properly and very time dust, dead flyies float on the stored water. The service executive told b to buy a rubber gasket at additional cost which would be fixed over the container and will seal the container. I bought the same but the issue still persists. I tried calling the local office of Eureka Fobes in Panjim, Goa but was attended. Also the call Centre hasn't been help full. I do not know whom to contact for a replacement. As the water out of the purifier is affecting the health of my family. Request help to get the issue sorted on priority. Omkar Kulkarni [protected]

                                My name is Keshav Kapoor from Faridkot Punjab 151203 I installed my cctv cameras about a year ago.It has just gone out of warranty and its recording has stopped suddenly. First of all i called on their service complaint number.they gave me my compalint number i.e.[protected] and assured me a visit within 2 days But nobody came Then i called their engineer Pawan from ludhiana [protected], who again assured me to visit within 2 days. and now its been 15 days of my complaint nad he has stopped recieving my calls. this is my worst experience and worst service quality from a private sector that I have ever recieved..Now i m looking for an alternative and legal options to deal with it.                                   Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that I bought an Aquasure RO – Nano model vide bill no. 9356 dated[protected] by Lamba Enterprises, G-18 B, Kalkaji Main Road, New Delhi - 110019. As per shopkeeper “Lamba Enterprises” they commit that : 1. Ro will be installed free of cost by the company engineer by very next day. 2. That 3 services will be provide free of cost after every 3 months. 3. That 2 candles will change free of cost. 4. That 1 year warranty will be provided by the Company and within warranty period, authorized service centers will repair or replace any defective part, if required, to rectify the problem. 5. The company offers warranty on this product for repairing or replacing defective parts, free of cost, against any manufacturing defects. In this regards I would like to bring your kind attention that after purchases of the above product “Aquasure RO” till date. When I contact to Dealer “M/s Lamba Enterprises”, they asked to talk to customer care at “[protected]” or “3988 3333”. They provide me another no. [protected] of service center. I would like to inform you that mobile no. [protected] provided by your dealer is not available as per mobile service provider. As well as a new no. provided by your customer care – [protected], is also not in service. I was registered a service request online and your representative (Mob No. [protected]) came to my home and he asked charges for service and cost of candle to be changed. Sir, this is my humble request to you, if free services or warranty is not in your terms, please say to dealer not to commit like this with customer, it can spoil your image/goodwill in market, if these are in your terms then please asked to customer services department, that why not provided the services as committed by your dealer.                                     I have lodged a request on 29.04.2014 vide request number 76106736 for service of my aquaguard water purifier. Since the product is out of warranty, i was intimated that it is chargeable and i agreed to it. But till now I have not received any call or info from you regarding my service complaint which is pending for almost a month now from your end. Very sad to note that you have no value for a customer complaint lodged. Over and above this, you are not customer friendly. YOu don't provide us to contact & escalate our complaints through you website while most of the consumer products offer this facility for their customer. If you really a friend for life like you boast in your publicity, please make your website customer friendly. Monitor whether all customer calls lodged are attended or not. Otherwise you will end up earning a bad name only because of your poor attention and worst & careless attitude towards customer complaints.

                                      i have a RO+UV entire membrane and filters were changed just 1 month with 4200 /- but membrane has stopped working in 20 days only and i have to complain for this every month for getting machine in working condition but problem is not being resolved permanently and we have to suffer for 3-4 days every month, pls make it as final request as i am filling complaint in consumer forum for this ...at least 20 times i have made complaint but no permanent solutieon, i have to follow every month from last 1 year. I purchased AQUAGUARD ENHANCE RO+UV in August 2013, Since that time till now May 16, 2014, no body from the service department has come for service of my aquaguard. Anyone from Eurekaforbes reading this complaint, kindly note that, your customer followup is pathetic and all working in your company are rascals. I should get 3 free service as per the commitment given by the lady which came to our house for delivery and payment collection. But nothing was fullfilled by her.

                                        The service personnel arrived at my house on the given time, he cleaned the filter and cleaned it. Hope the next service will be done as per the schedule. please note that you have to keep track of services to each customer. When the service is required for cleaning filter, the company itself knows better.
