Myself Bhaskar.R, purchased a EuroClean(W/D), on 12/12/13, but I am yet to receive my Original Invoice with which I am in a fix of how to avail my future services. I called the customer care several times they have succeded in giving me the complaint numbers but to no avail & also I was promised a scratch card with a guaranteed gift which is yet to be realised, if this is way a company impresses a customer than how will he introduce any one or also how will I buy any products of the company in future.

    Hi, I am Yogesh Patil, based at Pune, Viman Nagar and I had purchased water purifier RO+UV from Eureka Forbes around ten months back. I raised a complaint on 27th Feb 2014 to customer care number[protected] for machine servicing and installing a pre filter by my register mobile number +91- [protected]. After 27th Feb 2014, I follow up with customer care with four times but every time i get a response that person from our end will attend your complaint today and by end of day we get no reply from them. Its a very bad experience for me for follow-up with Eureka Forbes service center to get service for purifier which is in warranty. Till today no one had attended the complaint.       I had taken eureka forbes reviva and after warranty took AMC annual maintenance contract for servicing and candle change but this company has not bother to send any technician for any servicing. Inspite of n number of phone calls to technician n the company customer care no body has reonded. Pls help me. We r having severe stomach problems.

        They told me the Purifier will provide you the clean air and helpfull for your health but after using this i got infected by cough and cold and right now i am taking anti biotics for the same.           Hi, I took a 2 year AMC from Eureka forbes end-Jan for my Aquaguard system. It started developing problems last month and i raised a complaint on their helpline last week. They are supposed to fix the issue within 2 working days, it has been 5 days since the complaint and no issue resolution is in sight. I have called the helpline 6-7 times and still no redressal. They promise they will escalate and there is not even a basic call back done by them. I would like to cancel my AMC with such an unprofessional company and take full refund of the same. There are 3rd party vendors who service better and have much more customer care than Eureka Forbes.

          BTW, it has crossed more than 1 week since complain was made. Do you have SLAs/penalty clauses for such no-shows? I was told every problem is addressed within 2 working days.

              Despite repeated 'phone calls to customer care[protected] since 17th October 2013, I have not received the refund of the AMC amount for the unutilised/unexpired period (Ref: AMC # 21183023 for the period[protected] to[protected] for "i NOVA" product). I had purchased AG TOTAL ENHANCE RO+UV WP System on[protected] thru' direct sales (Ref: Invoice No. [protected] dated[protected] and my customer ID is [protected]. At the time of placing the order with the sales persons (Punithan - [protected]; Anandharaj - [protected]), I was requested to hand over the original AMC relating to " i NOVA " and was assured that the company would send the refund cheque to me directly. This has not happened till date and every time I contact the Customer Care, I get the assurance that the matter would be resolved within a week. I have contacted your company seven times so far since 17th October 2013, the last call being made on[protected]. I plan to approach appropriate channels for seeking redressal of the grievance and compensation, in case the complaint is not resolved within a week from date.                 My customer code is [protected], I am getting the service from Ureka Forbes since last three years but I am very dissatisfied with the service you are providing and compelled to bring this in your notice. When I make any service request on Euro Helpline [protected], I am not clear who come to give the service. They claim they are the franchise person but give all the bills in the name of Eureka Forbes. What they tell and demand charge is not fair and not clear to us. Also the quality of service is very bad. Coming to the actual facts: I had the AMC last year (from 23/01/13 to 22/01/14) but I am very sure they have not given the second service right time (no document with us and also not any sign o[censored]s in the agent’s RED sheet which they maintain during service). And when we asked for another service they provided just before the last day of the AMC expiry date. On that time they asked for AMC but when we disagreed they offered a free service in between of the next AMC period but we did not accept that. Also I am not very sure about what they did on that time with the machine; the machine became out of order just after 2 months (giving long blip sound). When I made request for another service they told circuit board is damaged so need to replace with the new one because the board could not be repaired. I agreed to take the new one for Rs. 1050 but during replacement they gave us the repaired one and now also telling new one cost more around Rs 4000. I do not know how much they are fair. During AMC agreement they told they will give two filters under AMC agreement but I would have to pay for another one for the Ironil filter. But during replacement they charged extra for two filters. So I am not sure if they are true or false. Finally I had lot of argument with the franchisee agent and after replacement they forced me to return the circuit board otherwise they will open all items. After lot of shouting they moved away and I paid as per AMC agreement for the next session. Therefore, I am not very sure how much reliable service I would expect from your franchise next time onwards. They are totally keeping us in blind and claiming absurd charges as their own. If this is your only franchise to provide this type of service then please advise us we would not take the service from the next time onwards. Because this is the matter of drinking water and we have no faith with them, I could not put our whole family at risk for this.

                  COMPLAINT AGAINST EUROVIGIL (EUREKA FORBES)

                  My dad had gone to Chennai Trade center fair were one of Eurovigil sales executive approached my dad regarding CCTV camera.He had asked him to come home to talk to me M.Sangeetha.
                  Mr.S.Ranjith Kumar -territory head Eurovigli madipakkam branch came to my home and I made the following purchase
                  1 DVR 4 channel with dynamic IP connection, advanced with all technical features
                  4 camera indoor- day and night with IR and LED
                  1 HDD:one month recording
                  1 SMP: 8 AMP with stabilizer
                  1 BNC connector
                  Total amount was ₹35, 000 and I was forced to make full payment immdly . I paid the full amount = ₹10, 000 by cash and ₹25, 000 by cheque on 19th FEB 2014
                  before making the payment I explained to him that the wiring for CCTV was already done when the house was refurbished.
                  The false ceiling is in place and my electrician is from another city and so it's not possible for me to provide my electrician.
                  He promised me that he will provide an experienced company electrician and will send his electrician and installation team tmrw by 10am and finish the installation in few hours

                  The next day there was no sign of them I called Mr.Ranjith Kumar ([protected]) at 1 pm he said he will get back to me .
                  At 5PM Mr.Magesh account sales team called and said that it's account closing day today so nobody is working and all left home will install it later I was leaving out of country the next day so I request for installation on 26th FEB2014 at 10am .I asked him to not to put my cheque and keep it on hold as I had not received the materials either.If this was not possible I asked him to cancel the order.He promised me that till the materials had reached my house he will not encash my cheque.But the day I landed I realised that the cheque was encashed the next working day itself. Without me getting the material. I was so upset and furious .

                  I was trying to call Mr.Ranjith Kumar but nobody Picked up the call.Then the office no:[protected] no: answer[protected] not in service then I tried calling Mr.Magesh in his given no:[protected] turned out to be that it was this roommates no: he gave me another no: [protected] tried calling, no answer.So I called Eureka forbes customer service no.they gave a no: which was service person no from royapettah branch.He said that he is aqua guard service guy Venkat :[protected] he had nothing to do with CCTv and he in turn gave me another no: to call, which was Mr.Immayavarman [protected] when I spoke to him he said I should to talk to Mr.karthik and. He don't have his no: right now will get his no :and call me back .I made series of calls all in vain???I was so upset and stressed at this time .

                  At 7pm Mr.karthik [protected] called and said he will send the electrician and installation team first thing in the morning .The next day 27th FEB 2014 as usual nobody turned out till 11:45am so I called Karthik, then he sent a guy named Benjamin [protected] at 1pm he came in and said that there is false ceiling and he doesn't know how to look for continuity .He made few calls to his boss who said don't do anything as you may damage the false ceiling then he called some other person who suggest to go ahead and remove the lights from the false ceiling and look for continuity .He was not confident enough and refused to do so.when I spoke to him he asked for my electrician and said we don't have proper recruited electrician in eureka forbes.I had spent fortune on refurbishment just last year with all this now I am sure that they will damage my false ceiling.I retried calling Karthik again he said he will send a good electrician the next day nobody turned out.On 1st march 2014 I called him and said that it's been 10 days with no materials reached my place nor installation was done even after I made immediate full payment and was not happy with the after sales events and I wanted to cancel my order... He said that it cannot be cancelled and he will have somebody meet and talk to me tmrw that's today it is s 1:20pm now and nobody called and turned up by my door.. I was very stressed I am worried if I install after all this tamasha., and if there is any service issue later to be attended I will have to go through all this again.
                  I JUST WANT MY ORDER TO BE CANCELLED AND MY FULL MONEY RETURNED .

                  You have got classic response from eurovigil. I am also suffering now with burglar alarm system where dialer and excess amount is to be refunded. Sales team sold a gate camera with lock, installation team luckily told me this system will not work in steel gate. So return - but no acknowledgement.

                  I am to now finding ways to go beyond karthik as he himself doesn't know how a sim dialer works and it requires a power supply as per durai and installation team. Now sales and installation teams have serious ego issues, where the whole day of installation I had to fire at least five to six guys on quality of work, approach. My installation took four days and balance still not completed after three months. He then says that I will have to provide it, why sell when you don't know about the product!!! I told him that I don't work with eurovigil to know this answer, he has to know or durai has to be wrong. But Durai out of station so contact venkat - he doesn't pick up. First the territory manager Gautam, sold the system but poor guy he has no time for calls, passes buck to dinesh ( I don't know who he is), they are always in training or selling, then karthik always busy selling or training or driving, not to attend customer problems. It looks karthik drives a plane or a helicopter, which you of course cant stop anyway en route. He treats his bike or car, the same way. He will not talk to customers then. For him customers are not that important. Sell it and forget them.

                  My phone is now loaded with eurovigil guys number who don't know what they are doing or who is supposed to do what?

                  Now I have send them message to take back sim dialer which is without power supply, refund 7000 plus 2500 excess paid. Asked for bill too which they gave in a yellow paper. No tax invoice. So next way is to complain about business dealing of madipakkam branch to eurovigil to sales tax dept. Next phase is to go their office but these guys are all travelling to sell, so maybe we cant meet anyone there.

                  Next is to go to their head office is mumbai, spend more money and fight on principal. Sounds crazy, I may have visit medavakkam to take of my mental health fighting with these guys.

                  Installation head as per euroviigl service engrs - Durai [protected] - I believe he is good on product knowledge

                  Venkat - [protected] doesn't pick up phone

                  Anyway could you get your money back? Maybe your feedback will be helpful to know how to resolve issues with eurovigil. But we had problems with one more company called sat link in tambaram who cheated us of atleast 20000 inr, have two separate cases to fight. Of course eurovigil is lesser of an evil but still their system are at least working.

                  But service is a totally different ball game, they serviced my dvr after so many complaints and then now know that chennai number for service respond better to centralised call center who don't seem to communicate with Chennai office. A nice guy came and solved our issues with dvr.

                  But still hanging with issues in intrusion alarm sim dialer issue and refunds.

                  I have been in cctv and related system sales for 3 years now, sad to hear this state of sales in cctv for both Ms Sangeetha and Mr Vijay and the experience is no less for other customers as well. All this experience is leaving customers with no mental peace and also with a bad impression on the entire lot of installers.

                  Personally the charge offered for what Ms Sangetha paid is in excess of 60-80%.Additionally I am wondering if the quality of camera is upto the mark or not. Ms Sangeetha has made no comment on the quality of camera (obviously because they never saw it to work) so I wonder if her father got a demo of the system. Also I am wondering why they have invoiced for 1 BNC. 4 camera system required 8 BNCs.

                  customer complaints are common of this type - keep the customer in dark, speak all modern language during sales (like HD, dynamic IP..) and getting the payment and then no follow up work. Even if the customer mentions that some wiring is done, vendors insist on new wiring (because more money). Vendors who offer cheap rate dont give a long lasting solution, system goes blank in 4-6 months.

                  so now the story is gautam territory manager and kartik branch manager dont respond to my sms. with ultimatum of 24 hours. Why care? When they sit in a place with their essentials they will maybe know or maybe they are used to this.

                  But i get very good response from Mr durai. The sim dialer supplied is uninstallable as it is a new model and many are not trained to install it. so service could be equally tough.

                  I requested, after two engrs, genuine guys, visit, that i need a device which will connect to their 24 hour helpline in tnagar and not to my mobile. If I say i dont know police station number, then they wiil contact the nearest one in case we request for same. Hope this system works with eurovigil. So the dialer has been sent back to the black hole.

                  My request now is of course, off the 69000 spent, either refund 9000 plus 3200 or give me the simple one, stock level to be checked, hope to get response from Mr durai on availability. lets see what happens.

                  I have to raise this issue with sales dept again useless gautam territory manager or always flying pilot karthik sales or branch manager or i dont know who but works for eurovigil always driving or selling or training. Both these guys are the worst examples of sale man ship. I personally am a technical sales guy for 22 years. I would kick them where ever it hurts to rectify their approach or throw them on the streets than sell and spoil the company name.

                  But mr durai has promised to take initiative and solve the issue.

                  Lets see what happens

                  I now have three more number of eurovigil, it is becoming a big database. Half dont pick, one is road pilot, one is useless who bounces off to one more number and the other say something else and maybe 20% try what little they can.

                    I Meena Birla has purchased Aquaguard Total Enhance UV WP System on 1st march 2013.The sales excutive who came for demo was Nitesh Mishra.He totally misguided us, at the time of selling the product he assured us that after purchasing the product there will be two free services and they will replace filter pipes or candle.Although they provided us with two free services but there was no replacement of filter pipes.I also want to bring to your knowledge that Mr.Mishra misguided us by providing wrong information about the AMC charges.He told that the charges would be Rs.1000 but now you all are saying that it is Rs.1660!!!...What is this...?!...Totlally cheating the customers...!...Will i get a satisfied answer from your side...! mobile no:[protected] Customer ID no:[protected]

                      Eureka supplied us the reviva unit on 12/12/13 and gave us a dummy cash recpt 631/12.12.13 for rs 12990...The sales was done by manikantan cell [protected] and installed by ananthakumar cell no [protected].On the day of installation he checked the output water to be more than 220 tds and he told initially it will be like this and will come down in a day and left a message he wil comeback and recheck and prove the water purity, after this i called so many times for the water quality and no response till today..Yesterday they promised to send service people but noboady turned.They behave very irresponsibly and lying and not responding to mobiles .
                      We are fed up with eurekha sevice and since my machine is in warranty i decided to return the machine rejecting it .They exchanged my prev water filter with uv lamp for rs 1000 only..They were to credit us rs 1000 which they have not done so far,

                      They were supposed to give us the invoice of the company and even with hundreds of calls they are not acting

                      Under all these circumstances i give you one more chance.Pl give original invoice and prove the water quality immediately and failing which we will not hesitate to go to consumer court with all penalties

                        I have purchased eurekaforbes Reviva RO system dated on 05-Feb-2014 from madurai branch. They have installed the damaged system is not working from the first installed date onwards.when the first day in the new system, water was leaking from the cartridges. Next day mechanic has changed the cartridges but then water was continuously comes out from the outlet tube even the system is switched off. We have registered your customer care center several times and the sales team in madurai to replace the damaged system with the new one. But no one take the response to solve our complaint and they are not ready to replace with the new system. We have paid the first EMI amount direct to the company through check. If this issue will continue, we will request the bank to stop the payment of the remaining amount and further this issue needs to take through District consumer cell in legal for necessary action.

                        But no response.

                        I got new machine yesterday. Almost it took one month to resolved, but finally I got a new machine.

New Carbon component replcaed was not company sealed.It was bare open.Very irresponsible attitude on the part of reputed company.Open component used smell fishy. 3.Old discardred carbon & filtre taken back by representative of authorized service center, again smells fishy. 4.Again request to clearify the facts, and if wrong done, corrective measure must be take. 5.                             I purchased an Aqua Guard Water Filter of RO Model from Eureka Forbes Hyderabad in 2011 (.) It is under Annual maintenance contract for the last three years dot(.) Present Annual Maintenance Contract was made on 06/08/2013 valid up to 05/08/2014(.) I am facing severe deterioration of water quality(.) I have lodged complaint with Eureka Forbes customer service(.) Eureka Forbes technician visited my house & without checking properly informed that the Water Filter is made for tube well water & not overhead tank water & needs change of costly filter system(.) I find his explanation ridiculous & I feel cheated(.) At the time of sale of Equipment or in Annual Maintenance Contract No 22218138, Eureka Forbes Company has not mentioned regarding tube well or overhead Tank or Municipal water(.)                               I fell to the trap laid by the EURO VIGIL guys sometime in November, when my house was nearing completion. In the desire to secure my house, I decided to go for CCTv, video door phone, and a wireless alarm system.The guys who surveyed the place were VELMURUGAN[protected] and his immediate supervisor SRIKANTH - [protected] and seemed very earnest and genuine in pushing their products. I even extended the courtesy of having them over for my House warming ceremony and introduced them to my architect.And boy did they repay the favor!!!(That was the last time I saw SRIKANTH, OOPS the first and LAST ONE) I made two advance payments of Rs 27, 000 dated Dec 7/12/2013 and Dec 14/12/2013 for them to procure the materials and do the wiring.Initially Velmurugan appeared very dedicated and projected an image that he was moving mountains to expedite the installation process. And then started the game of Cat and mouse. It was almost 20 days before the first set of CCTVs and video door phone arrived and another 5-7 days to begin the wiring process. When I would fix an appointment a day in advance and be there at the site on time, VELMURUGAN would excuse himself saying" I m caught by a cop", "I m held up in traffic" and other lamest of the lame excuses one could come up with. I patiently postponed the appointments to the next day and guess what, I was met with the same excuse.Finally one day when I was not there at the site, VELMURUGAN had done the wiring for the CCTV and the Video door phone and left without informing me.To verify if the wiring was done right, it took me another week to catch some guy from their installation team.All this happened sometime, mid-Jan. The only thing that was pending in my completed house was the wireless alarm, CCTV and the Door lock.I was so frustrated by these fellows' attitude, I talked to DURAI([protected])-A Technical Head-so was I told- about VELMURUGAN s incompetence and demanded I be assigned another guy to wrap this thing up ASAP. BOOM! No action taken! VEL and another SERVICE HEAD SURESH([protected]) came on Feb 1st to install the Door lock.And the LOCK that they had delivered was a wrong one. They had sent an inside Lock for an outside one and both of them stood scratching their heads like ten-year olds caught stealing.VEL assured me that he would be back in 2 hours with the correct lock and vanished.I WAS NOT SURPRISED!! HE called me the same day and handed the phone over to some guy from the invoicing dept that they had placed order for that lock and it would be delivered on Feb 5th(Wednesday).That Wednesday passed.And the next! And the Next! On Feb 19, .I get a call from SRIKANTH, Yeah the guy who first collected the payment and vanished!!! He was overtly concerned about this extraordinary delay on their part and profusely apologized for the same.He promised that they will complete this in 2 days time and the delay has been a blot in his EUROVIGIL career.((And now comes the important part.))He then asks me to make another payment of Rs.10000/- so as to procure the wireless alarm equipment and that he would SEND ANOTHER PERSON to collect a cheque the same evening.WHATTT NERVEEEEE!!! I blurted my lungs out and said I will not pay another rupee unless the work is completed!! PS- I have not mentioned the numerous complaints I made to Durai and the rebukes I gave VEL .Never have I seen such incompetence, unprofessional-listic attitude and brazen display of NERVE!!! I have hard and soft copies of all Bills, invoices, cheque receipts, Text messages and call recordings!! I have now moved in to my new house already and they are yet to deliver on their word!! If no action is taken I would wonder what has the world come to???

                                Few days back I have made enquiry:
                                1. Whether during annual maintainence service of Nova Aquaguard purifier, carbon component which is relplaced with older one is not company sealed?
                                2..Whether it is mandatory to take back old used Filter & Carbon component & returened to company.
                                My point is that it does not seem healthy to supply spare part loose one & to take back discared spare parts.
                                My request is to clearify the fact by the company itself. to my satisfaction & to do away with such practice which may cause confusion/

                                  The service contract of Eureka Forbes is nothing but a money making racket. The people in the agencies (Sai Service in Malad west) are rude and inefficient. On making a contract a consumer gets 4 service visits, however I got JUST 1. The 2nd one was scheduled just before the lapse of the contract... and the technician reported all filters had to be changed ASAP as the machine was not purifying the water. He promised to return the day after... but disappeared for good. On contacting the agency they just delayed and wanted a new contract to be made... So with a contract of 4000 plus we get nothing... This is the worst ever service offered by a company like Eureka Forbes

                                      Purchased Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Duo in March 2013 with a promise that free AMC will be provided. Have not received any communication on this so far. The concerned sales person Premkumar ( never trust this guy) has been dodging for a year now. Please advise on what action can be taken under such circumstances.

                                        I had made two years service contract with Eureka Forbes for Aqua Guard Water Purifier on 21/05/2013 by paying Rs. 2590.00 As per the schedule company should send their technician in the month of November 2013.( contract receipt no. [protected] dt. 21/05/2013 ) But as on today that is 13/02/2014 nobody came for the due service in spite of regular calling from me.It seems a new way of cheating people and kind of corruption by such a branded organisation. As Eureka Forbes has not followed the agreed terms of the contract between us it is my right to get my amount paid for the same immediately back and it would be the sole responsibility of the Eureka Forbes Company if any health problem occurs because of not providing timely servicing of the purifier.
