This is to bring to your notice that even after repeated complaints regarding refund of AMC amount, it has not been resolved yet.
I had purchased REVIVA RO on March 3 this year. Prior to this, I had Aquaguard, Model Number S7-2000. According to the contract number 21844414, in the name of Sri Ram Mundra, wef February 25, 2013 till February 24, 2016, I paid the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) amount of Rs 3, 350 (Three thousand three hundred fifty).
As I purchased a new RO this year, the due amount is still not returned.
On every call, the concerned person in the office says that the issue will be resolved but it does not seem to.
The experience was nothing short of an harassment to the customer.

We are tired of following up with the customer care team of Eureka Forbes. They have ignored it completely.
