I will never recommend any Eureka Forbes product to anyone. My experience with the water filter and the vacuum cleaner - all very bad.

Aquaguard has the most pathetic horrible customer care.. when your servicing is due, they are more than happy to come even without you having to ask for it.. But when they actually should be helping you, no one even bothers to respond. A servicing agent had come to service my water purifier on 14th May. Same time they told me an offer that if I pay Rs. 3150 They will three year service including cleaning every six months and filter cartridge changing every year. I bought a RO Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Total Enhance model at a cost of Rs 13000 in the month of Mar-2012. While purchasing, sales executive told that it will filter 8000 Ltrs. Please be careful before buying Eureka Forbes water filters, Initial product cost is Rs. 14000 and you have to spend Rs. 3900 for replacement of filters every year otherwise Rs. 4200 for annual maintenance charges which is not worthy for a middle class person.
