I have brought a Eureka Forbes, Aquaguard Enhance RO + UV water purifier on the 13 August 2013 through the sales person Mr. Sathesh([protected]). From the day 1, there have been lot of issues with the unit which I tried to resolve through various service personal. Now last month(5th of Jan 2014) the unit again started giving trouble which Eureka Forbes could not resolve even today(09 Feb 2014). Now that even after 1 month when I am requesting for Service the response from Service Manager Ali([protected]) & Sales Manager Ramesh ([protected]) is far from acceptable. The response I always receive from the service team, is they will be resolving the complaint by End OF Day, which has not happened even after 1 month. Note: The unit requires a PCB to be replaced, which the company is not able to do even after 1 month. I have tried through the company website by raising a service request & escalating to the maximum extent, without any result. The whole experience of getting a satisfactory response from Eureka Forbes looks like a nightmare even during warranty period. Please do the needful and help me get this problem resolved.     I've purchased Eureka Forbes Hi- Flow on 14th November 2013 in Shipra Krishna Vista, Indirapuram Ghaziabad. And within 3 months duration it has stop to work and its some internal part has been damage. I'm requesting their service person since last 1 week but they are not showing interest to make it fix. I'm trying to contact with their Ghaziabad service center but still they did not give us any solution at any level, when I called on [protected] them, then they giving a fake commitment daily said that our service person will visit today but no any has some yet.

    I have called eurekha Forbes 10 times for servicing my water purifier revival model. when I called they do not the complaint number also. I am chasing them for the past four days. Till now no one attended the call.

    2 YEARS AMC VALID UPTO NOV 2014. AQUAGUARD SHOWING WATER LEAKAGE PROBLEM. I COMPLAINED AT CUSTOMER CARE WITH COMPLAIN NUMBER [protected] ON DATED 08.06.2014. FOR THIS COMPLAIN MR. PRASANNA KUMAR ALATVA ATTENDED ON 08.06.2014 BUT OUR PROBLEM DID NOT RESOLVED.
    AGAIN WE REGISTERED COMPLAIN AND TRYING TO CALL MR. PRASANNA BUT HE IS NOT RESPONDING AT ALL AND OUR PROBLEM NOT SOLVED TILL DATE.

    WE ARE FACING VERY POOR SERVICE FROM EUREKA FORBES.

    Dear Sir, I have an Eureka Forbes RO Aquaguard which has an Annual maintenance contract for 2 years from[protected]. It had a problem about a week back with water not filtering and after 3 calls, a technician came and fixed it. It again had a problem after 2 days and it working for sometime and the stopped working. This happened again and again and we called the technician. He said he can only fix it if it stops working fully. It stopped working and when we called him today(Oct 3rd 2014), he said he cannot come today. This is unacceptable. We have paid almost 7000 Re for a 2 year contract and this is the service we get. Either they have to fix the unit or replace it immediately.Thank you, Sundar

      I took AMC contract for 1 year for my aquaguard water purifier. After taking service and changing all the parts in my aquaguard.. Water stopped coming in after 2 days..
      i have followed up with AquaGuard service team. But no one has turned up since 1 week.. From the last 1 week I don't have any water in my house.. Become extremely difficult to manage when I have a kid to take care. Pls help in taking necessary action at the earliest.

      NO ONE PICKS UP AT THEIR CALL CENTRE TOOOO !!!

          A complaint reported on 27th Jan at your Thiruvananhapuramt Office was attended on 29th.The same complaint occurredon 30th was reported on 31st.Nobody attended since 4pm on 1st Feb. You are promising Service at our doorstep.This is not fair.

            I am Sravana Kumar from Munnekolala, Bangalore. We have purchased Aquasure Xpert ( RO+UV+ UF with TDS regulated) purifier on 26th Oct 2013 in Adhiswar Showroom, Marathahalli. On the same day, company technician came and installed, then held me once tank filled through the water and refill it. After he spoke that with me he went away. Then we did the same, after drain the first time water, then our purifier didn't respond to take the water from input supply. Then I called them many times, after two days, one of the technician came and did it work. Then it works well for two months. Suddenly 17th-Jan-2014 it was stopped. Display also not showing. We have compiled about the problem to Eureka fobs help line on 18th Jan 2014. They promised issue will be addressed with in 24 hrs. One technician attended my home after 4 days and he told me PCB gone bad, needs to replace. Till date, no one come to my home to replace the PCB. Every day, I am calling area manager, technician and call center. Everyone telling me today it'll be done. I am getting irritate to listen these words everyday. I am very unhappy with this product and with these people. I want to replace this product with some another product. I hope someone from Eureka fobs will look into the matter and replaces with new purifier system immediately. Regards, Sravana([protected])

Finally, yesterday technician came with one PCB to replace with in my Aquasure Xpert. But, bad thing is that the PCB which he brought is not the right one. I don't know what to say about this people. And he was saying my model gets older now. PCB which brought is for new model. With 2-3 months time of time, my model gets older???? When I purchased(around November, 2013), these Aquaguard people said it is very new and high end version till date.After I bought this Aquasure Xpert, these people opened my water purifier system for 3-4 times. I am wondering, If they have these many models, why don't they maintain Serial Numbers, part numbers for different models.Anyway, I getting frustrated day by day with these people. Now, I don't want this model at all. If possible please replace the entire system, I'll go for some other model from you. If not possible return back my money.Please don't loose positive impression from customers.Regards, Sravana

            This is a complaint against AquaSure - Xpert model which i bought in August 2014 from EZONE at Central Mall, Bangalore . I am very unhappy with this product . Within a month time from the date of purchase, it did not function as expected . The water taste was bad and when technician attended he said that there is some blockage so water is not getting filtered . He replaced some tube and then it worked fine . The same problem occured once in every 2 weeks . Every time we raised a complaint and technicians used to replace some part or the other as AquaSure was not filtering properly . Technician told that dust particles and other impurities in water gets collected inside the tube and hence blocking the whole process. He told us to buy another external filternig equipment that will filter all those impurities right before water enters AquaSure . If the quality and functioning of AquaSure purifier depends on this external filter, then I wonder why can't AquaSure company include that external filter and give it to customer at the time of buying . This gave us fine warning not to trust the purity of this water . As our kids drink this water we started boiling the water . Now during last month it was continuously beeping with sound with a message that we need to change catridge which would cost 4600/-+300/-(service charge) for us and it is not covered under warranty . Again it is a shock as it is not even a years time since we purchased and we are asked to spend another 5K . But this time again it is not filtering and water is leaking out from its backside panel, it is 20 days since we raised a complaint, but nobody attended it yet .I request and hope someone from this company will look into this issue and replace this purifier with new one immediately .

            From last 15 days we are facinf a lot of problem for water, even though we posses an aquaguard RO+UV ENHANCE we are buying water for our daily consumption.We are not geting any response from any one.one person came and said your SMPS not working and cut its wire and after checking said that its is working but the pcb is not working and disconnected it from the unit. They are forcing us to do AMC to make the filter work.Eventhough We are living in Angul 120km away from bbsr still we took the pcb to bbsr forest park service centre and they said on 15th jan one person will come to our home to repair the same but till date no body is comming.             Dear sir,

            Its really very frustating being the customer of Eureka frobes. After purchasing RO UV enhance model, we got the benefit of only one service where as we have been said for availing 3 service and after that we have always been forced to have the AMC. Before some days we have faced some problem in our aquagard, upon checking it was found the fault in PCB, but your service technician was saying the fault in filter membrane, then they have damaged the cable and the male/female plug of the SMPS which was found working after that. Even we finally came to the conclusion that to get our aquagard working, we have to get the AMC.

            So after so much of irritation, we have finally decided to shift from Eureka frobes to Kent and also we will never suggest any of my friends, relatives and collegues to opt for Eureka Frobes.

            At the end, i would like to tell one thing that please treat your customer as an user not as an who will be looted after once purchased your product in the name of AMC, service, etc...

            I am nandhagopal form coimbatore, i have purchased aqua sure expert in last year, after one year i have changed my filters and get AMC also. after that it ill be not working properly and logon complaint to customer care one person came for service and open it broken filter and again senior person came for service he ill rectified that. after one month again problem ill be occurred again logon complaint (C No:[protected]) they called first ill come on that day itself. third day going on but no one come for service. worst service your product . please solve our problem rectify it.

My complaint is that I had been told by the service agent that by paying 1400 AMC will be given for the period of one year and 04 free servicing will be given but they are not providing free servicing.                 I purchased Eureka Forbes infiniti water purifier in july 2013. (Machine is under warranty). I had lodged a complaint with customer care on 17th jan that the water flow through outlet is near zero and the machine is giving beeps indicating problem in the machine. After lot of calls a technician arrived on 25th opened the machine and said that probably a part is defective and would come back. Till date ie., 30th jan we have been calling daily and he has not turned up. Eureka forbes redressal step 2 does not take the complaint no. given on phone in step 1 and would want an online request again under step1 which appears that the company only wants to show that the complaint has been received later and not on the original date. I think i have purchased a problem for life instead of a friend for life.

                I have purchased AQUAGUARD ENHANCE UV during January 2014. I
                have lodged complaints six to seven times, but each time service people come
                and repair but till now the problem has not been solved. I have requested to
                change the product. About ten days back they come and serviced, but service
                people are saying that problem is occurring due to low pressure of water due to
                inadequate height of water tank. I have shown the height of water tank to the
                people at the time of installation. They told that Aqua Guard Enhance UV will
                work with this height without any problem. Two days back, once again the same
                problem occurring. Water is not lifting in the Aqua Guard. Once again contacted
                service people. They have told that it is not possible to change the product,
                only they can repair the problem. Tomorrow they will repair and go. After few
                days once again, same problem will occur. I don't know what to do with Aqua Guard?
                Whether I can sue them in consumer court and advertise not to buy Aqua Guard? I
                don’t know why Eurekha Forbes is hesitating to replace the product when the
                product itself has some problems. I am totally disappointed with the services
                of Aqua Guard.

                  I purchased a EUROCLEAN wet & dry vacuum cleaner on 30/12/2013 from ALUVA ERNAKULAM office. Its been a very bad experience which we received from eureka, that on the first use of this machine for 10 minutes the PVC flexible pipe got burned and suddenly got separated from the socket. We got shocked and immediately contacted the customer service. past 02weeks these customer people are fooling us, and there is no such action from eureka Forbes side for the replacement of this machine. At the time of delivery and demonstration these sales team were extra pushy and smart enough to fix these faulty material to customers,
                  Respected higher authorities should really focus on the customer service side as well the particular product mechanism. Please advice us what all procedures should we complete in order for reimbursement formalities as per the EUREKA FORBES refund policy .(30 days money back guarantee).

                    Dear Customer Care, I, Janaki Nath Samanta, a customer of Eureka Forbes (customer Code : [protected], Addr : 50/3/2 Thakur Ramkrishna Lane, Santragachi, Howrah - 711104, West Bengal), hereby lodge a complaint regarding malfunctioning of my Aquaguard water purifier within AMC period after subsequent notification of the problem. I brought the machine almost seven years ago, and the annual maintenance contract is still maintained. Every year, during this winter season (like from November to February) machine normally does not start. Average almost 3-4 hours of repeated switch on and off, the machine sometimes gets started. From the very beginning, for so many times, I have verbally lodged the grievance to my regional office for this to the customer care. The local personnel come and every time says that this problem always occur during low temperature. But, the same machine is used by so many people and some of my relatives I know, who do not at all face this kind of problem. I also told them that, but no result. So far I feel that from the very beginning the machine is problematic. They just do not take the responsibility to rectify it or replace it, despite of the fact that I still maintain the AMC every year timely to get the better service. After repeated notification, last year, some technical person came and just changed the candle, which actually a normal replacement during my AMC period. They simply do nothing and the problems remains as it is still. We are five members in family and it is going to be very difficult with this malfunctioning water purifier.                       I purchased AMC for my RO (Model-Reviva) for a period of 2 years (30.06.13 to 29.96.15) and paid an amount of Rs.7299 as AMC amount. More than 6 months have passed but no representative from company has visited for quarterly checkup/service. I have complained lot of times on the phone numbers of the local service centres given on the contract receipt . Also lodged a complaint on the toll free helpline number vide complaint no. 72362889 but heeded no result. Thus, it is a clear case of false promises by your representative. This is to inform you that if no representative visits me in next few days, I will be forced to take the matter to consumer court/relevant authority for refund of contract charges plus penalty fo false comittments and mental harassement.

                        I have been using Eureka Forbes' Aquagard Innova for past 8 years and I have been renewing their Annual Maintenance Contract regularly. For the past 6 months, I started facing smell from the purified water. Even after multiple cleaning sessions, the situation did not improve. Once again, the service personnel came and did the cleaning. I suspect that he added some chemical to the "Miracle" chamber. Since then, the water started having smell as if some oil is added to it. I, again registered a service request and asked him to bypass the miracle. Now, the service personnel added some chemical to the filtering cylinders. The situation is now even worse, the water has strong smell of an acid. On calling up their customer care, 1st call, I was told that it is just a cleaning powder and it is not harmful, 2nd call, its bromine powder, 3rd call to the Pune service head, it is citric acid. Although I have paid fully for the Maintenance Contract, I have been forced to buy water from the market and even worse, now they have started feeding me unnecessary chemicals which are even more harmful than the municipal water itself.                           we are using eureka forbes products for a long time.recently 1 of your salesman came to our house, claiming there is an exchange offer for old products.So we decided to exchange our old vacuum cleaner for a new one on 2 month installment plan.HE ALSO SAID THAT THEY WILL REFUND 2000 RS FOR THE OLD ONE. Few days later that guy(kaushik nashkar) came again, gave us a new machine and took away the older one saying the money will be refunded later. we also gave the first check.ALMOST 1 MONTH HAS PASSED AND WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM. NOW MY QUESTION IS-WHETHER THIS IS A CASE OF FRAUD?(we have his employee id) WHERE DO I HAVE TO COMPLAIN TO GET THE MONEY BACK? and by the way WE ARE NOT PAYING THE SECOND CHECK UNLESS EUREKA FORBES REFUND THE MONEY.

                            I purchased Aquaguard RO machine in August 2012 and it stopped working within 15 days of Purchase and then they took the machine and no idea whether they replaced the parts with an old one because after that also it was not working. I made several calls to the customer care and also to the Sales Executive with whom i purchased the machine but no response from them the machine was making so much of noise when we switch in the plug and after threatening them of going to complain to consumer court, one of the technician turned up and repaired. The same day after repair the water tap started leaking, when i called them again, no one came and time passed just like that only. And after a year, in the month of November it completely stopped working, so i called up the customer care they asked us to go in for AMC, then only we will repair and changed the filter at an concessional rate. I agreed and asked them to replace the filter after changing the filter also the machine was not working, the technician again checked and said now the pump is not working. So asked to replace the pump also for the cost of Rs.8000/- excluding his service charge. Sir, Is it fair to spend Rs.8000/- within a years' time for a new machine ? so i called up Mr. Venkatesh, Sales Executive, and shouted at him saying that he has delivered a fault machine which is creating problem since the 15 day of purchase to that Mr. Venkatesh showed sympathy on me and said a spare pump is lying with him and he will fix the same free of cost and asked me to change only the filter and pay for filter and the pump will be provided by him to me free of cost without going for AMC. I also agreed. He asked me to tell the technician to take the pump and only change the filter. I acted accordingly and returned back the cheque which i had given to the technician (Rs.8000/- for the cost of filter, pump and AMC for 2 yrs.) Immediately after taking back the cheque, I called up Mr. Venkatesh to fix in up the pump (free of cost) which he had discussed with me. He then gave me his team members mobile number and asked me to speak to him and when i spoke to him, he said we will charge Rs.5000/- for pump, then only we will fix up the pump. I again called Mr. Ventakesh, who totally denied of fixing the pump for free and asked to give Rs.5000/- for the said work. I was just shocked. It means the sales executives are making money by this way. Now, the machine is of no use without pump, it is since 2 months passed, i am struggling for water, As we are not the regular customer of Can water, it is very difficult to get the CAN water also and in the festive season they charge Rs.100/- for one CAN. I want my money back with all the expenses i spent till now and also i will claim for all the mental torture and agony i went thru because of Mr. Venkatesh who promised me and then denied of doing so.                               We did an AMC with Eureka Forbes on 24/10/2013 in the Office of Central Excise Division, Amritsar. We paid Rs 4600/- on the same day. After that we made several calls that our water purifier is not working properly but they are totally deaf. Since last week there is no water in the office, we made several complaints but all the time they told us a new excuse.When I made a call on 15/01/2013, the phone attendant was so rule that i felt very bad.

                                Hi Sir, I stay in Bangalore and had raised a ticket to replace my carbon filter and sediment filter in my aquaguard model i-nova on 28 Dec, 2013. A service person named Swamy ([protected]) had come to service and after that the aquaguard is giving two beeps for six times. When I asked the Swamy, he told it will be okay after sometime. He took money and went away. Later after few days I raised another ticket 74589081. No body came to check even after promose from Customer Service team. Later again I raised ticket 89158468 still this person Swamy did not come to check. Today 14th Jan, 2014 I had called Swamy but he is not picking the phone. This the level of service of Aquaguard. I have been a fan and customer of Eureka Forbes for past 8 years. But I guess this incident has forced me to change my mind.                                     I had purchased Enhanced RO model around 2 months back and it starting giving me trouble in just 1 month after the purchase. I tried calling the guy who came for demo and convinced me that my old machine is not very good and I should buy a new machine which costs ~15000 Rs. Now after sales, that guy sometimes doesn't pick up my phone an at other times gives me other numbers to talk to. Finally, after waiting for around 18 days and repeatedly calling service center, some guy came and all he did was just open the machine and close it back and vanished in 10/15 minutes. I don't know what he did and what was the problem, but he said the problem should be gone. If it still there then its a major problem and you should get a replacement. He assured me that I WILL get a replacement if I face this issue again. Within 2 days after he came, the problem again started and my machine simply doesn't work at all. I have to get mineral water from out side despite of spending bloody 15000 rupees on the new system. and that's pretty disgusting. I again called service guy and no one to listen my problem. and my problem is not resolved yet. Sales guy gave me a number of a person and told he is their Service Delivery Head. I informed him about my problem recently and expecting that it will be acted upon at the earliest. I don't know how useful is to write in this forum, but I am doing it anyways just so that people know what kind of service a customer get here in India.

                                      Dear Eureka forbes, Since yesterday I am not getting water and I requested Mr Lukmaan( the sales representative ) to help me to register a complaint. He lied to me that the complain has been registered but no body came to solve the problem. Right now when I got the customer care no online and asked for help then I was told that I will be helped by Monday as no complain was registered. I tried calling Mr Lukmaan but it seems he is too busy to attend to issues. I have been using eureka forbes for the past 10 years this is my 3rd machine but I am really regretting my decision to purchase Aquaguard Geneus from you as in Gujrat the customer service is very pathetic. I had options but I chose Eureka Forbes based on past experience which I deeply regret as I guess you don't value the Customers now and here in Gujrat lying is the way of working for your representatives. This is not the first time I am exposed to such apathy here after being transferred to Gujrat. I wish you could understand living without potable drinking water for three days and take suitable action against the people responsible. At the same time I will be grateful and feel lucky if you could prioritize resolving my complaint no 74687712.

                                        My water purifier's filters has been replaced during the renewal of the annual maintenance contract. After the replacement, lot of abnormal vibration and very loud sound observed in machine and water taste is coming too much bitter. Not able to take water at all. For last 10 days every day I contacted both local aquaguard center and later Eureka Forbes, they are all giving only false promises about servicing everyday.Representatives themselves modifying the ticket status without service being attended.I have recently paid Rs 5000/-, but not getting only false promises, no service.
