I got transferred from Bangalore to Pune. I did not had any problem with Aquaguard services on Bangalore, they committed and came and did their work in time I called Aquaguard Pune on the following number[protected] on02/06/2014, and after await of 3-4 minutes a gentleman took all my details over phone and told me that technician will visit my place withing 2 working days. I waited till 4th and called back aquaguard and I could connect only after calling 4-5 times and waiting for 7-8 minute each on 4th evening, to my surprize, the gentlemen on the other side said, THERE IS NO COMPLAINT/INSTALLATION REQUEST FROM YOUR SIDE SIR I thought could a mistake and said please log in a request, He did logged in a request on 4th June- Request no:[protected], and said the same this that a technician will visit you r place in two working days, which did not happened again I had no option but to call them back on 6th evening again for 4-5 time trying and 7-8 minutes of average waiting tme for call to connect and the guy on the other side said, " Sir no body contacted you ? Sorry, I will make sure the technician will come between today/tomorrow. NO one came on 6th or 7th even, I lost it and called Aquaguard again, got frustrated as the calls were on waiting always saying " your call is important for us" ...I don't thing so, the service centre here does not even care for the customer, how much problem he is into and all. The the call connected, again same stupid promise that it will come. I waited till 15:00 Hrs and then called again, it connected after 10 mins, a lady picked up the call and told me - Platinum services will come to you sir, I will ensure they come, Still till 18:30 no one came on 7th as well, I called again it connected in 8-9 min, I had no option but to talk in a harsh tone with the lady, she gave me the direct no.([protected]) of the Platinum service, I called them atleast 7-8 times no one is picking up the call, I called aquaguard again, she said on being told no one is picking up the call, She was giving me yet another no. i told her, please do this yourself followup whatever I need the service, she again promised, me that SHe will ensure that The technician visits my place 7th evening on 8th morning, Still no one came or contacted ? Request to please take actions against the Pune Aquaguard, service centre This is really frustrating, pathetic. If aquaguard cannot give service, why to have service centres, Pathetic service and response, Aquaguard, has one more dissatisfied customer, Promised and not delivered for straight 6 days, the consumer is going to market, buying water and the aquaguard lying idle. No option but to call a fitter from market and get the aquaguard fixed by him, Pathetic Aquaguard, Pune. Disgusted from your service, I will suggest my friends and relative never to buy Aquaguard

    It is regretted to draw your attention of hopeless service of aqua guard. The date of change of granules, tube etc is in May but in spite of AMC FOR THE LAST and for future SEVERAL YEARS THEY DON'T BOTHER TO DO SO UNLESS THE CUSTOMER DOES NUMEROUS CALLS TO THEM. I, Vivek Sharan, having address 301, Marigold-1, Beverly park near Cine max theatre, Mira road e 401107, mob-[protected] tried the service centre no of Mira rd who said to contact call centre. I tried 5 times and waited for long time but the customer care executive was found always busy.I SMSED REQ ON [protected] YESTERDAY.no response has been received.

      Recently I purchased a vacuum cleaner for which a gift coupon was handed over to me and it had details of Provogue watch. After lots of hazzles in getting the gift coupon couriered to countrywide shopping, the Provogue watch as mentioned in Eureka Forbes Gift coupon is nothing but a watch sold on the roadside. I am planning to take it consumer redressal forum for making false promises and selling the vacuum cleaner. Similar complaint has been put up by another customer also in the same forum.       I also resently purchased water purifire & vaccume cleaneer. Eureka forbes also commited to me for provouge watch as free gift.
      If this duplicate watch invedence will jappen with me i will never spare tjis company.
      I had already won 3 cases in vonsumer court against this type of such reputed companies.

      Let see what Eureka Forbes doing with me.
      I brought a eurekha forbes aquagauard water purifier and as a promotional offer i got a got a provogue wrist watch. The provogue watch which is not working. such a branded company doing cheating with customers i am really feeling cheated.

      As i purchased a aquaguard water purifier i was delivered a fake provogue watch and when i called the number the aquaguard call centre is not taking responsibility about this i want the watch to be replaced. And as soon as possible i want the original watch to be delivered.

      Have bought vaccum cleaner and for that they said we will be getting a watch and it got delivered. when we open the box the watch is damaged.
      Watch is working properly but cant tie it as the strap is a damaged one.

      I have also purchased a water purifier which cost more than 20000/- and received provogue watch as gift which is not working. Why such a renowned company like Eureka Forbes would play with customers' sensitive minds. Costomers never demand for free gifts. This is all because of the companies who offer free gift. Even the cost of that so called gift includes in the bill which is unknown to the customer.
      This is very bad practice of Eureka Forbes playing the cheap tricks to sell their valuable products. If really they want to win the hearts of the customers they should stop promising free gifts. If really they want to give gift, they should give a valuable gift by hiking the price to that much.

      Eureka Forbes is a fraud. I recently purchased a vacuum cleaner for Rs.24000. The product got delivered on time but the free gift never came. I have followed up multiple times but these cheats dont care. Everytime they come up with one or the other excuse to delay the delivery. Even the local sales person via whom I purchased is not helpful in the matter. It seems like this fraud company has been doing this malpractice for years now and we, consumers, must unite now to make sure that this is stopped.

          I bought a Aquaguard Classic Water Purifier from Eureka Forbes at Ernakuam, around 10 months before. They promised me two free services. I called several times the customer care for the free service, but they are not coming to do the service. Whenever I call they keep giving ticket number, emergency number etc. They gave me the ticket number 76267748 two times and when I called next time, they gave me an emergency number 76363979. It has been around 2 months I have been trying to get the service.

          It has been one more month. No body has come to resolve the issue. Could anybody tell me the best way to file a case against the Eureka Forbes?
          On July 23rd 2014 I called the Customer Service[protected] again. They gave me another ticket number 77357910 and said that the service person wiould call within 24 hours. Nobody called me. On 25th July 2014 I reached the service senter at Edapally (Kochi) and met the Service Supervisor name Raju. He promised me that I would get the service next day. But I have not got the service yet.

          They have proved that they are Eureka "Frauds"

            Their product is not a quality make, Hence they are asking for AMC of about 25-30% of product cost per year.
            This is really a kind of cheating their customer.
            Say 15k product would need 5k of AMC and a service charge of Rs300. Actually, service should be the part of service for thier product. However, they are earning more money through service annual maintenance cost and toher charges.

            This is very bad culture and there is no proper professionals in their service team and sales franchisee, service franchisees.

            This should avoid for benefit of society.

              I am shocked looking at the recent complains filed below. I wish I would have come across this earlier. I have bought #AquaGaurd Compact from Eureka Forbes sales executive. The executive came to my house within a day after I enquired about a demo. He (Mr. Mangesh Patil) explained the entire filtration process so well that I immediately decided to buy the machine without realising the kind of trap I am getting into. 10 days later after installing the machine we figure out that the water is tasting bad leaving a foul smell, we filed a customer service request, executive visited and check the machine and found the FILTER IS BROKEN. He asked us to file a complain again for replacement. We did that, again the executive (Mr. Mangesh Patil) came and collected our ORIGINAL BILL promising us of replacement within 2 day. It has been more than a week and we are just struggling to figure who is going to help us on this!! There are no Eureka Forbes store where we can go and claim our money back. There executives are on the move and therefore it is impossible to track and trace them. Can anybody listening help us with a solution?

                Dear Sir, Still I am facing the problem, my aquaguard still not working. On 3rd june I was again complain (new service request no.[protected]but no response I get from their side, So many times I personally call that executive but they didn’t response on my call. On yesterday when I was told them I will do complain in consumer forum they only they come yesterday evening Mr. Mahalingeshwara /Mr. Janardhan mobile no. [protected], but they are not able to understand the problem, they don’t know how to resolve the problem. If there are not able to resolve our problem, then they have to replace our Aquaguard or refund full amount including AMC charges. From January we are facing the same problem but still it not solve. Sir please takes a strict action against the Eura forbes company. Sir also refers old service request no. 76189589.

                  We were having AMC for our OLD Machine - Compact since 2007. Last AMC we renewed in May 2012 for two years.
                  On 22nd July, 2013 we purchased a NEW Machine Enhanced UV with Order No.[protected].
                  Your Sales person, Mr Vinod Pandey, Cell No. [protected] had delivered this New machine at our door & he collected from us our OLD AMC Original Receipt, promising that we will receive a cheque from Eureka Forbes within one week. Now, ONE YEAR is over & after continuous follow-up with Mr Pandey & Mr Sachin Danawade, it is disgusting that we have not received the cheque till date.now Mr.Sachin is disconnecing our call immidiately. We are your customers for the past 15 years & we have never faced any problem earlier.

                  Last month we also received a call from Mr Vinod Pandey saying that the payment is in process & will be delivered at your residence but yet the cheque is NOT in our hands.

                  Please look into the matter & do the needful.

                    Hi, I purchased the Aqua guard Enhance RO + UV water purifier during December 2013. The sales representative (Mr Gavali) explained me very nicely how there service is good, how the product is best in class when he was at my house for demo. I was impressed and decided to buy the purifier. Next day the technician came and installed the purifier. After installation I called Mr Gavali and asked him to come home and check the TDS level of purified water. He said he will come the next day. Next day he doesn't show up, so I called him again and he said yes sir, I will come today. Same story repeated again and again. I used to call him and he used to say yes I will come this day and that day... He never showed up. Its been now 6 months. After 3/4 months a technician cam and serviced the equipment and I thought this guy will have TDS meter with him to check TDS level. But strangely he didn't have one. I was surprised. This guy is a technician and doesn't have a TDS meter? So after servicing I again called Mr Gavali and this time he says to me that I am not going to come and you can do whatever you want. You can raise complaint, escalate, etc. I was shocked hear this man's response. Is this kind of service Eureka Forbes guarantee? For last 6 months I am using water from a purifier whose TDS value I don't know. What;s the use of buying purifier? I hope you will address the issue at the earliest.                       Dear sir i have lodged compl no.compl no. 76599370 on Jun 1, 2014with Eureka Forbes which has not been attended till date. on calling helpline i m always put on hold for several minutes and get disconnected finally as the executives are busy. complaint lodged on website as also on [protected]@eurekaforbes.com and [protected]@eurekaforbes.com also remain unresponded. we r compelled to buy drinking water from outside as the machine gives dirty yellowish water intermittently. before that the machine was mis-sold to me on may 23, 2014 by the co representative making false promises. after lot of efforts the installation took place after 3 days whereas i was assured of the same on the next day. Now my requests are as under: a. take stern action against people who made false promises and mis-sold the product to me b. get my machine checked for the problem it is giving c. pls provide me contact number of your senior officials so that in case of any serious situation i can talk at appropriate level rather than breaking my head on your useless helpline d. take the machine back and refund full amount. regards a. k. gupta customer id no.                         Paid Rs.5500 for platinum AMC during May-14 after the executive told that problems if ny will be solved within 8 hours. After changing the filters water was leaking. When I complained it was cleared. But after that the water tasted like salt water. Again gave a complaint and another person came for service and put some tablet into some filter and told that the problem will not be there. But, the problem was not solved and additionally we got another problem. It is taking too long time to fill. Again gave a complaint and nobody has contacted yet. (Complaint no: [protected]). I am continuously calling customer care also. Everyday they are telling they will send the person. It seems these technicians are just coming for training and doesn't really know about the machine. Even after giving such a big amount for AMC I am encountering huge problem for drinking water. I am also thinking of approaching consumer court finally.

                          I purchased aquaguard's new model i.e compact water purifier on 15/03/2013.From last 2-3 months i.e apr'14-june'14, suddenly, I saw impurities in the water.I lodge a service request on the website. Though the technician visited us but the problem wasn't solved & surprisingly he casually said that they are receiving the same complains for the same model from other customers also & the point is there's NO SOLUTION for the problem.We had used the previous model of the aquaguard water purifier wherein we were very satisfied but since the parts were not available and as per the technician the model has become obsolete, parts not available and with no other alternative, we had to purchased the new model i.e compact & now after 1 yr. we are getting this type of service.Kindly help.SincerelyMr. j r dey[protected]

Despite verbal assurance till date i have not received the missing part, Service department once sent a technician who checked and noted the details of missing part and confirmed that within 7 to 10 days the missing part will be delivered at your residence.                                 I had booked Acquaguard UV plus RO from Eureka Forbes on May 26 (Gokul Gadkari from Eureka Forbes - mobile no [protected]) was the sales executive. I had dealt with Suresh Tambe before Gokul promised that machine will be delivered and installed by Wednesday, 28th. It is 3rd June and i am still awaiting delivery. I was told on Saturday that there is stock issue and i shall get delivery on Tuesday. Still nothing has happened. I am extremely disappointed with the service of Eureka Forbes. It is not living upto the promises. People over there do not take calls and they are unable to meet requirements Totally disappointed

                                  Hi, I am Police Inspector Snail Balshtewad. I have a Sleek model of your company. Last 2 month before I made AMC with you for a year. After that your rep.changE my water purifier candle. But water doesn't come out properly, when ask to you rep they told us it will take 2-3 days to wok properly. But from last one month it will take 7 hour to filter five liters water. As well as my water filter is licked and the tab attachment is licking. So I completing with your cc no on 16.05.2014. From that day till today I am follow up to you every alternative day each time they told me give me last chance you will send a operator to you soon. And they forgot, till today I call to your cc no at list 6 time. But no use. Last Friday they give me a local distributer no to call but they are not responding, every time they told us they send a operetor soon. After that your company provide me area mane gar / Kalyan division Mr. Murkute on cell no [protected]. He also promised me to solve my problem within 2 days, but till today it complete 1 week no progress.
                                  I thought your company is international company and your product and service is at great level. So I brought your product and done AMC. But I am totally disappointed with your company and your service. Its my last complete to you about the same. If my problem is not solve within 2-3 days I will file a complete with Consumer Court.

                                    I had requested to repair the aquaguard of Eureka Forbes which is under service contract on 1-6-2014. Complaint no given by call center is 76599019. I had spoken to call center executives at no. of times on 2-6-2014 and requested to send the person to repair the aquagaurd. Despite promising to repair within one day, no action is taken by them till 2010 hrs of 2-6-2014. We are facing lot of hardship due to inaction by Eureka Forbes for essential commodity- WATER

                                      I have an installation of Aquaguard RO green water purifier worth 15 K. The service is due and the outlet/ tap handleIis broken..N idea if the water we are collecting by opening the lid of the purifier is actually pure or not.. Have a small kid at home too.I have been trying to get in touch with the customer service team of aquaguard water purifier from past 20 days.The only reply from the automated reply centre is " is waqt hamaare sabhi karyakarti wyasth hai" ( all customer care personals are busy) and if by chance one of them picks up they would just end up giving a complaint number and say that they would rectify the problem within 24 hrs... and that never happened. This group has the worst service I have ever come across. complaint no: [protected],

On 26 Aug I have change my filter after within a few months my Aquaguard stop working. I personaly call that executive so many time but that did't come at home and now they are not picking my phone.                                         Dear Sir, Still I am facing the problem, my aquaguard still not working. On 3rd june I was again complain (new service request no.[protected] but no response I get from their side, So many times I personally call that executive but they didn’t response on my call. On yesterday when I was told them I will do complain in consumer forum they only they come yesterday evening Mr. Mahalingeshwara /Mr. Janardhan mobile no. [protected], but they are not able to understand the problem, they don’t know how to resolve the problem. If there are not able to resolve our problem, then they have to replace our Aquaguard or refund full amount including AMC charges. From January we are facing the same problem but still it not solve. Sir please takes a strict action against the Eura forbes company. Sir also refers old service request no. 76189589.
