Hi I have bought the Vacuum cleaner wet and dry model less then 6 months, now it is not working. I have raised complaint but service engineer not visited or resolved the issues. It is under warranty period. Problem: Vacuum clear make more noise, and smoke comes out from the machine. I have attached the bill copy.     As per eureka forbes service engineer say the memran is not working of water purifiers {aquasure ro + uv ) at the time of service . But he was not change it in gurantee period in free of cost . He want full amount of this peroduct for change. Instead of company give me replacement guarntee of above product for 12 month from the purchage of this product.

      we have been using aquaguard RO for the past 2 years and had also applied for AMC(annual maintenance charges). suddenly the product is faulty and is not detecting the flow of water, hence it is over flowing. we have called the the customer care many times and there has been no response to our query. please do take attention to this notice.

        I have bought Eureka Forbes water filter AG ENHANCE RO+ UV WP system (NEW) carrying item code GWPDENRUV10000 for Rs 15990 on 27.02.2014 vide Invoice no [protected] Dated 27.02.2014. My customer ID is 10967397. Within a period of 4 months from date of purchase, I have registered complaint on not less than 6 occasions on account of non functioning of the system. Every time the Engineer used to attend after 3 to 4 days from the date of registration of complaint and resolve the matter. This is causing lots of inconvenience for me and also mental disturbance. I don't no the reason for malfunctioning of the system though system is a new one. The engineer's who attended the complaint are also not in position t inform us the exact problems. Also while purchasing the new Eureka water filter I have surrendered the earlier Eureka water filter with Model INOVA for which I was told that the company would buy back and send me the cheque. So far I have not received the cheque also. Also I was told that the AMC taken for the earlier water purifier for the period from 16.09.2013 to 15.09.2014 would be refunded to me on prorate basis. The has also so far not refunded. Therefore I request you to immediately act on my complaint and effect the following one: 1. To refund the buy back amount for having surrendered the earlier model of water purifier. 2. To refund pro rata AMA charges 3. To provide a new water purifier system of the same model as the new system installed goes out of order quite frequently and I am not satisfied with present system. In case of your not acting on my complaint within 7 days I will be constrained to take up the matter in consumer forum which I am confident that you would not provide scope for the same.           I am the user of Water Filter RO model of Eureka Forbes which is under CMC vide Contract Receipt No[protected] valid up to 29/07/2014.
          Your Service engineer never ever done the PM servicing including back flash . Every Quarter they have visited and changed the spares as detailed below :
          30/7/2013 - IRON CARTRIDGE Rs 650 ( ICR No[protected]
          26/11/2013 IRON Cartridge Rs 650 (ICR NO[protected]
          SEDIMENT FILTER Rs 355 (ICR NO[protected]
          CARTRIDGE Rs 650 ( ICR NO[protected]
          27/3/2014 IRON Cartridge Rs 650 (ICR NO[protected]
          SEDIMENT FILTER Rs 355 (ICR NO[protected]
          This month your service representative of Eureka Forbes again visited my residence and asked me to change all the cartridge etc as detailed above.
          As per your CMC terms all the above items are covered under CMC but Eureka Forbes company representative has cheated me by way of selling the above mentioned items despite of having CMC with you .
          In one year I have paid total Rs 7440 +12.36% Service Tax ( Rs 4130 for CMC + Rs 3310 for Spares /Cartridge etc + 12.36% Service Tax )
          I want the Eureka Forbes to take appropriate action to resolve my problem.

            We have purchased Water purifier classic model from Eureka Forbes. The marketing representative who came at our place had committed us that two services are free of cost during 1st year. We will get a call from company itself for scheduling a date for free servicing. The first service will be after six months which includes the cleaning of the water purifier and the second service includes cleaning of the water purifier and change of the filter part. We had received a call from company for servicing after six months which was done at that time. But now, we havn't received a call from company for scheduling second service. Now, when i called Eureka Forbes helpline number, the are saying that the warranty period of the product has expired and it will be a chargeable service and company won't change the filter with free of cost. I logged a complain with company- 44B7774351 and found the bad response from service representative. I suppose, company has cheated us by providing wrong commitement through their marketing representative and need to take some strong action against such cheat. I will definitely take action against this wrong commitment.

                After 2 complaint made really no persons have been contacted me for the status update also for my 2 complaint number[protected] & second complaint number[protected]. The first company which no after sales service. The sales rep. are well trained to visit before sales after that no one came after calling them for plenty of time to give demo, product bill, accessories of the product, gift coupon while buying product but till now nothing has processed. in this when i called sales rep. for getting things done he has told to complaint in police station. I totally frustrated of service and product and i really not like never seen this much bad sales rep. and i need my money back.

                  I had contract with Eureka Forbes for my Booster type Aqua Guard Water Purifier, Contract No: 18772953, Dated: 05-06-11 for 3 Yrs period valid till 04-06-14. As per the contract they are supposed to do servicing of the device six monthly with replacement of Carbon blocks & pre filter candle (once in a year). In addition to that, the on call visits whenever required in between is included in the contract. After signing the contract they make only one visit till Jan’2013. I made a complaint to their local franchisee lady representative, and call centre too- complaint ID No:[protected]Dt:[protected]. But there were no change no action taken from both the end. In addition to that, while ask for the service card to show the evidence service record- where the local franchisee made fake signature of ours as showing that they have completed their services on time. Made once again the complaint on 23rd June’14 to customer complaint about the same issue of not receiving any service during the year period- complaint no: 76889073, committed to resolve with a day. Next day one mechanic has come to resolve the without knowing the actual complaint. While taking to that regard to the local franchisee lady coordinator- even she could not talk properly- don’t know how to talk with customer. After all these I tried once again, put my complain to local Mira Road – area officer Mr.Jayant Bari- (Contact No: [protected]) and further to Mumbai area manager – Mr.Pravin Wankhade (Contact No: [protected])- on 23rd June’14. They said will resolved by 24th June’14. But I didn’t received any response. I should get the 3 years contract extended from now without any cost as I have already paid but they haven’t provided any services what they should.

                    The RO+UV filter (Aquasure) that I purchased a couple of years ago has been leaking for many months. Despite placing frequent calls to the customer care number no one has turned up. Every few days I receive a call to explain the problem - I am promised a visit and prompt service at the end of the call but nothing has materialised yet. It is better if Eureka Forbes informs me that they are not interested in after sales service and I will, at least, not wait for them and go to some other vendor / brand. Harassing a customer should invite some punishment for the company. Sarat

Your Service Request Number: E3B5372381 Thanks & Regards, Eureka Forbes Team I had purchased the aqua sure expert water purifier in the month JAN 2014. Installation took almost 15 days. I had requested for additional filter right from day one, which I got it only in may. We had water smelling problem in the month of April . I had raised may service requests regarding that. Even though it was under warranty, the service person told that I had to pay RS 1500/- for replacement of the filters, in order to set right the smelling problem But even after that the problem was there. Again raised a complaint to set it right, service person come, set it right, but he had not checked the water inflow into the machine. When contacted the same service person over phone, he says it is a torture to him attending to issue. When contacted the customer care over phone, they give assurance that the service person will attend by day end for the past 20 days, but in vain. I am believing in there words and staying at home not going to office, facing loss of pay. This is the worst customer care service I have ever seen.there is neither TURN AROUND TIME nor QUALITY OF SERVICE for the customer requests.moreover this aqua sure xpert model is a failure product, having too many drawbacks.a few of my complaint numbers are:76841294, 76781203, 76767131, 76731338, E3B5372381.                         Respected Sir / Maam, 1. I have placed a request for servicing of my Aqua Guard (Aqua Sure) on 21 Jun 14 (Complaint No:[protected]. I made 03 phone calls to your customer care, requesting to send across a technician and for all the three calls I made, I was assured that a technician is on the way. 2. At last I rang up one of your service centers at Madipakkam, Chennai where the individual was too rude and offensive in his approach and gave me a number of a so called technician and he was kind enough to let me know that, now it is my head ache to reach out for the technician and it was my lucky day and my calls were unanswered. 3. I think its time for you guys to check up your logo 'Your Friend For Life'. Seriously its time for you guys to rethink, when you guys cant even sent across a technician or afford a customer friendly executive. 4.                           i have a Aquasure RO+UV which is under AMC for which i have paid around 4700/-.since 10-11 days i have filed a complaint with the customer care about its disfunction but inspite of my repeated requests and calls nobody is there to take care of it and to resolve my issue.4-5 days before a person came to see it but he said that there is a problem in the adapter and will be resolve the next day but no response after that, ...no body is ready to take responsilbilty .i dont know how such a big company is running with so careless customer support ...they are just taking money from customers and running away...

                            My Aqua guard Total RO silver is under AMC. This machine have gone out of order and compliant was lodged with customer care vide compliant No.76813867on 18/06/2014. From the day itself I am reminding the customer care telephonically thrice a day and their sterio type reply is that the technician will be deputed immediately. Customer care was requested by email as well as by phone. Even after 4 days no action has been taken by them to repair the equipment. This is a clear deficiency in service by the company. Will the company look into the matter immediately.

                                Sir/Madam, I am very sorry to put forward these lines. I am Doctor working for ISRO at Sriharikota. I have lodged a request on 26th May 2014 for replacing the filters and servicing the AQUAGARD-NOVA located at my residence. I have lodged the request thro; toll free No.[protected], the Gentleman who spoke to me received my request, took all the details like address contact no. and told me to note down the No.76487011 and told me within 24 to 48 hrs I will be receiving the call. After 10 days again I called and I was told within 24 hrs, the service person will attend the call. On 17th June again called toll free no. and enquired about my service request quoting the complaint No.76487011, I was told within that working day service person is going to attend the call. On 19th June one again I called (called twice) toll free No and spoke to service executives Ms.Saranya and Ms. Salini and told that I going to complain about this issue. I have asked for any esponsible person who can answer me. The gave me phone no. of Md.Faisal [protected]. Same day I gave SMS request to [protected] twice. I called MD.Faisal, but a lady received the call and told he is not available. When I asked about my service request she gave me phone No. of Mr.Murali [protected]. I called him on 19th and 20th June and enquired about the service request. I also asked him the reason for not attending the call. Mr.Murali told me that he has recently joined and he does'nt know anything about this issue. He assured that he will attend the call and told he will be attending the call on 21st June 2014. Mean time I lost patience and really want to bring this issue to higher authorities.                                   My Aquaguard Sensa is not working since 6th June 2014. I raised a complaint and was given complaint no. 76654294. Despite 2 weeks and calling several times to the customer services no. [protected] no one has come. The lady who answers the call each time is only promising same day service every time i call to find out the status. I have been recording all these conversations that I have had with the service no. My father very cleverly threw his aquaguard away and bought a Pureit RO filter instead and is very happy with the reliability and service. I would do the same if my aquaguard was not quite new. I dont know how the company Eureka Forbes survives. I have now put reviews in just about every website online. If everyone does the same soon they will have to go out of business. Eureka Forbes is forgetting that the new generation is on the internet most of the time and they can learn from others experience. Its just a question of time when they will pay dearly for the poor service.

                                    Permanent customer code No. [protected]. On 13/6/2014, I made a complaint which was registered at No. 76745183. The problem was not solved. Thus, I again lodged complaint on 17/6/2014 and 19/6/2014 vide No. 76797414 and 76833764. The problem is still not solved. But today morning, I received a message that AC BLOCK(P) MRP 450.00 AND PF CANDLE SLEEK (AR) (P) MRP 375.00 are replaced free of cost. Immediately, I contact on helpline No. to intimate that my complaint is not yet attended. The official on customer care assured me to check and inform me on my cell phone after one and half hour. But, I am not informed up till now.

                                      Complaint Number: 76782368. Very disappointed with your service. Water purifier is not working from past 4 days, raised this complaint on 16th June 2014. Until now they haven't sent any personal. This is pathetic service you people are providing. No proper communication. The customer adviser says they will send someone the same day but none turn up. Bad choice to have purchased your product.
