Dear sir,

We have purchased Eureka Forbes ENHANCE UV WP SYSTEM on 11.03.2013 , customer id no is [protected], order no is[protected], item code is GWPDENHUV00000.
It has not been even 1 month and the system is not working properly some dirty smell is coming from water after it comes from purifier. This is told to sales executive Mr SATISH PANDEY Mobile no:- [protected] from last 7 days and he is not responding to our complain....

I made a 3 year service contract for after purchase service with Eureka Forbes. Contract Receipt no. 18875478. Contract period: 22-09-11 to 21-09-14. But they have not responded to our multiple calls for servicing from June 2012. Finally we registered an official complain with their call center. Complain no. 7041963. Every time we call to ask about the progress the standard reply given to us is ’Ma’am the engineer forgot to get the spanner...

Their commitment fail.As per their commitment water TDS level will <500 ppm in outlet/after filtration.But after filtration I get >1490 PPM which is BIS drinking water out of norms.After 7-8 days of drinking this water we feel lot pain in abdomen.

I registered my complaint 7 days back , no person turned up till the 7th day of the complaint. My water purifier was leaking and not able to store water. I followed up but in vain . The person came on the 7th day with absolutely no shame, , demanded the change of my water purifier motor . Promised that he would replace the same next day. Two days from there I am waiting and there is absolutely no ownership, called the area manager 3-4 times...

Dear Sir,
I have purchased Aqua Sure Xtra product from Eureka Forbes on 17/11/2012. As per company terms product offers 6 months warranty. The product shown some malfunctioning last week and i have registered a complaint in their customer care number ([protected]). On 16/03/2013. Mean time i called 5 times to the asking for service and nobody turn on. Now i cannot use the product due to water leakage.

I was enquiring about Aquaguard from Eureka Forbes, the salesperson told me to pay Rs.500(HDFC Bank cheque# 025975) as sort of booking for a preferred period and he said if i don't go for the product the money will be returned to me, i did not go for the product due to very bad inputs from existing customer about the product & service, Instead of returning the cheque, they've encashed it and then he promised he'll handover...

Bad experience with Eureka Forbes-Aqua Guard. I made a wrong choice of choosing Aquaguard Total Enhance RO WP System by paying 11,990 + 3,880 (AMC) for this bull purifier...
It worked only for 1st 6 months and there after it started giving problem, Aquaguard service technicians themselves are not capable o[censored]nderstanding / attending to the complaint.

I had ordered Aquaguard Reviva model from Eureka forbes telesales and they got the unit installed through their channel partner " Sapthagiri Associates" on 11-4-12. It worked for 3-4 months and after that it stopped giving purified water and i raised complained to customer care and they took almost 1 week to rectify. Same problem repeated almost every month and they used to temporarily rectify and again problem used to repeat.br...

Hi,

We bought aquaguard infinity water purifier on June 2011. While buying, sales person promised us for two free servicing within a year. And he clearly mentioned that our enginner will come and do the servicing for free.
It is also mentioned on the papers he gave me.

Today after 1.5 years, no person from aquaguard has come to my place...no servicing, not even a call.
