We actually bought a water purification we got a repair in AMC we called the Eureka Forbes service here in Coimbatore(Tamil Nadu) they only told that they had a mistake in AMC and we paid the RS1590/- and he also told that another technician will come and replace it after 12 days also we can't get a proper response including the service center they not responding to us... Bill No:23161061 Please do the Favour to us

    I registered a complaint (No. [protected]) on 25 March '14 to get the broken tap of water purifier replaced. Received response from tel no.[protected] that it will be attended to in 2 days. On not receiving further response even after 5 days, I telephoned them only to be told that he does not cover my area (Brahmamangalam PIN 686605) and he gave me another number to contact. Since yesterday, I am being asked to call one number after another and even now everyone says that he does not cover my area! Your service persons had no difficulty to deliver and install the equipment; so I can't understand why the reluctance to service it! What am I supposed to do now?     Someone from your Kochi office telephoned me on Apr 4 itself and said that a technician would come to replace the broken tap and service the unit on Apr 7 Monday. But that's where things have stopped! No one called or reported on the 7th nor UNTIL NOW! It's now a further 12 days since the promise to repair the unit and 22 days since March 25 when I registered the complaint! Doesn't speak very well for your efficiency and your 'EuroSmile' promise, does it?

        We came on transfer from Bangalore to Mumbai. On 24th March, we registered for reinstallation of "AQUAGUARD ENHANCE'', on [protected]. Nobody came till now. Today again we contacted on the same number. A person called "Zakir'' said, ''We are unable to do anything. We have forwarded your request to the concerned department.'' While we placed our trust in the aquaguard brand, we are getting very poor response. We expect much better service from you.

            We have taken 1 year AMC for Inova aquagard from Aqua Pure Services Mumbai, situated at Gala 187, Azad Nagar Soceitty Andheri West, Mumbai 40058. ( Tel Nos.[protected] / [protected] ) Nobody is attaining the calls on Tel. no. given on bill or AMC contract bill and not providing any servies.Amount taken as AMC is Rs.2050/-. These people are taking AMC for Aquaguard as registered service centre and not providing any services against the same. Please stop to providing agency to such people.and arrange for better service to resolve issue

              Hi, I am Sushil Kanade, Customer ID:[protected] I have purchased Aquaguard Total Duo Water Purifier On 31st May 2013. For that i got charged Rs 17, 490 but i got bill of Rs 16, 990. So i am expecting to receive 500 difference amount from Eureka Forbes. I have called many times to customer care number. Logged complaints but till date i am not getting response from Eureka forbes. Truly this is not expected from big brand name "Eureka Forbes". I have copies of bill and my credit card statement as a proof. Hoping Eureka forbes will take action on my concern and give service as a good brand in market.                   I made complaint (No.[protected] a few days back for servicing of my water purifier. The company technicians made working purifier non - working in the name service. Afterwads they are not coming to my home and they made the working uv lamp defuct.I made several telephonic calls, still they remain indifferent.Due to nonavailability of purified water the health of my family members is deteriorating day by day.                     I am an old customer no [protected]. On 19th feb.'14 i have booked a service request no [protected]. For some problem in my aquaguard classick. One service man has visited after 2 days & he pach-up the problem and said that he will come back with a parts which is required to be changed. My a.M.C. No 20415668 & valid upto 25/07/14.But unfortunetaly, he did not come back. On enquiry it reavels that as my amc was done at hind motor hooghly branch, so uttarpara service branch will not replace the part. They suggested me to contact with hindmotor branch, on contract hindmotor branch also not attended my call for a long day, i just want to know is this the sample of your service? If within 7 days my problem has not settled than i have no other alternative but to think other way including releasing the fact on social net work.

                      I owned a Aqua-sure RO+UV water purifier and this is with reference to above mentioned complaint number (Web-Complaint No- B[protected]/ Phone-Complaint No- [protected]) lodged on 07th March 2014 to their customer-care. After running from pillar to post and numerous telephonic call to their service-center and service-technician, it has not been addressed till now. On every conversation to customer-care, I was given assurance that it will be fixed by next day but to my dismay that D-day never came. I am afraid that this agony will continue until a serious action is not taken by them. I am writing with a hope that it will be addressed by the concerned responsible as earliest as possible.

                        My nova is under amc with eureka forbes. My first complain was filed on 15th feb, 2014 was never entertained. I made another complain on 10th march, 2014. The problem was that no sound(Music) was heared when the purifier was ready to deliver the filtered water. The technician on 11th march, 2014 replaced it with a repaired pcb which is not to my satisfection. The company says that we replace the dameged parts only with the repired ones which is not fair.

                          I have got an aquaguard few days back and had a very bitter experience. When we requested for the product we got immediate calls, immediately it was delivered at our place but it took three days for installation after repeated calls. Also it was mentioned that a solar lamp will be given free but till date we have not received it. We have been following up everyday and they are simply telling today it will come for sure. But such liars Eureka Forbes. I would suggest people to read this and think before placing an order with Eureka Forbes. Very very bad, infact worst service !!

                            Myself Bhaskar.R, purchased a EuroClean(W/D), on 12/12/13, but I am yet to receive my Original Invoice with which I am in a fix of how to avail my future services. I called the customer care several times they have succeded in giving me the complaint numbers but to no avail & also I was promised a scratch card with a guaranteed gift which is yet to be realised, if this is way a company impresses a customer than how will he introduce any one or also how will I buy any products of the company in future.

                              Hi, I am Yogesh Patil, based at Pune, Viman Nagar and I had purchased water purifier RO+UV from Eureka Forbes around ten months back. I raised a complaint on 27th Feb 2014 to customer care number[protected] for machine servicing and installing a pre filter by my register mobile number +91- [protected]. After 27th Feb 2014, I follow up with customer care with four times but every time i get a response that person from our end will attend your complaint today and by end of day we get no reply from them. Its a very bad experience for me for follow-up with Eureka Forbes service center to get service for purifier which is in warranty. Till today no one had attended the complaint.                                 I had taken eureka forbes reviva and after warranty took AMC annual maintenance contract for servicing and candle change but this company has not bother to send any technician for any servicing. Inspite of n number of phone calls to technician n the company customer care no body has reonded. Pls help me. We r having severe stomach problems.

                                  They told me the Purifier will provide you the clean air and helpfull for your health but after using this i got infected by cough and cold and right now i am taking anti biotics for the same.                                     Hi, I took a 2 year AMC from Eureka forbes end-Jan for my Aquaguard system. It started developing problems last month and i raised a complaint on their helpline last week. They are supposed to fix the issue within 2 working days, it has been 5 days since the complaint and no issue resolution is in sight. I have called the helpline 6-7 times and still no redressal. They promise they will escalate and there is not even a basic call back done by them. I would like to cancel my AMC with such an unprofessional company and take full refund of the same. There are 3rd party vendors who service better and have much more customer care than Eureka Forbes.

                                    BTW, it has crossed more than 1 week since complain was made. Do you have SLAs/penalty clauses for such no-shows? I was told every problem is addressed within 2 working days.

According to service rule he had to give 3 service check-ups free but he has not come so far.Only because of his ignorance My Aqua guard RO is not working within warranty period.I sent him SMS & call also however he has not come so far.What can I do?                                         Despite repeated 'phone calls to customer care[protected] since 17th October 2013, I have not received the refund of the AMC amount for the unutilised/unexpired period (Ref: AMC # 21183023 for the period[protected] to[protected] for "i NOVA" product). I had purchased AG TOTAL ENHANCE RO+UV WP System on[protected] thru' direct sales (Ref: Invoice No. [protected] dated[protected] and my customer ID is [protected]. At the time of placing the order with the sales persons (Punithan - [protected]; Anandharaj - [protected]), I was requested to hand over the original AMC relating to " i NOVA " and was assured that the company would send the refund cheque to me directly. This has not happened till date and every time I contact the Customer Care, I get the assurance that the matter would be resolved within a week. I have contacted your company seven times so far since 17th October 2013, the last call being made on[protected]. I plan to approach appropriate channels for seeking redressal of the grievance and compensation, in case the complaint is not resolved within a week from date.
