I own a Aqua guard Nova & my request No [protected] dated 31st March is still unattended in spite of my several reminders. I am under Service Contract for 3 years. Have been calling the Help desk almost everyday & is always promised a technician but nobody turns up by the end of the day. Kindly attend immediately or cancel the service contract and return my money.

    I am resident of Mumbai and I have taken yearly service contract for my Aquaguard. On 29th Mar I have registered complaint for service but no one got back till 1st Apr...then again called back customer care to check status...they registered new complaint and gave me regional head number...called him 3-4 times..always he tell by today end of day your work will be done but no action. Till 8th Apr I have registered 4 complaints[protected], 75740434, 75788255,[protected] and no one got back from Eureka Forbes. They are just bothered of taking money for service in advance then providing services. Take service contract from Eureka Forbes only if you have extra money and time to follow up.

      I am a resident of Kalyan West (Tilak Chowk Area), Mumbai. I had registered a complaint on 31st on march 2014 for i-nova water purifier which is under a yearly maintenance contract and the complaint number for the same being[protected]. However, the technician attended to analyse the problem and reported that he shall be coming the very next day to replace the transformer which he noticed was burnt. However, it is still unattended despite of bringing it to the notice of company 2-3 times since then.

        I am keep on calling the customer care no-[protected] from friday that is 4-4-14 about asking for aqua sure extra refill filter cartridge one top and another middle filter and a tap they taken my complaint and my no-[protected] and they not sent any sms about my request and they told within 24 hrs company rep will call me and am waited till that time and i again called on saturday that is 5-4-14 and they told within 7 pm their rep will call me and nobody called and that no i gave on top is not toll free is costing me about Rs-10 every time i call because everybody will be busy by the time i get connected it will be like 10mins min and what these people running the company or bull i want to know if they are not able to provide service why the hell these people selling their product and i think this is a third grade company because these people selling product and not providing the spares because to purchase new one to make profit and they wont give spares to local dealers also then what these people doing out there

          representative of eureka forbes came home and explained about the product. since we were very much in need of the water purifier product i asked them to install it on the next day. they promised me within 24 hours and took the full payment. its been more than two and half days we are not provided the product, while speaking to the company the reply was because of their audit they cannot supply the product and they are not able to promise when they can provide it. i am really worried about the money i paid to them. one reason i will not choose a indian company looking forward they will provide the service.

            I ordered for a vacuum cleaner on 24 March 2014 through a direct sales representative Vijay Singh, code 9028977, mobile number [protected] and paid Rs.4990/- though a cheque. He promised delivery within 2-3 days. The cheque as en cashed on 29 March 2014 I gave time for a week and then started callig. Till date I would have made about 7 calls and every time he would says that he would give an update in 2 minutes but would not call back. Today, I made 3 calls in vain. In the last call he made his assistant Sanjay pick up my call. I had to narrate the whole matter to him only as a wasted exercise. He has no courtesy to reply. I usd to give eureka as an example to my company employees. Now I will still do that but for a different purpose . I want to keno how does the company plan to compensate this

              i purchased eureka forbes elegant ro aqua sure product. the product was faulty and got non functional within two weeks of date of purchase. i kept calling the company representatives from past 15 days and there is no response from them. i hereby request to resolve the issue by putting pressure on this company to replace the product and also not to sell such faulty products.

I made lots of phone calls to a person named "Hemendra Bhatnagar"(Phone no:[protected]), , Chetak Circle, Udaipur Office division from last 3 days and that person is missguiding me saying that the technician is on the way. I am in contract period of 3 years with your company but the services are totally not up to the mark. I am facing such problems from last 1.5 years which has forced me to make an online complain.                     Its been just 4 months I purchased a UV enhance water purifier from Eureka Forbes @ India Trade Fair in Pragati Maidan and I'm facing problems with the unit. I've already placed a complaint on their helpline which remains unattended till date and we are facing problems and the water is scarce. Another fire extinguisher we purchased from eureka forbes and we were promised that an insurance agent would pay us a visit in one month and we are still waiting its been almost 5 months.                       AQUAGUARD CLASSIC-contacted over phone[protected] to register a complaint but rejected to register complaint with a reason my area is not covered by them. And they gave me another number to register a complaint[protected] but no response. I have gone to forest park office at 10.30 am on 1-4-2014 but the office not opened. One gentleman standing in front of office have given three mobile numbers to resolve my problem -no body lifted the mobile. Finally with the help gentleman i have registered my complaint with [protected] at 10.45 AM on 1.4.2014. But no action intiated by the company and this type of service never expected for essential item like AQUAGUARD WATER PURIFIER even after taking AMC for three years valid upto oct.2016.

                        We actually bought a water purification we got a repair in AMC we called the Eureka Forbes service here in Coimbatore(Tamil Nadu) they only told that they had a mistake in AMC and we paid the RS1590/- and he also told that another technician will come and replace it after 12 days also we can't get a proper response including the service center they not responding to us...                           I registered a complaint (No. [protected]) on 25 March '14 to get the broken tap of water purifier replaced. Received response from tel no.[protected] that it will be attended to in 2 days. On not receiving further response even after 5 days, I telephoned them only to be told that he does not cover my area (Brahmamangalam PIN 686605) and he gave me another number to contact. Since yesterday, I am being asked to call one number after another and even now everyone says that he does not cover my area! Your service persons had no difficulty to deliver and install the equipment; so I can't understand why the reluctance to service it! What am I supposed to do now?                           Someone from your Kochi office telephoned me on Apr 4 itself and said that a technician would come to replace the broken tap and service the unit on Apr 7 Monday. But that's where things have stopped! No one called or reported on the 7th nor UNTIL NOW! It's now a further 12 days since the promise to repair the unit and 22 days since March 25 when I registered the complaint! Doesn't speak very well for your efficiency and your 'EuroSmile' promise, does it?

Today again we contacted on the same number. A person called "Zakir'' said, ''We are unable to do anything. We have forwarded your request to the concerned department.'' While we placed our trust in the aquaguard brand, we are getting very poor response. We expect much better service from you.

                                  We have taken 1 year AMC for Inova aquagard from Aqua Pure Services Mumbai, situated at Gala 187, Azad Nagar Soceitty Andheri West, Mumbai 40058. ( Tel Nos.[protected] / [protected] ) Nobody is attaining the calls on Tel. no. given on bill or AMC contract bill and not providing any servies.Amount taken as AMC is Rs.2050/-. These people are taking AMC for Aquaguard as registered service centre and not providing any services against the same. Please stop to providing agency to such people.and arrange for better service to resolve issue

                                    Hi, I am Sushil Kanade, Customer ID:[protected] I have purchased Aquaguard Total Duo Water Purifier On 31st May 2013. For that i got charged Rs 17, 490 but i got bill of Rs 16, 990. So i am expecting to receive 500 difference amount from Eureka Forbes. I have called many times to customer care number. Logged complaints but till date i am not getting response from Eureka forbes. Truly this is not expected from big brand name "Eureka Forbes". I have copies of bill and my credit card statement as a proof. Hoping Eureka forbes will take action on my concern and give service as a good brand in market.                                         I made complaint (No.[protected] a few days back for servicing of my water purifier. The company technicians made working purifier non - working in the name service. Afterwads they are not coming to my home and they made the working uv lamp defuct.I made several telephonic calls, still they remain indifferent.Due to nonavailability of purified water the health of my family members is deteriorating day by day. Please take urgent steps.
