We have been facing issues with WATER FILTER (AQUALFLO DX) filter since last 6 months. We have registered complaint 4 times at least. But every time we register complaint for getting filter changed, we face very bad response. Now we are regretting having been purchased this product and its false contract of three years service! Service is very bad.

    Dear Eureka Forbes team, Apropos my complaint dated 18th Oct'13, regarding non functioning of water filter and its replacement, I would like to inform you that Mr. Naresh (tel No. [protected]), an executive from Eureka Forbes team had visited us, and rectified the machine for the time being, but haven't replaced the machine as requested, stating that the machine can only be replaced if it malfunctions within a month of purchase. I would like you to provide me with a documentary proof regarding the same, as this was not mentioned to me during purchase. I will not accept any such product from a reputed company like "Eureka Forbes", supplying a machine which had to be rectified twice from the date of purchase. Please revert with clarifications.

    Sir, i have a product of aqua sure Expert model water purifier & i have logged a complain on 2.4.16 wide complain no 86423568 but till no action done from your end what is the next step for customer .and i have continues call to your customer care & your Service technician but they are not responding to me. please let me know where i go to resolve the issue. I would like to inform you that Mr. Naresh (tel No. [protected]), an executive from Eureka Forbes team is not responding & not lifted my call & not reply sms which is sent by me to him even after my so many fallow ups.

      I have purchased Aquaguard Total Infinti two and half to three years back. Your service person has fixed the water purifier and told that when the water stops coming you have to replace the filter. On 18/05/2013 the water stopped coming and called Mr. Krishnappa ([protected]) on 20/05/2013 told him the water is not coming. He told will send one of his representative to check. On 20/05/2013 Mr Ramu ([protected]) had come to my house around 3:30pm and first time the water purifier has been opened and checked, when he opened he said that only one filter is there inside it suppose to be two filter, my sister immediately called me and informed. I immediately called Mr. Krishnappa along with Ramu, I took them in conference call, in the conference call Mr. Ramu said that only one filter is there inside the water purifier, in the conference call I said to Mr. Krishnappa about the defective he said to speak to sales team without mentioning the name of the sales team. As a customer how will I know whether there should be one or more filter inside, while taking your product you are not opening and showing what are there inside the water purifier. In this three years I have not called any one to check the water purifier. Yesterday when i was going through the manual, in the manual it has mentioned 2 free service which I have not opted. On 20/05/2013 called your customer care No.[protected] four times, each and every time it use to take more than five minutes to get connected to your person in the customer care. When I start explain the problem to them it use to get disconnected and your customer care said some technical problem due to which it is getting disconnected. I told them if so you should call back to the customer, they said they do not have the facility to call back. Fourth time tried calling, I would able to explain her the full problems after that she connected me to another person, who is her senior, After explaining him, he had given me an complaint number 71442524 and a number to call and speak ([protected]) this number belongs to some one else who no way connected to your company. Again I called your customer care then they gave me a different number ([protected]) which was belonging Mr. Bhrama Raiappa, I tried calling the number but could not able to reach. On 21/05/2013 tried calling the above number ([protected]) which belongs to Mr. Bhrama Raiappa an employee of your company and explained him the laps what your company has done in the product which has been sold to me and he said that this is the first time he his hearing this kind of complaint from customer. A mail has been send to Mr. Bhrama Raiappa, Dinesh and Customer care id on 21/05/2013.(vp.[protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in, dinesh.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com and [protected]@eurekaforbes.com). Under this circumstances, as a customer I am really concern to those customers who has purchased your products and have been using without knowing the defective inside the machines which has been sold by your company. This is nothing but CHEATING THE CUSTOMER WHO TRUST YOUR BRAND AND YOUR PRODUCTS. My self and my family are drinking impure water for so many years, trusting that the machine is giving us safe drinking water. My mother was complaining about the purity of the water and some time even the taste of the water was different and we would have faced some health hazard as well. We have purchased a defective water purifier and have been using without knowing. So, I demand for immediate replacement of the whole above DEFECTIVE WATER PURIFIER with new fresh packed one and also I want to claim a minimum amount of Rs 1, 00, 000/- as compensation towards giving a defective product to us and health hazard would have faced while using your above water purifier. If the above said demand is not meet with in a 10 from today, I have to go to Consumer Court for justice.         I have purchase aquaguard classic water purifier through sales representative Mr.Naveen Kr Jha (Mobile.[protected]) Meerut (U.P.) on September-2013 but unfortunately this system is Completely out of order since 13.11.2013. I have complained to customer care number[protected] with complaint no.73907286. After many days no action taken by service team against registered my complaint no.73907286. I also contact with Service incharge Meerut Mr.Brijmohan Agarwal Mobile.no.[protected] and many time calls to customere care & service centre Meerut. But till date my problem not solve by your team, I am very hopeless for this misbehavior Please instruct to responsible person and solve my complaint early to early .               Dear Sir,

              25days back I put a query on net for Eureka Forbes R.O. .After that I rcvd a call from company(Mr Mukesh Jha, sales exc [protected]).He came to my place for demo.
              After that I gave him a cheque of rs 14990 for water R.O. Afetr 2 days I got the dlvry. When my cheque cleared then he said your water flow is very low, this R.O. will not work here.You have 2 purchase a saperate motor(2400rs) for this.I said why you didn’t mentioned this at the time of demo, but he didn’t reply. When I didn’t found any solution, I agreed to purchase the motor.Then he gave another persons no. When I called him, he gave me anothers no.(Mr Kulvinder [protected]), but he also didn’t do anything, only replied 2morrow, 2morrow 2morrow.
              After that I again went to Mr Mukesh Jha, then he replied I cant do anything I m in sales, not in service. Then he gave me Mr Deepak, s no(Are Service Incharge)[protected]. He also replied same, that 2morrow I will send a person for this but nobody came.
              After lost I called in call center on 19/11/13( Complnt No[protected]an hour you will get the result, but didn’t find any result.
              Called again in call center on 24th & 25th nov, but no result.
              Now pls this is my humble request that help me in this matter ASAP coz I spent 15000rs but didn’t take anything. I will be very thankfull 2 you.

                I, Ashish A. Shiwarkar, have Aquard Sensa Filter at my home. I have given complaint on[protected]Complaint No.[protected] that my filter is not working. After three days I have given another complaint on[protected]Complaint No.[protected] that no one has attended the first complaint. By god grace the service provider from Nagpur Mr. Shivanand has sent his service engineer Mr. Manoj to my home. He replaced some filters and claimed that the filter is ready and charged around Rs. 2100/-. But the filter has stopped working immediately after half an hour. From then he is continuously giving wrong commitments that he is coming but has stopped picking my phones. It seems that Eureka Forbes has no interest in repairing our filter.                   I gave given 5 complaints but still after repetitive complains still no action is been taken to replace our Aqua-guard classic model. The order form cum reciept No. is[protected]. I am facing this water problem since 1 month. I am wondering how you deal with your customers("NO RESPONSE"). The taste and odour of the purified water is very bad and is very unpleasant to drink.                     I bought an Infinity Water Purifier from Eureka Forbes, the company I trust. though the machine costed almost double than any other water purifier, I simply bought it because I was promised a few things like: it has a feature of a auto cleaning process which can be done at home by myself, I would get a free candle and a free carbon during the warranty of my purifier. To my suprise when the time came for my second service, I was told that there is no free carbon or candle in the warranty which meant I was duped. I paid 11, 000/- for a water purifier and I am not now being given what I was promised by the Sales person, infact, I had personally visited their office in Dadar and met the person. I contacted Mr. Manoj Pant the Branch Head in Dadar as I wanted to bring this to his notice. He assured me that he will look into this and have the needful done as promised, it has been almost 3 months that I am still awaiting some one to change the carbon and candle. This is definately not expected from a reputed company like Shapurji Pallonji.

                        I booked Aquagaurd Enhance water purifier from one of Eureka Forbes sales man (Shivraj Gavli. Mob:[protected]) dated on Sep 28, 2013 in Pune (Receipt No:[protected]. When I booked purifier the price was RS. 15490 only. As per the deal I booked purifier and given the postdated (Oct 12, 2013) check of RS. 15490 to him. Before booking I asked to him I want delivery and installation dated on Oct 13, 2013 only and not before and after and he committed to me he will deliver and install on time anyhow. On Oct 12 he called me and asked for RS. 500 more. When I denied to give him more money he told me I can’t provide a product to you then I replied cancel my order and don’t withdrawal money from my account and I put the phone. After some time he called me again and said don’t worry sir I’ll provide the product to you tomorrow in same price then I said It’s okay for me. On Oct 13, 2013 I wait for him whole day he didn't call me then I called him and asked about product then he said I can’t provide you product today then I replied him if you are not able provide product then cancel my order and he said okay and I closed the matter. On Oct 15, 2013 I noticed RS. 15490 withdrawal from my account dated on Oct 11, 2013 in favors of Eureka Forbes Ltd before my authorized date(i.e. Oct 12, 2013). When I asked to Pune office about my money withdrawal they said we will discuss the matter with sales man and will callback you. I wait for 2 days, No one called me then I called to sales man and asked how did you withdraw money from my account if my order is cancelled? Then he replied we will cancel your order and you will receive your money with in 15 days. Now, it's more than 40 day's gone and still not received my money. whenever I'm calling him he is saying give us 2 day's time we will give you your money.This is happening since last 2 weeks. Eureka Forbes is a cheating company. Please refund my money as soon as possible otherwise I will file complaint in consumer court against you.

Further we have also send the hard copy of complain to Step-3 Service redressal on 30/09/2013 but no action has been taken so far. I have deep trust in your company’s product & hope that I will not be disheartened for quality issue as I have purchased this Eureka’s RO after cancelling the order given to other make RO. Unfortunately I have bad experience from the customer service because the customer complain is pending since long & issue is still unresolved. We are purchasing drinking water on daily basis because non operation of our RO. Last visit of Technician was on 24/07/2013. Following are the observations after last visit: 1. Water output is low i.e. Water Purifier efficiency is very low. 2. Water is continuously coming from drain pipe i.e. wastage of water is more. 3. Purified Water test is not like RO Water, taste/smell is not good in comparison to water found after commissioning of m/c, means servicing /repairing is not up to the mark. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to repair the m/c under warranty clause.                           I purchased a Eureka Forbes Enhance water purifier from CSD Canteen, AF Tambaram during May 2017. Immediately after purchase, there was some problem in the machine and was attended by several technicians from your company. The technician who attended last week told me that the filters are to be changed for which he asked me to complain to the feed back site. Accordingly, I lodged a complaint in the site. I was called and told that the filters are not covered under warranty and as such the same will not be replaced. I wonder when the entire machine is under warranty, how a part of it will not be covered. Pl look in to the matter and try to help me so that I can have a friendly service from you further.                             I had purchased Aquaguard-Enhance UV + on March 2013, after a week the indicator light started blinking red and just 1/4 tank filled with water. The service guys came thrice but failed to rectify the problem. In November 2013 the problem has worsened and no drinking water is getting collected in tank, we once again raised complaint on 09/11 (complaint #[protected] but no one turned up after 72 hrs. On 12/11 a service guy checked and said this need system board changed and will come back next day, but did not turn up, we followed up with the customer care personnel and every time they gave me false assurances (13/11 complaint#89011250, and 14/11 complaint#[protected]. I also contacted Mr.Sahanay (sales incharge) but not of much help, according to him he is into sales and not into service. Today, 16/11 Mr.Santosh another service guy checked and again said system board needs to be changed and this will happen only next week as no one is available in their office. At this moment I would like to point that due to non-functioning of this Aquaguard I had to buy Bisleri bottles daily for my family. Even after knowing this Eureka Forbes is not taking my request seriously. The service guys come at their convenience and well planned in such a way that things can be put for next day, i.e. 4-5PM on weekdays or after 12 PM weekends. I would not suggest to any body to buy products from aquaguard. Even my parents in bhopal had aquaguard water purifier and had same service issue. Now they switch to Kent RO and happy with its service.

                              Avoid buying eureka forbes products through salesperson

                              I had purchased Enhanced RO water purifier on 11-Oct-2013 with the exchange of my old Riviva RO purifier. The sales person told the cost for Enhanced RO water purifier is Rs. 15990/- and I will get Rs. 2000/- deduction for exchanging my old water purifier and I had to pay Rs. 14000/- nett and I can also reimburse entire AMC cost of the old water purifier (AMC for 2 years was renewed on 14-May-2013 for Rs.7430/-). So, I had paid Rs. 14000/-...

                              We bought our RO+UV machine through Eureka Forbes thinking it is
                              the best but we are so disappointed by the service provided by them. Such a
                              good company but sorry to say very bad after sale service support. Since last two
                              months machine is not working. We have informed the same with your after sales
                              service team Mr. Ramesh (mobile no. [protected]) but after several attempt still
                              your service team cannot repair the same. When it is the time for renewal of
                              AMC the person will come on time to collect the cheque and now when i am facing
                              a problem since last two months the company does not bother about our problem.
                              Very pathetic service and highly disappointing...

                                  Dear Sir, Before 2-3 years i had bought a Eureka Forbs water purifier from Nashik. After one year i bought an Annual Maintenance contract from company by paying Rs. 2850.00 for 3 years. Which is valid till Mid 2014. Before 2 months the said purifier got some problems. I called 30 times on call centre. After pushing them so much they sent a person who doesn't know anything came to my house and took machine to service centre. After that i called minimum 20 times on call centre. After that they gave us a person's number of Sushil Walde who is a head of the service centre Nasik. I called him also but he is not responding properly. And till today my machine is not wih me. He said that yours machine is taken from dealer so we can't help you. ' Bu we are giving money by seeing Eureka Forbs brand, how they can say that. So please help me or make arrangements for my new machine or money back.

It was delivered vide DC No.22644369 on 30.10.2013. It was installed in the afternoon of 01.11.2013. The unit was sold through Mr Akash More (Code No.9046541).My complaint poinrs are as under: (1) I have not been issued / provided Sales Invoice despite 3-4 times contacted telephonically and one personal visit' (2) The unit was installed in the afternoon when there is no water supply from overhead tank. It was told me that the person will visit next day morning for Demonstration purpose. However, till date nobody turned up. (3) My name and address in Order Booking Form and Delivery challans are some what different. My name in DC written is 'MADUVAN' instead of correct name 'MADHUSUDAN'. Also address '9, AMI APRT., NR. VIJAYNAGAR CROSSING, NARANPURA, AHMEDABAD-380013' has not been correctly mentioned in DC.                                       I purchased one 'Aquaguard Enhance UV + Water Purifier with eBoiling' apparatus on 28.01.2013 from Divisional Sales Office at 67, Anand Nagar, near Balaji Temple, Raipur Chhattisgarh-492001, 24 hr service care no.[protected], through Mr. Jeevan Kishor Toppo ( Mob. No [protected]) who after duly testing the water quality suggested for this apparatus. After installation of the apparatus on 28.01.2013, I noticed a white layer of deposits started appearing on the column of water. The deposit started posing digestion problem and immediately from the 3rd. day of installation I started calling up Sri Toppo to please come and see for himself the white layer of deposit and ensure the reason for this deposit.But despite my repeated requests Sri Toppo did not find it worthwhile to visit my place and do anything to satisfy us. After a lapse of 3 months after the visit and examjnation by a sevice personnel from the service station, Sri Toppo visited my place some time in end April and after a detailed discussion arrived at the decision that the existing apparatus requires to be replaced and a fresh machine was installed thereafter. But the apparatus so replaced also did not change the quality of water and the deposits continued persistently. I kept requesting the authorised service centre ( NEETU SERVICES) to do something to get rid us of the white layer but my requests turned futile.In September it was the first time a man from service centre arrived for servicing the apparatus and told us that the candle be replaced.I had to go out of station in Oct'13 for personal reasons and immediately on getting back in Nov'13, I visited the office at Anand nagar where I met Sri Patnaik, the local Head who introduced me to Sri Guchhait. the head Sales representative who in turn visited my place on 6th. Nov '13 and suggested that the apparatus be replaced with one RO machine since the water quality at my place does not support UV Enhance subject to payment of the difference of the price with a deduction of RS.3000/- for the period o[censored]se of the apparatus from Jan'13 to this date is to be borne by me. Ihave no objection to pay the difference but why I should bear the expense for using the existing apparatus which I was forced to use due to slackness of Sri Toppo who, I suppose, purposely did not visit my place and simply tried to play foul with clear intention to while away the time in order to speed past the 'Warranty Period' so as to avoid the responsibility of suggesting and installing a wrong apparatus.
