Madhusudan M Joshi, Cus ID:[protected] purchased Aquaguard Classic from EurekaForbs Ltd., 2nd Floor, Bhagwati Chambers, Ashram Rd., Ahmedabad-380014. vide Order No.[protected] dated 29.10.2013. It was delivered vide DC No.22644369 on 30.10.2013. It was installed in the afternoon of 01.11.2013. The unit was sold through Mr Akash More (Code No.9046541).My complaint poinrs are as under: (1) I have not been issued / provided Sales Invoice despite 3-4 times contacted telephonically and one personal visit' (2) The unit was installed in the afternoon when there is no water supply from overhead tank. It was told me that the person will visit next day morning for Demonstration purpose. However, till date nobody turned up. (3) My name and address in Order Booking Form and Delivery challans are some what different. My name in DC written is 'MADUVAN' instead of correct name 'MADHUSUDAN'. Also address '9, AMI APRT., NR. VIJAYNAGAR CROSSING, NARANPURA, AHMEDABAD-380013' has not been correctly mentioned in DC. As such, name and address require to be corrected in the system and finally Sales Invoice requires to e issued. Will you get resolved my above qureies Soon? Madhusudan M Joshi (M)[protected]

    I purchased one 'Aquaguard Enhance UV + Water Purifier with eBoiling' apparatus on 28.01.2013 from Divisional Sales Office at 67, Anand Nagar, near Balaji Temple, Raipur Chhattisgarh-492001, 24 hr service care no.[protected], through Mr. Jeevan Kishor Toppo ( Mob. No [protected]) who after duly testing the water quality suggested for this apparatus. After installation of the apparatus on 28.01.2013, I noticed a white layer of deposits started appearing on the column of water. The deposit started posing digestion problem and immediately from the 3rd. day of installation I started calling up Sri Toppo to please come and see for himself the white layer of deposit and ensure the reason for this deposit.But despite my repeated requests Sri Toppo did not find it worthwhile to visit my place and do anything to satisfy us. After a lapse of 3 months after the visit and examjnation by a sevice personnel from the service station, Sri Toppo visited my place some time in end April and after a detailed discussion arrived at the decision that the existing apparatus requires to be replaced and a fresh machine was installed thereafter. But the apparatus so replaced also did not change the quality of water and the deposits continued persistently. I kept requesting the authorised service centre ( NEETU SERVICES) to do something to get rid us of the white layer but my requests turned futile.In September it was the first time a man from service centre arrived for servicing the apparatus and told us that the candle be replaced.I had to go out of station in Oct'13 for personal reasons and immediately on getting back in Nov'13, I visited the office at Anand nagar where I met Sri Patnaik, the local Head who introduced me to Sri Guchhait. the head Sales representative who in turn visited my place on 6th. Nov '13 and suggested that the apparatus be replaced with one RO machine since the water quality at my place does not support UV Enhance subject to payment of the difference of the price with a deduction of RS.3000/- for the period o[censored]se of the apparatus from Jan'13 to this date is to be borne by me. Ihave no objection to pay the difference but why I should bear the expense for using the existing apparatus which I was forced to use due to slackness of Sri Toppo who, I suppose, purposely did not visit my place and simply tried to play foul with clear intention to while away the time in order to speed past the 'Warranty Period' so as to avoid the responsibility of suggesting and installing a wrong apparatus.

      We purchased annual service contract from Eureka Forbes for 3 years on 12-mar-12 by paying 3640 rupees for our water purifier. After that one service was done on Jun-12. Since then no one has turned up for servicing our aquaguard. We called several times but they give only false promises. Latest complain registered on 22-oct-13 and no responce on that yet. We called call center several times but all the people and company as well is hopeless and useless. Their head of call center everytime promises us to get back within half an hour and nothing happens after that. Annual is their so called head of customer care on Mumbai level, she never answers her phone. All numbers which company provide on their website to take complaint on higher level are fake and no one answers them. We are highly disappointed with this brand. They are purring our health in jeopady by not servicing aquaguard on time even after paying. Eureka Forbes is cheating on their customers and they shodt change their tag line to company that brings only cries and not smiles to their customer. I would recommend to every one never to purchase any product from this fraudulent company.

        I have raised a service request with service request no: 73812612 for servicing of my non-functional aqua-guard. But nobody responded to it. I have called customer care 5 times today and each time the customer care executive told me that by today evening the service person will be in your doorstep. But till 7.30 PM nobody contacted me and when I called customer care they told "sorry sir today it is not possible". Is this some kind of joke going on. Here I am buying mineral water for drinking after having installed aqua-guard and you are playing with me. It seems that for every service request one needs to raise a consume complaint. What kind of shameless behavior is this.

          This is Yuvaraj from Chennai Periyar Nagar. As a poor customer unfortunately I was cheated by one of Eureka Executive Gunasekar (I never seen a WORST PERSON like him in a sales & service field) and since many good products are there in the market I bought this failure product worth of Rs 18000/-. At the time of sales this bugger Gunasekar told me that every 4 months free services are there for 1year. None of the persons from service team turned up. My machine got struck up from July 13 and there is no support from this Gunasekar. I called up customer UNcare center number and registered a service call on 26th Sep 13. Again a worst experience and no one attended my service call. In between I called this stupid fellow Gunasekar and irritating responds from him. Again I called up help line (Actually help less) number and asked for the status. Again one more stupid lady committed that service will be closed today itself. Not happen, I totally lost the trust with Eureka… Now we are in Nov 13 and the machine is still the same July 13 condition. Ashamed to buy this product … One of the worst experiences in my life time and never faced like this situation. Few details are below. · Complaint numbers – [protected], second number lost, [protected] · Gunasekar – [protected]. If required I will give my mobile bill, just check how many time I called / chased this guy · Saravanan – [protected], I called up Archana (Customer care) and she also committed that call will be closed today and she gave Saravanan number saying he is the Service Manager. He also committed and the service still not happen No name – [protected] – This guy is speaking to me in different manner, he said many service calls are there and will attend if he gets time. But I am waiting from July 13… Really I made a big mistake by purchased this product. Before that I unfortunately met the bugger Gunasekar. Unhappily Yuva.

            This is with ref. to complaint No. 73690834 dt. 27th Oct, 2013 and esclation complaint No. 73750115 dt. 30th Oct, 2013 & 7380028 dt. 2nd Nov, 2013 with regard to the delivery of Dust Bags for Eureka Forbes Vaccum Cleaner. I have called more than 7 times to your customer service number and all the times your executives gives a promose to get the bags delivered by evening and I never get it. Even, no one has even courtesy to callback from EFL to update the status. On 2nd Nov, I got the assurance from your CSE that dust bags will be delivered to my home by 4 pm but nothing worked and now I have to celebrate diwali with dirty home. Thanks a lot to the worst service by Eureka Frobes. I tried several times to ask them about the contact details/address of the nearest dealer to collect the dust bags myself but CSE's dont have addresses of EFL's dealers. I even tried to ask them the details of Area Manager or some officials of EFL but they refused to give the details. I really don't know whom to contact and I am really surprised by the insensitive behaviour of a company which is living on direct marketing. Its for sure that I am not going to use by EFL product in the future neither going to recommend to someone. Sukh Nandan

            I would like to inform you that till now i.e. even after 2.5 months my complaint is unresolved. Yet, the delivery of dust bags is not made. Can you inform if this is the level of after sales service Eureka Forbes is giving to its customers. I have rated 1 star as that's the least if less, I would have given even less.

              I has purchased RO purifier on September 2013 and within a week 4 times compliant has been made by me regarding water bitter taste and tds below 25 but no action has been taken after again and again made calls to customer care...I want my money back or replacement of my product by UV as I was misguided by aqua guard.                 we have purchased Aquasure Xpert ( RO+UV+ UF with TDS regulated) purifier on 18th Oct 2013. The purifier installed on 21st Oct 2013, within 3 days of installation, it stopped functioning. we have compiled about the problem to Eureka fobs help line on 27th Oct. They promised issue will be addressed with in 24 hrs. even after 4 days no progress made. we are asking the Eurekafobs to replace the purifier with New purifier. Eureka fobs says the system has to be replaced at dealer ( Ashoka Combines, No 95, Hospital road ( Near Menaka theater), Bangalore-53, Phone 22266659. The Dealer saying Eureka fobs has to replace. Mean time service person attended on 30th around 6pm, Says Mother board ( PCB) board has to be replaced. Later contacted both Eureka fobs and dealer, both pointing towards other for taking next step. There is whole lot of confusion about who is going to replace the system. Eurekafobs says Dealer has to replace, dealer says Eureka fobs has to replace the system . we are tired of coordinating and discussing with both the parties. Auasure Xpert suppose to be the best model. we have paid Rs 18500/-, vide Bill no : 40581, Dated : 18-Oct-2013. Hope someone from Eureka fobs will look into the matter and replaces with new purifier system immediately. Regards, manju [protected]

                  I had lodged a complaint for the service of the aquaguard machine which is under AMC. first of all I had delayed service, then the technician who came had stopped the water supply of the RO machine also which later stopped working and I had to pay Rs. 2500/ for the repair. Now when i call up the service center to talk to the head, they don't let me do so saying she is busy in some meeting. Its been 5 to 6 days nobody has come for the aquaguard service. Please help.

                    I have brought a new wet and dry vaccum cleaner from Eureka forbes 1 mnth back. While giving demo (eureka forbes executive Hemant Karne) one blower part fell from our terrace and it broke he promised to replace with a new part in a week time. he came after a week and handed over a used blower part to us with all the scratches and all. till date we are following up with eureka forbes but to our ordial no one has still come to solve the problem. Shame on a big company like Eureka Forbes

                      Dear Sir, I have bought Eureka Forbes AquaSure Elegant RO in June, i have requested for free servicing via online Service Request Number: 5B68E26985 on 21/10/13. there was no response from service center. I have been trying to contact eurekafobes for a week by phone but it is always busy, it is said that [protected] is a toll free no. why am being charged for my calls, why u people are not responding. their punch line is "friends for life" i do not understand what kind of friend they are trying to be by not responding to their customers .such type of sluggish response is not expected from a big company like eureka forbes.

                        Dear Sir, Acquaguard Repair The product (AQUAGUARD TOTAL REVIVA WATERPURIFIER) was purchased by me on 12.06.2010 from M/S. DARSHAN ENTERPRISES, AUTHORISED FRANCHISE, EUREKA FORBES LIMITED, MATIMANDAPA SAHI, PURI, ORISSA, PIN:-752001( PHONE NO. [protected], Incidentally, I got my annual maintenance contract renewed from 10.07.2013 for a further period of one year, i.e. upto 09.07.2014 well before the expiry of my earlier amc which was expiring on 09.07.2013. So, I have never broken the continuity in amc. ln return, I observe that instead of the mutual trust of required give and take, your puri franchisee is doing me utmost disservice as posslble by making me false promises of immediate restoration daily during the last five days. The fact of the case is that my reviva model of aqua guard has gone out of order since 20.10.2013 due to stoppage of flow of water altogether and on a complaint filed by me, the service personnel came on 21.10.2013 and replaced a carbon of 300 rupees. Water flow was very slow, but he said that it would pickup. He also stated that the motor needed replacement and he reported the matter to the office accordingly. but, so far, the motor has not been replaced and our family has gone without proper drinking water for eight long days. This is disservice and an act of negligence on the part of eureka forbes which has failed to provide me and my family members with uninterrupted service. In the above backdrops, kindly arrange for repair and restoration of my aqua reviva without further loss of time. I hope I have reached you fully. I only request you to restore my confidence of about two decades o[censored]nflinching devotion and allegiance for your products, such as Aqua guard, Vacuum Cleaner during my stint as Bank High-end Executive.                           We have purchased the model REVIVA 50 LPH 50 LPH Basic model. After repeated attempts to rectify the problems in last two, onths we have done what is desired changing membranes etc. However the problem persists. Call centre has standard response of SLA of 48 hours but tha always exceeds, latest is 73639205 on 24th Call centre gave a number of [protected] Shrawan kumar who was Gwalior AM and they accepted that last 45 days we have ;odged complaint more than 10 times

                            Hello, Two & half years back I have purchased Eureka Forbes' fully automatic water purifier model "Aqua sure" "Star LX" from dealer at Kothrud, Pune. After 1 year i wanted to change filter so i contacted their customer care & lodged request the filter was changed after 2 months continuous followup filter was changed saying that this product filters are not available in the market & Company also. After next one year & 2 months i again wanted to change the filter which was already exhausted but as the machine was working .To change the filter i put the request with them at Pune but by now machine was totally stopped working, during their visit the technician suggested to replace the machine with another model of Eureka saying that this particular model has 70 complaints pending from only Pune for short of spares & the machine is not usable. I requested them to suggest suitable model against replacement of existing one & offer substantial discount but now nobody is lifting the phone at Eureka office. Please justify the situation else i am ready to fight against the Company with the Consumer Protection Forum. Due to lack of time availability i could not write this mail before, please do not stretch my patience.                               I have raised a request for aqua-guard servicing last week by calling customer care. But no boday responded to it and then again I have raised a online service request with Service Request Number: [protected] two days back. That is also not being attended till now. These people are cheats. They just sell their product and after that they don’t care for customer. Please stay away from these people.

                              My aqua-guard is having some issues (filtering not happening. only the red light comes). For this I have registered a complaint with complaint no:73812612. Already 24 hour have been passed but no one responded to it. I called Eureka Forbes customer care 4-5 times today and everybody told me the same thing that by today evening service person will be there in your door step. Evening when I called there customer care they told "sorry sir today it is not possible. tomorrow it will be done." Is this some kind of joke going on. Here I am buying mineral water after having installed aquaguard in my home and you are just delaying it. Are you people so shameless that each time you need a consumer complaint for each of the request.

                              This is height of frustrating customer service. Some of your executive calls me and takes my address and then tells that this is not our area but we will arrange some of our executive for servicing and gives some executive number and tells that I should contact and enquire what time he will come rather he should call and fix an appointment at my convenient time(purely contradictory as stated by Eureka Forbes Team above). But still when I tried to call him his mobile is out of range. This is some kind of joke going on here. I will suggest do not buy any Eureka Forbes product. There is a huge gap between the sales team and product team. The sales team executives are not less than any of politician. They just make false promises.

                              Eureka Forbes Team if you can resolve the issue then post any comment here otherwise stop posting some default comments.
                              Aquagaurd should shut down their service call centers. Today I have tried calling the number [protected] five times and on each occasion i was put on hold and made to hear their stupid song lage tan se lage man se (Ap Ke CAll Hamarey lie mahatvapurn hai kripya line pe lage rahe) for over 5 minutes every time. What joke is it? Do you think we are sitting idle.

                              I have purchased a water purifier on 25th of March 2021 (Ayur). It is not even 6 months and the filter is not working and hence I am not getting any water. I have requested several call back and service requests but there is no response. I regret to trust this brand even though I had always used this brand. It is very unprofessional to deal with the customers in this manner.

                                It's not even been 1 year since we had purchased our aqua sure water purifier. Recently, it's knob (that is pulled to dispense the water) was broken and we lodged the complaint with their customer care call centre number. We had reported our issue on 8th October with AquaSure customer care number [protected], and were assured that the technician would attend to our request within 2 working days. We also spoke with the service provider ([protected]) twice(after 2 days as well as after 4 days of lodging the complaint) and both the times, we were given the same excuse, that the required part is out of stock and will be available within 2 days. But till today no one has attended to our issue. Despite repeated calls to the call centre, our product has not been repaired. When we asked to escalate the issue we were given a number which is out of service - [protected] (supposedly the contact number of Area manager Yashpal Singh). On again asking for a way to escalate we were assured that they are themselves escalating our issue, which was 6 days back, but still we have heard nothing from them. We were not given any further contact number or email id so that we could escalate. This is highly unprofessional service from such a reputed brand name, and definitely makes us lose our trust in its integrity.

                                The request ID provided for our complaint is[protected]. We again received calls from 2 of the technicians a few days back and both said that they would attend to our request within 2 days. It's been 4 days now since they had called and no one has come till now. It is all talks and no work. Yesterday we again received a call from another eureka forbes representative, who was calling from the sales department, enquiring if we were considering to buy a new eureka forbes product. When I let her know about our existing product (Aquasure non-electric model "Amrit"), her comment was, and I quote her here, "Ma'am it's a local product. Why don't you buy a new eureka forbes product?". I was totally exasperated, and had to drop the call lest I scold her. We have a saying in Hindi which totally fits in here - "Jale par namak chhidakna"!!

                                  Following is the complaint I posted long time back and it has been more than 1 month since I have cancelled my order but no one cares to refund my money. When I posted my complaint here I got a call from their Gurgaon office and was assured immediate action but it got silent post that call. This shows how much pathetic service they have. If any one responsible can sort this out, pl get my money back from these thieves. TX I booked Aquaguard on 17th sept 2013 and due to some reason I cancelled it next day via email and call on customer care. I had paid 3100 rupees in advance and since then I have been chasing them on customer call centre 39883333. I have getting response that they ll arrange a call back from sales team but since last 22 days no one called back and my money is stuck with them. I feel so blessed to not actually buy the filter from them seeing their quality of customer care service. I ll give 0 star to their response team. I even insisted and spoke to their supervisor Mr shriram and he is saying same thing about arranging call back. Pl help in sorting this out. I ll never ever buy Eureka forbes product in my life.                                       I have purchased an Eureka Forbes - Enhance Water Purifier dated 6th June'13, vide receipt no. 054074, amounting Rs. 14490/-. Within one month of purchase the Enhance RO water tap started leaking and the same had to be replaced. The weight sensor of the purifier became non-functional totally on the 15th Oct'13, after which we have registered the complaint on the 16th Oct'13, nobody responded, on 17th Oct'13 we had registered complaint twice bearing service complaint No. 88939919, a technician had visited in the evening to say that the Weight sensor has stopped working and can be replaced only the next day. The sensor was replaced on the 18th Oct'13, after which the purifier is in working condition now. In this respect I would like to draw your attention to the following: 1. We had spent a good amount of money to purchase the purifier only to find that it stops functioning or leaks within the 4th month of purchase twice. 2. Generally these household products are purchased to get a long term benefit, which seem irrelevant in this case. If this is the service delivery of the machine than I doubt what will happen to the purifier after a year. 3. As the product is still under Warranty, I would like you to replace the existing set with a new one Instead of going on repairing the purifier every 2nd month on an average.
