I purchased Aquaguard RO machine in August 2012 and it stopped working within 15 days of Purchase and then they took the machine and no idea whether they replaced the parts with an old one because after that also it was not working. I made several calls to the customer care and also to the Sales Executive with whom i purchased the machine but no response from them the machine was making so much of noise when we switch in the plug and after threatening them of going to complain to consumer court, one of the technician turned up and repaired. The same day after repair the water tap started leaking, when i called them again, no one came and time passed just like that only. And after a year, in the month of November it completely stopped working, so i called up the customer care they asked us to go in for AMC, then only we will repair and changed the filter at an concessional rate. I agreed and asked them to replace the filter after changing the filter also the machine was not working, the technician again checked and said now the pump is not working. So asked to replace the pump also for the cost of Rs.8000/- excluding his service charge. Sir, Is it fair to spend Rs.8000/- within a years' time for a new machine ? so i called up Mr. Venkatesh, Sales Executive, and shouted at him saying that he has delivered a fault machine which is creating problem since the 15 day of purchase to that Mr. Venkatesh showed sympathy on me and said a spare pump is lying with him and he will fix the same free of cost and asked me to change only the filter and pay for filter and the pump will be provided by him to me free of cost without going for AMC. I also agreed. He asked me to tell the technician to take the pump and only change the filter. I acted accordingly and returned back the cheque which i had given to the technician (Rs.8000/- for the cost of filter, pump and AMC for 2 yrs.) Immediately after taking back the cheque, I called up Mr. Venkatesh to fix in up the pump (free of cost) which he had discussed with me. He then gave me his team members mobile number and asked me to speak to him and when i spoke to him, he said we will charge Rs.5000/- for pump, then only we will fix up the pump. I again called Mr. Ventakesh, who totally denied of fixing the pump for free and asked to give Rs.5000/- for the said work. I was just shocked. It means the sales executives are making money by this way. Now, the machine is of no use without pump, it is since 2 months passed, i am struggling for water, As we are not the regular customer of Can water, it is very difficult to get the CAN water also and in the festive season they charge Rs.100/- for one CAN. I want my money back with all the expenses i spent till now and also i will claim for all the mental torture and agony i went thru because of Mr. Venkatesh who promised me and then denied of doing so.     We did an AMC with Eureka Forbes on 24/10/2013 in the Office of Central Excise Division, Amritsar. We paid Rs 4600/- on the same day. After that we made several calls that our water purifier is not working properly but they are totally deaf. Since last week there is no water in the office, we made several complaints but all the time they told us a new excuse.When I made a call on 15/01/2013, the phone attendant was so rule that i felt very bad.

      Hi Sir, I stay in Bangalore and had raised a ticket to replace my carbon filter and sediment filter in my aquaguard model i-nova on 28 Dec, 2013. A service person named Swamy ([protected]) had come to service and after that the aquaguard is giving two beeps for six times. When I asked the Swamy, he told it will be okay after sometime. He took money and went away. Later after few days I raised another ticket 74589081. No body came to check even after promose from Customer Service team. Later again I raised ticket 89158468 still this person Swamy did not come to check. Today 14th Jan, 2014 I had called Swamy but he is not picking the phone. This the level of service of Aquaguard. I have been a fan and customer of Eureka Forbes for past 8 years. But I guess this incident has forced me to change my mind.           I had purchased Enhanced RO model around 2 months back and it starting giving me trouble in just 1 month after the purchase. I tried calling the guy who came for demo and convinced me that my old machine is not very good and I should buy a new machine which costs ~15000 Rs. Now after sales, that guy sometimes doesn't pick up my phone an at other times gives me other numbers to talk to. Finally, after waiting for around 18 days and repeatedly calling service center, some guy came and all he did was just open the machine and close it back and vanished in 10/15 minutes. I don't know what he did and what was the problem, but he said the problem should be gone. If it still there then its a major problem and you should get a replacement. He assured me that I WILL get a replacement if I face this issue again. Within 2 days after he came, the problem again started and my machine simply doesn't work at all. I have to get mineral water from out side despite of spending bloody 15000 rupees on the new system. and that's pretty disgusting. I again called service guy and no one to listen my problem. and my problem is not resolved yet. Sales guy gave me a number of a person and told he is their Service Delivery Head. I informed him about my problem recently and expecting that it will be acted upon at the earliest. I don't know how useful is to write in this forum, but I am doing it anyways just so that people know what kind of service a customer get here in India.

            Dear Eureka forbes, Since yesterday I am not getting water and I requested Mr Lukmaan( the sales representative ) to help me to register a complaint. He lied to me that the complain has been registered but no body came to solve the problem. Right now when I got the customer care no online and asked for help then I was told that I will be helped by Monday as no complain was registered. I tried calling Mr Lukmaan but it seems he is too busy to attend to issues. I have been using eureka forbes for the past 10 years this is my 3rd machine but I am really regretting my decision to purchase Aquaguard Geneus from you as in Gujrat the customer service is very pathetic. I had options but I chose Eureka Forbes based on past experience which I deeply regret as I guess you don't value the Customers now and here in Gujrat lying is the way of working for your representatives. This is not the first time I am exposed to such apathy here after being transferred to Gujrat. I wish you could understand living without potable drinking water for three days and take suitable action against the people responsible. At the same time I will be grateful and feel lucky if you could prioritize resolving my complaint no 74687712.

              My water purifier's filters has been replaced during the renewal of the annual maintenance contract. After the replacement, lot of abnormal vibration and very loud sound observed in machine and water taste is coming too much bitter. Not able to take water at all. For last 10 days every day I contacted both local aquaguard center and later Eureka Forbes, they are all giving only false promises about servicing everyday.Representatives themselves modifying the ticket status without service being attended.I have recently paid Rs 5000/-, but not getting only false promises, no service.

                As other reviewers have said, the customer care is non-existant. I have logged over 4 calls this week including two where I was put through to a voicemail when I asked to speak to a supervisor. The guys at the call centre keep telling me someone is definitely calling me back but this has not happened. Someone said they would come and service my aquaguard on Thursday, even called me to confirm but didn't turn up. I need someone at Eureka Forbes to pay attention, as I have a paid servicing contract, but have not had my Aquaguard serviced for nearly a year! How is this possible?

                I have another complaint. I requested another service last Friday, complaint number [protected].

                The technician turned up without calling or warning me. I was not at home, and he was very rude to my maid. He infact said if she didn't want the service, she could just sign the form and he would leave!

                Your technicians MUST call before arriving at the house, and ensure someone is at home. Security is taken very seriously in our building, and this will not be acceptable in future. I am close to cancelling my AMC with you now.

                Kindly escalate this concern.

                  We have installed Aquaguard on 20.06.2011 and after that we took their service contract of three years. Even on constant remainder these people don't even brother to called us or send somebody for service. What the use of installing purifier if they are not providing proper service for it. I have 4 year old child and 2 senior citizens in my house if anything regarding their health happen then who will be responsible. Nowadays so many health related problems are arising because of water. Instead of constant remainder no one is bother to give a proper service. Because we heard the good name of Eureka Forbes we installed this machine. For the specific reason people install water purifier, if the reason is not fulfilled then what the use of installing this PURIFIER. The money is lost as well as the faith in the company's name is also lost.

                    i have made a contract with eureka forbes of about rs 8000 for about 2 years for the servicing of my water purifier but d enterprise the in nashik owned by some Deepak Kothawde with which i made contact does not responded well after taking money they didnt even did the proper servicing of my water purifier and now they claim that the company itself is not sending us the necessary requirements.                       Dear madam/sir, This is regarding half-yearly servicing of agua guard. A technician from Eureka Forbes, Nagpur came for half-yearly servicing of the aqua guard. But he, being new, spoiled the machine. It first started leaking and stopped working after some time. When we told him about the problem on phone, he refused to come. We contacted your customer care to send someone for the repair but of no use. After calling customer care team for 2-3 times, and answering all the time their questions and details of the problem, they say that they will send someone. Till now no one has turned up for the repair. We've been drinking packaged water since 2 days. So now i have decided to not only stop buying any Eureka Forbes products but also i'll be recommending others to not to go for Eureka Forbes because of poor service.

                        I have registered a complaint for my Aqua guard water purifier early this month. The service person identified the problem as due to faulty PCB and told that the same is required to be replaced. However since then almost a month is over, AMC firm at Trivandrum Kerala has not rectified the problem stating non availability of spares causing hardships to the family. They are not even informing the date by which they would able to address the problem and seems like not interested in attending to it and buying time to reduce the AMC period

                          I have purchased aquaguard machine on 3rd December 2103 which is some 20 days back and has stopped functioning, I have complained on 20th December against which executive was suppose to come and rectify in 2 working days after waiting again complained where in reference number was given 74387467 again same story 2 days it will be addressed again today morning spoke to some Mr vinayak he promised it will be addressed today anyhow, but I fail to see very poor after sales service from such an reputed .

                            I am struggling to get my in warranty RO water purifier with Eureka Forbes which is worth Rs 17000 serviced as it is not functioning well and for the past 45 days Eureka Forbes cannot arrange a single technician to service my in warranty product. I am so astonished to know that a company which is worth crores cannot send a technician inspite of my repeat followups and talking to their regional heads. I will never ever recommend Eureka Forbes going ahead as they cannot manage or resolve post sales issues. Below are my ticket numbers which do not capture me talking to their regional head Mr Eshwaran, Rajiv Singh on multiple occassions. 19 Nov[protected]th Dec[protected] Also it seems Eureka Forbes is trying to push me into the no warranty zone by not attending my calls which is poor customer business and unfair way of carring business

                            Hello Mr Manoj Mishra, Firstly i am quiet surprised to find my email was taken seriously and Mr Rajeev reached my house by 7:00 Pm today to take care of the issue. Rajeev along with the local franchise technician diagnosed and fixed the water filter issue to my satisfaction. The whole procedure took 2 hours and I praise the teams efforts in staying back to complete the task. However I have some quick feedback- A) Field technicians(including the one who came to my house today) are not capable of fixing or sometime even diagnose the issue and I have shared this feedback with Rajeev Singh too today. B) Consumer complaints that get routed from call center to field technicians attached to regional franchises are not tracked correctly because of which tickets get closed even if the consumer problem is not fixed. C) I have a strong suggestion for EFL to work on tracking call center tickets and ensure consumers are called back to verify fix. This may require adding more processes in the existing system however it will definitely pay off in the longer run. Once again i thank Mr Rajeev Singh to attend my query this swiftly and closing my issue.

                                Dear Sirs. I have purchase one water purifier vied Invoice no. 21338849 dated 19.02.13 from Eureka Forbes in exchange of their product ST 2000 after 17 years. After taking the new one I feel that there is some acquit problem of water filtration which is some white element coming out through the water and that element staged in storage container. Regarding this I complain at least 13 time all complain No. and date I have but no any Technicians can satisfy me why this coming out through filter except one technician told me it should not be, all time they want to convinced me that it will come and that is not a harmful for health. Then I told them if it is not harmful for health so why my container become covered by white element? they only always saying same language. After all I told them I used your old Machine ST 2000 since 17 years with same supply water there is no any complain I have done regarding water. So how it is possible to come out this more than costly than that. They could not give any proper answer. Now I complain to you if they cannot any rectify I want replace the machine, because this machine still in warranty period. Therefore I request you to save me for my feature health.                                   I bought reviva ro on 8/12/2013. Delivered to my address on 14/12/2013...I was told at the time buying to provide my delhi address whereas i wanted it to get installed at my vaishali, ghaziabad address. I have been told by your representative that you can get it installed there after the delivery. Till 14/12/2013 i have been following your representative but no one has come to install the ro. I have also called to your cust care on 18/12/2013 and got the request no but no one has called from your side. This is first and worst experience with eureka forbes that i was not expecting at all.

                                  It seems that your people are just selling connection for commission but do not care for cust at all. I did not receive any call from your rep whom i have bee following up. Why such a bad service...Please respond and kindly get it installed on 20/12/2013. It is very difficult for me to adjust time as per your person because i have wasted my whole one day waiting on 18/12/2013

                                    Dear All, I am a Eureka Forbes users for past 4-5 years. I have used several products of theirs i.e. water purifier (without RO), RO water purifier and vacuum cleaners. Eureka Forbes used to be market leaders ages ago, but now due to their bad customer service, they have lost their share drastically. I bought all the products of their based on the brand name they created, but the after sales is paratactic. Here are couple of more facts learned by me, which may help others to decide before buying their products: 1. They do not manufacture any component of water purifier (RO) themselves, they just import and assemble. They just put their logo and sell the product. None of the filters inside RO (RO membrane, carbon, pre filter etc have their stamp) 2. The installation is done by third parties (they have made various franchises) who are not well versed with the products 3. Eureka Forbes has only a handful of technical staff as their employees. All the complaints and after sale services are also done by third parties. The third party’s are just interested in taking new customer under AMC and making money. IF they are asked to replace any spare covered under AMC, they provide they use the local products for same (as said none of the RO components have Eureka Forbes seal). No customer can differentiate between local or genuine component. 4. The customer support is bad, you keep on calling them, they will keep sending untrained third party guys till the time, and your RO gets worse. Now if you escalate to higher authorities (very very difficult to get their escalation IDs), they may send some senior technician to fix the issues after many days. You will not have choice to select the day and time of as per your availability (their technicians do not work after 5:30 or 6 PM) 5. They charge very heavy amount for the spares. For past 2 years, I am getting my RO filter services and spares replaced (only branded stuff like Pentair or DOW Filmtech) through local market, Complete peace of mind. Support is just a phone call away, arrives at my home in 30 minutes, genuine prices for spared with bill and warranty. Just for your awareness, check prices of water purifier components (the entire set of components RO membrane, charcoal filter, sediment filter, pre filter, pipes, elbows and 1 year AMC costs less than 2000 Bucks INR) RO water purifier is no rocket science; it’s just a enclosure of imported components (no one manufactures in India). Choice is your now. • You want peace of mind or buy a product for which keeps you bothered now and then. I would always want a product for which the customer services is best • You pay very heavy prices for an assembled product (products with similar capability and better customer support are available at half the price in market) • Many of my friends recommend Kent over Eureka Forbes as their service is better in North India (I don’t know about other parts of India) • Also I would not advice to go for very locally available RO in the market. But there are a lot of midsized RO filter companies who give the same capability RO at lesser prices. Try to google.

                                      I Bought a purifier on 29/9/2013 from More mega store of Rs 1099. I installed it on 5/10/2013 and realized that it's washer is faulty and it's not connecting properly. I called the customer care service of Eureka Forbes for a technician visit but they did not send any technician till 1 month. And after 1 Month when a technician came he said that the washer is faulty and will give you a new one once it will come in stock. From that day I am calling there technician or customer care and even More customer care for my equipment problem but no body is fixing this and they are still saying that we do not have washer in our stock and they are also now saying that now I need to buy a washer as it is more then 1 month from the date of purchase and now they can not give me washer free of cost. It is very bad that I have bought an equipment which is in warranty but still company is not giving me any good respond. And even after buying there product I am purchasing water from market. -

                                        I wanted to exchange my water purifier as I had bought a water dispensing fridge, I chat with the eureka people on the same & they said they will exchange my old with my requirement, As per the same sales person visited my place & he misguided me & installed the product the product which doesn't work only with the fridge & when ever I call he is promising the replacement, but always lies, regards the same I started the complaining to customer care, but totally waste as they forward the complain to service department & they say we cannot do any thing & provided me the Sales manager number, he spoke to me twice and now he dose not pickup my phone also. Please help how can I handle.

                                        Hey, None of you can help me in leagl options ? as these people are very smart, they called me twice & said they are calling back on the same day, but they are not doing anything but wasting the time to expire the guarantee.
