I would like to share my experience with Eureka forbes services in Bangalore. It has been one of the most horrible experiences ever. I had approached Eureka forbes for the home security solution a year back, at the very beginning of the construction of my home. The salesperson was very prompt at collecting the entire bill amount at the beginning itself promising that all the equipments will be delivered within 2 weeks, but that never happened. Only after few calls to the sales guy bursting out at him, we received the equipments but not all of them. Then, at regular interval it was us who had call him to check on the wiring and all the other details... we never got a prompt response from Eureka forbes.
At the beginning we were promised that there will be drawings given to us about the wiring and other details, it never happened!!. Finally a technician came and directed our electrical guy about where the wiring needs to be done. And now after the home is done completely, the technician comes and fits the electronic doorbell, video calling bell.. all wires to be seen outside...it is all a mess. And guess what more the sensors were still not delivered till yesterday, when we try to reach the sales guy, either he is not well or he would say a technician would come in couple of days...and all this we need to find out calling him. We never get any intimation from them directly. This is the plight of the customer service of a very well know company "Eureka Forbes".
Now, the door sensors are not fitted properly, all the wires just hanging out here and there... this is not a planned way of working at all... we are very disappointed with the way the work was carried out at our place. We had planned to get this much before our home started thinking everything will be in place... Now it looks like a shabby place with the way it is done..
I am sorry to say but we are not one of your 10 million happy customers that you boast of in your marketing.
We want somebody to really take a look into this matter.
I will be raising a complaint on the same shortly with you senior management
