We have a Eureka Forbes water purifier which is in under full service. Our machine has stopped working due to a certain spare part problem. We have made a complain on 2nd September 2013. However there are 2 complaints regarding 1. Their customer service has been giving us false promises. 2. Till date this has not been taken care and today is 21st September already. I am purchased a Aquaguard Enhance RO water purification systems on dated 21.10.2012 my Enhance RO water purification systems after one month six time defected to Pump, & reject water control vale , and other equipments. I am contract the head office shimla phone no [protected] But my problems is not solution & I am purchased through Mr. Deep chouhan marketing worker baddi. I am contract to Mr Deep chauhan mobile no. [protected], But my problems is not solution Change of Membrane (TDS Reduction) I am mentally upset in this matter one month and my brother in low Mr. rajiv Chand residance of ward no. 2 Baddi Diatt Solan (H.P.) same problems & same model Enhance RO water purification systems. He is all ready complaint to Consumer complaints to Indian consumer complaint forum, Kindly solution my problems.

I Nilesh B. Thakare, Eureka Forbes Customer no- [protected], Recently purchased (on 27th July-2013) Enhance UV water purifier system which is bad condition since installed.

No auto water cutoff and leakage of tank. This issue started since system installed and 3-4 time service engg visited and replace sensor inside unit but still issue in vain..

After many follow-up & call around the service desk(complaint no- which I have made on 19th Aug-13-BB01D16045.) FIRST Complaint made on 8th Aug-13. no proper help. Thus now it’s time to end of tolerance.

This is my final request that pl replace the unit with new one or return my entire money which I have paid.(INR-11,990/-)

Dear Sir, I wish to state that i have purchased a new water filter model Enhance recenctly, during the sales your sales representative confirmed that the old Machine will be taken up the Company @ Rs500/- for which they will effect the payment through office. In mean time the Machine has been delivered and also it was put in to service. Even while delivery of the Machine they have confirmed that there is a sepearte depot for collection of old m/C and they will contact us. But no one has contacted and i have made several calls to your local office at Chennai,but no use. Again after some gap i have contacted local people for payment but they have confirmed that they are waiting Checque from HO as soon as delivered it will be hand over to us. But no use at all. Again called your local office Mr Punthan he has confirmed there is no such a facility is not available for taking back the Machine. I need to return my old Machine with appropriate rate. Please confirm.

I have purchased the new unit of Aqua guard enhanced RO+UV water purifiedand It is lying in my home for last 10 days. I have raised a complaint[protected] and everyday I am calling customer care for sending the service man for installation, and so far nobody has come. Very poor response to customer needs. I am regretting to go with Aqua guard now. Hopless service!!

I am staying in Indiranagar area of Lucknow and purchased Aquaguard Classic on 19th February 2013, the serial no. of the product is 2077344. The product was sold by the sales representative bearing a CSS Code of 9013894 named Mr. Ashok Tiwari (Divisional Sales office: 7-P, Dalibagh, Butler Road, Lucknow-226001). I started facing the problem of stomach ache, diarrhea and colitis after a month from purchase. So, I asked the same person to replace the product with Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV. But there is no action taken by this fellow after a lot of phone calls also and if by-chance he picks up the call he tells me that there is no such model available in his office. Even he has not send any service representative yet to change the carbon cartridge. Now when I used to call him he doesn't even pick the call. He also told me that he can only change the model from his division and any other sales person cannot change this model from his respective division, that is why I did not approach to any other unit division of eureka forbes in lucknow. But now when no action was taken from his side I am forced to write this complaint. Kindly take a prompt action to change the model ASAP. I have been using the Eureka Aquaguard RO Total model for the past 5 years. Everytime a customer service request is placed for service or for dismantling and reinstallation, it requires multiple follow up and the agents never turn up. My customer id is [protected]. I renewed the AMC contract this year on August 8th. The unit was not functioning and when the service guy came he told the filter has to be changed and informed to renew the AMC. We went by his words, renewed the AMC and the unit functioned exactly for 3 days. After that it dint function. Again I logged a complaint on Aug 28th - complaint no[protected]. The complaint was closed on Aug 30th. Nobody turned up. I got frustrated and logged a complaint on Sep 2nd[protected]. I had to call up the customer service multiple times to have a guy come and have a look at the fault. A guy came on Sep 5th. Told few parts were not working and he will come on 6th or 7th. He did not turn up until today. When i called up the customer care no again on Sep 12th, the customer care guy informed that this was again closed. I was really frustrated since they gave the same answer everytime that somebody will come and take a look. It has been over 30 days now since the equipment is functioning properly. Every day for my regular consumption I have to spend 50 Rs for water in addition to paying the AMC. I am extremely stressed and unhappy because of their behaviour and their dont care attitude. When we are in AMC, they have to stick to the SLA time and the complaint should not be closed without customer's approval. Please take appropriate disciplinary action against this company.

I, Sri Upen Sarma have purchased a water purifier vide receipt no[protected] or[protected] which ever is valid(as not clearly visible in the receipt) on dated 11-07-13. But I am unable to use the said machine due to some unavoidable problems as it has been noticed that some ants like elemets blocked the path of that Machine. I have placed number of complaints before the Agent of your Company and I was told that it was manufacturing defect. Now I request you to replace my machine or cash back my entire money at your earliest possible. Otherwise, I would bound to go to the Consumer Forum for justification. Bringing a poor experience to your notice . We have an Aquasure purifier. We received a call from Chakala, Andheri (E), Mumbai centre demanding our address to offer a discounted Aquasure purifier. We politely refused to give our address as we didn’t want to. He used bad language in reaction to the denial. The company needs to learn basics of valuing its clients before exposing their customer database to its untrained franchise staff. VERY P O O R!

I have bought aquasure UV water filter from Dist Chandrapur, Maharashtra last year. About three months back water flow stopped. Have called the local dealer and they said that the electronic circuit PCB is damaged water has gone in, it has to be replaced. After a month they said the spare PCB is not available and asked me to lodge a complaint. I lodged a complaint and my Reg no. is [protected] and consumer no. is [protected]. Still there is no response. I have talked to Aquasure -Nagpur office, Pune office but to no avail. You are requested to look into the matter urgently. dear all i am going to take a legal complaint against ureka forbes. because i have purchase a vacuum cleaner frome ureka forbes shimla i am use it only 2-3 time after that i was not working and i am complaint for your service providers many time no body will come for this. i am complaint for this for 10 months no body can not for service and not pickup my call tel me about it. I decided to go for an RO water purifier and then suddenly made a big mistake of chossing Eureka Forbes. But that mistake was due to my good experience in past with this company. Anyway, I ordered Aquaguard Enhance Green RO worth 14.5K (INR) on 1st Sep'13 & it was delivered within 2 days on 3rd Sep. I was happy but my happiness was short lived, cause i made a mistake of making the payment while it was yet to be installed. The guy who sold me (Mr Yogesh: Mob no: [protected]) said that the plumber is working nearby and he would be at my place within an hour. He himself would come to get that done. But since then, i have been calling him and customer service and each time given a new complaint no with a promise that it would be done "today". The guy who sold me doesnt even attend my calls. I purchased an Eureka Forbes water purifier from M/s Bapat Enterprises , Nagpur and was told thst it would be installed within 24 hours. Being a single parent i requested them to inform me begore coming to my premises. Even after 30 hrs i have not received any phone call from the comoany person about the installation nir the dealer has made any arrangement for its installation. They have taken the full payment and now i have to run after them to get it installed.Please provide as much information as possible...

I am from hyderabad and I bought a water purifier in the month of July-2003(green RO). The sales person Mr.Ashish who came immediately and showed me the Demo. and told me that there is a scheme that i will get lifelong free service if I pay the amount today itself.and also he has taken the AMC papers to get the amount refunded.At that time of taking he told me that I will get the Invoice(Free service lifelong will be mentioned) and the amount of AMC with in 15 days. After 20 days I contacted him and he said that it may take one more 15 days. 40 days passed.Neither Mr.Asish nor your office at hyderabad are unable to inform me when shall I get Invoice and amount of AMC.This is how your company is treating the customer and shows your irresponsibility.Not showing any interest after sales.Instruct your personnel to attend my problem immediately and resolve it T.SIVA PRASAD

Hi, I have placed an order for aquaguard classic water purifier with their sales guy Santhosh ([protected]) in Bangalore but he didnt deliver the product on time as commited and he reciced full money as cash. When i contacted eureka forbes two days ago, they assured it will be delivered on that day only but never happened. they keep on delaying the delivery and not picking phone calls. Please let me know asap if anybody has an idea how to deal with this situation. Regards, Senthil

We purchased RO purifier and when the chaps came for installation in July 2013, they found that there was a problem with the adapter. Till now they havent come with a proper one and installated the purifier. We have been calling them and following up on which they say it will be fixed which is all crap they talk. We have raised complaints[protected] Dated Aug 11th,[protected] Dated Aug 30th) and even then till now it is not been resolved. It is really horrible and hopeless. Since we bought the purifier, we have not used a single drop of purified water. Is this the way they care for customers?

Its been a while that I have been struggling to get a resolution to my problem, if it does not get resolved I will be forced to take a legal route. Initial complaint was raised on 21st August No 72754532. The latest complaint number of the issue is 88783917 raised on 23rd August. I have been using Eureka Forbes Products from more than 15 years now. I am already using your UV Filter (initial model that you launched), I had you vacuum cleaner (again the initial old model) and few months back I had purchase the new vacuum cleaner from you. I have been satisfied with all the above mentioned products and the services provided, infact have never faced any problems with these. Recently, on 11th of August I bought this Enhanced RO of yours. The Sales Executive who sold this to us is Manoj Kumar Swain. When I round 200. In my discussion before buying the machine I confirmed from Mr. Manoj that the TDS levbought this product, I had questions on TDS level and purification. The original TDS level of the water is ael should be from 50 to 100. He also confirmed that the TDS level will be in the same range. I also called up the Customer Service to confirm and they mentioned the technician who has visited is the right person to give the information. Manoj also guaranteed that if the TDS level is not within the range or if you face any other problem there is an option of getting the cash back within 15 days. After installation of the machine it was late evening when I asked to check the TDS level he assured that the actual TDS level will be checked the next day. He did not turn up to check the TDS level for couple of days. After following up with him multiple times he arranged for a technician on 21st August, when he checked the TDS level it was 26, I called up Manoj to find out he gave confusing options and said that money back cannot be done. I then had to lock a complaint on 21st August and requested for money back. A technician visited my place on 22nd and said nothing can be done for TDS level and it will be 26 only. I called up again on 23rd and new complaint number was given to me (numbers mentioned above) and was promised that money back will be arranged; instead a technician again visited and checked the TDS level it was around 15 now. He changed a membrane and then when he checked the RO water had TDS level of 150. I again called up the Customer Service desk and was gain promised that now Money back will be arranged and the issue will be escalated. After again following up yesterday and today I am sending the mail to you. Yesterday and today I was promised a call back will be arranged and no one has either called or visited my place. Today I spoke to one of the supervisors in the Customer Service Desk Virender. On both the days I said I want to file a documented complaint all the reps mentioned “there is no need of the same give us the opportunity and you problem will be resolved” I need to return the machine and money back for the same, and this was promised at the time of sale also and in various discussions where it was mentioned it is getting arranged. I am fed up on doing so many follow ups and there is no result, each time I call up I have to explain the whole thing and the resolution that I get is nothing

I am using Aqua Gurad water purifier( classic) ,recently there is some problem for non pouring of water. i made a call to the customer care, lalpur. some sales person called pravin came and not attending the problem by misguiding my parents. one day again the same problem stated and we are not able to get water, again i have spoken to the customer care for the remedy.,again i was called by pravin(service person) for rectification in machine and given time between 1.30 to 2 pm. but even after his promise he didn't turn up till now. i am working person and am on leave just for the sake of that. i found that it was my biggest mistake that again i renew the service contract for 2 years instead should replace the machine with KENT (THE BEST WATER PURIFIER) . I am very sure soon i will change my system and advice others not to purchase Aqua Guard purifier only because of very poor after sales service of Equa guard team.

Me and my wife have been calling the customer care number for almost for last two week for the re-installation of the water purifier in our new flat and over phone they told all the payment details and kept us waiting at home for more than five times. Each time a technician calls and after several changes of timing for the visit they did not turn up. The website is also hope less and it talks about long drawn process to get the problem resolved. A very very poor customer service and full o[censored]nprofessional people. My neighbor got his Kent water purifier re-installed within one day after the call.
